Big a$$ arms Monday I usually save arms for Friday's but I wanted to switch it up a bit. If you want to add some volume to your arm routine give this workout a try. .Pullups superset with dips for 3 setsbof maximum reps . Barbell skull crushers superset with barbell curls 4 sets of 15 reps . 4 sets of 20 reps of dumbbell skullcrushers superset with dumbbell curls . 4 sets of 15 reps on cable bicep curls superset with cable tricep extensions . 3 sets of maximum reps on overhead tricep extensions And if you have anything left finish off with diamond pushups for max reps. Not only am I a fitness guru but I'm also a nutrition expert. I can some of your favorite foods into healthier versions of themselves. For an example my dinner is a vegetarian version of a cheesesteak. I try to eat one vegetarian meal a week.
