Life happens in the present while moving in the direction of future but trust me there's nothing like looking back to your past to rebuild the narrative once again. Life can get overwhelming at times with the pressures, goals, deadlines from all aspects - be that personal or professional, be that spiritual or material, be that your own individual journey or of your relationships with your fellow humans. You always need to pause and look back at the days, months and years - the entire transition phase, the ups and downs, the lessons, the victories, the failures - all of it. Perhaps your story so far need to be perceived in a better light with more clarity. How even the most smallest things add up to the whole picture. No matter what, you need to have that damn conviction that you may have gone off-road but you're still so right on your track. Pat your shoulder, if the need be.
