Have you ever encountered an energy vampire? They don't suck your blood, but they drain the energy out of every individual with whom they come into contact. It can be exhausting to be around this type of person, so create a charm to protect yourself.

Like the candle, and hold the obsidian between your hands. Imagine it forming a protective shield around you, your emotions, and your energy, keeping them safe from people who might make you feel drained. Say “My energy is mine, you will not take it. My feelings are mine, you will not have them. My strength is mine, you will not touch it. I am safe from you, you have no influence on me.”

Carry the obsidian with you, especially if you know you'll be around the energy vampires in your life.
