I've fallen in love with Fontaine and especially Neuvillete so I had to write my thoughts about him down. I hope you all enjoy my Neuvillette ramblings

Romantic/ Cute Neuvillette headcanons

Awkward. Neuvillete was so awkward when he first fell for you. He may be a very old dragon but human emotions still often confuse him so suddenly having this warm feeling in his chest whenever he looked at you confused him on what to do.

At first he thinks he is getting sick, not connecting the fact that this weird feeling in his chest and stomach only appears when either you are around or he is thinking about you.

Though Neuvillette finally makes the connection and understands his feeling, when one day you laugh at something he said and he wishes to preserve that laugh, to have it always replaying in his head. It is the most beautiful sound to him and he is willing to do anything just so he can hear it again. You of course laughed around him before but somehow the moment he understood his feelings your laugh became even more special to him.

Furina teases him that it took long enough to realise his feelings for you, and that if he had taken any longer she’d probably have intervened, so let's all be glad Neuvillete realised it on his own.

Once you two are finally an official couple he is so gentle with you. It's almost as if he is afraid that any touch that may be a bit rougher would hurt you.

Also he is such a gentleman. He holds the doors open for you, he always makes sure to walk on the outer side of the sidewalk, pulls out your chair for you. He is just the perfect man.

Though if you think his awkwardness stopped once you two became an official couple I have to disappoint you. While he sees many couples near the Fountain of Lucine and sees how they interact with each other he is rather clueless himself on what to do in a Relationship.

He may be over 100 years old but he had never been in a relationship with anyone, yet alone a human so you have to be patient and show him what humans in relationships do.

This is how he learned that he loves cuddling and being physically close to you. Neuvillette enjoys the feeling of having you in his arms and holding you close. If you lay your head on his chest when he holds you close you will be able to hear that his heart is beating faster than normal. This happens regardless of how long you have been dating each other. It’s honestly adorable that even after months and years of dating you still have that effect on him.

Now we all know he is the hydro dragon, and we also all know that it rains when he cries, even if he does try to hide his tears around others, the rain speaks for him.

It almost seems as if he is inconsolable when he cries, seeing as it takes a while for the rain to let up. That is until you are there with Neuvillette when he cries. You hug him and hold him close to you, running your hand through his hair and let him cry it out. Sometimes you repeat one of the many rhymes Fontaines kids speak whenever it rains since it has the ability to make him smile.

“Rain, Rain Go away. Come again another day. Lonely dragon it will be okay. So rain, rain go away.” It may sound childish but he believes it when you say it will be okay, because he knows that as long as he has you close to him, he can get through anything.

Ever since you are there for Neuvillette, the skies appear to be even brighter after it rains, the people of Fontaine joking that the hydro dragon must have found someone who is able to brighten his mood, even after the stormiest days. Oh if they knew how right they are.

Neuvillette was unsure at first how the Melusines would react to you, he was basically their father so what if they for some reason didn't like you? Would he have to choose between you and them?

Luckily for him (and you) the Melusines love you, and have basically now adopted you as their second parental figure, so congratulations you are now a parent to a bunch of Melusines!

Y’all already know my Shadamy kids but Sunny is now a former G.U.N. agent. She quit. The reason why is a mystery.

We got some Knuxouge kids! Mirage, Warden, and Prickle. Mirage was meant to become the next guardian of the master emerald, but ended up passing it down to her little brother Warden who wanted it way more than her and became an actual G.U.N. agent like her mother. She takes after her mother in that way. She’s ultra tall and Warden is mad cause she was already taller than him at one year younger. Also she’s trans. Good for her. Warden is the “serious” one who is really dedicated to being the next guardian. He’s got the braincell of the three and is a short king. Prickle hates everyone and likes to be alone in nature. Despite Warden being the next guardian, Prickle is the most in tune with the emerald and angel island in general and often communicates with Tikal’s spirit. But nobody else can see, so for example, Rouge sees him talk to himself and is like “who tf is he talking to”

Tailsream kids! Lars, Specs, and Posy. L.A.R.S. stands for Laboratory Assistive Remedial Software. He is an ai that Tails made shortly before Specs was born to help him in the lab that turned out to be sentient. After specs was born, Lars dedicated himself to protecting her and being the perfect big brother. So Tails was like “Welp, I guess I have two children now.” and adopted him. They say he’s “15” just because that’s how he looks and acts. Specs is best girl. She’s very safety-minded and polite and she carries around a seemingly bottomless backpack full of anything you could ever possibly need. She’s called Specs after her glasses but also for how she would help Tails in his workshop and list of software “specs” for him. Posy is a little monster who revels in creating chaos, but she’s cute so she gets away with it. Also, she likes to drag Prickle around to act as her Guinea pig and he lets her because he’s too nice to say no.

The Silvaze Twins! They both live with their mother in the palace since they never know when the future will go to shit again, and Silver is usually there with them acting as Royal consort. Ember was born a few minutes before her brother, making her heir to the throne, which both are 100% fine with. Ember strives to be the best heir possible and takes her job very seriously. She loves to study and also practices fencing as neither she nor her brother inherited their parents psychic or pyrokinetic abilities. Her brother, Cinder, on the other hand, hates being in the palace and prefers to goof off most of the time. He’ll often try to cause trouble around the castle, which Ember will usually try to stop, except when he occasionally convinces her to join in. While Ember enjoys more classical studies, Cinder is fascinated by dimensional science and time travel and longs to explore all the countless dimensions out there.

Finally, some neighborhood kids. While Sunny’s main group is Mirage and Ember, Artie has these two weirdos. There’s his best friend Peppy, a reckless, energetic mouse who loves going on misadventures around town but is often betrayed by her own clumsiness. She and Artie are constantly arguing over who is the other’s sidekick and often have to save each other’s butts, but one thing’s for sure is these two idiots are inseparable. Spot, on the other hand, is the local delinquent and Artie’s official rival. Why? Idk, it doesn’t really matter. After all “all heroes have a rival” although this rivalry is often forgotten in favor of teaming up to get the job done or just to hang out. However, they still definitely hate each other and don’t like each other at all. They totally don’t enjoy the bantering or have a crush on the other at all. Pure rivals

Also, Sonic doesn’t have kids, he’s just the cool pseudo-uncle who visits a lot and babysits. And they all definitely have big family get-togethers and family dinners all the time. Because found family is the most important family of all. Anyway, thanks for reading imma go nap.

All the cousins are besties, but Artemis is closer to Aura and Apollo is closer to Hecate. Artemis and Aura hunt together all the time, and Apollo researches magic practices a lot (God of knowledge and all that) so the two of them have fun experimenting with mystic stuff.

Asteria, Lelantos, and Leto were very close growing up, but the titanomachy put them all on different paths. They all still care for each other deeply, but scars from the past hold them back from being truly close. Recently, Asteria and Leto have been reconnecting, but Lelantos is still reluctant.

Also because of the Titanomachy, the three siblings have various levels of strained relationships with their parents. Asteria sees her parents most favorably, and she and Leto are still regularly in contact with their mother. Leto holds a grudge against their father, and Lelantos doesn't speak with either of them.

All of the third generation (Hecate, Aura, Apollo, Artemis) love their parents so fucking much (minus Zeus, of course) And not only that, they love each other’s parents too!! Hecate thinks Leto is the most kickass coolest aunt she could ever have! Artemis looks up to Perses like nobody's business! If Lelantos didn’t exist, Aura would ask Asteria to adopt her! And of course I have my little post-toa hc that Apollo and Lelantos become v close and wholesome and I love this family.

Phoibe loves to brag on her kids and grandkids. Specifically, she loves to brag on the twins. See, Phoibe is not a fan of Olympus, or gods, in general. So to her, Apollo and Artemis are the only redeeming qualities of the immortal world today. So whenever something good comes out of Olympus, Phoibe is like “Well of course that was 100% because of my grandchildren. They get it all from their mother you know, nothing from that nasty child of Kronos. Oh how glorious, and you don’t see any of the godly children becoming the rulers of the sun and moon hmmm? Exactly.”

Also according to her Apollo and Artemis are honorary titans.

Koios hasn’t been able to interact with his grandchildren much, but he’s just as proud of them as Phoibe is, just in a … less wholesome way. Mans is certain he can convince his grandkids to retake Olympus for titan glory, which is never gonna happen. Whenever he brings it up the rest of the family just smile and nod awkwardly.

Bonus: A little blurb about Leto I wrote about a month ago

During the titanomachy, Leto stayed on Hyperborea with her mother. She shored the defenses and kept the other titans alive. Leto had no exceptional healing or magical abilities, but she worked tirelessly and kept her heart open. She cared easily and earnestly. She fought to get her brother out of trouble with the gods after the fight ended, though she could not do the same for her parents. For years, it was just the two of them, until Leto met Zeus.

Zeus was everything Leto wanted to be. He was confident and assured, and so kind with her. They sang and danced and spoke about everything, and Leto did what she could to soothe his fears. When she get pregnant, Zeus was overjoyed. However, after the twins were born, he became colder and distant.

Leto was basically abandoned, her children taken to Olympus and her lover rebuffing any attempts at being close. She resolved to make a place for her family to return to, but they came less and less. Now Leto keeps her hearth steady, as she has for her whole life, wishing desperately that someone would stop drifting away, and come back to her. In her solitude and grief, she doesn't even realize that the earth itself will set down roots if she only asked, just as it had before.

Thinking about Sherliam as parents…hmm.

Like realistically they probably couldn’t have kids cus of homophobia, but also maybe Mycroft could swing smthn low-key since he’s The British Government and all. Could a single parent adopt a kid in the Victorian era? I haven’t researched this but if that is possible then Sherliam could theoretically adopt a kid, just only one of them would be their legal guardian, y’know?

That aside, would Sherliam even want kids? I feel like of the two, Liam would be most likely to want kids. We get the more examples of him interacting with kids than we do Sherlock, and he seems good with them even when he was a kid himself. In the light novels/the remains, Liam is pretty good at humouring Helena before everything goes to shit and they end up friends (as much friends as an adult and a kid can be lmao). He also helps out that little girl post fall in New York who I think was also called Helena? Idk tho it’s been a while lmao.

Sherlock, I feel, wouldn’t be 100% keen on kids? He has the Baker Street Irregulars but they’re more like little employees to him, or annoying siblings. He calls them brats fairly often too lmao. Post fall/timeskip he might be better with kids cus he became more mature, but again idrk.

Also just…both their mental states? Even post timeskip I don’t they’re quite There Yet, y’know? Could just be a matter of waiting until they feel ready in that case, but still.

Like I said before, I think Liam would be more on board with the idea, and would love to give an orphaned kid an opportunity to grow up in a (semi) regular family the way he never got to, but I don’t think he’d ever commit to anything if Sherlock wasn’t up for it too. Idk. I think I just like the idea of Sherliam as parents, but my brain is still just wondering if that would be in character for them lmao.

Silver checking his ears and it's definitely not pointy like Lilia's. He ponders if there is actually physical proof of his bond with his father.

I drew this for a drabble I wrote about Silver and Lilia so imma drop it below. I had this idea when Silver's birthday card dropped and he told the story about how he found out he was adopted.

I published this on AO3 last year too so if it's familiar, that's me. I didn't steal this 🫶

Silver is Lilia 's adopted son. He's been aware of this fact since he was a child but it took a while for it to actually register. Of course, as he grew and matured, he came to understand that blood isn't the only way to become family. Silver loved his father, that sentiment never changed in his heart, so he never once resented him for being adopted.

Still, it would be nice if he actually resembled his father. Silver grew up alongside his childhood friend, Sebek. Their family is different from the rest but that made Silver more included. Sebek's mother is a well-known fairy but his father is an ordinary human dentist without the ability to practice magic. Despite the two of them being different, they're still family and they've always welcomed Silver in their home. Silver found comfort in watching the Zigvolt family interact. Their mother stood significantly taller compared to their father. She had pointy teeth, neon eyes, pointed ears, and pale skin; all of her features, their father contrasted. The most significant difference of them all, it their father not being able to use magic when the whole family can! They became an example for Silver to look up to and appreciate. Whenever he felt out of place in the Valley of Thorns, he'd look at their family for solace.

Even if Silver felt included, he couldn't help but notice how the solid proof of their bond, the Zigvolt kids, all took traits from them. Sebek's tall stature, dignified stance and his ability to do magic clearly came from his mother while his complexion and rounded ears came from his father. Blood doesn't define family but the gifts you inherit from your parents are reminders of where you came from.

Silver doesn't like entertaining those thoughts though. After all, his father was the one who took him in and raised him to be the man he is today. It would be disrespectful for Silver to doubt their connections. He vowed that he would always be proud of his parent so when the time came when Kalim asked Silver for a photo of him with his father, he knew he had to be honest.

Kalim was the person he felt closest to and he doesn't trust anyone more than him. It was only fair for Kalim to know the truth. With a deep breath, Silver scrolled through his phone's gallery and looked for an old picture of Lilia teaching him how to walk. As his eyes skimmed through the album, Silver's mind was flooded with expectations of how Kalim would react.

Lilia?! Lilia's your dad?

I didn't expect that, I thought he was your childhood friend or something....

You really don't look alike!

As he silently prepared his heart for Kalim's reaction, Silver handed his phone to Kalim with a photo of Lilia holding his hand as they walked in the woods displayed on its screen. Kalim's smile dropped and his eyes widened in surprise. With two fingers, he zoomed in the screen and leaned in to get a closer look. No matter the angle, one couldn't deny that it was 100% Lilia Vanrouge.

"Isn't this Lilia?!" Kalim exclaimed. "Lilia's your dad?"

There's the reaction he anticipated. Then next....

"I thought he was a childhood friend or something... DEFINITELY NOT YOUR DAD."

There's strike two. The last one should be…

"Now that I think about it, you're really similar," Kalim pondered.

And strike three-wait, no.

What?

"Really...?" Silver questioned Kalim, totally in shock by how left field the answer was.

"Yeah I mean first of all, the way you talk is similar! You're both very straightforward." Kalim explained, counting the points he was making with his fingers.

"Secondly, the both of you are really generous! You both just willingly lend me things I show a bit of interest in.

"Oh! You're also both good at giving advice. You're always giving other people encouragement.

"And also, you both have that strong look in your eyes. Lilia's looks like someone who's strong due to experience but yours just shows pure determination. Maybe you inherited them, Silver! You said Lilia trained you in combat too right? The calluses on your hands are proof that you inherited Lilia's strength!" As Kalim kept saying words of wonder, Silver stared at his hands curiously.

He'd never thought of it that way. Silver always looked for Lilia's pointed ears in him, Lilia's pointed teeth, or Lilia's bright pink eyes as proof of their familial ties but he never thought to look into his spirit.

Silver recalled times when he'd successfully finish his training regimen for the day. At the peak of the mountain, Lilia always stood with a prideful grin. He'd pat Silver on the back and exclaim, "That's my boy!"

"That's my boy."

Lilia had always been telling him this and thanks to Kalim, it suddenly had a deeper meaning. Silver chuckled to himself and thanked Kalim with a warm look in his eyes. Kalim was caught off guard but by the way Silver gently touched his own rough palms, he had a feeling Silver found an answer within himself. Kalim gently accepted his gratitude, happy to see this side of Silver.

I feel like Kuroo would love to spoil you with gifts, like if he catches you looking at something at a shop, he'll buy it to you right away (kinda cute tho).

He knows how to cook, and the food he makes is actually fricking good, even though he says it tastes like shit.

Has a good sense of fashion and would 100% go shopping with you, doesn't even mind holding your bags and purse.

He's a literal crackhead when he's with Bokuto, but a softie and polite when he's with you.

He once (accidentally) walked in your room while you were changing, and i feel like he got shy and mumbled a sorry and then left the room. He isn't as cocky and flirty as you thought, hes a little more shy when he's with you and no one can change my mind.

He flirts but not too much.

If you feel insecure a out your body, he'd probably cuddle the shit out of you and kiss you everywhere. He thinks you look perfect, so he doesn't even understand why you're so insecure.

If you ask him to do your makeup, he'll do it. Once he messed it up, but fixed it and the result was very good.

He has a good sense of humor, but sometimes his jokes are terrible.

You adopted a little cat, and cuddled it too. Once the cat was in your lap, and he wanted to kiss you, so the cat became furios and scratched his cheek.

Always helps you with schoolwork, especially chemistry. You once got a higher grade than him and then found him screaming in his yard.

Loves doing your hair, because he said it's relaxing (you prolly think his touch is comforting so you never refuse).

Loves going on restaurant dates with you.

If you're from another country, he'd want to learn your language and the culture. If you have an accent it's a plus.

You watch a lot of movies together, and sometimes end up crying because the movie was too sad.

Loves it when you admire his muscles and sixpack. You were once touching his abs, and then you saw him blushing, like a lot (he looked like a fricking tomato).

He once met your parents, and they really liked him. Your mom even told you that you got lucky having a hot looking man like him, and then you blushed and Kuroo laughed at you. And then your dad walked him to a corner and told him that if he does anything bad to you, he'll break his kneecaps. Kuroo looked more scared that he ever was in his life.

Adding More Backstory to Tang Shen

I wish 2012 had told us more about Tang Shen. Not much was told except that she was born in Fukuoka, was 1/4th Chinese, and was a woman both Splinter and Shredder were in love with.

Also, there's a line Shen says at one point, which involves her saying, "I can take care of myself; I've always have." Giving the idea, she grew up in tough circumstances. We never hear anything about her parents, if she was orphaned or not. We know her grandparents were present in her life, and I looked up information about the city of Fukuoka, which is stated to be a fairly safe place. I wish that line was explored more, but it just feels like the writers put it there for some brief moment of angst.

There was also a bit of writing inconsistencies. In season one, episode 26, there are these lines of dialogue I got from the episode's transcript when Splinter and Shredder are fighting

But then, in season 3, in the Tale of the Yokai episode, there's this scene

Yeahh, I believe I found a way to explain this in my rewrite of 2012, but for now, I want to talk about my rewrite of Shen.

I was thinking of making Shen a Taiwanese woman of 100% Chinese descent. She was really close to her father, but unfortunately, he died when she was still a child.

Shen's mother raised her and Shen's younger sister as a single mother with the help of Shen's older brother, who stepped up to provide for his family after their father died.

Shen was a very studious and hardworking young lady, but also a little bit rebellious as she was very set on the choices she made for herself, whether her mother approved or not.

She got accepted to Cambridge University, where she majored in history and minored in linguistics, as she had a passion for history like her father, and wanted to become a historian.

After she graduated from her undergraduate program, she entered her PhD. program for history, where in the last few years of said program, she worked part-time on her dissertation while also working as an English teacher in Japan.

During her time in Japan, she met Shredder and Splinter. Shen met Shredder first; they became friends, and soon both developed feelings for each other. When Shen tried to make a move, Shredder rejected it, as he wanted to focus on the future of the Hamato Clan and gain the approval of his adoptive father, Hamato Yuuta; he also wanted to respect her dream of becoming a historian, and not distract her from it. Shen was embarrassed but respected his decision and agreed just to be friends.

Shen and Splinter don't get together until a little bit later. Actually, when they first met, they didn't like each other at all as their first impression of each other wasn't great. However, they, of course, do come to respect each other after Splinter helped Shen when her car broke down at the side of the road. Shen and Splinter later become friends and then develop feelings for each other, which surprised both of them, especially Shen, as Splinter was someone she did not expect.

I like to think that as they spent more time together, Shen felt more comfortable talking about her passion and also introduced Splinter about the history of the Renaissance Painters.

I also thought about how Shen was able to find out about how brutal the war between the Hamato and Foot Clan before Splinter does, seeing how it involved the never-ending cycle of revenge. Finding that out, Tang Shen never wanted her daughter to get involved with ninjitsu.

Look at the way Shen looks at her baby daughter; she would've done anything for her.

She wanted Karai to have a normal life, and that's staying in my rewrite, but I also want to explain why she would push Splinter to leave ninjitsu to go to New York with her to raise their daughter; the history between both clans would play a big part with that, as well as her love for Splinter, but also Shen would still be traumatized from losing her father at a young age, and didn't want her daughter growing up without her father.

But unfortunately, Shen dies. I'm keeping Shen's death the same way it happened in the show, but yeah, that was my rewrite. Let me know what you guys think.

Vivien facts!

Since I'm new to Tumblr, I figured that I would ramble off some fun facts about my beloved Vivien!

• Her star-kissed skin, star-filled eyes, slowly whitening hair and concentrated aether originate from a blessing that Menphina bestowed upon her family line hundreds of years ago. It is passed from mother to first daughter. The holder of this blessing eventually came to be known as the Moonmaiden and became influential within Keeper culture before disappearing 100 years ago.

• Vivien was born Pyra Mewrilah to her parents Rhea, the previous Maiden, and Koh'zi Mewrilah within the walls of Ishgard. Once the Halonic society learned of the fringe Keeper clan hiding within their walls, House Valentine was tasked with routing the heretics. Rhea and Koh'zi perished during this raid.

• Vivien was adopted by Aubin and Adelaide, patriarch and loving wife of House Valentine. She raised alongside her adopted sisters, Lucienne and Jeanne. She was shielded from the truth of her birth and told that her star skin was the result of childhood experiments.

• A natural insomniac as a Keeper of the Moon, Vivien is usually encountered late at night. Rumors whisper amongst Ishgard of a woman who shines like the night sky periodically wandering the streets; Vivien finds it quite amusing that sneaking out of the Valentine estate has garnered so much attention.

• She is a natural astrologion and easily surpassed her mentor as a young teenager. Unbeknownst to her, her birth mother was also an adept astrologion.

• The Maiden is truly a bookworm and often has several books in her travelling bag.

• During the Dragonsong War, she became acquainted with the inventor and owner of Walkerworks, Kaian Walker, also the Warrior of Light. She was forbidden by Aubin to get to know the hyur but fate pulled them together and they formed a romantic relationship. Vivien expected this to be brief but, once the war concluded, Kaian invited Vivien to join him on his travels.

• Kaian proposed to Vivien at the Sanctum of the Twelve in front of the marking of Menphina. They were wed there months later surrounded by loved ones.

• Vivien cannot harness her aether on the First due to its power stemming from Menphina's blessing. Due to this, she was essentially powerless until a Viera named Holly taught her how to dance. She was separated from Kaian for several months (or years, working on that) during this time and cut her hair short.

• She typically wears incredibly formal clothing consisting of frills, ruffles and lace, usually dyed the royal blue that represents House Valentine. Over time, though, she begins to show more and more skin. After her second blessing from Menphina (hehe), she is much more confident about her sparkling skin and wears more revealing clothes.

• She learned that her Ancient, Selene, was soulmates with Azem, Kaian's Ancient. Their meeting was fated to happen again as their past lives had promised to find one another again after the sundering.

• While the story is still getting ironed out as it contains time travel, Vivien and Kaian are loving parents to three children: Eulalie, Julien and Rosalie.

• The Moonmaiden blessing did not transfer to Vivien's daughters as they are half Hyur and the aether does not recognize them as Keepers.

Okay, this is incredibly long so I'll probably do more Viv facts soon! I particularly would love to share more about the lore I'm forming for her following the Twelve raid's conclusion. Only hint I'm giving is that Vivien gets to keep Dalamud, hee hee.

One random funny shipping trope I like occasionally is when the same person ends up dating two members of the same family (either at the same time (dating the parent and their kid) or at different times (dating the parent/ancestor/elder and then dating the child/descendant/younger at a later date)

Some notable examples from my brain:

Urbosa x Botw Zelda's mother + Zelbosa

What can I say? I first saw the former on Twitter and loved the fanart/au ideas of this ship. Frankly, I like it on its own whether as an au where they got married/became partners, or even if it's a homoerotic friendship with unrequited feelings (on Urbosa's end at the very least).

As for the latter, it kind of just struck me when I first watched that memory in base botw where Urbosa is holding Zelda as she sleeps (tuckered out from surveying) and talks to Link about her. This scene really set Urbosa up as a comforting presence to Zelda, and the knowledge that Urbosa displays sets her up as someone just inherently close to her (or at least someone who has been watching her all this time)

Under the framework of this post though, I love to imagine that Urbosa either has/had a secret thing with Zelda's mother, watched over her diligently and tried to position herself as a helpful presence, and then once Zelda properly grew up and started to get older, feelings (on Zelda's side first) started to grow more uncertain. I'd like to think under this framework that once Zelda becomes an adult and comes to terms with these feelings, she becomes embarassed around Urbosa😂

Or, as someone I know once said "Don't you think it's funny? Urbosa had a thing with the mother and the daughter!"

I also can't help but think back to this post I saw on my for you page about how a "MILF" should specifically be a woman old enough to be your mother. So like. It's also funny to imagine like, a sweet childhood friends situation with past!Urbosa/Zelda's mom, but then Zelda being so down bad for a MILF with eventual Zelbosa

Botw Zelimpa + Zelpaya

Now, I've shipped Zelimpa in botw since Age of Calamity released. Real princess and her number one bodyguard kind of situation seemed to be going on there (for the record, I watched the trailer and played chapter 1 of that game). As for Paya/Zelda, I didn't really think much about it until I (1.) got into botw Zelimpa and (2.) went through Paya's diary in botw and it hit me that Paya could very plausibly be into both Zelda as well as Link.

Under the framework of this post, I really can't help but think of them like parallels to the movie Hook (Paralleling Peter/Wendy and Peter/Moira). In this case, it's funny to me to imagine Zelda having this deep bond and relationship between Impa during AoC era, and then 100 years later (post botw) when she finally meets Impa again, Impa introduces her to Paya. And while Zelda sort of slowly falls for Paya as they hang out and get to know each other and talk, the feelings hit Paya like cupid's arrow (I love you bi crisis Paya).

Nanago + Goyuu

This one sorta came about because (in addition to both of these ships) I like those aus where Nanami is Yuji's adoptive parent. And so it's funny to imagine a situation in which Nanago are exes and/or divorced, and then like years later Yuji and Gojo have one of those chance meeting x romcom romances where they both find out after the fact that Gojo was once with Nanami, but it ends up being Nanami who's the most annoyed and bothered about this situation in the end

Nanami really wishes his adoptive son would dump his ex's ass😂

Rigurd/Siguriddle + Hayariddle

This one's a bit different just because Hayato is Sigurd's reincarnation rather than Sigurd being Hayato's ancestor, but it’s close enough. And it's close enough because this is actually arguably pretty close to UR canon?😂

Like Riddle has an entire King and his most devoted servant/secretary thing going on. There is so much implying that Riddle was probably in love with him, if not that they actually were involved as a couple. And then after his lord (Sigurd) dies, he dutifully makes sure that his beloved's soul reincarnates properly. And then he watches over and protects Hayato (said reincarnation) as he grows up, sets his plans in motion and inserts himself into Hayato's life when Hayato turns 17, and then grows attached to him enough that when he finally ressurects his dear lord after centuries, he chooses his reincarnation over him. And if the ending of that manga tells me anything, it’s that Riddle really did get the King and his reincarnation 😂

Vintaker + R!Ciel/Undertaker

I haven't actually read far enough into BB to know a lot of details, but all I need to know is that the Undertaker may have been implied to be involved with generations of phantomhives, that he did canonically hang with Vincent, and that he's like the Sebastian to R!Ciel. Funny to imagine him involved with the father, and so too his precious dead heir that the undertaker went through the trouble of trying to bring back

Lansoni + King Sonic/Galahad

If you follow me you may have already seen me posting about them but regardless

Satbk is the only continuity where a version of Shadow (Lancelot in this case) is arguably Silver's (Galahad's) dad. I will be completely real with you it is so funny to imagine King Arthur "Sonic" Pendragon being involved in a relationship with two of his knights, both of which just so happen to be father and son. Shenanigans abound. It's funny to imagine

Hes definitely on the more protective side of things towards his whole family. Anytime his kid wants to hang out with their friends it turns into a fucking interrogation. "Whos gonna be there? When will you be home? Jacobs going, whos that? Oh that jacob! Hes chill asf."

Kamakiri -

Both him and his kids are little balls of rage. I feel like hed have two kids and they all constantly yell at eachother in the most loving way possible, kinda weird how they pull it off honestly.

Kuroiro -

His kid is tiktoks goth baby. (If you dont know its a tiktok account about this little girl that dresses in black dresses and her whole room is black and stuff and shes so cute omll) him and the kid have a whole matching wardrobe and its adorable <3 (just imagine Kuroiro and a toddler wearing matching Metallica shirts)

Kendo -

I feel like she only has one kid (specifically a boy) but hes like captain of the soccer team or smthn so her house always had like 11+ sweaty kids in there talking about something completely random. (She doesn't mind tho, as long as they wear deodorant)

Kodai -

I feel like she would prefer to adopt an older kid than have one of her own. Shes so sweet to her kid all the time and she teaches them so much. She genuinely loves spending time with her kid its adorable.

Komori -

I went to a renaissance fair a few years ago and there was a lady with two kids all wearing matching elf costumes. Thats Komori. She ropes her kids into doing all of the weird stuff she likes and its honestly rlly cute <3

Shiozaki -

I honestly cant see her having any kids of her own or even adopting but I do think she would foster. Everytime a kid comes to her house to live there for a few months she spends her time teaching them a lot of things, (independence, thinking skills, different cultures and religions, ect.)

Shishida -

Boomer. He does that weird ass squint everytime his kids show him something. If its a stupid ass meme he always asks if his kid knows them lmao. 100% falls for flash sale scams and his kid has to remove viruses from his computer every day

Shoda -

He would be a good dad of one, maybe two kids. But he cant cook to save his life. His lover is out of town so hes watching the kids? Its pizza and instant ramen for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day for the next week.

Pony -

Pony is more popular than her daughter lmao. I feel like her daughter keeps to herself and reads at school, doesn't like being social but sometimes random people will go up to her and be like "can you tell your mom theres a party this saturday and sams." They are complete opposites lmao.

Definitely has a son, they are besties and they constantly do shit like this together <3

Big muscle man and his tiny daughter with her silly pink tutu. He definitely spoils his kid so much its actually insane. Imagine him and his daughter having a little princess tea party and they're both wearing little crowns while drinking from pink cups <3

Cat mom. She can barely keep a plant alive how tf is she gonna handle a kid? I also feel like she had a bunch of younger siblings she had to take care of throughout her childhood so shes done with kids.

"What do you mean we cant have 20 kids :(" if he could he would. He loves kids so much, he wants a big ass family with as many kids as possible and everyone will wear matching pajamas for christmas >:) best dad tho

Honenuki -

Hes such a good dad oml <3 he always listens when they talk about something and he genuinely loves and cares for them. He 100% lets his kids teach him about whatever their current Intrest is and its adorable.

Bondo -

Hes actually really shy and almost clumsy when it comes to being a parent (at least he is at first) nervous 24/7 but hes actually so gentle and kind to his kid <3.

Monoma -

Hes so protective of his kid. He just doesn't want his kid to be bullied like he was </3 he gets almost scared for his kid when they get their quirk (especially if its his quirk being passed down) gives them an hour long self love lecture lmao <3

Reiko -

I cant see her having kids (theyre sticky and gross tbf) so whenever someone asks when shes having kids she just kinda points to her cat. She does volunteer to babysit for everyone elses kids if they need a sitter tho <3

Rin -

Dad that loves dragons and kid that loves sharks. They definitely go to cool ass fairs and festivals together <3 knows all of his kids friends by name and is willing to help them with anything. They are his kids by extention lmao.

I really struggle writing sometimes because I just want to end every sentence with a heart but it looks stupid when I do that aaaheufnhhhhghgg </3

I know all the Liz Shaw fans of today rave about her being a lesbian, but honestly, as a female born in the late 1950s, I felt betrayed by this twist.

I went to a state comprhensive in a working class area. In all the years up to and including 1969, 100% of girls at my school chose 'girl subjects. Shorthand and typing, bookkeeping, child care, and the domestic sciences were 'girl subjects'.

We had a progressive head who made all students, do all subjects in years 1 and 2. In year 3, we had options. Mostly because of parental expectation, teacher, and peer pressure, no girls took traditionally male subjects.

In 1970, I rebelled and chose physics, chemistry, metalwork, and woodwork. I had two friends who said they would do the same, but chickened out due to peer pressure. The teachers tried changing my mind. As I was the top student in my year, in all my option subjects, I got my way. I was ridiculed as being a Tomboy (lesbian) for all my remaining time at school.

For me, Liz was a role model, a strong woman whom I could imagine having it all. A loving husband (possibly the Brig) and a family while being a top-class scientist. She would have all the things my teachers were telling me I wouldn't achieve if I chose that options path.

I became an engineer and have a loving husband and family. In 1970 to do what I did, as a woman from a traditional mining community, was highly unusual.

So, I fully appreciate the battle that is raging today in the LGBTQ community. I fully support my cousin, who is gay, and who married his wonderful partner as soon as he could. I gave references to help them adopt their son, and I love them all to pieces.

But please, don't take away a woman's lib hero. Although laws exist to lift those glass ceilings, they still exist, and we need our heros too!

EWJ AU and Headcanons:

Guess people wanna hear my AU bullshit lol /j

I have a fuck ton I had to dump in a notepad and try to organize it.

Jim:

Jim can get drunk off of ice cream and fro-yo because the sugar fucks up with his system so much.

Jim curls up in the neck of her supersuit when she's too tired to reach her bed or overstimulated.

Jim is bigender him/her lesbian, Psycrow is bi, Professor is gay, Peter is gay as well.

Jim's full legal name is Jim/Kim Clayton, and she switches between he/him and she/her pronouns. Just don't call him an "it".

Jim is dyslexic, autistic and has a TBI.

Jim got her name from a grave she discovered in New Junk City. She didn't know anything about gender and stuff at the time, so she just assumed the masculine persona that people gave her due to her voice and suit. This would end up biting her in the ass years later.

Insectika courting rituals are much different than human courting rituals. WHN didn't know Jim was interested in her until he accidentally proposed to her in an Insectika tradition. After a bit of back and forth they began properly dating afterwards.

Princess WHN:

Snott is actually WHN's pet, he only sticks around Jim because of the snacks he forgets he puts into his suit's backpack and Snott is very much a glutton.

Princess WHN is also autistic, but she wouldn't know until Saturn was diagnosed as autistic.

WHN is part human part Insectikette, her true heritage and birth being the catalyst for her sister taking up the throne and mother's murder because the royal family was basically advocates for eugenics. It did not end well for all parties involved, big shocker there.

WHN LOVES human food, especially pizza. She'll be completely distracted if someone offers her food. Want to make her happy, give her food.

WHN thinks that a lot of Creepypastas are real, even the bad ones. She has spent at least a couple nights searching to bring down Jeff The Killer and Slenderman only to be dragged back home by Peter.

WHN often enters in strongman contests, and has several first place trophies from them.

Peter/Amos:

Peter's parents were used in animal experimentation an attempt to make the strongest fighting dog known to man. When the ring was broken up and arrested, the dogs were sent to a farm where Peter would be born as the run of the litter, only to be adopted by a young Addie.

Peter was adopted by Addie and her family when he was a normal puppy. As he was a runt rejected by his bio mom and adopted as a newborn, Peter was 100% convinced Addie was his real mom. Even if he knows he's adopted, he still calls her his mom.

Peter is a Jack Russel-Beagle mix, though he's technically now a hellhound.

Peter does most of the housework, at least the ones involving chemicals and flammable equipment because Jim is very accident-prone.

Peter is around 20-30 during the main canon. He aged up in dog years as a normal dog only for his biological age to slow down when he became Amos' vessel akin to that of a human. He'll probably live for 100-200 years though.

Peter is very small for his breed and was often mocked for it. Now, he uses it to his advantage because seeing WHN or Psycrow pause in shock as he gets drinks at a bar is hilarious to him.

Amos is Peter's demon and later lover. Originally Satan's right-hand man…until a certain cat came along and ruined it for him.

Peter has six puppies, named Paimo, Rono, Molo, Bapho, Corso, and of course, Solo. They all have some sort of demonic power thanks to Peter's demon and their other parent, Amos. If you understand the naming scheme for them you get a free cookie.

Amos can take up a form almost like Venom when he's going parrot-mode on Brock, just chilling in Peter's shadow. Except Peter's shadow now has eyes and a mouth and scares the shit out of everyone he comes across while doing errands.

Peter is Amos' longest-lasting vessel, as most of the others died from being murdered in witch hunts or took their own lives. He only made himself known to Peter after he temporarily died after a mission gone wrong because he was so impressed with Peter that he had to see him in the flesh.

Peter has severe anxiety, and honestly, who can blame him? Though he usually medicates it with those dog CBD treats and weed whenever he can. Addie Newman:

Addie is part Corvidian part human, with her biological mother unknown and potentially dead. Addie has a suspicion that Psycrow is her biological father, however.

Addie is currently dating Grayson, president of the Earthworm Jim Fanclub. As you can imagine, the meet the parents dinner went as well as you'd expect.

Addie has a large mixed family, biological and adopted, including her adoptive fathers, David and Mike, and her adoptive baby sister, Penelope.

Addie had anger issues in her childhood, once overthrew the leader of a gang in less than ten minutes, got expelled from several schools before the age of ten, amongst other things. Her parents went to adopt her a puppy in hopes it would help her, leading to her picking the runt of the litter, Peter. Peter would help Addie immensely...until he was separated from her when he fell through a portal to Heck.

Addie kept and wore Peter's collar on her person until she would eventually try to summon Evil to retrieve Peter herself, fully knowing and accepting that she would have to sacrifice her own life according to Evil. Jim would save her and Peter and became her friend.

Addie is still a delinquent but is more geared towards vigilante justice rather than purposeful crime. She wouldn't outright say it, but Peter and Jim saved her life.

Psycrow would discover a baby Addie abandoned while he was doing drug trades. He would take Addie in for the first three years of her life until ultimately deciding to give her up to an earth couple so she wouldn't be killed due to his criminal career. The two would later reunite and Psycrow would be accepted in the Newman family after he permanently put his criminal days behind him.

Saturn, Solo and Bessie:

Saturn is selectively mute, and Solo often speaks for her when they do missions

Saturn hardly speaks even as an adult, usually only hissing or screeches. She of course knows how and can speak quite well, but just prefers not to.

Saturn was born with just her arms as a lot of baby Insectoids/Insectikettes have a "larval stage", and much like Saturn did, grow their legs later on, usually as a toddler.

Saturn can curl up like a cat, and usually does this to fit in human chairs/seats/etc.

Saturn lets Solo and the other pups ride on her back. Seeing as she's literally a giant centipede and can fit all 6 of the pups on her back at once

Saturn considers Bessie her sister/half-sister due to their parents being clones. Bessie hates her guts, so the feeling is not mutual :(

WHN stressed and worried over not being a good mother to Saturn. She was ultimately worried over nothing, as Saturn is technically the only member of the royal family that had loving parents.

Solo was completely convinced that Saturn was a dog much like her and the other puppies until Peter had to try to explain otherwise. For five straight hours.

After a mission gone wrong, Evil Jim was sucked into a wormhole and presumed dead. Jim tried to take in Bully Bessie and it worked for a while until she ran away as a preteen and assumed Evil Jim's role. She works endlessly to find her dear papa and will not hesitate to find any way to save him, even if it means backstabbing her "sister". And she'd gladly do so.

Bessie is part jaguar, part piranha, part scorpion and radioactive cow, as Evil Jim wanted to make her with every advantage known to man.

Bessie ironically enjoys using butcher knives and cleavers as her weapons of choice, considering Evil Jim's guns as "too quick". Creepy.

Evil Jim didn't know what sex/gender Bessie was at birth and still doesn't, so he just let Bessie choose her clothes even as a baby.

Solo, despite being the smallest of her siblings, is pretty much the litter's leader. Mess with her family and you'll beg for death. She makes her fathers proud though Peter is a bit worried.

Solo can see and speak with the dead.

There is not much known about what happened to Chara afterwards within the timeskip, besides Chara became very well-known in the surface world for being the only human to come back alive from the underground, and being able to give the first description and recount of Monsterkind in the past 1,000 years, also eventually became the neighbor to Andrew Allen (HT!Aliza’s Counterpart). ----- How Absorbing a monster Soul affects a human's biology judging by what happened to Chara: Since Chara is the only one to ever absorb an monster’s soul, the effects are very little known, the known effects, judging by how it affected Chara, are;

The Human will not go through normal puberty if they haven’t already and if they are going through it, it would stop.

The Human will become sterile, and all reproductive functions will stop functioning.

They won’t produce estrogen or testosterone anymore, but their monster soul will keep the negative physical effects of that at bay, though not necessarily any possible mental effects.

The Human will continue to grow taller until age 25, if they are over that age they will retain the same height

The Human will gain the monster’s magic abilities

The Human will be eternally youthful, and stop aging at 25 if they are younger than that age. If they are over that age they will still maintain their physical appearance but their biology will behave as if they were younger, ex: they will still look 60 but they would have the biology of an healthy person in their 20s

Will be immune to bacteria and viral infections

they'll have a higher magic tolerance, and their soul won't explode from magic overcharge, or at least not easily.

Cells and their genetics will behave differently than they used to due to their DNA being mutated.

They don't seem to bleed or bleed as much when pierced.

their body will experience physical changes usually parrelling the Monster's physical traits, like if the monster has claws and sharp teeth, the human will start to grow them as well.

With Percy Jackson and The Olympians Priemering Today here are some changes that would have made more sense with Greek Mythos than what Rick did (I love him but holy hell is none of it Accurate):

The big 3 would not have stopped having kids cause WWII (and I pray they change it in the show. it gives me the ick). Personally either, use Nazi's to have used Demigods as weapons against their will and have the gods agree no more kids to protect them, or WWI (it's a less fucked up idea, but aligning with countries over trade and political tensions is better than Nazi's). Also cold war could work but only to an extent. I know the prophecy was also a reason but good god let's get rid of the nazi's, please!

Athena is the virgin goddess. It's one of her epithets, Parthenos, the virgin Athena (what the Parthenon is named after). No kids, she has no time for romance. Now Artemis and Hestia? They're both virgin goddesses, with it being sacred, but Hestia being a goddess of the Family and hearth, and having kids would make sense (also fire Annabeth and Water Percy), whilst it's not clear if Artemis is 100% no romance (The Orion myth where their in love is only one retelling and it's the one I hate the most), but whether through her maidens, or as her role as a goddess of childbirth, or she's just a lesbian and sometimes they want kids, it's more likely than Athena. Honestly, the demigods of Artemis being the children Artemis helped birth from victims of assault would be a cool concept, the kids could be left at camp halfblood at an early age, and when the hunters visit, they could see their mums and aunts, whilst the mums could heal and know their kid is safe. Anyways, I'm 100% Athena is no romance, no sex, but loves friendships. She and Telemachus are besties, so she def has mortal friends. She and Paul would be good friends. New AU, Athena sets Paul up with Sally, cause she was already friends with Paul and is like "they'd be happy". Aphrodite is jealous that she didn't get it first.

Dinoysis should not be camp director, banished or not. What would make more sense: Ares camp director. The Greeks (Sparta and their colonies are the exception, not the rule) kinda hated Ares but in most of the myths he's in he's at best actually helping win wars, or at worst, the problem child (and the whole jar incident where he got trapped and Artemis and Hermes rescued him. Ares was hated because he represented the brutality of war, along with the revenge and cost with the eventual victory, whilst Athena was the tactics, strategy and cunning that brings victory. Regardless, in Mythos, Ares is a pretty chill guy (just not on the Battlefield.) Ares loves training, battle, and his kids. He is a girl dad (the Amazons are his kids, and he adores them), and would probably love any kid who showed an interest in fighting and battle, no matter the weapon. And it's in line with his character. He does something, gets kicked off Olympus for a bit, and gets thrusted to camp halfblood, and all the gods are like "Yeah lol, he hates kids, he's gonna hate it", but then he's there and he's like "I'm gonna teach you how to spear 3 horses in a row!" His kids love having him there, and he just kinda adopts the kids who's parent hasn't claimed them. He also will escort demigods home and threaten neglectful/shit parents. He will adopt kids who's mortal parent has abandoned them/died. Ares is camp father, and he's a damn good one. Though maybe he does get a little riled up by captue the flag.

I know the Amazons are in Heroes of Olympus, ha ha Amazon joke, but Amazon is an evil company and I hate it. The Amazon's also live in camp halfblood as trainers, friends, family, and loyal daughters of Ares. Most daughters of Ares get integrated into the Amazon's and they go on yearly retreats to Circe's island.

In later mythos Apollo became a god of the sun, and Artemis the moon, but Selene and Helios are still important players with interesting myths, and I know the whole "mortals forget" thing but Renaissance art did not. Have a plot about Endymion, Selene's forever-asleep boyfriend, Circe is a daughter of Helios, he could have other, powerful witches in their own right. Medea being a grandaughter of Helios is critical to her power and downfall. In mythos she never dies, merely disappears. Why is she evil? She is misunderstood and fuck Jason.

My hatred of Zeus runs deep and is too complicated to get into, but he is the true antagonist of Greek mythology, and I hate him. Everyone should hate Zeus.

Persephone and Hades relationship is too strained, and they never cheat on each other (Thesus and Pirithous. Once again, Rick is too kind to absolute dicks of mythology). The only time they have was Adonis and that one is weird and possibly mistranslated, but yeah, only times they cheat is when Zeus...assaulted his daughter *gags*, though in other translations the results of those unions are Hades. Hades though? Has never cheated on her. If one fell in love with a mortal, the more likely (and in my opinion sweeter outcome) is polyamory. Or have Hades and Persephone be the patron gods of any and all children of underworld gods (Thanatos, Melione ect)

On the Persephone thing, Persephone being a nature goddess is...loose? Demeter brings spring when reunited with her daughter, making Persephone's role not really nature goddessey. More interestingly greeks use the title Dread Persephone, and her role in stories aligns her as an underworld goddess. If you want an interesting deep dive into this watch OSP: Hades and Persephone on YouTube, its super interesting and goes into it better. Also fuck lore Olympus while I'm here.

Aphrodite and Hephestus being together is not always present in written works of Greek mythos. In Homer's Illiad Aphrodite is unmarried and a consort of Ares, whilst Hephestaus has his own wife, Charis. Then Homer contradicts himself (tbf, might not be a real guy) and states Aphrodite and Hephaestus are married and Ares is Aphrodite's homewrecker. So not even one (supposed) guy can keep it straight. It varies from myth to myth. Hell, at the end of some retellings of Aphrodite and Ares in chains in Hephestaus's bed, they straight up divorce. This is less nitpicky of Rick because Greek mythos has no cannon and everything is a constant mess, but with all the... less than stellar relationships within the pantheon and wider worship, it's ok to have a pairing that while is thought of, have a canonical divorce.

Also, Cupid would out Nico, Eros would not, and Psyche would punch him.

Why is Medusa solely based off of Ovid's terrible interpretation?IDK I'm not particularly fond of Ovid's retellings of myth, because of his...baggage issues. I know it's the more popularised one, but Ovid's entire story of Perseus is...so fucked up. This is also my anger toward wider mythos fans who argue whether Athena did a cool feminist thing or punished Medusa for being assaulted. In the older retellings, she was just a monster and it's so less fucked up.

Where is Ariadne? If we ignore my Ares rant, why is she not with her husband? or at least frequently visiting him? And why is she not called up in Balle of the Labyrinth? She is the patron goddess of it. Give her a cookie Percy, It'll help.

I have more but they relate to specific parts of the plot of a book, but if people are interested I can and will complain more. Sea of Monsters is the main one that comes to mind, but I'm rereading the series atm, so I can make ongoing lists. Also, I do love Percy Jackson, but I cannot think of it as having any relationship to actual Greek mythos or history or I'll scream. If you want to write an AU with any of these ideas please let me know, I love Greek mythos and I love interpretations of stories told for thousands of years.

- the jedi all go to the same temple, in this au the jedi religion is no different then being Jewish, Muslim, Christian, ect.

- Caleb and Cal are neighbors, they've been besties since kindergarten (I refuse to separate these two, they are now a pair)

- Caleb's nickname is Kanan

- masters= parents (adopted or bio, a few exception cases like Ahsoka and Ani, Obi wan and Ani, ect.)

- obi wan is qui gon's bio kid, Anakin was adopted

-Ahsoka is adopted by plo koon

- while I would love to include all clones, last time I tried that I fried my modern AU, so here's a more edited list with my faves

- Jango had Boba and Omega

- Rex and Cody are brothers, they're boba and omega's cousins

- the bad batch(quintuplets) + domino twins are brothers and are boba and omega's first cousin once removed (so Jango's aunt/uncle's kids)

- pretty much everyone in the fett family joins the military to some degree

-Bd-1 is Cal's small dog, C3P0 is a golden retriever (or possibly a service dog for Ani due to childhood trauma) and R2 is a cat (maybe a tuxedo), Chewwie is one of those big super fluffy dogs, Chopper is a ginger cat, and Jar Jar is Padme's overly excitable yippy dog (couldn't decide on a breed)

- Hera and Kanan eventually adopt a wolf dog they name Dume, Chopper hates sharing attention

- Kanan adopts Ezra

- Sabine is related to Bo-Katan and Satine (somehow, I know she's the same clan so extended family!)

- After meeting clan Wren (I am writing this as I watch Rebels) I have decided Ursa was Satine and Bo-Katan's adpoted first cousin once removed

- Hera is totally Airforce, like I feel like that's the closest to her role in rebels, her and Kanan met in highschool

- their song, which later became their first dance at their wedding, is "Ain't no mountain high enough"

- Zeb is another friend of theirs from highschool, he was a year or two younger

- Zeb is a security guard, Ezra is an animal conservationist (see him and Loth wolves), his parents had a radio show where they talked about endangered species

- Kanan is a firefighter (because irony) and Cal is an elementary school teacher who is in charge of his school's fencing club

- in this au Kanan's injury comes from a job, once he's blinded he joins Ezra in his work

- Cere is a highschool music teacher, Merin is a history teacher who also has an elective cultures course, and Greez is a freelance pilot who's business is definitely totally 100% legal(/s aka he takes some shady jobs)

- Cere and Greez are neighbors, Merin works at the same school as Cere, and she meets Cal through her

- Din obviously adopts Grogu at some point, and Luke volunteers at the temple's Sunday school which is where he meets them(???)

- I feel like Luke would own a martial arts school, Leia becomes a politician like her mum, Anakin would be a robotics engineer

- Satine is prime Minister of Mandalore, Bo- Katan is either military or lawyer (she strikes me as the lawyer type), Sabine was going to join the military but ended up pursuing an artistic career, Korki wants to go into politics like his aunt

- Mandalore works like the u.s where it's a bunch of small countries a trench coat, except they're more functional... mostly

- Obi wan is either a social worker (helping other kids like Anakin) or some kind of diplomat, he only became a diplomat cause he took a few classes to spend more time with a cute international student *cough* Satine *cough* and found he was good at diplomacy

- Plo Koon and Ahsoka are body guards/ security, Plo has his own company, Ahsoka started as being in charge of marketing (I consulted my mom for Ahsoka's job and she suggested marketing because she's so bubbly)

You know another thing I'd love to see in the inevitable season 2 (yes it's inevitable shut up)? Talia sort of semi-adopting Juliette into the family. I know it would take some time, but if you think about it it's not that far-fetched.

This woman took Theo as her own son and is a better parent to him that his biological dad (who tried to pull the 'he's my son' card and she was not having it. He became what they were sworn to kill? Whatever, he's still her boy.

She also was all for adopting Tess when her parents were murdered. She sees a kid who needs a parent? She's there in a flash, like a more stable and hot Batman.

She's also slightly less gung-ho about how all monsters are evil. She believes it, but she also softened slightly to Juliette when she realised she had saved Calliopes life. She's a mom first, a compassionate person second, and a monster hunter third. If anyone is gonna see Juliettes humanity in that family other than Cal, it's her mom.

And Juliette is someone who needs help desperately. She has no one to turn to who will understand her desire to not be a monster. (I mean her dad was that guy but then he became snake man and ate grandma). She was dealt a shitty hand by fate and despite her family's pressure, she is trying so hard to be a good person. Talia would 100% see that. And most importantly, would see how much she loves her daughter. If anything is going to sway her, it's the absolute love Juliette has for Calliope.

I just want Talia to hug Juliette and tell her it's going to be okay, that she's not a monster for existing and that she'll help her.
