We ventured off into Fatehpur Sikri (UNESCO World Heritage site)
Beautiful sandstone craftsmanship is seen throughout the city architecture, mostly built in the 16th century during the time of Mughal Emperor Akbar the Great, who was very fond of taming elephants and riding them. Sadly this area has major issues with water shortage, as with much of Rajasthan.
