Reyna nasceu no momento mais complicado do reino Corona. Em meio à queda do local, sua mãe estava lhe dando a luz. Reyna se pergunta até hoje de onde sua mãe tinha tirado forças para poder lidar com o parto e também com a destruição de sua casa. Reyna não foi a primeira criança, tinha uma irmã mais velha com alguns anos de diferenças, que foi a primeira pessoa a ver quando veio à terra. Muitas vezes, Reyna imaginou que poderia ter matado Rapunzel naquele dia, então, decidiu que sempre faria o melhor pelo sua mãe.

Durante sua infância, Reyna andava sempre nos pés de seus pais, principalmente de Rapunzel, querendo ajudar e conseguindo o que podia para sua idade. Embora não tivesse vivido em Corona antes da ruína, ouvia diversas histórias dos mais velhos sobre como aquele local era incrível. Como era pequena, Reyna aproveitava para se esconder e ouvir os papos considerados de adulto, onde descobria e tentava entender o que acontecia. Uma coisa era certa: seus pais, principalmente, sua mãe estava fazendo tudo que podia para salvar o local. E Reyna tinha uma alta admiração por ela. Por isso, acabou desenvolvendo uma paixão pela cura, o que a levaria para o futuro de curandeira no futuro. É claro que também preocupava-se devido aos constantes desmaios, e orava por algum milagre.

Quando chegou sua adolescência, Reyna se perguntava se algum dia tudo aquilo melhoraria, pois o cansaço constante era tão presente em sua vida que parecia difícil encontrar algum prazer para fugir daquela realidade. Também se questionava se os reinos vizinhos estavam ajudando o suficiente, principalmente àquele em que tudo começou: casa Moors. Reyna não entendia como poderia uma vilã ter destruído não só um local, mas dois. E queria que houvesse um jeito de se vingar. Reyna começou, então, a pesquisar feitiços e poções que poderiam dar uma luz, mas nada fazia efeito. Ela tinha ficado em Corona para continuar os atendimentos durante a viagem de seus pais e torcia para que eles voltassem inteiros.

Entretanto, o destino não era legal com sua família. Seu pai voltou traumatizado, e mesmo com todas as possibilidades de tentar curá-lo, nada adiantava. Nem mesmo suas lágrimas estavam sendo suficientes para produzir uma cura. Devido aos comportamentos do pai, Reyna começou a ter pesadelos durante a noite escutando os gritos, então, é difícil que ela tenha uma noite completa de sono sem se acordar suada e tremendo. Além disso, ela também acabou desenvolvendo alguns sintomas do transtorno de ansiedade e nictofobia (fobia em relação à exposição à penumbra ou escuridão total). Diante dessa situação, ela desenvolveu também um sentimento de raiva e remorso em relação às famílias envolvidas na tragédia da destruição de seu reino.

A seleção apareceu como uma forma de consertar tudo. Então, ela resolveu se inscrever para fazer tudo possível para mudar a realidade de sua família, principalmente o estado de sua mãe.

Reyna possui diversas cicatrizes em suas mãos devido ao contato com algumas plantas venenosas na primeira vez que as toca, embora estas possuam efeitos de cura posteriormente. Além de que há uma cicatriz enorme na parte de suas costas, que desce da região cervical até a lombar, em formato de um chicote, a qual foi causada pela ponta afiada de um vidro quebrado em um desabamento durante um dia de trabalho. Embora tivesse ido nos primeiros anos para Academia Mágica de Ever After, onde recebeu sua profecia, Reyna resolveu voltar para casa durante a adolescência para poder ajudar seus pais na missão. No entanto, o motivo principal, que ela escondia até de si mesma, era por causa da profecia dada, perguntando-se que destino era aquele. Além disso, continuou seus estudos até que voltou para o ensino superior na academia, apesar de passar vários meses em Corona.

Danny squirms and hisses, trying to dig his claws into dark scales as the clouds whistle by. “Wait- Ancients dammit- STOP!” he shrieked, cursing how tiny his own ghost form was compared to his other not-quite-future-self. Wings that could easily dwarf the entire Ops center beat through the air, fast enough to cause his eyes to sting.

“Dan- bring me back- stop-” he wailed, despite the grip on his scruff not even loosening. Yet the larger dragon didn’t so much as twitch back towards Amity, the city disappearing into the distance like a speck. “We have to go back-”

The GIW were- were- They had to go back! The portal was gone (exploded, broken and all of Fentonworks a smoldering mess, oh Ancients he’s gonna be sick-), no one could return to the Realms, they were all sitting ducks-

“Jordan please-” he begged, even though he already knew that between the city, between every other ghost and them, Dan would always choose to keep them safe. But Jazz was hurt, she wasn’t waking up from where she lay limply cradled in Dan’s claws.

There was so much blood, and he only knew she was still alive from the weak fluttering of her core, growing stronger as her heartbeat faded. She needed help, she needed doctors- he doesn’t know if she would be able to come back, not with how they were leaving the ecto-rich city behind and he didn’t want to lose her- Dan’s blank panic was swamping his own, drowning both of them in the emotion as the dragon tore through the sky. Some part of him knew they couldn’t stay in Amity anymore, but- But Jazz needed help- Danny couldn’t help the tears that dripped from his yes, pretending it was merely the clouds as they flew to places unknown to him.

SKZ - Jealous SKZ on a show

a/n: thank you so much for reqeuesting!!! please don't be nervous about sending me asks, i swear i'm nice :,) i was also really wanting to write some 9th member!reader for some time, so i was really excited to write this!

cws: fem!9th member!reader, reader is the maknae, fluff, some jaelousy, non toxic jealousy, reader having to do the pepero challenge with a stranger, mentions of sexism (Jeongin)

Chan: So we all know that livestream where he was super mad at staff right? That is him at this moment. He is so angry. He is such a protective leader and this is the straw that breaks the camel's back. It started when your stylist put you into a way to short dress. Which hem you've been pulling down the whole time. And this game is the end of his patience. He won't intervene during the show, but afterwards he will do everything he can to make sure that all of SKZ never has to do something like this again. He feels terrible that it even got so far, and apologizes profusely to you later.

Minho: No. This is not happening. He won't let this happen. After the MC read out the challenge he just starts laughing obnoxiously loud and fake. Making everyone around him give him weird looks. "No but what is the task?" He asks and when the MC repeats it he interrupts them and asks that question again. He does that until everyone is uncomfortable enough to just skip the challenge. He will get a huge lecture from the manager later but he doesn't care. Climbs into your bed at night holding you tightly.

Changbin: He gets so whiny. Making a huge scene. "No! Not our poor innocent y/n!" He is super dramatic and hugs you tightly. He turns all the attention from you and your challenge to himself until everyone forgot about it. Afterward, he gets cuddly, clinging to you the whole time, grumbling about the MC and the stupid game. Wants some praise for protecting his baby so well, and keeping her away from weird dudes.

Hyunjin: Side eye. He is judging the MC. He is judging the member of the other group. He is judging the crew. He is judging his manager who let you do this. He coughs loudly when you play the game, making the other guy flinch, breaking the cookie early, preventing him from getting too close to you. Afterward, he is cuddly, touching you through the rest of the show. Scaring anyone off from making you do anything weird for the rest of the show.

Jisung: He also gets whiny. And pouty. And loud. "We can't have our Maknae's Innocence be tainted! Someone protect heeeeeeeer!" He makes such a big scene, including: fake crying, clinging to you, and holding you back from getting to your seat. Does this until the only thing that goes viral is him being a baby instead of you almost kissing some random dude. Will cuddle you afterwards. No matter if in public or not. Maybe if he is really anxious that day this could also lead to him getting a bit insecure. Please hold him that night, he needs it.

Felix: He is not a jealous person. He's fine with you hugging Seungmin, or even falling asleep cuddling Jisung. He loves how close the group is with each other, you are a big family. But he despises how this guy is suddenly getting close to you. Especially with all those cameras on you filming your interaction. Offers to do the challenge instead of you. Everyone thinks he is joking but he is so not. The video low key goes viral, so many edits afterward. But he takes all the scandalous articles, if that is what it means for you to be comfortable.

Seungmin: He is such a bitch. Not to you but the other guy. When you pull away he loudly declares "He must have really bad breath when y/n pulls away this early". He makes everyone on set laugh about that guy. Behind the scenes, he gives him dirty looks. He is more jealous than he would like to let on. He is also very clingy afterward. Unusually clingy actually. This will start some sort of scandal but he doesn't care, for him this was all worth it.

Jeongin: Won't react openly. Just smiles along and buries his fingers in his clothes. Trying to hide his anger. Stares at the game making sure that the other guy won't get too close to you. Won't be very reactive during the rest of the show, just a little bit more touchy with you. He will be so mad after it though, making a huge deal of the fact that "they only made her do it because she is the only girl. That's so sexist." Which is very right actually. He is super protective from now on, letting no stranger get too close to you. Huge cuddle session later in bed, holding you super tight, still bothered about the situation.

People can't say they aren't surprised over the relationship you and DAN HENG formed over the years you two developed a bond. The seemingly ice-cold Cloud Piercer spending time with the Space Stations researching sweetheart was certainly a sight to see. And while you'd be lively chatting away, Dan Heng was at your side intently listening and inserting his input now and then.

One day, while you two were talking over lunch, you decided to make a really stupid joke while you two were eating.

"Psst. Why did the rocket scientist dump his ex?" Dan Heng blinks a few times in confusion as he drinks his tea, setting it down on the table before sighing. "Weird question.. why?"

"Cause he had no comet-ment!"

You can see his eyes widen slightly, a hand going to his mouth as you can see him muffle a laughter but eventually allows himself to snicker at your horrible joke. "Was that a laugh?!" You smile, standing from your seat while slightly slamming your table in the process. "Did I just get the Dan Heng to laugh?"

He eventually ends his fit of laughter, crossing his arms as he looks at you with a rather endearing look. "Yes yes, you got the Dan Heng to laugh.. whatever that means."

"I got my Dan Heng to laugh, hehehee.." You giggled, walking over to give him a hug as he's happy to return the embrace. "Yeah yeah, you with your corny jokes.."

"Heey..!-"

You weren't entirely sure how to get your stone faced boyfriend to laugh, let alone smile at his own will. The closest thing you've gotten was his hums of pleasure whenever you two would kiss, so maybe thats the way you'll get your boyfriend to smile.

You tap him on the shoulder, catching his attention as he turns his gaze to look at you. Tapping your lips with your index finger and he immediately understands what you're asking, grabbing your hand softly as he brings you to a much more hidden area. "This was sudden." He'll say, caressing your cheek as you smile. "I mean, not like I can predict when I wanna kiss you."

He's more than happy to satisfy that for you, leaning down to kiss you in the exact way you always want. But to his surprise, your hand travels to the back of his head as you pull him close and run your fingers through his hair. You can hear a startled muffle from him amidst the kiss you shared, but his body language clearly showed he was into it. Leaning further in as his hands explore every inch of your body, you can see that he's lost in his own enjoyment.

Blade takes a moment to pull away for a breath of air, and as his forehead is pressed against yours - he lets out a breathless chuckle with a clear smirk across his features.

So you can imagine his confusion when your gaze of passion turned to excitement, pulling away as you smile. "I did it!"

"Did.. what?"

"I got you to laugh! Even with a smile, technically smirk.. but a wins a win!" You hummed, cupping his face in your hands as he sighs. "So that's why.. you could've just asked to see me smile, you know?"

"But wheres the fun in that? I just wanted to see you smile is all."

"You alone make me happy, though I may not show it physically, my actions and heart speak for itself.. so please, my heart asks if we can continue where we left off."

I love your writing! Could your write something where Law has to work with Luffy and Kid again and he’s pouting to his s/o about it. I just really like how he interacts with the two. There are no brain cells there. Maybe Luffy and Kid meets his s/o and they’re like “how did emotionally stunned Law manage to land this?”

PLEASE I showed mom where they're bickering and said "there are no braincells. Whatsoever"

"This is getting annoying."

Crouching, you study the cluster of plants growing at the base of a tree, reaching out to drag a finger against one of the waxy green leaves, watching as it promptly folds and recoils. Interesting.

"The least they could do is be on time, I don't know why I expected them to be considerate." Law turns on his heel, frowning as he spots you with your back to him, engrossed in your examination of the island's plant life. "You could stop me from ranting, you know."

You glance over. "Where's the fun in that? It's cute to see you so worked up."

Law huffs, reaching to pull at his hat as he looks away. "It's not cute. It's annoying."

You watch him with a small smile, then blink as there's a call of, "Heey, Traffy! Where are you?"

"Finally," Law grumbles, and you straighten to follow him in the direction that you'd come from, dirt giving way to sand and the smell of ocean. "About time you showed up."

"Watch it," grunts Kid from nearby, distaste for both Luffy and Law clear on his face. "You're lucky I even decided to entertain this little meeting of yours."

It's clear that Law wants to say something just as scathing back, but you decide to step in, knowing nothing will get accomplished if you leave those three to their own devices.

"We wouldn't have asked you to meet us here if it wasn't important," you say, "and the less time you spend arguing amongst yourselves, the better chance we have for actually getting something done."

There are three sets of eyes on you before Luffy points at you. "Hey Traffy, who's this?"

"You've met before, idiot," Law snaps. "This is [name]." When Luffy still looks confused, Law heaves a sigh. "They're my..." He searches for an appropriate word. "Partner."

Luffy looks content to leave it at that, but the sly narrow of Kid's eyes says that he knows what Law means by that ㅡ and your boyfriend glares back. "If you're going to run your mouth, I suggest you don't."

Kid bristles, and you sigh, shaking your head as you retreat a couple feet and settle into the sand, rummaging in your bag for your notes. If they're going to insist on arguing like a bunch of children, at least you can be productive.

"I think that went rather well."

Law scoffs. "I'm not so sure. I went over the plan three times and I'm still not convinced Strawhat understood any of it."

You stifle a laugh at the almost sulky expression on Law's face. "Maybe so, but he's always done his own thing, you know that. And it usually works out, doesn't it?"

"Not without more hassle than necessary." He glances over at you and the leather bound book still in your hands. "I thought you came with me to play mediator."

"I did, but I know lost battle when I see one." Your tone is amused. "Besides, I told you. You're cute when you're worked up."

What follows is a rare sight, blush dusting across his cheeks and tinging the tips of his ears as he scowls and looks away. "Whatever. I'm not cute."

You step to his side, fingers intertwining with his as you lean to kiss his jaw, then his cheek. "Whatever you say, Law. Whatever you say."

Heey, I hope it’s okay for me to request a hc’s with Floyd, Rook, Malleus and Lilia’s s/o playing with their fingers when they’re nervous or just bored?😌

Floyd Leech:

Floyd always laughed when you started to play with his fingers, telling you his feet and legs were much more interesting. When you tell him they weren’t and that he only felt that way because he had only had legs part of his life, he’d squish your cheeks with his perfect fingers and tell you to take a joke. He was good at deflecting and distracting you while you were anxious, his fingers never quite free from your grip as he reached down to hold your hand after his teasing.

Lilia Vanrouge:

Lilia is so used to it he doesn’t even pay you any mind. As long as he has one hand free to write or click on his game with, he doesn’t raise a fuss. If it’s what you do when you’re nervous he feels like he’s some sort of emotional support doll, laughing at the concept of bringing comfort just by being around a person. He has a lot of wisdom to give if you’d like it but otherwise he’s happy to go with your whims, as long as you’re not ignoring a problem that might snowball into something else.

Malleus Draconia:

Since you enjoyed playing with Malleus’ hand so much you’d become his royal finger nail painter, using it as a reason to fondle his hand gently while caring for his nails with precision. You better believe Sebek watched you like a hungry crocodile, ready to snap at any tiny mistake, but you tried to ignore his presence. He was right that having that even touching Malleus was an honor, but you felt especially lucky getting to hold his hand like this every day.

Rook Hunt:

Rook watched you with interest, a fond smile on his face as he wiggled his fingers and asked if you were stalking your prey. He admitted his hands were well-taken care of thanks to Vil’s advice, not minding if you wanted to take a closer look to admire his perfect nails and cuticles. You tell him it’s something a little bit more than that but you’re glad he’s willing to indulge you, especially when you were feeling anxious or unsettled.

The truth is you barely have any chance to watch the sunrise and, much less, to spend good quality time with your boyfriend lately. In your field of work, there were few times for relaxation and not to be high alert. So when you woke up that morning, Leon's arms holding you tightly, a sense of peace suddenly filled your body. You left the hotel bed and roamed to the chair to watch the sunrise.

"Pleeaaasseee?"

"Fine, you won, Leon." You sigh, getting up from the chair. Leon is right anyway: later, you would have to say goodbye to him, embarking on a new task, and wouldn't see him for days or even months, depending on your assignment.

Leon celebrates, fisting into the air before dashing into the bed. He lies facing you and taps your side of the table, inviting you back. Leon looks like a big child now, and you can't help but smirk back. You lay at his side, immediately surrounded by his arms and warmth.

"Just a couple of more hours," You remind him as he yawns, relaxing on the pillow.

"Hey..... Why is this still here?", Hoshi asked, concern etched in his tone. He sounded very hurt, you looked up towards him to see what's wrong. And there he was, with the bento cake in hand, looking at you sadly.

"I had a bite Hosh", you said, trying to sound cheerful and trying to hide the fact that you are slowly falling back into your insecurities.

"Liar.", he said furrowing his brows.

"Okay fine. Look Hosh, I've gained like five kilos these two weeks. I'm barely going to the gym. I think I should stop indulging, and cut my calories.

"Oh STOP IT!", he stormed towards you with the cake, looking mad as hell. One thing about this sweet boy, You never want to see him angry. He scary.

"Eat this. NOW", he said placing the cake infront of you with the spoon. He folded his arms and continued to give you a death stare. You slowly took the spoon into your had and picked at the cake. Bite after bite, Hoshi's anger seemed to fade away. When you were done with about half of it, Hoshi ruffled your hair.

"Baby, I know how important it is to take care of your body and be fit. But there are times in life when we can't prioritize it like before. But you should never be afraid of food. With more weight or not, you are you. You are working hard. You are trying your best. And you must eat, baby. That's all that matters. Okay?", he asked a hint of pain and lot of love filled in his voice.

"i'm sorry, babe. I just- It's just- I don't know...", you struggled finding words to explain your emotions.

"I know baby, I know.", he said softly as he came closer. Hugging you and pulling your head into his chest. Stroking it gently.

One evening on the balcony under a starry sky, Hoshi spoke softly. "You're resilient, Y/n. And it's okay not to be strong all the time. Lean on me when you need to."

Feeling a weight lift off your shoulders, you expressed gratitude. "Thank you for being my anchor, Hoshi. I appreciate having you."

He pulled you into a tender kiss, hugging you tightly afterwards. "We're in this together, always. Let's make this place not just our home but a haven where we face life's storms side by side. I want you to know that I will always be there by your side".

In the days that followed, Hoshi continued to shower you with affection. He would often sneak up behind you, planting soft kisses on your neck while you worked at your desk. "Just a little energy boost for my hardworking love," he'd say, leaving you smiling amidst your assignments.

One evening, as you prepared dinner together, Hoshi couldn't resist stealing a kiss, his playful tone accompanied by a mischievous grin. "Cooking is much better with a dash of love," he said, sealing the sentiment with another sweet peck that lingered just long enough to leave you blushing.

Your love story unfolded like a beautifully choreographed dance, with Hoshi leading the way. You found comfort in him. You were there for him when he was vulnerable, and now here he is, being your knight in shining armor. The apartment became a part off of a movie screen; romance, painted with stolen kisses, whispered promises, and the shared warmth of your laughter.

As you guys were snuggled up in your bed, trying to fall asleep, Hoshi held you close, his eyes reflecting the depth of his affection. "Life is a journey, love, and I'm grateful you're my companion. You're the strongest person I know, y/n, and I would die without you." he declared, sealing the sentiment with a passionate kiss that left no room for doubt.

Katakuri, Kid, Law x Reader (Gender-Neutral/Nonbinary)

Warnings: A smidge of angst, fluff

Charlotte Katakuri:

I think Katakuri would be the one who wouldn’t mind your situation the most. Mainly because this man is a giant so he already is pretty power with height/weight wise but upon finding out his significant other when touching him makes him feel like he touched sea stone – he is a bit disappointed

However, when he sees that this is making you upset and feeling guilty that he feels weakness when you touch him, he is quick to reassure you that he wants you to touch him and if he didn’t he wouldn’t let you

Only because I imagine he would be really affectionate with his partner, so this definitely cuts into being intimate with them but he will have his moments where he does not mind at all since he can rely on his other family members if things go wrong.

However, when he finds out you were experimented on when you were younger – oh god – all hell breaks loose – he is livid. Who the hell in their right minds would do that? And tbh he really does feel for you since he was bullied for his mouth when he was younger

So if you ever want to talk about it, he is all ears, or if you wish to expose who did the experimenting he could go on a journey for a bit to make sure they are gone forever

Either way, there is no real problem with his significant other having that effect on him. He will find a way to live with it and make sure you are happy

If you so desire it, he will be willing to see if Big Mom will be willing to find a good scientist to see if they can reverse the effects of the experimenting done on you, otherwise if not, he just cares about your well-being.

He may definitely have you go touch one of his siblings when they annoy him though haha

Eustass Kid:

Kid at first is annoyed from finding out about your condition

The annoyance disappears immediately when he sees how guilty you feel for having touch him and him getting weak due to the effects of your sea stone “curse”

While he may get irritated and angry at times for having the energy zapped from him whether it was on accident or because he just really wanted to hold you and forgot about it, he does try to control his temper since he understands it isn’t your fault

And with that, he is absolutely livid that you were experimented on as a child to be turned into a weapon against devil fruit users

If he ever finds out who did it… well good luck to them

Depending on how determined he can get with this issue, he may find a doctor for you to see if they can help you or anything

And in worst case scenario if he really gets sick of it, the relationship would end up going goodbye : (

Though I don’t see that happening since he cares about his crew and I imagine he would care about his partner in a way that nobody would think would be possible

So despite the setbacks this would provide he makes sure to know that any irritation he has is definitely not your fault… though he may take his anger out on other people lol

Trafalgar Law:

Law is a very… interesting man lol. He would find your situation rather interesting the second he found out about it

However, upon seeing the immediate guilt on your face for making him have a moment of weakness, he knows that this is much worse for you and he wonders who the hell made you feel guilty for something that is not in your control

When you opt to tell him about your past he is horrified that you were experimented on as a child and his inner doctor wants to help

With your permission he would love to see if he can try to reverse it, while his powers are meant for sickness and fatal injuries, he could try and dive into the scientific side for you and he would be very confident in doing so

Have faith in him : )

Lol but in the case you don’t want him to reverse or he can’t, he would just be very reassuring to you that when you touch him and the sea stone effects get to him, it is not your fault and he does not mind one bit as long as it’s preferably not in public

Phoenix Wright, Mia Fey, Dick Gumshoe and Jake Marshall x medical examiner S/O with selective mutism, but talk with their patients:

Phoenix Wright:

Since starting his law career (and Mia's case), Phoenix never handled the presence of dead bodies well;

Or whatever reminded him of one;

So you two rarely talked about their work;

Phoenix was one of the few people to whom they talked the most;

They felt free from all the things that blocked their voice and Phoenix quickly learned what tone of voice to use with them;

He also understands that they may have moments in which they prefer to just stay silent, even when with him;

When out with him, however, things drastically change;

They always stay close to him, let him do all the talking in every context and when people they don't know approach them and try to establish a conversation their throat tightens, they just stare and let their trembling hands talk;

All these problems, however, seem to disappear whenever they're at work, in their gown, hands tight in the gloves and religious silence;

Every day a new story, everyday a new someone to be with for hours;

Someone who doesn't talk, doesn't judge;

That's probably the reason why they find it so easy to talk with them;

It's strange, and they know it, but in some way they release all the stress in them;

Phoenix came to know when Gumshoe told him they heard them speaking inside the morgue, noticing there were just them and the "patients";

Phoenix never said anything, he tried to understand but never confronted them in a judicious, disgusted way;

He was just curious and didn't find it that strange, considering what he had been through and those around him.

Mia Fey:

Mia knew a bit of psychology, so she noticed almost immediately that they weren't able to speak in certain social contexts;

She tries to prevent them from getting into an anxious state by observing both their behavior and the people around them;

She likes to have them around when she works, so when it's sure that no one else is supposed to be in the office, they follow her and help with cases;

Mia likes to follow them to work as well, but she isn't allowed in the morgue or the laboratories, so she just waits somewhere nearby, making them know that if needed, she is in the area;

They told them about their habit, both because they wanted her to know and to ask for some advice to overcome this problem;

Surely it helped that she spoke outside the house, but maybe trying to have conversations with someone a little bit more lively would help more;

When together, Mia always tries to connect them with the outside by asking them to do something for her, if she's speaking with someone she tries to engage them too, in the conversation;

If they aren't able to do it anyway, Mia knows how to respect that and just let them interact with her.

Dick Gumshoe:

Gumshoe was always interested in their work;

He never understood a word about medicine, or anatomy, or anything of the sort;

But whenever the victims of his cases are handled by them, he makes sure to never miss a detail and if he doesn't understand, they will gladly explain to him;

However he finds it a little "strong" to be constantly inside a cold, silent room with a corpse you have to analyse in minimum details, even cut them if necessary;

Whenever they have business at the police station, he tries his best to be around them and spare them any kind of anxiety attack;

He never understood completely their difficulty with speaking in public, so sometimes he might be insensitive, but not in a malicious way;

He just doesn't get it, give him some time;

He once heard them talking to themselves when he was on his way to their "office";

But then he peeked at the door and saw they were talking while working;

Strangely, he completely got how much easier it was for them to "talk" with someone who didn't give them any kind of feedback, and thus no anxiety;

They tried to explain to him everything, so he wouldn't think badly of them;

But, sincerely, Gumshoe saw worse in his career, and as said, he didn't find that strange at all;

But probably they felt embarrassed knowing that Gumshoe knew their "habit";

So he always makes sure that whenever he wants to come visit, he warns them and doesn't burst in without them knowing.

Jake Marshall:

Jake was the one who introduced them to this work;

When they started specializing , he often posed as their professor of anything concerning the law and the investigation field;

He mostly did so whenever they had questions that couldn't bring themselves to ask his actual professors;

When they finally managed to graduate and get the job in his same division, whenever he could, he was with them;

He was always fascinated by this kind of work, so the two of them often started conversations about it;

(Mostly them explaining medical things to him, since he doesn't understand anything);

When together, he makes everything possible to keep them comfortable, but he also spurs them to overcome their anxiety, both at the office and in public;

That's because he clearly sees their difficulties in everyday life;

One day, when they were together at the morgue, he was checking some documents when he heard them talk;

He turned to answer but saw that they weren't talking to him;

Few seconds of silence before he giggled it off;

"What do they say about it?";

They shushed him and just hid their embarrassment, but at the same time were glad he didn't mock them;

If they thought talking with their patients could help, he was more than happy to leave them alone;

Even if he'll miss seeing them at work.
