Rough Day
Tumblr media
Synopsis: After a hard day, you head back to the restaurant and continue your duties until nightfall. Utterly exhausted, you run into Soufflé who helps you get ready for bed. Notes: 600+ words; fluff; can be seen as platonic or romantic; gender neutral Master Attendant A/N: Ofc anon! Apologies for not getting to you sooner, I've unfortunately caught some kind of autumn sickness so I'm getting there. Thanks for requesting!
Tumblr media
It was several hours after an exceptionally difficult battle with a Fallen Angel, and you and your Food Souls went back to the restaurant with several injuries. Not very major ones, but they were still enough to exhaust you on your way back home. If that were the only thing that had proven tough that day, you would've been fine. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case.
From morning till late in the evening, it had been a really rough day. There were several occasions where you just wanted to nap the whole day and do nothing at all. But you're a busy person, and so there was very little for you to do about it. Having Food Souls around was handy as they could lessen your work load, but you found yourself not calling for their aid as often. Maybe it was because you felt it was your own responsibility to deal with everything going on, maybe you simply felt guilty to make them do work they would probably rather not do.
After cleaning up the restaurant and closing for the day, it was safe to say that you were totally down for the count. And it was because of your exhausted state that you didn't notice someone right in front of you. You almost bumped into them, but a pair of hands stopped you from walking any further.
"M-M... Master Attendant?" A meek voice says. You focus in front of you and find Soufflé standing there.
"Ah, good evening, Soufflé," you greet with a tired smile. "How are you?"
Soufflé doesn't answer. You notice him frown. "Did you... h-have a bad day today?" You shake your head, doing your best to reassure him.
"No no, nothing bad. It's just... ah, maybe it was a little, um, a lot." You chuckle. The worry on his face doesn't leave. You sigh, giving him a better answer. An answer he was likely looking for.
"Alright, maybe it was a bit rough today..." You admit. You were so tired that you felt you might not be able to stand around anymore. Noticing this, Soufflé takes your arm hurriedly and brings you to your room.
Before you knew it, you were prepared a bath, then changed in cleaner clothes, and now—if possible—you were having your hair brushed and blow dried by Soufflé himself. You sigh. You felt much better after a good wash. Even though you were completely capable of handling yourself, Soufflé still assisted you in every little thing while getting you prepared for bed. Tucking you in, Soufflé brought up a chair to sit next to your bed.
"A-are you feeling, um, a bit better, M-Master Attendant...?" Soufflé asks, fixing your pillow to make you more comfortable.
You smile and nod. "Yes, Soufflé. Thanks for helping me get to bed. I really appreciate it."
Hearing your praise, Soufflé looks down, his face slightly warm as he holds one of his dolls. Lilia, you think her name was.
"I-I... It's, um, I-I'm just glad... you look better, Master Attendant. Um..." He hesitates, still somewhat avoiding your gaze. "I-Is it okay if, uh, if me and Lilia sit here? To... watch over you, a-and make sure you sleep well...!"
You can't help but grin at his shyness. He was always looking out for you, even when it was tough for him to even try to do things without a direct order. "How thoughtful," you comment, watching Soufflé's expression. "Go ahead, I don't mind at all."
There's a small smile on Soufflé's face when you agree. "O-okay... I'll sit here and make sure you get e-enough rest."
Relaxing into the sheets, you let out a content sigh and close your eyes. "I'm so lucky..." You mumble, "So lucky to have Soufflé here to help me..."
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
As you lay in your bed fast asleep, Soufflé who had been sitting in a chair beside you had also fallen fast asleep. His doll, Lilia, was sitting in his lap while he slept, and Soufflé's hand sat in one of your own as the moon and stars came out to play.

A New Life part 2 || T.H || E.P
Description: y/n and Evan get to know each other. Is Tom jealous?.
wordcount: 1.1k
pairing: reader (afab) x Tom Holland x Evan Peters.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
The next morning you woke up to two messages, one from Evan and one from Jenna. The one from Evan wrote 'morning, excited to see you in a bit' and it warmed your heart, the one from Jenna said 'OMG, Tom will not stop talking about you I've had him in the chair since about 6:30 and he has not stopped. all good things all good things' and with that message you sat thinking 'do they both like me?'.
You got in the shower and then when you got out you went over to feed your dog Skye. You got dressed into something simple, a pair of beige cargo bottoms and a white cropped shirt. You stuffed your laptop, phone charger and lunch into your bag.
You got in your car at about 7:30 and texted Evan saying you were leaving yours now to meet him. After you texted him you set out your journey to the coffee shop on the way to set. You pulled up t the car park and saw his Audi parked up already. You left your bag in the car, got out and went into the shop.
When you walked in you saw Evan sat at a table drinking a hot cup of coffee, he'd also got you a drink when you sat down and greeted each other he soon told you it was your favourite drink and he'd know because he'd overheard you talking to your secretary yesterday at set about what drink you want. You thought it was very thoughtful that he'd remembered that from yesterday and you hadn't even told him.
You spoke about everything, your hobbies, favourite foods, favourite drinks (even though he already knew yours because he ordered it for you), favourite restaurants, family and loads of other things. You found him talking about all the other work he's done on shows and movies and you think to yourself 'doesn't he get bored of it?'. But he does seem like he has a true passion for acting and he's really talented at it too.
You sat in the coffee shop until 8:30, you had to e at set at 9 so you said your goodbyes and both got in your cars. You sat in your car and watched him drive away, once he was out of sight you fangirled so much sat in your car until it got to 8:40 and you realised you were probably going to be late if you didn't set off now. And as you were driving a blackout Mercedes Benz pulled out of a slip road and followed you to set yet again, but at least you knew who it was this time.
When you arrived at set you parked next to Evan's Audi and Tom pulled in next to you. "Hey darling, I saw you and Evan driving out of the same car park did you bump into each other or something?" Tom said after you both got out of your cars. It surprised you with what he said was he following you from your house or did he just manage to drive by? you were so confused. "oh uh no, we went for coffee before coming to set today" you replied telling the truth, not wanting to lie to your co-star even though he looked upset.
You weren't sure why he looked upset you've only known him for a day and you were sure Evan only asked you for coffee platonically anyways. "Can we all meet for coffee tomorrow maybe, or just me and you if Evan can't make it" Tom asked in a manor in which you couldn't quite place. Tom knew deep down that he was hoping Evan couldn't make it and that it would just be the two of you tomorrow.
Nevertheless, you agreed "alright darling I'll talk to you in a bit, I've got to go and see Jenna" Tom said as he walked away towards the hair and makeup trailer. You got showed to your trailer today, you went inside and it had a mini kitchen and a mini bedroom with a double bed in and it had a tv and even a small couch.
You got a text from Evan, "hey, can i come to your trailer real quick?" you replied with a thumbs up emoji and sat on the couch watching tv waiting. You didn't exactly know what he wanted this late on in the day as it was currently 6:35pm and you had just finished shooting a scene with Tom. The scene was about when your two characters (Paisley and Spencer) first meet, which meaning Evan wasn't in any scenes that day but he still had to be on set.
A few moments later, somebody knocked on your trailer door and you guessed it was Evan so you shouted "come in". A joyful familiar face popped around the corner of the door "hey, sorry to bother you I just needed to tell you something" he said quite shyly. "Oh no really you're no bother i was just reading and waiting to see if I need to go and do another take on the scene me and Tom filmed today." you said casually and patted the couch next to you signalling him to come and sit down.
Evan came and sat down next to you, and in that moment as you looked into his eyes you thought for a second "what would happen if i kiss him right now". But you knew you shouldn't so instead you asked "uh so what did you come here to tell me?" he sat up straight and crossed his legs before responding with "well you see at some point this week me and you are going to be shooting our first sex scene and the director told me that we should probably meet up and practice". The thought of practising a sex scene with Evan alone made you blush a bright pink colour.
"But we don't have to practice alone if you want I could get Tom to come and help us work on it" and even him saying that Tom could go and help you too made you go even ore pink until you realised that you were just sat there blanking the poor man. "uh I don't mind it could be just us or Tom could join" you said in a shaky voice, silently hoping that he didn't really want Tom to come. "Okay, well meet me at my place at 7 then the address is ----". And with that he left you baffled and unable to say a word, meeting him at his house at 7pm.
A/N: sorry this one is a little bit shorter i wanted to save the tension buildup between y/n and Evan until the next chapter.

Good evening perverted people!!! Rn i'm eepily typing from bed, nakey under my fluffy robe and mostly treating this post as a personal diary entry. Feel free to read my late night thoughts if you're feeling nosy/interested or just bored!
Stressful school is back in session now (*throws a rotten tomato* boooooo!) and I'm extremely depressed as is, which means I'll probably be masturbating/hornyblogging even MORE often to cope. Look forward to it since my blog will be full of sexy content as a result 👀 ⁼³₌₃⁼³
Technically I should already be asleep if I want to make it to class on time but I can't get myself to rest just yet...
Cumming super hard might help.
Confession: I miss posting tease vids/photosets online and getting worshipped by strangers... The amount of sweet messages I got from interested subs, switches and doms alike made me feel so wanted. Not all of them are loving but I think that makes the ones who were even more special to me. A little bit of attention means a lot to a little orphan girl like me, okay? It did wonders for my self esteem and personal outlook on life. Who knew sharing my sexuality would make me feel so much better in all these ways
Btw, @staff DESPISES when I post sexy vids of me stuffing my cute pussy, so I decided that I'll be doing none of that this time around ۹(๑`^´๑)۶ N-O-N-E! 🚫 sorry everybody- blame @staff. Until further notice, I'm playing it safe! (• ̀ - • ́) .... I'm hoping that this blog won't be deleted if I comply with the ToS... Having to tone myself down in the name of compliance is lame AF and sucks hole 🕳️ but fiiiineeee... ლ(ಠ益ಠლ)
Good News: ass/tiddy, censored images and sexy text posts are still good to go~ so yay! I'll be making more of that content (ㅅ´ ˘ `) ✨
ALSO! This feels like a good opportunity to share that I made a lovense wishlist for whoever is interested in spoiling me for long distance play!!!!! Daddy doms, owners, breeders, etc. who like my blog and share similar kinks should check it out 💖🙈 if they like!!! Please only spoil if you're willing/able
SHAMELESS SELF PROMO!!! As per usual, if you like what you see and would like to request for more, my custom content is available at a premium, just DM me 💸💰
Moreover....
I'm still recovering from a failed suicide attempt last week. I have a lot of painful throbbing all over my body and especially a few organs. It sucks and I sincerely do not have a single family member or close friend who cares to offer anything but pity... but I'm just really grateful to still be here. That's the only way things can improve. Nobody will listen, so I'll just blog. I'm scared that I have breast cancer from how long I've been neglecting myself. I'm scared to get checked. I really don't want to. I'm too afraid. But it hurts and I should if I'm serious about wanting to live. Even now, my chest hurts
Yesterday I was lucky enough to have my begging work. I was able to get food last night thanks to a generous daddy so that was good. The delivery guy delivered it to the wrong address so I had to run around in my robe looking for the order and was so happy when I found it just down the street. I haven't had that good of a meal in a long time and I'm so full now. I can go to bed feeling full. That's always a good feeling

Tamaki x reader - My Darling’s Pen
⚠️warnings - yandere Tamaki, stalking
Pronouns - genderneutral, they/them
Tumblr media
——————
All it took was a pen.
A pen that dropped from their desk, one that rolled over and knocked against the side of Tamaki’s shoe. He hadn’t noticed them at all for the whole school year, but the moment they tapped him on the arm and said,
“Sorry-can you get that pen for me? It’s near your foot.”
With one of the warmest smiles he’d ever seen, he was smitten. Their voice was tantalizing, sweet and not too loud, and it graced Tamaki’s ears like wedding bells. He didn’t know he was staring until the beauty that was this person waved their hand infront of his face awkwardly.
“...Are you ok?” Their voice was full of worry. Worry for him. Tamaki’s heart swelled with the notion that he was being worried over by someone as...lovely as them.
He nodded shyly, and bent down to swoop up the pen in his hand. Their hand brushed against his when they reached over and grabbed it, and he could still feel his hand tingling even hours after. The person smiled another one of those heart clenching smiles, and looked back down at their paper.
Tamaki couldn’t focus the rest of the period.
——
When the bell dismissing them for lunch rang, and students started getting up from their seats, he once again noticed that person walking past him, talking to their friends. He wished he was part of their friend group. He didn’t know why, but that person just seemed so...cool.
The same pen from earlier bobbed from a hole in their bag’s pocket, and Tamaki cursed himself for staring once more. The pen eventually slipped completely through the small rip in their bag. The pen tumbled onto the ground, and stopped in front of Tamaki.
He picked it up. Should he return it? He looked at the door. No one was there. He was the only person standing in the classroom. Tamaki considered giving it back to them when class ended, but he found himself slowly slipping the pen into his own pocket.
‘It’s a pen’, he thought. ‘Surely they won’t miss it. It’s...it’s a pen.’
He didn’t know why he wanted to keep it so much. It was just that. A pen. He had no use for it-he had tons of other pens that no one asked to borrow because he was too shy to talk to them. It was useless.
But he found himself sitting on his bed hours later, staring blankly at the ceiling while he admired the pen or clicked it once or twice.
It was just a pen...
——
Everyday, when Tamaki would open his pencil pouch, he’d have all these other pens and pencils to choose from, ones that probably wrote way better than that person’s pen, but every single time, his eyes would land on that pen he “found on the ground” and he’d use it.
Fidgeting with the pen after class, he couldn’t help but follow this mysterious pen dropper every single day out to lunch. He wasn’t a stalker, no! He was just...figuring out the right time to return the pen they dropped. The pen they dropped a week ago...
Tamaki saw the familiar mop of (H/c)-colored hair, running past him and to their group of friends that Tamaki just so happened to memorize. He stared at them without shame, until he heard one of them speak.
“Hey, (Y/n). It-it uh, looks like Tamaki-kun wants to talk to you there.” The friend pointed at him, but he only tensed up when their eyes drifted from their friends to him and him alone.
“Oh. Uh, that guy from the big three?”
The person, (Y/n), whispered to their friends. Tamaki’s heart swelled. They knew who he was. He felt a sense of pride. He was important enough to take up space in this beautiful person’s memory. He wanted to be more important, and maybe take up some more space like he never used to want before. He wanted attention when he never used to want attention before.
“...hello?” (Y/n) was in front of him now. They looked straight into Tamaki’s eyes, and Tamaki wanted to look away immediately. He wasn’t ready. He wasn’t sure if he was just nervous like he normally is, or if it was something else. But still...
They smelled so good.
(Y/n) waved their hands in front of Tamaki’s eyes. He blinked, suddenly very aware of how he was lost in his own thoughts. He was about to apologize, and maybe turn to face the wall, until he heard (Y/n’s) lovely, lovely voice.
“You’re really shy, huh? Don’t worry, I can back up if you want me to.”
Their voice was gentle. So gentle, like something fuzzy tickling Tamaki’s nose. It made him want to crawl inside a locker and just breathe. It was heavenly. He wanted nothing more but to just...listen to this person’s kind voice.
“U-u-uh...it’s fi-ine...” Tamaki hated the way his voice was barely audible. It stood nothing against the kind, smooth, god-like voice (Y/n) graced him with. Still, (Y/n) smiled so, so warmly.
“Alright then. Did you need something?”
Oh. That’s right. The pen. He was going to return it. Tamaki began to reach into his pocket, when his hand stopped. He thought about it for a second, then let his hand rest flaccidly inside his pocket, shoving his other one in bashfully aswell.
“I-no...I was just-just staring off into space and I-I guess I was staring in y-y-your direction...”
It was a lie. A terrible one at that. So he didn’t understand why (Y/n) believed him, bid him goodbye with their angelic voice, and let him keep their wonderful pen. He didn’t understand why he didn’t return it either. He needed to...return it. But there was one thing he did know.
That beautiful angel that sat near him in class was named (Y/n).
——
Once you knew someone’s name, it was relatively easy to find out more about them.
For example, Tamaki knew their full name was (L/n) (Y/n), their favorite food was the cafeteria onigiri that lunch rush would package on the go, but specifically if it was left alone to sit for a few minutes to marinate, and he even knew the neighborhood where (Y/n) lived, and how long it took (Y/n) to walk from there to school. 14 minutes and 38 seconds not counting the times they go buy a snack from the convenience store. Though, he wished he knew their exact address.
That wasn’t it, however. Tamaki found himself ‘discovering’ more and more of (Y/n’s) items, whether it be a small keychain hanging off their backpack he purposely loosened with his scissors so it would fall off, or the strawberry scented chapstick that was sitting so enticingly on their desk when they left to the bathroom one day, Tamaki had them all. Nothing too important, though. Nothing that he knew (Y/n) would miss. Just pens and their old loose paper assignments that they threw away, mostly.
And it didn’t help that Tamaki stopped sitting with Mirio and Neijre at lunch, just to purposely sit at a lunch table near (Y/n’s) so he could hear their pretty voice once again. Not too close, but close enough to listen. When Mirio asked, Tamaki told him he just wasn’t feeling very well lately.
But that didn’t make him a stalker, right? He wasn’t overstepping any boundaries...he was just...finding the right opportunity to give back the pen he borrowed. Yeah. That’s it. The pen he borrowed that he actually didn’t borrow. He figured they’d want it back, even though he had countless other little trinkets in his possession, that once belonged to them.
No, no he wasn’t a stalker. He was trying to be a good person and return their pen.
——
Ok, maybe it was a bit of an obsession.
Most of his camera roll was filled with (Y/n). Pictures from their social media that Tamaki cropped so he could only see them (and not their stupid friends), pictures he nervously snuck during class or lunch, and even the occasional picture he took ‘passing by’ when (Y/n) was walking home.
He cherished all of them, even printing some out and building a small shrine with the items he stole. He didn’t want his parents to see, so he made sure it was in a box he could hide in his closet.
Once again, (Y/n) walked home from school like always. They took their normal route, as always. But this time, they walked alone. Tamaki was planning to sneak some more pictures—nothing too indecent because even he has some boundaries—but this time (Y/n) was alone.
‘Ah...!’ Tamaki shuffled through his bag, pulling out the small pencil pouch he bought purely filled with stuff ‘borrowed’ from (Y/n). He fished out the pen he’d been planning to return for a month now, and looked back at (Y/n). ‘Nows the perfect time...’
...But he wanted to keep the pen. It was his favorite pen. Even though he had countless other pens ‘borrowed’ from (Y/n), he couldn’t help but feel attached to this one. So he fished out another random pen from the pouch of (Y/n’s) things, before stopping again.
He didn’t wanna give up these either.
Instead, he zipped up the ‘(Y/n)’ pouch, grabbed his normal pencil pouch, and brought out one of his normal pens. It looked similar to one of the countless pens he took from (Y/n), so he supposed it would suffice. Wasn’t he such a nice person? Giving them a pen?
His poor heart started pumping when he jogged up to (Y/n). Some part of him wanted to just...keeping watching (Y/n) from a distance, but he knew he wanted more for a while now. He wanted to...talk to (Y/n). He wanted (Y/n) to talk to him. He wanted to crawl inside (Y/n’s) body and just be (Y/n).
“E-e-excuse me...?” Tamaki’s voice went dry as he touched (Y/n’s) shoulder. He wasn’t worthy of touching (Y/n’s) shoulder, yet like the horrible person he is, he did. He dirtied the perfect shoulder (Y/n) had. How disgusting of him.
“Yes?”
Tamaki fumbled and held up his pen. “You uh-you dropped this in class earlier...”
“...you sure? I mean,” (Y/n) took the pen, and their warm hand brushed against Tamaki’s fingers so gracefully. It sent shivers down his spine, and he wanted nothing more than to just collapse into (Y/n) and breathe in. “I’m pretty sure I wasn’t using a pen today. But this looks like the brand I buy.”
“U-uh!” Tamaki broke into a cold sweat. “I saw it...drop...out of your bag.”
“Oh.” (Y/n) look at their bag, and at the small hole that was in its side pocket. “There’s a hole..that makes sense. Uh, thanks for returning my pen.”
(Y/n) smiled. Tamaki felt like he was going to die. He didn’t deserve someone so kind and beautiful and caring. Granted, no one did. Not even him.
“Are walking in this direction?” (Y/n) gestured ahead. Tamaki nodded, even though he knew very well his house was blocks away in the opposite direction. He soon found himself walking next to (Y/n) in silence.
He had (Y/n’s) attention. (Y/n) was walking next to him. It’s almost like they were dating already. That’s what lovers do, right? Walk next to eachother?
He wanted nothing more but to just breathe in the scent of (Y/n’s) hair. He wanted to worship (Y/n’s) fingers, he craved the bones in their body, he wanted to praise every single nerve and atom that belonged to (Y/n). He wanted (Y/n) so bad.
He was brought out of his trance when (Y/n) stopped at a crossroads. “My house is this way,” they said.
Tamaki shot back with a “Me too-!” Almost robotically. He wanted to see (Y/n’s) house...and maybe memorize their address. Not in a creepy way, though.
“Well...this is my house, I didn’t know you lived so near to me.”
“Y-yeah.” Tamaki watched as (Y/n) bid him farewell, with an angelic ‘thank you’, and walked off towards their house. Tamaki silently memorized his surroundings, every small flower and potted plant that belonged to the angel that was (Y/n), and finally wrote down (Y/n’s) address with their pen on his hand.
He didn’t know what he would do with this info, if he was honest. But just having it made him feel high.
——
Tamaki was going to do it.
Today was the day he would return the pen.
He thought about it for a while. He loved the pen, he never parted with it, but he needed an excuse to find a way to get closer to (Y/n). He’d say they dropped it out of their bag again and maybe offer to go out for ramen or something. He’d just leave out the part that (Y/n) dropped the pen more than 2 months ago.
Tamaki walked around the U.A. campus with the pen in his hand. He ran his fingers through the barrel of the pen. (Y/n) was no where to be found. They weren’t sitting with their friends like they normally did during lunch, so where could they be?
Tamaki was about to round a corner, when he heard voices talking from the other side. He stopped, about to turn on his heel and leave, when he heard angelic bells ringing. (Y/n’s) lovely voice talking to...whoever they were talking to.
“I-I like you, Hatsumada-kun!”
Tamaki went rigid against the wall. He loved hearing (Y/n’s) lovely voice 24/7, even recoding candid audios of (Y/n) answering questions in class or talking to their friends to listen to while he went to bed, so this was the first time he wished (Y/n) hadn’t said anything.
He was waiting for this Hatsumada guy to speak. Maybe he’d try to catch a glimpse of his face so he could—what was he saying? Intrusive thoughts began to flood his mind. He wanted to punch Hatsumada. He wanted to beat him up. He wanted to murder him.
“...I’m sorry, (L/n)-san. I don’t really see you that way.”
For some reason, Tamaki was even more angry than he would’ve been if Hatsumada had accepted their confession. He pursed his lips, and walked away as quickly as he could. His poor (Y/n), their feelings must be so hurt. How could he?
Tamaki long forgot the pen sitting in his hand, waiting to be returned to its rightful owner.
——
After the third tree came toppling down, Tamaki was beginning to think he’d get charged for property damage.
I mean, it was school property, and it was in the training grounds. Angrily whipping his tentacles around or bucking at trees with horse feet could qualify as ‘training’.
Tamaki was left huffing, glaring down angrily at the fallen, mangled tree. He’d never felt so angry before. He was usually a submissive, “avoid conflict-y”person, and he didn’t get angry much, but he felt so angry he could die.
His poor (Y/n). Having to get rejected by scum like that. But even if that pig had said ‘Yes’, he’d be equally as angry. His beloved (Y/n) didn’t deserve someone as undeserving as him. No one did. No one deserved (Y/n), not even himself.
Momentarily turning his tentacles back into his regular limbs, Tamaki sighed and curled up next to the fallen tree trunk. His hands were bloodied up, his knuckles peeling from when he started punching and slashing at tree before he decided to use his quirk. It was probably the first time he’d been so angry.
Tamaki leaned back against the trunk, laying down on the uncomfortable wood. What was happening to him? He felt so mad he could die. He couldn’t believe he was imagining trees as Hatsumada, as he brutally destroyed them one by one. That wasn’t the actions of a hero...
Rustling from two tall bushes caused Tamaki to shoot up, his tentacles shooting out from his back, and probably ripping his shirt up. He stood alert, his wide eyes searching sporadically through his dark bangs. Finally, a man, whom Tamaki was pretty sure wasn’t a teacher, appeared from the bushes, holding a cane and his free arm up.
“I come in peace, Tamaki Amajiki-san.”
The man had a stylish top hat on, and his face was masked with a flat, white mask with black trim. He had a long coat on, and dark gloves that made him look like a magician.
“W-who are you? This is private property-!”
The man kept walking towards Tamaki. “Are you angry, Tamaki-kun?”
“I-of course I’m mad! You’re trespassing, so I suggest you leave before I call-“
“I’m not talking about that. I’m talking about that boy. The one talking to that person you fancied.”
Tamaki went silent. He let his tentacles falter from their alert position, before suspiciously bringing them back up. “H-h-how do you know that! You stalker!”
“Frankly you’re one to call me a stalker.”
Tamaki broke into a cold sweat. He raised his fists defensively. “I-I’m not a-I’m not-“
“But you are, aren’t you? It’s fun to watch the people you love, isn’t it?” A girl grabbed Tamaki from behind by the shoulders, making him flinch as she smiled widely. “I love it too-I love it so much I want to see the person I love all covered in blood...”
The girl unhanded Tamaki, and stepping in front of him and standing next to the taller, poised man. “But they don’t understand our kind of love, do they? The heroes. They think the way I love people is wrong, and they would think the same for you...”
Tamaki pursed his lips. This was manipulation. They were trying to get into his head somehow, trying to appeal to him, trying to convince him that he was just like the scum they were...
...and it was working.
Tamaki said nothing, though his tightly clenched fists and hinged jaw told a different story. He loved (Y/n). He loved (Y/n) so much it made him crazy. He loved (Y/n) so much it made him want to murder Hatsumada. Simple as that. He was trying to convince himself he didn’t, but the sight of him all bloodied up and misshapen by Tamaki’s bare hands made him shiver.
“Y’know, people will call you a stalker for sure if they saw this.” The man was holding up Tamaki’s school bag, more importantly the scrapbook pasted with printed out photos and pressed objects of (Y/n) littered inside. The man flipped through the pages with care. “I, however, think it’s lovely that you admire someone so much you’d make a whole book dedicated to them. How romantic.”
He found himself agreeing. It was, wasn’t it? He cared so, so much, so how could it be weird or creepy or stalkerish? Tamaki shook his head, shaking the intrusive thoughts from his mind. “N-no! Put that back! Why are you here?!”
“We want to make a deal with you.”
“Me?” Tamaki snarled, backed up against a tree. He hardened his exterior in hope of masking his utter curiosity, especially after their understanding of his feelings for (Y/n). They understood.
“You see, learning information about U.A. is difficult when it’s such a prestigious school. But it would definitely be a lot easier if we had an...inside man feeding it to us.”
Tamaki’s eyes widened. “You want me to betray my school?”
“In Laymans terms, yes.”
“Now why would I ever-!”
“Because they don’t understand us. Once they find out you sneak pictures of this person from outside their window while they sleep, they label you a stalker for sure.” The girl held up Tamaki’s scrapbook, displaying hazy printed photos of (Y/n) through their bedroom window. “But us? We don’t judge. We understand. You just want to admire them, and love them the way you do and not be judged. I want that too.”
The man chimed in. “Your school is a judgmental, horrible place. So help us fix it, and join the LoV.”
Tamaki looked down at his feet. He continued. “You don’t need to join us physically. You may still attend U.A., and we will contact you occasionally, when we need information. And surely we will spare you from harm if we decide to attack, as well your little crush.”
Tamaki couldn’t believe he was actually considering it. Well, he also couldn’t believe how angry he got seeing someone being confessed to, or how obsessive his feelings for (Y/n) became. It was all new to him.
...So what was one thing more?
“I’ll do it. I’ll do it on one condition.”
His decision was based purely on feelings. Nothing of what he was saying was logical. It wasn’t morally correct. Still...
The man and the girl both smiled, looked at each other, and nodded. They turned back to Tamaki, giving him a look to go on.
“If I...when I decide to do something...a-and it makes a mess, or I need covering up in any way, promise you’ll clean up for me. Evidence and all.”
Was he really going to do this?
“Whatever you need, Tamaki-kun.”
He was.
The man tipped his hat, and the girl placed the book back in Tamaki’s hands. “We’ll be in touch. If you do anything heinous, we’ll be there to help aswell. Anything for our new traitor.”
Tamaki felt sick to his stomach.
“...y-you guys are crazy.”
“And you’re a lovesick stalker.”
“...I know.”
Tamaki watched as the two disappeared behind the brush. His knees buckled, as he sat back against the disfigured tree truck, and reached into his bag. He cradled his scrapbook as he fished out (Y/n’s) pen that he loved so much, and stroked it scantily. He huddled in on himself, pressing the pen to his cheek.
Soon.
Soon he’d return (Y/n’s) pen. Right after he murdered Hatsumada.

When I Was Your Man - Fred Weasley
Tumblr media
Pairing(s): Fred Weasley x fem!reader
Warning(s): Angst, break up (reader x Fred), sad Fred :(
Summary: 4 years after the war, Fred still regrets the way things ended between him and his long-time girlfriend. He regrets it, even more, when he sees her in someone else's arms. But maybe talking to her might do him good.
---
Same bed but it feels just a little bit bigger now Our song on the radio but it don't sound the same When our friends talk about you, all it does is just tear me down 'Cause my heart breaks a little when I hear your name
Y/n’s finger drew random patterns on his chest, her eyes closed and a content smile on her lips as the two slowly woke up. A short kiss and quiet good mornings shared as the light shone from the window. But that was 4 years ago, and now Fred woke up alone. The light that once shone brightly through the window seemed dimmed as he remembered the girl that used to lay with him.
No one understood what happened to the two. Some days Hermione and Ginny would sit in the kitchen quietly talking when Y/n’s name gets brought up. Everyone had a different bond with Y/n. Ginny looked up to her, Y/n bonded with Charlie over drawings, she bonded with George over pranks, Ron loved the little baked treats she made, Bill could always depend on her to look out for the others, and she even got along with Percy!
Even as careful as they are as they reminisce about the times with her, Fred still hears and his heart breaks a little more than the day before as a ghost of a smile appears on his face. The bittersweet memories clouding his head once again.
It all just sounds like ooh, ooh, ooh, hoo Mm, too young, too dumb to realize That I should have bought you flower And held your hand Should have gave you all my hours When I had the chance Take you to every party 'cause all you wanted to do was dance
When he looks back, it’s easy to see that he did take advantage of her. He always thought she would come back even if he pushed her away.
The beginning of the two was the best in his opinion. Flowers and chocolates and dancing in the common room at 2 in the morning. But it all slowly faded away as Fred stopped giving her as much attention. She was one of the few things he and his twin got into arguments over. George could see how much it hurt Y/n when Fred made up yet another excuse and he did not put it lightly when confronting Fred about it multiple times.
Now my baby's dancing But she's dancing with another man
Ginny, Harry, and George finally managed to get Fred to leave the store. Dragging him to a small lounge. The evening was filled with small smiles and light drinking. That is until Fred’s eyes fell on a couple on the dance floor. His smile dropped as his eyes took in the sight of Y/n.
Her head rested on a man’s chest, his hands wrapped protectively around her waist as hers rested around his neck. She lifted her head with a quiet giggle as the man spoke in her ear. Leaning up on her toes to place a gentle kiss on his lips.
My pride, my ego, my needs, and my selfish ways Caused a good strong woman like you to walk out my life Now I never, never get to clean up the mess I made, oh And that haunts me every time I close my eyes
It was April 1st, Fred’s birthday. He hadn’t seen Y/n much the whole day and it was starting to annoy him. So when he saw her and his brother hugging in his room, the world just kind of stopped. Fred was yelling at her, she was trying to stick up for herself, and George was yelling at him. She stormed out that day, tears streaming down her face. Fred hated her until his eyes landed on a neatly wrapped gift on his bed, looking at George who simply shook his head and walked out of the room.
“Happy birthday, daddy. Don’t have too much fun, I’ll be there next year to celebrate with you” His heart stopped as he read the note, shaking hands unwrapping the box, and pulling out a framed photo of an ultrasound.
It all just sounds like ooh, ooh, ooh, hoo Mm, too young, too dumb to realize That I should have bought you flowers And held your hand Should have gave you all my hours When I had the chance Take you to every party 'cause all you wanted to do was dance
His favorite memory of Y/n was after a quidditch party. Everyone was tired and hyped, music blasting through the common room and right in the middle of it all was Y/n dancing in Fred's arms. Kissing away his playful pouts and complaints of dancing with small giggles.
Now my baby's dancing But she's dancing with another man
After that day it just seemed like he saw her everywhere. At the store, at restaurants, on the streets, you name it. But the first time he saw his little girl was the day he broke down.
Y/n was at the park, sitting next to the mystery man on a bench overlooking the playground. Fred subtly watched as a little girl, not over 4, ran up to them, lifting herself onto her mother’s lap and giggling. She looked exactly like Y/n. Except for the bright red hair which was neatly put into 2 little buns on the top of her head, that definitely belonged to her father. That day he also saw the shining gold wedding ring on Y/n’s hand. Her hand intertwined with the man’s as the two walked, the little girl skipping not too far in front of them.
Although it hurts I'll be the first to say that I was wrong Oh, I know I'm probably much too late To try and apologize for my mistakes But I just want you to know
“Fred?” A small hesitant voice came from behind him making him freeze. He was at the store, picking up some groceries for George and Angie. He turned, his heartbreaking as his eyes met hers. The e/c in her eyes still as bright as the day he first met her all those years ago. He took her in, eyes softening at the little girl clumsily hiding behind her.
“You look good” His voice rasped, a sad smile appearing. Y/n smiled, moving to hug him. “How’ve you been?”
“Better,” She pulled away, gently pulling the girl to stand in front of her. He knelt down to look at the girl, her eyes peeking up at him. “Her name’s Georgia. Georgia Maeve,” Y/n quietly watched as the two interacted. Georgia warmed up to him almost instantly, giggling and babbling to her birth father.
I hope he buys you flowers I hope he holds your hand Give you all his hours When he has the chance Take you to every party 'Cause I remember how much you loved to dance Do all the things I should have done When I was your man Do all the things I should have done When I was your man
“Y/n? Ready to go?” A man called out, walking to stand by her. “Who’s this?”
“An old friend,” She shared a small smile with Fred before looking at the man and pecking his cheek. “Why don’t you take Gigi to check out for her things and I’ll meet you at the car?” He nodded, holding his hand out to Georgia and walking away.
“You two look good together,” He speaks up, hurting less knowing that she forgave him. “Are you happy?” She nodded.
“Matt treats us both good,” She whispered, a soft look in her eyes. He nodded, smiling as he stepped forward, placing a lingering kiss on her forehead before walking away. He turned around once more, gently calling out to her as he walked. “I love you.”
She smiled, mouthing it back as she walked the opposite way.
Do all the things I should’ve done when I was your man...

Levi x Reader: New Life
Tumblr media
WARNING: contains language and mentions of prostitution.
This takes place in the Underground.
Being a teenager wasn't easy, especially if they lived in the Underground City where you had to fight to survive. Literally. Levi huffed as he wiped the blood off his cheek from beating another man to tried to talk shit about his late mom. As he turned down into an alleyway, a few men were seen hovering around something as they talked as he got closer, he could hear their conversation and decided to hide behind a barrel to eavesdrop.
"Think we should sell this little girl in the black market to pay for our next meal?"
"Nah, we should teach her a lesson for stealing from us" he partner said as his knuckles were cracked in the process, ready to beat the shit out of the girl they had cornered.
"You pigs didn't need all that food since you're already fat enough!" the girl yelled as she tried to stay brave.
"You little bitch!" the man yelled as he raised his fist as it made contact to her cheek.
The girl fell to the ground due to the force as she held her cheek in pain. Tears welled up in her eyes but refused to let them fall. She shakily got back up to her feet and glared at the men in front of her. "Y-You punch like an old lady! That didn't hurt at all! You're weak!"
"This kid just doesn't know when to stay down. Very well, you'll get what you asked for" the man growled as he went to punch the girl again.
She just stood there, waiting for the impact but it never came as a knife had been thrown into the man's head, killing him on the spot. His body collapsed onto the ground while his partner's throat was slit open by another blade. She watched in horror as blood splattered all over her clothes and face. Backing up to the worn down wall, her legs gave out as she slid to the ground, terrified of the bloodbath she had just witnessed. The person's shadow came closer to her shaking form before it appeared under the streetlight.
"You ok, kid?" Levi asked.
All she could respond with was a nod.
"So, you stole their food?"
"Th-they had a mountain of food on their plates....and I haven't eaten in days...." she whimpered as she held her hollow stomach.
At that, Levi finally got a good look at her form. She looked no older than ten. Her frame was all boney and sick looking, her ribs were probably showing under that oversized tattered shirt, hair all matted, dirty and probably overgrown. He looked just like he did before Kenny had found him after his mother died. He couldn't let her suffer the way he almost did, and based on her appearance, she doesn't have any parents either. With a small sigh, Levi knelt to her level on the ground and offered a hand.
"Come with me. I'll help you get your strength back but you gotta help clean and help me hunt when you do, ok?"
She stared at his hand before shakily reaching her own boney hand out to take it. Once she did, Levi helped her onto his back and started to carry her back to his place.
"You have a name?" he asked.
"(Y-Y/n)....it's just (Y/n)..." she whispered tiredly.
"(Y/n), huh? I'm Levi. Go ahead and sleep, it'll take a bit to get home."
'A home...? Sounds nice....' (Y/n) thought before she drifted to sleep.
Levi glanced back at her sleeping form before sneaking into alleys and back roads to keep out of sight, wondering what his life will be like now that he has a partner to survive with,
~Several Years Later~
Years have passed and Levi and (Y/n) have done well surviving the hell hole they live in. The constant struggles of earning money, stealing food when they couldn't afford any, kicking other thug's asses. It's hard, yes, but they have each other's backs and company when all felt wrong. Levi comes in the house and finds (Y/n) asleep on the loveseat with her legs hanging over the armrest. Lately, he's noticed how tired and sore she'll be during the day and how she would go earn money at night. One day, she went to bend over to pick up a cup that she accidently dropped but had hissed in pain while placing a hand at her lower back. Going to help and ask what was wrong, she waved at him saying she had lifted too many crates for an old man. Levi knew she saw lying since her lips always moved when she does but didn't say anything else.
Walking over to her, he shook her shoulder. "Oi. (Y/n). Wake up, lazy brat."
(E/c) eyes fluttered open as a yawn escaped her mouth. She stretched her stiff limbs before sitting up and rubbing her neck "Do you have to call me lazy everytime I take a nap?" she mumbled.
"Yes, I do. Now get up. I brought food and it's your night to cook."
"Damn it....alright alright. Just give me the bag already." she sighed as she took the bag from his hands and went to the kitchen to see what all he had brought. As She was sorting through the ingredients, Levi stood and watched in the doorway with his arms crossed before hearing her speak up while her back was turned to him.
"So....Kal s-said there's an open spot at-" she was cut off by a fist punching the wall.
"I don't want to hear it, (Y/n)! You promised that you wouldn't sell your body to disgusting men and be a prostitute!"
she turned to him "But Levi-"
"No buts! You're not doing it! I forbid you!" he seethed with a dark glare.
An audible gulp was heard and nothing else was said as she continued to figure out what she could make in silence. Sudden footsteps made their way over to the young woman before stopping right behind her as arms made their way around her waist.
"L-Levi...?"
"I know you want to help but I can't let you do it. You know about my mom and how she died. I don't want it to happen to you too." He said softly with his chin on her shoulder.
(Y/n) sighed but rested her hands on his arms, rubbing her thumb on his skin. "Alright....I won't do it."
"Good. Now, finish dinner while I get cleaned up." With that, his gave her cheek a soft kiss before letting go of her waist and leaving to clean up the non-existent dirt off of him. (Y/n)'s cheeks went ablaze as she held a hand to the cheek he had kissed. She felt happy but she knew that he will find out about her secret job soon and it would tear him apart.
~A few weeks later~
(Y/n) knew that once Levi had cleaned and put away his knife he goes straight to bed. As she watched and made sure he wasn't going to come out anytime soon, she grabbed her bag and quietly sneaked out of their house, making sure to lock it so he wouldn't get on her ass about 'forgetting to lock the door before bed'. Looking around for any stalkers, she quietly made her way down a street, unknowing of a person hiding in the shadows watching her every move.
After turning a few corners here and there, she finally arrived at her destination. She looked up at the sign and cringed in utter disgust, loathe, and regret.
Kal's Prostitute Service.
With a deep breath, (Y/n) reached for the doorknob only for it to be roughly snatched away by a hand. With a gasp, she was forcefully turned around and now staring into the fuming eyes of a very pissed Levi.
"L-Levi, I can explain-"
"You're damn fucking right you'll explain. You're coming home. Right. Now."
At that, he forcefully dragged her by the arm, ignoring her whimpers and protests of how he was hurting her wrist. He was fuming. Raging with anger. He didn't know where to start. She promised him she wouldn't do it. Why the hell would she break her promise?
When he got there, he slammed open the front door and tossed her inside. She landed on the hard floor with a gasp before turning to look up at him. She's seen him angry before, but fucking hell, he was terrifying right now. With a gulp, she sat up a bit with a small tremble of fear.
"L-Levi please let me explain..."
"Explain what?! You went behind my back and did things you promised you wouldn't do! What fucking reason do you have for going back on your word?!"
"I had to! I couldn't stay at home while you did all the work anymore! I wanted to help!"
"You knew how I felt about you doing this shit! Why did you do it?!"
"B-Because..."
"Because what?!"
"Because I did it so we could get our citizenships to live up on the surface instead of this shithole!"
Levi stopped in his tracks and just stared at her. That was her reason? To help get the both of you to the city above them? Tears watered her eyes and spilled down her cheeks as she continued.
"I-I had to....I hate seeing you struggle and come home tired and dirty....I couldn't stand it anymore....s-so I took the job of being a-a prostitute.....only until we got the money to get out of this place and have a little extra to get the things we'll need....I couldn't stand being useless anymore, Levi. I-I'm so sorry...!"
She curled up on her spot on the floor and sobbed into her knees with her hands in her hair as Levi watched her, hearing her apologize over and over again through her hiccups. His anger burned out like a fire without air and carefully went over to her shaking form. When he kneeled down to her height, his arms encircled her form, making her tense as her sobs suddenly paused.
"How much...?" he asked softly.
"H-huh...?"
"How much do you have saved up?"
"M-More than enough to get us past the gate a-and to get our citizenship....I've asked around...and someone told me the prices......I saved twice as much than what we needed..." she explained.
He held her closer. "I'm sorry for getting so mad. I was just worried that I would lose you just like mom. I'm still not happy that you went behind my back....but I'm happy that you and I will get to live a better life up there."
(Y/n) blinked before she smiled through her tears and hugged him back. They both stayed like that for a small while before Levi pulled back with his signature glare. "Now, I'm all dirty."
That made (Y/n) laugh.
~Timeskip~
A few weeks had passed and Levi and (Y/n) had finally settled in their new home on the surface after buying some new furniture for it. And, of course, brooms. Levi couldn't forget the brooms. While Levi spent the days cleaning and organizing their new place, (Y/n) ran a small stand in the market. She had a big surprise for Levi. As the sun was starting to set, all the other stands were closing down, meaning (Y/n) could go home and have the day off tomorrow since her boss knew of her surprise. As she quickly packed up her stuff, she ran down the familiar street she takes everyday and soon made it home. With a smile, she went inside and placed her bag in its normal spot that Levi made just for her.
"I'm home~!"
Levi peeked his head from the kitchen and hummed before walking over to her. "You seem happy. What's the occasion?"
"You'll see tomorrow. Boss gave me the day off because of it."
"Oh? Then it must be a big surprise if you get an entire day off for it."
"Mhm! You'll love it~" she smiled.
"I enjoy everything that you give me, (Y/n)" he said as he ruffled her hair, making her whine in protest. Levi only chuckled and went back to the kitchen to finish the food he was preparing.
The next day, everything went smoothly until she had suddenly finished all her cleaning early before noon and had told Levi to get ready for his surprise. With a grunt, he got up from his spot on the couch and slipped on his boots as he waited for the woman to grab whatever she needed. Once she was back, the two headed out and began to walk. When they turned down a specific street, (Y/n) went behind him and covered his eyes, making him mumble a few curse words.
"Calm down, I'll make sure you won't fall. Just trust me." she smiled.
"Alright, fine. Hurry up, though. I don't like not seeing where I'm going." he huffed.
(Y/n) only giggled and carefully led him to a specific building before uncovering his eyes. In front of him was a small tea shop. And it wasn't no ordinary tea shop either. Inside was clearly cleaned to where it shined and several different types of tea was displayed neatly behind the counter with a good few table sets were evenly spread out enough where people can walk. He noticed that no one was here so he turned to her.
"You brought me to a tea shop with no one here?"
"Nooooooo. I brought you to your tea shop! You said you've always wanted to open one so, Ta-da~!" she grinned.
Levi was flabbergasted. The tea shop is his? He looked at her before suddenly pulling her in for a sweet kiss. (Y/n) tensed and turned a dark shade of red before slowly returning the gesture as her arms found themselves around his neck with his around her waist. The kiss lasted for a minute before Levi pulled back.
"I love it. And I love you. Thank you for everything." he smiled.
"You're welcome. And I love you too, Levi."
"I'm glad. Now, let's go see what kind of tea we have."
(Y/n) laughed at this but followed him inside as their new lives have only just begun.

Blurred Lines
“I like Clarissa.” You say, agreeing with Keanu on his suggestion. You're walking home after your morning walk around the neighborhood, and you have your arm on his, panting a little. Keanu wants it to be a girl, and you want a boy, so there's a little bet going on, but neither of you chose what the prize will be yet. “And if it's a boy I like Henry. A name fit for a king.” Glancing at him, you smile.
“I like it too.”
“Great. But we still have some time.” Week 14 has started, and you're only keeping track of it so perfectly because Keanu has a calendar on the fridge, where he counts the days and weeks. It also helps that the e-book you have tells you everything that's happening at the moment, and you usually read it together at the beginning of the weeks. “But...” You stop by the house, sitting down on the steps that lead to the door. “We need to buy some stuff. Not only baby stuff but some pregnancy stuff too.”
Keanu settles down beside you, handing you the water bottle he was carrying, from which you take a sip. “What is it you need?”
“Uhm... Everything I have is getting a little tight. It'll only get worse with time. And...” Clearing your throat, you blush a little, playing with the bottle. “I need bras. Mine are getting small and my breasts are a bit tender so I can't take them squeezing me anymore.”
“Oh.” He sounds a little embarrassed too, what makes you giggle. “Let's go then.” Offering you a hand, he pulls you back at your feet. “Let's shower and head out.”
“Alright.“ You stand there for a while, and you know it's just because he always lets you get in first. But you decide to tiptoe, stepping closer to place a soft peck on his lips before moving inside.
After washing yourself from the thin layer of sweat from the walk, you put on jeans, comfortable white sneakers, and a pink blouse. Deciding to let your hair down, you make your way downstairs, finding Keanu waiting for you in the living room. “Hope I didn't make you wait for too long.” You say, making your presence known. He stands up from the couch, eyes finding you. “Because I have no excuse.” Gesturing at your clothes, way too simple, you shrug your shoulders.
“You look beautiful.” His words make you blush, and you start making the way to the garage.
Keanu opens the passenger door for you to get inside before walking around the car to take his place. You like that he's a simple man, unlike most of the celebrities out there. He drives his car, does his own stuff. He surprises you every day, and sometimes you even forget he's an actor. A very good one.
As he speeds through the city, you can't help but feel excited. You've been procrastinating for a while, but now you can't wait for it. Your stomach is starting to swell, your baby is growing, and you want to start getting things ready. The accident is turning into a distant memory now, as you allow the pregnancy to be the main event of your life. Because it is. You still have a lot of trips to the hospital every week, and Keanu is as careful and protective as he has been since the beginning, but you feel good. Things are amazing with him, moving at a slow but comfortable pace. And you're happy. Beyond happy.
Tumblr media
Keanu's heart has been beating faster ever since they got into the store. It's huge, with several different departments. He intended to let her chose everything since he keeps telling himself over and over again this isn't his child. But the lines are starting to blur in his head, and he caught himself thinking the baby to be his.
“Which one do you like best?” She asks him, standing in between two pale beige cribs. (Y/N) wants to add color on the decoration, and of course, he agreed. “I can't choose.”
It warms his heart that she wants him to participate. But of course she does. To her, he's her husband. “This one.” He says, walking over to the crib on her left. “We'll have it delivered at our place.”
“Great.” And she smiles before turning around and continuing further into the store. But she didn't see the mountain of a man she left behind, holding his breath, eyes focused on her back. (Y/N) was clueless about the war happening inside his heart, constantly. Slowly, Keanu comes back to Earth, signaling at some of the women who work here. He didn't notice she was staring at him, too busy focused on (Y/N).
“I want this crib, please.” He politely says, and the woman quickly types something on her tablet.
“Done, Mr. Reeves.” Of course she knew his name, it didn't surprise him. “Anything else?” Her voice gets softer, like some sort of whine. Was she trying to seduce him? Probably. Keanu is well aware of how some women act around him, but this time, she's nothing to him. Just a speck of dust compared to the woman he's staring at now, peacefully looking at strollers, a hand resting on her belly, which just started to swell.
“Yes.” He says. “Come with me, please. We'll be buying some things today.”
“It'll be my pleasure.” She chants, a smirk on her face that Keanu doesn't even see as he starts making his way over (Y/N).
“This one is the best,” Keanu says, getting (Y/N)'s attention. She quickly looks at him. “I was reading about it.”
“This one it'll be then.” She says, flashing him another smile. (Y/N) is especially happy today. Her eyes leave him for a short while, finding the woman. He gets confused at the expression on her face before she turns away. “I wanted to see some clothes, but since we don't know the sex yet, I don't know what color to pick.”
“We can wait until we know.” He suggests and she nods.
As they move through the store, signaling to the woman everything they want, Keanu quickly noticed (Y/N)'s reaction to the employee following them around. It was only after she snapped at the woman that he noticed it himself, that she was trying to discreetly flirt with him.
“Ke, the doctor said I'll need one of those things.” (Y/N) says in a low voice, shyly gesturing at her breasts.
“A breast pump.” He states. “There's another store on the third floor. Let's check there.” Keanu is done with the woman annoying (Y/N), so he pays up for everything, leaves the address for it to be delivered, and guides (Y/N) outside, to the other store.
It's slightly smaller and more focused on the pregnant woman than on the baby, but they succeeded on buying everything for the baby for now.
She easily finds another woman to help her around, way more kind, thankfully, and, as they talk, Keanu follows then around. He eventually stops by some blankets, wondering if she'd want any of them. After some minutes, he resumes following her, but (Y/N) is gone. Keanu feels embarrassed for a while, having lost her in the store. Walking to the back, he sighs in relief when he finds her, looking at some lingerie. For a moment he wonders if he should interrupt, trying not to think too much about what may be in her head.
Shaking his head lightly, he decides to walk over to her. “Did you like it?” He asks, gesturing at the black and light pink pair of underwear she was starting at.
(Y/N)'s cheeks go red when she looks up at him. “N-no. I mean...” She mutters, letting go of the soft fabric. “...Do you like it?” She sounds uncertain, and it's cute the way her cheeks and neck turn into a reddish color.
Keanu doesn't want to answer. He doesn't want to imagine her in this lingerie, but it's too late now. The image is already burning through his head. He was just about to run from the subject when he remembers the lie he's into. And he is tired of lying. “I did. You'll look wonderful in it, but you don't have to buy it if you don't want and if you do, you don't have to wear it for me.” He couldn't help explaining it further, making sure she doesn't feel weird about it.
(Y/N) turns at the lingerie again, thoughtful. “Just this one.” She finally mumbles. “Mrs. Jackson already helped me chose some bras for the rest of the pregnancy and some for after. You know, those that you can pull down to feed the baby...” She's blushing all over again, and Keanu has to bite back a smile.
They have many bags when they leave the store, and Keanu's heart is filled with joy. He always wanted kids, but he never met the right woman. And let's be honest, time was passing. He only wishes this was real. But nevertheless, he loved doing this. He didn't know, or he pretended he didn't, but he was losing it. He was sinking further and further into the lie he created.
Tumblr media
Staring at the big mirror you have on the wall of your bedroom, you check how the bra looks. It's not that bad, super comfortable, and it'll have some space for when your breasts grow more. Because they will according to the doctors. You're just about to walk over the edge of the bed to pick your shirt and put it on when the door opens and Keanu comes in.
You stop on your tracks, freezing, quickly crossing your arms. “I'm sorry, I should've knocked.” Keanu is fast to apologize, moving to leave.
“No, wait.” You burst out, running a hand through your hair. He turns back at you, eyes locked on yours. He's trying not to look, that much is pretty clear. Keanu is... Unbelievable. If you didn't want him at all, he'd never push you, he'd forever keep a distance. Taking a deep breath, you put both hands on your hips. “W-what do you think?” It's a stupid question. The bra is nothing special. Just a gray cotton fabric with thin straps, designed to offer some support. “I know it's super simple but...”
“You look absolutely beautiful.” He answers, slowly walking closer, but eyes are still locked on yours.
“Ke... You can look.” It comes out as a whisper, so you clear your throat. “You can look, I don't mind.”
There's this thing about Keanu, a sensation that only gets more intense. When he's away, you want him near, and when he's standing near, you want him even closer. Shyly, you take his hand, running your fingers through his skin.
Stepping forward, ending the distance in between your bodies, you raise your head to look into his eyes. “You can touch me.” The words are a living thing, and there's something in you pushing it out. You didn't know you were that brave... Maybe you're not. But this man is your husband, and you have no idea how you managed to marry someone so incredible. Placing his hand on your side, his fingertips burn on your skin.
Keanu's hand slides from your waist to the small of your back as he pulls you to him, making you collide against his chest. That's when you see his eyes traveling down, lingering just for a while. But it's enough to make you blush hard, a weird knot building on your stomach. “You're absolutely beautiful.” He repeats in a low, soft voice. You can't help but feel self-conscious under his stare, but your thoughts are quick to melt away when Keanu kisses you.
It's soft and slow at first, but you suddenly grow impatient, and you tiptoe, wanting to even climb on him if possible, anything to be closer, to be on him somehow. Deepening the kiss, you start walking backward, pulling him without breaking the kiss. Keanu's hands are all over you, but never moving too far. He's good at this, controlling himself. But you're not. You're running your hands through his chest, grabbing a fistful of his shirt and forcing him to move. You're too lost in him to notice where exactly you were going, so when the back of your legs reaches the bed, you fall back, awkwardly bringing Keanu with you.
A laugh escapes both your lips as he fixes himself on top of you, carefully moving you further into the middle of the bed. But soon enough you realize the position you put yourself into, and you blush, noticing how Keanu clears his throat, lifting his body a little, so his weight won't be on you. But you don't want him to go anywhere. You're still catching your breath, intoxicated by him.
“Sorry I made you fall.”
“It's alright.” He mutters. Biting your lip, you take in his dark eyes set on you. And his body, hovering over yours. “Were you jealous? Earlier today, of that woman at the store?”
Chuckling, you nod. “I guess I was. She was pretty.” Your comment, giving him a small smile.
“She's nothing compared to you, sweetheart.” Keanu kisses you again, but this time, he starts placing kisses along your jaw. He does it slowly though, as if waiting for you to stop him. But you won't. And a gasp leaves your mouth when his lips begin to move down your neck, all the way to your collarbone.
Closing your eyes, you wrap your arms around his neck, pulling him closer, the need of having him only growing, but an annoying, beeping noise snaps you out of the stupor, and Keanu stops, placing a peck to your lips before pushing himself up. “Someone's calling you.” He says as you lie there, catching your breath.
“Who? I don't know anyone.” Sighing, you push yourself into a sitting position before stretching your arm to take your phone from the nightstand. “Laura.” You mutter. “Oh. We planned on going to that cute vintage coffee shop I told you about.”
“I remember.” He leans closer, a finger under your chin to pull you into another kiss. “Go and have fun, beautiful.”
Biting your lip, you nod, feeling way too many butterflies flying around.
Keanu leaves you at the coffee shop where you meet Laura. She has been your best friend, and you're always seeing each other. She often goes to visit you, and you went to her place a few times too. The coffee shop is cute, and you have a bittersweet chocolate pie. The sun is setting, but its golden light is hidden away by some heavy clouds. There's a storm coming tomorrow.
“So...” She sing-songs when she finishes her smoothie. “How's everything with Keanu freaking Reeves?” Giggling, you look down at your empty plate. “You're blushing, my friend.”
“Well... Your call kinda interrupted us.” Speaking in a low voice, you glance at her. Laura has a weird expression on her face, a little scared, a little confused. It reminds you of Lucia the first time she visited. “Is something wrong?”
“No, no.” She snaps out of it, clearing her throat. “What do you mean by interrupting?”
“Oh, it wasn't...” Shaking your head no, you bite your lower lip. “We were kissing... On the bed and... I don't know exactly what would've happen if we kept going.” Putting a strand of hair behind your ear, you sigh.
“You're falling for him, aren't you?” She asks, smiling a little.
“Yes. I'm falling all over again.” You're still speaking when some loud voices get your attention. Looking at the doors, you notice a group of people trying to push themselves in. “What's that?”
As you stand up, the group finally breaks in, and there isn't much time to think when you see the sea of people coming your way. Moving backward, you stand next to Laura.
“Mrs. Reeves, a few words, please.” A tall woman asks, and dozens of microphones and cellphones pointed at your face.
“Uhm... Alright.” You mutter as they surround you.
The flashes start, and the sudden lights make you feel dizzy. “Nobody knew about your existence until the accident. Why did you and Keanu Reeves kept the secret?”
“We wanted to keep it private. A-away from the public.” You mumble, trying to smile a little.
“Is it true you lost your memory?” A man asks.
“Yes.” Nodding, you run a hand through your hair as they move even closer. You don't want to answer. They don't have to know that.
“Will you and Keanu go on with the marriage or will you break apart?” Another flash and you close your eyes shut for a while, trying to steady yourself, your stomach feeling sick.
“We're... We're fine.” You mutter.
“Is it true you're pregnant?”
“Yes.”
“Will you ever recover your memories?”
“I don't know.”
“(Y/N)!” Laura says, and you feel her hands holding both your shoulders, and that's the only thing that makes you notice you almost fell. “Are you alright?”
“Mrs. Reeves, are there any risk that you could lose the child?”
It takes you some time to process the question, hands holding on the nearest chair, knuckles getting white. Trying to catch your breath, you take Laura's hand. “N-no.” You whisper, hoping they can hear it.
“Who are you, Mrs. Reeves? Can you tell us who you were before?”
“No, I don't–” Your legs fail and you collapse on the floor, your knees hitting the tiles hard. There's a yell coming from the journalists, and you see through their shadows as they come closer to get a good take of you on the floor.
“(Y/N), let's go,” Laura says, trying to pull you up.
Shaking your head no, you stay on the floor, their voices, their questions making your head spin around violently.
“I can't.” Voice barely a whisper, you feel your body shutting down you lower yourself to the floor. It doesn't take much until you see black, and then all your senses are overwhelmed as you fall into unconsciousness.

Wash Away
Tumblr media
🧼 Summary: When you're feeling low in the middle of the night, you go to wash dishes to relieve some stress and worry, and your concerned girlfriend Ryujin, comforts you.
🧼 Word Count: 1,031 words
🧼 Pairing: Reader x Shin Ryujin (Ryujin) / Characters: GenderNeutral!Reader; Shin Ryujin (Ryujin);
🧼 Rated: E / Warnings: None / Genre: Minor Angst; Fluff; Comfort;
🧼 A/N: Wrote this at [redacted time i should have been asleep] on a whim, sorry if it sucks 🤙🏾 I was in a °*~mood~*° Also sorry for the bad title it was like 3AM
Ryujin is awoken by the sound of a sink running water from down the hall, from the kitchen. In the dark room, she can see the light from outside from beneath the crack in the door. She realizes your side of the bed is empty, and checks the time on her phone--it's 1:30AM.
She squints and thinks, before concluding that you must be washing dishes. But all the dishes were washed after dinner. So then, perhaps, you must be feeling stressed or unhappy in some way. Oftentimes, when you're upset or feeling overwhelmed in some way, it results in you getting up late at night, in the dark, and washing dishes. If all the dishes are already washed, you'll end up going through for any dishes that might not have been perfectly washed, or even just rewashing dishes.
Ryujin pushes herself out of the bed and walks out of the room.
She enters the kitchen and sees you bent over the sink, washing away at a plate in your hands. There isn't a single light on in the room except for the single light that hangs above the sink, illuminating you, highlighting you in the darkness of the room. Beside you, you have a stack of plates and a cup, filled with several spoons, waiting to be washed. All of them appear to be clean already, and yet, you're still washing them, washing away at the plate in your hand lazily, eyes forward instead of on the plate, as if lost somewhere in your head.
"Baby?"
You snap out of your trance and turn around to face Ryujin in surprise. She sees you relax your shoulders a bit at the sight of her, your girlfriend, and you smile softly, but she can see something--Exhaustion? Sadness?--behind your eyes. Which isn't surprising, considering the entire situation, but it makes her sad nonetheless.
"Hey, Ryujinnie. Did I wake you? I'm so sorry . . ." you say, setting down the plate and rubbing at your eyes with the back of your soap-covered hand.
"No, it's okay," she says, walking over. She takes your wet, soapy hands in hers and leans against the counter. "Are you okay baby? Everything alright?"
"Yeah, just tired."
"You sure, love?" she asks.
"Mmhmm." You nod, but stop, seeing the skeptical look on her face. You know that she knows something is bothering you.
"No . . ." you admit. "I've been stressed. Worrying."
"About?"
You hesitate, and she sees it. She squeezes your hand gently. Reassuringly.
"Hey, Y/N, look at me," she says gently, and your eyes lift to meet hers. They're soft, filled with love and concern. "I'm here for you. And I want to help you and hear you, but I can't do that if you don't talk to me."
You nod and take a deep breath, squeezing your eyes shut. "I just. Been thinking about . . . why you're with me, I guess."
Ryujin frowns. "What? Why?"
You shrug, not quite meeting her eyes. You feel bad for saying it already, and your heart feels heavy, like a weight has been attached to it. "It's not your fault. My mind was wandering, as it tends to do. Today, it was just kind of wandering to not-great places. Sometimes, I just think about how, like, you're an idol, you have your friends, your idol friends. And oftentimes, you're busy at practice or shows, and sometimes I don't get to spend as much time with you as they do. I know that's part of the job, but sometimes I feel too ordinary. You and your friends are idols. And I'm just me. You could have anyone, and yet you've settled for me."
There's a moment of silence, and she's obviously thinking. You don't want to meet her eyes, you're afraid that your words have hurt her. You don't mean to. It's not her fault you're thinking such things, it's not like she's given you a reason to doubt her. Your brain just goes there.
Suddenly, Ryujin cups your face in her palms, making you look at her.
"Ya," she says, squishing your cheeks gently. "Y/N, I love you. And only you. Yes, I do have friends, yes, who I'm close to. And I love and care about them too. But they're not you. I love them and I love you. You're you, and that's amazing and wonderful and extraordinary and I love who you are. If I ever let you think otherwise, you need to tell me so I can fix it, okay? I love you, I wouldn't ask for anything else, my love. I'll tell you this as many times as you need to hear it. Whenever, wherever. I love you."
You feel yourself tearing up, and you suddenly wrap her in a tight hug. For a second, she's frozen, but then she hugs you back, gently rubbing your back to comfort you.
It felt stupid, you think, but it was nice to hear it. All of what she said, you already knew. But to be reassured every once in a while was comfort enough. To be reminded of what was probably obvious seemed to wash away the worry, even if it's just temporarily. It feels like the weight has dropped away from you heart, and you feel a little relieved and reassured.
"Thank you Ryujinnie," you mumble, burying your face in her neck. You find comfort in the smell of her, in just being close to her. "I just . . . needed to hear that."
"Always, baby," she says softly. "You can always come to me when that head of yours is wandering like this. I'm always here to listen to you and be here for you and reassure you."
You nod. "Thank you. I love you."
"I love you too, baby," she says, squeezing your hand and leaning forward to press a kiss to the tip of your nose. "Now, come to bed. It's midnight, I need sleep, you need sleep, we both need sleep."
At that comment, you let out an involuntary yawn, and Ryujin chuckles.
"See? You're sleepy too,  baby. Come on, baby, I'll snuggle you to bed if that's what it takes."
"I can't say no to that."

Eclipse
Izuku Midoriya x Reader
Word count: 2400
Warnings: none
(Quirkless AU)
Tumblr media
The fluffy haired boy had finally worked up the courage to ask you out, although he didn't tell you where you two would be going. He was so flustered when he asked you. His face was so red it looked like he was going to explode. He mixed up quite a few words too. Of course, you couldn't say no to those precious little eyes of his. If it wasn't for how bad you felt for him then you probably would've said no. You barely even knew him, but you knew it took him a lot of confidence to ask you out. Most of your friends had picked on you for saying yes.
Izuku was pretty shy and most definitely a nerd. His hair always looked like he just rolled out of bed. And, well, his fashion choices were.... okay. A couple people would pick on him sometimes, but not too often. You could tell he was pretty smart, but most of the time he seemed kinda awkward. As expected your friends would prefer you to go out with a popular boy that's on varsity teams and always pays attention to his looks. You would probably prefer that too, but you didn't want to hurt the little green haired boys feelings. You knew he was a pretty delicate boy.
A couple months ago your boyfriend had broken up with you. He had brown fluffy hair that always looked perfect and shining blue eyes. He was on the varsity football team of course too, his dad was the coach. He was nothing but perfect to you... well at least you thought. Your friend had set the two of you up at a football game several months ago in the fall. You liked him a lot especially because of how most girls were jealous you were dating him. It made you feel above everyone else. He was pretty nice but sometimes he would pick on other kids. Not harshly though. A couple months ago he had started to slowly ignore you. You took the hint and you haven't talked since. He found another girl. She was about 5'7 with beautiful long caramel hair. She had perfect skin and her body's curves were sure to make any boy swoon. Every time she walked past you could smell the sweet sent of expensive perfumes. She was any boys dream girl. The way he had just forgotten about you left a gaping hole in your heart. You're still not over him. His name just makes your stomach swirl in sickness.
Izuku Midoriya is smart enough not to go for bitchy popular girls, but he knew you were different. You were much nicer than the rest of them and he could tell you especially hated it when they picked on people like him. Sometimes it made you giggle though, which you felt wrong for doing. You didn't really act as cocky or stuck up as the rest of them either which confused him. He thought you were just absolutely stunning with that luscious h/c hair and those bright e/c eyes. During class he would always study your features in awe. He felt as if you were almost trapped in the world of popularity. He knew he could never get with someone that's friends with the populars, but he couldn't help but try.
It was a Saturday night and for the past half hour you had been working on getting ready. You were dressed in a comfy crew neck and a light colored skirt. You only had light makeup on, just some lipgloss and mascara, you didn't really need to impress the boy too much. You and your friends group chat was blowing up that night, they wouldn't stop teasing you about your little date. You ignored the messages, it annoyed you how petty they were sometimes, although you could agree with most of the things they were saying. You were startled as you heard a quiet knock on your front door.
"Sweetie! I think your somebody might be at the door!!!" Your mom said sweetly.
"Coming!" You yelled out from your room quickly finishing your mascara. You sighed and walked out of your room and to the front door. You slowly turned the door knob and opened it to the boy, as expected with his wild evergreen hair and his lazy outfit.
"Hi, y/n." He said almost shaking from nervousness.
"Hi!" You said with a smile. His cheeks were growing furiously red and he was trying his best to hide it. It made you giggle a bit.
"I'll be back Mom! Bye!!" You said as you quickly shut the door behind you.
"So, you never told me where we're going." You said trying to break the silence because you knew he was too scared to speak.
"Oh.. uh I thought we could go to one of my favorite places." He said shyly scratching the back of his neck.
"And where's that?" You asked curiously.
"It's a surprise." He said trying to hide his blushing face once again. He couldn't believe he was even talking to a girl like you.
"What's that you have?" You asked pointing to the long box in his hand. You really hoped he didn't get you a present. You already felt bad enough.
"You'll see." He said while starting to walk on the sidewalk.
"How long will it take to get there?" You questioned him.
"Only a few minutes." He said looking down at his feet.
You two silently walked along the sidewalk in the brisk night to your destination. It was pretty awkward but you dealt with it.
Finally you had arrived next to a cement wall. It didn't look too exciting. It was pretty confusing as to why he would bring you here. It looked like the outside of a dump.
"Here I'll help you over the wall." He said nervously.
"What? We're climbing that wall? I mean I don't usually scale walls on dates. You're nuts." You said sassily.
"Come on you can do it." He said trying to encourage you.
You ran up to the wall on your tip toes peering over it.
"Woah..." You said underneath your breath.
"Neat, right?" He said walking up next to you.
"What even is this place?" You said gazing over the wide field.
"It's the plane graveyard." He said trying not to sound too nerdy.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Here's some pics if you don't know what a plane graveyard looks like. It's basically where they bring a bunch of old planes from wars and stuff.)
He grabbed your waist gently and helped you over the wall. He was trying so hard for his face not to turn extremely red. He then jumped over the wall after you. He led you over to one of the planes, stroking it as he walked by.
"This is the real history, not the stuff we see in those history books." He said studying the plane.
"Wait, are these real bullet holes?" You asked closely examining the holes in the metal. He smiled at you, he didn't know you would actually find this interesting.
"Yep!" He responded, walking over to the next plane.
He dragged his hand along the wing of the next plane as he walked towards it. You tried to too but you couldn't reach since you were just a bit shorter than him.
"The Navy found this one last year off the coast of Japan." He said looking at the wreckage.
"They did a corrosion study on it... after 40 years at the bottom of the ocean this is all it rusted." He said focusing on the front of the plane.
"Our grandparents sure knew how to make stuff." He admired the plane with only a few spots of rust.
"H- how do you know all of this stuff?" You asked looking up at him.
"Well, a pilot from 44, came back a few weeks ago to look at this. He stood here and looked at this thing the whole day..." He replied while taking a few steps back to take in the sight of the whole plane.
You looked at him in shock. You knew he was smart, but you didn't know he knew all of this.
"Hey! come on." He said jumping into the plane.
"A- are you sure we're allowed to do that." You said starting to get nervous.
"Yeah, nobody ever comes here anyways." He said waving you over.
You sighed and jumped into the seat next to him.
He opened the slim box he had been lugging around, only to see a small telescope.
"Here." He said handing it to you.
You gently took the telescope into your hands. You looked up into the dark night sky through it.
"Oh my god... look at all those mountains up there." You said fascinated while studying the bright full moon through the telescope.
"And valleys, canyons, and planes..." He trailed on.
"What's that thing up there that looks like a... star sapphire? What's that?" You said studying the different sections of the full moon.
"An asteroid hit there... it made a crack in the moon 100 times the size of the grand canyon." He said looking over at your precious face.
"And... on the right is the sea of tranquility. The first space ship from earth landed there. The day I was born..." He said looking back up at the sky.
"That's why you're so into astrology, right?" You said passing the telescope back to him.
"Astronomy." He corrected you softly.
"No, well up there it's just a future world..." He said looking into the telescope.
"By the time I'm my Dads age, people will be living there, and working. Maybe even us..." He continued on, placing the telescope on his lap looking back into the shining stars.
(Queue music. I would suggest listening to Eclipse by Pink Floyd right now.)
You looked over at him and gazed into his dark green eyes. You couldn't help feel fascinated by the way he explained those things. You weren't much of a person to be interested in space, but there was something about the way he stated these things. Were you falling for some nerd you barely even knew? You questioned yourself. It couldn't be. But nobody had ever done something like this before for you. It was a whole new feeling. For sure your old boyfriend would've never gone out of his way to do something like this, let alone even know anything about astronomy.
You two sat in silence for a few minutes gazing up at the thousands of stars in the late sky. You looked over at him and smiled a bit. He jumped a little when he realized you were looking at him.
"Oh, sorry." You said looking away.
"The moon, it looks different now... It's not as mysterious or romantic." You said playing with your hair.
"Well I'm sorry I ruined it for you." He said quietly looking down to his feet.
"You didn't ruin it, you just changed it, I guess..." You said staring into the big moon.
"You know... I had never actually studied the sky like this. Because of you, I think I have a whole different perspective on it now..." You said still admiring the different sections of the starry sky.
"What do you mean by perspective..." He asked in shock. He didn't know he would have this much of an effect on you.
"Like, I didn't know there was so much to look at... It's actually pretty interesting." You said pointing to each star trying to count them.
He gently smiled at you.
"You're different." You said.
"W- what?" He said confused.
"All of my friends think you're just some little loser. They pick at you all the time. Before this I thought you were just some random nerd that cared way too much about school." You said with a saddened expression.
"Yeah... I know." He said looking down, scratching the back of his neck.
"You're not though..." You trailed on.
"W- what do you mean?" He stuttered.
"You're actually pretty interesting. Now that I realize it... there's a lot more to you than what people say. You're pretty cool, you know." You said looking down at your feet.
"Oh, I- I didn't know you thought I was c- cool..." He said still stuttering.
"Could you ever count how many stars there are up there?" You questioned him, changing the subject.
"No." He giggled at you.
"Actually, theres supposed to be a solar eclipse happening soon... maybe we could go see it." He said turning around to look at your e/c eyes.
"That sounds pretty intriguing... How about, make it a date." You said looking over at him. You were actually pretty interested in him. He was much more than you thought before. Your friends were all wrong. Even if he is just some nerd like they all say, he really knew how to make you feel... special.
His eyes had lit up from your response.
"Uh... yeah sure." He said rushing his words while looking away trying to hide his rosy cheeks.
"Oh my gosh... it's already 9..." You said while looking down at your watch.
"Wait... that's a pretty nice watch." He said looking over to see it.
"Oh yeah... it was my grandfathers. Actually he was in the Vietnam War." You said moving your finger around the rim of your watch.
"Well, he must of been a great man." He said while jumping out of the plane onto the dirt.
You two had walked home that night, holding hands, while still studying the night sky. That night he had changed your whole perceptive on humanity. From now on you wouldn't focus on what everyone else said about someone. If you wanted to know they type of person someone was you would get to know them, not base them off of what everyone else said. Although your friends weren't thrilled by the fact you were falling for the schools so called loser, he was nothing but perfect to you. That night Izuku Midoriya had faded all of the thoughts of your old boyfriend away. He was different from the other boys... in a good way.
AAAA okay that was kind of cheesy but I hope you liked it. :)

Baby it's the Sign of the Times
Tumblr media
Tumblr media
Eyoo guyzz! This is a new oneshot, I hope you like this❄ I'm currently rewriting my Hawkeye fic, so I'm not gonna post that one for a little. This one is a bit longer than my previous ones.
I totally recommend you to listen to this song while reading, even if you're not a fan of Harry's. It will really help the mood.
I don't own anything, even tho I'd like to have a few... choice words with Russo brothers about endgame...👍🏼🤔
Warnings: none
Summary: events when Peggy dies, mainly before Steve goes to London, and you comfort him. (I know it's stupid summary, but I don't want to spoil it, sorry)
Genre: angst
I don't mention civil war at all. No other avengers are at Peggy's funeral. There are no romantical pairings, and Sharon is not mentioned cuz she doesn't fit in the storylineeee.
----------------------------
She's gone.
In her sleep.
This words crushed Steve inside. He knew this was coming, but he'd never be ready for it, no matter what.
When he came from ice, he met her again. He knew they could never be together. No matter his actual age, Steve still had a full life in front of him. Unfortunately, same couldn't be told for Peggy.
Oh Peggy... She was always his ray of sunshine. Even through darkest of days. It is a cliché, but she was.
Was.
She is gone now.
Why did she have to go? Why didn't he get to spend a life with her? Steve's biggest wish was, and always will be, to spend a happy life with her. He didn't want any of this famous captain shit. He wanted a house in a village and 2 kids with Peggy. And a little dog. Or they'd be of service, and fight next to each other. Nevermind, Steve wanted a life with Peggy. For them to watch each other go grey. Maybe he could've been there for her as a husband now, through her sickness. Or maybe he'd be the one to go first. But still, that'd be a life...
One tear slipped down his rosy cheek, the other one following. Soon he had tearstains on his cheeks, but he didn't care. It was a silent cry. Those carry the most pain.
"Eyo, capsicle! You good there?" Tony snapped him outta his thoughts. Steve forgot the whole team was in the room. Fortunately, he was turned, so they were facing his back. He just couldn't talk to anyone right now.
"Yea yea, I'm good. I gotta go." he quickly got up and exited the room. He climbed up the stairs 2 more floors, but his toughts started haunting him again.
He's going on a plane tomorrow morning to say goodbye for the last time. Oh God, even thinking of a last time kills Steve inside. It's pretty late, but he didn't know what to do until morning. Sleeping wasn't an option, he knew that much. He gave in to overthinking again.
Of Peggy. Of her life. Of what could've happened if he didn't freeze...
"Just stop your crying, it's a sign of the times..."
"...welcome to the final show..."
"...I hope you're wearing your best clothes..."
Steve heard a silent piano in the background, and he heard an angelic voice. He still had tearstained cheeks, but he needed to hear what the voice had to say.
"...you can't bribe the door on your way to the sky..."
He was still clutching his cellphone in his hand, while following the voice. He came in front of Y/N's room. Y/N was a 16 year old avenger. She was very mature and wise for her age.
Her door was opened, and he just leaned against the doorframe, listening to her beautiful voice.
"...if we never learn, we been here before..."
"... why are we always stuck and running from the bullets..."
"...they told me that the end is near..."
Steve was crying a river at this point, and he didn't care. First shock was wearing out, and silent cries became little sobs. Yet, not loud enough for Y/N to hear.
"...just stop your crying, baby it'll be alright..."
"...we got to get away..."
She played final chords on piano, and then she turned around.
2nd person POV
You were singing "Sign of the times" and playing your piano. You loved this song. It was helping you relax, the melody was perfect. During the few last, silent piano chords, you tought you heard something. You softly finished and turned around. It was Steve.
But not the Steve you knew. This one had red puffy eyes, swollen from crying. He was sobbing quietly, trying to stop the sobs, but he couldn't.
You slowly came up to him, like to a wounded animal. He was just so hurt, you could see it in his eyes. You felt bad for him, but you wanted to know what happened. Who could hurt Stevie so badly.
"What happened, Big Guy?" you asked him. Steve just kept on sobbing even harder.
You moved him a little, so he was in your room, and you closed the door. You lead him to your bed, and sit on it, next to him. He was clutching his phone tightly in his hand, so you lifted his hand and gently tried to take it. He wouldn't let it go. You don't wanna pressure him, but whatever is on that phone is causing him this much distress.
"Stevie, cmon big babe" you cooed and rubbed the back of his hand with your thumbs. It may sound strange so someone, but Stevie really was like a big baby, so fluffy and vunerable inside.
He gave in and the phone just slipped from his hand in yours. You read the text and everyting was clear right away. You knew he went to visit Peggy in hospital, you didn't know she was this bad. I mean, Steve and you were close, but still that's too personal. You felt sooo sorry for him. He didn't deserve it. Not now. Not ever.
"Ohh, I'm so sorry Stevie..."
You immidiately hugged him close to you. He burried his head in your shoulder and neck, crying his eyes out, but at the same time trying not to cry. At least not to sob.
"Stevie, bear, it's okay to cry. Just let it all out."
That was all he needed. He started crying and sobbing uncontrollably, and your shirt was soaked in his tears. You didn't mind it tho, if it'll help him to feel better afterwards, he can cry as much as he needs.
After some time he lifted his head and looked into your eyes with his puffy baby blues.
"I'm sorry, Flower, I-I ju-ust can't believe s-s-she's go-one-e" he was still crying. You could see how much Peggy meant to him. You hugged him again, tugging at his hair softly to comfort him.
"Hey, hey no need to apologise Stevie. You cry yourself out, it'll help you. I'm here for you, Bear."
"T-tha-ank you. A-and and please... ca-can you-u not tell a-anyone about he-er ye-et..."
"Shhhh, Bear, I won't tell anyone about her. You wait until you're ready." you whispered.
You understood him. Not everyone in the team knew Peggy existed. And now telling them that she died, and what happened with them would be too much for Steve.
"T-thanks"
"Shhh, it's okay, it's okay." you whispered. You whispered to soothe him, you didn't know what to do when someone's loved one dies. But you wanted to be there for Steve so badly. Little did you know that what you did was just perfect for Steve.
-
Steve at first felt ashamed, because he cried in front of Y/N. But she talked just enough, whispering soothingly. He didn't have streinght to act like a big guy anymore. He craved comfort so badly, and he got it from Y/N. It felt nice.
-
Back to 2nd person POV
Something was bothering you. Steve didn't want anyone to know about Peggy's death which meant he was probably going to funeral alone. You didn't want that for him. At least he needed someone to be with afterwards. You knew Steve and how sensitive he was. You didn't want to think of things going through his head while he's alone after funeral. But if it was in London, as you tought it was, you had a plan.
"Stevie?" you said quietly playing with his hair a little.
"Mhm?" he asked, face still in your shoulder.
"When is Peggy's funeral? Is anyone going with you?" you asked. He lifted his head a little.
"T-tomorrow. L-london. And no. It's too much-h t-trouble for anyone. And I know it is Y/N, do-don't try to o--object" he smiled through his tears. You smiled back at him, your own eyes glistening with tears a little, but you didn't want him to notice.
He burried his head in your shoulder and neck again, like it was his safeplace, and he just cried. You couldn't imagine where those tears come from.
You softly stroked his short blonde locks, and started singing.
"Just stop your crying, it's the sign of the times...
...welcome to the final show
...I hope you're wearing your best clothes..."
Half into the song, you felt more weight on your shoulder. You looked down, and realised Steve fell asleep. You pressed one kiss to his temple, and moved him, so he was lying in your bed.
"Good night, Stevie Bear." you whispered.
-
When you exited your room quietly, you immediately called your best friend, Jon.
It was 2am, but you and Jon were just the best friends, you could call him whenever, and other way around.
Him and his family were going to London, and he invited you to go with them. You declined the offer, because you had to study so. so. much. But this was way more important.
"Heey, Jonny. Is that London offer still on?
Great. When are you going?
Ohhh, in 2 hours?
Yea, I'll be there. Thanks
And by the way, I'll have somewhere to go to tomorrow, around 4pm, I hope you guys don't mind.
Ohh cool. Thank you bruhhhh. Byee"
Great news. They still had a plain ticked to spare, and they'll pick you up soon.
You quickly packed your stuff, careful not to wake up Stevie. Poor baby. With everything he's been through, and now his Peggy dies...
You tell JARVIS to tell Tony you're in your friends house, and to wake up Steve 'round 6am. His flight was in 7. You knew this, and which Church it was in at what time because you did a little research. Aka, asked JARVIS for help. AI already heard everything, so it wasn't news.
You left the tower and went to meet up with Jon and his family.
-
Steve woke up by alarm ringing at 6am. He immediately realised he's not in his room. He was in Y/N's. And then he remembered how you comforted him. He was so thankful for you. Even though, you weren't here, and it was confusing. You probably went to sleep on the couch, or in some other room, and Steve felt bad about it. He quickly got ready, and tried to find you, so he could get you back to your bed. Fortunately JARVIS easened his search.
"Mr. Rogers, ms. L/N went on a trip with her friend a few hours ago."
"Oh. Thanks JARVIS." Steve said, and left the building. You didn't mention any trips, but then again, you two didn't talk anything except Peggy tonight.
-
(timeskip to Peggy's funeral, cuz no one wants to listen about the trip now)
-
3rd person POV
It's so devastating to attend a funeral on your own.
Even more so if it's a funeral of your lost loved one.
Maybe Steve should've brought someone with him. For comfort. At least to feel the familiar presence. He carried Peggy's coffin, and it was enough to make him feel empty and sad. It was nearing to the end of funeral, and Steve didn't want to be alone. He wanted comfort. Like when Y/N comforted him last night.
After the ceremony ended, he stayed behind a little. He craved someone's presence. Anyone familiar. And then he felt a smal hand on his shoulder. He turned around, and it was Y/N. At first, he tought he was hallucinating. But her petite hand on his shoulder felt so real. He felt so grateful for this small human being at the moment, he just wanted to thank God over and over for having her with him.
"Y/N, Flower, what are you doing here?" he asked, still in shock.
"Hey Bear. I figured out you could use some company after the funeral. But if you wanna be alone, I understand, I'll go."
"No no, I mean, if you can stay, it would mean a world to me. You really know me better than I know myself sometimes Y/N. Thank you so much, Flower." he said, and immediately came for a hug. You hugged back, of course.
"I'll stay for as long as you want, Bear. I'm here for you, as long as you want me to stay."
"I want you to stay forever kiddo" he mumbed in your hair.
"Forever it is."

Esme and Elena looked at each other, after talking for a while they were caught up with everything each other knew. From the first experience Esme had with her powers, to her finding the ring, then Elena's discovery, and finally Vicki. The older Gilbert was going to ask a question, she was curious as to what her powers were, what she was able to do
But she couldn't even answer before Esme yelled in pain, and fell to the floor. Elenas eyes widened in fear and she immediately went to the floor beside her sister. "Esme? What's wrong, what hurts?" Elena asked frantically, the younger twin didn't answer as she felt the pain slowly fade, but then it was replaced by bloodthirsty.
She turned her head slowly to her sister, her eyes glued to her. The sound of her heart pumping through her veins was the only sound she heard. Almost immediately, Esme felt her blood thirst get even worse as she had a perfectly good subject right next to her. A perfectly good, and probably tasty, pulsing neck next to her.
No! Stop! Control yourself!
The middle child battled with herself before going through with the wretched thoughts that consumed her mind. She abruptly used her vampire-speed and hit the wall, away from Elena. Esme felt the urge become even stronger, she growled in hunger and pain. "I-I can't b-be here." He voice was scratchy and low, she slightly turned around to face her sister.
Who gasped, Elena was in shock, fear radiating off of her, and Esme could sense it, could feel it, and she was feeding off of it. Her eyes were glowing a dark blood red, which was not the normal color, and so were the flares around her hands. But, black, misty patterned veins grew underneath, something new that both Esme and Elena hadn't seen before.
When they locked eyes Esme used her vampire-speed out of the house, and away from her. Knowing she couldn't control herself, she ran far, far away from the house. Only to run into the deep forest and run right into late night joggers. Two females, young brunettes that were no younger than herself.
"Hey you okay." The taller one asked frantically, pure worry on her face. But the other one, shorter, was on the growing, groaning in pain. Esme didn't even realize it until she smelt the blood on the shorter ones forearm, after landing on a sharp rock.
The taller one turned around, her attention turning to her fellow friend. "Emily! Are you okay?" She knelt to the floor, taking the injured arm into her hands, gently, as she examined it. Esme turned her head to face the girls, her eyes were back to normal, under control. Well she was, until her eyes glued to the open wound.
Her eyes started to glow, the veins starts to scatter down her face, and the flares wrapped around her hands. She growled as she readied herself to pounce of the taller girl, who had Emily's blood on her hands and clothes. The wounded girls eyes widened in fear and shock as she locked eyes with the terrifying creature standing above them.
The taller brunette turned around but the girl couldn't react until she felt the creature latch onto her neck, feeling a pain sensation on her neck as four sharp fangs plunged into her neck. She yelled in pain, but that was the last thing she remembered, the face of the monster that nearly took her life, first of many to come.
• E S M E •
The girl sobbed as she slowly walked in the Gilbert house, blood covering her face and hands. Jordan felt guilt overwhelm her, she was now home with somebody else's blood all over her. And she still wanted to feed on more people, kill people.
"Me? Is that you"
(Me is pronounced May, it's Elenas nickname for her sister. Just a quick reminder)
She looked up at locked eyes with her sister,"Elena..I-I.." The younger twin didn't even finish before she was wrapped in a bone crushing hug. Elena didn't even care for the blood that painted her sister body. "Shh, shh, shh. It's alright, it's okay. I'm right here with you, I'm not gonna leave you." Elena soothes her sister, slightly rocking them as her twin sobbed on her shoulder.
"I'm a monster Le."
(It's pronounced Lay. Nickname for Elena form Esme, reminder because it does get a bit confusing.)
Elena furiously shook her head,"You are not. You are just scared and need help. Maybe we'll ask Stefan for help, or maybe research this thing. I'm not letting you go, I'll be right by your side." She whispered, Esme nodded, glad she had her sister... for now.
• E L E N A •
The older twin squirmed in her sleep, slowly waking up from the hectic night she had. She opened her eyes quite slowly , as she wasn't accustomed to the bright light that poured into her room, provided by the shining sun. Elena yawned, siting up in her bed, turning her head to face her younger sister that was also in her bed.
They were holding hands, something the two did whenever the one was sad or stressed, or they had nightmares in the middle of the night. It was basically their coping mechanism, but they could only do it within themselves, it always felt weird with someone else.
Elena felt her heart ache, her sister was going through something major and she couldn't help, she didn't know how. But she did know one thing, she would absolutely help her sister along the way. No matter what.
So the girl started her day, releasing her hand from her sisters and getting up from the bed. Heading to the bathroom to start her day. Unaware of the chaotic day ahead of her.

After a few moments of thought, you decided to follow Lizzie - you had to see what she was going to do. So that's what you did, all the way to the staff clubhouse where you could hear the music playing even from the outside. She was looking for him. Once you had entered the clubhouse you could immediately hear her loud voice penetrating the music from the back room even though you couldn't tell exactly what she was saying. Then a male's voice, equally as loud, responded. Bill. Through the sea of people before you, you inched your way, wincing every so often as you heard a spike in the loud conversation, with lots of profanities slipping from your friend's mouth. You knew Lizzie probably wouldn't want you to know what she was doing, but even so, you couldn't help but look through the opening into the back room. You saw that she was standing before Bill with her fists clenched and her eyes boring into his, yet he was standing with his arms folded, a look of absolute boredom on his face. Seeing how emotional she was getting made you want to burst in there and help her, but instead, you turned away, walking quickly over to a free chair - you wanted to wait to see how Lizzie was. There was probably a 5-minute wait before she left the back room, a look of anger on her face, and you immediately stood but before you could say anything, or even get her attention, she was dancing with one of the other male instructors, burying her face in his neck. Sighing quietly you shook your head, deciding you'd talk to her about this later. "You've got a big mouth, sweetheart." Bill's voice being whispered in your ear from behind you nearly made you jump out of your skin, especially as he was standing so close to you. His breath brushed over your ear. "Now thanks to you I've been humiliated. Or at least that's what Lizzie would like to think happened. I mean, she's actually acting like you're something special. As if." He scoffed, holding a strand of your hair between his fingers gently before he left you standing, your jaw clenched. Who did he think he was?
~
"...Then he said he'd leave you alone, and that he wasn't bothered by you in the first place. He didn't even give me a reason as to why he did what he did to you." Lizzie finished her account of what had happened with Bill as you both stood outside your cabin, cigarettes in your hands. You hummed in response, mumbling "Yeah, I don't get what his deal is." while pretending like you believed what she was saying about Bill - He was obviously still wanting to get your attention, and you had to find out why. Otherwise, why would he have spoken to you again?
She stubbed out her cigarette. "You coming in?" She asked, pushing the door open and turning back to you. For a second you bit your lip, deciding on what to do. "I'll be in in a minute." You smiled at her and watched her walk into the cabin before stubbing your own cigarette out, turning and walking down the road in the darkness to what you knew was Bill's cabin. You had decided, probably just after the incident in the clubhouse, what you were going to do. What you had to do. His cabin was at the end of the road, and you could just about see a dim light through the window. He was there. You approached the cabin, ascending the steps slowly while the knot in your stomach grew. This was a really bad idea, you thought as you knocked on the door, seeing the light from inside become brighter as another light was switched on, and you heard steps approaching the door. Your mind fell into a short frenzy, your head debating whether you should just run off and leave him, but the door hands twisted and before you could do anything it was too late - you were staring into a pair of beautiful green eyes. "Well, this is certainly a surprise, Y/N." You sighed, scoffing a little as you eyed him before you.
God, he was breathtakingly beautiful. And you hated it. "Yeah, well I wasn't expecting to be here either, so this is a surprise to me too." You slipped your hands into the back pockets of your shorts, clearing your throat quietly. "I uh...I'm...I'm not intruding am I?" Bill chuckled, shaking his head as he leaned against the door frame, licking his lips gently. "No, you've actually caught me on one of the rare nights when I'm alone." You tried not to let the cocky undertones in his voice get to you. "Ok, uh...then can I come in?" You asked a little shakily, inwardly praying that he wouldn't make this any harder for you than it already was, and to your surprise, he moved to the side without any sarcastic quip or comment. But he did still insist on standing right beside you and watching you as you walked past, his arms crossed until he closed the door and turned off the main light after you. Your mind wandered as you walked into the living room - how many girls had been in this same position? How many had been brought back here by Bill for only one purpose? It made you feel sick to think about it, but not for the reason you'd expected; you were nervous, and that was it really. The anticipation of being alone with Bill in the place where he lived...You shook yourself out of your daydream-state when you arrived in the living room, which also contained the bedroom. "Not exactly a palace but I've got all I need." Bill's voice sounded from somewhere behind you and you turned, seeing him sitting on the only chair in the room, which left you with his bed. If you could have you would have audibly groaned at the prospect. "It's fine. I mean, staff accommodation is never the best wherever you go." A small chuckle passed your lips as you sat on the edge of the bed. It was then that you realised there was quiet music playing in the background, Cry To Me it sounded like, and your eyes found the record player responsible on the window sill. You tried to act as interested in it as possible in order to avoid actually talking, but you knew that wouldn't work for long. "So I'm guessing there is a reason for you being here? Something important enough to warrant you coming here in the middle of the night alone?" You forced your eyes to look at him and saw that he was leaning forward, hands clasped in between his legs as he watched you. The skin on your neck tingled. "Yeah, there is. And I don't even know why I'm here because you probably won't give me a straight answer but I just have to ask." You stood up from the bed and folded your arms, trying to show some strength at least. "I've been here for over a month now, and you keep on...Doing things. Whenever you see me it's like you have to do them. Why? Why the fuck do you feel the need to kiss me or wink at me or touch me? What is it, Bill?" You demanded an answer, looking down to him with a small frown. You needed an answer, now more than ever because you knew he'd hurt Liz, and you didn't want to be next. The dark-haired instructor leaned back in his seat and watched you carefully as you stood before him, his hands now resting on his knees.
As you looked at each other you could see him trying to figure out what to respond with, and that didn't take very long. "Before I say anything I just have to stress something. You're not special. I didn't see you when you first came here and instantly fall in love with you, ok? That's not what this is here." He sighed, standing and walking over to the record player, resting his hand on the box. Your gaze followed him. "It's just...fun. That's all it is. And yes, there is a bit of revenge thrown in there after what you said on your first night but mostly it's just a game. And you're just the new player. You’ll figure it out soon, maybe you’ll have some fun yourself. There aren’t any feeling attached to what we do, so technically we can do anything." Bill shrugged, leaning on the window sill as he looked over to you. You really couldn't decipher whether you were relieved or disgusted or completely confused...You had no idea. So, you just sighed, shaking your head as if it was what you were expecting while beginning to walk off before turning back to him in the room lit with ambient orange light. "So you lied to Lizzie then? When you said you'd leave me alone?" Your Y/E/C eyes didn't leave his, not even when he walked slowly over to you and stood so close you could feel the heat radiating from him. He ran a finger along your cheek, tilting his head as he watched you. This was so different than any other times he'd been this close - no cockiness, no arrogance, just soft glances and touches. "I guess that depends on you, sweetheart. Because, as much as she wants to keep you safe and as much as you know it's wrong, I can't help thinking that there's a part of you that doesn't want it to stop. A part of you that wants to have fun." A chuckle left his beautiful lips. "A very specific part actually." His eyes traveled your body. Your breathing immediately hitched, and you felt your heart race inside you...What he was implying...Was true. God, it was true. As you tried to think of a reply the music in the background changed, with Stand By Me beginning. "Dance with me." The words were so quiet that you weren't quite sure you'd heard them until Bill moved back and held his hand out to you. "Now?" You asked, your voice wavering in case this was just part of his 'game'. "Now." His deep voice responded, and against your better judgment, you placed your hand in his.

ONE-SHOT
Tumblr media
Two security guards and their police dog stood at the entrance of the city's most extravagant art museums. CCTV cameras were looming over their heads, turning every so often in order to scan the vicinity for any threats or suspicious behavior.
This museum always had strict security staff since this building contained many priceless art pieces that are worth more than an entire town. Tonight, however, their usual security had increased tenfold because the museum had received a new contemporary piece from one of the world's most well-known artists. It was the newest piece from her and she decided to hold an unveiling party in this very building. She trusted the museum to protect her work and, for good measure, she hired her own defense against robbers.
She paid a good amount of money to a security agency lend her their best men to help protect her most valuable work. She was able to recruit fifteen highly trained soldiers and one special agent who she hired in secret. By nightfall, all the security guards were in their normal positions while the hired guns waited inside for an attack. The place was locked up tighter than most prisons. Even a rat couldn't get in without being shot or mauled by an aggressive German Shephard.
But of course, for you, this is nothing but childs play.
You were crouched on the roof, your entire body blended into the shadows except for your (e/c) eye as you observed the guards below. Scoffing when one of them jumped at the scampering fox. "This is the top of the line security Madame Sol was bragging on about?" you cringed as you shook your head, standing up and walking over to the edge. "Is she trying to mock me?" you silently jumped down behind the two security guards without them noticing. Their dog however instantly perked at the slight sound of your heels hitting the ground. You smirked as you crawled backwards and phased through the wall before the dog could turn around.
You looked up with awe at the architecture of the inside. The last time you were here, you were with your siblings trying to stop a group of thieves from stealing precious art. Oh, how time changes. You smiled to yourself as you took a quick look around before phasing inside one of the huge cylindrical pillars as two men wearing camo uniforms passes by. Once they were distant enough you slowly poked your head out and looked around. When the coast was clear you quietly sprinted out and strategically avoided all the cameras inside.
You pressed your back to the wall as you sneaked a glance over at the two men standing silently in front of a large wooden door. Humming in delight, you suppressed a soft giggle that went up your throat. "This will be fun." you said as you phased into the wall.
The two grunts stood attentively, their eyes glued to what was in front of them. Suddenly a buzz cut through the silence and a strong voice spoke through their radios. "Halpert, Scott, do you read me, over?" the voice said one of them took the radio into his hands and pressed the speak button. "Loud and clear, over." the voice came again. "I might need some back up down at the basement." he said. "I think I saw unauthorized personnel running around. Can one of you come over here, over." the two guards looked at each other and nodded. "I'll be right down, over." the one holding the radio walked away while the other guard stood at the center of their position, not even batting an eye.
After a few minutes, a loud rattling captured the guards attention and he quickly pointed his gun to one of the paintings. A portrait of a woman clad in a black veil was starting to shake violently as it's wooden frame banged on the wall. The guard slowly walked over and stopped in front of it. He inspected it for a minute before he pressed the gun's nose to the painting's frame making it stop moving. He was about to pull his gun away but suddenly a hand shot out of the painting and forcefully grabbed onto his face, covering his mouth as he screamed. (h/c) hair started to poke out as well until suddenly a head was floating right in front of his. The figures face was covered in her hair making her seem more menacing and scary. The guard was having a hard time processing what was happening and had a hard time moving his limbs due to shock and fear. You tilted your head upward a bit, showing him your eyes as you smirked and put a finger on your lips while saying, "Shh, the sun has set. It's time for bed.". The hand you used to cover his mouth suddenly emitted knock-out gas that quickly rendered the poor man unconscious.
You stepped out of the wall and fixed the glove on your hand that still had some fumes leaking out of it. You blew on the flat nozzle on your glove, pushing away all the remaining smoke before you grabbed a hold of the man and hid him in a dark corner. With that out of the way, you dusted your hands and skipped inside the door. "Most secure building in the city my ass." you mumbled cockily as you stood in front of the podium. The room was dark, and the only light source was coming from one spot light that shone above the beautiful ostrich egg that was purely mad with diamonds and other precious stones. You pursed your lips at the piece of art before approaching it. "Not your best work Madame."
You heard a click behind you as you felt a gun pressing to your back when your fingers brushed the luminous egg. "Step away from the egg and put your hands up." your eyes widened for a bit but your shock didn't last long. You chuckled as you turned around. "Congratulations." you said. "You're being very rude." before the man could react you gave him a swift kick on the head and knocked him out. You huffed and turned back to the art piece. "Alright, take two." you lifted up the egg from the bottom and examined it in the light. You mumbled the possible prices you could sell this at as you quietly marveled at its colors.
"So you're the special agent Madame hired?" you suddenly said aloud before placing the egg inside the small messenger bag that you brought with you. "Don't even bother throwing one off your precious knives at me, I'll probably just catch it." You looked to the side as a familiar man walked into the light. Diego crossed his arms. "Haven't heard from you in awhile (y/n). I was scared you might have gotten killed in a dirty alleyway or something." he said sarcastically. You laughed dryly, not taking your eyes off of his hands that both held double-sided knives. "Sorry, Diego, I just didn't have time to call is all. Work has been really hectic lately. You understand, don't you?" you said as you slowly walked backwards but Diego took a step forward everytime you did. "You got dad really worried, you know." he gave you a look when you let out a cackle. "When did you start to care how the old bastard thought?"
"Ever since he told me what you've been doing this past few years." Before you could say anything Diego already threw one of his knives at you but you were able to catch it with ease. You sighed in annoyance as you threw the knife in front of him. "It's been a long night Diego. I don't want to fight you." you said but Diego was already in a fighting stance as he cracked his neck. "Too bad." he lunged towards you and you blocked his fists before it made contact with your body. The two of you fought gracefully around the room, Diego moving more on the offense while you just tried to block all of his blows.
After a while, it didn't look like Diego was backing down and you were starting get impatient. With a strong kick to the stomach you were able to push him a fair amount of distance away from you and you booked it to the nearest wall. As you were about to phase shift you felt your bag tear open and the egg roll on the floor. You stopped and looked down, Diego's knife was pierced on the wall in front of your messenger bag. You huffed and quickly tried to get the egg back but Diego already tackled you to the ground, pinning your arms next to your head. You struggled under his grip but he his hands were too tight and he had pinned both your legs as well.
You huffed in defeat as you finally stopped your squirming and glared daggers at him. "Gotcha." he smirked. "What are you going to do now?" he asked mockingly and your only frown deepened... until an idea popped into your head. "That was a good fight Diego. I gotta admit you've gotten way better since we were teenagers." you smiled up at him but he wasn't buying it. "What are you-"
You cut him off when you leaned upward and kissed him right on the mouth. When you pulled away, Diego was in a state of shock and confusion and you used this to your advantage. You were able to wiggle your leg free and kick him right on the family jewels before pushing him off of you and you grabbed the egg. Diego was holding his crotch as he huffed in pain.
"You know, for a guy, you have really soft lips." you winked as you gave him a two finger salute before phasing walking out of the building.
The next morning, Madame Sol was downright devastated when they found them art work gone and the guard knocked out. The museum received an anonymous message from the thief, threatening her to buy the egg from the thief or else they would sell it to other buyers who were already interested. Madame agreed to pay the money without another even thinking and gave you a rather large metal briefcase in a discreet location. You thanked her for her patronage and with that you happily skipped into the bank where you deposited all your cash into your five different accounts.
Now, you were sitting outside a cozy little cafe, sipping on your favorite drink and eating some (f/f) cake. A waitress stopped by and asked if you needed anything but just smiled and shook your head. It was a quiet day, people were calmly walking down the street and there wasn't a lot of cars driving by. It felt really peaceful. Deciding that you want to go home. You finished off your drink and cake, took out your wallet and left your payment and a tip.
The sun was slowly setting as you neared your apartment building. You looked up at the sky and smiled. Today really was a beautiful day. Suddenly you heard the sound of someone being slammed in a garbage bin in an alleyway right across the street. You stopped in your tracks, looked to the direction of the noise and debated if you should go check it out. Suddenly, screams erupted from the same alleyway and you broke off into a sprint to the other side and pressed your back against the wall. You looked to see what was going on and you saw two men dragging a flailing girl into their van. You cursed under your breath as one of them hit her in the stomach making her cry out in pain. You quickly phased into the wall and waited for them to get the girl inside the van. Once she was inside, they locked the door and banged on it, telling at her to keep quiet.
As they were walking to the front of the vehicle you suddenly jumped out of the wall and slammed into one of them. They hit their head on the van with enough force to knock him out. The other guy took out a pistol and to the other side of the van but there was nothing there other than the his unconscious friend. He frantically searched for the intruder, pointing his gun in every every direction until the doors of the van swung open, hitting him on the head and he fell to the floor. You ran out the van with the girl next to you but before you could reach the street a shot rang through the air and a sudden sharp pain manifested at the back of your stomach. You tripped and your face hit the ground as tears suddenly rolled down your cheeks and your mouth was Coughing out blood.
You felt one of their boots turn your body around and you heard him gasp and laugh in glee. "Holy shit, (y/n) fucking Hargreeves." he crouched down so you see his face more clearly. His stained teeth was smiling down at you his and his eyes were disturbingly yellow. "Ohoho, you are worth so much more than that other slut we almost took." he stood up and laughed as he walked to the van and got something from the back. He said something about catching tuna but they got a great white instead. You couldn't quite comprehend what was happening anymore as the senses of your body started to shut down one after the other.
Suddenly, you could hear man's muffled screaming as the sound of something sharp cut through the air but you didn't pay much attention as you just started up onto the orange sky. A dark figure was now looming over you but you couldn't recognize who it was due to since your eyes were starting to get foggy. When the mystery silhouette kneeled down to you, you couldn't handle the pain anymore and you finally blacked out.
When you finally regained consciousness you heard a sweet voice coming next to you. Your eyes slowly opened and you instantly knew where you were. You've been in here so many times when you were still a child. You look to your side and saw your robotic mother happily cleaning a bloody scalpel. "Mom" you croaked. She looked at you and smile "Hello (y/n) dear. How are you feeling?" Grace asked as she walked over to you. "Well, not dead because of you." you said and she chuckled. "Oh, I can't take all the credit dear. Diego was the one who brought you back here."
"Imagine what would have happened if I came a minute later." A new voice entered the conversation. It turned over to Diego who was leaning on the door frame. "Ah, Diego, my savior, as thankful as I am for your heroism why do you have to be so intense all the time." you shot him a playful smile and he laughed as he shook his head. He walked over and took a seat next to you. Grey smiled as she walked out of the room, giving you two some privacy.
Diego looked at your bandaged stomach as he gently ran his hands over it. "Does it hurt?" he asked concerned. You felt a small twinge of pain as he put pressure on your stomach but it was practically nothing. You shook your head and said no. You were looking at his face as he stared at your wounds. It was silent for a minute or two until you spoke, "Thank you." you stuttered softly. "For saving me." Diego looked at you with a half smile. "Well, it's kind of my job." he responded. "Saving people and breaking bones?" you asked, quoting him. He laughed and nodded. Your happy expression faltered slightly. "Even for a criminal like me?" you asked and he looked at you for a minute before he said, "Nobody's perfect." He smiled as he placed his hand on yours and give it a gentle squeeze. You smiled and he cleared his throat and stood up.
"Anyways," he started "About what happened at the museum." he said and you rolled your eyes. "Oh come on, I already gave the egg back. You can't still be mad about-" he shut you up with a soft but passionate kiss and you instantly kissed back. When he pulled away he rested his forehead on yours. "I've always wanted to do that ever since our first mission together." he whispered and blushed, smiling. You were about to lean in for another peck but then the booming voice of yours father shook the room.
"Number 8! Your recent actions across the city are extremely inexcusable!" he said, standing at the door way. Diego smirked as he stood straight. "Have fun pumpkin." he said as he walked out.
"You fucking prick."

So here's the first story for, Villain I Appear to be! I decided to write a one-shot series for the Umbrella kids because why not, you know? Don't worry, The Great Escape is still my number one priority so this won't change update time for it. uwu. It's just refreshing to write about other characters. Huhu.
I'll be writing for every single Umbrella kid except for Five because honestly it makes me uncomfortable since his actor is so young. But hey, if ya'll want me to add Five then just DM me or something. uwu. I promise to try my best.

There For You // Noah X M!MC
A/N : I've been replaying It Lives In The Woods, and I just played the third chapter last night… It got to the part where Noah was talking about his family, and it gave me this idea! Also, the scene at the beginning doesn't have the exact conversation that Noah and the MC actually have, because I didn't think to take screenshots, so… A lot of it is different, but I put most elements of it in there.
Also, this is my first Choices fic ever, so… It's probably not all that great! I will happily take any constructive criticism you have that will help me improve in my writing skills.
Pairing : Noah x M!MC (Alexei)
Summary : Things have been getting harder for Noah at home with everything going on… So who better to go to than his most trusted friend, Alexei?
Word Count : 2,913
Warnings : There is some profanity (not too much), and some talk of emotional/verbal abuse and such. It doesn't focus on these topics too much, but still a fair warning!
Tumblr media
Alexei walked through Gunther’s hardware store, glancing around the shelves for anything that could help them on this ‘mission’ into the woods. Ava, Andy, and Noah were all somewhere else in the store as well, getting ready for their trek. None of them knew what was going to face them, which had to be the most nerve wracking part of this.
A soft sigh slipped past his lips, when he noticed Noah standing in one of the aisles. The other male looked distracted by his thoughts, his chocolate eyes glazed over as he looked over the contents of the shelves. Alexei couldn't blame him though. With everything suddenly going on, it made plenty of sense to be lost in thought.
He stepped down the aisle and stood next to his old friend, though the slightly taller teen didn't seem to notice him. So, Alexei nudged his side softly, looking at him, “Hey, it'll be okay. We'll find Dan, and everything should go back to normal.”
Finally, Noah looked up, frowning a little bit as he looked at his friend, “Normal as in… Before all of this started happening again?” He asked, voice soft, as if he was hesitant to ask the question.
Alexei tilted his head, not seeming to understand the meaning behind the question, “Well, yeah. There isn't really any other normal anymore…” He said with a soft shrug. When Noah didn't reply, he finally seemed to understand, “Maybe not normal. It won't all be magically solved. But even if it is, it still won't be normal. Because this time, we'll stay together.” He promised.
Noah looked over Alexei, as if searching for any trace that those words were simply meant to make him feel better. After a few moments, he looked away again. “You know, after… everything happened when we were younger, it didn't feel like I just lost Jane, but everyone. I lost our entire group, and my mom blames me for what happened to Jane, and for Dad leaving…”
“Oh, Noah…” Alexei frowned, running his hand through his spiked up blonde hair as he shook his head, “I'm sure she doesn't actually blame you for anything.”
“No, she does. She's told me, to my face, a countless number of times,” He admitted, a rueful and strained smile spreading over his lips, “She hates me. She's said that, too.” He said in a grim tone. He didn't actually seem bothered by those words as they left his mouth. And perhaps that's because he wasn't. After all, he had already become accustomed to the thought of being completely alone and hated.
The frown on Alexei’s lips deepened upon hearing this. He didn't know what to say. He felt guilty for these feelings that plagued Noah, because he knew he should have reached out to him. He should have tried to help him. But he let his own guilt over his Jane's death keep him away from his old friend, “I'm… I'm so sorry, Noah. I had no idea. But you know that I'll always be there for you, right? If you ever need anything, and I mean literally anything, you can come to me. Because you never lost me. I can promise you that.”
Hearing those words come from his friend really did make Noah feel better. But he didn't know how to respond, and how to get that across in words. He didn't know how to say that even though they had only really started talking again the day before, and even with everything else going on, Alexei made things feel… lighter. Like he could actually let go of his worries, and try to be happy. How could one say that? Especially when he didn't know what his friend's response to such a thing would be.
So, he ended up putting up the sarcastic wall that he always seemed to have up, and gave Alexei a soft, slightly forced, smirk as he said, “That was corny as hell, you know that, right?”
The other male let out a little laugh, rolling his eyes as he shoved Noah a little bit, “Seriously, Noah, I was just trying to have a moment with you!”
Just as Noah was about to respond, a light pink blush spreading over his cheeks, the pair heard Ava call from where she was, across the store, “Hey, Alexei!” She called out. With one last smile towards Noah, Alexei headed over to the goth girl, leaving Noah alone with his thoughts again.
- - - (the night before Britney's party)
A few days had passed since that night in the hardware store, and things had only gotten worse for the entire group. But, then again, it was nice to be with the entire group again, Alexei thought. Unlike most of the others, excluding Noah and Ava, of course, Alexei hadn't really made any other friends, so once again being with the others, who were practically family to him after everything they had gone through together, was a relief, no matter what was going on.
But tonight was one of the nights that they could all at least kind of relax. And that's exactly what Alexei was planning on doing. Already, he had sacrificed most of his free day to scour through the documents that he and the others had retrieved to look for any sort of clue as to what was going on, but he had found almost nothing. Not to mention, standing on his feet in the shed all day didn't help all that much.
Now it was almost midnight, and Alexei was ready to let himself fall asleep. In fact, he was just about to go to sleep. Hilda was out in the shed, where he usually let her sleep, with Kurtis, the baby crow that he had rescued, as well. After going out and saying a quick goodnight to both of them (and giving them both some extra food), he headed back inside, with Church the kitten on his shoulder.
After making sure all of the lights were off in the house, and all of the doors and windows were closed and locked, he started heading up to his room. He was just starting to get under his blankets when he heard sudden barking coming from outside. Eyes widening in alarm, he quickly kicked back his blankets, leaving Church on the bed, before running downstairs. Out of instinct, he grabbed the first thing he could think of to guard himself from whatever intruder there was. Unfortunately, his baseball bat was out in the shed, so… He was instead stuck with a broom.
Underneath the barking and growling, he could hear something. Or maybe… someone? “Hey, dog, calm down— I'm just here to see Alexei—” A voice scolded, trying his hardest to calm the black and white guard dog down. Even from inside, Alexei could recognize that voice.
Sighing, he propped the broom up against the wall and walked to the door, swinging it open without hesitation. Hilda was backed up close to the door, her ears flattened back as she watched the tall and lanky silhouette trying to approach.
“Hey, Hildy, it's okay. He's a friend,” Alexei assured quickly as he exited the house, scratching the dog behind her ears gently to calm her down. He then looked up at Noah, a little frown playing at his lips. “Noah, what the hell? You do know what time it is, right?” He questioned, unable to keep the slight annoyance out of his tone.
Noah looked down at the porch with a little frown, pulling his backpack a little higher up on his back by the left strap, “Uh, yeah… I know, it's… really late. But…” He bit his lip softly, hesitating for a moment before he continued, his voice barely above a whisper, “It's just… Is your offer still on the table? You know, for if I ever needed anything?”
It took a moment before Alexei registered what must have been going on. It was Friday, so Noah really didn't need his backpack, unless he was running away from home or something of the sort. Not to mention, why else would he show up in the middle of the night?
As soon as he realized, his features softened, and he immediately regretted his original annoyed tone. “Of course, Noah. I said that I'd always be here, and I meant it.” He said. Without another word, he opened the door all the way for Noah to come in. Quickly, he told Hilda to go back to her bed in the shed, before turning back to look at Noah.
“You… don't have to answer, but, if you're comfortable telling me… What happened?” He questioned after closing the front door.
For a moment, Noah hesitated, which was obviously understandably. But, in the end, he seemed to decide that it'd be best to simply tell him. “Ah… Well, mom got drunk, and… She just said the usual things, and then some. She's not all that happy that I'm hanging out with you guys again, because you were around when everything happened, so she must have convinced herself that you were part of it too.” He shrugged, before shoving his hands in his jacket pockets as he continued, eyes downcast, “And, well… I couldn't really handle it anymore. I thought I was used to it, but, with everything going on…” He trailed off, his voice breaking slightly.
He could handle his mother telling him that it was all his fault, because he was used to that. But when she started to put that blame and hatred onto his friends, he simply couldn't take that.
Alexei listened silently and patiently, not saying a word even through the slight pauses. Even when he was sure that Noah was finished, he didn't know what to say. So, he said nothing. Instead, he pulled the other male into a tight and comforting hug. It only lasted for a second, not even long enough for Noah to react, before Alexei quickly pulled back. Luckily for him, they were still in a rather dark room, so the light redness that started to dust across his cheeks wasn't too visible.
“Well, you're welcome to stay here as long as you need. My parents are out on a business trip for a month, or probably more… They'd probably be alright with you staying even longer after that, if you need to,” Alexei said softly, inspecting Noah. He took special notes of how slouched Noah seemed to be compared to usual, and how there were obvious dark circles under his eyes the closer he looked. Part of him felt ashamed for not noticing these things over the course of the past few days.
“Oh, no— I won't be here that long, I just need some time away from home,” Noah said quickly. He could practically feel Alexei's worried gaze slipping over him, but he pretended not to notice.
After a few short moments, filled with a slightly uncomfortable silence, Alexei cleared his throat and nodded towards the stairs, “Come on, it's late, and we're going to need some sleep for tomorrow.” He said, starting to walk up to the second level, until he glanced at Noah, “Uhm, do you want me to set the guest room up? Or you could sleep in my room for the night,” He offered, before continuing, “I'll make a pallet thing on the floor to sleep on, so you can take the bed.”
When Noah didn't respond, he assumed that that meant something like yes. So he went quiet again, going to his room and flicking on the lights. The fairy lights criss-crossing the ceiling flickered on, glowing with a soft white light. A soft mew came from the black bundle curled up on Alexei's pillow.
Quickly, Alexei started to gather things to make a makeshift bed for himself on the ground, while Noah quickly went into the adjoined bathroom and changed into the pajamas that he had brought. As he walked out, Alexei was busying himself with trying to get one of the blankets perfectly straight on the floor, looking up when Noah came out.
A small smile curved up one corner of his lips. “Am I ever going to see you without that beanie?” He asked teasingly, clearly amused by the fact that Noah seemed to be planning on sleeping in it. Yet the only response he got was a soft chuckle and stuck out tongue.
Even with Alexei's joking, Noah was still a little on edge. He glanced around the room, recalling the last time that he was up here. Or at this house at all, really. It felt strange, but also right, in some weird way. But even with Alexei's friendliness, there was one thing that still bothered him.
“I can't make you sleep on the ground,” He finally commented as he watched Alexei.
At those words, the other boy looked up, raising his eyebrows slightly before shaking his head, “No, Noah, it's fine. You take the bed.” He said in a determined tone.
Despite that reassurance, Noah was still not too happy with that response. He sighed softly, looking down at his hands. For a long moment, he seemed to have an internal debate with himself, before looking back up at Alexei, “God, you're actually going to make me say it—” He muttered, in a feeble attempt to try making his request seem less awkward than he thought that it was. It took him a second to breath in, before he said quickly and softly, “I… don't want to sleep alone.”
This time, Alexei understood the underlying request. Which was lucky for both of them, really, otherwise it could have gone on for a while longer, only getting more awkward. “Oh,” was the only response he was able to muster at first, trying to fight back the blush that threatened to appear on his face.
Noah, thinking that he had made a mistake, quickly spoke up again, “You don't have to, of course. Even if you did, I didn't really mean, like, right next to each other… Or, I mean, I can sleep on the ground instead if you aren't okay with it at all—” He was about to continue on with his rambling, when Alexei interrupted him.
“No, dumbass, I didn't say no. I'm perfectly okay with it,” He said with a soft smile, straightening up, “We used to sleep together as kids, remember? Because your parents didn't want a boy sleeping in the same bed as Jane?” He said with a soft smile upon thinking of the memories. He spent many nights at the Marshall household, to spend time with the twins.
Noah chuckled softly at the memory, nodding a little bit, “Yeah… They were kind of over protective of her, even though we were just eight or nine.” He murmured, willing his voice not to crack or break. And yet, it did.
Alexei heard the crack in Noah's voice, though he said nothing. He quietly scooped up the blankets, putting aside the extra ones he had grabbed, before nodding to the bed with a soft smile, “Are you gonna lay down, or are you planning on sleeping sitting up?” He joked as he started to lay down. The response he got was a soft chuckle, but Noah did lay down next to him, seeming to deliberately put at least a few inches between them. Together, they looked up at the fairy lights strewn across the ceiling, comfortable in the silence.
“Hey, Alexei…” Noah murmured after a few moments had passed, turning his head to look at the other male. He didn't wait for a response before continuing, “I just wanted to thank you… For everything. For tonight, and the past few days, and when we were younger. You've always been there for me…” He mumbled, glancing away for just a second as his eyes met with Alexei's cinnamon brown eyes.
A soft smile spread across Alexei's lips, and he shook his head softly, “You have no reason to thank me. I'm just doing what any friend would do.” He said, as Noah rolled his eyes. That was one thing that Noah did not like about Alexei. He always deflected any thanks that he got. Though, when he heard the word ‘friend,’ that slight annoyance turned to disappointment.
There was a moment of silence, before Noah seemed to make up his mind. He had already spoken his mind once tonight, he could do it again, he decided. “Just… friends? I mean, obviously, I'm fine with that, but, I don't know—”
He was cut off when Alexei shook his head, nudging him with his shoulder as he yawned, “No, Noah, not just friends. I had hoped that would be painfully obvious.” He said, clicking off the fairy lights. “Now, we need sleep. At least, I do. You interrupted me earlier, after all.” He murmured, turning on his side.
Noah was a little surprised by this. He hadn't exactly gotten the most forward answer ever, but… He thought that seemed to be a good answer? But, after a moment, he decided not to dwell on it. Instead, he turned on his side, getting ready to fall asleep. When an arm wrapped around his waist, and pulled him closer, he had no complaints.
For now, he'd just settle for this.. Just one person, who he knew would always be there for him. That's all he needed to set his mind at ease as he fell into a peaceful sleep.

little flirt // shoji mezo x fem!reader
Tumblr media
Aww! I had a great Christmas and I hope you did too. Honestly Shouji is so underrated. Give him more love! This is super cute. I hope you have a great day as well! I feel like this is a bit bad, but I have been kinda stressed lately.
P.s., I rewatched To All the Boys I've Loved Before not too long ago and just couldn't help myself.
"Shoji!" you called out with a smile, skipping over to the taller male, a pint tint on your cheeks. You rocked back and forth on your heels, staring up into the eyes of your white haired crush. "We should train together later! You're really strong and you'll make a great hero some day, so I feel like it'll benefit the both of us if we both get some training in."
"Alright, we can do that," he replied and you squealed.
"Perfect. I'll see you later, then, handsome," you waved and walked away.
"I find it quite hard to believe that you haven't figured it out yet," Tokoyami spoke up and Shoji turned to his bird brained companion in confusion.
"Figured out what?" Shouji replied.
"It's pretty obvious she has a crush on you," Tsuyu croaked.
"Dude, she definitely has a crush on you!" Kaminari spoke up after over hearing the conversation.
"There's no way. She's just being nice," Shouji said and the three exchanged glances.
"Are you serious? Do you really think that she calls you handsome always compliments you because she's 'just being nice?'" Kaminari asked.
"Haven't you noticed her blushing whenever she's around you?" Tsuyu asked.
"You must have noticed something," Tokoyami said and Shoji sighed, shaking his head.
"We're just friends and I'm sure (Y/N) feels the same way," the white haired male replied, rubbing the back of his neck.
~
"So... When are you going to tell him, (Y/N)?" Jirou spoke up in the locker room as you were all changing back into your regular uniforms.
"What are you talking about?" you asked, taking off your gym uniform's top to pull on your button up shirt.
"Shoji, duh!" Mina chirped and you blushed, pushing your hair back behind your ear.
"It is rather obvious you have feelings for him," Momo spoke up and you let out a nervous laugh.
"(Y/N) and Shoji sitting in a tree," Mina sang and you tossed one of your sneakers at her that you had taken off earlier. She squealed and laughed in response.
"I say that you should just tell him," Tsuyu said and you frowned, thinking about it. You couldn't help but feel like he'd reject you if you ended up telling him.
"I can't 'just tell him!'" you wailed, knowing if you even tried, you'd be a complete mess.
"Come on, (Y/N)! We'll help you out!" Hagakure chimed in and Mina smiled, nodding eagerly.
"No offense or anything, but I'd rather do it on my own," you admitted and they both pouted.
"Whatever you say. Just make sure you do it soon before someone else snatches him up," Mina said and you sighed. You knew she was right, you had to tell him.
~
You couldn't tell him. Every single time you tried to speak to your crush, the right words wouldn't come to your mouth and you'd go right back to flirting. It wasn't like he knew you were doing it anyway, which only made things worse. It wasn't like Shoji did it in return so you could see where you stood on the matter. He also never asked you to stop.
To be honest, the whole thing frustrated you.
It had been over a month since you had promised yourself that you would finally admit your feelings, but you couldn't muster up the courage. You knew if you didn't act soon, the girls would definitely take matters into their own hands and you definitely couldn't have that.
You groaned, leaning back against the pillows on your bed. You stared up at the ceiling for a little while before you finally got an idea.
"That's it!" you exclaimed, quickly getting up from bed to sit at your desk, a smile on your face.
~
Shoji sat out on a bench, looking up at the sky. He had come a bit earlier than your agreed meeting time, but he couldn't help but fell nervous. Your were acting strange lately, stumbling on your words before you completely switched the topic. He only wished that you would tell him what was going on.
He turned as he heard his name being called, seeing you head over to the bench he was sitting at.
"You're here early," you said and he let out a soft hum, standing up as you approached.
"I didn't want you to think I wouldn't show up," he replied and you smiled, a pink tint blooming on your cheeks. As much as you liked him, you hated how flustered you could get around him. Shoji then noticed a small slip of paper in your hand. "What's that?"
"Well... It's for you," you muttered and he looked up at you in confusion. For him? He didn't know he was supposed to get you something.
"What's the occasion?" He reached out for your hand to gently take the piece of paper, even more confused as he saw you take a step back.
"There really isn't one."
"Um... Okay?"
"Do you mind closing your eyes?" Shoji stared at you for a moment before doing what you asked. You took a deep breath and unfolded the piece of paper in your hands. You studied Shoji for a moment, seeing just how handsome he looked like this, so calm. You chewed on your bottom lip, focusing on the piece of paper in your hands.
"Shoji," you started and he almost opened his eyes in response to his name, "you were the first person I met when I came through to the entrance exams and you were really sweet, even though we were competing for spots at the top hero school. Just watching you, I knew you had the potential to become a great hero and I told myself I'd support you whether I got in or not.
"Then, when I got my acceptance letter, I couldn't help but wonder if you got accepted as well. You don't know how happy I was when I found out we were in the same class." You smiled to yourself, pushing your hair back behind your ear. "I was drawn to you in more ways than one. Um... You can open your eyes now."
Shoji opened his eyes and looked up at you, noticing just how nervous you looked in front of him.
"Is everything alright?" he asked and you nodded, knowing if you didn't do this now, you wouldn't ever do it.
"Yeah, um... I just like you, just much more than a friend would," you said and Shoji took a moment to process your words. His silence made you uncomfortable, just waiting for him to reject you.
"So they were right," he muttered and you furrowed your eyebrows.
"Right about what?"
"I didn't exactly believe that you were flirting with me, I thought you were just being nice."
"So, does that mean that you don't feel the same way?"
"No, (Y/N) I-"
"Wait, so you do feel the same way?" He chuckled at the way your (e/c) eyes lit up in excitement. You were so cute like that.
"Yes." You squealed and launched yourself into his arms. He stumbled back slightly, holding you close as you buried your face in his chest. He smiled down at you, running his fingers through your hair gently.
He really was oblivious to your feelings and had you not confessed, it probably would've taken him a lot longer to open up.
What would he do without you?
