"And... the formula is the same for this question too?"

"Yes," Todoroki nodded briefly. He turned the textbook by his forearm, reading through a few printed sentences. “Next page.”

You obediently turned the paper - completely forgetting about the cup of pens that was sitting near your elbow (and subsequently knocking them over) and getting a paper cut while you knocked them over.

"Oh for fucks sake..." you groaned, shoving your injured fingertip in your mouth.

Todoroki let out a small breath of amusement, picking up the pens that had slid over to his side of the table. "Is your finger alright?" he paused, in thought. "People's hands always get injured around me. Maybe I am the hand crusher."

You broke into a loud laugh, startling Todoroki. He furrowed his brows -- maybe you thought it was a joke?

lunch walk

Todoroki was beside you as you strolled the hallways of U.A - on your way to lunch, as normal. You spoke animatedly at your place beside him, hands waving and a grin on your face.

“His tactics are—” and… you were falling.

Tripping on air as you descended the staircase you were on.

The bottom of the staircase approached quickly until a hand jutted out from beside you — securing around your abdomen and holding you in place (though winding you in the process). You exhaled sharply, and meeting the blue and grey pair of eyes next to you.

“I didn’t know you… would fall for me so quickly…” Todoroki said, completely blank faced. Your eyebrows raised into your hairline.

Silence.

Todoroki spoke again, “Uraraka-san told me to use pickup lines.”

a... date?

"Wanna go to the arcade next?"

"Okay."

Taking a brief look at Todoroki, confusion settled in your stomach. The boy -- though his emotions were usually hidden very well -- had a slight furrow in his brows.

"Are you... are you alright?"

Todoroki hummed, turning towards you. His eyes met yours, and the furrow in his brow increased. "I'm contemplating."

"Contemplating what?"

He went silent. You assumed that was the end of the conversation.

Until a warm hand grabbed yours.

You turned to him, surprised. He was seriously full of surprises lately. A chuckle escaped your throat at the sight that met your eyes. Todoroki had his head hanging forward, a blush situated high on his cheekbones. As your staring increased, your awareness of your surroundings did the opposite.

A ski-slope nose, pristinely straight snow-white hair with a vibrant crimson pairing it, and a pole that went straight into your face.

"Ow, fuck."

You recoiled, taking a few steps back as your free hand now cradled your face. Todoroki let go of your hand (much to your disappointment) and stood directly in front of you. Prying away your hands, he raised his right palm to the quickly increasing swell of the injury. A cool temperature emanated from his fingers, soothing the area in the same way an ice-pack would.

"Don't get a concussion yet. I still haven't asked you to be my boyfriend."

shinso !

Dodge, swing, divert, punch.

"Shinso, come on," you muttered, "We've been going at this for hours and you still aren't satisfied?"

"One more round."

You glared.

"Please."

"Fine."

You began practicing again, dodging Shinso's attempts at attacking and throwing in attacks of your own. As you began to gain the upper-hand, you pushed Shinso back. He stumbled backwards, huffing out a bated breath. You stepped forward, readying your next attack. Which apparently was rolling your ankle and falling onto you ass.

Hissing out a groan, you checked over your ankle with your hand, pressing your fingertips onto where you thought you had rolled it. Shinso, in front of you, had two hands over his mouth and shoulders shaking with laughter.

"Hey!"

"I'm sorry--" he interrupted himself order to hold in a snicker, "You looked so determined and then you just--" he broke into boisterous laughter.

This was odd, honestly. Shinso rarely laughed this openly. It was contagious -- and soon, you were laughing too.

"Wow, these vases are so pretty..."

Shinso rolled his eyes. "Yeah, yeah. Thanks for coming with me."

"No problem! This is for your...?"

"Mum."

"Right." Your eyes scanned over the array of shiny, ceramic vases that littered the shelves and tables. A white one caught your eye, one that had a painted black and red flower tangled around the stark white background. The body of it was slim and tall -- not very round, but not exactly sharply edged either. "Hey, Shinso, what about thi--"

As your arm reached for your goal, in its path, it knocked over another vase. A curvy, white vase with dark blue patterning wrapping around the top and bottom of it. You stared in absolute horror as it shattered against the hard-wood flooring.

You and Shinso stared at the broken pieces for a moment. Shinso was the first to move into action, grabbing the white vase in your hand and placing it back on the shelf. He gripped your hand and dragged you away from the fractured ceramic.

The cashier, luckily, was a guy who didn't seem to be all that interested in this job. He sat calmly at the register, scrolling through his phone.

As you reached the outside of the shop, Shinso let out a breath of relief.

"That was very illegal," he murmured. He rolled his eyes. "You're the literal definition of a bull in a china shop. Man, I can't take you anywhere."

"That's going a little far--"

Hitoshi Shinso x Autistic Neko Male Reader

Whenever you were feeling a certain way that you didn't know how to express or couldn't express or just didn't understand you would pull on your cat ears to bring you back down to reality. When you were feeling angry or frustrated you would bite your tail and yank on it hard because you didn't understand how to express what you were feeling. Emotions and feelings were something you didn't grasp fully but, you tried your best. You were able to talk a lot with Hizashi since he was autistic himself as well as Tenya and Momo who were both autistic as well. That came as a surprise to everyone but you, Aizawa sensei and Hizashi sensei.

"Y/N, can you help me with my math homework?" You looked over at Denki who was always asking you to help him with his math homework. You didn't mind, he was a close friend of yours. You gave him a smile and gestured him over to you. He quickly scooted his desk next to yours and, showed you his homework sheets from Ectoplasm sensei class.

"You are getting better Denki but, you made mistakes here." You pointed it out to him and tried to talk the problem out the best you can. He was always patient with you and tried his best to focus on what you were saying. His ADHD made it hard to stick to one subject for long but, with you telling him to focus every few minutes he was able to complete the rest of the homework for math.

"Thank you Y/N, you're the best!" He went back to his side leaving his desk where it was as he engaged in a conversation with the Bakusquad even though you didn't necessarily like the bakusquad. It should have been the Ejirousquad or if he used his last name the first four letters it would be the kirisquad. He's the one who created the squad anyway, Katsuki was the last one who wanted to be a part of it. It grew on him even though he pretended to hate everyone.

"You shouldn't let him use you like that." You turned to the new voice smiling at Hitoshi. He admitted the first time you guys talked that he wasn't used to conversations so you made him your friend. The two of you both had a hard time making conversations. He had bad experiences with people, people who were mean to him for no reason always calling him a villain so that's why he doesn't talk too much or is good. You just didn't understand emotions and feelings so you would mimic other people and watch their expressions on what to say and do. It was hard.

"He is not using me, he's just a friend who needs help in math. He helps me with talking with people and I help him to focus. I think those two things can make us friends, right?" You asked for validation just in case you said the wrong thing or assumed the wrong thing and it leads to a misunderstanding.

"You are right, the two of you are friends." You nodded your head as you leaned into his side playing with his jacket. You always liked the feel of his jacket as well as his gym uniform. Some would say it's all the same material but it doesn't feel the same. Yours is itchy and makes you want to take it off but, his uniform is nice nylon with a silky texture and you loved it ever since you first felt it. You can say the same thing for Aizawa's capture weapon. He cut off a piece of it for you to keep in your dorm which you were very very happy with. "What does that make us then?" You looked up at him tilting your head.

"Well, we are, uh, boyfriends? Right? Since we hold hands and share kisses? As well as cuddles that mean we are in a closed relationship since we didn't talk about sharing, right?" You were about to make yourself confused. You understand there are different rules for each relationship but, the two of you never talked about that kind of stuff.

"Yes we are boyfriends and I noticed that we haven't really had a good talk about this and I think we should during lunch. What do you think?" You nodded your head enthusiastically. You wanted to make sure you were doing and understanding everything correctly. You did not want to be on a different understanding than Hitoshi because that can cause problems. You didn't want to have any problems since you really liked Hitoshi a lot. "Then that's good, let's finish our first set of classes and, then we can go up to the roof. You got your lunch right?" You nodded waiting for him to show you his lunch. He did "I got mine too." The two of you shared a smile as you continued to work and focus on the rest of the classes. Heroics training was after lunch so you always packed up a protein and carbs-filled lunch since you were going to burn it anyway. Being part cat helped with a fast metabolism. The rest of the day went by uneventfully and before you knew it, you and Hitoshi were making your way to the roof with Aizawa's permission. He didn't mind the two of you being up there.

"Is it okay if I ask a question?" You turned to Hitoshi before sitting to make sure he had your attention. He nodded his head and, that's when you took a seat patting the spot next to you. "I am doing all of this correct right? I really like holding your hands and kissing you even though I'm learning how to kiss. I also like talking to you because you are patient with me and understand me when I am struggling to talk. So, I just want to know if I'm a good boyfriend?" You were pulling your tail anxiously only to jump at slow and soft hands grabbing yours. You looked up to see Hitoshi staring at you with a smile.

"You have nothing to worry about. You are doing just great. I don't care how you move, this relationship is for the two of us to enjoy and you are doing everything right. We can always talk if we don't like what the other is doing, yeah?" You nodded your head glad to know he understood you as always. "Great now let's eat our food early and, then we can talk some more." You couldn't agree more as you opened up your bento and took your first bite out of your chicken.
