How do you feel about kissing? MHA edition!
(Haikyuu edition if you missed it)
Asking your best friend (bakugou, Deku, Todoroki, Kaminari, kirishima,) how they feel about kissing
I did not edit this if you see a problem no you did not - please look over it 😂
Reader is fem
Some swears
Bakugou
You were studying with him in his room, sitting side by side with your backs against his bed and your notebooks spread out. “What did you get for number five?” He asks and you say “7.34%” “is it supposed to be a percentage?” You laugh “kacchan its in the first sentence of the question, what percentage of” he scowls “oh” he puts his pencil between his lips as he pulls out a different textbook and your gaze can’t help but linger on his lips. His lips look so soft and you wonder how it would feel to kiss him
You’ve been close friends with Katsuki since your first year and now you were in your last year and you were so enamored but him. He was so strong and he had a kind heart. He worked so hard to be where he is now despite the world never giving him rest or time to really be a kid. He’s growing into such an amazing man and hero you can hardly believe he still hangs around you. You don’t get how you could be so lucky to get him as a friend.
“Kacchan?” You ask quietly and he hums in response without looking up from his book “how do you feel about kissing?”
“Fucking finally” he says exasperated and he turns, cupping your cheek and pulling your face towards him. A gasp escapes your lips when he touches your cheek but it’s silenced when his lips press to yours gently. He was so gentle with you and it made you feel so special. He’s always taken extra care with you and you convinced yourself it was because he was a good friend. How wrong you were.
When he pulls back you laugh breathlessly before giving him a small peck again. “Finally Huh?” He laughs “I’ve been waiting for you for years” he says and tucks your hair behind your ear.
Deku
You are sitting on the grass standing outside of the dorms, just talking and watching the sunset. It was normal for you both to do this, to steal a moment of peace in the crazy world. Usually more students would join you guys but tonight, which you felt extremely lucky for, it’s just you two.
“Zuku?” You ask and rock your shoulder into his gently “yeah?” He says softly and meets your eye
“How do you feel about kissing?”
He laughs ones awkwardly, worried he heard you wrong “I- what?” He asks, needing to hear you say it again to believe you really said it. “How do you feel about kissing?” You ask again, your cheeks flushing as you begin to feel a little stupid.
Deku’s brain skips along without him, he’s frozen as he looks into your eyes. His palms begin to sweat and you watch as his face turns as red as the sunset. “I uh.. I just.. erm.. I” he stutters a long and you laugh awkwardly “it’s okay. You don’t have to answer. It was a stupid question” you sigh and turn your head away, laying it on your knees and looking out at the sunset.
Deku felt like a damn idiot. He had the moment in his grasp. He could have confessed and kissed you. It was perfect. But he fumbled and now he’s lost the moment.
The sun goes all the way down, the sky going black, but you didn’t move. You didn’t feel like leaving this spot yet. When you're ready, you’d get up and leave the hurt of being rejected here in the grass. But for now. You wanted to feel the sadness for a while.
Izuku watches as you turn your forehead down, burying your face in your knees. He feels so stupid for ruining the moment and now it looks like he’s hurt your feelings as well. This wouldn’t do.
“Y/n?” He whispers softly and he kneels beside you. You hum in response, not lifting your face.
“Y/n” he says again and when you raise your head you see his soft green eyes shining in the dark. “Deku?” You ask and he sighs softly “I’m sorry” he whispers and your breath hitches “you have nothing to be-“ he cuts you off “I do” he says and takes your hands.
“Will you ask me again?”
Your eyes widen “no I don’t want you to if you-“
“Ask me again” he says, so demanding which was unlike him. You felt your cheeks flush under his intense gaze “how do you feel about kissing?” You whisper and he smiles “I feel” his voice is shaky and he takes a small breath “I feel like kissing you would be the best thing I’ve ever done” you gasp softly as you look at him, joy and excitement slowly flooding through your body “really?” You ask and beam up at him, your eyes were filled with adoration for the emerald boy and he smiles and nods, his cheeks warm but he was glad it was dark enough you couldn’t tell. “Can I-? Do you want-?” You Gesture with your hands awkwardly and he laughs with a nod, swallowing hard as you move to kneel in front of him, laughing in excitement and nerves as you take his hands.
You stare into his eyes for a moment, your smiles matching, the air was heavy with excitement of taking this next step with your best friend. You both start to chuckle together before you place your forehead against his shoulder as you both giggle softly . “I’m sorry” you say and laugh some more “I’m just. So Happy” you say and pull your head back up to look at him in the glow of the dorm light behind you. “Me too y/n”
He cups your cheeks, his thumbs brushing softly against your cheek bones and you gasp softly, your cheeks heating under his palms “can I?” He asks softly and you nod slowly in his grasp and he chuckles again softly, the giggles of excitement in this moment almost coming back around. You laugh once and then brush your lips against his briefly causing him to gasp. You’ve made him melt and he’s the one holding you.
He hums softly and then presses his lips to yours, you wrap your arms around his neck and deepen the kiss, sighing through your nose as you bury your fingers in his thick hair that you loved.
Todoroki
So this probably wasn’t the right time. You were in a training exercise and hiding in an alleyway until the other team gave you the signal. “Hey sho?” You whisper and he hums softly, turning his face towards you “how do you feel about kissing?” You whisper and he looks at you for a long moment, unblinking. “I don’t know. I haven’t thought about it. Good, I guess” after that you get the signal and have to move.
“Todoroki… I think she wanted to kiss you..” Deku says in the locker room “really?” He asks as he buttons up his shirt “I’m pretty sure” Todoroki didn’t know what to do with that information. He was pretty sure he liked you but it was hard for him to discern feelings. Maybe he’d just have to ask you.
A knock on your door startles you from the movie you were watching in bed. It wasn’t too late but still, everyone knew you were going to bed so it must be important. “Shouto!” You say and smile “what’s up?” “Can I come in?” He looks like somethings on his mind so you nod and open your door all the way.
“Midoriya pointed out that you might have asked me about kissing because you want to kiss me.” He looks so serious you thought it was going to be something bad, you let out a soft chuckle and scratched behind your neck “yeah.. I guess I was. But don’t worry if you don’t want to then it’s no big deal. We’re still friends and everything. No hard feelings” he closes the distance between you and takes your hands, you can feel his hands shake a little and it makes your heart race. “I think. I think I would like to kiss you.” He says and you smile up at him “right now?” You ask and the corners of his mouth turn up a little “if you would like” you nod a little too excitedly and it makes his heart race harder than it already was. You were so adorable. Now that he was here, holding your hands and looking into your eyes, he knows for sure he likes you. He knows for sure he wants to kiss you. You drop one of his hands and rest your palm on his neck as he leans down, you feel your stomach full with butterflies and your spine send tingles through your body as his lips press into yours.
A little cold but soft and comforting over all. When he pulls back you sigh softly. “How do you feel about kissing, Shouto?” You ask with a smile and he laughs “I like it” he says and his lips press into yours again.
Kaminari
“Hey Kami Kami!” You say as you sit beside him on the couch. It was just before movie night and you were the first two to show up. “I almost didnt recognize you without your little sidekick of grape juice” you smile and he chuckles before wrapping his arm around your shoulders “I thought we were closer than that y/n” he says with a joking whine “ I can’t believe you think so low of me” you laugh and lean into him, patting his knee “hey I’ve been meaning to ask you..” you swallow hard, suddenly becoming nervous. You were close with him but for a split second you thought this would ruin that. He moves his arm and shifts his body to really look at you “yeah? What’s up?” You chew on your lip for a moment (which god every time you do that he thinks about kissing you) then you look into his eyes and smile a little as you ask “how do you feel about kissing?”
“Are you guys ready for the MOOOOvie?l Mina asks in a sing song voice as she skips in holding the movie case above her head. She was followed by the rest of your class and so that ended your moment with Kaminari.
His heart raced the entire movie. He kept stealing glances at you almost every five minutes and was happy when he almost always saw you look back at him. His belly was full of butterflies and he felt antsy as hell. You had to place your hand on his knee for him to stop bouncing his leg, if you moved it he would just start up again so you kept it there the whole movie.
You didn’t pay attention to the movie at all. The vibes you were getting from Kaminari were giving you butterflies and you felt nervous the whole time. You knew after the movie ended you’d continue your conversation and you counted down the minutes until the credits rolled.
“Take a walk with me” he whispered in your ear and you nodded quick with a smile when he took your hand, lacing your fingers together as he led you out of the dorm.
“So” you say when you’re alone “did you like the movie?” He laughs “you and I both know we didn’t pay attention to that movie” once you’re far enough away from the dorm he stops and wraps his arms around your middle. You laugh and wrap your arms around his neck, playing with his soft hair. He leans down and you brush your nose against his “You gonna go all short wire on me Denki?” You whisper against his lips and he chuckles “I can’t promise anything” he jokes before his lips are pressed to yours and you feel as if you’re on cloud nine. Feeling like you’re weightless as your lips move together. You feel tingling throughout your whole body and for half a second you believe it’s from him. When he pulls back you can see in his eyes he’s half a kiss away from being short wired again and you chuckle. “So cute” you whisper and cup his cheeks. He leans into your touch and your heart melts for him. “Not as cute as you though” he whispers in a lovesick sigh and you smile and kiss his nose, the last loving act that left him short wired, his hair crackling with electricity. “You’re so perfect” he whispers in his dumb mumbled way and you laugh. “Come on Denki, let’s go cuddle” he nods and squeezes your hand when you lace your fingers with his.
Kirishima
Kiri was your best friend. You’ve never known a better, kinder man. Which led you to catch major feelings for him. So you thought up the perfect way to figure out if he likes you. You’ll ask him about kissing and if he gets weirded out you can say ‘no I didn’t mean with me ha ha ‘
So you knock on his door for your regular weekly tv night where you watched the newest episode of your favorite show together. You had the snacks in your arms and your favorite blanket and your heart was going berserk.
“I’m so excited! I couldn’t stop thinking about this all week!” He says as you enter his room and you laugh “me too! It’s gonna be so good!”
You get situated beside him in his bed, your blanket over your laps because he loves your soft blanket more than his rough comforter (you already bought him one for his birthday coming up)
When the episode ends you already know you’re gonna have to rewatch it later because you were too nervous about asking him to pay attention
You end up laying in the opposite direction as him, with your head at the bottom of his bed and propped up on a few of his pillows as you shared tiktoks and hung out. It was a usual night between you guys but you didn’t want to ruin it until the end. You’d wait to ask him in case it gets awkward.
At the end of the night, you’re carrying your blanket having left him with the extra snacks. “Kiri” you say quickly as he walks you to his door, your hands sweaty and heart going nuts in your chest. “Yeah?” He asks as he places his hand on his door, opening it. You stand in the middle of the threshold and look up at him “how do you feel about kissing?” You whisper and he pauses for a moment, looking deep into your eyes to see if this was some kind of joke. Like you found out about his crush and were now pranking him. “Seriously? Is this a joke?” You feel your throat constrict a little and the fear and sadness rising “..no?” You whisper and your brows furrow. He watches the worry enter your eyes and he cups your cheeks In a panic, he doesn’t want you to think he thinks kissing you is a joke! “no no no I wasn’t asking because I think it’s funny! I was worried you were pranking me because someone told you I liked you!” You are frozen for a moment. He likes you? You chuckle and hold his wrists, your blanket falling to your feet “you like me?” You ask and he nods “so much” you hook your foot in your blanket and pull it farther inside his room before kicking his door shut with your foot “so .. you want to kiss me?” He nods and bites his bottom lip “then… What are you waiting for?” You whisper and tilt your chin up and he chuckles, his cheeks flushing before he presses his lips to yours and it feels like time stopped as your mind goes blank. The only that mattered in this moment was his warm lips on yours and the soft way your lips moved together in unison.

"Summer Daze"
Summer-y: (see what I did there 👀) What seems like endless days in the summer months are only brief moments in time spent with your man that you wish lasted forever. The different events that take place make your romance burn brighter than the sun...after all, the memories made in the summer are always the most vivid.
Words: 3,045
Warnings: None
Authors Note: IT'S MY BIRTHDAY!!!!!🥳💕But here's is a present to you guys as an apology for taking so long on BBD 3. Love you🥺👉🏼👈🏼
Bakugou
Trying not to make any sudden noise, while also holding back your giddy laughter, you sneak your way around the outside of the house trying to spot Bakugou. What had started off as the two of you cleaning the garage, quickly led to the discovery of old large water guns packed away. All it took was one side-eye look from you and Bakugou smirked, grabbing the closest one. "Don't even think about trying to beat me, dumbass. We both know who gets wet around here."
Your jaw dropped at the sudden teasing tone before you grabbed the other water gun and stared at him dead in the eyes. "Oh yeah? Well, let's see if you can manage to get me that wet, Ka-su-ki~" As you finished your sentence, you leaned up and quickly brushed your lips on his before taking off to fill your weapon up with water. It didn't take long before you heard him take off as well, most likely going to the side of the house to turn the hose on. You, however, went inside and filled it up at the sink before making your way into the backyard.
You hid behind the back wall for a few seconds and peeked your head around the corner, just to see Bakugou stalking slowly up the side of the house, his water gun aimed in front of him. Hoping he didn't see you, you quickly duck away and sprint across the yard, hiding behind the tool shed.
"Where'd you go, babygirl?" The cocky voice rang throughout the yard and you peeked around the corner again seeing Bakugou turn in slow circles before glancing at the other end of the house. The sun shone brightly on his blonde hair, his skin glistening with a thin sheen of sweat and what made you almost gasp out loud was the realization he took his shirt off. Only in a pair of athletic grey shorts, you realized his unfair advantage. Two can play at that game.
Softly placing your water gun down, you raise your shirt over your head, leaving you only in your bra. Peeking out once more, you see that Bakugou disappeared and you readied your weapon again. Coming out from your hiding spot, you make your way to the opposite end of the house where you assumed he went. As soon as you saw his broad back towards you, you aimed and started pumping the water gun.
"You look a little hot Katsuki! Time to cool off, explosion boy!" As soon as the cold water hit Bakugou's back, he jumped and immediately turns around to fire back. He smirked and charged forward making you shriek and turn to run back into the backyard, now completely on defense mode.
"Get back here (Y/n)! Admit defeat and I'll stop!" Laughter rings out from Bakugou's throat as he sprays you with water, watching you unsuccessfully dodge it. Trying to turn the tables, you charge forward with everything you got. Not noticing how wet the ground got, you slip on some mud and found yourself tackling Bakugou to the ground.
Groaning softly, you go to move but find Bakugou's arms wrapped tightly around you. Sighing contently, you settle into his chest, the hot sun drying off your wet bodies. You felt a kiss on your head which made you tilt your head up, leaning up on his chest. "Truce?"
Bakugou snorts and runs his palm over your back. "I knew you were hiding from me."
"I still got you first!" You exclaim, poking him in the chest. Bakugou grins up at you with an almost dopey smile on his face. Smiling yourself, you tilt your head and place your lips over his. The kiss was soft and warm, Bakugou's arms circling tightly around your waist pressing you against him.
"Don't think I don't know what you were trying to do without a shirt on." Pulling back, Bakugou's lips brush over your ear and you shudder.
"Yeah, yeah. I had to make the playing field even."
"We'll see about that tonight. Now let's finish cleaning the garage, we have a lot of work to do." Whining you pretend to complain but no matter what you were doing just spending time with Bakugou is worth it.
Midoriya
"Ahhh~! You're so cute Deku!" Squealing, you bounce around Midoriya, snapping pictures of him in his bucket hat, his blush matching the red bucket of strawberries he was currently holding.
The two of you were currently in a strawberry field, picking fresh strawberries under the blazing summer sun and you have yet to get over the fact that Midoriya's bucket hat is way too cute to be ignored. On the way to the field, you cooed at him in the passenger seat while roaming your eyes over the green curls splaying out beneath the brim of the hat. What made it even better was the fact that the hat was baby pink with black stenciled strawberries on it.
At first, Midoriya was bashful and appreciated the compliment but once he saw how much you were fawning over him, he didn't get it. "I-I don't see what the big deal is, (Y/n). It's hot out and I'm just protecting my head." Midoriya fidgets and squats back down to pick up your abandoned strawberry bucket so you could move to a new location. You gasped and snapped a few more pictures of the light shining on the exposed curls, his freckles popping out from the sun.
You follow him over to a new bush of strawberries and bend down next to him, smiling. "It's not just the hat, which by the way, I'm buying you more of those, but it matches your outfit! You look so good in baby pink!" Not being able to hold back, you glance at him again and see a small pout on his lips.
"..."
"Waah~! (Y/n)-!" Midoriya drops the strawberries he was holding as you tackle him to the ground, peppering his face in kisses. "W-wait! Someone could se-mnf..."
You finally kiss his lips and grip the sides of his hat, pulling it down over his eyes. Midoriya's hands still on your waist as you fix your straddled stance on his lap, his legs bent as he leaned up on his elbows. The sweet scent of strawberries filled your nose as you pulled away from his soft lips, the hat still covering his face. Before you could comment, you felt something on your head as his lips covered yours again.
"Maybe you should wear it for a bit, (Y/n). I think the sun is getting to you," Midoriya whispers before pulling back completely. You blink blearily up at him, his curls messier than before since they were under the hat a flushed grin on his face as he gazed dreamily at you. "Hey you're right darling, it looks really cute." His fingers brush some of your hair away from your face, tucking it under the hat.
Now it was your turn to blush as you adverted your gaze. "Deku..."
A teasing smile suddenly crossed his face as he reached for his phone. "Oh? Let me take a picture of how cute you are~ say cheese!"
The mocking tone had blushing even more as Midoriya began snapping away on his phone, but you laughed and struck a few poses, strawberries forgotten for a brief moment. Making a kissy face, you wink at the camera and Midoriya laughs breathlessly, pulling away to look at you again. "We better hurry up so we don't get a heat stroke. How about when we get home we make some cool strawberry deserts to cool us off?"
Nodding your head excitedly, you crawl off Deku and resume picking the strawberries, feeling him take his place beside you. "...I am buying you more hats though."
"Pfft. I know."
Todoroki
You love Todoroki's quirk. It was useful for just about anything you can think of, a perfect example being right now. The day was winding down and you and Todoroki were curled up together outside, watching the sunset while the cicadas chirped around you. His right side kept you cool against the lingering humidity as you leaned closer into him, his arm wrapping around your waist. As romantic as this was, the sudden rumbling of your stomach had plans to ruin the moment.
"Ah-sorry. Oh! how about we make some smores!" Your embarrassment faded quickly as you pulled away from the embrace. Todoroki's eyes furrowed and was just about to ask a question before you ran inside to gather all the ingredients. You came back outside with your arms full of marshmallows, chocolate, and gram crackers, settling back down beside Todoroki, excitedly.
"When did we get all this?" He asked, turning to face you while opening the bag of marshmallows and popping one in his mouth.
"I went shopping earlier this week. Smores is a summer MUST, Shouto. By the bonfire with friends roasting marshmallows...and the chocolate melts with it for that gooey-goodness?!" You pop a marshmallow in your mouth as well while opening the chocolate and gram cracker box.
"We don't have a bonfire." Todoroki points out, an amused smile on his face.
You stop what you're doing and catch his gaze, looking at him with full seriousness. "No. But we have your left hand."
Todoroki stares at you a second longer before slowly shaking his head, a small breathless laugh escaping his mouth. "Okay...and these 'friends?'" He motions to the empty front yard.
Rolling your eyes you begin breaking apart the crackers and handed him two along with a piece of chocolate. "Not just friends...people you love. Now, I was thinking we could just place the marshmallow on top of the chocolate and you can use your finger-mnf~"
Lips suddenly closed around yours and you sighed into the sugary kiss, the last rays of sunlight just barely shining through the skyline illuminating the two of you. Todoroki pulls back first and licks his lips making you blush. "I love you too, (Y/n)."
His intense gaze was too overpowering you found yourself fidgeting. Not knowing what you do, you hold out your smore, a pleading look in your eyes. Todoroki snorts and takes your treat, igniting his finger so he can roast the marshmallow. "Sometimes I think you only like me because of how convenient my quirk is."
You mock gasp and throw your hands up in defense. "Excuse me sir- actually no. I do really love your quirk. But you, because it's you, I love you. Does that make sense? You are my favorite human being Shouto and being with you right here means a lot."
A faint blush covers Todoroki's face as he finished roasting the marshmallow just how you like it. You noticed and leaned up and kissed him again. "Hehe~ now after smores let's do the good old chubby bunny challenge!"
"Huh?"
"You'll see! It's fun, I promise!"
Kirishima
"Come on, (Y/n)! Trust me, it'll be fine! I promise!" Kirishima wobbled closer to you on the bicycle, trying to convince you to ride on the handlebars. The two of you rented a place out in the country for summer vacation and the place you picked had an old vintage bike stored away in the garage. Kirishima inspected that it would be okay to mount and insisted on taking the two of you on a ride.
You eyed him suspiciously but knowing he had the pure strength to keep the bike steady while balancing both of your weights made you consider the idea. Quickly, you glance at the squared handlebars and back up to his pleading puppy-dog eyes. Damnit. I can't say no to that. Sighing you walk forward and he grins, his happiness shining brighter than the sun.
"Don't steer us into a tree, Kiri." Turning your back to the bike, you feel behind you and grip the handlebars. "Ready?"
"I would never do anything to hurt you, cutie and you should know that by now. I'm ready, hop on." Kirishima hardens his stance and steadies the bike so you can hop up without it tipping. Of course, Kirishima would never hurt you, but the idea of him looking over your shoulder to steer scared the hell out of you. You hop on the vintage bike, trying to get comfortable on the handlebars. "Okay...I'm going to push off now so I have to release my quirk, but don't worry I still got you." His voice was close to your ear and you shivered from the reassurance.
With your voice caught in your throat, you nod and Kirishima pushes off. "Oh my-" The wobbling had you panicking briefly before you the balance was restored and Kirishima took the two of you out onto a dirt road.
"See? It's not that bad. Besides, I get to have you close to me like this and enjoy the view." His breath tickles your ear again as the warm wind whipped past your bodies, providing some relief to the dry humid air. As sexy as it was having his voice low in your ear like that, the death grip you had on the handlebars made you preoccupied. Warm hands suddenly covered yours as Kirishima adjusted his position and leaned forward a bit. "Look, there's a sunflower field over there. Want to go check it out?"
You relax instantly back into him realizing he was trying to distract you. Oh, how you loved this man. Humming, you nod and close your eyes as Kirishima steered the two of you over to the bright yellow field. Enjoying the sun shining on your face and wind whipping through your hair, Kirishima turns his head and kisses your temple softly.
"There you go, cutie. I told you I got you." Kirishima kisses your temple again and turns the bike slightly to cruise over a bridge. Water streamed under it and the sound of it relaxed you even more. Leaning up, you kiss Kiri under his jaw and agree contently.
"Let's take some cute pictures at the field." You murmur, peaking open your eyes to see the large yellow flowers getting closer. The idea of Kirishima smiling with a bunch of sunflowers made you giggle at the thought. It would be a perfect image.
"What's so funny?"
"You're just so handsome, Eijirou. I love you."
Kirishima lifts one hand from yours and wraps it around your waist, securing you against him. The one-handed control didn't even scare you as he finally slowed to a stop, just within walking distance of the field. You hop down and Kirishima spins you against him, his face flushed slightly from what you said, or from him cycling you couldn't tell. "Well, you're just too cute to handle sometimes, you know that? I love you too, (Y/n)."
He pecks your lips softly as he gets off the bike and the two of you walk hand-in-hand to the sunflowers.
Kaminari
"Left hand blue!" Kirishima called out making some people on the Twister mat groan. The former UA students had gotten together to enjoy a nice summer barbeque and catch up on each other's lives. However, the heroes ended up splitting off into two groups; one being the few who were currently grilling, and two, the ones who brought out games to play. Kaminari, of course, had the genius idea to bring a giant Twister mat and even suggested playing with shaving cream placed on all the circles.
That led to your current situation of trying to reach blue with your left hand while trying not to slip and land on Mina's back. The group currently grilling laughed loudly and made taunting, yet hilarious, commentary on who was most likely to slip next. So far, only Hagakure got eliminated but that was because Sero didn't see her foot and accidentally shoved her down. Hearing everyone groan and whine about the new position had you giggling as you steady yourself on the blue circle.
"This is absolute hell Kaminari...I'm not elastigirl from The Incredibles!" Mina huffed and tried to look behind her for a spot to put her hand. Her comment only made you laugh more, your hand slipping slightly on the shaving cream from the shakey movement. You heard Bakugou snort from across the lawn as he flicked the spinner. "Right hand yellow!"
There was a quiet pause from everyone as a collective, "fuck" rose into the air. Shifting your position, you cross over your left hand and find stability on a yellow circle, breathing out a sigh of relief. You heard Jiro mutter something as a shriek came from Koda. Bracing yourself just in case, you heard a few people fumble as then hit the mat with a thump. The grilling team 'ooh-ed' as a few more made jokes and took pictures.
From the corner of your eye, you see Jiro, Koda and Aoyama walk away to clean off the shaving cream. Once everyone has settled again, this time Shouji flicked the spinner. Everyone voted against him playing because of his unfair advantage and playfully banished him to kitchen duties. "Left hand green!" Easy enough. You take it off of blue and lean back so your resting on a green circle. What surprised you was seeing how close Kaminari entered your space to place his hand on the same dot you're using. "Hey," you whispered, staring into his mirthful gold eyes. Shaving cream was smeared on his cheek and you smiled goofily at him.
"Hey, babe." Kaminari whispers back, leaning closer to you, his fingers moving to cover yours.
"We got a PDA close up on the field! Disqualification!" Mina's voice called out again and you busted out laughing, throwing your head back as you felt your foot slip. In slow motion, your foot slid, kicking Mina which led to the rest of the players collapsing on shaving cream. However, you had locked eye contact with Kaminari as he fell, his elbows quickly bracing the side of your head as your lips collided. Smiling into the kiss, you let his lips linger as everyone around you tried to catch their breath from laughing.
At that moment, there was only you and Kaminari under the summer sun, covered in shaving cream, with the smell of barbeque in the air.

Hitoshi Shinso X Reader part 7
Afternoon training didn’t bring Shinso much luck. He paired up with Satou, and his reflexes didn’t save him from a blow to the face. Satou apologized a million times but that didn’t save the fact Shinso now had a pulsating black eye.
The class went back to the dorms, to shower off the sweat of hard work. Shinso couldn’t get Y/n’s face out of his mind. They barely interacted and yet he was thinking about her this much? Why because she remembered he was in general studies before this? Because she healed his face? He changed into his street clothes to help Mina.
“Thanks again for coming with me you guys!” Mina said as they entered the metro cart.
“Why didn’t you go to recovery girl?” Denki asked.
“I’m not gonna make her heal a bruise.”
“Wow you almost sound like Bakugo.” Kiba laughed.
“Stubborn like him too!” Denki laughed.
The three took the pole despite some empty seats. They were young, why sit? Sure they trained today, but they still had energy to burn. The subway car doors opened up and three people entered. One of them was none other than Y/n L/n. She was still in her school uniform and looked tired. She took a seat and instantly closed her eyes. It had begun raining when the trio entered the subway, so she was soaking wet, with her uniform jacket in her arm.
“We just keep running into her! You think that’s a sign?” Denki asked.
“Wait don’t tell me you’re crushing on the healer?” Mina asked.
“What? Everyone at UA is sleeping on me, who's to say I shouldn’t branch out?” Denki asked. “I know, I’ll ask her to heal Shinso’s face!”
“She looks exhausted.” Shinso said. “I don’t think we should bother-“
“Hey fancy seeing you here!” Denki said as he walked over to Y/n.
She smiled at Denki l. Mina and Shinso couldn’t hear what they were saying but Y/n didn’t seem annoyed like Shinso would assume. Her eyes were tired though. Denki took her by the hand and helped her to her feet and guided her back to the group.
“Oh that does look painful up close.” Y/n said as she walked towards them.
“It’s not as bad as it looks.” He lied.
“Hey again!” Mina said.
“What are you guys up to?” Y/n asked.
“We're going to my house just to pick up some stuff for the dorm.” Mina explained. “What about you?”
“I’m getting off of work right now.” Y/n said leaning her weight against the pole she was holding.
“You have a job?” Mina’s jaw dropped.
“Yeah,” she laughed. “I take small shifts at the hospital ER. It helps me expand the abilities of my quirk.”
“What! Are you even licensed for that?” Denki asked.
“It was a whole process, but once the head of the hospital found out about my quirk, the paper work started. Patients I take care of have to sign a consent form that they want someone with my quirk to heal them rather than regular practice.” She explained. “I’ve been there for over 8 months or so.”
They were all surprised. Mina tried thinkng about using her quirk in an everyday setting and Denki thought about how he would need to be a generator if he could improve his quirk. Shinso was just amazed that someone just pulled Y/n to become a ER doctor.
“Have any of your patients died?” Denki asked.
“Kamanri!” Mina hissed
“What? No I’m not allowed to go into anything too critical.”
“Do you get paid?” Mina asked.
“Yeah I make an hourly wage.” Y/n said.
“So do you have time just to relax at all?” Mina asked.
“I try. I guess that’s what I get for being too indecisive.” Y/n joked.
In a way they were glad she was against being a hero. Her drive was uncompared to even the tops of the class like Deku, Bakugo, Iida, Momo, not Todoroki. They were all single minded wanting to become a grade hero and only studied to be a hero. But Y/n seemed to be excelling at hero world, healing world, and general school work.
“Well whatever you decide on, I bet you’ll do great no matter what!” Denki said.
She smiled with a little shiver. Denki gave Shinso the eyes to had the girl his hoodie. Shinso looked closer at Denki’s jacket to discover it was a girl’s form jacket, and if Denki were to hand that over Y/n would know. Shinso didn’t really think Y/n was the mean type to judge, but at least this would give him a reason to talk.
“Here, you look cold.” Shinso said as he took his hoodie off.
“Oh that’s okay-you probably-!”
“No take it we don’t mind!” Denki said pulling the hoodie on to Y/n.
Shinso wasn’t prepared for the sight before him. She looked adorable in his black hoodie that almost covered her school uniform skirt. The sleeves were too long for her and the hood was stuck on her head. She put her arms through the sleeves and pulled the hood off her head to reveal her hair once more.
“They must teach you guys a lot of manners at UA, huh?” Y/n joked.
“You were shivering! Something had to be done.” Mina said. “Besides I bet your school has manners too.”
Y/n just smiled because that statement was just very untrue. Shinso couldn’t really make out the type of person that would be mean to Y/n. She’s not shy, well she is but she doesn’t seem like someone people would just randomly pick on.
“Are you sure you don’t want me to heal your eye? It almost matches your hair.” Y/n said.
“You’ve probably been healing people all day, you’re probably tired from using it all day.”  Shinso said worried about abusing her kindness.
“You’re fine, I don’t mind working off duty.” She said putting her hand on his cheek.
He was expecting to be met with pain, but of course, Y/n is just always better than expectations. It was soothing and untangling the pulsating in his eye bag. However his legs suddenly grew weak, and he was ready to fall. Y/n caught him.
“Oh sorry, I should have made you sit down.” she said putting him in the seat, never taking her hand off his chest or eye.
“Wow, I thought you just gave him weak knees!” Kamanari said.
“Since his body is healing at a rapid pace, he’ll probably feel a little light headed.” Y/n explained to Mina and Kamanari.
“Where were you when Midoriya couldn’t handle his quirk!” Mina asked.
“He’s the one with the green hair right?” Y/n asked.
The one who beat Shinso back in the sports festival.
“How does your eye feel?” Y/n’s attention went back to Shinso’s face, her finger gingerly rubbed his eye.
“B-better”
In truth Shinso hasn’t had much dealing with these intense feelings, let alone flirting or even receiving any sort of this type of affection. It was intoxicating. Though the blood was rushed into his face, this was all normal for Y/n it seemed. She was used to touching people as said before. She didn’t know her affect on people, because her quirk probably made the world a better place. Screw the emotions, and destroy the physical pain.
“Wait where’s your stop? We’re nex?” Mina asked.
“I’m two more.” Y/n said.
“We can’t leave you here alone! There’s a terrible stalker on the loose! That's why I have these two with me.” Mina said. “How about Shinso and you wait at the platform while Kamanri and I get my things and we’ll be right back.”
“You guys sure? I don’t want to damper your busy day.” Y/n said.
“Yeah, it’s not like I can walk well right now anyway.” Shinso tried to joke.
“Well alright, as long as you three are okay with it.” Y/n said.
The subway began braking and Shinso accidentally crashed into Y/n. She laughed and caught him by the chest again. Once the metro made a complete stop, Y/n stood up and offered her hand to help him up. At first he was confused, he got to his feet and felt all the muscles in his legs shock him. Again Y/n caught him. Mina and Denki watched curiously. It was genuinely interesting.
“Sorry I should have warned you about that.” Y/n said getting under his arm to help him walk.
“I don’t remember feeling like this last time you used your quirk.” Shinso said.
“This was a more intense bruise, and I started healing you when you were standing up.” She explained.
“Hey guys I found a bench you two can relax on.” Mina yelled.
“Well that’s convenient” Y/n said, pulling Shinso to the bench.
“We should be back in a half an hour.” Denki said.
As the two walked away from Shinso and Y/n, Mina grew a smile on her face as Denki began to whine.
“Are you playing cupid? C’mon I really liked her Mina!” Denki whined.
“Yeah, but they have a spark, and look at Shinso, he needs something like this , look at his face. It’s constantly exhausted and dead looking.” Mina explained.
“His face did get red.” Denki said. “Fine, I’m on board for the good of my friend. However apparently Y/n and that Sonny girl were an item.” “Wait really? I thought it was Y/n and Benny- That doesn’t matter neither of them are here now. Besides, metros are the most romantic place ever.” Mina said.

Stay, Part 1: Chapter 2
Chapter 2: The Realization
“Woah, a dance?” Kirishima asked, rubbing the back of his head. The boys were in the locker room, changing out of their formal wear into their P.E. uniform.  Iida had just informed everyone that there was to be a dance at U.A. after the class representative meeting. “Like…. with girls?”
“Yes.” Iida said, spinning around to face Kirishima.  “It will be held a week from this Friday.”
“Can’t wait.” Mineta said, his mouth starting to drool and his eyes hungry.  “See all those girls.  With the low-cut dresses and the high skirts showing off their perfect legs—,”
“We were told to behave ourselves.” Iida said, looking past the brim of his glasses to glare at Mineta directly.  Katsuki laughed and rolled his eyes.  “We’re allowed to bring people from other schools, so feel free to ask whoever you’d like.”
“See, look at that Mineta, you can bring your Mom.  Oof!” Kaminari was elbowed at that remark.
“Shut the fuck up, I’ll bring the hottest girl out of all of you!” Mineta said.
“Not with that small thing you call a dick.” Kaminari said, pointing.  Katsuki turned around, but it looked pretty average to him.  It was gross and limp, but Mineta grabbed a towel from his locker and covered himself.  Katsuki laughed and threw a small explosion and Mineta making him jumped and drop the towel.  Most of the room laughed until Iida reprimanded Katsuki for starting to fight, but he just smiled, proud of himself for making Mineta drop the towel to get another peek.  He just wanted to make sure his was bigger and when that was more than confirmed, he was satisfied.
Mineta marched right up to Todoroki and told him, “I’m asking Yaoyorozu.  She’s mine!”  Todoroki shrugged his shoulders, zipping up the uniform jacket.  Mostly everyone was done getting ready, but they usually had a little time before the girls were done to sit and talk.
“I’ll probably just go in a group.” Todoroki said.
Iida shot a hand out and nodded.  “Yes, that’s perfectly fine.”
Katsuki closed his locker and sat down on a bench, putting one leg over one side so he could face everyone. A stupid dance?  He hated school events.  He sighed loudly.  Now they would determine the groups and he’d probably get stuck with Kirishima again. “Also, you are allowed to go home this weekend to get nice clothes for the dance.” Iida added.
“A visit home?” Izuku asked, his eyes perking up.  Unlike Katsuki, he was totally entranced with what was going on.  Katsuki studied his face well enough growing up to know that face. He was excited.  “I’ll text my mom, she’ll be so happy!”
“Try not to get attacked by villains on your way home, Midoriya!” Kaminari said.
“Actually,” Todoroki said.  “Would you like to ride the train together, Midoriya?”  Katsuki’s leaned in slightly, ears perking up and he listened as Todoroki whispered, “I’d like to talk to you about something.”
Katsuki’s ears shot up at that.  They were going to ride home together?  Like, together-together?  They lived in the total opposite directions.  Todoroki narrowed his gaze when Izuku nodded, exchanging knowing looks. What could Todoroki say that I don’t already know?  Aren’t we friends, too?  His heart skipped for second, but the bell rang and they all piled into the hallway.
“You coming, Kacchan?” Katsuki looked over and saw Izuku standing over him.  The sound of a flute played in his voice.   A little, annoying flute that’s out of tune.
“Yeah.” Katsuki got up off the bench and followed the large group of people out of the locker room.
What the fuck could they have to talk about?
---
The school day was long, but Katsuki just tapped his pen against his notebook.  He couldn’t stop thinking about Izuku riding home with Todoroki this weekend.  Maybe it was about the dance?  But what did that matter?  They weren’t together.  He’d caught Todoroki talking to way too many girls.  He’s not like that.
Neither are you. A voice in the back of his head told him.  He never looked at Todoroki like that, ever.  His quirk was stupid and he was a fucking show off.  He’s the son the Number 1 Pro Hero.  Definitely a spot that Katsuki wanted to be in.  He was also good looking, but everyone could see that.
Right?
Katsuki shook his head.  He was a little afraid to look at Todoroki, but he finally did after calling himself a pussy one too many times.  Just fucking do it.  He glanced upwards, looking up to where Todoroki stood at the front of the class. He saw the hair first, parted slightly where the white met the red.  He noticed the scar on Todoroki’s face more intently, a serious scar that covered his left eye.  His build was strong, especially in the arms, but his shoulders were slim.  Not like Katsuki’s, who had a broad shoulder and large chest.  A few of the assholes in class joked that Katsuki’s tits were almost as big as Yaoyorozu’s.  Katsuki’s eyes drifted down to Todoroki’s slacks.  They didn’t display anything out of the ordinary and Katsuki took a sigh of relief.  He wasn’t remotely attracted to Todoroki in any way.  He slightly laughed at himself for thinking maybe he was gay.
“Sure, we could all be in a group together, Deku!” Katsuki heard Uraraka shout from across the room.  “I think that sounds like fun!”   Katsuki looked over and saw Izuku smiling at her.  Why was he so happy all the damn time?  He felt a sudden rush of heat throughout his body, almost uncontrollably, but he took a breath and calmed himself.  Using his periphery, he looked across the room again and Deku was talking excitedly with the people he normally hung around.  But then, Todoroki walked over to him, and Katsuki watched as Todoroki said something Katsuki couldn’t quite make out that made the both of them smile.  At the smile, Katsuki shot up out of his seat, but was almost stopped by Kirishima.
“You alright, Bakugou?” Kirishima asked.  That snapped Katsuki out of whatever funk he was feeling.  “You look…actually, I’ve never seen that look on you.  Confused maybe?”  Katsuki growled at him and Kirishima grimaced.  “Okay, no, not confused then.  Great.”  Katsuki sat back down in his seat again as Kirishima said, “So I think everyone is going to this dance in groups.  Wanna join mine?”
“Not really, shitty hair.” Katsuki told him.  That was true.  He thought the dance was a stupid idea.
“That’s too bad since you’re the only one other than Todoroki who has Camie’s number.” Kirishima said, adding the last part quietly.
“Who?” Katsuki asked, looking at Kirishima.  “Oh, Camie. The girl from the licensing exam.” Katsuki said.  Now there was a girl who could get boys excited.  Not only was the insanely hot, but she showed off her body in a black, leather body suit.  Her dirty blonde hair waterfalled past her shoulders, making her golden tanned skin gleam in the sunlight.  And at that, Katsuki remembered he did have her number from their remedial course together, but she went to school all the way across Japan.
“Dude, she goes to Shiketsu.” Katsuki reminded him.
“I know, it’s just—” Kirishima leaned in.  “I think she’s really pretty and I want to, you know, ask her to come with me.  I mean, with us, but I want to be the one to ask her and you’re kind of my wing man.”
Katsuki smirked at him, but truthfully, he talked to her so rarely, and thought it would be really awkward.  He looked back over and Izuku who was still talking and laughing with Todoroki, their arms waving around enthusiastically.  Katsuki felt his cheeks turn pink.  What the fuck?  Why do I feel like this?  He turned back and told Kirishima, “Sure, I got you, man.”
Pulling out his phone, he quickly messaged her:
This is Bakugou from the licensing exam.  A friend of mine has something he wants to ask you, can I give him your number?
He looked over again and Izuku had sat down, looking at Todoroki with beaming eyes.  A quick vibration and glancing at his phone, the text read:
I remember you, hot stuff.  Is he a cutie like you?
Katsuki’s repsonse: Find out for yourself.
I’d rather it be you.
Camie was definitely someone to play with emotions, but he didn’t feel like participating in her games.  He showed to text to Kirishima, who groaned. “Ugh, seriously?  She’s never even met me, how does she know I’m not hotter than you?”
“Because you’re not.” Katsuki smiled, punching him in the arm.  “What do you want me to say?”  Kirishima opened his mouth, but then closed it again in intense thought. “I mean, either she comes with you—with us before you get all whatever—or she doesn’t come at all.”  He sighed, his head drooping.  “Sure, ask her.”
Katsuki looked over at Izuku one more than, and this time, their eyes met.  Izuku nervously smiled and Katsuki was suddenly fired up. He looked back at Todoroki and he felt his heart quicken. He watched as Izuku’s cheeks rise up when he laughed and heard his voice carry through the room.  He watched at Izuku’s overwhelming facial expressions matched with his arms, excitedly waving around.  He watched and his heartbeat quickened even more as Izuku took off the school jacket uniform, unbuttoning it slowly and then peeling it off.  I’d like that do that to you, Deku.
Katsuki shook his head. “No, I wouldn’t!” Katsuki said loudly.
There was a pause and Katsuki realized where he was and who he was talking to.  “So, you won’t ask her for me?”
He gritted his teeth in anger, the heat once again moving quickly through his body.  He typed into his phone: My school is having a dance and I’d like you to go with me and my friends.
In waiting for a response from Camie, his eyes wouldn’t peel away from Izuku’s green, curly hair. Todoroki touched his shoulder and whispered something in his ear, making Katsuki’s heart drop.  A vibration from his phone:
Hells yeah, give me a time and place and
I’ll make sure we have a good time.
Kirishima looked at the text, reading it upside down but after a few seconds of digesting it, he looked like he was going to cry.  At least someone was happy.  He looked back over his shoulder one more time, but to his dismay, Todoroki was flexing his bicep and Izuku was studying it.  Getting Iida’s opinion, but the two of them were giving him pointers on how he could keep muscles mass up on his left side, which was his flame side.
But then Izuku reached out touched Todoroki’s muscle and squeezed.   Anger raged through Katsuki and he growled, but then stopped himself. WHAT AM I THINKING?!
Ectoplasm entered the class for their lecture, but Katsuki’s head immediately filled with thoughts of he and Deku’s training fight over a month ago.  Their breaths were heavy, both of them working on perfecting techniques they’d learned in class.  But it was more than that, Katsuki thought.  Izuku was shirtless, his pants hanging a little low.  He could see the outline of Izuku’s abs perfectly.  Stop it.  But more images of Izuku flooded his mind and made Katsuki harden slightly.  He thought about how Izuku had told him they should practice more and fantasy took over his mind.  The thought of Deku’s clothes ripping, teasing Katsuki with a little bit of skin.  The thought of their sweaty bodies touching each other.  The thought of their lips touching.
He was fully hard now and when he glanced up, class had already begun, all the students were in their seats.  Which meant—
—Izuku was sitting next to him.
“Can I please go to the bathroom?”  Katsuki didn’t wait for an answer.  He grabbed a book and stormed out of the classroom.  He went into the bathroom, stood above the sink and looked at himself in the mirror.  He couldn’t get Izuku out of his head.  He breathed heavily, but imagined Izuku near him, behind him, hugging him, holding him.
Kissing him.
But it was just a fantasy.  That’s all.
---
He said nothing to anyone the next day either or the day after that.  He kept his head down, not looking at anyone.  Occasionally, he’d try to convince himself he wasn’t gay, but then settled on the fact that he could be bi, but he’d glance at the men around the room.  He was attracted to none of them, but he was careful not to look at the curly green hair next to him, but when his eyes landed on Izuku, his heart would almost stop. He noticed things that he’d seen all his life growing up with Izuku.  His freckles—God, those fucking freckles—they were so dark against his pale skin.  His hair that Katsuki had pulled as a kid was just as curly in their adolescence. Katsuki wondered if it was just as soft.
“Bakugou, hey.” Kirishima snapped him out of it.  He put a hand on Bakugou’s back.  “Are…are you feeling okay?  We’re all getting kind of worried about you.”
“Worried?” Katsuki asked.  Had people noticed when he’d left class the other day?
“Yeah.  You know if you ever want to talk, you can, right?” Kirishima’s cheeks went pink.  He’d clearly talked to others already about this.  Katsuki nodded.  “Okay, just making sure.  As long as you’re okay.”  Kirishima went to turn around and then stopped for a moment before he was inches from Katsuki’s face.   The fuck, why is he so close?  Does…can he read minds too?  “Get the fuck out of my face, Shitty—,”
“It’s Camie, isn’t it?” Kirishima said.  Katsuki stared at him.  He’d totally forgotten that Camie was traveling across Japan to come to the dance next week.  “You…. you like her, don’t you?”
Katsuki didn’t know how to answer.  “Um—,”
“It’s—I mean, it’s alright.  I’m not mad, just—,” Kirishima lowered his voice.  “You’re so manly and girls look at you all the time.”
“Uhhhh,” was all that came out of Katsuki’s mouth.  Girls looked at him?  Why had he never noticed?  Is it because I don’t care?  Because—no, stop that!  A quick flashback of Izuku catching a butterfly and releasing it from his childhood ran through his mind.  He shook it off.  “Could—I mean—it’s really—,” WHY THE FUCK CAN’T I TALK?!  He whispered to Kirishima.  “Could—we should talk, but later.  Not now.”
“Sure.” Kirishima looked up at his friend.  Seeing that it was more serious than usual, he suggested, “We should go to lunch.”
“Yeah.” Katsuki told him, pushing himself off the wall he was leaning on. The two of them walked through the halls.  People passed the two of them, but Katsuki still kept his head down.  Once in the lunch room, they grabbed food and sat down next to each other.
“Alright, let’s talk about Camie—,” Kirishima said.
Katsuki had half a brain to hit him.  “It’s not Camie, shit head, shut it.” He took a deep breath.  “It’s really not Camie.  She’s hot, but just…not my type.”
“What?” Kirishima said. “Not your type?  The fuck, bruh, she’s every guy’s type—,”
“I just don’t care about her.” Katsuki said.  “Once she gets here, I’ll introduce you and you can have her.”
Kirishima was quiet and eventually said, “Okay, then.  Thanks, I guess.”  Kirishima took a bite of rice.  Katsuki stared at his food.  “So, what’s with the weird treatment?”
“What’d’ya mean?” Katsuki asked.
“I just mean you’ve been quieter than usual.  Even in combat training yesterday, you hardly said anything to anyone.  Mineta even called you a boner killer and you still said nothing—,”
“Sticky Balls said what?!” Katsuki turned his to peer at the table that Mineta normally sits at, but quickly turned back around when he caught a glimpse of green hair.  Don’t look at him.
“You didn’t notice? We’ve been trying to get your attention for the past few days, but you keep ignoring everyone—,”
He didn’t hear anything else as a group of 3rd years walked past their table and their noise level was louder than everyone else’s.  He looked through the group of kids and noticed a third year, Kagayaku Yoroinokishi.   The only reason Katsuki remotely learned his name was because he was the only student to come out and tell everyone he was gay. And Mina Ashido, being the gossip she is, ran it through not only their class, but also others. Not that you couldn’t already tell.  The guy was incredibly flamboyant, constantly touching his perfectly matted, white hair, as if he were trying to make sure it still looked flawless the way he styled it. His voice and laugh was high pitched like how cartoon girls talked.  Katsuki got up, not listening to Kirishima’s call.  He stayed behind the 3rd year’s group until Yoroinokishi broke off and went into the bathroom.
Katsuki hadn’t set foot in there since the other day, but took a deep breath before heading in himself.
To Katsuki’s surprise, Yoroinokishi wasn’t in a stall.  He was leaning against the wall next to the sinks, looking straight at Katsuki.  His arms were crossed, but he was smirking, an eyebrow raised.  “It’s kind of weird to follow people around, you know.  Jesus, you underclassmen are really something else.”
“Are we alone?” Katsuki said, peering underneath the stalls.  He saw no one’s feet and jumped back up.
“I’d assume so.” Yoroinokishi said, taking his backpack off and putting it on the ground.  He looked in the mirror and winked at himself.
“I have to talk to someone.  About what’s happening to me.” Katsuki said.
“Okay.  Let’s talk.” Yoroinokishi said, gesturing for Katsuki to start speaking.
But Katsuki didn’t know where to start.  He finally just decided to ask him, “How did you know?”
“You’ll have to be more specific.  You’re either referring to how I knew I was gay or how I knew the answer to number 3 of my math homework.”
Katsuki grumbled, “Th-the first one.”
Yoroinokishi stared for moment.  “I’ve known since I was little and liked my big Edgeshot shirtless poster over my brother’s Midnight one.  I’ve always like boys, so there was no hesitation for me.” He sighed and looking up at Katsuki asked, “People are going to like or hate you based on however society has shaped them. Why do you ask?”  Yoroinokishi put his hands in his pockets and waited for answer.  But Katsuki couldn’t speak.  “Okay, then, I’ll ask the questions.  How long have you known you’ve been gay?”
Katsuki glared at him. “I-I’m not—,” but he stopped himself. “I don’t think I am gay because I find girls attractive.  It’s just—this one person.”
Yoroinokishi cocked his head.  A single strand of red hair fell out of place.  “That’s one I’ve never heard.”  He shook his head.  “So, you’re bi.  I still don’t understand why you’ve backed me into a corner.  So to speak.”  His voice growled deeply and he winked.  “Just to clarify, he didn’t like, hurt you in any way, right?  He’s not like a creepy uncle?”
“He’s in my class and no, he didn’t hurt me.  It’s…well, it’s kind of the other way around.”  Katsuki was so confused.  “I just don’t know what to do.  I can’t stop thinking about him.  It’s honestly hard to focus on anything else.  I tried to not think about him, I’ve tried avoiding him, but nothing really works.  And I can’t get him away from me.  Or out of my head.  He’s always around.  We—well, we grew up together.  I can’t tell if I hate him or—,” Katsuki stopped himself and looked down at his hands.  He was shaking. That was the first time he’s admitted that, even to himself.  “I just don’t know what the fuck to do.”  He put his head in his hands, cursing loudly.  Tears started to form behind his lids and he almost couldn’t contain it. He flinched when he felt a gentle hand on his shoulder.
He moved his hands to see Yoroinokishi’s brown eyes looking at him, but instead of looking worried, they looked happy.  “It’s just love, regardless of who it is or what it stands for.”
“I should hate him. I’ve always hated him.” Katsuki said through his tears.  “I hate that stupid, fucking nerd.”
Yoroinokishi shook his head and then wrapped his arms around Katsuki’s broad shoulders.  He was much taller and Katsuki buried his head in his shoulder.  “It’s okay. Just let it out.”  He did.  For a good five or so minutes, they stood there until Katsuki pulled away. Yoroinokishi used his thumb to start wiping Katsuki’s face.  “Maybe you’ve never hated him.  Maybe you’ve always loved him and are just realizing it now.  People do and say mean things to people they love.”  He paused and Katsuki leaned into him.  “My father was the one who really pushed me to be straight.  I finally told him, but instead of listening, he put me in a vigilante gang.  The bastard said it would be good for my quirk to practice and he tried to push the gay out of me.  It was—,” he let go of Katsuki and lifted his shirt to reveal a large scar on his stomach.  “—rough. It’s like the Quirk Matches we do now, only then, we could hurt others without penalty.  It’s super illegal, but I think my Dad justified it because he wasn’t the one hurting me.  I rebelled and took it out on the others.  I got into fights even outside the matches, but I didn’t want to hide it anymore.  So, in my last match my father ever watched, I kissed the opponent instead of fighting him.  Took my dad by surprise, but it felt like one of the most natural things in the world to me.”  He patted Katsuki on the head.  “If it feels natural to love him, then do it.  You’ll be surprised.” He pushed away tears falling down Katsuki’s cheeks with his thumb.  “I know it’s hard.  But I’ll tell you what I told that other 2nd year who cornered me into the bathroom—,”
Katsuki was surprised. “There was another?  In my year?  Who—?”
But Yoroinokishi shook his head.  “When he wants to tell people, he will.  Otherwise, my lips are sealed.  They are with you as well.  But I’ll tell you what I told him: it’s easier to be yourself than it is to try and pretend and be someone else.  Even if you aren’t gay.”  Yoroinokishi smiled at him and started to walk out.
“Yoroinokishi.” Katsuki said, stopping him.  “Don’t tell anyone or I’ll kill you.”
Yoroinokishi smirked. “My lips are zipped!”  He winked, but then noticed the tiny strand of hair that had fallen in front of his face.  “By the way, puh-LEASE don’t call me Yoroinokishi.  Call me Yoyo.”  With that, the upperclassman left, leaving Katsuki in the bathroom.
He walked over to the sink and rinsed his eyes and face, which were puffy and red from crying.  He checked his phone and seeing he was almost late for class, he realized he couldn’t be seen like that.  He waited a few minutes, pulling his phone out of his pocket and scrolling through social media, trying to distract himself.  But he ran across a picture of Izuku, and his heart pained in his chest.  Instead of scrolling past it, he stared at it for a few moments.  Izuku’s smile in the picture was so wide, it actually brought Katsuki to smile too.
Feeling ready, he walked into his class, feeling much better.  When he sat down, he noticed everyone looking at him.  Kirishima patted him on the shoulder.  “You okay, man?”
Katsuki looked over at him, his eyes worried, but he smirked and said, “All you extras worry for nothing.  I’m fine.” They relaxed a little and most went back to the classwork.  But Katsuki looked at Izuku, who hadn’t taken his eyes off of Katsuki.  Instead of looking away this time, Katsuki stared right into his perfectly round, bright green eyes.  Their gazes locked and Katsuki felt his heart race in his chest, holding it for just a moment longer before finally telling him softly, “Really, I’m okay.”  Izuku’s cheeks turned a little pink in the midst of their gaze.  Katsuki watched Izuku’s eyes blink a few times until he finally looked away. Katsuki laughed to himself and licking the tip of his pen, he got ready for the next class.

Wet Paint (My Hero Academia)
Hey everyone! Here’s another story! It seems I’ve been bitten by a writing bug lately, lol.
Summary: Ochaco offers to paint Izuku’s nails.
Rating: G/K+
Pairings: Izuocha
Links:  https://www.fanfiction.net/s/13596466/1/Wet-Paint https://archiveofourown.org/works/24381355
"Hmm, green or black?" Ochaco's cheeks puffed out in concentration as she shook the small glass bottles. The liquid inside sloshed quietly.
Izuku looked up from his math homework, an amused smile on his face. "I picked you for more of a pink person, honestly."
"I just felt like goin' with somethin' darker, that's all." As she studied the nail polish colors, she realized the green almost perfectly matched Izuku's hero costume. Her permanently rosy cheeks turned crimson. Would I be way too obvious if I picked that one? As she deliberated, a thought crept in her head, and she smirked at her friend.
"Hey Dekuuuuuuu~!" Ochaco called sweetly from where she was propped up against her bed.
"Hm?" The said boy looked up, blinking curiously at her eager expression.
"Let's paint your nails, too!" She grinned as his face broke out into a blush. "Come on, we can match! It'll look really cute!"
"Y-... you think so?" Izuku asked quietly, rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly. Ochaco didn't expect him to agree so quickly, and she nodded as her mind caught up with his words.
"Yeah, definitely!"
Izuku placed his books on the table and came over to sit next to her on her green rug. She smiled at him as she motioned for him to face her, hoping to ease his nerves.
"Have you ever painted your nails before?" Ochaco asked curiously, shaking the green bottle again for good measure.
At this, Izuku blushed harder. "Well, n-no. I was interested as a kid, but my mom was scared it would just get me picked on more. She was probably right..."
Ochaco bit the inside of her cheek, remembering that Izuku and Katsuki grew up together. The explosive boy would've used anything as fodder against Izuku, of that she was certain. She could almost picture the sweet, innocent child-Deku happily painting his nails red, blue, and gold to match All Might's costume, just to come home in tears the next afternoon.
She shook the depressing thought out of her head and smiled reassuringly at Izuku. "Well, at least you don't hafta' worry about that, anymore. And if anyone says anythin', they'll have to go through me first!" She gave Izuku a fierce look, and he smiled gratefully.
"Thanks, Uraraka."
"Now, give me your hand!" She stuck out her left hand, her right already primed with the nail polish brush. He gently placed his large, calloused palm in hers, and she almost squeaked at how warm his grip was. Ochaco's face felt hot - they were basically holding hands! - and she tugged at the collar of her t-shirt before leaning over his hand determinedly.
I can do this. He's never had his nails painted before, and he's always wanted to! I want to do this for him.
She painted his thumb nail with careful strokes, the dark, shimmery green going on smoothly. She blew on it lightly, and she felt Izuku shiver.
"Sorry, heh."
"I-it's okay!" he squeaked, and Ochaco instantly felt guilty. I must be making him so uncomfortable, being so close to him. This isn't easy for me either, but probably for completely different reasons... His face was very red, his breathing shallow, and he seemed like he was looking anywhere in the room but at her.
She decided to get this done as quickly as possible to spare her socially-awkward friend.
As she was painting his nails, she couldn't help but notice the smell of Izuku's shampoo wafting from his dark green curls. God, he smells good. At that thought, she cringed. Way to be creepy, Ochaco. She discreetly sniffed the air again. ...But it's true.
She finished up his left hand and let out a triumphant cheer. "Okay, Deku, shake your hand like this, and... yeah, that's it! It'll help it dry faster. Other hand, please!"
She gripped his right hand, her eyes immediately going to his intense scars. Her fingertips lightly traced one line of scarring, and she didn't even realize her actions until Izuku cleared his throat. She jumped back from his hand, ready with an apology, but the sorrowful look on Izuku's face held her tongue.
"It's so ugly, isn't it?" he muttered, laughing a little bitterly. "I'm sorry you have to see this."
Ochaco, shocked, stared at Izuku for a second, before lunging forward and capturing his hand in-between both of hers, her pinkies raised.
"Deku, these hands are the hands of a hero." She looked down at the scars again, unable to look the boy in his wide, earnest eyes. "I am honored you trust me enough to see these scars up close. Honestly, though, they are nothin' to be ashamed of. These scars tell a story - a story full of bravery and self-sacrifice - and while I hate that you got hurt, I am so proud of you and the hero you are becoming."
There was a poignant silence, and Ochaco wondered if she went too far. Oh god, now I made things awkward. She finally looked up to meet his eyes, and she was met with a face full of tears.
Oh, Deku, she thought fondly, smiling softly. She felt so strongly for this boy in front of her. It wasn't often she spoke her innermost feelings, but when she did, it felt... freeing.
Suddenly, she was tugged forward, and her face hit Izuku's chest as he wrapped his arms around her in a tight embrace. She froze in surprise, and just as quickly as the hug started, it ended. Izuku leaned back and wiped at his eyes and nose, chuckling sheepishly.
"S-sorry about that. Your words... they just meant a lot to me."
Ochaco knew her face must have been five different shades of red, but she managed a weak laugh in response. "You don't hafta' apologize, Deku. If you ever need anything, from a pep talk to a hug, I'm here."
The two avoided each other's eyes for a moment, before Ochaco remembered her earlier task and gently grasped at her friend's hand again. She went back to painting his nails, trying to work around his slight shaking.
Satisfied with her handiwork, she leaned back, gesturing at Izuku to wave his hand back and forth. She checked the first set of nails with her fingertips.
"Hm, it seems dry, and it doesn't look like ya need a second coat. I'll just put a clear coat on, and you'll be good to go!"
Izuku nodded, and she focused on her work. Don't smell him again, don't smell him, don't smell him...
"There, done!" Ochaco grinned, capping the clear nail polish with a secure twist of her hand.
Izuku studied his nails with a small but genuine smile. "They look great, Uraraka. Thanks."
She offered the green bottle to him next, and he looked at her quizzically.
"Want to do mine, now?"
"Wha-but... really? I-I've never done this before," Izuku sputtered, and Ochaco chuckled.
"How else are ya going to get good at it, then, silly?" She wiggled her fingers at him, and he grinned, taking her hand.
"Okay, just don't be mad when there's more polish on your fingers than on your nails," he teased, and Ochaco felt a thrill go through her at his confident tone.
"I could never be mad at someone who is trying to learn the arts of nail painting!" Ochaco joked back, settling in to watch Izuku paint her nails.
He leaned over her proffered hand with such a serious look on his face that Ochaco would've laughed if she hadn't just then felt his breath on her hand. Goosebumps crept up and down her arms, and she shivered involuntarily. Oh. She thoughtlessly fanned her burning face with her free hand as she studied her friend. He was bent over her hand so far that Ochaco could only see a mop of green curls, and she had to actively resist the urge to run her hand through his hair. His breaths were soft, hot, and persistent against the top of her hand, and she couldn't help but admire how attractive her best friend was in that moment. She just... really liked the feeling of holding his hand.
Stop it, Ochaco. These thoughts will get you nowhere. He doesn't like you like that. And even if he did... Another thrill went through her at the thought, but she pushed the feelings down stubbornly. Even if he did, in some universe, feel the same way I do... a relationship would just get in the way of our goals. She'd been through this course of thought with herself multiple times over the past year, and it still never failed to bring a feeling of indecisive dread to her stomach.
"Okay, that should do it for that hand," Izuku muttered, letting go of her hand. She waved it in the air mindlessly, still staring at Izuku while deep in thought. He grabbed her other hand and started on it, causing another round of goosebumps.
This is ridiculous. He is Izuku, my best friend! ... But that's just it. He's Izuku, my best friend.
She scowled at her fraying rug, finally looking away from her crush. Feelings are so complicated. When did this get so complicated?
"Aha, done!" Izuku cheered, letting go of her hand. He finally looked up into her eyes with a dazzling smile, and her frustration disappeared instantly as she felt her cheeks go ablaze.
They stared at each other for a moment in silence, her hands pausing in mid-air. His smile grew soft, and he reached with a shaky hand to tuck some of her long bangs behind her ear. His hand dropped to the junction where their crossed legs met, and it felt like his touch was burning through her jeans.
"It looked like it was in your eyes, heh..." Izuku explained weakly, his green eyes making Ochaco feel very grateful she was sitting on the floor. She nodded slowly, her heartbeat thundering in her ears. Could he hear it? It felt like an electric current was running from Izuku's gaze straight to the center of her chest. It took all her concentration to breathe properly. Izuku seemed affected, too, if his growing blush was anything to go by.
"Uraraka?"
"Y-yes?" She was hopeful. So hopeful.
"Can I-?" He glanced down at her mouth for the briefest second, so quickly that she thought she might have imagined it, and she was starting to nod, ready to agree to whatever he asked of her... when a startling knock sounded at the door to Ochaco's room.
"Uraraka! Midoriya! Curfew in ten!" Tenya's voice rang out.
The two sprang apart, and Ochaco's face felt boiling as she stuttered out an "O-okay, Iida!" They sat dazedly for a moment, before Izuku seemed to come to his senses. He hurriedly sprang up and started collecting his belongings, stuffing his books in his bag so quickly she was surprised to not see his quirk's familiar glow.
"Deku..." Ochaco started, but she wasn't sure how she was going to finish. She recognized that something important had just passed between them, but what it was exactly, she wasn't sure and didn't want to assume.
"Better get going! Don't want to make Iida upset!" Izuku laughed awkwardly, his face beet red.
"Y-yeah."
Izuku practically sprinted to the door, and just as he grabbed the knob, he seemed to brace himself. He swiftly turned around.
"Uraraka-"
"Deku-"
The two smiled at the jinx, and both gestured to each other to go first. Ochaco realized this could possibly go on all night and cleared her throat to speak.
"Th-thanks for tonight. For the math help and for lettin' me paint your nails. They look good, if I say so myself," she chuckled weakly, trying to get a sense of normalcy back.
"Yeah, thanks for doing my nails. They look great. And no problem with the math." Izuku looked like he wanted to say something more, and she stared at him with bated breath, before he kind of deflated and smiled. He simply waved and then slipped out the door.
Ochaco sat on the ground in silence, before throwing her hands up to cover her eyes in confusion and embarrassment. She felt herself start to float.
What the heck was that?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The next morning, Ochaco wearily slumped into her desk chair, earlier than usual.
"What brings you here so early, kero?" Tsu asked curiously, walking over from her own desk. Mina and Momo followed with similar greetings.
"I couldn't sleep, so I decided to just go to class," Ochaco yawned, rubbing her eyes blearily.
"Ooh, you did your nails, Ochaco? Lemme see!" Mina giggled, reaching for Ochaco's hands.
Ochaco blushed slightly and hoped beyond all hopes she wouldn't notice -
"Nice color choice," the girl snickered, wiggling her pink eyebrows as her yellow and black eyes practically glowed.
"I-it's not what you think -" Ochaco started, stumbling over her words in her haste to come up with some explanation. She felt eyes on the back of her head and looked at the door, where Izuku was walking in. He quickly looked away from her, cheeks pink, and nodded a greeting in her direction. Ochaco looked at her desk, wondering if she should greet him as usual, before Mina called out, "Hey Midori! Did you see- ohh! Nice nails!"
Ochaco's cheeks burned as she felt Mina make the connection, if the girl's cheeky grin was anything to go by.
"It's no big deal," Ochaco tried to brush her off quietly, turning to get her books out of her bag. "We just did matching nails."
"I think it's sweet," Momo smiled gently, placing a hand on Ochaco's shoulder comfortingly.
"Besides, best friends have matching nails all the time, kero," Tsu reasoned, elbowing Mina lightly.
Mina pouted, crossing her arms. "Aw, come on, guys! Don't crush my shipping dreams!"
Ochaco grumbled, "There's nothing to ship, Mina."
Just then, Mr. Aizawa slowly entered the room, sleeping bag tossed over his shoulder, and the girls settled down in their respectful desks.
Ochaco breathed a sigh of relief and glanced at her fingernails again. It was just nails, right?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Later that evening, Ochaco was studying in the main room, her feet curled up under her on the couch as she tried to focus on her English homework. She was actually pretty good at English, but it was really hard translating when her mind was completely focused on something else.
We haven't spoken all day. I hope I didn't ruin things by letting my crush get in the way. If things don't clear up by the weekend, I'll talk to him then, she decided determinedly.
As she was staring at the book page, long past pretending to read, she felt the sofa dip next to her.
"I-is it okay that I sit here?"
Speak of the devil.
"Y-yeah, sure!" Ochaco smiled, moving her legs to give Izuku more room.
They sat in silence for a moment, and Ochaco forced her eyes to scan the page of Dracula, in vain.
"Hey, s-sorry for being so weird today."
Ochaco glanced up in surprise. "Oh! It's okay, Deku. I was sorta bein' weird, too. It's no big deal." She smiled, trying to convey a false sense of ease, if only for his sake.
He looked frustrated and confused, but still, he smiled for her. "Yeah, I guess."
They were silent for a few moments longer, before Ochaco stretched and placed her book on the coffee table in front of them.
"Okay, I haven't been able to get anythin' done in the past hour," she laughed lightly. "I'm gonna take a break outside."
"Oh! Uh, sure. Have fun," Izuku smiled again, although it didn't reach his eyes. Ochaco looked at him for a moment longer, wanting to say something but not knowing exactly what to say, before trudging outside.
It was a little chilly, and she wished she would've thrown a sweatshirt over her tank top. She didn't want to go back inside and face Deku again, though, so she stubbornly kept walking over to her favorite spot at the back of the dorm building.
She found herself beneath a large tree and sighed, her eyes gazing upwards. She automatically picked out a few constellations, but she didn't really feel like stargazing tonight. She removed her gravity and started climbing the leafless limbs, hands and feet knowing where to go in the dark from months of practice. Finally, she got to her favorite, sturdy branch, released her gravity, and sat down, cuddled against the trunk. Her eyes drifted upwards again out of habit, and she stared without seeing at the clear sky.
What changed between Deku and me? How can I fix it? Was it my stupid crush? Did he realize how I feel, and now things are awkward because he doesn't feel the same way? How do we get past this?
"Oh god," Ochaco muttered, feeling her stomach twist in knots. "I've ruined everything."
Rationally, Ochaco knew that Izuku wouldn't let a little crush come between their strong friendship, but she was too emotional to think straight. Her breaths were fast and shallow, and she gripped the cool trunk with white knuckles.
Creaaaaak.
Startled, Ochaco glanced down, squinting in the dim moonlight. Izuku was climbing the tree beneath her, carefully looking for hand- and footholds.
"Wh-what are you doing?" Ochaco's words tumbled out of her, and she placed a flustered hand to her cheek.
Izuku looked up at her, his green eyes unreadable in the dark. "I was going to come sit by you. You looked like you needed company." Izuku seemed to doubt himself, though, and went on to stammer, "I-if you want company, that is. Sorry, I should've asked if I could join you first..." His words devolved into muttering, and Ochaco giggled.
"Nah, it's fine, you can come up. I was just surprised, that's all." She patted the limb next to her, and Izuku grinned. She quietly pointed out the best limbs to support his weight, and in seemingly no time at all, Izuku was sitting besides her.
She could feel the warmth radiating from him, and she shuddered as she unconsciously huddled closer.
"Oh! I almost forgot. I brought your jacket. Thought you might be cold." Izuku untied what Ochaco now noticed to be a pink cloth from around his waist and held it out to her.
"Thanks, Deku. You're always so thoughtful!" She grabbed it gratefully, smiling widely as she shrugged it on. It was still warm from his body heat, and the thought made her blush.
"So... about last night..." Izuku started, twisting his fingers in his grip. Ochaco gulped, readying herself for the smart of rejection.
"I'm really sorry if I made you uncomfortable. I've been trying to get a hold of my feelings for a while now, and sometimes I just act on them without thinking. I'd never want to do anything that risked our friendship, though," Izuku rambled nervously, his voice going higher in pitch as he stared at his fidgeting hands.
Ochaco felt her eyes grow wide, and she reached out a hand to stop his rant.
"Wait, your feelings? Deku, what are you saying?" She had an inkling, but she wanted to be sure. Her stomach was a giant mass of butterflies as she was filled with an intense longing to grab his hand.
Izuku blinked at her, face very red. "Y-yeah." He took a deep breath, before spilling out, "IhavehadamassivecrushonyouforeveritseemslikeandsometimesIjustreallywanttotouchyoubutohgodnotlikethatImeanlikeholdyourhandandtouchyourfaceandmaybeevenkissyouwaitdidIjustsaythatoutloudohmyGOD-"
"Deku!" Ochaco interrupted him again, feeling incredibly rude but also very overwhelmed by his word vomit. She was also very worried about his oxygen level. "Breathe!"
He sucked in a gasp of air, before squeaking out, "T-thanks."
They sat in awkward silence for what seemed like eternity as Ochaco tried to grasp what he had said.
"So... you're saying you like me? And that you were worried your feelings messed up our friendship," Ochaco concluded slowly, as if she still had a hard time believing the words coming out of her mouth.
"Basically," Izuku sighed, running his hand through his hair. "I-I don't expect you to return my feelings, but I felt it was time I say something." He turned to look at her, a serious yet earnest expression on his freckled face. "I don't want to lose you, Uraraka. You're the best friend I've ever had."
Ochaco gasped quietly. It was one thing to vaguely know and accept, but another thing to hear the words spoken out loud... She wiped at the tears forming in her eyes quickly.
"Aa-aah! And I made you cry!" Izuku looked around for something to use as a tissue, panic-stricken.
Ochaco giggled, placing her hand on his. He stilled, his large green eyes meeting hers.
"Deku, I was worried my feelings for you had ruined our friendship," Ochaco explained, suddenly feeling lighter than air. It was like her gravity had been removed, and she was continuously floating up into the sky.
"R-really?" Izuku asked quietly, his eyes wide.
"Yeah. I really like you, Deku." She squeezed his hand, her face feeling hot as she finally admitted her feelings out in the open.
"O-oh... Oh." Izuku looked a little stunned, and Ochaco had to fight back chuckles.
They returned to silence, but this one was more peaceful than before. Ochaco looked back up at the stars, although they were hard to see through the remnants of her joyful tears.
"So... what now?" Izuku asked, bringing her back down to earth. She looked at him, smiling.
"I don't know. I never thought I'd get this far," she giggled. She felt him twist his hand under her grip, their fingers interlacing sweetly (her pinkie up, as always).
"Well, whatever happens... I want you by my side," Izuku admitted, looking away from her shyly.
Ochaco, feeling extremely touched, leaned over and placed her head on his shoulder. She felt him freeze, and she wondered belatedly if she should've asked permission first, before she felt him gently lay his head against hers. He cautiously rubbed his thumb along the top of her hand, and she sighed contentedly. She glanced at their entwined hands, their matching nail polish dimly sparkling in the moonlight.
"I'd really like that, Deku."

Chapter 1: Resuscitation and Diagnosis
"She's gone into cardiac arrest! We're losing her!"
"Clear!"
There was nothing but black. Endless void. Nothingness. That was all Ochako could see as she felt something resembling electricity coursing through the area where her heart is. She could hear voices but couldn't make out where they're coming from.
"Shock her again! Clear!"
She feels another shock course through her heart. The voices are becoming slightly more clearer with each passing second.
"Wake up, Ochako! Please! Please wake up!"
"Clear!"
Another shock. This time, however, Ochako opens her eyes, gasping for air, her heart pounding hard in her ribcage. She takes in her surroundings and sees that she is in a hospital room, as evident by the heart monitor and IV bag connected to her. She is not entirely sure how she got there as the last thing she remembered was feeling intense chest pain and falling unconscious while she was jogging.
Something was wrong with her and she didn't know what.
Just then, the door opened. A woman in a white coat, no doubt a nurse or at least someone who works in the facility, walked in. "Oh, you're awake," she says to Uraraka, who is undoubtedly unsure as to her current condition. "Wh...where am I?" Ochako replied, wanting to know the circumstances that brought her to the hospital bed she now sits on. The woman in white then explained to Ochako that she collapsed during her exercises and that she went into cardiac arrest en route to the hospital. The woman tried her best to ease whatever horrific images might be playing in Ochako's head after hearing that.
"From what we can gather, when you collapsed, one of the people nearby, someone with greenish dark hair if I remember correctly, was giving you CPR until the ambulance arrived," the woman continued. "He was crying, begging you to live as we tried to resuscitate you." Ochako's eyes slightly widen. She only knew of one person in particular that matches that description. "D-Deku?"
Ochako wasn't sure what to make of this, but she knew that she knew as Deku was worried about her health. About her. Then, the door opened again. This time, an all too familiar green haired boy walked in, struggling to hold in his tears. "Uraraka!" The boy called Izuku Midoriya shouted as he tearfully hugged his closest friend. Ochako hugged him back as if to assure him that she was fine when, in fact, she herself is uncertain of whatever fate awaits her. Her parents visited her later in the day after Deku's visit. They pretty much the same reaction. They too wanted to know what was wrong with their daughter.
---
"You're kidding, right?" Ochako asked with a tone of shock and sadness in her voice as she stared at the x-ray photos showing a misshapen heart between her lungs. It looked like it was shrinking slightly in size. She could hear her mother sobbing and her father trying to comfort her. "This has to be a joke!"
"I'm afraid it isn't," the nurse replied in a tone that told Ochako that this was serious. "It would appear that your heart has lost a bit of its mass." Ochako was shocked at this news. The thought of her heart being literally misshapen like this was a terrifying one. She had to know more. She had to know what was causing this. "Any...idea what's happening to me?" She asked hesitantly.
The nurse didn't want to alarm Ochako, but knew she had to be honest with her. "By the looks of it, your current condition bears a resemblance to that of some astronauts when exposed to zero gravity for prolonged periods of time." Ochako wasn't if she wanted to hear the rest. Was her Quirk somehow responsible for her condition?
"It would appear that since your Quirk has a lot of the same properties as being in zero gravity, it's theoretically possible that it might have something to do with your current condition," the nurse continued. "We'll probably have to do a stress test to see if this is the case or not."
Ochako's fears may have just been confirmed by the nurse's comments. Her Quirk was likely killing her from the inside, albeit literally. She placed her hand on her misshapen heart in melancholy sadness. She feels it thumping slowly. How could she even begin to explain to her friends what was happening to her? Especially Deku?

Not Another Au!
vanilluhbeaux (distinque)
Chapter 4 : i was soon to change my mind, however
The sun beat down on the car, warming the already steaming insides to an almost unbearable degree. If the couple inside weren't sweating from the—activities—occurring inside—which they were, Katsuki Bakugou didn't half-ass anything, especially anything that involved Ochako Uraraka's whole ass—they were sweating from the heat the sun created inside the car. "Mmm," Ochako moaned in-between kisses, "today was definitely the day for the water park." She felt Bakugou's lips move from her own and onto her neck, kissing the bright red bruises already formed there from an earlier session at his house—but that was neither here nor there. "It's really hot," she added, knowing that he was otherwise too busy to hear her—much less respond to her.
"Duh," he said, against her skin, "it's the hottest month of the year." Of course he'd be listening—he was always listening. It surprised her sometimes—how closely he paid attention to what was going on. She should've expected it by now, ever since she's known him, he's been weirdly perceptive of anything and everything happening around them. Sometimes—Most of the time, he pretended that he didn't notice, but that didn't mean that he didn't catch everything going on. A hard bite on her ear sent her back to reality, and she found herself barely dressed in the backseat of his car, her boyfriend sweating on top of her. "You're thinking too loud," he said, rolling his eyes.
"You can hear what I'm thinkin' about?" she asked, a laugh on her lips.
"Damn near," he confirmed, "you always think loud as fuck when something weird happens."
"When was the last time something weird happened?"
"When Mineta went to Mount Lady's house."
"He didn't just go over there," Ochako said, shooting up and moving from underneath Bakugou, a puzzled look on her face.
"Went over, broke in, same difference. He was inside her house and it was really fucking weird," he defended, shooting her the same puzzled look. She furrowed her eyebrows, pushing them together with an intense frown on her face. "And you were thinking really loudly about him the entire afternoon, especially when he showed up on the news."
"Because he's a creep!" she said, "Like I swear he should be arrested or something. Either he's gonna end up hurting someone—"
"Or someone's gonna hurt him."
"How do you know that?" Ochako asked, resting her head on his shoulder and closing her eyes lightly.
"I know everything, angel face," he scoffed, "I'm a fucking genius."
"Oh really?"
He opened his mouth to say something else, but a very clean, silver car pulled into the parking space next to them—far too close to his liking. Releasing a hot breath, Bakugou said in a gravely whisper, "Fucking hell!" In an instant, he moved to the other side of the car, trying to peer into the car that pulled into the spot next to them, only deterred by the tint on the windows. "I bet it's fucking Deku in that car," he said, looking at Ochako with irritated eyes.
"You can't even see in it," she reasoned, peering into the car herself.
"But do you smell that, babe?" he said, taking a long whiff of the air around.
"It smells like sex in here."
"We smell like sex," he corrected, "but they—" he pointed at the car next to them, "smell like bitch. And the only one who smells like bitch is Deku, and that's because he is a bitch." He sniffed the air once more and then nodded his head, confirming his own suspicion. Ochako rolled her eyes and began redressing herself, seeing that they were not going to finish what (s)he? started—not yet, anyway.
Fixing her swim suit, she pulled her sunglasses down and stepped out of the car, staring at her boyfriend through the open door. "Mina and everyone are probably waitin' on us, anyway." She extended her hand and pulled him out of the car, forcing the door closed behind him.
"Holy fuck, you're strong."
"I was a heroine in a shonen series in another life," she said, off-handedly, laughing slightly.
"That's hot."
When she looked back to smile at her boyfriend, Ochako let out an unintended groan. Bakugou turned him head to see what she was groaning out, and moaned loudly too, saying, "I thought it was one bitch in the car, but it turns out there were two." Their eyes settled on Izuku and Shouto, leaving the out of the car, both shirtless and starting to sweat in their swim trunks.
"Why did she moan?" Shouto asked, following not too far behind them. "She didn't seem like a bitch when we met earlier."
"I hate it when he's right," she said.
"I'm always right." he interjected.
"Right about what?" Izuku said, his voice bright and happy.
"Don't trip," Bakugou said, a light smirk on his face, "Just know I'm alright right—and I can smell bitch a mile away."
x
Mina, Shouto soon discovered, was all curly, pink hair and bright smiles—and apparently so was her cousin, Mei. They both sat at a table inside the park, along with Momo, Denki, Mineta, and another classmate—this one with bright red hair styled in spikes. His first thought was to ask if he was black as well—race seemed to be the topic of discussion during class—but then he thought it was better to keep his thoughts to himself. Besides, he reasoned, he'd see if he was black after getting his hair wet anyway. His classmates, and the extra, were chattering among themselves, and he swore he saw a ghost of a smile when Momo—which was strange considering he thought she was gay, but whatever—turned her head to him.
"Check out what my cousin made for us in the lab!" Mina called, holding a black case in her hands. Ochako squinted and then dashed over, pulling Bakugou with her with what seemed to be enough force to rip his arm off—though it stayed in its' socket. What a shame, Shouto thought, rolling his eyes. He kept his leisurely pace until he noticed Izuku kept up with Ochako—then he hurried along too.
"The lab?" he asked, popping down at the table.
"It's where I make my babies," the extra girl—Mei—piped, sunglasses barely hiding her bright golden eyes.
"We make ours in the back of Katsuki's car," Ochako said in a low voice, snickering.
"Well, me and Jirou can afford an actual bed," Momo said, looking down at Ochako with a disapproving glare.
"I don't think you two can be making any babies, sis," Kirishima added, shrugging his shoulders, "You two don't have all the right parts for that."
"Can I watch?" Mineta said, moving in closer to Momo, his eyes not directly looking at her red bikini but definitely not looking at her face, "As a science project?"
"That's fucking weird. You're fucking weird," Izuku said.
"Well then can I watch as porn?"
"That doesn't make it any less weird," Momo said, rolling her eyes.
"That isn't a no."
"If anyone says anything else about sex, I'm going home," Mei said, straightening herself up and crossing her eyes.
"Bitch bye," Mina said, waving her off, "You're such a fucking prude." With that, Mei walked off—not that anybody cared. Truthfully, nobody intended for her to come anyway, she just happened to show up with Mina at the last minute and had been quiet enough not to bother anyone. When she started speaking, Shouto knew that she wasn't going to last long enough to be a main character—but he hoped she wasn't going to be regulated to a one-and-done cameo appearance and never heard of again.
Anyway.
"Mei made these," Mina said, opening up the black case and revealing a set of eight watches—each pair a different color. "She whipped them up after hearing that Deku—"
"My name is Izuku," he inturrupted, an attitude heavy on his lips
"—Your name is whatever the fuck I say it is, Deku," Bakugou finished, staring down the green-haired boy with narrow eyes.
"—Activated the curse," Mina finished, narrowing her bright yellow eyes at them.
"I didn't even do anything!" Izuku said.
"You're the main character right?" Shouto said, his voice mocking, "Everything that happens from here on out is your fault."
"Y'all gone stop interrupting me," Mina said, looking dead at Shouto and Izuku. She held up her own wrist and pointed at the black band around it, and the face of the watch displayed wavelengths in a smooth, even pink. "The watches monitor your partner's heart rate, so you can keep track of who's alive. I'm partnered with Mei, so her heart rate is displayed on my screen. I can switch back and forth to tell time, but I have a phone so that's really not important. When the waves stop, it means your partner doesn't have a heartbeat anymore—and she programmed it to leave some sort of alert to let you know to get help."
Ochako peered into the box and pulled out the black band with a smooth, yellow line displayed on the face. As she wrapped it around her wrist, it started reflecting a calm wave, that picked up speed the more she looked at it. She reached her fingers out to touch the black and yellow screen, admiring its glossiness. "It's so pretty," she said, in almost a whisper, "I think I want this one."
"Dibs on the other blonde one!" Denki called, prompting MIneta to look at him and raise a brow. The taller teenager looked over and grabbed the other yellow watch saying, "It's blonde like my hair."
"That's not how you use that word, Denki," Mina said, rolling her eyes. "But you're an actual idiot, so I can't expect you to do everything right."
"I've been getting that a lot, lately," Denki mused.
The rest of the group peered into the box and pulled out a watch and strapped it onto them, not particularly caring who got which color or what partner they managed to get—until Mineta pulled the last watch, a bright orange one. "Ew!" Momo screamed, looking at her own orange watch, "I don't want to be responsible for Mineta!"
"Shouldn't have gotten that watch then, stupid ass," Bakugou said, rolling his eyes. He looked at his own watch, finding the wavelength to be white and very steady and shrugged his shoulders. Quickly, he looked around the group and seen that Shouto had his matching watch and he groaned loudly, rolling his eyes. "Who has Kirishima?"
"I do," Izuku said, a smile forming at the ends of his lips.
"Who's Kirishima?" Shouto interjected, looking around with his eyebrows furrowed. He hadn't met everyone in the class, but he was sure that he was catching on pretty quickly; Mina was the girl with pink hair, Denki was the idiot, Momo was the class representative, Jirou was her girlfriend, Bakugou was the guy with the stick up his ass and Ochako was his girlfriend—though he didn't understand why—Izuku was the only one in the classroom with common sense out of everyone in the entire bunch, and Mineta was gross. Kirishima, however? He's never heard of him.
"I'm Kirishima," the redhead piped up from his place at the back of group. Upon seeing his bright red hair, Shouto remembered who he was and almost felt bad for forgetting—almost. If he wanted to be remembered, he would've had to stand out and if he couldn't do that then it was nothing Shouto could do about that. Still, Shouto graced him with a small look, stopping once his eyes spotted a small scar right above the redhead's brown eyes.
"You have a scar," Shouto pointed out.
"Hm?" Kirishima said, tilting his head to the side for a moment. After a moment, he said, "Oh!" and pointed to the smll scar on his face. "You mean this? Above my eye?"
"I have one too," Shouto said, pointing to his own scar on his blue eye, which everyone noticed before and chose to ignore. "Did your dad hit you too?" he asked, prompting Izuku to elbow him in his side.
"You're oversharing again," he whispered, though his seemed to go into one ear and out through the other.
"Uh, no?" Kirishima said, throwing an awkward laugh in. "Denki and I were in a car accident when we were little," he finished, throwing a look over at Denki, who narrowed his eyes.
"What are you talking about?" Denki asked, raising an eyebrow.
"I know you remember when we were coming home from school when we were eight and it was raining really hard—"
"—And your mom was mad because we got into another fight—"
"—Which you totally lost—"
"—Suck my dick, I kicked your ass!"
"You're the one who ended up with a bloody nose, but go off."
"And my mom picked me up that day!"
"Bro, I swear you were with me when the car toppled over," he said, before clenching his teeth and holding his head. "Every time I think back on it I swear you're in the car with me." He sucked in a hard breath before shaking his head, sighing deeply. "Whenever I think about it too hard," he started, "my head starts throbbing."
"That went all the way left," Bakugou said, rolling his eyes and looking at Izuku with an emotion other than contempt, "Switch with me, nerd."
"Why?" Izuku asked, his voice light and teasing, much to Bakugou's disdain.
"Because I want Kirishima, duh."
"But why him?"
"Because he's my best friend," Bakugou said, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. Putting a hand to his head, Izuku smiled a very warm smile before taking his watch off and switching with Bakugou, who grabbed the watch without touching Izuku's tan skin.
"Bro," Kirishima said, wrapping an arm around Bakugou, "I'm your best friend?"
"Yeah, dumbass," Bakugou responded, tightening the watch on his wrist. "Don't let it go to your head," he warned, "I'd sell you to Satan for one corn chip. It just so happens I'd sell everyone else for a lot less than that."
"How much would you sell Ochako for?" Mina asked, giving them a strange look.
"Ochako? I wouldn't sell her to Satan," he said, wrapping an arm around her, "Unless he offered me like, a giant bag of skittles. Then you'd have to go."
"I'm worth a big bag of skittles to you?" she asked, her voice thoughtful as she leaned against him, her head fitting into his shoulder.
"A giant bag. Nothing less, babe."
"As...charming as this," Momo interrupted, rolling her eyes, "if Bakugou gets to switch, then I want to switch, too."
"I'll take Mineta," Denki offered, taking off his watch and giving and giving it to Momo. Ochako, on the other hand, looked as if she had different plans.
"I don't wanna be responsible for her," she said. "Someone switch."
"I'll take Momo," Izuku said, taking his watch off, "You'll have Shouto, but that shouldn't be an issue, right?"
"I'll take him," she said, smiling up at him as she loosened her watch, "he seems like he's alright—a little weird but that's typical." Shouto didn't miss the way her amber eyes winked at him, teasingly and he faintly smiled back at her and scratched the back of his head, a small laugh bubbling on his lips.
"Since everyone's got a partner," Mineta said, stretching his arms out, "I'm gonna go run to the bathroom before we get started."
"The boy's bathroom?" Mina said, narrowing her yellow eyes at him, "It'd suck if we got kicked out because you were peeping."
"Of course the boy's bathroom. I might be a pervert, but women deserve a right to use the bathroom in private," he said, placing a hand above him heart and walking off.
"You believe him?"
"Not in the slightest.
x
In a sense, they were wrong to doubt Mineta. He was plenty of things: a liar, a pervert, a cheater—if he ever got the chance to be one—and a peeping tom, but he was also a man of his word. Truthfully, he was going to the bathroom—the boy's bathroom since Mina wanted to get specific, but he never said that he would stay there. And that is how he found himself crawling through the vents of the bathroom, desperately trying to find the girl's side.
Once he saw the lights underneath the grates and the stench in the air softened to a less gross, but still not pleasant smell, he knew he was home free.
x
"Mineta's such a fucking creep!" Momo said, sitting down and placing a hand underneath her cheek. "He literally left us to spy on some girls using the bathroom."
"You don't know if he's actually doing that," Denki defended from his spot next to her. "He could've went to the locker room to peep."
"It doesn't matter—" Momo began, but then her watch started to vibrate quickly against her skin. She spared a quick glance at everyone, and seen that their watches were vibrating too—fast and loudly. It almost burned her skin, the way the watches moved and ground against the soft flesh hidden there. "What the fuck is happening, Ashido?" she cried, before the vibration suddenly stopped, leaving her wrist red and sore. Before she could say anything else, Denki's watch lit up in bright, bold colors.
"Congratulations!" it cried out, in a voice much like Mei's, "You survived!"
"What the hell does that mean?" Denki said, peering at the watch with furrowed brows.
"It means that you're alive," Ochako said, shrugging her shoulders.
"Maybe Mineta finally died," Bakugou joked, crossing his arms across his chest. "Little creep can't say he didn't have it coming."
"If he's dead, he can't say much of anything," Kirishima pointed out, laughing slightly.
"Maybe we should go check on him?" Izuku asked, looking around at everyone. "He could actually be super dead right now. Denki, what's your watch say?"
"Doesn't say anything," Denki said showing it to Izuku. "When your watches started vibrating, mine went off."
"Shit!" Kirishima said under his breath, jumping up from the table, with the others lagging behind him.
"Does this mean we don't get to enjoy the water?" Mina called, pouting as she followed along with the rest of the group.
x
They said it wasn't supposed to happen—the vents just weren't strong enough to support a whole, human body. It was a freak accident, a force of nature that could have been prevented had he not crawled into the vents—but that was not the point. The point was that it was not supposed to happen, but it did anyway. And really, Mineta was too smart to even try it. He knew better than to crawl in a tiny duct in order to see a breast. When everyone sat down and talked about it, none of it made sense. Nobody could attach a reason as to why Mineta would do something so stupid—except for the most obvious reason.
The curse had started, and it took Mineta first.
The paramedics said that he broke his neck when he fell, even if was only from ten feet above the ground. They weren't allowed to look, but judging from the reactions from the girls leaving the bathroom, it wasn't a pretty sight. "I guess we're not going to be able to spend one of the last hot day doing something fun," Mina said, pouting.
"I mean, Mineta dying isn't not fun," Denki said, playing with his watch, "The little shit shouldn't have been crawling through the vents. Death to the bitch."
"Does this mean we're not gonna fight?" Shouto asked, turning around to Bakugou. who laughed slightly.
"Not today," he confirmed, a light smile on his face. "Mineta gave his life for yours. I'm still gonna rock Deku's shit though. Just becase you're safe, Scarface, doesn't mean that Deku is."
"Run up get done up, Kacchan," Izuku said merrily, resting his head on Shouto's shoulders. "I'm with whatever. I want all the smoke. Whenever."
"Keep this same energy, fuckface."

Happy Birthday, Uraraka 2018
Summary: Bakugou planned a fun birthday for Uraraka and all their friends go out to dinner to celebrate. It's just a bunch of 15 year olds going out and having fun for a friend's birthday. But what could Bakugou's secret gift to Uraraka be? Find out at the end!Main couple is Kacchako, but TodoDeku, KiriKami, and SeroMina are here as well. Happy birthday to my sweet darling daughter ♥
Outfits: go to lacey.lcp on Instagram or follow these links
Iida, Midoriya, Todoroki, Asui, and Uraraka: Here
Ashido, Sero, Kirishima, Kaminari, and Bakugou: Here
“So what’d you get Ochako for her birthday, lover boy~?”
“None of your business.”
From her seat at the end of the table, Mina Ashido leaned against the wooden table in front of her to get closer to Katsuki Bakugou. He was sitting across from her, not letting her get him to spill about the gift he got his girlfriend.  Ashido’s yellow eyes stared into Bakugou’s glaring red ones as their other friends, Eijiro Kirishima, Denki Kaminari, and Hanta Sero, walked into the restaurant and headed over to them.
“What’s with the staring contest?” Sero asked as he sat to Ashido’s left.
“Bakugou won’t tell me what he got Ochako for her birthday so I’m annoying him into telling me.”
Kirishima and Kaminari sat beside Sero, knowing that Ochako would want to sit beside her boyfriend. They took off their coats, earning a “what the fuck” from Bakugou, making Ashido and Sero look to their neighbours.
“What the fuck are you wearing?”
“What?” Kirishima looked down at his green, white, and red ugly Christmas suit. “It’s still close to Christmas.”
“Yeah,” Kaminari agreed as he fixed the collar on his mixed coloured, very ugly full Christmas suit.
“Guys, this is Ochako’s birthday, not a Christmas party.” Ashido looked over to her friends in shame then stood up to show them her knit white long sleeve dress with cheetah print boots. “You’re supposed to dress nice for birthdays, not Christmassy.”
“Oops…” She looked down to Sero beside her who had taken off his winter jacket to reveal a blue Christmas sweater with a dabbing Santa on it.
“For fucks sake.” Bakugou sighed deeply and leaned back in his chair. “I didn’t think you were that stupid.”
“We’re just having some fun on a fun birthday. Don’t get your panties in a knot.” Kaminari shrugged and rested his arms on the table. He quickly sat back in his chair after Bakugou shot him an extremely dirty look.
“At least those two look horrible together, but I thought you were going to wear something nice.” Ashido pouted, sat back down in her chair, then hung onto Sero’s arm. “I wanted to look good with you but memes came first.”
Sero gave an apologetic look to his girlfriend. “I didn’t realize that the dress code would be so strict.”
“It’s Ochako’s birthday and Bakugou’s involved, of course it’s going to be strict.”
“Who dressed you, Bakugou? Your mom?” Kaminari asked in defense.
“I did.” Bakugou crossed his arms against his chest and leaned back in his chair.
“Bakugou’s a nice dresser,” Kirishima pointed out, referring to the past outfits the other had worn, but also the nice navy pullover paired with black jeans he was currently wearing.
“Sorry for not believing you, Mr. I Wear Crocs.” Kaminari smirked and poked his boyfriend’s arm.
“There’s nothing wrong with crocs!”
“Everything is wrong with crocs,” the group said in unison.
Kirishima pouted and slunk back into his chair with his arms folded against his chest. Bakugou pulled out his phone from his pocket to check the time. ‘These idiots are early for once. Even Glasses isn’t here yet.’
A waitress came over and asked the newcomers what they would like to drink. Each boy gave her their order, soon hearing a “there they are!” coming from the front of the restaurant. The group looked over and saw Tenya Iida wearing a nice brown sweater walking towards them. The Bakusquad, minus Bakugou, all said some form of greeting to their class president.
“Oh, it seems like Midoriya isn’t the only one wearing something for Christmas,” Iida said after noticing Kirishima, Kaminari, and Sero’s attire.
Izuku Midoriya and Shoto Todoroki walked up from behind Iida and looked at the group.
“Of fucking course Deku would wear a Christmas sweater.” Bakugou glanced at the green haired boy’s brightly patterned sweater with an intense frown.
“I-I didn’t think it would be an issue…” Midoriya replied then took his seat at the end of the table across from Iida, who was sitting beside Kaminari.
“I told you that it would be an issue.” Todoroki walked over and sat beside Midoriya, leaving the last two seats to his right empty.
“You’re looking snazzy, Todoroki~” Ashido leaned on her arms against the table to get a better look at Todoroki’s casual grey suit jacket and white shirt.
“Thanks.” He gave a soft smile that didn’t stay too long after Bakugou spoke.
“Half-n-half, take better care of your boyfriend,” Bakugou glared at the two.
“Your face is going to freeze that way, Bakugou.” Tsuyu Asui came in last with Ochako Uraraka. Ashido quickly stood up while making a loud squeal noise before rushing over to Uraraka to give her a big hug.
“Happy birthday, Ochako! It was horrible to wait so long for you!” She hugged the birthday girl tightly, making Uraraka groan from the pressure.
As Midoriya, Todoroki, Iida, Asui, and Uraraka arrived as a group, only the others got up to give Uraraka a big birthday hug.
“I like your suits, Kirishima and Kaminari. And a dabbing Santa is always a good choice, Sero.” Uraraka chuckled.
“See? It’s not an issue.” The three boys stuck their tongues out at Bakugou before sitting back down.
“It’s a birthday, not a Christmas party!” Bakugou shouted, making Uraraka reach over and hug his arm.
“It’s okay, honest. I’m used to Christmas and my birthday being one thing. I don’t mind it.” She kissed his cheek, finally getting him to calm down. Just as he was going to speak, Uraraka took her coat off, placing it on the back of the chair between Bakugou and Asui. The group complimented her on her super cute gold top, black skirt dress with matching gold shoes. She blushed softly and gave a happy “thank you.”
Bakugou slipped his arm around her waist and pulled her closer so only she could hear him say, “You look beautiful…” Uraraka blushed harder, then blushed even more as her boyfriend kissed her cheek, by her ear.

Can I have an Bakugou X Reader where the reader as the same quirk as him? Thanks!! ^^
Sure you can Anon! Sorry for the delay - exams are keeping me very busy. Also, there’s very mild swearing since hey it’s Bakugou - what do you expect?
I hope you enjoy!
Bakugou x Reader - Explosions
UA - The oh-so-great hero school. You couldn’t wait to see what it was like. Your school was doing a training session with the UA students in class 1-A today. It sounded like it was going to be great fun. You’d see just how tough the prestigious students of the ‘best’ hero school were. With a small grin, you walked beside your classmates. This was going to be great. You couldn’t wait to give these brats a good run for their money.
You actually hoped that you’d get to spar with them instead of a rescue exercise or something boring like that. Hand-to-hand combat was far more fun. Your own classmates were just as excited as you were. Class trips weren’t massively common for your school and it felt like a treat. The thing people were most pumped about seemed to be that they might get to see All Might as the pro was now working at UA.
It was only a couple of members of your school going to see 1-A today. You were overjoyed to be one of them. You’d seen the sports festival and watched their matches. You’d seen Todoroki and Midoryia, Tokoyami and Mina. You’d seen most of it but you’d missed the preliminary rounds and some of the matches. Blasted chores.
Now though you were calmly introducing yourself to some of the next generation of heroes with a confident smile. Glancing around the class, you recognised most of the faces. You weren’t familiar with all of the names, but you’d certainly seen the faces. Your eyes fell on an ash blond who was scowling at your classmates. You frowned in return. What was his problem? You’d enjoy kicking his ass if you got the chance.
You recalled the ending of the festival when All Might had appeared to give the medals to the top three. It was Tokoyami, Todoroki and this boy, Bakugou. You could remember him being restrained massively and even causing All Might to pause with his anger. What an explosive personality.
Their teacher looked like some washed up guy having a mid-life crisis to you but it was sort of funny in its own way. Everyone at UA was a tad strange. Aizawa said that they’d be doing a rescue exercise. You sighed inwardly. Another boring rescue exercise? This wouldn’t be any fun. You followed the other girls to the changing room and put your hero costume on. You noticed a small hole in the wall and looked at it suspiciously.
You grinned and moved over to it, standing beside it before covering it with your hand. You set off your quirk and not a moment later there was a howl on the other end and a lot of yelling and coughing from the smoke. You chuckled. Your suspicions had been confirmed. It was a peeping hole. “Hey, we’ve got a peeping hole over here.” You called to the girls. One with a black ponytail and red hero costume looked up and moved over to it. You’d covered it with your hand to make sure they didn’t try peeping again until Momo filled it with her quirk so there’d be no more peeping. The girls huffed angrily and it seemed they knew exactly who’d be trying to use it.
Once outside, you all gathered around Aizawa. He seemed to be waiting for something. There was something coming! In hit the group at a blinding speed and when it straightened up it revealed itself. It was the number one hero! All Might! The faces of your classmates lit up with joy as did yours. He was amazing!
The blond pro was the one who introduced the exercise. You were in field Gamma - the factory complex. It seemed that there were going to be four pros, four villains and the rest were going to be playing civilians. The roles would be switched around at time intervals.
The villains were chosen to be Bakugou, Kaminari, Mina and Sero. Meanwhile, you were put on the hero team with one of your classmates along with Midoriya and Uraraka. This seemed to unnerve a couple of the members of class 1-A. For some reason, they thought that the opposing teams might make things very intense. You weren’t sure quite why though.
The other members of both their class and the two members of yours were then given some time to hide while your two teams could think of a plan. The green haired boy quickly came up with a strategy of splitting the team into two - two of you would try and hold the villains off or catch them while the other two focused on helping the others.
It wasn’t certain but it was a rough outline. You knew which side you’d be taking. An exhilarated grin came to your face. You couldn’t wait to try tracking down the villains and beating them into tomorrow! The signal for the exercise to start went off and you split off from the other three, telling them that you were going to try and draw out the villain team yourself.
You didn’t know how effective it’d be but you’d already discussed your plan of attack with the plain-looking boy. If you managed to make a ruckus, he was pretty sure the boy ‘Kacchan’ would try to quickly do away with you. Perfect.
The three heroes waved you off and you smirked, rubbing your hands together. Time to make a mess. You found a wrecked car. Wonderful. Checking that there was no one around to get injured and nobody where you were going to send the care. And one and two and-
BOOM
You set off an explosion right under the car, sending it flying off into the side of a factory. You waited and everything went quiet again. If what Deku had told you and your classmate about the quirks of the villains and one of them in particular then you should be able to hear them before they got to you.
After waiting a moment, you heard it. The sound of explosions! That meant that Deku’s information was right and you were being approached by the strongest member of the villain team.
Grinning, you turned around and there he was, shooting through the air with his explosions, lining himself up to obviously blast you. You grinned and watched his hands. That was where his explosions were coming from. You watched how he lined himself up and once he was just beginning to get into range, you darted around his blast radius and avoided the attack. The heat from his quirk washed over you and you could feel your own excitement building.
However, you could tell he was being weary since he didn’t know what your quirk was, even if he was still being very cocky and confident in how he held himself. To your mind, your best chance of success would be to surprise him, since he’d likely freeze up in that one moment and you’d be able to get a solid blast in.
They had Recovery Girl working here, didn’t they? Ah, well then that meant you’d be fine to do whatever you needed to in order to take him out.
With a grin to match his, you squared up to face him, fists raised. Lucky for you, your quirk had manifested late but you’d always taken a liking to hand to hand sparring. Maybe because of All Might. He was an idol for just about every aspiring hero kid. He came to you and you knew if you didn’t get in close then you’d be done for, rushing him, he grinned perhaps finding your move foolish and lined up a blast.
You went to dodge around it but he was faster than you’d anticipated and the blast came before you thought, throwing your form back. You huffed. Okay, so he could ignite faster than you usually could. A daring grin on your face, you tried again, this time grabbing a chunk of rubble and dust as you went. When he lined up to keep you away again, you threw your handful at his face, momentarily surprising him and causing him to send off a blast. However, in his moment of being blinded, you’d dodged to the side and his blast had missed you.
“Oi, Sparky! Over here!” You called from behind him. As he whipped around, screaming at you to ‘die’, you ducked so when he attacked where the sound of your voice had been, it went straight over your head. You grabbed his wrist with one hand and realised that due to his movement, his other arm wasn’t within range of you which also meant that he couldn’t hit you without hurting himself. Moving quickly, you raised your own hand straight to his face with a grin.
“Sorry, light’s out!” His red hues widened when he could see the heat of your palm for a split second. That’s when he realised he was being faced with his own quirk and realised just how done for he was. With a large blast, his singed hair and slightly ash streaked face fell and you smiled. You’d deliberately lowered your blast so there wouldn’t be any major damage, but enough that the pressure wave would still cause him to pass out.
“Boom.” You chuckled before tying him with the capture tape that both teams had been given. You had an earpiece so you contacted Deku and told him that the biggest threat was now gone from the villain team and said that you’d hop off to try and find the others and take them out.
The rest of the exercise went well and your team won. Bakugou was taken off to Recovery Girl and you chuckled. You doubted if he’d known that your quirk mimicked his that you’d have won quite so easily. You were lucky that you’d had that dirt to throw in his face too. On equal standing with no tricks, you weren’t sure that you’d finish with the same result. What surprised you the most was how shocked everyone was that you’d actually managed to take him out.
An unsuspecting high-school girl from another hero academy. Who would’ve thought?
However, you thought you’d better see Recovery Girl and apologise for causing her any trouble. You were telling yourself it was only for that and wasn’t because you secretly wanted to see if Bakugou was awake and what his reaction to being beaten by his own quirk was. You made up your mind that you’d go at the end of the day should Bakugou be there or not.
She wasn’t around when you opened the door and Bakugou was sat up, trying to get some soot out of his hair. You couldn’t hold in your laughter at his irritated expression, trying to get pieces of dirt and rubble out of his spiky blond mess. It was strangely adorable. As soon as he heard you, he turned and as you’d expected he began to yell profanities at you for it.
However, at your cheerful laugh, he paused and looked away. It wasn’t cute… It wasn’t cute at all how you laughed like that…
You got your laughter to die down and strode over. “Here, let me help. It’s my fault anyway.” When he didn’t try to blast you out of the room, you reached out and began picking the bits out that he couldn’t see or get to.
“The hell’s with your quirk? You got some cheap, copy-cat shit quirk or what?” He grumbled, looking down and trying not to focus on the feeling of your fingers untangling the debris. He yelled out and smacked you off when you ignited your palm with tiny explosions on his scalp.
“Excuse you! My quirk isn’t cheap and it’s not a copying quirk either. My quirk is Explosions - the same as yours.” You grumbled and resumed your position behind him. You were nearly done, although you almost wished you weren’t. For such an abrasive hairstyle, it was surprisingly soft and compliant. It was almost nice to run a hand through. Even if the slightly singed ends were a tad course. Oops.
He let out a slight ‘tch’ and looked away from you again. “The dirt was still a cheap trick, even if your quirk isn’t.” He growled before eventually getting irritated and waving you off. What you didn’t know was that it was because he was getting mildly flustered with you touching his hair like that.
You shrugged and hopped down. “Your loss. It’s almost all out anyway.” You looked at his face properly for the first time and chuckled again. He had a large black streak right across his cheek and another just above his mouth but below his nose a little like a moustache. You could tell him that he had it there, or you could leave it for him to return to his class with. Oh, what the hell, that’d be funnier to leave it anyway.
You were about to leave when the door opened in front of your nose and you backed up, realising the small heroine was standing before you. “Oh, hello dearie. Is there anything you need?” You shook your head and bowed politely, apologising for putting Bakugou in the infirmary in the first place. She brushed it off and said it was fine, turning it on Bakugou for being reckless. After all, she was always on standby and usually spectated class 1-A’s exercises since they always seemed to be in need of her.
She looked over Bakugou and raised a brow at the black mark across his face before telling him that he was fine to go and that he should see you back out to your classmates since they’d be leaving soon. With a grumble, he agreed and walked out ahead of you, not even calling for you to follow. You waved goodbye to Recovery Girl and followed the angry blond out. “Aww~ Look at you, Sparky! You’re actually compliant to teachers. How cute.”
He nearly spluttered, a slight blush coming over him as he was suddenly flustered by your words. “The hell!” He yelled at you before you laughed and made a face at him, rushing ahead and out towards your classmates. You were surprisingly decent with directions and you darted down one of the staircases with him hot on your tail, calling you rude names all the way down. Outside the school was Midoriya, Iida, Mina and Kaminari, wishing the students well. At Bakugou’s screaming, they turned around and saw you gleefully running towards your classmates. You hid behind your best friend and she gave you a strange look to which you responded with a smile.
“Help me~ Soot-face is going to cover me in soot!” You grinned and Bakugou slowed down and seemed confused by your new nickname for him. Soot-face? You smirked at his expression as the yellow-haired boy snapped a photo of Bakugou and held it up for him to see. You couldn’t help yourself. Just one more bad joke. “I guess you really are an ash blonde.” That was it, he almost exploded, angrily wiping the soot off and getting his hands all black.
“Damn it! You shitty brat!” He realised that you’d have known as soon as you saw him in the infirmary. Kaminari chuckled and suddenly the realisation dawned on Bakugou that his friend now had that photo of him and turned on the boy to get rid of it. Your classmates laughed and you turned to Midoriya and Iida and Mina laughed when Kaminari threw his phone to her to stop Bakugou getting at it.
“You guys have a wild class, but it looks like good fun. I can’t speak for the others, but I had a blast. We should do another exercise together sometime.” At the agreement and approval of your classmates, Iida and Midoriya smiled and both nodded and said that it sounded good and they’d see if the teachers could arrange anything.
You headed off back towards home. You’d grab a train and get back. “See you!” You called and waved before beginning to jog back. You grinned. It’d be cool to spar with them again and to actually take him on without any tricks and underhand tactics.
He watched you go and Mina smirked, turning to Kaminari and the two suddenly burst out in giggles. When he whirled around to see what the hell had set them off now, he saw them with sly grins aimed at him.
“You…” Mina started, pointing to him.
“And her!” Kaminari finished, pointing towards the gate.
That thus the hothead indeed exploded - into a red face and a lot of denial. Oh boy… Maybe it was a blessing that he wasn’t going to see you for a while.
Providing that confident smile and cute laugh didn’t plague his mind without you there.

Chapter 29/??
Relationship: Todoroki Shouto x Reader (Your/Name), (Full/Name)
Summit: It all begin at the Sports Festival when Shouto’s other half met Endevour by mistake. The student never thought to see his partner fight against his father just to show him that he is wrong. It started from that instant, Shouto’s new path started exactly from that moment thanks to his friends and his beloved one.
---
<<Fenrir.>> the wolf hits you with his big claws breaking your ice and throwing you towards a building, which collapse for the massive impact and buries you under its heavy ruins. “She is holding back, why? It’s not only the earring, she is doing it on purpose. She isn’t stupid, she understood right away that there is an abyssal difference between me and her, still, she refuses to use her full power.”
Curious about you, Seatiel pierces the concrete with Verg Avesta and starts a hand-to-hand fight. She dodges only at the beginning, the more the time passes, the more her body is in pain and is hard to move. After a few minutes, Seatiel leads the match and beats the girl mercilessly, until he understands that he could kill her, he stops with a last kick on her stomach, sending her far away. Her body rolls on the black cement and paints it with her blood.
<<(Y/N)!!!>> Tenka and the others are blocked by Seatiel’s beasts, they don’t have energy to call theirs, and attacking without a support, it’s a suicide… What they can do to save their little sister? Why heroes don’t come? They don’t see that this section of the city is half burned, collapsed and frozen?!
She groans in pain, poses a hand and tries to stand up once again. She must endure until a pro will be there, someone will see all that mess, she did it on purpose, then why they are so late? Ran too… Where is he?
<<Why are you smiling, little girl?>> asks Seatiel, <<You’re crossing the death line right now, are you happy to die so young?>>
<<Of course… not…>> her voice is hoarse and low, but that smile; why she is smiling? <<… A certain hero says…. Go beyond... And that’s what… I want to do… I’ll show to you the meaning… of “Plus Ultra”.>>
“She clearly can’t do anything anymore. Kirin burnt her arm, Fenrir hurt her and I broke a few bones. She is still using her beasts to endure the pain better, but when all of this will be over… Will you survive to the hunger of your own beasts?” <<You have my full respect, (F/N). As a sign of recognition, this will be the last hit.>> Seatiel calls all his beasts back and the spear shines brightly, <<Show me that you can overcome this wall that born in your path, third coming of Kafka.>> he jumps reaching an enormous high and poses ready to throw Verg Avesta towards the town.
“….That move…. He is planning to raze to the ground the entire city….” (Y/N) looks at him and does a few deep breaths, “There’s no way out, I must activate it… I really wanted to spend more time with Shouto, making him less worried and happier… I promised to him to go to the next matsuri and watch the fireworks together.” you grab your earring and with the last deep breath, you throw it away.
Your iris turns red, and the sclera black with red veins across the eyes and into the skin around the eye. Your hair become darker and darker, and behind your back rise the most beautiful fire never saw. Black flames with no shape, but slowly, colorful strips are decorating them. Purple, silver, yellow, red, blue… All the colors blend magnificently together, making you like a true fallen angel.
<<(Y/N) no!!>> Tenka, Lenka, Shuu and Joel start to cry and scream your name as loud as they can, <<(Y/N)!!>>
Staring at Seatiel, you see his spear surrounded by vortexes of the power of the beasts, if that hits the ground, Hosu will be destroyed, and not only that.
<<The great half-god, half-human king born from the union between the King Atlas, Yaha-kui and goddess ZaShunina. He was an ultimate, transcendent being so divine as to be two-thirds god and one-third human, and no others in the world could match him.>> the prayer is awaking all your beasts at once, they stay still as if their power is not ready to go against Seatiel’s, <<He was a despot not merely a legend, and is said to have existed and ruled during the dark era, five thousand years ago. He was the King of Heroes; Kafka. I, child of yours, have inherited your power to fight the evil and protect the light…>> “I wanted to talk more with Izuku and Kirishima, do more girly things with Uraraka and Mina… I should be less asshole with Bakugou, he cares a lot for his friends, but he’s too proud to show it… Ah, I was enjoying this life…”
The ground shakes hardly under the two forces that are fighting right now. In the sky, Seatiel finished his prayer and he moves his body as a gear to throw Verg Avesta towards his target, while (Y/N) uses everything she has to defend thousands of lives.
<<Breath of Gungnir!>> Seatiel attacked… <<Roh Arias!>> (Y/N)’s seven beasts get in line and transform into a thick lay of crystalized fire, making a rigid defense.
The girl is sliding on the ground due to the pressure that she supports, if she gives up, too many innocents will die, she can’t let that happen, but her body surrenders first. Her sight is fading away, her hearing is becoming deaf, her body warmth is stolen, the pain is too much…
<<KHA!!>> she coughs out blood, her arms and legs shiver intensely. “No, I mustn’t fall now…” the first three shields are broken, Verg Avesta doesn’t stop and doesn’t lose its strength, “I can’t…” her arms slowly fall, as her legs are guiding her to the black and cold concrete…
<<(Y/N)-chan!!>> Midoriya turns his quirk on and jumps with all his might. He repelled the fearful weapon and rushed to your side, <<(Y/N)-chan, hang in there, we are here!>> “The wound on her side is deep, if we don’t take her away from here, she is not gonna make it!”
<<I…zu…ku…?>> you open your eyes, and recognized him for the color of his hair, you can’t see him even if you are so close to him, but that shade of green is like his ID document.
<<That was completely unexpected.>> Seatiel lays the lance on his shoulders and looks at the student. “He erased my skill and repelled the lance… He is a mate of the beasts?” when he moves a step to neutralize Deku, a weaved spear, pierces the ground right in between his feet, “What a huge control. These students are all so strong. Wait, that kid… The Wrath mate?!”
<<Stay away from her!!>> Shouto protects with his body both Midoriya and you, he fully unlocked his quirk, surrounded by a freezing ice and a melting fire, <<You bastard…>> his voice is so upset and his gaze is terrifying, <<I’ll let you go for today, but the next time, I will fucking kill you!>> after that scream, Ash Crow rises behind Todoroki and encloses him in its fiery black wings.
<<Don’t come near (Y/N) never again!>> without notice it, a beast rises behind Izuku too. His attention is stolen by his friend that coughs hardly, vomiting blood and groans in pain, <<Hang in there, I’ll take you->>
<<NO, DON’T MOVE ME!>> she grabs his costume so hard that she almost rips it off, <<It hurts…>> she cries and breaths quickly and hardly, <<So much… It hurts….>>
<<Don’t worry.>> Midoriya grabs your bloody hand and holds it to reassure you, “… If I move her, she suffers too much, she could pass out for the pain and we can’t control her vital signs anymore. What do I must do?” the boy tights the grip on your hand and prays that someone come there and save you.
<<Too many people are coming, too troublesome.>> Seatiel actives his Gluttony form and walks backwards, <<I’m looking forward to our next date. Bye-bye!>> he waves and jumps high, disappearing in the dark sky.
“Oh crap, crap, crap…!” <<Todoroki-kun!>> Midoriya is pale and with watery eyes, his voice is scared. When his friend turns to see what happened, a cold and strong shock hits him hardly.
<<No, no, no, no!>> he kneels in front of him and touches your face without minding the blood, <<(Y/N) stay awake!>> her head is hanging backwards and her body is becoming colder and colder, <<Guys->>
<<Take her and look for a hero!>> screams Shuu, <<Leave us here, she must be cured first!>>
Without losing another second, Todoroki picks you up and runs as fast as he can to find someone that can help you to survive. Midoriya runs after him, he doesn’t even feel the pain on his ankle anymore, he is too shocked and worried for his friend. He literally felt her body becoming heavier suddenly and her hand lost that tiny grip that (Y/N) could find that moment… Is a feeling that he doesn’t want to feel never again…
<<Dad!! Iida!! Someone!! Help me!!>> screams Todoroki looking everywhere, <<Someone!! Please!!>> he keeps his quirk activated using only his flames to warm the girl up, that dream mustn’t become reality.
<<Shouto!>> a young man waves at him rushing to his side escorted by Endevour and a few heroes, included Gran Torino, <<Give her to me! It’s me, Hakkai.>>
That man is Hakkai? Hah?! He is younger, like so MUCH younger… But it’s not the right moment to think about him, there’s something more important.
<<Please do something!>> the man uses his quirk immediately on (Y/N), while Endevour and Gran Torino send the heroes to call a medic equip, they must bring Belial at the nearest hospital. While your wounds are healing, Shouto holds your hand on his mouth, praying with his heart that you will be fine, “Please, please, please, do not take my light away from me…”
<<You are injured too, guys?>> Hakkai looks at the two students and finds a few wounds, <<I’ll he->>
<<(Y/N) first!>> they shout at the same time, <<Her first….>>
<<I already did all that I could… The rest depends on her and on the doctors…>> he smiles sadly and convinced the boys to heal their wounds as much as he can.
Since the medic equips will not be there in time, Endevour picks Belial up and escorts her personally to the nearest hospital. Shouto and Deku tried to chase him, but the man that was with you and a few heroes stopped them, saying that for the moment, there are more injured people who needs help.
