Reminders

I know the request said headcanons but it's too fic-y to just be headcanons? therefore it's a fic now! This really made me want to reread the books and if anything, rebind (as in bookbind) them as my copies are not doing well. Pairing: Poly!Fierrochase x gn!reader, Alex fierro x reader x Magnus Chase Request: Hello! If I may, may I request fierrochase poly headcanons with a gn reader who's rather parental? They are always there to patch them up whenever they get hurt, and are always giving them both meaningful gifts- they help around the chase place too. Kids love them. They're also affectionate :D thank u Wordcount: 1.2k Warnings: none! -Asnyox

It just came natural to you, taking care of those around you. You always carried extra snacks, maybe band-aids, a water bottle- basically a care package in your bag. For you it was always a nuisance if you couldn’t fix tiny issues when you were on the go, and to an extent you were always ready to help those around you if they needed it.

Another thing you got going for you was your memory- often you would remember small things told to you in passing. Appointments, supplies someone needed, deadlines, you wouldn’t shy away from casually reminding people of them especially when the life you’re leading could quickly become hectic. Through your caring nature you also quickly befriended Magnus, Alex and the rest of the perthro family.

Of course, whenever Magnus was around nobody would really need patching up from you. Magnus was after all a walking health potion. But other times, if someone got only the slightest of scratches, you would have a plaster ready. And if there were tougher times, you would always prepare some form of comfort food for those who need it. Magnus came to you more often than Alex to talk about his feelings, the way he sometimes felt he still needed to deal with the grief of losing his mother- or the sudden changes happening all around. Alex specifically had a hard time sharing her feelings, she wasn’t used to being openly received and it might have taken a little more prying and patience before she willingly shared her troubles with you. But with enough kindness and care she came to understand you were a safe space- Magnus too, and if she needed it you would be there to listen.

There was another perk to being your lover that Magnus and Alex found. Somehow, unconsciously, you had made your room and bed the coziest place in the entirety of the nine realms. Just laying on your bed could relax either of them instantly. Whether it was because of the blankets you had, or the scent, or maybe that fact that it meant you were also in your room, they didn’t know.

If she hadn’t seen you for a while, Alex was always a little taken back by the fact that you tended to have a little gift for her. It was just something small, but meaningful and a silent way of knowing that you thought of her while you weren’t together. And in a sense she could relate, if you haven’t talked in a few days and she starts throwing pots she sometimes surprises herself with making something that she just knows you would like. There is a certain shape of mug you prefer that always comes out if she misses you. The pottery reminded her of you, and it often led to her shooting you a message.

Magnus on the other hand doesn’t fully know how to deal with the presents. He’s in a stage where he thinks receiving a present means you expect something back from him, and when you never ask he’s just left confused.He treasures the little gifts, and often appreciates it even more if it’s something he forgot he wanted, but he tends to wait for you to ask something of him, and if it doesn’t happen he tries to figure out how to pay you back. The first few times he got a gift from you he actively freaked because he thought he had missed an important date- but that wasn’t it.

At some point he voiced his concerns to Alex, who simply said, “(Y/n) simply thought of you when they saw this and got it, that’s not hard to understand, is it?” smiling a little mockingly at him. Maybe it wasn’t, but Magnus was thinking of you all the time and if he were to get something for you each time you would need a storage unit for the amount of gifts. So instead, the next time you brought him something he simply asked.

“What do you want in return? I really want to give you something but-” he got interrupted by your laugh.

“Alex said you would ask,” you tapped your chin, feigning a thoughtful expression, “How about a kiss?” that was easy to deliver, and left Magnus more flustered than you.

And then there was the way you helped around the Chase place after it was founded. Alex had warned Magnus beforehand that you might never leave the place if they let you. There were so many teens and other homeless that needed help, a pick-me-up, or had clothes that needed mending that you could help around for days on end and never catch a break. For someone who loved giving self care reminders, you seemed all too set on disregarding your own health. Which is where your lovers had to come in.

“(Y/n), when’s the last time you ate?” Alex hummed, not so sneakingly slipping behind you and holding you, his face next to your ear. You could feel his breath on your neck, as you kept sewing the glove you were holding. You stayed silent, thinking the question over.

“I haven’t had lunch yet, but it’s not that late, is it?” you answered, pausing a moment as Alex hummed.

“That’s not the point, nor the mindset you should have,” Alex pressed a kiss on your neck, “Good thing Magnus is almost here with lunch for us. Then it’s time for a break.”

As Magnus arrived you moved away from your little sewing project, in favor of giving your lovers all the attention you had. This seemed to please them both immensely, and you felt your cheeks get warm from the amount of attention they were giving you. If anything, you really appreciated that they looked out for you, by bringing you lunch.

“Who’s the gloves for anyways?” Magnus asked as he stared at what had kept you busy before.

“Oh, I don’t know. They were left here a few days ago and could clearly use a fix,” you shrugged, “maybe the owner comes back, and if not someone else can use them. It’s getting colder after all.”

“You should’ve just thrown them away,” Alex said, “You got enough other things you’re doing, a pair of abandoned gloves should be the least of your worries,”

“In this day and age,” you playfully glared at Alex, “a pair of gloves is very important, imagine all the cold fingies people have.” Alex laughed, and didn’t press any further. Because that’s what he loved about you- always taking care of those around you, even if you don’t know who they are. Magnus smiled too, shaking his head.

“Will you at least take the rest of the day off? We could go on a date or something,” Magnus offered. He had realized how much he missed you when last night he had gotten your favorite snack instead of his own when he was feeling peckish.

“Of course!” then you hesitated, “I mean, what if-”

“Nope, no thinking,” Alex stood up, and grabbed your hand, “We’re leaving now.” Magnus quickly joined, grabbing your other hand and guiding you out of the Chase place.

(A/N): The title is from the song “Washing Machine Heart” by Mitski! Also I’m bad at angst so this isn’t great lol

Percy:

- Percy is extremely loyal. That itself isn't a bad thing but sometimes...not great. He's loyal to you, he's loyal to his friends. But choosing...well... - It depends. Imagine there's a fight between his friends and you. And let's imagine he's known his friends longer then you. He'll take his friends side. No matter what - His friends said what? No they didn't they wouldn't do that! They did that? Stop lying! He knows his friends. They would never - And may the gods help you if it's Annabeth and Grover you get into a fight with

- he's also extremely oblivious - At first you thought it was adorable. Like awww what a cute boy but then... - It gets into the "well come on" zone - People at camp will obviously flirt with him - They also do stuff like flex right at him (while they're sweaty) and pushing their arms together to draw attention to....places - And he doesn't tell them to back off or anything - He doesn't full on flirt with anyone but he's gotta playful personality so it just happens sometimes - It's never his intention but it just enables them! - If you ever bring it up? He'll deny it - They asked for help with their sword posture! - They need to get something from a high up place! - They were just being nice! - You're just jealous and paranoid!

Jason:

- Jason can be a bit...direct - To put it simply - Sometimes it feels like his words cut wounds into you - He doesn't mean to hurt your feelings or anything - But he just doesn't see the point in lying if you can get something out of telling the truth - He personally is always trying to do the best he can - There isn't much room for error in his mind - So he assumes you want the same - I mean yeah. That painting does look pretty bad compared to your other work - The writing in that is sloppy. Everything is phrased weirdly - If you keep holding the sword like that your gonna embarrass yourself - Why are you upset? - He's just saying the truth! - Come on. Don't you want to get better?

Leo:

- Leo is SO insecure. - He's 100% convinced he's not good enough for you. - That you're going to leave him. So he needs constant reassurance. - That isn't bad. You're glad to reassure him. - It's not his fault that he insecure! - But this insecurity turns into ugly jealousy. - You're hanging out with some other boy? - He knows you're cheating. - He wouldn't blame you. He wouldn't be with him either. - Next time he sees you he tells you no he fully understands why you're cheating on him - So you'll have to be with him for a full day to reassure him you love him and only him - You might not talk to that friend again...

- even after you start dating Leo is a prolific flirt - He would never cheat on you. Gods no. - But he still flirts with most any girl - It makes you uncomfortable? It's just the way he is. It's not a big deal! - Plus you're way out of his league so he wouldn't even dream of cheating on you! - It's just for fun! - He's joking around - Do you not trust him or something? - He loves you why wouldn't you trust him! - Don't you know that hurts his feelings?

Nico:

- He won't let you in. - Trying to bond with him is pointless. He'll want to know about you. - Tell him anything you want. - He'll insist! - But as soon as you wonder about him he gets upset. - Saying you're pushing him and he'll say what he does and doesn't wan to tell you. - But as soon as you do the same he says you just don't love him anymore

- He doesn't communicate his feelings. You're often left to wonder if he's upset because of something maybe you did? - Or maybe something happened while you were apart? - Don't pry though - He won't tell you anything if you do

- He has a tendency to ignore everything for a bit. Lock himself away. - Ignore everything and everyone. - He never tells you when he's gonna do this. - You're fully understanding though, life can be hard. - They started happening on important dates (birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions) and you didn't mind to much still but did express a bit of hurt. (After it kept happening over and over again) - He only responded with "well what do you want me to do about it?"

Frank:

- we all know Frank has pretty bad self esteem - He'll often say bad stuff about himself - Which leads to you reassuring him none of it is true - Which is fine at first - Everyone needs reassurance! - But it gets to a point that he'll say things like "I'm not as good as (insert friend) you should go and be with them" - Which then leads to you leaving that friend - It happens a lot - You slowly realize you pushed away a lot of people - When you try to stop pushing them away and bring them back in he'll immediately go back to what he's been saying - That he knew you liked them better than him - And you push them away again... - It's a unhealthy cycle

Will:

- Will treats you like a child - You can't do anything for yourself - At first it was cute - Like 'awww my boyfriend is so sweet and caring!' - Then it's 'oh. My boyfriend just thinks I'm completely incapable' - You wanna go climb the lava wall? No! He's told you before it's dangerous! - You wanna go on a walk? Take your weapon just in case. Yes he knows you're not going anyway dangerous! It's just in case! - Gods help you if you get hurt after he warning you of something - He'll lecture you for HOURS about how he was right and look where it landed you. If you just listened to him you wouldn't be hurt right now - You know he just does it because he cares but seriously - You're his age!

- Cant admit when he's wrong - He's had to be mature since he was young - So he almost always thinks he's right - He's had to control a whole cabin and raise so many people - He is one of the best doctors at camp - He had kept people alive! - So how do you know better than him! - Did he say something wrong? - You're probably imagining it! - Don't be stupid he wouldn't do that - At some point you kinda start to believe it

Magnus:

- he like many others has a lot of issues - He's pretty traumatized - He's not all that affectionate - But that's okay! - You just want him to be comfortable! - You love him so much so you're not gonna pressure him into doing anything - However... - After a while you noticed he treats you not different than he treats his friends - No matter what - At first you thought he was just embarrassed around people - But he does it alone - It all hit you when you tried to hold his hand and he swatted you - He barley kisses you - Not good with lovey dovey words - Once you bring this up he's angry - He thought you understood him - That he had gone through a lot - Why were you being so demanding? - He's not comfortable! - Gods you're so selfish

Hearth:

- He's got a shit ton of emotional baggage - Which he's never really liked dumping onto people - So that turns into bottling it up - He won't tell you anything that he's been through (if you were there for it at least) - So much to the point that he barely opens up at all - So after a while of dating you realize - You know nothing about him - Is he allergic to anything? What's his favorite color? He wears black a lot but does he do that cause he looks good or cause he likes the color? Maybe both? - What are his dreams? What's his favorite food??? - You know nothing - He knows a lot about you though - Life everything - So he doesn't see the problem - What's the matter? - He knows everything about you and that's enough - You should really learn your limit

Alex:

- doesn't want to hear about your problems - Specially things that happened in your past - You had a nightmare about it? Well I guess you can come sleep over but don't be to loud - You need someone to rant to cause it's bothering you? Well TJ is down the hall so... - He just holds the opinion of "why are you complaining? It isn't that bad" - Alex has been through a lot - A lot lot - We know this - So unless what happened to you is equivalent or worse then what happened to her she won't care much - Did you have a house over your head? Yeah? Well then why are you upset? - Wanna know whats really upsetting? Getting kicked out of your house and being homeless!

(She/her) - you legit can't tell if she actually likes you - you know her flirting style is "be mean" but like... - The only reason you know she likes you is she confessed - But at this point you are actually starting to wonder if she hates you - She'll insult the things you like if she thinks it's not that interesting - She thinks that outfit is ugly? - She says it - Why are you so upset? You knew she was like this before you started dating so why are you crying? - Did you think she would change while in a relationship?

- believes that everyone's problems are their own - Which is partially true - But I mean in a bad way - You need to rant? Well not to Alex. Maybe TJ's door is open - If you had it worse then her maybe she'll listen - But she got through her shit alone so why can't you? - Why is she burdened with your problems - She doesn't bother you with hers! - She won't even pretended to care tho - She will say up front she doesn't care - That your problems aren't that big a deal - You're being dramatic - You're acting childish

A/N first magnus fic slayyy hope this is good. As said before i do get better from the first fic HAHAHHA

You were on your way to Magnus’s room. Earlier that day he asked if you wanted to come by just to chill out from the whole day. You agreed and were now on your way.

You tried to hurry past Alex’s room before she saw you heading to Magnus’s room and teased you for it. You thankfully made it past and quietly knocked on his door so the others wouldn't hear.

He seemed like he was waiting for you so he opened the door immediately and you walked in.

“Hey” he greeted. He seemed nervous about something but you played it off and went to sit on his couch. “Hi” you replied back.

You got comfortable on his couch and he sat down next to you. He seemed more awkward than usual which was saying a lot. You tilted your head and furrowed your brows at his mannerisms.

He seemed to notice and asked “What?”

“Nothing” you replied back not wanting to push him to say anything.

“Wanna watch something? He asked, gesturing to the tv. You nodded your head. “Whatever's on. It feels like i've watched everything already”

He laughed and just turned on some random channel.

Your head was facing him so you noticed that he kept playing with his hair a lot and pushing it behind his ear. It gave you an idea. Before you could regret it you said “Can I brush your hair?”

He seemed surprised. “O-oh yeah s-sure” he cleared his throat.

You smiled at how nervous he seemed and got up to go get the hairbrush laying on his desk.

When you turned around to go back you noticed him taking off the necklace that had his sword on it.

The pendant must have come off as suddenly Jack was there. “Hey sénior where's the monster”

“Oh sorry Jack i don't um actually need you i was just taking off the necklace for a bit”

“I see, I see why exactly are you taking it off?”

You laughed at what Jack said as you finally started to walk back over.

Jack seemed to glow a little brighter as you sat down behind magnus. “Y/n! How have you been?” You smiled at the sword “I'm good Jack how are you?’

“I'm good, I'm good but I see what's going on here so I'm just gonna be over here” Jack moved a few feet away. You raised a brow but didn’t question what Jack apparently “saw”.

Magnus still seemed nervous so you asked “You're fine with me brushing your hair right? Because i won't if you-”

He interrupted “Oh yes! I mean yes it's fine go ahead”

You lifted the brush and started. He didn't have many knots so you mostly just brushed it while humming a little.

After a few minutes you heard Jack start to sing “L is for the way you look at me”

Both you and Magnus started to laugh with flushed cheeks. You both haven't told each other how you felt so it felt awkward with Jack singing love songs.

Magnus turned to face you. He didn't realize how close you were till he felt your breath on his face.

Your breath hitched at how close he was. You could see every speck of color in his eyes.

You licked your lips and impulsively leaned forward and connected yours and his lips.

He didn't kiss back at first but then relaxed and started to kiss back. He brought a hand to your cheek.

You broke a part, out of breath. He still had his hand on your cheek with his thumb going back and forth near your eyes.

You smiled at him and he smiled back. Before you could kiss again Jack spoke up “I knew it! Alex owes me money”

You both started to laugh again and leaned back onto the couch.

Jack quickly bolted out of the room to get his money from Alex. You could hear her scream “They couldn't have waited one more month!”

Part 1

Disclaimer: Swearing, Grammer mistakes (English isn't my first language) and not very good overall. Kinda longish. I don't know how food shelters work so bear with me. Italics are thoughts. EXCESSIVE USE OF COMMAS

You walked down Winter street cursing every divine entity you've ever know. You stop every now and then to stop and catch your breath. Small puffs of air released from your mouth. You were angry at your parents for making to volunteer at the youth shelter or whatever it was. You remember your parents belittling you for not wanting to help those who need it and calling you an ungrateful brat which led to an hour arguement on the dinner table. You sigh and run a hand through your hair, flickering you eyes towards the building you were now standing in front of. It's paint cracked and peeling. The brown colour made you wrinkle your nose. They should really choose a more appealing colour for this dumpster fire. You reach in your pocket for your phone and look at the time. Guess I still have a few minutes. You decide to go in early to know what your job was.

As soon as you enter you are met with the heavy, tired gazes of about a dozen homeless people who you guessed arrived early to find themselves a place to sit. You look at the floor and try to move as stealthily as you could towards the counter area. The head of the shelter was there trying to explain the best way to not burn soup to another volunteer. Who the fuck burns soup? You unaware of what to do, just stand towards the side waiting for the woman to notice you. A few minutes of awkward standing later she turns around. Her face looks startles at first, but suddenly gives you a very fake smile, it was more of a leer. She asks you if you were here to volunteer. Well duh, but you clear your throat nervously and just give her a few shaky nods. She claps her hands and instructs you to go outside so you can direct and homeless people to come inside and take a seat whilst they wait for food because there was a minor setback. Easy enough.

You go outside and lean against the wall. Only a few moments later a group of men walk about. "Good morning sirs. Please go inside and sit on the available seats. The food might be late because there was a minor setback, but feel free to make yourself comfortable," you smiled. The men have you the smallest of nods and went inside mumbling to eachother. No matter what people said homeless people were not useless or wasted. They were one of the most accepting people in the world in your opinion. You directs more people for nearly 15 minutes before you heard the kitchens head announce that the food was ready. You stayed outside to direct more people until there were no more people in sight. You told the head of this, but she told you that people often came late because they had no idea of what the exact time was. I immediately understood and resumed my position outside the building.

A few more minutes of watching the sunset passed, until you heard someone clear their throat. You whipped your gaze around until you were face to face with a person. They had green hair with dark roots and a slightly tanned complexion with a few freckles dotted around their nose. They were dressed from head to toe in green and pink clothes: battered rose high tops, skinny like green corduroy pants, a pink-and-green argyle sweater-vest over a white tee and another pink cashmere sweater wrapped around the waist like a kilt. But what intrigued me most was their eyes: one was pale amber and the other was a dark brown. They stared into my (e/c) ones. I guess I stared at them for too long because they cleared their throat and took a step back, smirking slightly. Oh yeah I had to socialize. Fuck. "If you're here for the food that you can go inside and wait or if you're here to kill the head of this shelter please invite me," I drawled. The person game me a small smile, "Unfortunately, babe, I'm here for the food." I mumbled a curse and met their eyes and flourished my hand towards the door. However instead of of stepping inside they lingered, leaning against the wall. Giving me a sidelong glance they said, "What are your pronouns?" The question surprised me, I wasn't used to people actually wanting to talk to me, nevermind a person I'd just met. "[Your pronouns]," I replied. "What about you?" The person's eyes flickered towards my face for a fraction of a second, the looked as surprised as I was that we were having a civilized conversation, "You can call me she/her until I tell you otherwise." I hummed in response. After a few seconds of silence (I couldn't tell if it was comfortable or not) the door opened and the head of the kitchen appeared, her forehead shining with sweat. She gave the girl who I had an actually conversation with (yes, I'm proud of myself. These things are petty rare when you're me) a big wide smile which looked faker than [insert something that's very fake]. "Good Morning, sir. Get in line before the food runs out. You wouldn't want that would you?" She gave the girl a very plastic, patronizing smile. The girl didn't smile back instead looked very uncomfortable. I stepped in, " Actually their pronouns are she/her right now, until they tell you otherwise. The woman scrunched up her face in disgust, turning on her heel and marching towards the kitchen where she proceeded to help lat someone for God knows what. The girl turned towards me and gave me another small smile, "I owe you one." I gave them a smile and retorted, "how about you give me your name and we call it even?" The person looked away before gazing back to me, "It's Alex..." My grin grew bigger and I held out me hand. "It's nice to meet you, Alex."

Who I write for /Rules

Masterlist

I'm new-ish to writing (i used to write fanfiction when i was like 13. i'm 18 now soo..) but I really wanna do it again.

So this is a list of characters/fandoms I write for as well as some rules for asks. Some things may be missing from this list so if you dont see something on this list, feel free to ask. :))

I will add a prompt list to this blog soon but again feel free to request other scenarious. Do add as much detail as you want to a request and please ALWAYS have at least some sort of prompt, as i'm really not good with coming up with storys on my own yet.

I WILL NOT DO SMUT SO DONT REQUEST IT! I might however do spicy stuff (Nothing more than making out tho).

My writing will be for all ages but please still be careful if the fic-warnings include sensitive topics and i might repost some 18+ things so be careful when navigating my blog.

Lighter (Coming out as Non-Binary)

Midway of writing this fic I realized I was projecting but also I realized to my friends I have never had much of a hard time coming out. One day I just told them to use my name to refer to me esp. when I was there and they did, and this was months before I got the guts to pick a label. Anyways....

Pairing: Alex Fierro x reader (platonic), Sam, Magnus, Blitzen and Hearthstone are there too! Request: i heard your requests were open ? could you do a coming out as non binary to alex fierro(and other characters if you’d like) no pressure though !! hcs / fanfic ? Words: ~850 Warnings: Discussions of coming out and mostly fluff. Writing the fic made me weirdly emotional but again I think I am projecting-

You wondered why there was no guide to any of this and you were nervous. You wondered if maybe it would be better to try to write it down instead of tell people out loud but that seemed weird. It did not help that you felt like you were lying, or unsure for now- what if it will pass, what if next week you change your mind, what if – what if?

What if you never try and live a lie.

After careful consideration you decided that perhaps you should start with one of the few people you know who could openly be himself proud and loud, every day.

“You wanted to talk?” Alex raised his eyebrow as you nervously sat across from him. You wanted advice- and you figured that Alex would be the best source to ask advice on this topic. However, you only realized after you asked him for help that you would first need to come out to him. It’s not that you thought he would not accept you, but it being the first time you told him- you told anyone that you were non-binary made you nervous. You rubbed your hands together unconsciously, and Alex noticed your behaviour. Last time he checked you were never nervous around him- so he wondered what was going on. He was about to ask when you took a deep breath.

“I need your advice on coming out- ” you had a painful smile on your face, “I- I think I am non-binary and I want to tell our friends but I don’t know how,”

Alex schooled his expression of surprise and smiled, putting a hand on your shoulder.

“Thanks for telling me.” He smiled and your nervousness subdued a little, “now first take a deep breath and we can come up with a game plan,” Alex guided you to a calmer state of mind. You still felt a little jittery, but he managed to assure you little by little that of your own confidence.

“The worst part,” Alex had told you, “Is the learning to say it to people. But you can pick – either do it in a get together, or whenever you see someone.” “But aren’t you nervous?” You sighed, “I felt like vomiting just now.” “At first it was horrible- I used to suck it up, especially when I was not sure about the people around me. But little by little I learned to get over that. Why would I care about the opinion of those that would not accept me?” Alex laughed, “Of course, it helps that in the meantime I found a group of people that accepted me and that makes it a lot easier.” Alex sided eyed you, before he offered you a smile, “It won’t ever be the easiest to come out, you never know how people will react, but with the right people behind you and a little self-worth you can get far. Remember, you do this for yourself and because you are worthy to be respected and known for who you are. You do not own anyone your coming out except for yourself, (Y/n).”

One afternoon you were just sitting on the balcony of the Chase place with some of your friends. Sam, Magnus, Blitzen and Hearthstone were all in their separate conversations. You looked around and figured that right now was just as well as any other time. You felt slightly nervous, but Alex was sitting next to you, trying to subtly reassure you that you could do it.

“Do you want to?” She asked and you nodded, “Should I get everyone’s attention, or will you?” “I don’t know, Alex.” You took a deep breath, “Could you…?” “With pleasure,” Alex smiled, “Hey listen up you fucks!”

Everyone turned to look at Alex, and after Blitzen point Hearthstone int her direction all eyes were on the girl sitting next to you, and in turn this meant that all eyes were on you. The silence was deafening, but as Alex nudged you, you knew there was no backing down anymore. No more lying to yourself.

“Pronoun update!” You did jazz hands, after which you resumed signing your words as you spoke, “I think I’m nonbinary so if you could refer to me with they slash them?” you just announced and your friends nodded. “Any name changes or?” Magnus asked and you shook your head. “Not yet, am thinking about it.” You shrugged. “Cool. Tell us when there are more updates,” Magnus said and as you nodded everyone slowly returned to their conversations. You took a deep breath, returning the thumbs up Blitzen was sending you from where he was standing, before he started conversing with Hearthstone again.

“And? How do you feel?” Alex asked. “Somehow not really different,” you rubbed your hand over your heart, “but lighter. I definitely feel lighter.” “Good,” Alex elbowed you rather roughly, “I’m proud of you, (Y/n).”

Heey! It's me again to ask for more Alex hehe. So, how would be if the reader get seriously injured in a battle after protecting Alex? Like, they would be bleeding in front of she/he, and then trying to confess through a kiss, because they don't want to risk dying without doing it, but everything turn out right, with reader getting healed in time to wake after some time out. A/N we are not gonna fact check me on wounds because yeah. Anyway i hope you enjoy!!! i love writing for alex

You were running around trying to find your friends or well one specific one. What happened was that you along with many others had to go on a quest. No surprise there but after you all found a place to rest monsters along with some other demigods started to fight you all. At some point you got separated from Alex and were now trying to find her.

Instead you stumbled across Magnus.

“Where's Alex?” You asked immediately

“I think i saw her over there last time” He pointed toward your right and then quickly left to go fight another monster.

You ran to where he pointed and noticed Alex using her garrote wire on a monster. She sliced the monster's head and stumbled off.

“Alex!”

Her head snapped to you and you both ran toward each other. There was blood all over her shirt and you weren't sure if it was hers or others.

“Hey you ok?” Alex asked after she grabbed your hand and pulled you into a hidden area.

“I'm fine are you?”

Alex sighed “They got blood all over my favorite shirt”

“That's what you're worried about?” You raised an eyebrow.

“Yes”

You laughed a little and you both took in a breath. Maybe you should confess now? Alex didn't know that you liked her but this time seems better than any.

Before you could speak up you noticed a demigod behind her with a bow. An arrow notched in, aimed right at her back.

You shoved her out of the way and the arrow hit you. You didn't feel it at first but then a blinding pain came and you stumbled back against a wall.

You could faintly hear Alex scream your name. You slowly went down against the wall as you saw threw blurry vision that the demigod who shot you ran away.

Alex stumbled to you and put her hands on the wound.

“We need to keep pressure until Magnus comes Magnus he can heal you” She mumbled to herself as if she was reassuring herself

“I-its ok Alex it doesn't hurt”

“Don't lie” Alex said as she took a deep breath.

“I'm not” And you weren't. You didn't feel the pain. You knew you might die as you weren't in Valhalla.

Alex continued to press on the wound and keep pressure.

“Your’re not dying”

You smiled. Maybe you should just confess now instead of dying with the secret.

“A-alex i need to tell you something”

“No, tell me after when you're fine” Alex shook her head.

“There may not be an after Alex please”

Alex closed her eyes but nodded for you to continue.

“You know I've a-always liked you a lot.”

Her eyes snapped open and stared into yours.

You leaned forward as much as you could and kissed her. She kissed back and you broke apart after a few seconds.

“At least i've done that”

Alex laughed with a few tears in her eyes that she refused to let fall.

“Your gonna be fine Y/n”

“Sure..” Your eyes drooped as you said it but you kept them open.

“Magnus!!” Alex screamed as your eyes finally closed.

Magnus must have been near as he immediately came and ran to you both.

He dropped right beside you and moved Alex's hands and replaced them with his own

“Heal them” Alex demanded.

Magnus nodded and quickly assessed what happened. An arrow was still in your stomach so he gently pulled it out hoping you were still unconscious.

You stayed still so he finally got the arrow out.

He held his hands over the wound and let the magic flow through his veins. His hands glowed and Alex could see the wound close.

After the wound closed Alex stayed there and asked “Is it over?”

“Yes it's done we need to get them back to Valhalla”

Alex nodded then watched Magnus pick you up and bring you to the rest of the group.

Luckily a door into Vallhalla was only a few miles away.

They finally got you there and put you in your room. The healing would happen more quickly now that you were in Valhalla.

“You can leave Magnus, I'm gonna stay here” Alex said as she moved a chair next to your bed.

“Ok just come and get me if anything happens” Magnus turned to leave and then shut the door behind him.

After a few hours Alex was gonna leave to go to her room until she saw your eyes open.

“Y/n are you ok?”

You groaned and tried to sit up. Alex helped and put some pillows behind your back.

“I'm fine. Sore but fine”

It was silent for a few minutes until Alex spoke up “So you like me?” She teased with a smirk on her face.

“Shut up” You rolled your eyes at her.

She smirked again but kept quiet. Maybe almost dying was worth it.
