I’m alive and absolutely in love with Falcon and the Winter soldier so here is on of my oc in the mcu!

His name is Czar. He’s an former hydra agent who now works for the Russian government as a spy. He’s short tempered and not really social.

But his personal goal to find peace will led him to meet Sam and Bucky on their trip to Madripoor. Czar knew well Zemo because of his past with Hydra and decided to stay with them as he finally found people who understood him.
