summary - reader and oscar have been married since they were eighteen and while they both have different career paths they both belong in the F1 industry. reader and her best friend are host for most driver interviews and are also change-makers in the industry. during a race when the two are interviewing the McLaren drivers, an American Williams driver and her best friend decides it the right time to celebrate Oscar and reader’s anniversary

a/n - i kind of came with this while looking at the queen’s (Vivienne Westwood) vintage dresses. also the Mini Bas Relief Pearl choker is so freaking chic. also the reader’s best friend’s name is Lizette and I feel like her and Lando are best friends from like, his karting days so they have like a teasing yet flirty relationship and no they’re not dating but at the same time Lizette and Logan have a plot planning and detective like friendship (idk it felt right)

“Here we are at the McLaren garage where the two drivers are cooling down from the race.”

“So, Lando how are you feeling?”

Lando has this shit eating grin on his face as Lizette holds the microphone to his face. The raven haired girl gives a gentle and teasing eye roll as Lando places his hands on his hips and gives her a sassy look.

“Uh, like a winner.”

“Are you giving us some of that Scorpio sass?” Y/n asks, quickly switches the microphone from her to Lando.

Lando makes a face which makes both Lizette and Y/n laugh.

“Yes, of course I am.”

“Well, first of all we just want to say congratulations on your podium. You must be very happy, any thoughts you would like to share as you bask in your happiness?” Y/n asks as Lizette copies Lando’s pose with her hands on her hand on her hips.

“Uh, I all I remember is how Lizzy and I made a bet last post-race interview that I could have her sunglasses if I got a podium this weekend.” Lando smirks as he takes Lizette’s baby blue rimmed sunglasses off her head.

The blue eyed girl dramatically gasps and her jaw drops open sarcastically. Lando puts them on and does his best impression of Lizette.

“This is Lizette von Ascheberg and I’m here with Lando Norris. Lando, how you do you feel post-race?” Lando does his best high pitched voice and shoves the microphone in Lizette’s face.

“I think that you should give the microphone back to me because, well, Lizette to be real with you this is currently being live streamed to viewers all across the world.” Lizzie smiles and grips the microphone from Lando.

Lando nods and makes a face before handing Lizette the microphone who hands it to Y/n.

“Right, so back to the interview. How are you feeling?”

“I feel great. I feel like celebrating. And I also feel really sticky from all the champagne.” The Brit places two fingers on the sleeve of his race suit that is tied around his waist and takes a moment to remove his pointer finger as representation that the sweet alcohol has dried into his suit.

“That is a prove that you have a podium today though,”

“You’re not wrong,”

A quick tap on Lando’s back makes him turn around and smile once again.

“Congratulations mate,”

“Thanks, great race today.”

The two McLaren drivers share a short hug and the cameras around them definitely eat it up.

“Here is Oscar Piastri and how you feeling after the race Oscar?” Lizette wastes no time in shoving Y/n out of the way and taking the microphone from her hands, silently motioning to the Williams driver to move in action.

“Well it’s nice to see you again after last race Liz,” Lie. He had just seen her yesterday night when Liz and Y/n decided that it was a good idea to finish the latest episode of The Summer I Turned Pretty while they talked about a bunch girl stuff that Oscar really wished he hadn’t heard in the couple’s hotel room.

“I consider it a really good race for the McLaren team. Both of us finished with no penalties or any major losses of time during pit stop.” Oscar nods along to his words and Lizette nods with him as if she really cared in the moment when she was trying to give Logan a signal.

When the American driver gives Lizzy a thumbs up, she hands Y/n the microphone and shoves her next to Oscar.

“Okay, okay, Y/n/n do you have anything to say?”

“Right, thanks Liz.” Y/n doesn’t hesitate to give her best friend a weird look as she gets moved into place. “Well, it must be fate because today is also an important day as it is-“

“Your fucking fourth anniversary!”

Lizette holds a sign that yells Mr and Mrs Piastri in bright glitter lettering while Logan holds one that says Happy Anniversary, Shawty!.

“I was going to say the last race before the championship race.”

“What about our talks about announcing our marriage when we had the time?”

“Well you guys were taking forever so your best friends had to step in and help.”

“Yeah, that talk was like two years ago. Like hello? Perfect opportunity much?”

Oscar and Y/n are left speechless as everyone around them start to panic and congratulate them. Cameras flash, the crowd yells and cheers, the drivers near the McLaren garage start to question and congratulate the couple while Logan and Lizette stand there high-fiving each other and grinning.

“Well? Thanks guys?” Y/n shrugs an Lizette pulls her into a hug.

“Of course! Now the real question is when are you going to have kids because I need someone to be the rich aunt to.”

“Keep dreaming for a couple for years,” Oscar replies immediately earning a smack on the back of his head from Y/n.

“Yeah, yeah okay whatever. Can we get a picture?” Logan nods and grabs Lizzy’s sign from her hand and places both of them on the ground next to him.

The four of them laugh and the photographers snap photos that they can already imagine the headlines to that will be plaster everywhere in the morning.

“Is that going on the family fridge too?” Lizzie asks Logan teasingly and he plays along nodding his head.

The two friends play around as Oscar and Y/n are left alone in their moment. Well at least that pretend they are as people are still yelling and cheering and cameras are still going off.

He has his hands around her waist and she has her arms wrapped around his neck, their foreheads leaning against each other’s.

“I love you,”

“I love you more,”

“Impossible Piastri,”

The two share a kiss and bask in their own quick moment of happiness. Somehow the cheering gets louder and it is pretty obvious that Lizette and Logan are their biggest fans.

“What? You’re what? Four whole years? What?”

“Guys I think we broke Lando.”

These are my personal observations that I wrote based on people around me and many years of observing them. Happy Holidays! ✨🎄🥂

💕 People with Taurus Venus are naturally such great gift givers. Their taste is impeccable and refind. They’d rather go for an expensive gift of high quality (perfume, jewellery, spa certificate) as they have a very good sense of style. They love spoiling both themselves and their loved ones. 🥰

💕 People with Pisces Moon are very sensitive and compassionate to other people, their emotions and feelings. They naturally tend to be very self-sacrificing and put the comfort and wellbeing of others first, which can often be taken for granted. Nevertheless, people with Pisces Moon are very kind-hearted, talented, intuitive and generous beings. 😍

💕 People with Taurus in the 6th house value comfort so much. They love coming home to coziness and safety every day after work, make a cup of their favourite tea, lay down under the warm blanket and watch their favourite tv series. INTRODUCING THE MOST MANIPULATIVE KING IN HISTORY , MAGNIFICO!!! 🎇🎇🎇🎇(I hate him but he deserves a redesign lol).

For those who see this post for the first time, I introduce myself, Hi :D! I'm Aled and this is a collaboration with @ animación , author of the rewrite of Wish that is on her profile (read it, the story it's soooo good) and I am in charge of drawing the redesigns of her story.

Now, coming back to the main thing, I will show how we got to this result :)

FACIAL FEATURES AND HAIR:

-Honestly, I never thought that getting used to drawing Magnifico would be so difficult lmao, how in most of my procedures to make the designs, I start with sketches and studying the structure of the character's face, this was a little difficult because I'm not that I'm used to drawing people over 20, but with a few practices I was able to figure out how to draw him :D

(I also did digital internships, but I didn't save most of them because I forgot lmao)

COLOR PALETTE:

-Don't think that I chose a palette of yellow and gold colors just because I thought it was pretty (well, that's also another reason), what happened is that when I was searching through conceptual arts, I found some designs by Magnifico where They used a blue and yellow color palette

I did a quick search and found this:

-Tell me this doesn't remind you of Magnifico, then yes, that's why I chose a yellow color palette, also adding a golden tone to give it a royal vibe.

-I also applied this in the design of Queen Amaya, in the publication of her design I explained why I added details of a dark blue color in her costume and Magnifico's costumes

ATTIRE:

-From the beginning I always wanted to modify Magnifico's cape by adding a rose as a brooch, and searching through the conceptual arts I found quite a few interesting models, so it can be said that I combined everything I liked and that's how I got the cape for Magnifico, Also adding other details that occurred to me.

-The author sent me several ideas for Magnifico (thank you by the way :D), one of them was associating Magnifico with the sun, I really liked the idea and that is why there are so many symbols of the sun in his suit, plus these It reminded me how in so many cultures the Sun is worshiped, just as the kingdom of roses worships Magnifico, there are also other reasons why the sun fits with Magnifico but I already mentioned that in the publication of Amaya's redesign.

-The truth is, I only drew the other details improvised, this time I just got carried away, but hey! The outfit didn't look bad at all :)

-Another important part of Magnifico's costume is the "M" on his badge, but in fact it is not an M 😅, it is the sign of Scorpio ♏, this idea was from Anny Mation

-So yeah, I had to add the Scorpio symbol yes or yes, at first I thought about adding it to the back of the cape but I wasn't convinced by the idea, but then I thought: "Wait, why don't I add the sign on the gold plate ? that would look elegant."

FINAL COMMENTS:

-I'm proud of how this turned out, I feel like it does justice to a villain that commemorates 100 years of Disney :)

-Also, I think that those who have already seen the other redesigns know which character is next, right 👀✨? For Aster, I don't know how long it will take me to draw him, since the boy is literally a walking animation studio lmao.

💚Astro Observations my friend and I came up with while high💚 (Also Cause it’s 420)

💚I find that Moon signs don’t necessarily fit into their “descriptions” because it’s not who they are per se but rather what they desire when they’re feeling vulnerable and emotional.

💚 For example, Capricorn Moons aren’t cold, distant and always practical, however, they do desire a more action based kind of support. Rumination and “talking about it” won’t cut it if they don’t have an action plan or something solid (or someone that they considered to be as such) to guide them.

💚 Another example, Leo Moons aren’t attention seeking but rather they desire to feel seen and heard. They want someone that can understand what they have a hard time expressing, something very troubling for a Leo. They also find themselves able to be more open with people that are authentic about how they feel and their expression, be it verbal or artistic.

💚 Despite people calling them flighty, Air placements are usually logical and based in reality. They may exaggerate or get too excited but they never pull shit out of vapor or believe it “just because”. Debating them is not for the weak. Not because they’re strongheaded (not always) but because they know what they’re talking about.

💚Earth placements are great liars, cause no one ever suspects them. A good liar is never known as such, hell they make a good living out of it. (Not calling people snakes or fake just that they don’t do something half assed, including the art of deception)

💚 Why couldn’t Cancers be called Lunarians or Lunars? No offense but who in the f thought it was a good idea to call the crab constellation Cancer? The amount of embarrassing cross over that happen means that we require to take action.

💚 The obsession that Aquarius placements have with cyberpunk/cyber core/Dystopian/Apocalyptia/Futuristic aesthetic is wild. They can’t wait until the world end so they can rock that fashion on the dumpster runway.

💚 I honestly associate cats with Virgos not Leos.

💚What’s with Mars in Fire signs/Fire houses (1st/5th/9th) and throwing things. It doesn’t matter if they’re excited, happy, angry or sad they just go ┬─┬ノ( º _ ºノ) then (┛ಠ_ಠ)┛彡┻━┻

💚 Although Scorpios go hard to defend themselves, Taurus would cut a bitch for their love ones. They don’t give a damn what you say about them but you’ll be getting more than what you bargained for when they start swinging out of nowhere after you bring up anyone they love. Especially when it comes to their animals and babies.

💚 Out of all the Venus signs, I never heard someone talk about liking a Libra Venus.

💚 Air Mars natives waiting for you to finish talking before they slaughter your ass is amazing to me

💚 Water signs are true foodies. Foodier than Earth signs even. Water in the 6th house especially can eat a whole cow, or tree if you’re vegan.

💚 The power of the eyebrow raise that Fire Mercuries make when they know that you got the right one.

💚 Because time is subjective I believe the 12th house can give us insight on our relationship with it. As a finite part of life, in the house final endings the sign over the house (and the placements as well) can help navigate it.

💚 For example, Virgo in the 12th may catastrophize and worry about things that are out of their control, such as time, and spend so much of their energy trying to do so. Their growth and ascension into a higher state of mind comes in finding power in learning to separate what we can control and what we can’t, and letting life go as intended without much intervention.

💚 For me, the whole point of learning about astrology is to break your own cycle and to grow out of your birth chart rather than conform to it.

Chiron 4th house in Capricorn, Your dad may be very hard on you, like a perfectionist dad. Could have also been abusive. Could be the type to comment on your shortcomings. Remember that you are enough as it is, don’t be so hard on yourself, treat yourself as you would a friend. With compassion and kindness. Its okay to make mistakes in life. It’s common to have daddy issues with this placement, so try not to let that affect your love life, this is a personal placement of mine😜 rlly into toxic men, but they ain’t good for me, so let us be aware of that. Don’t take life too seriously, do the serious shit without being too serious about it. Idk if that makes sense but for example, let’s say u got a math test, do the math test seriously, like study and shit but don’t let the stress of it consume you because it rlly ain’t that serious.

Aries moon, especially men y’all’s temper is unregulated af. Ive seen y’all snap at stuff that energy shouldn’t be wasted on, y’all are one of the most emotionally reactive signs I have ever met. Like a ticking time bomb. This moon sign might have experienced a mother figure that was harsh and emotionally neglectful. Very hard on you, wasn’t that nurturing when raising you. The type of mom to tell you to get up and wipe the dust off when you fall and scrape your knee as a kid. y’all gotta delve into those emotions in a healthier manner. Therapy and journaling could be very beneficial. Go to one of those rage rooms where ppl break shit, I feel like y’all would go all out. There’s definitely some pent up anger. This goes for Scorpio moons too, y’all is more internal though, got some deep dark thoughts and intense internal feelings that could easily overwhelm which is why downtime is needed.

Speaking of some Scorpio moons I have met, don’t let your trust issues fuck things up. This a hard placement, y’all feel things so deeply, but just cause one person backstabbed you don’t mean everyone will. Open up to people, trial and error and you’ll find that person. Obviously set boundaries and don’t just trauma dump on everyone you meet, but don’t build an invisible wall as soon as you meet someone. Not everyone is out to get you.

(TW) Taurus risings I’ve met have dealt with some type of eating disorder. Could have had family members or people comment on their weight as a child or just got rlly influenced by the negative parts of social media. Every taurus rising I’ve met has dealt with body issues, y’all are actually so beautiful though, and I’m sorry you don’t hear it often,no matter the size. You guys are also so photogenic, like maybe I’m just the type of person that sees human beings as cute in general but istg y’all could be making the ugliest of faces and I’d still think it’s charming 😭 my best advice would be to stop comparing yourselves, and to learn unconditional love towards your body at every stage it’s at. “This is disgusting, this is all disgusting, I will not swallow,” you complained after turning your body away from Ghost, on your feet to escape his death hold but he had been too quick, lowly irritated by your deviant rebellion he had held onto your body, with a grip of steel cupping your face before forcing the spoon in your mouth.

“I’m not one to force a lady, but fucking ‘ell,” Ghost huffed as he placed the commodities of the medicine on the nightstand beside him, he had saw by the edge of his eyes the way you crossed your arms, defeated while swallowing the bitter nectar down your throat.

“You’re being rough with me,” you argued before pressing your body against the cot, you could hear the way he heavily sighed in response.

“The only time I like being rough on ya is when we’re fucking, doll, this moment you gave me no other option, you can’t be sick forever, both me and you would hate it,” he said before dragging his feet up, he had then aided you to become snug beneath the duvets, the one on top recently bought by Simon as he had thought the numerous of duvets you had at home weren’t enough for you.

Content, you had allowed yourself to be taken care of by the tough man who had stood above you, his figure that’d scare dozens a comfort to you. “Good argument,” you smiled, moved by the smooth brush of the pad of his thumb you couldn’t help but pout. “Stay in bed with me,” you pleaded and with a gentle sag of his shoulders, Simon had sat at the edge of the bed with you.

“Of course, I will, but I just need to make some soup for you, okay?” Simon whispered and with gratitude you gently kissed his thumb before you had watched him leave the bedroom.

He had been quick, but you couldn’t help but find yourself taking a short nap within his short departure, there were moments when you were clingy and you were sure that the sickness you had lived through presently, had amplified that feeling. You had wanted Ghost to be right by you, cuddling you and watching your alleged trashy shows, but you knew he loved them.

Currently, you found yourself with a pillow behind you, a dent being created beside you once Simon sat down, a bowl of soup for you and for himself, it was winter anyways so it was needed. You had smiled once you had tasted the pepper, he had specifically put for you, he doesn’t really like spice so you knew he had made his separately, could be the reason why he took longer than usual.

“Oh, this pepper is scratching the back of my throat,” you said.

“Don’t like it?” Ghost inquired.

“Love it,” you smiled.

“Crazy,” he whispered and with a short roll of your eyes you had snorted.

“Not crazier than you---though it’s no competition, we both know that,” you shrugged aware of the look Ghost had sent your way.

However, he knew that you were correct, there were many moments Simon revealed his side that could destroy kingdoms---but they were never towards you, that side of him was mainly shown whenever he’d think someone had hurt you or looked at you the wrong way, but in the end, it had comforted you that he was crazy over you.

Even though he would never say it, the way he would look and hold you would always translate how intense and gentle he had felt for you; and humorously, you would say it’s because of one of his Scorpio Placements which would end up with him rolling his eyes and teasing you about your interests for the stars. Though, there had been a day where he had bought you a book about Astrology which ended up being filled with sticky notes and annotations.

“Ghostie,” you hummed.

“What the fuck was that,” he sneered and with a smile, you looked up at him.

“Your new nickname,” you answered while putting your empty bowl down.

Thus, he answered with a light huff. “Your soup actually made me better, but that’s not what I’m here to talk about---”

“Get to it love…”

“Do you think we will last?” You asked, your faux adolescent essence being replaced by your real nervous exterior, and the second you felt his eyes place onto you, your confidence hastily decreased.

You were unsure what emotion he had in his eyes but you had wondered if he would give you an answer that’ll leave you content. “I wasted more than thirty minutes making soup for you, and before that I spent minutes chasing you down to give you your medicine and right now, I’m sitting down next to you, a very sick and ill you, aware that it could cause an effect with my health, and you’re asking me if we would last?”

“Yeah,” you whispered as you had attempted to hide the smile that had crept upon your face.

“You really drive me crazy; you know that doll?” Ghost asked as he placed his bowl down on the desk beside him.

“Yeah,” you repeated, your face warm with happiness, you had tightly snuggled around his muscled arm, contra to let him go you had softly inhaled his scent while he had used his other hand to change the channel. “We were watching that.” You claimed.

With a short look, you heard Ghost breathily laugh. “We?” He questioned.

“Don’t pretend, you know you love the shows I watch,” you replied. “And I know you love my Astrology,” you continued and with a short sigh, Simon rubbed his eyes with his free hand, his dramatic response causing you to giggle.

“A’right,” Ghost muttered. “What’s in my Second House again?”

Well, hello my little oysters 🐚 This reading is an insight into your past life. I was looking into your energy, your previous job, goals, love, family, obstacles and advices form your past self etc. So there might be some things that could possibly trigger you (mentioned death, life difficulties). Who were you: Scorpio energy. I think you were in some position of power. Very secretive, always keeping things to yourself. Also keeping yourself in the shadows as you didn’t like being in the center of attention. You knew you were smart and you used it to your own advantage. Old soul, maybe during medieval times. A part of nobility?

Your main goal/want: I’m getting the vibe that you were born in an upper family but you just wanted more. However your ambitions were not all wishful power lust - it was more rational, strategic. You despised sitting still and doing nothing. You were deep into the game and you were good at it, trust me. To be honest, I’m getting some Game of Thrones energy - not only with fighting houses but also with the setting (castle corridors flooded in semi-darkness lol). You wanted to make things better (whether it was literal things or something more abstract).

What did you do (job/finances): Your wealth (at least in the beginning) came directly from your family or heritage. You didn’t need to work for money, you worked for yourself, maybe some relatives. You liked the struggle, the puzzles, the intrigues. It kept your mind occupied. „Finally, a worthy opponent.” *hides a smile*

Love life: I’m sensing some arranged marriage or marriage of convenience (but it’s not like you were pushed to do it - maybe even you were the one who thought it would be a good idea to get married for some reason). You were for sure not looking for love. BUT. With the marriage ceremony completed, true love was served to you on a damn silver platter. Y’all just skipped the dating phase lol. And, what is important - your spouse had very similar energy to yours. You joined forces (world domination couple xd). It’s like when Loki of Asgard fell in love with the alternative Loki. Or it could also mean that there was actually no marriage - because it was your decision whether to have one or not - and if you knew it wouldn’t serve you, you simply wouldn’t get married.

Children (or not): I’m getting some only child energy. It was your decision to have a child - not only you planned it but you actively chose one (adoption maybe??). Or maybe you had a pupil for whom you were not only a guardian, but also a mentor. For sure your child has grown to be just like you. I don’t think you were that kind of a parent who shows their affection openly (I know, shocker), but you were a protector. And your child admired you. For sure.

Obstacles: Passion has always been a dangerous field for you in your past life. Dangerous dance. As well as all the people around you. You didn’t mind competition, but to find out that you actually deeply care for winning? That wasn’t something you signed up for. Life purpose in your past life: Power, strength and wisdom (the holy trinity lol). You were surrounded by spirits who really enjoyed watching you mature. And by maturing in that case it meant being able to look in the mirror (and face your emotions).

Lesson from your past life: Sharing is caring lol. Appreciate your family or don’t be afraid to create one. Some battles are worth fighting for, even if you know you are going to lose. And sometimes it’s okay to step back (you made your point, so what? Everyone is dead already, nobody heard your damn point). Sometimes it’s enough to fight for what you need, not for what you want.

Death: I don’t think you died of old age, you were at full strength. You just grabbed a higher position when it happened. You fell off your high horse lol. Or maybe you literally fell off some rocks.

Pile 2. Orange tree/sefirot

Who were you: Sagittarius. Love given. Love received. Strong personality. You had all you needed in you. The real magic in a real person, who cared deeply for their family. Your touch made things grow. It’s like your everyday chores were a spell you cast on things around you. A warm happy gaze. You did ponder the way the universe works, karma, past and future lives. I’m almost seeing this as if you could make a tree blossom just by touching it. You were a perfect listener, you made people feel seen. I'm seeing a sentence: „It’s not who you are, but what you hold within yourself.” Idk bro. And I think you lived rather close to nature, so no big cities.

Your main goal/want: Your goals mostly revolved around material things (you weren’t greedy, just responsible lol). That’s random but I think you wanted to own a part of the land (take care of it, cultivate it, use it, and live there).

"Don't overreact, this technology will never be used against people." My mans, have you never lived in a world? Technology is always used against people. That doesn't make technology bad, but it does mean dismissing it as harmless is very stupid. It means we have to be vigilant.

"Using it that way would be clearly illegal." Bruh have you ever had to exercise your rights against someone with astronomically more resources and power than you? Do you think you would win, for instance, in a workers' rights fight against Amazon, all the way up the chain of appeals superior courts? Because that kind of power is usually who decides if shit is illegal.

"Nobody would take it seriously." Mate people already choose partners based on astrology, won't let their kids be friends with Geminis or Scorpios, and give their pets homeopathic remedies for cancer. Don't tell me to rely on the discernment of those people. Especially when there are plenty of those people working in positions where they have power over others.

"But it IS accurate. It DOES work! It IS true!" Bud, even DNA evidence is fallible, and we have now admitted, even the FBI has admitted, that hair and fiber evidence is unreliable, and it was once considered top tier. Phrenology was used as evidence. Spectral evidence, people seeing imaginary demons and witches, was used to kill people. Once upon a time, the four humors were cutting edge. People still abuse children with ABA. We ask people for drug tests before desk jobs despite them being inaccurate and unnecessary. My mom used OTC speed to yo-yo diet. Phlogiston, for fuck's sake. We have always thought new things and new ideas were accurate or good. Many have stood the test of time and probably will continue to do so, like germ theory (thanks, Lister!), but also, many of those things are later proven wrong. We don't treat syphilis with mercury anymore.

You cannot assume that anything "we all know" or that is "common sense" is going to remain that way.

And you HAVE to interrogate EVERYTHING. EVERYTHING. And do it from the POV of the most vulnerable person with the fewest resources.

That means listening to us when we say something is potentially super bad, and how.

CW: Honestly, there are a few suggestive lines in this, but other than that nothing much. (MDNI on my page in general)

A/N: This one is more casual than my BTS reminders. Honestly don’t know how I feel about this, but hope yall enjoy.🫡

Hongjoong:

🪲Scorpions: It might have to do with the fact that he is canonically a Scorpio, but also the contrasting idea that something so small can be so prickly and deadly when it wants to be.

🪲To add to that thought: Hongjoong reminds me of bug lollipops. Specifically ones with scorpions, spiders, and beetles. Combining the sweet, childlike flavors and colors of lollipops with the primal fear and disgust people have of bugs screams Hongjoong to me. Maybe it's the deadliness transparent beneath the sugary outside.

🪲Smoke, specifically cigarette smoke. I’m not sure if he smokes in real life or not, but he always gives me the vibe that he smells of nicotine and Jean Paul Gaultier cologne. Imagine he takes a break during an interview and he just has a Marlboro between his fingers that he steps out as the staff calls him back to continue his captain duties.

🪲Additionally, this is very specific but I feel like he has a tad minty smell to him. Even if he does or doesn’t smoke, I feel like he’s the type to always have gum on him. Type of guy who needs to be prepared for any situation and to calm his nerves. He also may have an oral fixation

🪲 Chipped nail polish. I feel like he’s been seen with chipped nails before. However, I cannot remember. It’s pretty self-explanatory; his love of queer and androgynous figures combined with being an idol on top of his bad sense of self-care leads to chipped nails.

Seonghwa:

🐇Lofi beats: The aesthetic of his Lego building lives is this. Additionally, whenever I see him, I feel like he’s the type who needs something lowkey in a lot of moments. He needs something almost comforting after he finishes his work.

🐇 Anime endings: The same reasoning applied to Lofi beats applies to this. A constant need for something more soft and sweet. Almost melancholy and quiet when compared to the bright energy of their openings. It’s something to signal that there’s no need to put in more energy because you’ve already completed what you needed to.

🐇 Polaroids: Another thing that I’m pretty sure has been attached to either him or Ateez. I feel like Seonghwa if given the time, would be good at photography. Polaroid cameras would be his favorite because of their easy portability and the intimacy of it. He can just pull it out any moment and take a beautiful candid shot that he can keep hung up in his room. Something that he took himself and gets to keep.

🐇 Valentino perfumes- this one is pretty simple. Valentino prides itself on their gender-neutral scents so it makes sense that Seong Hwa gets associated with it. Specifically, the Uomo born in Roma perfume reminds me of him. Genderless, sleek, and subtly powerful.

🐇 Cute keychains - Seonghwa looks to love cute things. He’s also constantly on the move, so cute keychains seem up his alley. Something small from a lover that he can carry around as a sign of devotion and affection. Something superficially cute but to him holds a silent love story.

Yunho:

🌼 High school crushes - The type of guy you see in class once and you instantly get attracted. He’s tall, sweet, friendly. Everything you could want in a high school boyfriend. He’s a little awkward and uncoordinated, but the small things like walking you to and from your classes and sitting with you at lunch? Makes every flaw unnoticeable.

🌼 Headphones - He seems like the type who likes to enclose himself. Specifically, with music. The ability to focus and lose himself within the melodies and lyrics refreshes him. Especially when he’s listening to a song that reminds him of his lover.

🌼Anime love interest - He feels like a shoujo ML. The guy who is desired by all, but had by only one. The tall, beautiful man who calmly introspects and throws himself into vulnerability. He is the type of guy who looks at you and says, “I like you way more than you think…” He has the type of love that feels pure, almost everlasting.

🌼 That one ML manhwa sweater - Y’all know exactly what sweater I’m talking about. This connects to the anime love interest in that he feels too good to be true. The guy who you’ve always dreamed about, but thought was unrealistic. Additionally, whenever I see comfy sweaters, it always reminds me of him. He needs to wear something comfortable to keep himself cozy and soft. Oh, and to make sure you have something to borrow from him.

🌼Old white sneakers - Yunho feels nostalgic. The type of person who gladly accepts change and challenges because he sees them as a sign of love. To be loved is to be changed. He’ll wear his scars and rough edges with pride, for you shaped him.

Yeosang:

🍄Green - This is mostly due to his crazy form hair and that one SCRUMPTIOUS bouncy shirt. However, it’s also because he reminds me of nature. He has an almost fairy/nymph-like quality. The beautiful face lures you deeper and deeper into the woods, only to trap you within its beautiful prison. You’re both moths to each other’s flame.

🍄London blue - This color feels elegant, almost regal. It gives the feeling of something encased within time but also out of it. Something that feels freighting and mysterious when it encompasses a house, though that quality makes it even more alluring.

🍄 Music boxes - Yeosang reminds me of very material but immaterial things. A small dancer frozen in time that only shows their beauty when called upon. Something delicate but sturdy. Beautiful, but skittish.

🍄 Precious little moments - Another thing that is immaterial and a little silly. Something about those little porcelain figures with their big eyes and warm but stagnant smiles. It’s familiar, friendly, but immovable.

🍄Faded scraps/scabs - This is different when compared to the rest. They’re little blemishes that tell long-ago stories. You fell on concrete when you were a child, you accidentally cut yourself with a knife, or you fell out of a tree. Moments that brought so much pain that it’s engraved onto you. Something that seemed so harrowing, but now you hardly notice. Unless someone else points it out, of course.

my only heavy preference is mattheo being a scorpio, but frankly i’m unsure if that’s more because of who he is versus me just being scorpio too so 💀

This will not include his sign in Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus, or Pluto. I will do a full chart if you want me to. I just think those placements are more for the philosophical conversations. The ones down below contain the juicy stuff which is what I currently want to talk about.

Mattheo Riddle Birth Chart-Ish

Rising | Aries

Ruling Planet: Mars

The Rising Sign is all about appearance both physically and within how others perceive you. Aries Risings are known to have sharper and more prominent noses as well as a sharp chin and jawline. These are physical traits I associate with Mattheo Riddle.

Mattheo Riddle has passion and determination. These traits are associated with Mars. The Ram that represents Aries is stubborn and headstrong and this is how an Aries Rising comes off. They seem independent and like they can take on any challenge the world throws at them without the help of anyone around them. Mattheo seems strong. But the second you mess up? Even once? You’re done. Cut off. Good luck ever getting them to open up again. I feel I don’t have to explain why these traits fit Mattheo.

BUT they get in their head and struggle to show those traits. Capricorn Moons are happiest when they’re succeeding in life so if for some reason they believe they’re failing then they will have a really hard time being happy. I think this fits Mattheo so well. He's so smart and has so much potential, but he doesn't do anything with it. He knows he has no true direction or good purpose in his life (yet) and that knowledge can bring down his mental health.

Capricorn Moons remain composed when truly threatened. While Mattheo’s anger is explosive, he becomes very stone-cold when something serious happens. A person with a Capricorn Moon also tends to have a poor relationship with their father. They might have felt a lot of pressure in their relationship and high expectations.

These people are curious, social, and quick-witted. I think Mattheo is a very social person when he's in a good mood. He's super charismatic and really articulate. Mattheo also has this natural curiosity. He's always doing something and doesn't shy away from an adventure.

Someone with this placement can also have issues handling their anger and often in arguments will say extremely hurtful things. They don't mean to or want to say these things, it's just in the heat of the moment. And Mattheo??? Come on.

Venus is how you love both platonically and romantically. HEAR ME OUT! I know this is a very 'soft' placement. I think Mattheo is a very sweet person, he just carries a lot of unresolved trauma that covers all that up. Someone with a Venus in Cancer is very obvious about their loyalty. You just know they wouldn't abandon you. They're very nurturing and sensitive. Mattheo is fiercely loyal and even though he may not know how to show it, he does care a lot and he wants to help and take care of the people he loves.

Not a lot of people know about Chart Rulers. Maybe you do, but I was like 1 and a half years into my astrology bitch era before I discovered Chart Rulers. You find your Chart Ruler by looking at your Rising Sign. Find the planet that rules that Rising Sign. For Mattheo, his Rising Sign is ruled by Mars. That means his Chart Ruler is his Mars in Aries.

What's a Chart Ruler? Basically the captain of the ship. The other placements have a say, but the Chart Ruler is calling the shots. I think this is important to know for Mattheo because he does try to get better, but that angry impulsiveness that comes from his Mars in Aries really shines through.
