#what if midoriya was just starting to see aizawa as like a father figure
jaded-ghoster · 1 year
Text
I demand to know where the angsty brozawa and midobro fics are of them not growing up together. Full on unintentional family reunion by coincidental matching blood tests. Or maybe Inko goes in for a parent teacher conference and she’s just like, now hold on a second. Or Aizawa needs money for cat food and he’s like, now seems like a good time to track down my biological parents for financial compensation. Or Izuku sets out to prove Aizawa isn’t his father to Todoroki by conducting a whole investigation and gets increasingly concerned as he uncovers more “evidence”. What I’m trying to say is I’m desperate.

first time dad!izuku…
cw: fem!reader, prohero + first time dad!izuku, cutesy fluff, first time parents, pregnancy, NSFW, izuku loves titties, lactation kink
notes: izuku midoriya is 21+
Tumblr media
firsttimedad!izuku who sobs joyous tears of pride and love as you announce your first pregnancy. he was giddy and ecstatic, rushing to kiss and hold you close. after years of draining hero work, he was finally ready to settle down.
“you’re pregnant? oh my god! baby, that’s amazing! holy shit…we’re gonna be parents. but, we’re gonna be parents! there’s a baby in there!”
firsttimedad!izuku who adores taking care of you, especially now that you’re pregnant. from the start, he had been there for you. learning how to steer you clear of unhealthy cravings, keeping your hair back as you puke your guts out, massaging your already aching feet and back.
“‘zuku, can i have another bowl of ice cream? baby’s craving more.”
“baby or mama?”
“please izu’?”
“of course, my love.”
firsttimedad!izuku who takes every single moment to read up on being a parent. at his agency before a big meeting? he’s sitting at his desk, feet kicked up and gently swaying in his chair as he reads. cooking dinner for you, his lovely, pregnant wife? his headphones are playing chapter fifteen of a book he saw online.
firsttimedad!izuku who jumps around your bedroom when the baby first kicks. he loud and bouncing, giggles fleeing into the air. he tries everything to get a reaction. from kissing your small bump to gently taps and slightly raising his voice. he knew you were growing a tiny person in there but, seeing it happen right before his eyes was thrilling.
firsttimedad!izuku who’s frantic over the state of the nursery. you were so grateful for him, he practically did it himself. izuku begged you for the opportunity of putting your nursery together. he had you pick everything out and he did all the hard work of painting, putting furniture together and decorating (with some of your help of course). a deep feeling of satisfaction sat in his chest as he and you stood in the center of the room. wide smile in his face, hand secure on your waist, gently caressing your still expanding stomach.
“it only took a month and thousands of dollars but, it’s done.”
“this would be a bad time to say i hate the paint?”
“i’m kidding! don’t crucify me. it’s beautiful! truly, you did a fantastic job, ‘zuku.”
“you’re beautiful, mama.”
“oh, shut up.”
firsttimedad!izuku who’s friends surprise him with a guys night after discovering the news. many friends from his years of being a hero and school attended, congratulating him on his next step in life. as a surprise, the students invited their old teacher, mr. shōta aizawa who kindly attended to bestow some wise words upon the growing hero.
firsttimedad!izuku who stays involved you’re entire pregnancy. who’s there whenever you need him. who’s prepared to do whatever you need him to do even after a rough night. because izuku is a good man. a good hero, husband and he will be a good father.
firsttimedad!izuku who’s fixated by your swollen breast, full of warm, sweet milk. emerald eyes track you with pinpoint accuracy as you change, slipping your black bra over your head. while sunbathing by the pool, he’s hovering by the edge staring at your blossoming figure covered in an almost angelic glow.
“you’re staring again, izuku.”
“you’re just so pretty.”
“you’re just saying that.”
“no, not at all! you’re the most gorgeous woman i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. you are my best friend, my partner in crime, my wife, the mother of my child. you are stunning, my love.”
“i thought katsuki was your best friend?”
“that’s all you have to say after that!?”
firsttimedad!izuku who’s fixation turns into curiosity. is there already milk in your breast, just waiting to be consumed? do they hurt? he often sees you hiss after gentle touches but, it could just be new sensitivity. could he feel the difference in weight in his palms? what would it taste like? is it sweet or bitter? is it thick or thin? can he try it?
firsttimedad!izuku who practically corner you one night after returning from a gruesome day. his hands caress you in all the right ways, his lips brushing against your overly sensitive skin. you keen fast, ending up in your shared bed as he removes your bra. mind focused one his one goal of quenching his thirst.
“izu move, you stink and my back is killing me.”
“just give me a hug.”
“did you not hear me? you stink, take a shower please.”
“we can shower together, baby. mph—fuck, you smell so good, mama.”
“let go over me you dope.”
“no no, wait. i’m not done with you.”
firsttimedad!izuku who’s mouth waters as he squeezes some fresh milk from your breast, leaning down to lap at your wet skin with his tongue. soft moans fill him with a sense of pride as he massages your other tit, pinching at your aching nipple. he finally sucks on your breasts, looking up at you as his tongue circles your nipple. finally, the white liquid is flooding his mouth, causing him to groan as his eyes fluttered shut.
firsttimedad!izuku who’s hips rut into the sheets below him as he’s latched to your tits. alternating between sides when he’s realized he’s not sharing his attention. the taste was overwhelming, better than izuku expected. all he desired was to lap from your breast for hours. your sweet nectar being spared for your unborn child instead of himself felt like a cruel punishment in his lust-fogged mind.

YN Bakugo: Big Sister
Tumblr media
Bakugo featuring Class 1-A and various cameos x female! Yn Bakugo (she/her pronouns)
Warnings:light swearing, 99% fluff with mild angst, Bakugo being soft 🥹
AN: This is an anon request!
Ahh good ole UA high
A wonderful place for training up the future hero’s of the world
It also happens to be the home to our resident boom boom boi, Katsuki Bakugo 🥰
Ahh how we adore this little fire ball
Katsuki might be rough around the edges, but deep down inside we all know he has a soft side
And you know who knows that better than anyone?
That’s right, his lovely sister, YN Bakugo
Now, looking at you, one would never guess that you were related to Katsuki
Why you might ask? 👀
It’s definitely because you look and act just like your father, Masaru Bakugo
Your calm, cool and collected
While your brother and your mom, Mitsuki Bakugo, are more outgoing and loud
You prefer to keep a level head, especially in high pressure situations
You got along well with your parents, unlike your brother who was more arrogant and self-centered
“Katsuki you should act more like Yn! She’s an amazing hero!” Your mother would say
“The queen of the nerds? I will absolutely NOT be like YN!” Katsuki would argue back
You and your dad simply ignored them at this point
You quirk and calm ability helped you in everyday life
Which is perfect because like Katsuki, you followed down the path of becoming a hero
While you were a few years older than Katsuki, you still made a name for yourself
However Katsuki did his part to distance himself from you
“Bakugo, how is Yn doing?” Aizawa would ask after class
“No clue who you’re referring too,” he’d say, walking out
You were essentially the nerdiest of the nerds
And while Bakugō did love you, in his own Bakugo way
He also didn’t talk about you
He liked that his family life was separate than his school life
However that was all about to change 🙃
Now Katsuki knew Sibling Day was coming up but he simply chose to ignore it
He managed to intercept all of the flyers that were going to be sent to your parents home
He made sure that there was absolutely NO WAY you could find out
The last thing he wanted was for you to show up
Thank god a certain noisy someone would never tell you 😅
Right…
RIGHT????
“Hey YN, did you hear about the sibling even at U.A. this weekend?” Hawks asked you on one of your nightly patrols
“No, I had no idea! Katsuki didn’t mention it,” you said, figuring your brother probably didn’t want you to go
“You should definitely go YN! It would be cool for all the kiddos to see your quirk and stuff. I’m going to be there because it’s open to all pros,” Hawks said as you nodded
The night came and everyone was dressed and ready to mingle
A bunch of Bakugo’s classmates siblings showed up
Some of them were hero’s, others weren’t
It was really a great opportunity to get to know everyone
“Hey Kacchan!” Midoriya said : D
“What do you want nerd!” Bakugo responded
“I figured since neither of us have siblings, we could hang out!” Midoriya : D
“Like I’d ever hang out with you Deku!” Bakugo scoffed as he turned, stopping in his tracks when he saw you
Bakugo 👉🏻😠😐😳
You 👉🏻😁👋🏻
Bakugo 👉🏻😐😠😡
You 👉🏻😌🥰
“YN what the hell are you doing here?!?” Katsuki growled as you went in to hug him 🫂
“Suki it’s so good to see you! I missed you!” You said hugging your brother as he stood there, stiff as a pole
Everyone around you started murmuring
“Hey that’s Yn! She’s a huge pro!” Mina gushed
“She’s gorgeous and super popular,” Denki added
“Is anyone wondering why she’s hugging Bakubro?” Kirishima asked
Everyone 👉🏻😐🤨
“Ahh YN! It’s good to see you again!” Aizawa came up, giving you a small hug
“Erased, great to see you! I’m so glad I get to be here!” You say 😊
“I’m surprised your here Yn, I was sure Katsuki would have tried to stop you,” Aizawa said
“Oh I’m sure he did but hawks told me!” You said
Bakugo looking at Hawks rn 👇🏻
Tumblr media
“Well I’m glad you could come!” He says as Bakugo stands there, glaring at you
“Did you ever think maybe there was a reason I didn’t want you to come?” Katsuki says as you stare at home
You 👉🏻 Nope : D
“Bakugobro whats up?” Kirishima says and him, Denki, Sero, Mina and Midoriya approach
Bakugo rn 👉🏻😐🤦🏼 why me
“Omg hi!! You must be Katsuki’s friends! I’m Yn Bakugo, his big sister!” You smile
“His… SISTER?!?!?” They all shout as you just smile and wave
Sero looks at you both, so confused, “umm I don’t get it. You two look and act nothing alike.”
“I know right? But it’s true, we are brother and sister,” you say, hugging Katsuki who is totally stiff as a board
You 👉🏻🥰🥰🥰
Katsuki 👉🏻😐🙄
“I gotta say, this is super weird,” Denki commented
“Try being related to her,” Bakugo adds
“Awe Katsuki, you know you love your big sister! Now come on, say it!” You sing
“Absolutely not,” he says
“Come on,” you say : D
“No,” Katsuki 😐
Suddenly, you hear an explosion happen right outside
The entire hall rocks with the aftermath of the loud boom
“Shit!” Katsuki yelled as everyone tried to get their footing
“YN let’s go!” Hawks yelled
“Katsuki, stay here and protect everyone! Leave it to your big sister to handle this!” You said, taking off before he even got to respond
“Alright nerds! Everyone stay put!” He screamed
“Uhh Kacchan, I don’t think calling everyone a ‘nerd’ is super reassuring,” Midoriya adds
“Well it got everyone to shut up didn’t it?” Katsuki shouted back
Midoriya 👉🏻 noted 📝
Meanwhile, you were outside, fighting off the criminals who caused the explosion
“YN look out!” Hawks shouted as suddenly your works went black
“Holy crow YN got hurt!” Someone shouted as Katsuki turned and ran towards the window
“What happened?” Mina asked
“She was fighting when someone threw a car at her!” Someone answered
Katsuki’s blood ran cold, he had to get to his sister
“Move nerds! Kirishima, make sure nobody leaves and protect everyone!” He shouted as he took off towards you
When he entered the steer, he saw you weren’t moving
He needed to get to you
“Bakugo no! We don’t need you to get hurt too!” Aizawa said as Katsuki watched hero’s race in to help
Someon grabbed you, quickly whisking you to an ambulance and taking you to the hospital
“Get out of my way!” Katsuki said before blasting off into the air and heading towards the hospital
Your parents were there, waiting when he arrived
“YN’s ok right?” He shouted
“Katsuki this is a hospital! Will you keep it down?” Your mother whisper yelled
“They are looking her over now Katsuki, but the hero that brought her in said she was conscious,” your dad said as Katsuku let out a breathe he didn’t know he was holding
Later, your parents went in to see you
You were pretty battered up but thankfully, you were able to protect yourself from any major damage
Katsuki stood by the doorway as your mother fawned over you
“Katsuki! I’m so sorry I ruined your night with your friends!” You cried
“Yeah whatever nerd, im just glade your ok,” he scoffed
You 👉🏻👁️👄👁️
“Katsuki got here as fast as he could Yn! Aizawa said he tried to get to you while uou were still knocked out!” Your mom said
“Mom will you be quiet!” Katsuki growled
You 👉🏻😐🥹
“Get over here and give me a hug?” You shouted as Katsuki looked at you like you had two heads
“I don’t do hugs nerd!” He said as you wiggled your fingers
“Come on, bring it in!” You said, still extending your arms
Katsuki 👉🏻😐🙄 fine!
He came over, giving you the worst most lack luster hug ever
But it didn’t matter, you knew your brother loved you ♥️

I’m the housewife kink anon, but I can’t find the fic!!! No one seems to have a downloaded copy on any of the usually haunts either. Pretty sure the author deleted their account which is a damn shame since they were one of my favs. Not rly surprised tho since they were getting some hate for the pairing when I read it a few yrs ago and I imagine it only got worse. So I’ve decided to outline everything that happened in detail!
So the plot was basically aged up Izuku and yandere Aizawa meet at a pre-raid meeting where some big time hero tries to discount Aizawa’s info and talk over him. But Izuku- Eraserhead has been my obsession since I watched his first sport festival-Midoriya shut that down quick with what was essentially an in depth analysis of how Erasehead is a perfect hero, especially compared to the hero that talked shit.
So yandere Aizawa was obviously like mine and started stalking Izuku who could immediately tell (I think he went abroad to train with All Might after Inko died and then helped dismantle AFO’s base of power internationally thus discovering he was still alive and Izuku ended up killing him w/ All Might) but was honestly just rly turned on by it so allowed it.
At the raid, they ended up in the same section and had impeccable team work the whole time which made both of their internal monologues sound like smug cats. They worked so well together that they kept getting paired up on other raids (all human trafficking rings connected with AFO I think) and eventually Izuku got hurt but wouldn’t tell the medics cuz discrimination trauma and paranoia so Aizawa drags him home to give him stitches.
This is where the domestic fluff and house wife kink kicks in bc Izuku cleans+ bakes+ cooks when he’s bored (which he was since he had to wait for the stitches to heal before he went off to do hero work). So Aizawa, coming back from UA to all this plus Izuku splayed out on the couch like a whole snack smiling up at him saying welcome home, goes fucking feral in his head. And it kinda becomes routine for them and there’s was this one scene where Aizawa wraps his arms around Izuku’s waist as he does dishes and puts his chin on Izuku’s shoulder and strokes over the stitches. I think he was humming a love song Izuku was listening to which was jdjejebdbhsjs.
At this point they both want to jump each other but Izuku is like he’s just being nice to me while Aizawa is like if I allow myself to show how much I want to put a collar on him he’d run so I must be careful. But after the stitches heal Izuku just doesn’t leave bc whenever he half heartedly tries to go back to his apartment something happens where he had to stay (all orchestrated by Aizawa of course). Then Izuku’s like fuck it and just brings all his stuff to Aizawa’s apartment while he’s gone and starts paying half the rent without saying anything. Which Aizawa adores since it obviously means Izuku finally realized that he belongs with him and nowhere else. Let’s just say they didn’t manage to stay off each other for long when Aizawa absently used his scarf to pull Izuku out of his way and called him a good boy.
There was also a concerned all might crew going on at first with a lot of wild misconceptions but it all settled over when All Might met Aizawa in person and was like ah young midoriya, I see you have found one that might be able to handle you. Cuz all might is Izuku’s mentor/hero/father figure, and knew exactly what his successor was about. And this feral looking man he managed to find checks all the boxes Izuku- I destroyed AFO more completely in few years than anyone else managed to do in centuries- Midoriya has.
oh oh god this sounds perfect in every way
Author is you somehow see this then by all the gods please repost because this is magnificent

Aizawa's found family except there's way too many people
So stage 1 is Aizawa and Mic. They're in a QPR, Aizawa is aroace and Mic fucks around on the side but they're married and live together and had a wedding. They don't kiss tho cuz Aizawa doesn't like kissing AT ALL.
Stage 2 is Eri. She's legally Aizawa's daughter and she starts calling him Dad so Aizawa just goes with it. Alright this is my child now got it.
Mic is like... Her weird uncle. That's how she sees him anyways. She calls him Mic because that's what everyone calls him.
Then Midoriya and Togata are Eri's brothers. Like they just are. And god knows Aizawa has a soft spot for these dangerous sunshines of teenagers (literally where is the Dadzawa content for Togata. Aizawa comforted him when Sir Nighteye died please people SEE)
So Midoriya and Togata are like part time Aizawa's sons. Part time because Togata has a dad and Midoriya has his mom and All Might is already his father figure (not that he can't have two but All Might was here first).
Stage 3. Shinsou Hitoshi. Mic saw this child and felt in his bones that one year from now he would be finding him asleep in the cupboards. He just knew.
Shinsou has a bad home life so he hangs out at Aizawa's house a lot and eventually just gets a room there. Like he just does. The house is big Aizawa said, it's okay, while Mic is laughing his ass off and Shinsou is trying not to cry.
Eri IMMEDIATELY latches on Shinsou. Why? He's a cat. Simple.
By the way, they have seven cats. Yes seven.
They're named Takoyaki, Window, Blanket, Butter, Phoebe (short for Febreze), Yuki and Hizashi. Yes, Hizashi is loud.
They also acquire Sushi when Midnight dies (minus one on the number of family members, she was the wine aunt. Rest in peace legend)
So Shinsou. Thing is, Shinsou is polyamorous and somehow half of the world is in love with him (he doesn't understand). So Monoma, Kaminari, Bakugou and Ojirou are added to the family as son in laws of Aizawa. None of them are dating each other they're just dating Shinsou and cohabiting.
Stage 4 is The Entire Todoroki Family. Somehow. Well no, not all of them actually, Endeavor is out there doing whatever it is he does.
The first to get adopted into the found family is Shouto. Similar to Shinsou, he ends up hanging out at Aizawa and Mic's house, at first for Midoriya, Shinsou and Eri, then for Togata and Shinsou's boyfriends, the cats, and eventually he's just There. All the time.
Evidently, Fuyumi, Natsuo and Rei want to know about their tiniest family member's found family. They accidentally also get added to the family.
Dabi is the hardest to include, you know because of the murder. But rehab and all. Since Aizawa, Shouto and Rei are the ones most capable of stopping Dabi from going apeshit, he gets thrown there too. He gets a room as well. It's basically all of the Todorokis' room when they visit, to his absolute horror.
Aizawa considers Dabi to be his 9th cat. Mic considers Dabi to be his nephew. Shinsou and Eri unconsciously think of him as their brother (well, it's more conscious for Eri given she just straight up calls Dabi her older brother).
Then, stage 5, there's Kurogiri/Oboro. Renamed Kurokumo for simplicity's sake (legally his name is Shirakumo Oboro but y'know). Kurokumo goes back to being mostly Shirakumo, but Kurogiri is still kinda here and Kurokumo wants that to be acknowledged.
He's one of the few who officially live in the Aizawa-Yamada household (reminder, the ones who legally live here are Aizawa and Mic, Shinsou, Eri, Dabi and Kurokumo + the 8 cats. The others visit and sometimes sleep over).
Stage 6, surprisingly, is caused by Mic hooking up with everyone in Japan. Mic and Aizawa call each other their partner or their husband sometimes, but they're again, not involved romantically or sexually. Mic has a shitton of romantic and sexual partners, and the regular ones eventually get a boyfriend/girlfriend status and are somewhat added to the fam.
Mainly, Mic's partners are : Hawks (to Dabi's horror again and also to Aizawa's... Horror also), Ms. Joke (Aizawa hates his husband's taste) and Best Jeanist (because of course). I'll let you decide which are romantic which are sexual which are both.
(Tangent : Mic made a move on Kurokumo once, because they flirted a lot in high school and everyone assumed they would eventually date. Kurokumo shut him down after a bit because it felt too weird, as being Kurogiri kinda took away all his sexual attraction and he feels like Mic is Way Older Than Him even though they're technically the same age. Mic apologized and they had a long long long talk with Aizawa about how Kurokumo felt about them and himself and everything is okay now they're best friends)
The final stage happens after 1-A graduates : mainly, all the students really love their teachers and always check on them even after they stop seeing them basically everyday, leading to them being brought into the family partially.
So to sum it up : Aizawa and Mic, husbands and platonic partners, are the somewhat parents of Shinsou, Eri and Dabi, with added bonus of Dabi's siblings and mom, Shinsou's boyfriends, Eri's brothers, plus Mic's boyfriends + girlfriend, and Kurokumo co-parents. Somewhat. And they have 8 cats. And their old students visit them and bring them food and flowers.
Final count of family members for Aizawa : 17 + 14 + 8 = 40

5 ask game:
An au where through a turn of events Aizawa gets custody of Midoriya a week before classes start (I think this could be humorous or angsty af depending on what you do with it)
You know how I'm going to pull this off? Bet you can't guess. Ok did you notice that no one sent any au about Giran? I did and I'm going to fix that. Let's go
1- the series of events starts because Giran is Hisashi. Calls his family but isn't there in person, ya know. Has a tap on the phones in case of government calls- he doesn't care about eavesdropping on what Inko tells Masaru she's buying for someone's birthday, but he would like a warning in case something happens like the police calling his son to ask about his father's whereabouts.
So, the last week of February, he's alerted when Izuku calls the Quirk Registry to update his information- which he absolutely should not be doing, because he should not have a quirk from AfO.
2- Giran also knows his son will be starting at UA in five weeks, and there's a plan to attack. He needs to know how the hell Izuku got a quirk, if he's a mole or a target of the attack, and he needs to find out quickly. But Izuku isn't going to tell him the truth (he tried asking). So, he needs someone who can either figure it out or get Izuku to tell him, while also being able to keep Izuku away from AfO. Which... Eraser evaded AfO a while without realizing it, and it would probably be easier to get him involved than someone like All Might.
3- Target picked, Giran starts the plan. He announces he's coming home for a month and spends a week there, then buys Inko tickets to enjoy herself on a ten day cruise while he takes care of everything at home, since she's had to do herself so long. He's quite the charmer, there's a reason Inko married him. The day after Inko leaves, he spends the day with Izuku. Then, that night, he fakes an accident that puts him in a coma. Izuku wakes up to police knocking on his door and apologizing, asking to speak with his mom. But she's not there. And she won't be back for over a week. They bring him to the hospital instead.
4- Meanwhile, Aizawa gets a call from the hospital and assumes it's because something happened to Mic or Midnight, but when he gets there... Apparently he has a long lost half brother he never knew about? Who is in a coma? Leaving behind a child who needs a temporary guardian? And they prefer to place them with family? And the kid clearly doesn't know him, but Aizawa recognizes him as the bone breaking kid, so, why not. This is what his life is like now. It's temporary until his mom gets back anyway, and that'll be a few days before UA starts and it gets too awkward.
5- After going back him with the kid, Aizawa investigates around the house and does find the fake records of the relation to his apparent older brother. Giran left the copy of the Quirk Registration form in that stack too, to pique Aizawa's attention. It works a little, and the next day when Izuku wakes up and asks to go train, Aizawa prods about where and with who- "A trainer, he's been helping me out the last year. The hospital won't let me into the room to see my dad, and I just need to do something..." Aizawa gets the feeling, asks if Izuku's parents know about this trainer. Izuku says yes, his mom was helping with the diet plan. Giran, eavesdropping now on purpose, knows that Izuku's lying. Then Aizawa asks how he's being training for a year with a quirk he's only had a month. Izuku awkwardly tries to answer without answering, but Aizawa shrugs and says it's fine, as long as he meets this trainer and can have his number in case of emergencies. Izuku can't really argue with that, and takes Aizawa with him to the beach, where he recognizes the trainer of his apparently long lost nephew is All Might.

Doodles (Dadzawa with a artist reader)
I started rewatching mha again and the hyper fixation is strong-
I love Aizawa sm he is so father figure and heals my daddy issues sooooo fanfiction was necessary 😌I’m almost done with  season 2 (yes ik I’m behind) so this takes place around there.
(No warnings! Only fluff!)
——————————————————————
Tumblr media
You’ve been an Eraserhead fan ever since you were little, you just thought he was so cool! While you DEFINITELY weren’t as obsessive as Midoriya, you have watched all of the videos on his work about 1000 times. When you got into UA you didn’t even know he was a teacher, and finding out you were in his class was…. Exciting but terrifying. Being around him EVERY day was so weird, and class was almost surreal.
         The other lifelong hyper fixation you’ve had since you were young was art, you LOVE art! You take your sketchbook everywhere, mostly drawing pretty girls and outfits, but there’s one page in there where you drew Mr Aizawa. It was just him teaching class, with a bunch of cat doodles next to it. You did it for fun and because you had art block, but you never thought he’d see it.
      “Wow, that’s mad cool Y/n!” Mina says as she stood behind you, usually you hated when people watched you draw, but she was your friend so she gets a pass. “You should totally show Mr. Aizawa! He’d love that!” You were flipping through your notebook and you guess she saw the Eraserhead page. “Show me what?” A deep masculine voice rings through the class. Class hadn’t started yet, you and Mina had gotten to class early so it was just you, her, and just now Mr Aizawa. Without asking she takes your sketchbook and goes to show him, causing you to freeze up. Your gonna kill her-
    “Hm.” He looks over the doodle you had done, it was quite good. You were dying of embarrassment, no no no no! You’re never gonna live this down, knowing your hero, the man you look up to the most has seen that?! Your stupid dumb fanart?! Oh god you wanna explode-
      “This is good. You’re really good at anatomy.”…..oh. You give a sheepish “thank you.”, expecting him to hand your sketchbook back to Mina, but no. He starts flipping through it. SHIT YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT IN YOUR ART ENOUGH FOR THIS-
     “I’m surprised you didn’t go to an art school kid. You’re extremely talented.” He ruffled your hair, handing your notebook back to you. “You should show me your art more often.”…..you’ve never felt more validated. Those little happy butterflies stick in your stomach for the rest of the week, your hero actually likes your art!
      Aizawa on the other hand was extremely flattered. He’ll never tell you but he knows he’s your favorite hero. He’s spotted your admiration more than once, and truly he actually enjoyed it. Maybe it was because you were just such a good kid, or that he genuinely enjoyed your company. He’s not sure, but you were definitely his favorite student, he just hides it well.
—————————————— bonus
“Oh hey Y/n- AGH” Mina yelps as she’s delivered a swift punch to the gut. “You ever do that again I’ll crucify your ass!” You yell at her, threateningly.
—————————————————————
God I wish I knew anatomy-

Vigilante Part Four
Sato was concerned when you pulled him aside one day, asking if the two of you could bake in his room instead of the main dorm kitchen, but he agreed nonetheless. He let you set the pace of the conversation, though something was clearly weighing on your mind. He was relieved when you finally turned to him, “I’m going to be honest with you.” He nodded, watching as you took a deep breath before continuing, “I haven’t been this open with anyone but my father…but you put me at ease. As a kid, I always had a target on my back. Bullies, quirkists, teachers, anybody who wanted to feel a little bit of power would gang up on me. And throughout all of that, my father had been my anchor in the storm. When I lost him, I was honestly just…lost.” You could his eyes swimming in different emotions, but he didn’t speak. He just waited for you. So you finally told him what you were trying to. How you first started, how you made your contacts in the underground, how you had developed your original gear on your own. He held back his concern when you mentioned your previous scars, you were okay and that was enough to know. And then you told him about why you always said you’d never need a pro to save you. It had started as a reassurance from your father, but after you first encountered Endeavor, it became a pledge to yourself. While the number two hero wasn’t the template for how most hero society acted, most of the ones you had met through your father’s agency had the same thought about Quirkless people. You were useless. You were nothing to them.
“You are not nothing.” Sato finally replied, his voice soft, but sure. Like he had never been more sure of anything. “You were given a shit hand, but you still won. No matter what anyone thinks, every day you get up, you go to class, you become stronger than you already were, and you show them what you can do. You show us all. Even Bakugou has started defending you from other students degrading you for not having a Quirk, and he and Midoriya are very open about the way he used to be.” Sato’s hand came up to take hold of yours, squeezing it gently, “You are changing people’s minds. Not just about yourself, but about the people that go through life like you do. I feel…I don’t know, lucky maybe, that you’re letting me be there for you while you do it.”
“Remember a few weeks ago? When I got hurt on a job I was doing?” He nodded cautiously, “The villain I went after wasn’t some low level gang member like I told you guys. He had been the one that hired the villain team my father’s killer had been a part of. I was trying to figured out who he worked for. But after I got hurt- When I saw you guys again, I realized I had been losing sight of why I did what I did. It was becoming more of a vendetta to me than just a way of keeping people safe. So thank you for helping me remember.”
When the summer training camp finally came around, you were stuck with a sinking feeling in your gut. Even after the dirt monsters the WWP sent, you couldn’t brush it off. And Aizawa noticed. He saw the way you practically stuck to Sato’s side. Saw the way you kept the entire class in your line of sight. Saw the way you would adjust where you sat whenever Mandalay’s nephew would walk away, so you could still see him. And he wonders, to himself but never out loud out of fear a student will hear him, and he asks himself what you are expecting. So he stays on alert the best he can. He may have more hero experience than you do, but he doesn’t have the ego to try to believe that your senses aren’t good, maybe better than his own at sensing a threat. He’s seen you in the real world enough times to know, if you have a feeling, you should follow it. He’s never seen you be wrong.
During the scare walk, he told Mandalay to keep an eye on you, as he made his way back to the cabins for the remedial classes, and she watched your eyes as well. There was a smile on your face as you listened to friends around you, but your eyes told a different story. There was joy in them, sure, but beyond that there was a wariness. A sharp edge, like you were breaking down every detail around you.
And then they heard a scream.
You were moving before anyone else even realized that scream was different. It wasn’t the surprised fear they’d been hearing as their classmates did the scare walk. It was full of real terror.
You pulled on your goggles from Hatsume, climbing up a tree for a better vantage point, and you peered down into the forest. Recognizing the heat signatures of your classmates was easy, you’d done it during training, so it wasn’t hard to pin point the extra sources. But what bothered you most was the two heat signatures you caught on a mountainside. When you leaped from the tree, your attention was set on Mandalay, demanding how to get to that cliff, and the answer had barely left her before you were sprinting away from the clearing.
You had faced tough villains, but never with a bystander around. You always selected your time to struck when the target was alone, or only had their own henchmen around. But this time you couldn’t make that decision. You needed to protect this little boy, who lost his parents the same way you did, no matter what.
And you did. Left the villain tied up and unconscious as you felt the blood drip down the side of your face, Kota firmly held in your arms as you moved as quickly as you could back to camp. When Aizawa appeared in front of you, you were thankful your goggles were still on your face. This Aizawa was emanating such a small heat signature, there was no way it was human. So you took him down, and watched as he turned into a mess of dirt.
Everything moved so quickly after that. You had gotten Kota to safety, and you had followed Midoriya into the woods to help your classmates, the two of you helped Shouji and Tokoyami, but next thing you remember was being caught. You never get caught. What had you miscalculated?
You hadn’t miscalculated. As you sat in a room tied to a chair, you stayed quiet at first. You thought about what had led you to this, and the conclusion was obvious. You didn’t screw up, and you could have gotten away. But you protected your friends. You never had to look out for anyone but yourself before, so you never had to take the chances that you did today. But you saw the villains go after them. And when you’d heard Mandalay relay that Bakugou was the target, even though the two of you didn’t get along, you moved to help. And you ended up saving Tokoyami as well, which meant Sato and Shouji would breath easier. And you knew that when it came down to it, you would’ve done it all again to keep them safe.
So no, you didn’t miscalculate. You got taken on purpose. You had the training for this. When there was a window, this would be over.
“Why did we take this one?” Toga had asked, just after Shigaraki had announced they caught the Quirkless one and left the room.
Kurogiri straightened his back more as he answered, “The Master has a plan for him.”
You snorted in your seat, “Is it trying to brainwash me into using my skills? Or does he plan on using me as a test dummy for Quirks in a body not designed to use them?”
“Quite frankly,” Dabi scoffed, “I’d prefer if it was the second one, maybe then you’d be in too much pain to speak.”
“Ooh~” you cooed, “Says the one who’s body can’t handle his own fire.”
“You wanna feel that fire, dick?”
You smirked at how easily you riled him up, slumping back against the seat they’d restrained you to, “Fire dick? Sounds kinky, but I’m bored though. Can we do something?”
“I could cut you!” Toga chirped, enthusiasm oozing out of her.
“Hard pass. But maybe later if all else fails.” At this point you were just screwing with them, not something you often got to do when you were in enemy territory. It was usually stealthy, quick, and then you were gone before the other members realized you’d even entered. But this was one of the things you’d always enjoyed. Annoying the enemy until you were able to use the distraction against them. “Where’d Crusty go? To finally put some lotion on?”
“Please refrain from speaking of the boss in such a manner.” You looked at the warp gate of a person curiously, something about him to quite add up.
But you nodded, “My apologies, Mister. I do not mean to offend.” You started humming, just looking around the room for around an hour as you waited for them to decide what they wanted from you exactly, “Am I allowed to use the bathroom? Or is this one of those you’ll bring out a cup situations?”
“Very well.” Kurogiri brought himself over, untying you from the chair, but keeping your wrists tied together.
“Why thank you!”
“Oh my god, shut up!” You stuck your tongue out at Dabi as he groaned, ignoring the fact that he wasn’t looking your way.
The evening dragged on. You were actually getting bored at this point. But you knew to wait. Aizawa would save you.
You stiffened as soon as that thought entered your brain. Since when did you- Did you really trust him that much? You knew that was a silly question. He was the only pro you trusted, aside from Chasm. But he wouldn’t so much be saving you, as helping you get out.

Sometimes death seems better than the migraine in my head
Father Figure’s Make Great Napping Places - Chapter One
Notes
I just thought this was funny and cute so I decided to make it a tiny trope, lol.
Chapter Title - Migraine by 21 Pilots
Shouta was pretty sure Midoriya was having problems with sleep, but he’s genuinely surprised he’s the only student who’s shown signs of it so far. After everything these kids have gone through, you’d think they’d all have problems. If he was honest they all probably did, though they most likely had different ways of dealing with it. He was more concerned about his problem child since he was well aware of Izuku’s mental state and the fact that the boy had a lot of stuff he needed to take care of.
The teen had managed to fall asleep during the study period and before he could tell Iida to leave him alone, the uptight boy managed to wake him up. He sighed when the drowsy viridescent eyes looked around the room before settling on the paper he’d already finished. Midoriya looked disappointed at being woken up, but he ultimately smiled, the quiet thank you he gave managing to graze his ears.
The class still had about 30 minutes left before he had to head to help the Gen-ed students self-defense. With all of the attacks the school has experienced it was safety protection for them, they needed to make sure none of their students were hurt and it was better if they at least knew how to defend themselves without quirks. He sighed and relaxed into his sleeping bag again when everyone seemed to set back to work, a couple of his students just double-checking their answers.
He noticed how once the bell had finally rung for class to be over before he left, Urakara and Iida had swiftly made their way to the shorter student’s desk and, judging on his face, had mentioned falling asleep. Aizawa, of course, had to leave but he felt rather bad that they made it seem like something he should be embarrassed about. He’d just bring it up to Midoriya when they returned to the dorms.
Turns out… Bringing it up at the dorms wasn’t an option for Shouta since, not surprisingly, Toshinori’s class period had ended up with three students in Recovery Girl’s office; he didn't know who had been hurt and of course one of the three had to be his Problem Child. When he came in to check on the three, he was a little surprised to find Yaoyorozu and Kirishima laying on two of the cots. Out of the whole class, those two were the least likely to get hurt in any way considering Momo was super aware of her surroundings and Kirishima was a walking tank when he chose to be.
Now…
The small third form was, less surprisingly, Midoirya. He was often in Chiyo’s office for any reason whether it be a broken bone, far less often nowadays, muscle tension, or overwearing his binder. The supposed head injury he had was a little strange since the boy was often on top of that kinda stuff. Aizawa noticed the baggy hoodie he had on instead of the gym uniform so he had reason to believe the concussion hadn’t knocked him unconscious.
He’d barely taken a few steps into the room before he was grabbed by his wrist and dragged back out to see a very guilty-looking Yagi and a very upset Shuzenji. “Thank Kami! Shouta,” She started before pointing at the tall blonde man. “Toshinori thought it would be smart to have the kids see how long they could hang upside down, over a makeshift cliff!” It didn’t take much else for his glare to focus solely on the other guy.
“What were you thinking?!” He growled as his eyes threatened to flash red. He figured after all of this the formal number one hero would have understood he needed to be more careful. He had a good reason to be upset about it, three of his students were bedridden in the nurse’s office.
He stared daggers into the iniquitous blue eyes in front of him, “Aizawa, in my defense…” He started, hesitant but unwavering, “I didn’t expect young Midoriya to suddenly pass out. If they got dizzy I told them to tell me but it happened so quickly.” Shouta wasn’t buying this.
“How did Momo and Kirishima happen to join him in the infirmary?” He snapped back as his glare sharpened. Midoriya was level-headed and, even if he’s stubborn, the boy wouldn’t risk himself for something like that. He would have been one of the students who would drop to help someone who was falling wrong.
“They tried to grab him and lost their footing… Midoriya was swung into the wall which is why he has a concussion, young Yaoyorzu had multiple muscles torn in her arm, and Kirishima dislocated his shoulder to keep them both from falling..” Listening to him try to explain his way out of this was pretty annoying in Shouta’s opinion. Yagi just needs to stop explaining himself.
“Just- Clear it with me next time, I have a feeling that Midoriya is passing out because he seems to be struggling with sleep.” He said as he looked back into the room to keep an eye on the three.
“That would make sense; he was lacking quite a bit of stamina so he’ll have a headache for the next day or so. I want him on bedrest and take some ibuprofen for the pain.” She told Aizawa before continuing, “Kirishima will just be sore for the rest of the night and Yaoyorzu will have some stiffness for a few days, but I want her to stretch and drink plenty of water.”
He nodded before he turned back to see the latter two of the three stirring into an upright position. He kept the fond smile creeping up his lips to himself as they looked around with eyes thick of sleep. It didn’t take very long for the two to start and get up without much thought, Chiyo was quick to check them over again and shove energy gummies down their throats before sending them back to the dorms with their instructions.
Now Shouta was stuck waiting for the problem child to wake up so they could be sure he got back to the dorms safely. It was currently 18:34, 6:34, and it’s been almost 3 hours since Izuku was healed. According to Chiyo, he was awake shortly after getting into the office, she was quick to help him change from his binder and such before healing him so he could sleep. She was just glad that he hadn’t hit the ground since that would have been a horrible injury and since he was headfirst; it could have been fatal.
Watching the small teen move in his sleep was at least a good sign he’d actually wake up soon since his movement was a sign he wasn’t practically dead to the words. Aizawa had a feeling that Midoriya was gonna be pretty drowsy, he knew that he’d listen to Recovery Girl since she was someone he was used to seeing when he was this tired. He just didn’t know what to do really.
It took another 30 minutes for the kid to be awake enough that when Chiyo’s door closed he shot up. Even though his Problem Child was half asleep the boy never got to feel calm, it made him feel pretty bad for his kid- Student. For his student. His edged atramentous eye’s met a softer pastoral, dull with sleep, as Izuku stretched before holding his head, clearly noticing his headache.
Shouta knew where stuff was so in Shuzenji’s stead, she had stepped out to help with healing an old friend of hers, he grabbed a few energy gummies along with a cup of water and two of the ibuprofen before returning to Izuku. He saw a slight confusion that decorated the boy’s face before he grabbed the cup and took the meds, guzzling the water down as well before he started to explain what Chiyo had said.
The teen had responded with a nod before he stood, wobbling as he did so. Watching him move a little bit like a headless chicken. The black-haired man sighed before he got up and started to walk with him, keeping a close eye on his student. The green-haired boy hadn’t been doing much other than clutching his blazer and dress shirt to his chest, hiding the binder cloth under the fabric, as he headed outside.
Midoriya had seemed a lot calmer once they got outside, less drowsy and more contemptuous. He wasn’t as stumbly with his steps or as uncoordinated other than just being in pain. Aizawa wasn’t gonna make his student walk but the boy seemed to be fully capable of the action.
The two got to the dorms within ten minutes, it was after 19:14, 7:14, when he checked his watch before bringing his student inside. He knew that the kid needed to eat but a headache could get worse and give him nausea. He was pretty relieved to find none of his students seemed to be downstairs as he dragged the teen into the kitchen before Izuku said something. “Aizawa-Sensei, I'd much rather just go to bed.” He said as he rubbed his eyes.
Shouta felt bad but he wouldn’t let it show, he wasn’t the boy’s father and he had no reason to fill that role. As a teacher though, who was currently his legal guardian, he wouldn't let his student just go to bed with just meds and the gummies in his system. “Here,” He started as he pulled a cabinet open, “just nibble on these.” He pulled out a little packet of crackers before shoving them into his student's hands.
He watched as his student blinked in confusion while closing the cabinet’s door before ruffling the teen’s curls. “Thank you,” was all he muttered before he responded. “Don’t mention it, kid. Go upstairs.” He was unable to keep the tenderness in his voice and face hid before he got a nod in response.
He observed as the boy disappeared into the hallway and, most likely, took the stairs to get to his floor. Aizawa waited until the sound was pretty much gone before sighing and running a hand through his hair. He started to pull it up into a bun as he moved to head to the dorm he had. Yes, he normally stayed in the teacher’s dorms but each classes’ dorms had a room on the first floor for when the teachers needed to stay to ensure they were close when they had worries about students or if they needed to be supervised.
He’d unlocked the door using his key card before moving and grabbing the change of clothes he had. Considering he had students who could have been pretty badly hurt, he wouldn’t be surprised if students came downstairs or something so he’ll grade in the common room tonight. A few students came down within the 3 hours that followed. Shouta didn’t mind, multiple hadn’t gone to bed yet and we're about to but Yaoyorzu came down to get tea to calm down. According to her she’d just dozed off and had a dream where she hadn’t caught Midoriya but Kiri had caught her. He sighed and sat with her as she calmed down before telling her to head to bed and that he wouldn’t judge her if she needed to go stay with Jiro.
It was just after midnight when a familiar head of hair left the hallway. He’d been double-checking his plans for the week, making sure they were understandable just in case a possible sub was needed since they planned on helping Eri with her quirk more. Aizawa sat up more as the boy entered the kitchen before walking out after a couple of minutes with a cup of tea, carefully sliding a mug of coffee over to him. He blinked but took it with a hum of thanks, he tended to like the quiet with headaches so he was gonna assume the teen felt the same.
He was watching the shadow-lit teen as he leaned against the couch and gently drank the liquid. He thought for a moment before standing, “Stay here, Problem Child.” he said as he walked to his room not turning to acknowledge the nod he gave. He opened his medicine cabinet and pulled out some Ibuprofen before returning with two of the pills. He slipped it into the boy’s hand before sitting down and taking another sip of his coffee.
“Take these, for your headache, Chiyo wants you to take them anyways.” He said. Midoriya blinked a few times before just taking the meds with his tea. He smiled softly as the boy looked around a little blankly before he reached over and carefully ruffled the teen’s hair. He wasn’t the most affectionate of people but he didn’t mind stuff like this, though, the boy pushing into his hand when Shouta tried to pull it away; he couldn’t help but smile.
He kept his hand in the curls, running his fingers through the knots as he sipped at his coffee with his free hand. The teen had put his tea down a little while ago and the black-haired man was about to take him back upstairs before he noticed the soft sound of breathing. He blinked when he moved his arm only to have his student fall against him. He sighed at the sight of closed eyes and clearly drowsy noises. He could tell he wasn’t asleep yet but if he was this calm, he may not fall asleep in his room.
Shouta didn’t know how to feel about this but within a few minutes, he went ahead and adjusted them both. He had put his coffee down, pulling a blanket onto his student as the boy sleepily settled his head on his thigh. Izuku seemed to fall asleep in moments, chest rising and falling in rhythm as he slept. He gave a sigh as he kept a hand in the boy’s curls, sipping his coffee as he read through some reports he had overdue for an analysis.
He was just letting the boy sleep as time passed, around 2 am, since he hadn’t been stirring much or anything, he had been thinking about getting more coffee. The boy was definitely deep enough into sleep that he should be able to move him to just lay on the couch instead. Midoriya was pretty quiet when he was asleep, clearly favoring his stomach since the moment he was up the boy was on his front, pillowing his head with an arm. He didn’t really like the fact the coffee was cold, but he didn’t wanna risk waking his student. He’d be fine without it being hot, still got the job done either way.
He’d barely taken a sip out of it before a noise pulled his attention. Aizawa had walked over to see over the couch, his student curling in on himself. He sighed as he put his coffee on the coffee table before sitting down next to his student and carefully running his fingers through the curls again. He knew better than to try anything unless his student obviously needed to be comforted or woken up.
His student wasn’t calming down as Shouta sighed and just pulled the boy into his lap. He knew full well that if Hizashi saw him like this he’d never live it down but he’d much rather help his student. Izuku had shifted around a little, hands holding onto the back of his tightly as he moved to make it easier. He was just gonna let him get comfortable however he could to fall back asleep. He sighed once the movement slowed and his student seemed to be fine, curled up against his chest.
He was a little confused about how his student could curl up that much but he guessed it had to do with how flexible the teen was. He gently messed with the hair, glad his student was calming down. The tears on his face had slowed and his eyes were just kinda puffy, but he was still with sleep again about 45 minutes after the nightmare became obvious. Shouta felt semi-responsible for Midoriya’s nightmare but he also knew the boy wouldn’t remember or blame him for it.
Aizawa sighed as he gently pets the back of his head before leaning back, he was stuck like this now until the boy woke up. This wasn’t very good on his back but... His student was sleeping and he didn’t mind being used as a napping place for a few hours.

Restraint
Dad!All Might x Daughter!Reader x Father Figure!Aizawa
Summary: all might has not been the best father, you forgave it for too long and finally snap.
Warnings: implied child neglect
Could life get any worse? Your uncle died, you were lonely, and your dad didn't even bat an eye. Ever since Sir Nighteye's death, you were hoping, praying, your father would finally acknowledge your existence. But no. He was too busy, like always. You tried to understand him, he was the #1 hero, after all. He had to risk his life every day to ensure the safety of the people of Japan without a second thought, any day could be his last. You were always very patient when it came to him. The missed birthdays, the fake friends, the kidnappings, you always excused them due to his occupation. He didn't have time to tend to a broken heart when someone's life was in danger. You understood that, no matter how much it hurt. But what made you really upset was when he found One for All's new successor. Izuku Midoriya. He took shifts off just to spend time with him, something he never did for you. He bought him lunch and invited the boy every time, but not for his daughter. He spent hours on end training and bonding with a random kid he just met, but not with his own flesh and blood. That's when you knew he didn't consider you his. Your own father didn't want you. You started spending more time with Nighteye after that. Despite his strict demeanor, he had a soft spot for you. He knew before you did about All Might's neglect and wanted to distract you from it by becoming a substitute dad. It was pleasant, lovely even, until his death. The time you both spent together felt so short, and ended before you knew it had begun. Depression has overtaken you, causing you to isolate yourself and eat less. Selfcare was nonexistent, the only thing you'd do was take a shower and maybe brush your teeth. You seemed fine in training, but that was simply because you were letting out all the built-up anger and frustration you had convinced yourself you didn't have. At one point, you broke down in tears, running to your room to hide from the world. But a pair of tired eyes had noticed your new attitude. Shota Aizawa. He was much more observant than he looked, being aware of your lackluster eating habits and drooping eyelids. He felt something was off but didn't want to push you, so he did the one thing he could think of.
"Toshinori."
"Ah? Yes, what is it?" He was in his skinny form, worn out by flexing the entire first half of the day.
"Have you talked to (Y/N)?"
"No, I wasn't aware she had needed a meeting with me." That threw him off, why the hell did a teenage girl need a meeting to talk to her own father?
"I mean, about her new behavior. She hasn't  been eating right, she's been much more unforgiving in her training, and she broke down crying yesterday."
"Oh dear, I didn't know. I'll have to check up on her..." That pissed Shota off, anyone with a line of sight could see you were depressed. Your classmates constantly attempted to be there for you but you brushed them off. Was he purposely ignoring you or was just that oblivious.
Later on, Toshi had sat across from you in the teacher's lounge, finally getting a good look at you. Aizawa was right, you looked half dead. Your skin was dry, lips cracked and dark circles surrounded your eyelids.
"Is something wrong, Dad?" You sounded so different from when he had last heard from you. You used to be happy, so energetic and bright. But now you looked dull, like a light bull that had run out of energy. What happened to you?
"Yes, it's about you. Is everything alright?" He couldn't remember the last time he had actually talked to you, he couldn’t even remember the last time he had even looked at you.
“I’m fine.” You said, you sounded as if you’d rather be anywhere else, which you did. He has alt of nerve asking you that when he’s been neglectful all your life.
“Is it about Mirai? We can talk about i-”
“Are you deaf? I said I’m fine.” You hissed, tired of him.
“Woah, Y/n, calm down let’s just talk.”
“Actually, yeah, let's talk.” You sat up, ready to shut him down. “Why did you have me? Was I a one night stand or were you hoping for someone to pass your quirk onto?”
“I-”
“Actually, nevermind, I know the answer to that. You wanted a quirkless boy to pass that dumb quirk to, but when you got a girl with a quirk, that only God knows where it came from, you were disappointed with me. You didn’t want me the second I was born.” He tried to get you to stop, trying to explain but you kept on going. “I know you may feel upset by me, but you neglected me for 16 years for fucks sake!” Tears had dripped down your face, like a pipe that's been waiting to leak.
“Yeah, I am upset that Uncle Nighteye is dead, but that's because he was the closest thing I had to a dad! All I wanted was someone to be there for me, god dammit! But noooo, you had to choose that freckled boy over me! Do you know how that feels? To have your own flesh and blood reject you for someone else worse! You are so selfish to ask me if I’m okay!”
“Y/n, please, I’m sorry…!”
“You’re sorry? I would have accepted that years ago, months ago, hell maybe days ago! But now? T took me to confront you to say sorry? I’m not the sucker you think I am, I’m over this, I hope you don’t treat Midoriya nearly as bad as you did me, I don't think any could take it as long as I have. Have a good day.”
You stomped out and slammed the door on the way, All Might watched in horror as he saw his only child leave him, what had he done?

I really hope we'll get more scenes of Bakugou calling Izuku by his name and not "Deku" because Izuku really needs it for his own well being. People think its only use is for Bakugou to show respect to Izuku but that's not all. It helps Izuku with his sense of self worth.
Let me remind yall why he's so self sacrificial and went on a vigilante solo rampage: he thinks his only value as a person is being One For All's holder.
All his life, he's been treated like shit, called "useless" because he didn't have a quirk. Because of that, he thinks he has absolutely no worth so his death wouldn't matter at all.
In the story, people are only showing love and respect to the hero he is. To his dedication to save people. Ochaco always says she admires how dedicated Izuku is to his dream of becoming a hero, Iida started to respect him after he saw him punch the big robot at the entrance exam to save Ochaco, All might chose him as a successor and almost became a father figure to Izuku since he saw the boy run into danger to save Bakugou from the sludge villain, Aizawa started to treat him better when he saw his potential as a hero, Bakugou stopped looking down on him and their relationship became better after he learnt the whole OFA story. He even helped Izuku train with Blackwip. Not to mention everyone, Izuku just became popular ever since he entered the hero course, which is totally different from middle school where he was mocked and bullied.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
No wonder Izuku thinks people only love Deku, the hero, the OFA successor, the one who will save everyone, the strategic and smart hero with an awesome quirk. No wonder he's there and fights like the good hero he's supposed to be when society falls and he's given the weight of the world on his shoulders. No wonder he only responds "I'm strong" or "I'll get stronger" when people say they worry about him. Because if he's strong enough to win everytime why would anyone worry? Why would anyone worry about his mental health if he's being an awesome hero?
He doesn't know people also love Midoriya Izuku, for the human being he is. The "plain looking" socially awkward boy who mumbles all the time and will always stick to his red shoes. He doesn't know that. Or rather, he didn't know. Izuku was legitimately surprised when all class 1A came up in the 319th chapter, asking what even were they doing here because he didn't expect them to try to rescue him. He believed they'll just let him do hero stuff like the good hero he is. Izuku didn't imagine they'll worry for him.
So he almost cried when his classmates started to talk about memories they have with him and say they want him back for his own good. He really cries when Ochaco makes her speech saying Midoriya Izuku is just a high schooler, a kid who has a lot to learn and deserves to rest.
The fact that Bakugou calls him Izuku from now on could be very therapeutic in the long run.
"Izuku, we'll be there when you can't handle it all on your own." didn't only mean "Deku, 9th holder, we'll be there to back you up during difficult fights so you don't lose OFA". It also meant "Izuku, my friend, we'll extend you a hand to stand up when you fall and a shoulder to cry on when you're tired."
It means so much. Please may we see more of Bakugou calling our freckles boy by his name we all need it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Serotonin.
(My own useless thoughts: Izuku is such a kind and precious person that I associates the name "Izuku" to kindness and softness, it just sounds so beautiful and full of love to me that I legit cry when Bakugou calls him Izuku it feels like a "I love you, precious" each time my heart cant do this anymore)

“You must have cool birthday parties ‘cause your dad’s a pro!”
“Invite us next time, pleaseee!”
“Mm.. ” was all you could hum. The truth was you never had a birthday party, not even a tiny-weeny celebration with your father, who was always on patrol or stuck in his room with towers of paper work. Bland frosted decorated cupcake as your cake while yellow apology note on the side as your present.
As you grew over time, little things changed, the absent of your father was drowned out by the joyful cheers of your classmates. Small smile tugging at your lips, thank you-s muttered under you breath as person after person congratulated you on growing a year older. It didn’t last though, your grin fading as the dreading voice of your homeroom teacher, your father, echoed as he walked in.
Either of you acted like a family in public. You, his student. Him, your teacher. Not even your friends could guess that you both were related by blood if it weren’t for your quirk being a carbon copy of his. Tension within the classroom lingered thinner than usual, making most of the students gulp in terror. Raven eyes stared at your turned head before starting the class moments later.
Hours upon hours of class seemingly finished as the final bell rung, rustling of bags, chatting of topics picking up pace. You were just about to step out when a soft tone called out. “Um, Y/N, are you alright? You seemed more upset today.. is something wrong? w-WAIT, am I being too nosy, I’m sorry if I am, I just-”
“I’m alright Midoriya, just a little tired.. that’s all.. ” You smiled at the freckled face before you. He hummed hesitantly before bidding his goodbyes, dragging his bag along with him as he caught up to his friends waiting at the entrance of the class.
Reaching the gates, you looked around, shock setting within you, questions swirling in your head. “Where’s Shinsou..?” It was quite uncommon to see you walking home alone after meeting the general studies student by accident, bumping into him when both of you were walking the same direction. Little offer you asked about being accepted reluctantly.
You huffed a sigh, taking steps forward, continuing your journey home. General department students have a lighter schedule, meaning early dismissal, leaving the purple haired male needing to wait a while for your arrival. He must have just went back early today, you thought. Shinsou has been busier lately, from what you heard he had been training his quirk recently.
“I’m home.. ” You voice rumbled from your throat, placing your shoes into the shoe rack, not waiting for a response, knowing there wouldn’t be one as you walked in. “Welcome back.. ” Deep yawns replied, making you pause your movements. Eyes narrowed, and to your surprise, grey scarf glowing slightly under the setting rays.
“Y/N senpai, Y/N senpai!” Familiar child-like voice snapping your focus, Eri’s warmth melting your early chills away, crimson eyes sparkling, grin grew when you plastered one of your own. Her tiny hands gripped yours, tugs and pulls making you drag your own feet across the room, pupils meeting the same pinning raven irises you shook off today.
“SURPRISE!!”
Heart leaped out off your chest as lights flashed on, eyes dilating at the figures that had jumped out from the shadows. Present Mic, hands full with a medium sized cake, the decorations reflecting everything you wished for on your birthday. Midnight, arms warped around presents, each of different sizes and colour. And lastly Shinsou, mouth chewed a party blower, an opened party popper within his palms.
“Happy birthday, brat.. ” Your dad chuckled lightly, his hand giving ruffles to your hair, curling some strands. “Why.. what.. ” Faucet unable to contain itself anymore, tears overflowing, fluids spilling over. “Think I’d forget? Why would I? Just ‘cause I’m busy a lot of the time, doesn’t mean I don’t care about my own flesh and blood.. ”
Black overalls enveloped you, stains leaving patches of darker black on his sweater, scarf being drenched as well. “Hey hey hey! This ain’t a crying session! Let’s get this party sTARTED!!!” Mic yelled with great enthusiasm, making a tsk leave your dad’s lips, his hands gently pulling you away from his soaked embrace.
“Sigh.. I was going to just make it a little celebration between us.. but these hooligans just had to barge in.. ” You couldn’t help but crack at the scruff on his face, for once in your life, you didn’t mind it, it was nice.. your dad being tired of everything and anything, Yamada and Kayama having the times of their lives, Eri and Shinsou seemingly enjoying themselves. This was nice, this was perfect.
*.✦ Bonus:
“Hey.. ” You turned, vision meeting nothing but lavender. You smiled, mouth still munching on the cake, fork between your lips being pulled out. “Hey!”
“You enjoying yourself?”
“Yeah,” Shinsou hummed, a visible grin pulling on his face. He sat down, body close yet not close enough to touch. Eyes stared for a while, your hand reaching for the untouched cake on the counter in front of you. Sticking a plastic fork in it before handing it over to him.
“I’m good, I’m not a sweets kinda guy- ” You shrugged, placing desert back, laugh following suit. “I could kinda tell, hahah, just to let you know I saw some dark chocolate covered almonds over there if you want something to snack on.”
“Thanks,” Shinsou paused, his hand floating before leaning in, thumb smudging something off the corners of your lips. Cheeks flared up, blood boiling slightly at the sudden touch. “Sorry, you just had.. some frosting near your lip..” The male trailed, pulling his arm back at its place beside him, red tainting his features as well from the tips of his nose to the edges of his ears.
The pulse of your heart rate increases little by little, your cake and utensil already forgotten as you drew nearer, lips grazing Shinsou’s burning cheek. “Thanks.. your face seems to be growing warmer too..” The heat surrounding the both of you rose, heads turning away from each other, embarrassment setting in quickly.
“Ahem.. if you’re trying to get in my good books kid, flirting with my own kid isn’t the way to go.. ”
“d-DAD!”
“.. sorry sensei-”
“aHHH!! Come on Shouta! They were so cute together, being so lovey-dovey, but you JUST had to BUTT IN!?”
“Sigh.. keep your little shippings to yourself Kayama..”

Yandere Midoriya Clan AU
Okay, here it is, the idea that has been plaguing my mind for the last 5 months, another additioj to the platonic yandere fams. This is just a soft intro, I'm working on the story right now. I hope yall like this.
Check out my MASTERLIST for more!
Yandere Midoriya Clan:
The Midoriya Clan consists of Inko, Izuku, All Might and of course, the reader, Y/n.
Inko had started dating All Might after he began training Izuku.
Now, Y/n Midoriya, is not All Might's kid. She's actually Inko and AFO's daughter, born after a hook up between the two in the past, after Izuku's father had died. So Izuku is a year older than you.
Let's talk about what kind of yanderes they are.
Inko is a obsessive and protective yandere. She's actually protective of both of her kids, but especially of you, because of your quirk.
Izuku is a delusional and a very protective yandere. From a very young age, Izuku had become very protective of you, despite not having a quirk. He may have been punching bag for Bakugo, but he never let anyone look you the wrong way, let alone harm you.
All Might is also a very delusional, protective and obsessive yandere. After he began dating Inko, he let himself become take the role of the father figure in your life, always being there for you whenever you needed him.
Now, after a certain incident, Inko is forced to contact your father, AFO.
AFO is an extremely possessive and protective yandere. What he wants is for both you and Inko to come back to him and become a family again. But that's kind of hard since he's a criminal mastermind and Inko is dating the symbol of peace. But he's still very determined.
Now of course, when you do go to your father, you also get Tomura, Dabi, Toga, Kurogiri, you know the whole LOV (and Nomus). And the members are equally protective of the boss's little girl because you are just able to form a close relationship with all of them, one where you don't judge them for their appearances or actions.
Obviously, All Might and AFO are at each other's throats, determined to be the best father to you, and s/o to Inko. Its actually surprising how less blood has been spilled for your sake.
Similarly, Izuku and Tomura are always competing to be the best brother to you, both of them always trying to convince you why the other is bad.
If either family makes you cry, Inko will raise hell and will 100% end everyone in her vicinity (except for her kids of course).
And just like in life, you too want to find love, even if you're too blind to see that the man with the bird mask is not the one for you. Its one of the things both of your families agree upon. Too bad the Yakuza boss is also infatuated with you. Oh well.
This series will involve yandere relationships, both romantic and platonic, and all kinds of troubles a normal teenager goes through. Stick around for more!
Tumblr media
I'm thinking about Gran Torino and maybe Recovery girl as grandparents, haven't thought about Godparents that much but I'm thinking maybe Aizawa? Hm, let me know what yall think about this or just some ideas for who else you think should be in the family, and other love interests besides Kai ;)

Father figure
what aizawa says: problem child (affectionate)
what danny hears: problem child (derogatory)
The case against Danny's parents was harder than Aizawa had expected it to be. They had tried to go in on their neglect of Danny and Jazz over the years, but since Danny's been quirkless most of his life, it wasn't really a strong hit. It wasn't until they brought up the illegal support equipment they were manufacturing, their unlicensed at-home lab, and the lack of safety protocols in place did anybody finally start listening. And while they didn't get arrested, they were stripped of their licenses and the custody of Danny, who was immediately taken in by Aizawa with his emergency foster license.
For the most part the two stayed on campus, and Danny slept in the dorms like normal. Other times, if he needed to get away for the weekend, Aizawa would take him home where they set up his bedroom with posters of Nasa and Thirteen. The ceiling had glow in the dark star stickers that Aizawa knew for a fact matched the ones in his dorm at Heights Alliance. Upon seeing the accuracy, he had ruffled Danny's hair with a, Good job, Problem Child," and promptly left to go make dinner.
He should have noticed it then.
Problem Child was always meant to be affectionate. Danny was a danger magnet, almost as much as Midoriya, and the pair were sure to give him grey hairs before they graduated. But he loved his students. His kids. He would take them and all of their problems any day of the week. Including his new traumatized son.
Danny was quiet when he moved around. He wore socks all around the house and made sure his footsteps were as quiet as possible. Something Shouta himself had done growing up with the strong hands of his father looming over him. When he walked around, he tended to stick closer to the walls where the wood creaked less, gliding around like a ghost. Shouta had assured him that he could move as freely as he wanted to, and he could take as much food as he needed. It was taking a while, though. But that's okay, because progress was never linear.
He had to remind himself of that just as much as he had to remind Danny.
The more weekends they spent together, the more he seemed to relax. It helped that Jazz came and visited every now and then too, soothing her brother's anxiety in a way Shouta doesn't think he'll ever be able to.
There are some days that start good and take a sharp turn for the worst. Danny will become closed off, and he'll lock himself in his room and won't come out until after dinner. He hasn't figured out what's triggering him, and he's getting more worried by the second.
---------
Danny knows he can trust Aizawa-no, it's Shouta when they're not at school. He's proven to Danny time and time again that he'll do anything to keep him safe. Hell, he got his face smashed into concrete by a Nomu for them. If that's not dedication to his students, he doesn't know what it.
But he's also helped Danny with his powers. With his confidence. Hell, even with his parents, which he thought would never be possible because of his previous quirkless status. And sure, it was all the illegal support stuff that got them, but it was still a huge relief to wake up and not be in his old bedroom.
He was happy to be here, with Shouta.
Maybe that's why it hurt so much when Shouta called him Problem Child.
He never did anything wrong when he was called that. At least, he doesn't think he's done anything wrong. But it was almost every day when he was called that, and every time it nearly put him in tears. Jazz has tried getting him to open up about it, to tell her what's wrong, but she's finally free. She doesn't need him burdening her.
She doesn't need problem child holding her back.
So even though he knows it's not healthy, he reverts back to his old habits. Walk close to the walls, don't make a sound, don't interrupt, and only eat after everybody else. Don't try to take enough to where it's noticeable. All of these things kept him safe. Kept him from getting hurt.
"I told you to save some for everybody else, you useless problem, Child!"
"What did we tell you about interrupting us? You're a problem, Child."
A problem. A child. Not even worthy enough of being called his name in his own home. Just problem. Just child. Inhuman. Quirkless.
There's a knock on his door, soft and muted. It's only then does Danny realize he's got tears streaming down his face. Out of frustration or the fact that Shouta probably secretly hates him (which hurts so much more) he doesn't know.
As he hops off his bed he scrubs his face clean of any tears, and answers the door.
Shouta is standing there, in his bright pink sweatpants and a tank top that doesn't hide any of his scars. Danny's eyes go to the elbow that Shigaraki had disintegrated at the USJ, and he gulps, pushing down any residual guilt. He forces his eyes to go to the plate of food in his teacher's hand.
"Danny?" He asks. His voice is like his knock. Soft, quiet, unalarming. It's a complete one-eighty from what Danny's used to. His parents were both loud and brash, and they never knocked. No, there's a permanent dent in his wall from his door being thrust open at all hours of the night, when they were frustrated and just needed somebody to yell at. "Is everything okay?"
No, not really. "Yeah," Danny answers. "I'm fine. What's up?" He tries to sound as casual as he can, but it's hard when he knows his face is red and his eyes swollen from crying. Shouta just gives him a concerned frown.
"Dinner," he says, gesturing with the plate of food. "But-look. I don't want to push you, I know things have been pretty hectic the past few weeks. But something is obviously bothering you. Is there anything I can do to help?"
I don't know. "Nothing's wrong, Shouta," he states very unconvincingly. Shouta raises an eyebrow, and Danny rubs the back of his neck nervously. He was going to get in trouble for lying. Shouta was going to take away the food, or he was going to wake him up in the middle of the night and take his frustrations out on Danny. He was going to-
"Is it somebody from school?" He asks.
"No," Danny replied. And it's easier to be truthful about that. He doesn't have any problems with any of his classmates, thankfully.
"Is it..." Shouta's voice is somehow smaller now. "Is it something that I've done?"
Danny's lips press into a thin line. Shouta was going to be able to tell if he was lying but he didn't want to say it out loud because then that would make it true. And Shouta has done so much for him already, and it's his own fault for being a problem, and-
"I'm gonna take your silence as a yes," Shouta says. He sighs and puts the plate of food down on Danny's dresser. "Do you want to talk about it?" Danny knows Shouta well enough to know that he's not going to let this go, not anytime soon. So he nods, and moves to climb onto his bed. Shouta takes the desk chair. His elbows are on his knees, hands gently clasped as he leans forward to look at Danny. His hair is pulled back into a lazy ponytail, so Danny has nothing to distract him from Shouta's intense gaze.
"I'm sorry," Shouta says after a few minutes of silence. Danny's head shoots up, surprised. Shouta presses on. "I'm sorry that I've done something to make you upset. It's the last thing I ever want to do. You're my kid, and I hate to see you hurting like this."
Danny's chest aches with the sincerity in which Shouta speaks. He almost sounds like Jazz. It was the same words, just less overbearing. They were quiet and manageable. Something Danny doesn't have a lot of experience with. So he takes a big breath in to steady his nerves, and looks at his hands, because it's just easier that way.
"I...I don't like being called problem child," he said. His voice was barely a whisper, but somehow Shouta still heard it. The adult stiffened where he sat. "I...My parents used to say that kind of stuff to me. And every time I hear it I just think of them. And-I'm sorry, I know you're not doing it to be mean, but my brain tells me you are and it-it's just hard sometimes."
"Oh, kid," Shouta says as he stands up. Danny keeps his gaze firmly on the hands in his lap as the bed dips with the weight of his new guardian. A pair of strong arms wrap around him, and Danny leans into the warm touch. The tears are back now, and his shoulders are shaking slightly, but it only makes Shouta hold him tighter.
"I'm sorry I made you feel like that," he tells Danny. "I didn't realize that it was making you upset. I won't say it to you anymore, I promise."
Danny squeezes his eyes shut and lets out a shuddering breath. He squeezes Shouta back, and feels a warm hand rubbing circles on his back as he breaks down. At some point between the comforting words and rocking back and forth a cat is placed in his lap. And then a second, and then a third. All of them are mewling for attention, and it's enough to make Shouta huff with amusement. Danny cracks a smile and pulls back, still petting one of the cats as he does so.
Shouta keeps telling him the road to recovery isn't linear, and it's never rang truer than it has today. But his chest was a little lighter, and breathing came a little bit easier, and Danny couldn't help but feel like he actually accomplished something.
And with three cats in his lap and an overcaffeinated man by his side with soft words of encouragement, he knew he was going to be okay.

Left Behind - All Might's Daughter Pt. 1
Tumblr media
PLEASE READ NOTE
{Note/Question/Request- Right now this isn't a paired imagine. I was wondering, after you've read it, where you think I should go with this. If I pair her with anybody, who should is be? How or should she forgive the two OFA users? Etc. Let me know!!}
+2460 Words Slight, slight spoilers from the Sports Festival!
+Y/N L/N is the only daughter of All Might. She has her mother's last name and what can be qualified as a super soldier quirk. She is fast, strong, powerful, and built like a tank and it's all in a small 15 year old girls body. After Midoriya comes into the picture, Y/N starts to feel left behind after a while. So she starts to pull away from them and gets close with Bakugo. Eventually, it all snaps at once and it was at the worst of times.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I huffed and puffed as I slowed to a stop I looked behind as the rest of the class caught up with Iida and I. We were the fastest in class without quirks and with most of the time. With the sports festival coming up, everyone was trying improve on things they lacked.
“Great job everyone.” Iida congratulated as everyone made it in. I walked over to Midoriya who was nearly doubled over.
“Are you okay there, Midoriya?” I asked patting him lightly on the back. He looked up at me, nodding. “You seem really winded. Maybe you should sit down for a minute.”
“Probably.” He said before he fell back, flat on his back. I laughed at him as he clocked out. I leant over him, hands on my knees, making sure he was okay. A yell of frustration caught my attention. I looked over at the source and saw Bakugo yelling at Sato who was just standing their indifferent.
“Okay, okay.” I went over and grabbed Bakugo’s arm, forcefully dragging him off. He growled at me and ripped his arm from my grip as we got a ways off.
“What do you want?”
“Not a blood bath.” I said with sass. He stared at me before smirking. He crossed his arms and leaned in close.
“I can take someone out without any blood being split.” He said.
“That may be true but who said I was talking about the other person’s blood.” I joked with an amused look on his face. His smirk turned glare and he went off on me. I just laughed and let him. I saw a flash of yellow and blue. I looked over and saw my dad whisking Midoriya away. My face dropped.
“What’s wrong with you now?” Bakugo exclaimed. I looked at him surprised before I saw him look where I was originally. Midoriya and my dad were out of sight now.
“Nothing. Nothing at all.” I said, covering up my dejected annoyance with a smirk. “Now, sorry. I wasn’t listening to you before. What were you saying?”
“You damn…” He growled.
*Time Skip*
The roar of the crowd was empowering but there was a lot on my mind. The sports festival is a big deal. The first two events were alright and I got through fine but the last one was trickier. There are a lot of students with great quirks that could kick my ass. I walked through the halls before I heard two familiar voices. (Reader is in the final round instead of Shiozaki.)
“What are they talking about now?” I whispered to myself. I leant against the wall a ways down the hall. I listened to them and heard Dad encourage Midoriya. After that, Midoriya walked out to the field. Dad began to walk down my way. “Hey dad.”
“Y/N, you spooked me.” He jumped, holding a hand to his chest.
“Sorry.” I said, chuckling.
“Well, it’s alright. You are doing well out there, my little Powerhouse.” I tensed at the nickname.
“Dad.” I whined. He chuckled before moving to walk on. “I’m nervous for the next round.”
“Everything will be fine, Y/N. You’ll see.” He said in a caring voice. He walked away and my shoulders dropped. I needed more than that. Much more. I turned and leant against the wall with my shoulder. I set my head against the wall and took a few un-steady breaths.
“What are you doing dumbass?” I jumped and looked at Bakugo disoriented. I shook my head. I had no idea how long I was standing there. “Are you crying?”
“What?” I reached up and wiped them away. “No just caught some dust in my eyes.” I said before I went to walk away but he caught my arm.
“That’s not it. What’s wrong?” He said softer. I noticed his grip on my arm was soft and…comforting? I looked up at him.
“I just needed some encouragement from someone who didn’t give it. That’s all no big deal.” I pulled away from his grip gently. I had only walked a few feet away when he spoke up.
“Whoever they are, they’re not worth your tears. You shouldn’t need anyone’s encouragement. You strong enough on your own.” I turned to him surprised. He had his back to me, hands in his pockets. I smiled sadly.
“If only you knew who I was talking about.” I whispered.
3rd POV
Bakugo looked over his shoulder as the girl walked away. He fully turned and watched her walk away. Crossing his arms across his chest as he thought about what she said. He knew she meant for him not to hear it but he did.
“Who are you talking about?” He asked out loud. He looked off in the distance in thought. It wasn’t until footsteps caught his attention. He looked behind him to see Deku coming up behind him.
“H-hey Kacchan.” He stuttered while looking a bit tired. Bakugo remembered that Deku had known L/N since before the first day of school.
“Deku! You know L/N, right?” Bakugo asked. He looked at Bakugo strangely.
“Yes. I do. Pretty well, I guess.”
“Who is important to her? Is there anyone here that would or should be in her corner?” Deku looked at him surprised.
“Um, yeah. There is.” He said tentatively.
“Who is it?” Bakugo growled. Deku looked at him before squaring his shoulders.
“I am afraid I cannot tell you, Kacchan. And before you ask me why, it’s not my place or right to tell you. There is a reason they haven’t told anyone and I will not break their trust by outing something that isn’t mine to tell.” Bakugo just stared at him in surprise before Deku walked off.
Y/N’s POV
I breathed out in pain as I walked back into the stadium halls. I had won my first battle against Kaminari but not the second against Iida. My confidence was already down and affected my performance. I rolled my shoulder as I sat down at a table. I pulled my leg up and relaxed back for a moment.
“You did great out there L/N!” Uraraka called out. I smiled at her.
“Thanks.” I called back. I got up a little bit later and walked out. I went to walk up to the student stands. In the corner of my eye is saw green and yellow. I didn’t want to look but did. I saw dad comforting Midoriya and I gave a shaky sigh. I shook my head, biting my lip before continuing on.
*Time Skip*
I was breathing hard but I still ran. I pushed myself harder to try and get away from the robots. This training session was intense and very hard. Half the class was already out and the last few were running dry. I could hear Bakugo and Midoriya just past some rubble. A hit landed right next to me, knocking me off balance.
“Umph.” I rolled off the side and back onto my feet. I dodged an attack before vaulting over a rubble wall. I paused, hearing the robot fussing on the other side. I looked around and saw Midoriya down the street. I rolled my eyes as he waved.
“You doing okay?” He asked.
“Just fine.” I snapped at him. He reeled back at the aggression.
“Are you sure? You’ve been rather testy lately. Did something happen?” He asked concerned. I sighed heavily.
“Of course something did. You’re both just to enamored to see!” I yelled before running on. He ran after me, trying to talk to me but I ignored him. We made way into the cityscape center. I saw Bakugo across the way.
“It’s too quiet here.” Midoriya commented. As soon as he said that, he was tackled off to the side.
“Shit.” I ducked as a bit of the robot flew over my head. I stumbled back, hitting a wall. I watched as he fought the robot with ease. My chest began to fell heavy.
“Come on, Miss L/N. Push on.” I heard my dad’s voice. I scoffed.
“That’s the most encouragement you’ve given me in a month.” I said under my breath. I pushed off the wall and started to fight another robot that showed up. I heard Bakugo on the other side doing the same. In the moment I heard Midoriya scream one of my dad’s catch phrases, I stopped. I just stood there, staring off.
“I give up.” I said softly.
“L/N! Are you alright?” I heard Midoriya yell.
“Oi, dumbass. Get moving!” Bakugo called across the field.
“Miss L/N, I would advise you moving on. Stalling is not advisable in the field.” I heard my father say through the field. I let out a sob. I fell to my knees, burying my face in my hands.
“I give up!” I screamed. “I can’t do this anymore. I. Give. Up!” I screamed, crying out. I couldn’t hold it back anymore. I heard yelling around me but I didn’t care not anymore. I am tired, I am hurt, and I just want this to end.
“Y/N! Look out!” I heard Bakugo’s voice close to me. I looked up right as he grabbed me and pulled me off to the side. We rolled and landed a few feet away. I looked over and saw a robot where I once was. It started to move towards us but shut down. “What’s wrong with you dumbass?” Bakugo yelled at me. I looked at him and saw a glare but concern behind it.
“Are you alright, L/N? What happened to…”
“Stay away from me!” I screamed, shuffling back away from Midoriya as he run up. I hid my face in the back of Bakugo’s shoulder as Midoriya skidded to a stop. I peeked over Bakugo’s shoulder at him and he was in shock.
“Young L/N, are you alright?” We all looked over to see All Might and Aizawa running up.
“You stay away from me too!” I pointed at my dad. I hid my face again and gripped onto Bakugo’s arm. I felt him place a hand on mine but I could tell all of them were confused. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I didn’t immediately recognize the touch so I figured it was Aizawa. I peeked out at him with teary eyes.
“Are you alright?” I nodded before retracting back.
“L/N, what wrong?” Bakugo asked. I just shook my head.
“Not here, not now.” I mumbled.
“Alright.” Aizawa said and stood. “We’re done for the day. All of you go get changed and go home. You three, meet in the classroom.”
“Why me?” Bakugo yelled.
“Because you’re the only one that L/N seems to be comfortable around right now.” Aizawa said firmly. It was silent for a moment.
“Alright.” He agreed without another argument.
I was sitting on the cabinets in the back of the classroom with Bakugo leaning next to me. Midoriya and my dad were at the front of the classroom. I had calmed down some but was still upset. I wouldn’t even look at the two. Aizawa finally came in closing the door behind him.
“Okay. What is going on?” He asked out loud. I glanced at him before looking back out the window. “Not talking. Alright. Do you two know what it is that made her act this way? That made her break down in the middle of a dangerous training session?” From the accusation in his voice I could tell he already knew.
“I am not sure. I have never seen her act like this before.” My dad said. I chuckled darkly.
“Then open your eyes or take off the blinders.” I growled. He looked at me surprised. I saw Bakugo glance between the two of us. He raised an eyebrow at me.
“I am sure I don’t know what you mean. I…” I cut him off.
“Of course you don’t!” I shot up and yelled. “You haven’t noticed one thing about me in month’s dad! Ever since…” I looked at Midoriya. “Ever since then. I have been left behind. Every time I needed encouragement from you I got nothing. Every time I needed advice from you I got nothing.”
“That can’t be, I…”
“The sports festival! I was nervous about the last round and I told you! But the only thing you said was everything will be fine, you’ll see.” I laughed with no amusement. I could hear Bakugo muttering confused behind me. I looked back at him and he had surprise and confusion written all over his face. “Yes, All Might the symbol of Peace is my dad. Unfortunately at the moment.”
“Y/N.”
“No. I’m not done. You made me despise a person that has never done anything bad to me. I haven’t got anything from you since day one. Nothing substantial at least. I don’t have a mother and no one else in this world then my dad but it seems like he’s in someone else corner only. Everyone else corner than mine. Well at least you’ve never treated me bad right? I guess it’s not all bad.” I said in a dark tone.
“Y/N…” He stood stunned.
“Speechless, huh?” I chuckled, feeling tears coming on again. “Look, I don’t want stop with your prodigy but a little acknowledgement or help from time to time. Okay? Okay.” I said before grabbing my bag and walking out. I heard someone running behind me. I looked back to see Bakugo.
“So…your All Might’s daughter, huh?”
“Yeah, the one and only.” I said. I crossed my arms over my stomach as we walked. He hummed and we walked in silence. I could feel the silent tears falling down my face.
“As awesome as that is…right now All Might is my least favorite person right now. Even less than Deku. Why was he even involved in this? Whatever. They are both little shitty…”
“Bakugo!” I yelled frustrated. He fell silent. We stopped and I took a big breath. “I know this is your own way of trying to comfort me but it’s not working, alright? I just…” I covered my face with my hands for a second before letting them drop. I looked at him. “I just want to be alone alright? I can’t, I don’t…I just can’t right now.” I paused to look at him in the face. “I don’t want to blow up on you like I did him. So please, I just want to be alone.” I could see apprehension in his eyes but I didn’t care. I turned and walked away.
“You shouldn’t be alone right now.” He called after me. I could hear him take a few steps before stopping again.
“I know.” I said before turning a corner and walked away from him.
On this lovely night, an unexpected stop had UA in a tizzy. Of course, something had gone wrong. You were on a trip with the hero course, after all. The bus came to a screeching halt in the darkness, which woke most of the students aboard.
"Is everyone alright?" Aizawa stood groggily from his bus seat and turned to face the body of students behind him. It looked like students weren't the only ones awoken by the unexpected stop.
"We're fine, Mr. Aizawa." Denki shot a thumbs up in the direction of his teacher, letting him know that his group had been fine.
"Yep, looking good on this side of the bus!" Kirishima seconded. The two boys were right. 1A's side of the bus was hardly affected by the whiplash-inducing pause in their trip.
The same could not be said for Class B. Due to the direction of the bus, Class B's student body had ended up halfway on the floor. Aizawa could clearly see this when he turned to ask for a status update, but he accepted the 'I'm fine' from his students and sat down long before anyone addressed it.
"I'm sorry, kids. Somethin's wrong with the engine." The bus driver hopped up out of his seat and bowed at the front of the aisle. It was some form of apology, though no one believed it was needed.
"It's fine," Shouta grumbled from his seat. "Vlad will get us rooms somewhere so we can wait out the night. It's unsafe to stay here with villains roaming around." After a few moments of back and forth between the hero-course teachers, Vlad cracked and began searching for hotels nearby.
Soon enough, classes 1A and 1B had walked to a nearby hotel. You'd arrived safely! What a feat for this school. As soon as you walked in, though, you could tell why arriving safely wasn't the worst of your concerns. Immediately whispers began floating amongst students.
"Enough." Aizawa progressed to the front of the group and shushed them, which with his demeanor worked quickly. Everyone turned their attention to him and listened to what he had to say. "They have been kind enough to let us bring all of you here. Be respectful."
"Yeah, because all their rooms were empty..." One student joked from the back. They instantaneously regretted their decision.
"Go to the front and get your room keys." Vlad pointed in the direction of the check-in desk while Aizawa dealt with the problem-child.
What a time! Staying in a hotel with unknown reviews on a night you were meant to be safe in your dorms. This had to be the safest, most organized thing UA had ever allowed to happen, right? It was no surprise at this point. You let your annoyed thoughts sink to the back of your mind as you walked to the room you were assigned and swiped your key.
Wait- what was that? Something brushed your hand as you reached for the door. You snatched your hand back, fight or flight switched on in your unfamiliar surroundings, but when you turned around, all you saw was a puzzled face on one of your classmates.
"Shoto?" You questioned, startled but settling down. He nodded in response.
"The woman at the desk gave me a key to this room," he explained.
"She gave me a key to this room," you elaborated, matching the confusion he was displaying.
"Maybe we are meant to share it," he suggested. You hadn't thought about that. The hotel was housing forty-one students and two teachers, so it'd make sense if you were supposed to share rooms. You nodded.
"It isn't impossible." You wanted to make sure, though. Reaching your hand over again, you placed the black bar on the back of your card against the lock. With a click, it opened. "Hm, now you try." You stepped back to give him room.
Todoroki took a few moments to realize what you were trying to do, but once he did, he stood to attention. Shoto placed the bar of his own card onto the lock, and just as it had with yours, the lock opened. He stepped forward with a hum, pushing open the door and waiting for you to enter.
"Oh? Thank you." You tried not to sound worried as you carried yourself as well as your bag into the room. It was separated! How lovely. For a ditsy-looking hotel, the room sure seemed nice. You sat your bag next to the couch and put your exhausted body to rest right above it, falling on the furniture with a thud.
Todoroki wasn't far behind you, closing the door when he walked in and placing his bag next to the armchair. He took a seat on the chair and turned in your direction.
"You should shower," He said plainly.
"Are you calling me stinky?" You joked, attempting to make light of the soon-to-be awkward situation. It appeared your humor was completely lost on this one, though, because instead of a laugh, you saw a dull face and slow-shaking head.
"No, not like that." Todoroki denied your claim. "I'm saying we were doing field training, and you should clean up. I'll let you go first." He was keen on giving you the first chance at things. It was sweet of him, no matter how bland he was while doing it. Kindness was kindness, and you weren't about to turn kindness down.
"Right," you agreed, not surprised your joke had flown over this boy's head. For someone half cold-half hot, his personality sure took after one side at a time.
You slowly stood off the couch and grabbed your bag, walking towards the washroom. After addressing him with a final nod of thanks, you disappeared past the doorframe. Once steam began to seep past the crack underneath, Shoto reached for his bag and took out his phone, knowing you were comfortable in the shower.
40 Missed Calls from "Father."
Shoto swiped the notifications away and went to text endeavor with an update. By the time he'd passive-aggressively responded to his father's concerns and beat three levels of his 'brain games,' you'd emerged from the shower and opened the door.
"I only had my casual clothes as spares, so I'll be sleeping in a t-shirt tonight. I hope you brought something." You spoke embarrassedly as Todoroki stared you down. It was odd how long his eyes were fixed on your wet hair, almost as if he was trying to figure something out. Even as you walked back to the couch and sat down- his eyes followed the upper half of your body and studied you.
After this prolonged experience, he went right back to normal without speaking a word. All he did was nod at you as you had him, walking into the washroom and shutting the door. You didn't see any steam after he turned the water on, which you thought was mildly confusing. Had he stepped in already? Apparently so, though you didn't figure this out until fifteen minutes later when he finally emerged.
"Go use the restroom before bed." A half-dressed Shoto Todoroki walked back into the 'living room' with completely dry hair. While you'd covered your upper body, he'd covered his lower. Had that been why he'd stared at you before? He was even making a point to fluff his hair with his hands, taking his seat back on the armchair.
"Good idea." You replied, quickly scurrying to the washroom once again. You hadn't realized it, but you needed to pee. You'd first noticed on the bus, but since the stress of the situation got to you, you'd completely forgotten.
When you approached the toilet, you saw the handle of the shower through your peripheral vision. It was turned completely towards the cold setting. Todoroki washed up in that? No wonder his mood was as cold as his right side.
After washing and drying your hands, you joined Todoroki once again. It was nearing time for the two of you to go to sleep, and neither of you checked the bedroom yet. That gave you an idea.
"Hey, Todoroki, let's look around the room before bed." You suggested.
"But, your hair?" He sounded confused.
"What about my hair?" You questioned him, patting your head in an attempt to find what he was talking about.
"You shouldn't go to bed with wet hair. It can make you sick." Todoroki stated quietly. For someone so brief in speaking, his attention to detail was uncanny. "Aizawa would be annoyed if you got sick." He reminded you, and he was probably right. That, as well as the fact that being sick sounded rather unappealing with recovery girl hours away.
"You're right." You nodded in agreeance with him. "Let me go dry it-"
"Let me." Shoto Todoroki just offered to dry your hair. Something about the idea seemed... unsafe.
"Why you?" You questioned, intrigued.
"You didn't do it the first time and I know where the hairdryer is." He stood up and walked towards the room again, opening the door and waiting for you. "Unless you don't want me to."
"Hairdryer?" You were unsure of that. The last thing you wanted was for your hair to get damaged in some way. You thought about it, though. Todoroki's hair was well-kept and looked healthy. It was unlikely he'd do anything wrong, even if your hair was a bit different. "I... trust you." You nodded, following him and standing in front of the sink.
"Okay, stand still." He reached behind the door and took out a cloth bag. From the bag, he pulled out a white, clunky hairdryer. When Shoto plugged it in, the lights in the washroom flickered, startling you.
"You used that on your head!?" You expressed your concern openly.
"No. I don't use hairdryers. I just know how to because Fuyumi taught me. This one doesn't seem safe, though." Todoroki unplugged the hairdryer and sat it on the ironing board, far away from any water sources. " I could dry your hair how I dry my own if you're okay with that."
"Oh, you towel dry? Or does your hair air-dry fast?" You had to admit, you were slightly interested.
"Neither," he shook his head.
"Then..."
"I use my flames."
"What?"
"Midoriya suggested I practice using smaller flames for simple tasks. It helps me." Todoroki demonstrated, a small blaze lighting from his palm. It was interesting to watch such a controlled flame come from him when he'd been a walking inferno during training. "I started using it to dry things because it was safer with water around."
"So you haven't been doing this for very long?" You were skeptical of this method, though as you'd noted before, his hair was still healthy. Clearly, he was doing something right.
"No, I have not, but I've accumulated a skill for it. I'm comfortable containing a flame this size for a long time now." Todoroki explained
It took you a few minutes to consider, time he spent sitting on the edge of the tub and playing with his fire. It was refreshing to see him using it so comfortably when it was clearly not his strongest point. Not trusting him with it seemed almost rude now. "I've made my decision," you turned his way, earning a look of interest. "I still trust you. Show me how you dry your hair." Though you were not sure, you could almost swear you saw a smile tugging at the corners of his lips. It was hard to tell, though, because it lasted only a moment before he stood and walked behind you again.
"Stand still." He requested, raising his right hand just next to the edge of your silhouette. He carefully guided a warm flame around your head. It quickly evaporated the water nearest the air around the two of you but did nothing for the soaked roots. After a thoughtful hum, Todoroki made a tactical decision. He started to section your hair, slowly but surely getting to the root without burning you. After he was done, he fluffed your hair like he had fluffed his own and took a step back.
"Thank you." You smiled, looking over your shoulder in the mirror. In the reflection, you saw a well-contented Shoto Todoroki, looking at his righthand proudly. You dare not mention it for fear of embarrassing him, but it made you smile.
"Thank you for the opportunity." He nodded respectfully, opening the door fully and waiting for you to step out. Once you did, he followed.
The two of you stood in the makeshift hallway until someone yawned, making you giggle. It was time to check out the bedroom, a unanimous decision you'd made. With a loud creak, the door opened and the two of you stepped in.
It wasn't what you expected, to say the very least. You walked into what looked like a beautiful bedroom! It was minimalistically styled, a good choice for a hotel. It was even spacious enough for multiple beds! But... there weren't. You walked into a bedroom that only housed four pieces of furniture; a console table, a dresser, a nightstand, and a California king-sized bed.
"Did we miss something?" You asked, walking around and checking each of the walls. Nothing seemed out of place, and you didn't see any buttons.
"No. The woman told me there would be one bed located in the bedroom area." Shoto explained, placing his bag down by the door. He'd brought your bag as well and placed it on the opposite side of the door. "I was planning on sleeping in the opposite room had I gotten a roommate. I want you to take the bed." It would of course make sense to have the stronger student by the front in the event of an attack, but he did not tell you that.
"There are windows in this room. I think it's safer if we stick together." You suggested, trying to think of ways the two of you could share the space comfortably. The bed looked big enough to fit two full-sized Fatgums, so it wasn't impossible.
"Are you comfortable with me staying here? There's plenty of room in the front if you're worried about me falling off." He reassured you of his safety. Todoroki knew it'd be better to cover both potential entrances, but he also considered your mental well-being. If it made you feel safer with another person, he'd stay.
"I..." You thought for a moment, sitting on the edge of the bed. The all too familiar coolness of the hotel bedspread made up your mind for you. "I'd prefer if you stayed with me." You couldn't possibly make him stay on the couch. He was well-mannered and respectful. It wasn't like you'd struck out and gotten stuck with Bakugo. Keeping Shoto away from the comfort of a hotel bed simply wasn't an option- or at least, not one you were considering.
"Thank you." He nodded. "What side of the bed do you want?" Once again, he was giving you the first pick. You couldn't tell if this instance was him being polite or indecisive, nor did you truly care. His offer allowed you to pick the side of the bed you were most comfortable with, and you did.
Todoroki closed the door and climbed into bed next to you, keeping to his edge. You didn't notice until you rolled over. You thought you'd hit his leg and went to apologize, but he wasn't next to you. The poor boy was barely hugging the edge of the bed.
"Todoroki-" You called out quietly, at a loss for what to say, really.
"Yes?" He answered without a hint of tiredness in his voice. How could he be? Hugging the corner had to be taking some serious effort.
"I'm not scared of you or anything. You can lay down on the bed if you want to." You reminded him you were allowing him near you despite his previous offer. It almost felt like he was scared of you.
"Oh." Hesitantly he rolled back onto the mattress.
"Have you never shared a bed with anyone?" You questioned, unaware of the can you just opened.
Todoroki sat up and turned on the lamp, shaking his head 'no.' Then, and you weren't sure for how long, he went on a tangent about his home life. Shoto explained calmly that until recently, he hadn't had a chance to make friends and enjoy people for who they were. It was far from the simple answer you wanted, but it was enlightening, to say the least.
"So, I do not have much experience in this sort of thing. I do most things alone." He concluded, turning to face you in the dimly lit room. He hadn't looked at you the whole time, appearing lost in his own mind for most of the conversation. It was almost as though you were just an outlet for him at the moment.
"I see," you nodded. There wasn't much you could do. From the way he described it, you didn't pity him. On the contrary, you thought he was strong for enduring after having been dealt such a foul hand in life. None of his stories surprised you, either. They all fit together, woven into one silent-loathing UA first-year. "Can I ask you something?"  You asked, hoping he'd allow your next question.
"Yes," he replied with no visual facial cues.
"Could I help you learn to do things... not alone? As a hero, you'll need to be comfortable around your peers." At least, that was the reason you gave him. It was not why you'd asked, though. You did not pity him, but you did feel as though a support system was what he needed. If that had to start with you and  Midoriya, it was fine by you.
"That would be nice." Shoto laid down in the bed, turning the lamp out once more. It was silent for a while- a peaceful silence that you rather enjoyed. It definitely did not remain that way, though. You broke the silence with a shocked gasp when you felt something come behind you and wrap around your waist. You knew what it was even though you could hardly believe it.
"Shoto?" You called him by name. He only hummed in acknowledgment, waiting for you to ask your question. "Why are you..?"
"Am I making you uncomfortable?" His hold loosened and he backed up, fearing he'd done something wrong. "Natsuo told me that if I was ever put in this situation I should make sure they feel warm and protected. Are you too warm? Or do you feel unsafe?" Shoto had clearly taken his brother's joking advice a bit too seriously.
"Oh? No, no." You figured there was no harm in it, it'd just shocked you. "You can practice on me, but next time it's Midoriya's turn."
Todoroki nodded against your neck, scooted in closer than he had been before. Thank the heavens above for the air conditioning unit, because otherwise, you might have actually been 'too hot.' His quirks weren't the only thing half cold-half hot- his whole body was. Maybe it was some offset of his determination, but you surely felt the difference across your skin.
You had no time to critique his temporal settings.  Before you could get out another word, you heard a soft snore from behind you. Shoto Todoroki had fallen asleep already. It was looking like those cuddle-puddles Ochako tried to set up may have actually been a good idea. Even you felt tired now.
The two of you slept under odd circumstances that night, close and comfy. It was a mighty good thing no one checked for a pullout sofa.
