Upon seeing the post about second as iida my first thought was and third can be uraraka then I noticed you had the same idea in the tags
Great minds think alike I just think that's what she deserves,,,trio holders to the original trio babeyyy
#*while making a chart* third's lack of familial care meant he had to find his own in group and eventually meant supporting his leader#where later uraraka was raised with love that she would go as far for her parents as third originally would have gone for second#and still is inclined by nature to a supportive role- she has no great aspirations on leadership or power itself but in how she can help#other heroes (where previously how to help a ragtag freedom fighter group)#*continuing to make a chart* now Second's influence on Izuku could link to that early acceptance of 'yeah world isn't fair'#and i see a link in how Second really took apart his minor speed quirk to do more with it and Izuku's general quirk analysis and hacking#but where Second was mistreated as a threat Izuku was seen as a lack of one and someone to pittied even by those who looked him#which influence the way they react to said injustice though both are moving without thinking to do Something about it#(second having support of a group and Izuku very much not is the deciding factor between Izuku not going with the spider plan methinks)#and i think second + third having teamed up first like how Izuku + Uraraka met first is a good parallel with how Tenya is initially#antagonistic to Izuku but ends up joining both quickly when actual opportunity arises and he sees good things from them#and as Yoichi's somewhat black and white morality did develope somewhat specifically to oppose a terrible brother‚(i gotta finish that fic#where i go more into how they pushed each other more extreme to try to shut down loopholes) Tenya's developed in a way both supported by and#to support a great older brother which is why murder is a hundred percent ok if it's for tensei's sake#and this can be expressed by their different aproaches to making their hair look very different from or very similar to their brothers#speaking of hair that chapter where Uraraka did#a ponytail that spiked upwards? and third's hair? i see it#just as i see a connection when it comes to how she grapples and redirects enemy momentum to the fa jin power and connected combat style#also second scar = Izuku's ofa activation and tbh both could not care less about what their hair is doing dhfhfjgg#plus something about Izuku's 'gotta give ofa away' mode we joke about activating and Second's specific disapproval of him#man that self esteem deficiency sure can spread across more than one lifetime!#and of course. hands.#hands in the vault. tenya returning the favor to grab Izuku's#though the next step is to wonder about fourth but i do have an idea. wonder if we're on the same track about it again#pocket talks to people#anon

Timeless love. Chapter 1, Unspoken.
Yuki Amano found herself standing at a distance, her gaze fixed on Izuku Midoriya, the boy who had captured her heart with his unwavering determination and kind heart. Conflicting emotions churned within her as she watched him walk confidently among his peers, his green hair standing out like a beacon of hope and strength in the bustling schoolyard.
Despite her admiration for him, there seemed to be an insurmountable chasm between them. She, a recluse, too shy to speak to him, while he, a hero in the making, destined for greatness. The thought of them being together felt like a distant dream, shrouded in doubt and uncertainty.
Her heart burned with desire for him, yet it was frozen with doubt and fear. What could he possibly see in her—a plain and unremarkable girl who preferred the company of books over people? And yet, she couldn't shake off her feelings for him.
Interrupting her thoughts, a voice called out her name, and she turned to see her classmate, Hitoshi, waving her over. Reluctantly tearing her gaze away from Izuku, she made her way towards Hitoshi, wondering if he could sense the turmoil within her.
As they walked to their next class together, Yuki stole a few glances at Izuku, her heart aching with longing and confusion. She couldn't predict what the future held for them, but she knew one thing for certain—she would always carry a piece of him with her, no matter what.
During lunch period, Yuki sat at her usual spot in the bustling school cafeteria. The familiar sounds of students chattering and laughing surrounded her, creating a comforting background noise. She took a small sip of her coconut milk, relishing in its cool, refreshing taste that calmed her jittery nerves.
Her gaze drifted over to the noisy group of students at the neighboring table, where Izuku Midoriya was engrossed in conversation with Uraraka. A pang of jealousy and insecurity shot through her, despite knowing that she had no right to feel that way. After all, she and Izuku barely interacted.
Watching him so close to someone else stirred a deep ache in her heart. She couldn't help but compare herself to Uraraka, wondering if she fell short in Izuku's eyes. The air seemed charged with energy, a mixture of excitement and confusion, as their words bounced off each other.
Unbeknownst to Yuki, her form was also the object of Izuku's lingering gaze. His eyes mirrored her longing, a silent symphony of unspoken words and unanswered questions. He yearned to bridge the gap between them, to hold her tight and pour out his love into the wind, yet the weight of destiny held him back.
Uraraka slumped in her chair, rambling on about her test with a worried expression, while Iida nodded and offered words of encouragement. Todoroki quietly ate his cold soba, a small smile tugging at the corners of his lips.
Next to Yuki sat Shinso Hitoshi, quietly filling out a sudoku game on her phone. They shared a silent companionship, bonded by their introverted natures and love for puzzles. Shinso found solace in their friendship, especially with his insomnia.
As Yuki took another sip of her coconut milk, trying to distract herself from her feelings, she couldn't shake the nagging sensation that something was off. Glancing at Izuku again, her heart fluttered at the sight of him. She longed to know him and understand the connection she felt towards him.
Little did she know, Izuku felt the same way. He longed to tell her the truth, to reveal the history they shared, but he knew he had to tread carefully. Time was fragile, and they were both walking a delicate line.
The cafeteria was a symphony of chaos, yet amidst the whirlwind of activity, two hearts beat in perfect rhythm. Their past and future were entwined like a delicate dance, waiting to be uncovered and explored. Unaware of the invisible strings that bound them together, they sat in their worlds, watching each other with longing and unspoken words.
As the bell rang and the students dispersed, Yuki left the cafeteria with Shinso by her side, her steps heavy with unspoken words and unfulfilled desires. Little did she know of, Izuku's gaze following her, a silent plea waiting to be forged in the flames of destiny.

Chapter 45
The next day, when I walked into the classroom, I was met with an excited Pikachu.
"Look! It's your name! Your Hero name is all over the internet! That's amazing!" I heard Kaminari exclaiming while shoving his phone at Eijiro's face as I walked to my desk and sat down, soon hearing a growl behind me.
Turning to look, I couldn't help but chuckle at Katsuki's expression.
"What?!" He made explosions towards me, but that didn't intimidate me anymore.
"You're really are like a puppy, especially, a Pomeranian, maybe a Chihuahua too, really noisy." Katsuki scoffed, but I noticed his faint blush, making me resist the urge to ruffle his hair a bit.
"Tsuyu-chan! Uraraka! Look! Your names are here! It's crazy!" Now Ashido behaved the same way Kaminari did.
They both said something and Iida also spoke before ending with the usual Iida thing. "But school work comes first for students! Don't dare fall asleep in class!" He said that staring at Eijiro, Izuku and me. They exclaimed something, but I only nodded and turned to talk with my boyfriend for a bit.
//////
-A few days later-
Togata senpai had told Izuku and me to meet him today, so he and I were heading out -after Katsuki had almost begged me to stay with him, gotta admit, I almost gave in-, and I saw Eijiro ahead of us.
"Oh?!" He turned to look at us greeting us with a wave, "Midoriya! (M/n)! Good morning! You both are heading out too?! What a coincidence!" While we walked towards him, Izuku answered him.
"We haven't been called in a while, but we've been notified today, although they told us not to bring our costumes..." I heard the door behind us open.
"Oh?! Good morning! You three are heading out too?!" Uraraka exclaimed with Tsuyu by her side.
Why do I feel like we're going in the same direction...?
Anyway, on our way to the station two heroes offered to go with us. There, the five of us got on the same train. To the same station. Same direction. And even turning the same corner...
"The Big Three are here together..."
I knew it.
//////
We were guided by our senpai inside the building where lots of heroes were reunited.
"Gran Torino?!" I heard Izuku exclaimed and I saw him staring at a small old man.
"You know him?" He looked at me and nodded.
"I had my internship with him." I hummed and he kept observing around.
I looked away for a second when I heard a familiar voice.
"Aizawa sensei?" He stared at me and nodded once as a greeting. I did too.
"There's so many heroes... This is amazing! What's...?" Before Izuku could finish, Hado senpai interrupted him.
"Ryukyu!" She went to a familiar hero.
Rank 9. Dragon Hero: Ryukyu.
"Thanks to the information everyone has provided, I was able to make a huge advance in the progress of my investigation." We all turned to stare at Sir speaking, "I've called everyone to this reunion only to share the information and also discuss the procedure we'll take against the conspiracy of a little organization called 'Shie Hassaikai'."
Togata, Izuku and I knew what he was talking about. And that also meant... Eri-Chan.
"I'll explain everything, from start to finish."
//////
The reunion started a few minutes later, and everyone was sitting at the long conference table. I was sitting on Izuku's left. He was between Togata senpai and me.
"Approximately, two weeks ago, us Sir Nighteye's office had been doing a private investigation... Directed by the villain organization known as Shie Hassaikai." Bubble Girl started, getting everybody's attention.
"What started it?" A pro hero asked her.
I decided to just look down at my hands placed on my lap, still listening to them.
"An accident that involved a gang of thieves who called themselves Reservoir Dogs," after a tiny pause, two more voices were heard, discussing the matter and saying that they knew who they were. "The police catalogued it as an incident, but there were so many things that didn't accord that we decided to give it following."
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw next to Bubble Girl, Sir's assistant Centipeder as he cleared his throat slightly. "My name is Centipeder, a mere assistant, but I was under Nighteye's direction that I lead the following investigations," a noise made me lift my head.
A screen was displaying an image, of Chisaki and one of the villains from the training camp were there.
"As far as our discoveries go, we learned that in the past year, the Shie Hassaikai had been making more contact with external individuals to the organization and other groups from the black market in the country. It seems that these actions were motivated by the desire to expand the organization and gather financial capital." He did a small pause before he continued, "And finally, immediately after we began the investigation... they made contact with a member of the League of Villains, Buibagawara Jin, known by his villain name, 'Twice'. We were incapable of following them and recollecting information about the meeting, but with the help of the police, we confirmed that there was some type of dispute between both of the organizations."
After that, Gran Torino said something about why he and a man called Tsukauchi were there, but somebody asked him where he was, and Gran Torino answered him about where Tsukauchi was. He turned to Izuku.
"I didn't think things would turn like this... but it seems we were pushed to a problematic situation, eh," Izuku answered him, making Togata senpai ask him if they knew each other.
After his answer, Sir spoke, as I looked back down, "Please, continue."
Bubble Girl explained something more, and I heard Uraraka asking what the HN was, to which Hado senpai replied saying it was the 'Hero Network'. Immediately after that, a hero with dark skin sitting on my left complained about us.
"But what is the objective of having the U.A. brats here with us? They're going to mess up the investigation. The moment we start talking about the heart of the situation, things will get dark," the noise of a chair falling made me jump and look up.
Fatgum was standing, his right arm spread over Eijiro's and Amajiki senpai's heads. He said something that made Eijiro stare at him with curiosity and senpai had a depressed aura on him.
"I don't want to be involved in this..." a grin crept up my face at his words. His personality was kinda cute.
"In the past," Sir spoke and I turned to him, "The Shie Hassaikai were suspicious of selling illegal drugs secretly. With that end, I've solicited the assistance of a hero experiment in this camp."
"A while ago," Fatgum talked, and he had candy in his hand.
Where did he get those...?
"I spent a lot of time in that type of activity," he closed his hand in a fist, and a crunching noise was heard when he crushed the candy. "And the other day during the debut battle of Red Riot, Tamaki was shot with something I've never seen before!" His expression changed to a serious one, "A 'drug'," he opened his hand, and pieces of candy fell to the floor, "That disables quirks."
When he finished, Togata senpai asked Amajiki senpai if he was okay, and he explained it to us briefly. But I didn't pay attention as I was trying to comprehend what that actually meant.
Fatgum told us about the destroyed gun and the fragmented bullet, but then he added a thing about how Eijiro took a shot willingly and was able to get an actual bullet.
That made me feel a bit relieved, because Eijiro was fine and because, if we knew about the content inside the bullet, the heroes could maybe nullify their effects.
"After examinations about the content... we made a sickening discovery..." Fatgum's pause made me tense.
I had a bad feeling about those bullets now.
"Inside it, there was blood and human cells."
Eri...
Izuku tensed beside me too, and I could hear everyone commenting on its content.
"Chisaki, the leader of the group, has a quirk called Overhaul. With it, he can unmount and restore objects." Sir's words made me think further about the whole situation, "A quirk that allows him to break something and reassemble it again. And bullets that can erase quirks..."
The bandages Eri-Chan had on her limbs flashed inside my mind. And with just glancing at Izuku and senpai I knew we were thinking the same thing.
The bullets were made with Eri-chan... could it be her quirk or something like that? Either way, I was feeling sick at the moment.
We should've saved her that day.

bakutodo ryokan trip fic - Warm During Winter
So I need y'alls help because I've written 6 more chapters and a smut scene and I'm trying not to just dump it on AO3.
Class 1-A decides to plan their own trip over winter break and they go to a ryokan for some R&R. This is a slow burn (for me) and mostly pining and fluff tbh the fucking got cut okay but I'm obsessed with Todoroki having an attitude. Put under the cut because the first chapter alone is 1.7k
As the snow started to fall and bring the first feeling of winter with it, class 1-A were all congregated together in their common room. Across the large coffee table were pamphlets, papers, and two laptops with Momo and Denki sitting on the floor to compare screens. Bakugou sat on the end of the farthest sofa and kept reading his book. He wasn’t even sure if he was going with them yet. Someone had suggested they plan their own trip over winter break and the entire class had run with the idea. At least if it wasn’t a school sanctioned event, the likelihood of being attacked by villains went way down. They were just a class of kids on a trip together at that point.
The whole group chattered away, full of ideas of where to go and what to do. They could travel anywhere by train so all of Japan was open to them. Every one had their own ideas. Yaoyorozu wanted to leave the country entirely to go skiing but that was quickly thrown out as not everyone had a passport. Kirishima suggested some kind of death hike up Mount Fuji but the only person crazy enough to go with him was Uraraka and that was… Scary.  More and more crazy ideas came spouting out of the group until a certain blond lost his temper with their arguing.
“Would you all just pick something and shut the fuck up?” Katsuki yelled from his end of the living room. “Just go do something normal, like an onsen or whatever.”
“That’s a great idea Bakugou,” the first voice to speak was a surprise to everyone except the two of them. Todoroki had spent many evenings asking annoying questions while they were on their way back from remedial classes. Somewhere along the line, at least Shoto considered them to be friends. After all, Bakugou had learned some pretty tough truths about his past too on those nights. “Maybe a ryokan would be good so we could stay there too.”
“See now there’s an idea,” Bakugou scoffed. “Get all of you out of my hair for a week.”
“Are you not going to come with us Kacchan?” Midoriya asked, turning the whole class on him.
“No, and I’m leaving before you extras annoy me too much,” The blond just stomped away from the group and back to his room.
“Well he’s no fun,” Mina huffed as she sat back on the couch. “But he did have a good idea.”
“A ryokan it is!” Kaminari announced happily as he began a new search. “But I’m not going to be the one getting punched in the face to convince Bakugou to come with us. Kirishima?”
“Nope, me neither bro,” The redhead hardened up to back up his point. “I’m not going up there.”
“Well we’re booking it tonight so I need to know if he’s coming or not,” Kaminari complained while everyone else was looking around to see who would be the one to go after the explosive boy.
“I’ll do it,” Todoroki sighed and got up. “You guys really shouldn’t be that scared of him. There’s no way he’d blow up the place where he lives.”
“See you’d think that,” Izuku laughed uncomfortably. “But he’s done it before. I don’t think I ever saw his mom that mad.”
“Hmmm,” Shoto contemplated. “I’ll have to ask him about that sometime.”
“Please don’t!” Midoriya was almost begging. “He’ll know I told you.”
Todoroki just hummed again before leaving the room and punching the elevator call button. He waited patiently and listened. Before long his friends were going back to their conversation about where to stay. Frankly, Shoto couldn’t care less exactly where they end up. He just wants all his friends to have a good time and a week in a hot spring town is exactly what they all need. Bakugou included whether he agrees or not. While he never met the woman, the stories that the blond tells of his mother sound an awful lot like him. Exactly like him, in fact. The look on Izuku’s face when he mentioned her definitely confirms the theory. The elevator doors opened and instead of the 5, he pressed the 4th floor. It wasn’t long until he was knocking on Bakugou’s door.
“What?!” Katsuki snarled as he opened the door but he backed off once he saw who it was. “I’m glad they had the sense to send you; but I’m still not coming with on your nerd trip.”
“Why not?” Todoroki asked and walked into his room when Bakugou stepped aside. He did his best to ignore the light feeling in his chest at the blond’s words but he didn’t do a very good job. “It’ll be fun and relaxing I promise. What could you have to do that’s better than spending a week in an onsen?”
“First of all,” Bakugou even held up a finger to emphasize his points. “It will not be relaxing because the rest of the idiots will be there causing trouble. Second, I was going to take advantage of the empty training rooms while you’re all gone.”
“So you’re going to work yourself to death,” Todoroki’s face would’ve looked neutral to anyone else but Bakugou could see the attitude in it. All disappointment and challenge. “Healing your body is important.”
“Yes and I can do that without being naked around all of you,” Katsuki argued back. “Amazing, isn’t it.”
“Would you go if it was just you and me?” Shoto challenged him again. Maybe the harsh attitude the blond kept up was rubbing off on him. If anything, it was only the fact that he felt comfortable enough with Bakugou to be genuinely curious.
“Yeah because you know how to be quiet sometimes Icy Hot,” Katsuki scoffed but there was also a hint of truth to his response. He would if it were just the two of them, if he could try and see if the fire and ice user felt the same way about him. Hell, maybe Katsuki could make him if he swept him off his feet… But he was also painfully aware of how uncertain he was of Todoroki’s feelings for him. It was a fine line he was dancing and Bakugou hadn’t dared toe it yet. “Listen hot springs sound nice but I don’t know if I can tolerate those idiots every day of my vacation.”
“I have a solution,” Shoto was straightforward as always. “I will make sure one of us gets a room with a private bath.”
“What, so I can be holed up in the room all day?” Katsuki snorted but he was cut off before he could continue,
“Well no,” Shoto didn’t usually bowl people over in a conversation but he learned quickly that it was the only way he could get a word in with his friend. “You could hang out with me and then we could go do stuff with everyone later in the day. It’s the best of both.”
“You really want to hang out with me, huh?” Bakugou hid his blush behind a cocky smile. He looked over at the one person he would willingly call a friend and thought the situation through. The chances of fucking up, of really and irrepairably fucking up his friendship with Todoroki were high. What if at the end of it all, Shoto just didn’t feel the same way? The little nagging voice that sounded just like his mom came from the back of his head, asking what would happen if Shoto did return his feelings. Before he could speak again, Todoroki did instead,
“I always want to hang out with you,” Shoto said bluntly, making Katsuki’s heart beat just a little bit faster. “And I know you’ll have fun if you come with us, even if you’ll pretend to complain the whole time.”
“Only one correction,” Bakugou sighed, knowing he was defeated in the face of a determined Shoto Todoroki. “I’ll have fun if I go with you.”
“I’ll tell the others you’re coming,” Shoto gave him a rare smile. It was wide and warm and all for Katsuki. The blond wanted to melt where he stood but his legs stood firm under him. “Are you going to come back down or are you going to bed?”
“I’m going to bed so watch how loud you are when you come back upstairs,” Katsuki tried to hold onto his usual attitude but for once it wasn’t hitting quite right. The ease of how Todoroki had asked him what he was doing had shocked him and he did his best to stop his whole face turning red. “If you wake me up, I’ll come up there and kill you myself.”
“Sure,” Todoroki had the audacity to roll his eyes before turning to leave and despite how bad Bakugou wanted to keep him, he was allowed to leave. Even when he continued to taunt Bakugou. “So scary.”
The insult Todoroki was waiting for as the door closed never came. He was surprised but not enough to go back, he’d annoyed Bakugou into coming on the trip with them and he wasn’t about to risk it. While Shoto was on his way downstairs, Katsuki was practically beating himself up on his bed. He was basically getting everything he wanted and more but he still had to act like a damn fool. He sounded like an idiot. He was an idiot. Shoto definitely thought he was an idiot. Still, he offered to get a fancy room for them just so Bakugou wouldn’t have to be around the extras all the time. He was thinking about Bakugou at least, that was something. As he stared up at the ceiling, he silently decided that he would try to woo Shoto on the trip but if he was rejected, that was it. He’d let it go. A part of him wanted to call his mom but he didn’t know if he could handle her teasing about having a crush right now. Instead of doing anything at all, Bakugou decided to at least do as he’d said he would. Quietly he got ready for bed and when he went to lay down, Katsuki found a certain scarred face behind his eyelids.

It's Better to Have Loved and Lost, Than to Have Not Loved At All (Chapter 362 Continuation)
Chapter 1
When Kachaan died everything changed. After killing Shigaraki, I disappeared off the map. I took a leisure vacation from reality just sleeping in my childhood bedroom at my mom’s house. Everyday I would wake up contemplating everything I did wrong, going over details in excruciatingly long intervals. I filled notebooks writing down what I could have done differently. Maybe if I was just a little faster, maybe if I hadn’t eaten a specific food item, or maybe if I wasn’t distracted thinking about Uraraka.
That’s where our relationship died and it’s my fault. When I returned to school I intentionally blew her off at every attempt to speak to me. I know I broke her heart, I know she didn’t deserve it. I just didn't care because my best friend was gone. After I made how I felt clear, I fucked Momo and I never stopped there. I became disgustingly driven by only two things, sex and being a hero.
Here I am at 23 years old, the number one hero in Japan and a secret dirtbag among women. Is this how I imagined my life? Absolutely not. I thought I would’ve been married by now to Uraraka with a kid on the way but I fucked that up. Now waking up next to my recurring lay Camie, I feel nothing. Even as she slides down my body putting my cock in her mouth. I don’t feel any kind of emotion.
“Mornin’ ‘Zuku daddy.”
“Hell of a morning to wake up to, ah-, what’s the occasion?”
“Thought you would enjoy it, aaaand hoping that you would fuck me hard before my shift.”
She pouts.
“I still haven’t caught the villain that's been breaking into houses downtown.”
She licks a stripe up the middle and engulfs the entire length down her throat bobbing her head. Such a good slut, give her a little attention and she would do anything she could to keep it coming. Reaching down a hand wrapping her hair around it, I begin a ruthless pace of fucking her mouth. She gags around the length, spit dripping out of her mouth relaxing her throat to accommodate the whole thing. She pulls off with an angry look.
“What about me?”
With a roll of my eyes, I lay her on her back and thrust into her all at once. She cries out and reaches to scratch at my back. I don’t let up, beginning a ruthless pace until the lewd squelching noises fill the room. She screams trying to grab onto me wherever she can. I don't care how she feels right now, it's the morning and I'm not in the mood for her outside of my own pleasure.
With drool slipping down her chin, I slam into her until my seed is dripping out around the seam of her lips around my cock. Pulling out with a grunt, I head to my shower.
“That’s it? I came over and spent the night just to be half satisfied?”
Turning around, I look her in the eyes.
“You know where the door is.”
When I return she’s gone. The empty house is a breath of fresh air, especially with how much she talks without my dick in her mouth. Such an airhead. I still can’t believe Kachaan spent so much time with her to get his hero license.

Chapter Four. Please see warnings on the master list here. Enjoy.
Tumblr media
You cannot sleep, nor were you given the luxury of tossing and turning as Bakugou held you tight. His body warmth occasionally causes you to relax into his skin only for your mind to whisper you're in the bed of the enemy causing you to snap awake. Only when the sun begins to creep in shades of pinks and reds do you start to give in to exhaustion.
The scream of a kettle jolts you awake as you pat down your body and bed for a knife and for the smooth skin of your sister. When you do not feel her, you panic, fully taking in your surroundings as best you can. Disorientation distorts the image of the room. Where your sister's paints and half-finished canvases should be are woven tapestries hanging from dark walls. Where your pile of books and weapons should be lies a pile of bloodied tattered clothes. Panic steals your breath, a metallic tang coats your tongue while rough, wet sand grits in your teeth.
When you spy a large man with long ash blonde hair falling over his face as he reaches for the kettle in the hearth reality hits you like a half-frozen wave. He tucks his hair behind his ear as he hears you scramble. He cuts you a glare pouring the burning liquid into a cup to steep.
"You speak in your sleep. In the tongue of the Gods." He points out as you pull the blankets towards your chest. He says the ancient words, they fall from his tongue in a husky manner, sending a shiver down your spine at how well he can recount it.
"You said it over and over. What did you say?" His voice is different, deep with disuse from sleep, dark bags fall under his vermillion eyes.
"It means 'They came at first light. Guide me Goddess I am…" You swallow thickly, not wanting to admit the last part but the malice in his eyes makes you press forward.
"I am afraid."
A knock comes at the door, breaking the tension between the two of you as your cheeks burn. You hadn't realized you spoke in your sleep, your sister never mentioned it to you and neither did your mother. Only the three of you in your entire village know the language of the Goddess.
Surely they would have brought it up at least once. Then again maybe you only said things that already were and not what would be.
Bakugou opens the door, still shirtless but with his loose pants that are bound together at the ankle to better slide into boots – although he keeps his feet bare in his warm home.
"Ah I'm glad to see I did not wake you." The woman with the long raven hair from Bakugou's table last night speaks, "It is a relief to see you preparing your rejuvenating brew."
She steps in and the woman with chestnut hair follows. Their long hair is braided back while kohl lines their eyes making one look soft while the other looks fierce.
Brown eyes bore into you with distaste.
"I don't know why Momo is here to check for a maiden head when you've obviously buried yourself in her last night." Chestnut speaks, earning a biting glare from Bakugou.
"Uraraka it would be wise to watch your jealous tongue." She crosses her arms tightly, making her breasts more prominent but she no longer gets those second glances. He sits in one of the leather chairs by the fire, she gets behind the chair to start to braid his hair as he had it before. Braiding at the sides to make a faux long mohawk, she then pulls back into a tufted ponytail.
"Well my child, I have spent most of my night preparing a few garments for you and your sister, dear." Momo smiles motioning for you to get off the bed. She waits patiently while Bakugou grows impatient. Rising from the well worn leather towering over you as you try to squirm away only for your back to hit the wood of the wall. Trapped with nowhere to go Bakugou easily wraps his hand into your hair, pulling you to the floor on your knees. You draw blood from his forearm and one hand even reaches up enough to plunge your finger into the stab wound from your arrow. He growls out, pulling you up so hard you think he's ripped some of your scalp. His shoulders quake with rage as he presses his face to yours.
"Behave or I swear to the Gods I will maim you in front of your sister until she begs for your life and when she does, I'll kill her instead." His voice is dark, thick with a promise as you attempt and fail at craning your head away from him. Instead you expose your neck to his teeth. He sinks them in, hard enough fat droplets cling to your lashes as they fall down your cheeks.
Both women shift their weight uncomfortably, especially when he comes away from your throat with a few drops of blood on his lips. He wipes his mouth, pulling you to your feet to shove you into the chair closest to the fire. You keep your eyes closed, thinking of all the ways you were going to skin him alive.
Not just for stealing you and your sister away but for stealing every last shred of dignity and safety away. Momo dabs at the blood on your throat before clearing hers.
"I have some fine pieces for you, just allow me to examine you and we can get right to the fun part." She soothes. She cannot be more than a year or two older than you. She tries to spread your legs as you keep them closed tight. Powerful thighs protecting your heat, eyes darting to Bakugou a few times before Momo catches on.
He sits bored in his leather chair, eyes glued to you to make sure you behave as he sips at his tea.
"Ahem, Master Katsuki. May we have some privacy?" Momo asks politely.
"She is my spoil and I will see it up close soon enough." You watch a blush form on the doctor’s cheeks, it makes you think of your sister's one book on romance.
"Surely yes but this is more...medical. She may have her blood moon and…"
"And that's never stopped me before." He sits unmoving and Momo gives you an apologetic look.
The awkward exchange feels as if it lasts for hours but it is no more than a minute or two. Once she feels your tightness she nods to Bakugou who smirks over the rim of his cup.
As if his eyes are mocking and you can hear him say all sorts of filthy things in your head.
"How can such a pretty slut have never warmed a man's bed?"
"Gonna ruin you…"
You swallow thickly, and as promised Momo provides a few days’ worth of outfits. Of extra linens for your courses or if another matter should arise in the near future, before she dresses you in tight, fur lined black leather pants, a black tunic made of thick cotton that cling to your body in the best way before she attaches a small corset belt at your natural waist. It emphasizes your curves and breasts as she tightens the strings in the front while the right side holds a golden metal loop that a thick braided leather leash falls from.
She then adds a thin leather choker with a dainty golden chain that she runs down between your breasts purposefully before fastening it to loop at your right.
"Am I to be paraded around like a dog?!" You bite glaring in her face as she frowns.
"If only you'd crawl on all fours. That collar and those clothes are too fine for such a vile thrall." Uraraka comments as she finishes the bandage on Bakugou's bicep, "You should have put her in burlap as I suggested."
Bakugou grips her wrist, narrowing his eyes.
"What did I say about that tongue?" Tears form in her eyes before she abruptly shouts.
"You speak as if we were not supposed to be wed this coming summer! As if I hadn't warmed that very bed and now you bring some whore into what was supposed to be our home?" Her voice cracks as she goes on, "And for what? Some stupid dream about a foggy beach…"
"Enough." He snarls, pulling her closer to him, "Lest you forget that you speak to the son born beneath the brightest Norse Star.".
She closes her eyes and you catch the pain in his glare, the twitch of his mouth before he stands. Broad hand smoothing her hair as he follows her skull. He leans close and you barely hear him whisper over the crackling fire.
"I told you not to wait for me. I must do what is best for my people. For you."
Still Uraraka is jaded as she pulls away a deep frown etching her features.
"Or what is best for you." Her voice cracks and the venom is long gone. Nothing lingers but hurt as she flees from the room. Momo sighs, gathering her things before she follows suit leaving you with the hungry wolf in the den.
"Put on your boots and drink this as I get dressed." He presses the other warm cup into your hand, "You will need the energy for today."
He dresses in a black and thick wool that he tucks the hem into his pants, securing a leather belt to his waist that holds a beautifully crafted axe and one of your daggers. Your onyx necklace is tied to the hilt of it. He slips into his white furred vest and forces your arms into a fine black bear jacket. It fits perfectly and you begin to wonder just who it belongs to. You bite your lip for now, hoping the day goes by quickly.
It all feels monotonous and mundane as he drags you by the leather leash. Men and women cheering at the sight of him. Thanking him for his hard work in the raid. In helping to rebuild their home after the storms before he left. Of the meat he brought home for winter last spring.
Endless strings of thanks and compliments meld together as the winter sun lazily heads towards the west and yet not bringing dinner soon enough. He rounds back into the center of their town, closer to the dining hall giving you hope. It is as if he sees it and yanks you in the opposite direction just to watch your face fall. You hear Dahlia call out your name. You just see her, draped in fine silks and that overly large fur jacket. Her amethyst shines even in the haze of clouded sun, marking her with Sight. Her right eye beginning to film which always causes her to panic. Does that brute Kirishima know how to care for her? How she will cling to his skin more and more until she is cleaved to his hip until the new moon has arrived.
Does he know she will wander that night, awaking looking a bit more ethereal, her eyes shining gold as she speaks? Does he know she will not respond to her name or any other tongue than that which was thought lost? Will he know she will wake in tears the next morning, bedridden for days from the experience and how she will weep for a week, painting what she's seen.
The face of a God or Goddess and not all of them were beautiful. Not all of them told the future kindly.
Bakugou yanks your chin towards him, forcing you to look into his eyes.
"Your sappy reunion can wait. I remembered I have one more thing." You bare your teeth at what you think is a lie. Still he takes you by the beach as he speaks with a group of men who are readying their ship for an excursion for more supplies. You do not realize that while your eyes are fixated on the horizon he is watching. When the men leave, boarding the boat he pulls you close by your hip. Lips pressed to your ear as a dark chuckle escapes him.
"If you behave well enough by summer I will allow you to attempt to swim back."
His jest sends what feels like a hot rod into your chest, you look at him with burning tears in your eyes but you do not notice his smirk falter at the edges.
Bakugou seems to take his time to walk back to the dining hall, everyone already eating and drinking without him tonight. You guess last night was only because they returned from a raid. Not everyone looks at you with desire, women with tear-stained cheeks glare at you as you walk tethered to Bakugou down the center aisle with the many controlled bon fires. You're sure they were now widows by your hand and it angers you to think they do not even fathom what you had lost too.
Kirishima is kind enough to switch seats so that your sister may sit by you while you, once again, are forced onto a powerful thigh. Your sister grips at your fingers as pearly tears cling in her lashes.
"You look frightful." Her frown deepens, you offer a weak smile.
"I am just glad you look taken care of." You press a kiss to her cheek before both of you are pulled away. You by your hip, closer to Bakugou while her chair scrapes the wood. At least Dahlia is no longer leashed.
"Eat." Kirishima and Bakugou command, pushing plates they made for you in front of them.
The action does not go unnoticed by any of the women in the dining hall.

Danger First
Chapter 5
@pocketramblr :3
The day started off well. Really, it did. Izuku got up on time, still filled with warm fuzziness from the time he spent with his friends (friends!) the afternoon before, had a good breakfast, left early enough to catch an earlier train, saw an interesting hero fight, and then...
He was hit with a wave of nausea as he caught sight of the crowd outside UA's gates. Was it a mob? An attack? Terrorists?
... Reporters?
Yeah, those were cameras and microphones. But why was a crowd of reporters making him feel this way?
Maybe they were terrorists disguised as reporters. Or, maybe Izuku had picked up some paranoia to go with his anxiety. How fun.
If they were real reporters, they were probably here about All Might. Him cutting back on active hero work to teach had been big news.
Ughhhh. What should he do? Whoever they were, they weren't likely to leave. He didn't want to walk through them, though. What if they were dangerous? (And even if they weren't, he didn't want reporters looking at him, asking him questions. What would he say to them?)
He bit his lip and watched the crowd from around his chosen corner. Why did he have to be so wimpy and timid? He was a hero student, now. He should be better. Braver.
Oh! There was Iida!
He scuttled over to his friend.
"Ah! Midoriya! You're early today! Few people arrive at school at the same time I do!"
"Y-yeah! I managed to catch the earlier train today, so..." He looked back at the crowd of reporters. Maybe reporters. Maybe terrorists. "I think, maybe we should wait to go in as a group, though. I mean, it'll be more efficient than trying to fight through those reporters one at a time, right?"
"An excellent idea, Midoriya!" exclaimed Iida, waving his hands enthusiastically. "It's very admirable of you, to always be thinking about how to help others."
"W-well," said Izuku, blushing. It wasn't untrue, but it also wasn't the whole story. "I mean, I don't... It's more that they kind of freak me out a bit? The reporters..."
Iida nodded sagely. "There are heroes like that, too. Are you planning on going underground, then?"
There was a certain amount of appeal to underground heroics, but he was supposed to be All Might's successor. Then again, if One for All never worked properly for him and Mr. Yagi asked for it back... Quirk or not, Izuku was here, now, in UA, in the hero course, and Mr. Yagi had said he could be a hero without a quirk.
"I haven't really decided yet. But UA teaches all hero course students the three main branches of heroics, so we don't really have to choose a specialty until later, and even then there are heroes like Sir Nighteye who blur the lines, right?"
"Yes, it's one of the things that make UA such a superior institution!" chortled Monoma.
"Ah, Monoma! I agree! It is important for all heroes to be aware of the work their colleagues do, and to be well-rounded individuals!"
Monoma!?
"Um," said Izuku. "When did you get here?"
"Just a minute ago," said Monoma. "I was looking for a way around these savages when I overheard your conversation. Really, it's a shame that UA allows such rabble to prevent students from entering. If only there was something they could do..."
"I'm afraid I must disagree," said Iida. "Freedom of the press is exceedingly important for the function of society!"
Monoma looked slightly alarmed. "I don't mean to say it isn't, it's just-" he gestured at the gates, "-we can't get in. The other entrances are like this, too. It's aggravating."
"There... might be another way in," said Iida, after a moment.
"Oh?"
"Yes, my brother told me about a hidden entrance that was here when he attended UA. I suppose... I suppose these would be the right circumstances to use it."
"Lead the way, then, Iida," said Monoma.
Iida nodded stiffly. "We should wait and see if any of our classmates would like to come with us."
Several of their classmates did want to come with them, including Uraraka, Asui (who was still a little under the weather), Tokoyami (Dark Shadow was not a fan of flashing lights), and Hagakure. They were also joined by a couple of 1-B students, a cadre of business course kids, and a pink haired support course girl who seemed very interested in Iida's legs, much to his flustered confusion.
Kacchan did not join them, much to Izuku's dismay, instead choosing to bulldoze his way through the ranks of reporters, nearly giving Izuku a heart attack when he body-checked a man with blue-white hair.
At this point, their group was becoming rather large and noticeable, and Iida was getting antsy about the time, so off they went.
Iida led them to what appeared to be an entirely unnoteworthy piece of wall and knocked. There was a pause just long enough to make Iida start to sweat, and then the wall opened, revealing Midnight- Ms. Kayama!
"Oh?" she said, clearly delighted. "Chibiida using the top secret teacher's entrance? Has high school done what we couldn't? Are you finally loosening up?"
Chibiida.
Chibiida.
CHIBIIDA.
First: how? Why? Iida was over ten centimeters taller than Izuku! Secondly: Iida was never going to recover from this.
"That- that's not it! At all! I am simply attempting to help my fellow students enter the school without being harassed by reporters, Ms. Kayama!"
"You can still call me big sis Nemuri, you know."
"I refuse! It would be inappropriate of me as a student!"
Ms. Kayama sighed. "Well, you aren't wrong about those reporters. They can be a pain. So, just this once, let me welcome you kids to the forbidden environs of the staff area!" She made a grandiose gesture with her arm. "And it's all thanks to Chibiida here."
Iida started muttering about propriety and rules.
Izuku had the feeling it would be a long day.
.
"All right, Hikage, in your professional opinion-"
"What does building inspecting have to do with anything?"
"What?" said Nana. "I didn't say anything about building inspecting."
"You asked for my professional opinion."
"Yes?" said Nana, already dreading where this would go.
"I was a vigilante. For the purposes of money, I was a professional, licensed building inspector."
"I thought you were a professional hermit," said En.
"I was an amateur hermit. You don't get paid for that."
En blinked. "I can't believe people let you into their buildings."
"There were a few times-"
Nana decided to table the question of how neither she nor En had known Hikage was a building inspector. "Okay, fine. Forget the professional part. In your opinion, what was going on with that one reporter guy?"
"Oh," said Hikage. "He's definitely planning a murder."
"A murder!" exclaimed Yoichi.
"Yes, and probably of someone close to Ninth."
"Why didn't you say something?" demanded Yoichi, attempting to lift the taller man up by the front of his shirt and failing.
"Because there's not much we can do about it?"
"Just because you're right doesn't mean I have to like it!" He spun on his heel and stalked up to the silent and incomplete ghost of Toshinori. "It had better not be you, do you hear me? Don't you dare pull an Obi-Wan on poor, sweet Izuku!"
"Does anyone know what he's talking about?" asked Nana.
"Not really," admitted Banjo.
.
"Today," said Mr. Aizawa, after he finished passing out feedback from the battle trial, "you'll pick a class president."
All around Izuku, his classmates threw their hands into the air, eager for the chance to show off their leadership skills.
Izuku kept his hand down. It wasn't that he didn't want to stand out or do the work! It was just... between training after school with Mr. Yagi and Aizawa and trying to get his anxiety under control, he didn't think he'd do a very good job.
.
Yoichi started disappearing his "Izuku for President" banners.
.
Iida, though... Iida would do well, Izuku thought. Look at him, organizing everyone into a vote.
"You're not running, Midori?" asked Hagakure.
"N-no, haha, I have too many other commitments to do a good job, I think."
"That's too bad! I would have voted for you."
There was a smattering of agreement, mostly from Iida and Uraraka. Izuku started blushing.
"R-really? Why?"
("Strawberry," someone whispered.)
"Well, you helped me out during the entrance exam, and you were pretty cool during training yesterday." More agreement. "But if you're not running, I guess I'll pick Monoma. He did get rid of the purple creep."
"Ahahaha, yes, I am clearly the superior candidate!" crowed Monoma, standing up and putting his foot on his chair to pose.
"But his personality's really weird, which is why you would have been my first choice, Midoriya."
"I think Iida would be a good choice!" said Uraraka, raising her hand. "He's super organized and he helped a bunch of us get past the reporters this morning."
More general agreement. Then Todoroki cleared his throat. Everyone looked at him.
"Yaoyorozu," he said.
That was it.
"Good point," agreed Jirou.
.
"A TIE?!"
.
As the only one who hadn't voted for one of the three in the tie, Aoyama was forced to be the tiebreaker. This was done as dramatically as humanly possible.
Yaoyorozu was now president of class 1-A.
This led to a ferocious battle between Monoma and Iida that Iida won by a single vote. Monoma was promptly chosen as class treasurer. Just in time for their other classes.
.
"Those who possess forbidden knowledge should stay together," said Tokoyami gravely as he sat down with Uraraka, Iida, and Izuku.
"Are you talking about the staff area?" asked Asui, who slid in after him.
"Indeed," intoned Tokoyami gravely. "The dark path we have all walked-"
"Fumi is just bad at asking people to be his friends!"
"Dark Shadow!"
Izuku almost started crying into his rice. Having friends was so great.
"I'll be your friend!" said Izuku.
"Me, too!" said Uraraka, pumping a fist.
"Ah," said Tokoyami, coughing into a fist. "I am sure we will be great companions in the darkness of the coming days."
Speaking of darkness... Izuku couldn't help but feel uneasy about... something. He had been ever since seeing those reporters.
"So, Midori, is your hair full of secrets?"
"Wh-what?"
"Don't listen to her! She's just being silly! Like a little sister."
"It's what you always say about that actor you like! His hair is fluffy because it's full of secrets!"
"So, you and Dark Shadow are like brother and sister?" asked Midoriya, changing the subject.
The conversation segued into discussion of their families, and just when Iida was extolling the virtues of his older brother, Izuku's unease spiked. He dropped his chopsticks.
"Is something wrong?" asked Uraraka.
"I... don't know? It just feels like something bad is going to-"
The school alarm promptly went off.
.
"Wow!" said Kirishima. "Iida can do entrances and exits! Manly!"
.
"Wow," said Banjo, "I guess they picked the right guy for the job, after all. He can find entrances and exits! More than my class vice president ever did..."
"Are you copying the small red child?" asked Hikage.
"What?"
"Never mind."
.
"Today's heroics class will be focused on how to fall safely and other basic combat techniques. Before we begin, although you may practice these techniques on your own, outside of class, if you want to spar with others, you need adult supervision until you reach a level where I'm satisfied you won't seriously injure yourself or others by mistake. Now, firstly..."
.
"Mr. Aizawa? Is- um. Was it really just the press breaking in earlier?"
It was time for his first special quirk training with Aizawa, and he should be asking what they were doing today (especially since Aizawa had him change out of his gym uniform and back to his regular uniform), but he couldn't stop thinking about the break-in.
"What makes you think otherwise?"
"I'm, well, I'm not sure? I just, this morning, when I saw them, I got a really bad feeling? Like something bad was going to happen. And it doesn't seem, um, logical, that normal reporters would be able to do that to UA's gate. I mean, anyone can have any quirk- no such thing as a villainous quirk. But someone with a quirk like that, they'd put a lot of effort into controlling it and stuff so stuff like this wouldn't happen by mistake. I guess a reporter could have done it on purpose, though, but then it'd be really easy for UA to find out it was them, wouldn't it? Or the police. Since heroes and police have access to the national quirk registry, so you just have to cross-reference reporters with the registry to find quirks that could fit. But would they know that? Anyway, it seems more logical for a third party to have used the press as cover to infiltrate the school. But why? If nothing is missing and no one is hurt, which would be grounds for school being canceled, the next conclusion would be information gathering. But that still leaves the question of the ultimate ends- Mr. Aizawa? Are you okay?"
His teacher had been glaring at a camera mounted in the corner of the classroom and mouthing things at it.
"I'm fine," said Aizawa. He sighed. "You are right that we haven't located the person who destroyed the gates, but please be assured that we are investigating the incident throughly. Especially Principal Nezu." He shot another glare at the camera, as if to say he'd better be.
"Regardless, it isn't something you need to worry about as a student. We're adding more safety protocols to make sure it doesn't happen again."
"Oh, okay. S-so, what are we doing today? Sensory deprivation? Electric shocks? Stress positions? Bean bag barrage for dodging? High stakes hell exam?" He was ready for anything and very excited.
Aizawa stared at him flatly. "We're... doing quirk counseling."
"Yes?"
"Kid... except for maybe the last one... what exactly gave you the idea that any of those things had anything to do with quirk counseling?"
Izuku started to get the feeling he'd seriously messed up. Except he didn't feel particularly anxious about it.
"Oh, uh, Mom used to get brochures like that in the mail, after I was diagnosed? She didn't ever answer any, but... Apparently, some people originally thought to be quirkless got quirks after being in a high stress situation."
"But no one actually did any of those things to you."
"Not really?"
"Midoriya..."
Izuku looked away. He shouldn't have said anything. He didn't like the quirk counselor at Eisley Elementary, but he didn't want to get her in trouble, either. After all, he was the only one she had to do that stuff with, since his quirk hadn't shown up...
Aizawa sighed with the air of someone exercising a lot of self-control. "Except for that last one," said Aizawa, "and that's debatable, all of those are torture techniques."
Ah. Well. That maybe explained a few things.
"They are not a normal part of quirk counseling. At some point, we may incorporate some combat into this, but that will be to help you become more familiar with your quirk. Not just for the sake of making you stressed."
"But if we aren't doing combat, what are we doing?"
"Well, first we're going to try to figure out what your quirk is. Why don't you sit down." He took out some papers as Izuku made his way to his desk. "Alright. I'm going to go through these questions and write down your answers... then we're going to go through them again while I'm canceling your quirk." He paused. "Actually, first. What did you mean when you said you had a bad feeling about the reporters?"
.
"If I were alive," said Yoichi, "I would be committing so much murder right now."
"I thought we left this behind when Ninth graduated," said Nana. "I thought you said you were going to forgive them because they were stupid kids and Ninth forgave them."
"Well, first off, I lied. Secondly, teachers aren't kids. If we ever get hit by a quirk that brings us back to life, the quirk counselor at his old school will be my first victim."
Nana sighed. "That isn't going to happen."
"Who's going to stop me?"
"Less a who, and more the fact that there has never been a quirk that could revive the dead."
"Meaningless!" exclaimed Yoichi. "Death cannot stop me!"
"Think he's finally lost it after all this time?" asked En, leaning towards Nana.
"No, I think he's just messing with us," hoped Nana.
.
"Alright, kid," said Aizawa exhaustion evident in his tone. "Between your answers, your exam results, the battle trial results, how you react when I use my quirk on you, and Monoma's assessment... Your quirk is at least partially sensory.",
Izuku tried not to feel disappointed, but that seemed rather incomplete as a conclusion. Even though he knew about Danger Sense and this probably was Danger Sense.
"Yeah, I know, it's underwhelming, but remember this is the first session. Whatever your quirk actually does, though, you seem to be using it to detect threats."
Okay, that was more in line with expectations.
"I mean... maybe? I think so. That feels right."
"We also need to figure out what it's stockpiling. Have you ever felt any particular draw to certain situations? More than your peers?"
"Um. I watch a lot of hero fights?"
"You're a fight chaser?"
"A little bit?" admitted Izuku, squirming a little.
Aizawa sighed heavily. "I seriously hope your quirk doesn't stockpile danger- don't test that."
He wasn't going to!
Probably.
Speaking of, though, what did One for All actually stockpile? Power was a very vague description... He'd just went along with it because a) quirk and b) All Might, but it would probably be good to know.
"Next time we meet, I'll be running you through the basic quirk assessment battery- that's a series of tests usually given to five-year-olds to help their pediatric quirk doctors and quirk counselors identify difficult or stubborn quirks. You should have gone through it when you were younger."
Izuku shook his head. "All I remember is the x-ray."
"Why would you get an x-ray?"
"For the toe joint? To tell whether or not I was quirkless?" Why was he saying this? He was going to blow his cover and his secret out of the water! This was so dumb.
But he did say it. Maybe it was his guilty conscience from lying to and misleading Mr. Aizawa so much.
"That's a myth," said Aizawa.
"What?"
"It isn't true." Aizawa began to slump down in his seat. "It's an old wives' tale. Everyone quirkless has the double joint, but not everyone with the double joint is quirkless. I have the double joint, as do about twenty-five percent of people with meta quirks." By the time he finished, only the top half of his face was visible.
"Oh," said Izuku. He wasn't sure what else to say. At least the secret of One for All was completely intact.
"I hate to say this, kid, but it sounds like everyone involved in your early quirk education was incredibly incompetent. You shouldn't have had to deal with that, even if you were truly quirkless. It takes just as much counseling to deal with that in today's day and age as something like, say, Ashido's quirk."
Izuku had never heard it put like that before. "Okay."
"Now, before I send you off for today, do you have any questions about anything we'll be doing? Any of the tests we'll be running, normal quirk counseling procedures, anything. It's important for you to feel comfortable about this."
Izuku's eyes teared up. This had already been a very emotional day, and he wasn't sure a teacher had ever asked him that and meant it. "Mr. Aizawa," he said, earnestly, "you're the best teacher I've ever had."
"Is that a joke?" asked Aizawa, flatly.
Izuku shook his head, centrifugal force flinging his teardrops away.
"That's messed up, kid. I'm terrible."
"You're the best," protested Izuku.
"I just need you to know how incredibly low that bar is. Your other teachers must have gotten shovels to dig tunnels under it. They must be dancing limbo in hell."
Izuku blinked. He had no idea what that meant. "I think they're all still alive..."
"Not for long," muttered Aizawa.

“You seem unusually docile today, Bakubro, what’s up?”
“Shut it, shitty hair.”
“Woah! You didn’t even yell!” Kaminari grinned widely. “What happened, Bakugo? D’you start going to therapy?”
“Do you want me to blow up your face?!”
“Watch out, he’s back to normal,” Sero joked. “And Denki has no fear, apparently.”
Bakugo fell silent for a moment, contemplating whether or not he should say something. He already knew they hated how he acted, even though they were all friends. Upon remembering that yes, they were indeed his friends, he decided to speak.
“I got a girlfriend,” he said simply. “That’s it. Will you shut up now?”
Mina gasped loudly.
“Seriously?! I totally thought you’d never date anyone ever!” She stated plainly, surprised. “Who is it? Is it Shoto? Y/n? Yuuga? Toru?”
“Why the hell is Icy-hot even on your dumb little list?! No way!” Bakugo protested. “…It’s Y/n. I asked her out over the weekend.”
“Wait, really? I thought she was with Ojiro,” Kaminari said. “…I was completely wrong, huh?”
“Yeah,” Mina told him. “Very wrong. He took her out to a boba place one time, platonically. They were never even close to dating.”
“Take it easy, he’s just a dumbass,” Sero said casually. “L/n, huh? That’s interesting. You said she’s one of the most annoying people you’ve ever met, how’d you end up asking her out?”
“None of your damn business, Office Supplies.”
Y/n walked into the common space just then, wearing a cute dress. She spun around, the skirt flaying around her as she did.
“Whaddya think?” She asked. “I’m going out with Ochaco and Iida. Good fit?”
“Absolutely wonderful fit!” Mina said excitedly. “I’m loving the neckline on that! Can I try it on later?”
“It’s kinda slutty, I love it,” Kaminari said. Kirishima nudged him with his elbow.
“Dude. She’s dating Bakugo,” he reminded him. “Might want to stop talking like that.”
“Am I wrong?” Kaminari defended. “It’s a sexy dress and she looks good in it! Where’s the lie?!”
Sero sighed heavily.
“Sure, she looks good, but Bakugo might kill you for saying his girlfriend dresses like a slut,” he said. He glanced at Y/n. “You look great, have fun with Iida and Uraraka. Where are you guys going?”
“Iida felt bad when ‘Chaco mentioned she didn’t have enough money to pay for a bus ride the other day, so he wanted to treat her to a shopping spree,” Y/n explained. “She invited me along. …But I didn’t know Iida was as super loaded as he is!”
“C’mere.”
Sero glanced worriedly at Kaminari as Y/n walked over to Bakugo. He held out a hand and Y/n timidly set hers in it. She was pleasantly surprised when all he did was kiss her knuckles.
Mina had to stop herself from cooing over how cute he was being.
“Put some shorts on under so creeps like Sparky can’t look at your cute butt.”
Y/n and Mina both laughed.
“Looks like Bakugo’s an ass man,” Sero said, grinning.
“Shut the fuck up, Tape-face.”

The tiger roars and throws Viper's body across the parking lot. Kirishima, Mina and Bakugou stare at the beast that sits before them.. Mina looks at Kirishima "Red, what should we do?" Kirishima looks at Bakugou... Bakugou tries to stand up painfully trying to speak "We need to figure out who's quirk this is." Aizawa, Deku, Sero and Shoto come running down the parking lot. Deku immediately asks "What's going on?" Kirishima looked worried "Were not really sure, Bakugou never showed at his place so I told you guys I was going to call Mina and see if she's heard anything from Y/n. Neither of them were answering their texts so Mina checked Y/n apartment and she wasn't there either. Then Mina called Y/n, from what we could hear and make out, Viper Bakugou's old side kick went rogue and tried killing them out of jealousy. We rushed down here to help but by the time we got here things were already getting out of control. Y/n screamed and then snow began to collect and created a cyclone. Once the snow began visible through this showed up." Aizawa tried to use his quirk on the Tiger but nothing happened then he looked at mina... "Mina, I was a couple blocks down with Present Mic when I heard the scream and roar, I did notice Tokoyami, Momo, Denki, Tsu and Uraraka headed this way as well. Get with them and evacuate this area. Sero and Deku you're with me, were going to try to restrain it and gain control of the situation before too much damage is caused. Shoto, it's strength looks like it comes from the snow, can you and Bakugou try to get rid of the surrounding snow to weaken it." Everyone agreed to the instruction they were given. Sero and Deku rushed to Aizawa's side while the other went to meet up with their friends to evacuate the surrounding area. Shoto found Bakugou "Hey, Are you going to be ok? Let me help you up." "Damn it, I'm fine icy hot. I need to find her. I was supposed to protect her.. And I failed. How did shitty hair protect her for 3 years and I couldn’t protect her for 3 days?" Shoto looked at Bakugou "I don't think that’s the case here, I think your side kick was building up to this, I don't think it's a who protected who and who didn't, I think it was just she finally snapped." Bakugou looked at Shoto with fear and pain covering his face "I can't lose her... She's the only thing I've ever cared this much about."
Aizawa looked at the boys "Deku use black whip and try to pull it to the ground, Sero strap it down once the beast gets there." Both of them nodded and took off in different directions. Deku grabbed the tiger's front legs and pulled attempting to throw it off balance, Shoto melted the nearby snow. "I'm going try locating where the source of the power is coming from. If I find who's quirk it is, I can take control of the situation." Aizawa explained as he swung to the top of the pub. Sero and Deku managed to pin the tiger to the ground, then within seconds, snow began to accumulate, circulating and collecting from within the surrounding rooftops and roads that weren't cleared. The crucial winds broke Deku's hold on the tiger and Sero's tape. The tiger stood full height again letting out a an ear piercing roar. Bakugou started to walk towards the tiger. Shoto grabbing Bakugou's arm "What are you doing?" "DON'T TOUCH ME ICY HOT! The last place she was at was right there and now the ice shell is there... I want to know if she's inside of it.." Aizawa came back off the roof "Bakugou, do you think this is her at work?" Bakugou responded "If it is, she isn't in control... It's consumed her." The tiger growled as Bakugou walked closer. "I'm not going to hurt you..." The tiger released a deafening roar and swung knocking Bakugou across the parking lot and into the wall. Aizawa, Deku and Sero immediately retaliated and attempted to restrain the tiger, but at this point the tiger had become too powerful. The tiger continued to defend the dome of ice under its stomach, refusing to move from the immediate area around it. Shoto helped Bakugou back up as he attempted to catch his breath. Blood running down his head, he coughs losing balance and leaned on shoto for support. "Bakugou, this is insane, we need to get you out of here." "Damn it you guys, she isn't doing this on purpose, haven't you noticed yet, the beast hasn’t moved from the area by that dome, IT'S PROTECTING SOMETHING! She has to be inside of there, I just need to get to it." Aizawa, Sero and Deku step back from the fight, allowing the tiger to calm momentarily. Aizawa looked at Bakugou "So what are you thinking?" Bakugou wiped the blood from his face and said "I think I need to get closer to that dome to find out if it's the source of this quirk or if it's her and it's protecting her or both. I just need you to buy me some time and distract it." Aizawa and the guys looked at Bakugou and could only see fear in his face, they knew they had to buy him time to try to figure things out. Deku looked at Aizawa "I've never seen him this scared before, he's always been so fearless.." Aizawa looked at Deku "What if it was Uraraka?" Deku's face turned red.. "I wouldn't stop until I knew she was safe, no matter the risk." Aizawa nodded "That's how Bakugou feels, you gotta remember, they spent years together training just like all of you in class 1-A. So the bond you have with Iida, Tsu, Koda, Mina, all of your friends... that’s the bond he made with her, but it became romantic because it was one on one, he trained her, he watched her grow into the person she is, he took responsibility of protecting her." Deku nodded and looked at Bakugou who was trying to get closer to the tiger. Deku ran towards Bakugou "Kacchan, I'm going to grab its front legs and swing to the back of the tiger and we'll pull, see if I can pull it off balance, Sero I need your to help. Kacchan that should give you a very small window to get underneath." Aizawa ran to catch up to Bakugou "Bakugou, you will have a very little time, you are injured so don't stay under there, just collect the necessary information and get back out. Once we know what were up against we can address this properly. I'm going to help Deku buy you as much time as possible." "Got it" Bakugou said as he nodded and started walking towards the tiger.
The three guys ran towards the tiger, Deku using black whip grabbed the tigers legs, Aizawa using his binding cloths trapped them together and Sero using his tape created straps that attached to the bindings so they could pull on the tigers legs to cause the beast to fall. The tiger roared and ripped at the bindings trying to release its feet, but between all the binding the beast lost balance and fell, it laid calmly for a moment with its eyes closed. Bakugou took his opening and ran towards the dome, Shoto followed to make sure he didn’t get hurt again, keeping a flame lit hoping it will weaken the beast. Bakugou reached the dome and inside there you laid, motionless... lifeless. Bakugou slammed his hands on the dome "Y/N" Your eyes immediately open startling both Bakugou and Shoto. "Her eyes..." Bakugou said under his breath. The tigers eyes opened and ice began to cover the ground.. "Icyhot what are you doing?" "This isn't me Bakugou, we gotta get outta here!" Shoto grabbed Bakugou's arm and they both started to run as the tiger began to growl. Ice covered the restraints and the tiger began growling and biting in every direction. As the ice reached Sero, Deku, and Aizawa they released the restraints not knowing what would happen if they were touched so instead they retreated back to Bakugou to find out if he figured out anything.
"Bakugou, Shoto! What did you see?" Deku asked as they all grouped by the road away from the beast knowing it wasn’t going to follow due to its protection over the dome. Bakugou looked disappointed "It's her.. This is her quirk, but she's not in control. She's alive and conscious but all her wounds are healed.. I think that dome was tending to her injuries. When I hit it and yelled to her, she opened her eyes and they were icy blue just like the tigers." Shoto sighed "Guys... I don't think we've been dealing with its full strength. Think about it, the tigers strength has been divided between y/n wounds and us and when Bakugou hit the ice shell and woke her up and her injuries were gone the beast became even more powerful. I think we're going to need to rethink this and wait for more back up." Aizawa nodded and agreed with Shoto. Bakugou looked towards the parking lot, "I don’t think that's the case. I think it's been on defense this entire time. I think it finds us as a threat because we made ourselves a threat. I think we need to make ourselves known as her friends. Aizawa, Sero do you think you could round up Kirishima and Mina. Kirishima created a bond with her when he chose to track her down and protect her. The tiger might recognize that and allow him to get close. Deku can you track down Uraraka and the rest of the gang." Sero smiled and gave Bakugou a thumbs up as he pulled out his phone to call Kirishima. "Hey man, where are you? We figured out who's quirk it is and were going to need your help." Sero pulled the phone from his face "Aizawa, he's about 1.5 miles south of here." Aizawa looked at Shoto, "We'll be back, don’t do anything crazy." Sero and Aizawa ran to Sero's car and headed south to grab Kirishima. Deku called Uraraka to locate Mina, "Hey doll, is Mina with you? Great! Can you guys head back, we're gonna need all the help we can get just in case things go south. On your way can you text everyone else and have them meet us back here. Thanks. Stay safe." Deku hangs up the phone and says "Well Uraraka and mina are about 10 minutes out, and Kirishima is about 5 minutes from here. What are you thinking Kacchan?" Bakugou starts to walk back towards the tiger who is circling the dome as ice and snow accumulates and begins to rotate at a vicious speed around them both. "I'm thinking I have to get her to realize who we are. I need to get close enough to it for it to understand I'm done fighting, I'm done attacking." Deku looked at Bakugou "And what if it's not willing to let you in..?" Bakugou looked at Deku "Then I keep trying."
Kirishima, Aizawa and Sero come walking back. Kirishima walked up next to Shoto who was keeping close to the situation just in case he was needed. "Hey man, what's up." Bakugou turned around hearing Kirishima's voice. "Hey shitty hair, I need your help. You've created a bond with her as a protector, I'm hoping that bond carried over, walk with me, but stay out of reach. No one is to get hit or hurt." Kirishima smiled "You got it!" They both began to walk towards the tiger as it was distracted by the dome, Uraraka and Mina came walking down the parking lot, behind her followed the rest of their friends. Mina instinctively yelled to Kirishima "What are you doing, are you crazy?" The element of surprise was now gone. Mina's voice caught the tiger's attention as it now shifted its focus to the guys and the snow has begins to disperse. Bakugou froze in place stopping Kirishima in his tracks "Are you fucking serious pinky! Kirishima, this is as far as you go." The tiger staring directly at Bakugou, all teeth showing as saliva dripped from its glistening white k-9s. Bakugou began to walk forward "I'm done ok, I'm done attacking, I'm done fighting, I love her too, Please just let me save her. I promise I'll protect her from now on, I'll never let anything happen to her... Please.. I can't do this without her..." Bakugou and the tiger stood just a few feet apart, the tiger still growling. The tiger roared and lifted its paw, Kirishima ran towards Bakugou "Yuki NO!" The tiger stopped in place. "Isn't that your name? You were smaller when you visited her at college. You were just a cub, she ran into you in the woods when she was going for her walk on winter break, she said she hadn't seen you in a few year. She thought you were someone else's quirk watching over her, like Koda's. But you were really hers watching over her to make sure she was safe. I noticed you all the time watching from a distance when I visited in the winters. She called you Yuki. You know this isn't what she wants." The snow stopped moving and the ice began to thaw and the beast stepped back and sat down keeping the dome under its enormous snow white and black striped body. Bakugou looked at Kirishima "You once again knew how to stop this and control the situation the entire time and you neglected to share. WHAT THE FUCK !!??" Kirishima walked towards Bakugou "It's not like that. I honestly took a shot in the dark man. Last time I seen the animal it stood no more than two feet off the ground, now its taller than a two story building. It doesn’t look the same but it protects her the same. I just said what I did to hopefully save you, you're my best friend and you're hurt enough. I don't know if you could of survived another hit from her. Bakugou turned to Yuki, "So your name is Yuki? You've been protecting her since she was a child... you're her quirk... she has the elemental guardian of water. Listen I'm sorry I hurt her, and I'm sorry I let her get hurt, but I'm not leaving here without her... she's my everything, and I willing to die trying to get her back, so if that's what it takes, let's get it over with...." The tiger lowered its head to the ground and looked at Bakugou in the eyes. Yuki let out a thunderous roar and then stood back up and unwrapped it's beautiful tail to uncovered Y/N. Y/N stood slouched against Yuki's stomach. "Teddy bear" Bakugou ran towards Y/n. Kirishima walked towards Yuki, "You were always there protecting her and she never realized who you were.. Are there others for when you can't be there?" Yuki looked down at Y/n who was now in Bakugou's arms. Yuki roared and snow flooded towards her and rotated around her in a speed that made it impossible to remain close. Kirishima and Bakugou were trapped in the snow and couldn't see. Their friends began to run towards the snow to try to get through to help but before anyone could get too close, Kirishima and Bakugou emerged with Y/n.
Tumblr media
Everyone expected Yuki to disappear now that the threat was gone but instead once the snow gracefully fell to the ground and settled, a stunningly beautiful young woman who looked about your age stood there. Her eyes were a gorgeous icy blue and her hair was a clouded white. Although she looked similar to human, you could definitely tell she wasn't. She had fuzzy white ears that came to a rounded point, with a single black strip that outlined the edges on her ears. She also had an exquisitely long elegant white tail that was decorated in black stripes. Everyone looked at her and Aizawa mesmerized by the beautiful woman standing there he walked towards her to ask questions. She smiled and walked past him and over to Kirishima, "I've seen you many times protecting her and  I wanted to say thank you.. My name is Yuki and y/n is the holder of an elemental guardian. I've been with her since she was 4, I was not allowed to tell her anything more than I wanted to be her friend and my name was Yuki. She thought my ears and tail were part of my quirk and I could not tell her otherwise to avoid frightening her she was far too young, and once she was old enough I didn't know how to tell her without her feeling like I betrayed her trust. I appeared around her age to make her feel more comfortable around me although I am much older due to being a guardian. There are others, but she is in possession of the water form. She has me for snow and ice. . Once she learns to control the power of the quirk I'll be able to be around even when it's warm out because she'll be able to create her own ice or snow from any amount of water. Right now it's all or nothing unless she's in the snow then I for the most part can wonder off of what energy she gives off. She's strong but when she loses control like this, it puts her life at risk.. So it can't happen often. I need you guys to help her.. Yuki turned and looked at Bakugou, who was on the ground with you while you regained consciousness. You opened your eyes and Bakugou pulled you in for a hug. "Teddy Bear! I'm so sorry I failed to protect you." You sat up and hugged Bakugou moving his head and gently placing it on your beautifully bouncy boobs. "Babe, it wasn’t your fault, I'm just as responsible, she's been following me for a very long time and I never paid enough attention." Yuki stood beside Shoto, Kirishima, and Aizawa "I think it's time to explain to her...." Yuki fell to the ground grabbing her head. "Are you ok?" Kirishima and Shoto asked worried. "Teddy Bear?.... Y/N!!! " Your eyes flashed Icy blue for a moment and you fell limp. Bakugou picked you up and carried you to Yuki. "What do I do??" You could hear the panic in Bakugou's voice. "She's overflowing with power.. I've neglected to train her and teach her how to control this so over time its built up... normally when were one, I usually am able to release a small amount to keep her from losing control which is usually in the winter and how I can appear freely.. But I haven't been with her for about a month now, I've been trying to track down the bitch I could smell following her. I knew it wasn't Kirishima, because I knew his scent. I separated from her taking a majority of her stored up energy so I knew she'd be ok until I got back. Unfortunately she regained her power faster than I had expected... she's getting stronger with no control.. When I'm full animal and size and we merge which is when our eyes are the same icy blue, I become part of her, her power build up is at my disposal.. Once she gains control our eyes will match but they’ll be a little more faded, calmer. I used a good chunk healing her.. But it looks like she's already regaining the power back. Aizawa.. I need you to shut her quirk down so I can go back." "Yuki!?" Kirishima grabbed her hand.. "Will this hurt you..? When will you be back?" Kirishima said with concern flooding his face. "My dearest red riot.. It won't hurt. And I'll try to be back soon. I need you guys to explain everything to her. I need Bakugou to take care of her and love her and help her train. Shoto... Your ice could be really helpful if you could also lend a hand.." Shoto smiled "I'd be honored, I owe her anyway for helping me with Momo, and she's a dear friend to all of us." Yuki smiled at Shoto "Thank you. Momo's very lucky to have such a gentleman as her man. Yuki turned to Bakugou.. "Her eyes will go back to normal once I return, she may show some discomfort for a moment but it's just me trying to figure out how to get her over active power under control, comfort and love her ok." Bakugou nodded.. "I'll be waiting to meet you again in training." Yuki giggle and turned back to Kirishima "Listen, you have one hell of a woman over there, better take care of her.. Thank you for watching over y/n so much.. I honestly didn't even recognize your scent... It was your voice that caught my attention." Yuki leaned towards Kirishima and kissed his cheek. "I will look forward to training with all of you soon. Take care of yourself and Mina." Yuki smiled at the girls "Thank you for not giving up on her and sticking by her side, I can't explain to you guys how much all of you mean to her." Aizawa walked up to Bakugou who was still holding you.. You were cold to the touch and only one of your eyes were icy blue, but you weren't responding to questions. Yuki turned to the rest of your friends "Thank you for being there for her even though she can be quirkless at times. Tokoyami.. I hope you know how much she adores you, out of everyone here, you are the only one she's afraid won't like her that she wants to be friends with, so try not to be so hard on her, she just wants to be like a little sister to the group. Yuki walked over to Aizawa.. "Thank you and will you help her as well, she's going to need your help controlling it." Aizawa nodded. "I will inform Principle Nezu and Recovery girl of the situation, I'm sure they will be happy to allow us to use the arenas to train her into the proper hero." Yuki blushed "You always did watch over her more than I expected you too.. Always from a distance even when you assigned her to Bakugou, you'd sit in the shadows just in case she needed you. You're a great man Shota." Yuki eyes flashed dull and then bright blue again and she lost balance. "Yuki." Aizawa said as he caught her. Yuki giggled and hugged Aizawa then whispered in his ear "I'm ready, I need to go back before she loses it again." As Yuki pulled away, her lips grazing Shota's cheek, Aizawa's eyes turned red and his hair stood up and the sweet young woman who was once in his arm vanished.
You let out a scream of discomfort. Bakugou looked helpless and confused. "What's wrong!" Aizawa walked towards you "Give Yuki a minute she said she had to regain control of the situation." Seconds later, your eye return to normal and you woke up. "What's going on?" Everyone rushed to your side. They were all so happy to see you ok again. Aizawa released you from his quirk. "We should get you to recovery girl to get you checked out, it's late the rest of you should head home to get some sleep before you have to return to work. And although I know I'm saying this, I also know that all of you are going to completely ignore me and follow Bakugou and y/n to Recovery girl and Principle Nezu since they will both be at the school by now since class start in about 2 hours." Aizawa and Bakugou helped you into Bakugou's truck and Bakugou ran to the driver's side to jump in. Did you wanna ride with us? Bakugou asked Aizawa trying to hurry. Kirishima ran up behind Aizawa "He can ride with Mina and I, we'll be right behind you." Aizawa turned around "I should expect nothing less from my class 1-A." Aizawa closed the truck door and Bakugou headed for the school. It was a 30 minute drive away so he took that time to explain everything he could about Yuki. "So she's my quirk?" You asked confused. Bakugou nodded. "Yes, you've been releasing power since you were 4 so she was able to use that to come out to be your friend. So she wasn't a stranger when you did start using your quirk." You looked out the window at the snow falling from the sky.. "An elemental guardian... I honestly thought she was just another person with a quirk. Did she tell you how I could control it enough to bring her back? So we can train together." You asked eagerly. Bakugou looked disappointed "No she said just to train with you. Shoto is going to help since you're more powerful in snow and ice." You reached the academy, Kirishima and Aizawa not far behind you with mina. The five of you walked to recovery girl's office. "Everyone wait outside while I check her over and talk to Mr. Aizawa" Recovery girl said while shooing everyone from the room. The others began to pile in to the waiting area as well to make sure you were ok. "So explain from the top what's going on." Recovery girl said to Aizawa as she walked back towards you to check your vitals. "I think we should get Principle Nezu in here first so we don't have to do this again" Aizawa said grabbing the phone to call him. "Hi, Principle Nezu, can you come to recovery girl's office, I'm here with Y/n and she's activated her quirk." Within a few short moments Principle Nezu walked in. "Good morning Y/n, How are you feeling?" You smiled at him, you miss how gentle his voice was. "I'm well, I don't remember much so I wont be much help but Aizawa and Bakugou seem to have a lot of information." Principle Nezu turned towards the door "Then I will grab Bakugou to make sure we cover everything on the first go." Principle Nezu walked to the door "Katsuki Bakugou, I was told you could be of assistance in explaining everything so if you could join us, I'd greatly appreciate it. "Yes sir, Kirishima will honestly know the most about Yuki, he's known her the longest outside of Y/n." Nezu smiled "The more information the better, Eijori Kirishima could you please join Mr. Bakugou in her so we can get all the information we can about this." Kirishima looked back at mina "I'm sorry I didn't tell you about my trips. Of course Principle Nezu, I'll help any way I can." As Bakugou and Kirishima walked in, recovery girl finished writing down your vitals. "She's a little colder than normal but I'm assuming that has to do with her quirk since it's snow and ice related. The rest of her checks out." You smile and stand up, then run to Bakugou sinking into his arms and melting into his beautifully intoxicating melted caramel scent. "Is everyone ok? What about Tokoyami? I know it was dark out.. And dark shadow can be a pain sometimes in the dark?" Bakugou smiled "Everyone is ok." Aizawa and teachers sat down and went over everything, Bakugou and Kirishima would speak up when they had helpful information but for the most part sat quietly. After 45 minutes of explaining everything the teachers come to an agreement. Principle Nezu then exited the room, and  stopped at your group of friends "If everyone would join me in the arena, I would greatly appreciate it." The three of you catch up with your friends and continue to the arena. Walking down the hallways brought back so many fun memories, you began to lose yourself in them, but then you felt a tap on the shoulder. "Tokoyami?" "Hey, so Yuki said "you were afraid of me not liking you, when it's quite the opposite. I have great respect for you never giving up on your dream. And I know what it's like to have a part of you that’s over powering in a specific element or situation. So if there's anything I can do to help or any advice you want, don't be afraid to ask." You blushed and threw your arms around Tokoyami "Thanks, I just really like how stubborn you are, it's super adorable. You remind me of a big brother." Tokoyami hugged you back "Well then I guess I'll be your stubborn older brother and you can be my annoying bubbly little sister. Hope Kirishima's willing to share his big brother role." You both chuckled and ran to catch up with everyone.
Once you reached the arena, everyone waited to get directions. Nezu looked at shoto. "Shoto Todoroki, could you give me some ice." "Of course Principle Nezu." As ice covered the ground, Nezu pointed at Kirishima "Could you turn some into snow. Enough to make a decent pile. Kirishima nodded "Harden!" He began chipping away at the ice and quickly forming a pile of snow. "Bakugou, Take y/n to the snow and put her in the center. Y/n I'm going need you to focus on the snow...." Bakugou walks beside you as you both walk towards the snow. "I've always wondered why I like snow so much...This all makes sense now." You said giggling. Bakugou smiled "Teddy bear, don't over work yourself, you've been through a lot. Just focus on yourself." "Alright now everyone leave." Everyone turned to Principle Nezu. "What?" Kirishima, Bakugou, Deku, and Tokoyami both immediately replied "No!?" Principle Nezu replied "She isn't going to be able to focus with all of us staring at her, we have to leave her alone." You sit down and most of your friends exited the arena. But the 5 boys didn't wanna budge. "Guys I'm ok. You're just outside the door. Now go." The guys came up and gave you a hug and reminded you they are just a few feet outside the door. You sat in the snow of over three hours and nothing happened. It was now 2 hours into the day. You got up and walked towards the door. "Hey guys I'm tired.. I'm gonna call it a day." Everyone agreed. Principle Nezu pulled Aizawa aside, "If you'd like to get them together again today after school you can, just make sure you keep them in line. Even though they're not our students anymore, they are still your responsibility in this building." Aizawa agreed to the terms "Everyone can meet back here at 9pm tonight, until then go home and get some rest." You walked over to Bakugou "Hey can you take me home, I'm going to crash at my place." "Sure teddy bear, do you want me to stay with you?" Everyone began saying their goodbyes and heading home. Bakugou walked you to his truck and headed to your place. "You can stay at my place if you want, I'm sorry I'm probably gonna fall asleep as soon as I hit the bed." "Teddy bear, that's honestly exactly what I'm hoping for." As you pull into your driveway you unbuckle your seatbelt. Bakugou turns off his truck and leans over and kisses you on the cheek. "C'mon let's get you in bed." You both head into the house and to the bathroom. You grab a rag to wash the little bit of dirt off your hands and Bakugou jumps in the shower. You strip the clothes off you had on and put on a silky short baby doll then you decided to lay down to wait for Bakugou but before he even made it out of the shower, you fell asleep.
You wake up, the sun looks like it's either rising or setting which alarmed you. "Crap, how long have I been sleeping!" Bakugou isn't next to you, the bed actually looked undisturbed. You jump out of bed and run into the living room where you weren't expecting to find Bakugou, Aizawa, Kirishima, Tokoyami and Shoto talking about your quirk and Yuki. Kirishima, Tokoyami and Todoroki's face turned red and they immediately looked the other direction. Bakugou and Aizawa jumped up, Aizawa grabbing the blanket on the back of the chair he was sitting in and Bakugou taking his off shirt and running towards you. "Babe! I didn’t know you were awake." Aizawa tossed bakugou the blanket "Katsuki, Here." He catches the blanket and wraps you in it. You then remembered what you went to bed in and realized why everyone reacted the way they did. Your face flushed red and then you grabbed the blanket from Bakugou and apologized to everyone and rushed out of the room. Bakugou looked at the guys "I'll be back guys, I gotta go check on her."  Bakugou walked through the house and into your room where you were seated in the corner crying. "Teddy bear, it's ok, no one saw anything." "Bakugou I feel like an idiot. I woke up and you were gone and I was worried I slept through our training so I ran out to the living room to see if you were still here, I completely spaced what I was wearing." Bakugou hand you his shirt "Here put this on, I'll go grab you some shorts." You put Bakugou's shirt on, "I just hope no one's mad at me." Aizawa walked in "No one's mad at you, you were freaked out, and this is your home. Anyway if you'd like you can go get dress and we can all meet at the arena. You smiled at Aizawa and agreed. Everyone headed out and you went and got dress in clothes that were comfortable and a pair of tennis shoes. Bakugou drove you both to the arena and outside waiting stood Aizawa. As you got out of the truck snow began to fall.. Bakugou was talking to Aizawa when you had stopped to watch the snowflakes. Your eyes shifted Icy blue and you made eye contact with Aizawa.. The wind began to pick up and snow began to rage. "What's happening? Teddy bear?" "Bakugou I know we said were trying to trigger it but she isn't in control, I'm going to stop her quirk before I can't see her anymore." Aizawa triggered his quirk and your eyes went back to normal. "What happened?" "Nothing, You didn't have control of your quirk and it was activating, Yuki said when it involuntarily activates, it can harm you." Bakugou rushed to your side "Let's get you inside."
The group spent most of the night trying to reactivate your quirk but nothing would trigger it. No matter how much snow or ice was made. Nothing was working. Months go by with no luck on activating your quirk. Everything else was going great, you hung out with your friends every free chance you had. And Katsuki was very passionate about always making it home or to your house at a decent time to give you well deserved attention. You’ve decided to pursue more into music. You started writing more and taking lessons to learn how to play more instruments while everyone was busy with hero work. It's well into fall now, leaves have begun to change color. First snowfall should be in a couple weeks. You honestly couldn't wait, winters always been your favorite. Today Bakugou was planning to take you to a movie and dinner, and with it being later October there was a bunch of new scary movies out. It was 6:30p, you guys cancelled tonight's training to get a break. It was already getting dark, you were dressed in a warm maroon and gold sweater dress and black thermal leggings. Bakugou opened the door and a breeze came rushing in "Oh shit! That's colder than I expected." Bakugou mumbled pulling out his phone to check the temperature. "It's only fucking 27 degrees!!!!" You laughed at Bakugou's hatred towards cold temperatures. "Well winter is sneaking up on us baby." You lean towards Bakugou and give him a kiss, he grabs your waist and pulls you towards him for a more passionate kiss. You close your eyes and melt into his arms and drown in his intoxicating caramel scent. Bakugou pulls away for a moment "Hey, how about we cancel the movie and dinner and go for a walk on the trail through the woods by the park? I know you like being outside on cold nights like tonight?" You blush "Yeah but you hate the cold." "I'll go grab my scarf and gloves, I'll be fine." You giggled "I'd love to go for a walk. I'll wait in the truck while you grab them." Bakugou kissed your forehead before you walked out the door and headed for the truck.
Bakugou headed to the closet where he kept all of his winter stuff, he pulled out his scarf and gloves and before he put his gloves on he pulled his phone out. *To Aizawa, Kirishima and Tokoyami* "Hey, were going to the trail by the park that goes through the woods since it's cold outside and she enjoys the cold weather. My location is on and I'll check in every 30." Aizawa immediately responded "Keep me posted if you need me." Bakugou slips his phone back into his coat pocket and heads to the truck. "So to the woods?" You smiled brightly with excitement "Yes, Please!!" Bakugou chuckled and leaned over and kissed your cheek.
On the way there you asked him how work's been and he asked you how your songs are coming along. Things you both already knew the answers to since you see each other every day but it helped filled the silence of you both knowing that winter was quickly approaching. As you guys pulled up to the entrance to the trail, you could feel the excitement buzzing through you. Both of you exited the truck at the same time, you were far too excited to wait for Bakugou to come open the door for you. You sprinted to the trail, Bakugou chuckled as he tried to catch up to you. He watched as you danced around spinning in circles on the trail giggling. He checked his phone to find both Kirishima and Tokoyami replied "Keep her safe, let me know if you need me." Bakugou chuckled then ran up to you and wrapped his strong arms around you and picked you up continuing to spin you around as you giggled. He was lost in your beauty, as your hair moved with the wind and your smile shined brighter than the moon.. He couldn't help but notice how at peace you were. He hasn't seen you this peaceful ever. You looked down at him and leaned toward him, he let you slide down enough until his lips met yours. He gently placed you back on the ground without interrupting his kiss. You wrap your arms around his neck and he pulled you closer to him. You felt his tongue slide past his lips and just as you went to meet his tongue with yours, everything froze, your body wouldn't move. The peace you had shattered in a single moment. You felt a cold drop on your cheek.. "Teddy bear?" Bakugou was staring at you but you couldn’t move, you couldn’t get anything to happen then your eyes opened. "No.. No... Fuck.. Please no...." Bakugou began to panic... You could hear him and could see him but you still couldn't move. "Why was he so afraid? What's happening.." Bakugou stood there for a minute.. "Ok so Yuki said it has to be triggered.. What triggered your eyes to turn Icy blue!?" You stood there "My quirk activated?" Then Bakugou noticed as he watched a large snowflake land on you rosy cheeks. "It's snowing... the drop in temperature and snow triggered her quirk. Yuki!? Please tell me you have this under control. The snow started coming down heavier and the snowflakes were bigger. The wind started to pick up, Bakugou could barely see the sidewalk under his feet. He held you close to him refusing to leave your side. You gripped Bakugou's hand, he immediately looked at you.. "Y/N!" He watched as your eyes faded to a calmer icy blue. "Bakugou, what's with the storm?" "Honestly I thought it was you..."
"I see she woke up, good then I do have everything under control." Bakugou looked around. Yuki stepped towards the both of you. "Yuki." "Y/n" Yuki responded softly. You smiled "It's been a long time. How are you here? What triggered my quirk?" Yuki giggled "A couple things sweetie, You were finally at peace, you weren't stressed out or mad or anything, your soul and your heart were open and free and it became one with the quirk. And all it took was snow to trigger it. Snow will always be your strength. The moment you come into contact with it, I will appear." You hugged Yuki, "I've missed you! We had so much fun as kids in the snow." Yuki smiled and pulled away "Shota, you do realize, I'm part cat. My sense of smell is 14 times better than a humans. I could smell you the second I got here, I can also smell Kirishima and Tokoyami in your car parked a mile from the park so they didn't know you followed them." You look at Bakugou confused. Aizawa jumped down from a tree branch, "I Shouldn’t of underestimated you Yuki." Bakugou smirked "I thought it was you following us." Aizawa moved his scarf "I apologize I didn’t want to intrude unle.." Yuki interrupted him wrapping her arms around his strong lengthy torso. "Thank you for always watching her." Yuki looked up and was immediately lost in him. How his hair delicately hugged his face and how his scruffy facial hair made him look so mature and valorous. "Oh, sorry. I'll stop hugging you now.." Yuki blushed letting go of Aizawa. But Yuki wasn’t the only one lost. Shota was already lost in her icy blue eyes, and her beautiful gentle body. Before he realized it, Yuki was pulling away and apologizing. He wasn't sure what for though, as the chill from her snowy laced body left him, he finally realized what was happening. He wasn't ready for her to let go. She began to walk back towards Bakugou and you and Aizawa mumbled in his low raspy voice "Of all the things to happen, and all the people to let in.. Why you?"
Aizawa grabbed Yuki's hand and pulled her back startling her a little. He placed one hand on her cheek and the other on the back of her neck. Yuki looked at Aizawa and blushed "At least I wasn't the only one with the crush." Yuki leaned forward and pushed her lips against Aizawa's. Aizawa's face blushed red. Yuki pulled away and smiled "Your face is so scruffy and cute". Aizawa's face began to turned bright red. "Holy fuck! Are you blushing Erasure!" Aizawa's focus switched to Bakugou in frustration and embarrassment "CAN IT KID!!!!" Yuki giggled and walked over to you. "Hey, so you ready to start training." You smiled "Yeah but where do I even begin?" Yuki gathered snow.. "Since you can't control it, I can use it through you, but it takes a lot out of both of us, although were strong together we can't keep up a fight long before we exert ourselves." "Ok and once I learn this, what about Aizawa and you... I didn't know you guys had a thing?" Bakugou interrupted "If you would of see the way he looked at her last time they seen each other, you definitely would of known. Gotta remember protecting you meant protecting Yuki. Until you both build your strength she won't be able to come here whenever she wants. She currently relies on your stored power and that stored power sucks you dry faster than if you two stored power together. So although she plays it off like she's strong.. She isn't strong without you. Am I wrong Yuki?" Aizawa looked furious "You have some nerve talking lik…."
Yuki looked at Bakugou saddened "It's ok Shota, he's right. Being here right now is only possible because I'm running off her stored power. I have training myself to do to learn to store my own and to learn how to fight with y/n. Right now I only know how to use her power while I protect her, that's why her eyes turn the same as mine because I've taken over her power source/supply. When I'm here in human form, it takes very little power but even collecting that snow pushes me over my stored limit. I could easily stay here for weeks just in human form. In the winter I can stay from first snow fall until final snow melt. If we train through the winter I can remain by her side and I want her to get used to viewing me as my tiger form in battle so she isn't afraid to shout commands and be on my back so we can get places faster" Bakugou looked at you "What do you think Teddy Bear?" You looked at Aizawa who was standing a couple feet behind Yuki "I think they make an adorable couple" Aizawa smirked "I don't think that's what they were asking Y/n." You laughed "Yeah I know, I'll get a leave of absence from my lessons and keep writing lyrics in my free time. Bakugou I'll probably move in with you until I start hero work and get an income of my own so you aren't paying for two apartments still." Bakugou looked at you confused "Babe it was never about the money or rent, I don't mind plus you and Yuki can crash there...unless Aizawa had other intentions. Aizawa and Yuki's face both blushed, Aizawa spoke up "Yuki can stay where she is comfortable, I am currently located in the teachers dorms at UA because I'm still teaching, I could talk to Principle Nezu and see if we can use an outdoor arena that way we have the snow element but it's still in a controlled location." Yuki smiled "So many options, If you are keeping y/n's apartment, I would like to have that as an option just so I'm not too much for Aizawa, considering from what I've observed through y/n, he's not much of a people person. So staying a couple days away from me might be a healthy start to our.. Friendship?" You laughed "friends don’t kiss like that Yuki." Yuki looked embarrassed "Oh, did I step out of line." Aizawa walked up to yuki "No, you were fine, I don't mind if you want to stay at my place for a few days and then the apartment for the rest of the week, that way the school life doesn’t overwhelm you." You looked at Bakugou and he laughed "Then it's settled, I'll keep both places so the girls have somewhere for girl time." Both girls smiled and nodded "Sounds perfect!" Kirishima and Tokoyami come walking down the path through the woods. "YUKI!" They both shouted! She smiled, I thought I smelled you two coming! I'm glad the gangs all here.
"So would you like to try to train tonight or just enjoy the walk?" Aizawa asked all of you. Yuki grabbed your hand and both of you started running. Bakugou chuckled "Guess that answers that" as him, Aizawa, Kirishima, and Tokoyami ran after you. Yuki let go of your hand and switch into a tiger, this time she wasn’t huge but she wasn't a cub either. Yuki's tiger form stood five feet tall and was ferocious looking, she crouched to the ground and allowed you to get on her back. Yuki sat there and waited for the guys to see her and then took off. You let out a burst of laughter, Bakugou smiled "looks like we're getting competitive and using our quirks." Aizawa smirked. You yelled behind you "LAST ONE BACK TO THE SCHOOL BUY DINNER AND ICE CREAM!!!!!"
This is the end of the series. I have dropped the links to chapters 1-6 for people just finding this. IT’S NSFM!! IT’S A SMUT IN SOME CHAPTERS!! I will continue to write, I have already started my next series.

BNHA Chapter 319 Spoiler Analysis: Found Family
Holy crap what a phenomenal chapter!  This arc in general has been great, but this chapter might be one of my favorites of the arc.  Not just because it focuses on Class 1-A (I’m so glad to see the kids again), but because of the growth we see in these kids in general especially Bakugo and Shoto IMO.  Like, holy shit ESPECIALLY BAKUGO!  I stand by my opinion that Bakugo is one of the best developed characters in the series.  There’s so much I want to say about this chapter and I’ll try my best to do so if my poor injured left hand will let me 😭:
The chapter starts off with the first of 3 colored pages we’re going to get over the next few weeks to celebrate 7 YEARS OF MY HERO ACADEMIA!!!  CONGRATS, HORIKOSHI-SENSEI!!!  This series revived my love of anime/manga and really helped me in some really rough spots in my life.  I will forever be grateful towards Horikoshi for bringing this series to life and blessing us with such an incredible story full of beautiful characters.  MHA may be a little overrated, but I still think it deserves all the love it can get.
Anyway, the color page.  It shows Uraraka, Iida (who has red eyes here, so IDK why the anime gives him blue eyes though I do think they work better for him personally *shrugs*), Shoto, Tokoyami, and Bakugo after basically figuring out where Deku went.  Bakugo is shown tearing up his letter (which says something like “Thank you for being there, Kacchan”; there’s more but I can’t translate it 😭) and you can kinda see some bandage wrap around his arm where he was stabbed.  Also, both Bakugo and Shoto still have some visible injuries on their faces and Bakugo’s hands, so they’re still recovering from the War.  It’s a really pretty page in general and I can’t wait to see what the next 2 color pages are going to look like.  I also kinda want Horikoshi to take a break after this too again so he doesn’t overwork himself.  Maybe he’ll treat himself to the MHA: World Heroes Mission movie 🍿.
So, Shoto and Bakugo have figured out that Deku is most likely with Endeavor, Hawks, and Best Jeanist.  Problem is that none of them are answering their phones.  I like that Bakugo calls Best Jeanist “Pair of Denim Pants” 😂 and Shoto’s image of Endeavor is still a very angry version of his old man.  Shoto’s still making amends with his father, but he’s still not THERE yet.  Regardless, these kids are smart enough to know that something’s up.  Especially since All Might hasn’t returned to UA either.
It’s basically confirmed by Ojiro that because classes have been suspended, our Class 1-A kids are still 1-A; they haven’t moved into their second year yet.  That clears up the confusion on whether we should still refer these group of kids as 1-A still or not.
Now Bakugo’s showing how much of a genius he really is despite his personality.  Bakugo figures out that the Top 3 and All Might are working together as a group based on how they all connected with each other back at Central Hospital.  Also, Bakugo concludes that All Might snuck Deku’s letters under their doors while Deku started running.  Ultimately, Bakugo does know more about Deku and All Might more than anyone else does.  He’s been around his childhood friend and he’s admired his idol longer than most people have.  Bakugo understands how bad the situation is and he’s ready to take action.
As are the other kids.  You can see how determined they are and you can see Kirishima’s black roots coming in 🥺!  Even Uraraka gets some shine here by bringing up the idea to trick Endeavor to come via getting help from Principle Nezu as Endeavor was a UA student.  It’s really interesting to see Ochako in a more serious roll than usual, but I actually like it.  I hope she’s still as bubbly as she always was at the end of the day, but she’s definitely matured and grown a lot over the corse of the series.  Even the simple things like her hair show it as it’s not as floaty as it was before.  I love it when Horikoshi shows small details like this.  It adds to the characters and stories a lot.  Also, the art in this chapter is amazing.
And now it’s Endeavor vs. Class 1-A in a much needed conversation.  All the kids are wearing their school uniforms to make this as formal and serious as they can.  EVEN BAKUGO IS PROPERLY WEARING HIS TIE YOU KNOW SHIT’S ABOUT TO GO DOWN!!!  And, I must say, Bakugo looks damn good with a tie 😳.  You can also get a decent height measurement on the kids here if you want.  Ngl, sometimes I forget that Shoto’s about 2 inches taller than Bakugo.  It’s definitely the hair.
Shoto’s the first to step up and he scolds the hell out of his old man.  Rightfully so tbh.  Endeavor shouldn’t have ignored Shoto’s calls even though I kind of understood why.  Shoto reminds Endeavor of their plan to stop Dabi though thankfully that’s what’s pushing Endeavor forward so he hasn’t forgotten.  Shoto calls his father “Endeavor” and gets mad at him fro leaving Deku and All Might alone.  The rough translations say he called Izuku “Deku” here too btw.  Endeavor has no response.  I think this anger Shoto’s unleashing is very justified and has been burning inside him since Deku left UA.  His best friend just up and left him and his friends with nothing but a letter to kinda explain things.  Also, Shoto and the rest of 1-A (minus Bakugo) have basically been lied to for about a year.  I’d want answers too if someone did that to me.
Bakugo steps in by putting a hand on Shoto’s shoulder (🥺) to calm him down a bit and to say his piece.  Ultimately, he thinks what Deku is doing is right, but that the way they’re all doing it is wrong.  I love Deku and All Might, but they’re sacrificial idiots.  They care more about others than they probably ever will themselves.  That’s how All Might lost his OFA in the first place.  It’s because of that that All Might doesn’t have it in him to stop Deku from going down this path.  They shouldn’t have been left alone.  Someone should’ve kept a closer eye on them.  I know the Top 3 were all worried about getting too close to Deku before, but really, someone should’ve been watching them closer on the sidelines.
The next page is a really cool drawing of Endeavor flinging his phone to the kids to catch.  The previous panels showed Endeavor with this face that’s regretful and I think he realized something: That Bakugo is right and that the kids might be better off finding Deku than he is.  So he basically gives the kids his GPS on his phone.  Those are just my thoughts, but it does look like that.  I don't think Endeavor’s just going to up and give up though.  He’s probably going to start rethinking things though.
As Sero manages to catch Endeavor’s phone, he and the rest of the kids think about how even though they’ve only known Deku for a year, they still think of him as family and cannot let him go down this thorny path alone.  They’ll carry the OFA burden with him if they have to.  They can’t smile without Deku around.  These kids truly have become a family over the year.  It’s amazing to see.  Everyone’s like a brother and sister and it’s really nice to see.  I just love Found Family stories, guys 😭❤️
And really quick, I want to focus on my ❄️🔥 boy, Shoto, really quick.  As he’s thinking about Deku, he mentions how shocked he still is about Deku keeping OFA from them and how Deku thought just a letter would suffice.  He has this sad look on his face like he’s trying to say: “I still can’t believe my best friend hid this from me for so long.  Why?  Did he not trust me?”  That’s just my interpretation.  Still, I can’t imagine how upset Shoto must feel.  I think he still cares a lot about Deku enough to go out and find him, but he’s gotta feel some sort of betrayal.  More so than the other students outside of Bakugo because, again, Deku was essentially Shoto’s best and closest friend 💙😭
Endeavor is rightfully worried about letting the kids out in the state of Japan right now, but now Principle Nezu speaks up and praises the kids on growing up so well.  He’s also took into account Deku's feelings about his mission which is why he agreed to the team up.  Also, Deku’s still welcome back to UA whenever he wants thank god ☺️.  He’s a student who has to be protected.  There’s a cute panel of Uraraka and her mom crying happily after getting her acceptance letter too.  Not 100% why this is shown other than Acceptance Letter part, but it’s cute to see.  Maybe Ochako realizes how much Deku needs to be protected or something.
As for the refugees, Nezu had the security system strengthened in time for the Cultural Festival earlier, but they never used it before.  It’s call The UA Barrier.  God, how strong is this thing?  Is it strong enough to stop Shigaraki who was able to Decay the last barrier?  This seems like something that’ll be used in the final battle TBH.
So, Nezu trust the 1-A kids to bring Deku back home.  Which is exactly what they plan to do as all 19 of them enter Kamino in a badass full page.  I actually wasn’t sure if all 19 of them were there at first since I couldn’t find Shoto for the life of me, but then my eyes saw the BIG-ASS ICE WALL IN THE BACK AND I THOUGHT “OH THERE HE IS!!!” LOL 😂
The next panel actually does show Shoto with Momo as they capture the villain from the last chapter.  Momo politely calls Bakugo “Bakugo-san”, but Bakugo demands that he be called his insane hero name: “GREAT EXPLOSION MURDER GOD DYNAMIGHT”!  I CAN’T WITH THIS DUDE SOMETIMES WHY DO I LOVE HIM SO MUCH 💥🧡
Deku sees his friend and wonders why they came.  Ochako answers because that they were worried about him, but Deku tries to convince everyone (including himself) that he’s fine.  He’s obviously not and Bakugo calls TF out on him!  He even drops a good F-bomb for good measure.  Bakugo mocks Deku for trying to act like All Might and asks Deku if he can even smile right now.  I actually really like it that Bakugo’s calling Deku out on his shit.  I think Deku needs some good tough love right now to knock some sense into him.  Who would be better to do that than Katsuki Bakugo himself?
As Deku is trying to convince everyone that’s he’s fine (while still looking like a demon btw), there’s a small focus on Iida.  Actually, a few panels this chapter have focused on Iida.  Maybe he’s remembering the time Deku saved him back when they went up against Stain.  Deku saved him then so it’s now Iida’s turn to save Deku.  Also, Iida hasn’t gotten much focus lately and I really like his character, so I’m glad he’s being brought back to the forefront again.  Also, I like hearing Kaito-san’s voice in general so I’d be happy to hear him again (thanks for that one, Haikyuu).
The final spread shows Deku telling everyone to move away while Bakugo, Iida, and Ochako get ready to stop him.  IT’S DEKU VS. CLASS 1-A!!!  WE’RE ENTERING CIVIL WAR FOLKS!!!  Seriously, though, this is great.  I was thinking that it would be just Bakugo and a few other students finding Deku.  Instead we got the whole class.  And looks like that “helping hand” thing will happen later because we got a battle to fight first.
Bakugo’s become a damn fine leader and I love to see his growth every freaking time🧡! I like how Iida has his hand on Bakugo’s back to support him btw.  It’s weird that Shoto’s not in this page though.  He’s one of Deku’s best friends, so I would think he would be in this page along with Bakugo and his first 2 friends (Ochako and Iida).  Maybe Horikoshi’s saving Shoto for a more 1-on-1 conversation with Deku.  God, I hope that happens because I think along with Bakugo, Shoto deserves a good talk with Deku the most.
Honestly, I’m not sure who would win this battle.  I’ve been going through scenarios in my head on who would win, but I can’t come to a solid answer.  Class 1-A has 19 versatile Quirks under their belt and they have more energy than Deku to fight, but Deku still has 6 insanely powerful Quirks that he’s been practicing for a while.  The kids could probably win if they strategize enough and use Deku’s exhaustion against him, but again, Deku has OFA and multiple other Quirks.  If he could beat Lady Nagant, one of the best snipers around, he might be able to beat the 1-A kids.  He could just escape with Smoakscreen, Black Whip, and Float if he wants to really.  That would put 1-A on another wild goose chase.  There’s also Deku’s Danger Sense which will be a pain to deal with.  Also, Deku said that he’s as strong as All Might was in his prime with Fa-Jin and OFA combined.  Only AFO and Shigaraki were strong enough to take on THAT.  Plus, we still don’t know what the 2nd OFA Holder’s Quirk is yet.  Deku might use it in this battle.  God, I have so many theories in my head now.  I think this battle will be awesome, but ultimately, I want Deku to come home 😭💚

˗ˏˋ achilles' heel - chapter two ˎˊ˗
// eyes red, vast and volcanic //
You wish you could say the same thing when you struck up conversation with him. To say he was anything but a brute was naive of you, and the nagging voice in your mind was lecturing you for thinking that way. To be honest, you weren't really sure what to do when he lashed out at you so suddenly. All you were trying to do was get to your seat, nothing else. But the hot headed autocrat had other plans.
Apparently you were in his way. And after he had stated that fact he went off on a mini speech about how great he was and how everyone else wasn't.
"Out of my way extras," he would harshly declare, "If you're going to act so useless, at least be stones I can step off to reach my victory."
To you, he just sounded like an egotistical boy who takes pleasure in pushing others around. But surprisingly no one seemed to question his actions. As absurd as he was, it really seemed to affect most people. You could see the glinting fear in their eyes when he crouched to meet their gaze. When he gave that jagged smirk, satisfied with the dominance created. But what ticked you off most was the way he looked down on others. How he held his head slightly higher than everyone else's and loved to poke holes into every mistake made. There was a clear difference between confidence and arrogance, and he was an excellent example of what not to become.
The odd thing was that people still tried to befriend him, despite his threatening attitude. You could see an eccentric haired red-head approach him everyday, constantly wearing the same carefree expression. Without fail, he would flash him a welcoming smile and make his way over. It irritated you, to say the least. You couldn't see why anyone would ever want to befriend someone who was plain crude. But then again, you weren't someone who would go out of their way to desperately make friends. You enrolled to U.A for one purpose only; it wasn't going to change anytime soon.
But still, you couldn't help but observe as the energetic boy beamed at the proud dictator, polar opposites at their best. You could swear you saw rays coming from his smile. And the bright radiance he gave made you feel safe, comforted and soothed. For a while, you would find yourself to bask in his joyful tendencies, the whole atmosphere lightening up when he walked into the room. It puzzled you as to why someone so pure and great as him would want to stoop down to someone which no respect for anyone else but himself.
Bakugo didn't seem to appreciate the hospitality shown to him, though. Whenever the lively boy (who you now came to know as Eijiro Kirishima) would try to spark a conversation, all he would do is yank his head the opposite direction. The only responses given were silent glares that bore through you, or rough grunts if he was in a good mood. Another admirable trait of Kirishima was that he never faltered. Even when Bakugo gave him the harshest of glares, which would strike fear into most, the red-head did not feel threatened.
He was praiseworthy, you could give him that. Although, it didn't mean that he could escape the insults Bakugo carelessly threw around. Kirishima had coined the name 'Shitty Hair' from him because of his bright red tufts that were styled into spikes that shot above. However he didn't seem to take the nickname too heavily. And he snapped back with an offhand comment about how their hairstyles were similar. It impressed you. How he could put up with Bakugo's stand-off attitude. But then again, you lacked something Kirishima seemed to have an abundance of; patience.
You remember the first time that it happened. The ticking torment that Bakugo first released upon you. All you were trying to do was get to your seat. You didn't want any unnecessary attention, and he was more than you had bargained for at U.A. As you weaved your way through the maze of pristine desks, a rough grip caught you off balance and nearly yanked you to the ground. You whipped your head in fury to see who it was, only to meet a pair of blazing red eyes. They glowered at your form, you gladly returning the favour. A gruff voice, one that sounded like coarse asphalt, spit at you.
"The hell is a weakling like you doing here?" An athletically built boy had both his feet crossed onto his desk. His forest green pants sagged and hung loosely around his waist, revealing a peek of his-. No. You scolded yourself and tugged your mind out of the gutter. The frustration that brimmed inside you was more overpowering. How dare this obnoxious man speak to you like you were some sort of lesser specimen? A sever urge to wreck this man's ego and put him in his place highly tempted you. But unlike him, you weren't looking for a fight.
You tugged away from his grip and gave him a bitter glance. His lips curled into a cruel smirk in response before running his hands through ash blond locks. You knew you hated him the minute he flashed you that smile. Indulging in the fantasy of humbling him helped satisfy your need to square him right in his cocky, perfect face. Taking a deep breath, you composed yourself and bluffed an unbothered attitude.
"That is none of your business." You replied through gritted teeth. "Now I suggest you go bother someone else before I report you for harassment." You tilted your head innocently, and cracked a forced grin at him. Bakugo's sneer disappeared from view and he scoffed coldly. He faced away before going back to his own business. Taking it as a success, you made your way back to your desk, plopping down to take you study materials out.
A bubbly brunette to your right whispered to a frog-like classmate. Their hushed conversation consisted of panicked murmurs and what sounded to be a frog-like noise. You fiddled with the stationary placed upon your desk, twirling the mechanical pencil between your fingers seamlessly. You could pick up on their little discussion if it proved necessary, but didn't bother to. The last thing you needed was another headache. After a few more minutes, the brown-haired girl seen speaking before tapped your shoulder.
"You're L/N Y/N right?" You looked up, taken aback by the sudden interaction. She looked at you with wide eyes the shades of dark honey. She was so close to your face that you could see the black lines that traced in and out of her iris. Her frame was small, but not frail, and she had her arms crossed behind her. The frog girl had now returned to her previous business. She appeared uninterested in the topic but occasionally glanced back ever now and then. You answered the girl before you.
"Uh, yeah. That's me!" A smile shone from your features, this time it came naturally. She exhaled out a little before rubbing her hands together. The odd thing was that her fingers never touched.
"Wow! Well I gotta give it to you for holding your ground against that hot head over there!" She pointed her thumb in Bakugo's direction. You noticed how her fingertips had a slightly darker shade that appeared in a circular pattern. The boy subject to the attention caught her pointing, and gave her a teething snarl. You sheepishly laughed and thanked her. She also giggled with a playful tone before leaning in to whisper in your ear. "To be honest I thought that you were gonna get blown to pieces! We all thought a villain was in the making. Anyways, I'm Ochako Uraraka. Nice to meet you."
You laughed along with her, but this time it was more forced. It's not like she was wrong; there were aspects of Bakugo that could be seen as villainous. But something about him being a villain didn't sit right with you. It did not make sense to even yourself, as to why you would think that. Perhaps you thought he had potential to be better. Yeah, you mocked your own thought. Like that would happen anytime soon.
You only proved yourself right as the days went by. The relentless blonde showed great interest in afflicting annoyance and pain into you. For weeks on end, he would belittle you with insults and comparisons. Sometimes he would even take your things and hide them in the smallest and inconvenient places. One time, he had taken your whole backpack and swung it to the top of a tree to hang there overnight. Explaining to Aizawa Sensei why you didn't have your school supplies with you the next day was a complete nightmare, him staring you down with bloodshot eyes the whole time.
Granted, there were some days where he completely ignored you. When you would make eye contact in the hallways, he would always shove his gaze somewhere else and stuff his hands in his pockets. You were thankful for these times, if you were being honest, but they only came once in a blue moon. It was insufferable; trying to predict how he would treat you was maddening and drove you up the wall. Your patience was thinning fast, and every mishap that involved him only boiled your fiery blood even more.

Another Bkdk fic in process,
A little sneak peak/ the starting of the fic
I need obviously need to edit it a bit before uploading, well I’m thinking of writing the whole thing chapter by chapter before uploading it on Ao3 so there’s no wait, or ima just give up on it. 😹
——-
During his walk back from the grocery shop, Bakugou gets passed by a shady dude who lightly taps his shoulder; Bakugou seems unconcerned about this till he returns to the dormitory. He's walking around, but no one seems to notice him; he throws his random rage tantrums as usual, but no one seems to pay attention; he passes Kirishima in the hallways and notices that the shitty hair hasn't greeted him as he usually does; he even tries talking to his other classmates, but he's ignored once more. Nothing makes sense, but just as he realises that the class is pulling a joke on him, Deku appears and greets him as usual.
“Hey Kacchan” The nerd greets him.
How come the nerd isn't paying attention to him? So maybe they're not pulling a joke on him right now, or maybe Deku didn't get the memo that they were.
“Deku?” Didn't the round face almost hit him, or did she not see him? "Who are you speaking to?"
Deku notices as well, how Uraraka nearly hits Bakugou and how she ignores him. What does she mean when she asks who he's talking to? He's clearly speaking with "Kacchan right here," as he says.
“Bakugou?” The round face turns to the right and then to the left. “Can you tell me where Bakugou is cause I don’t see him Deku.”
“You can't see Kacchan?” Both Midoriya and Bakugou are perplexed. “Kacchan, I'm not going insane right?” he inquires, turning to look at Bakugou's expression of bewilderment. “Are you sure you're here?”

in cinders | 3 | obfuscations
Tumblr media
pairing: Todoroki Shouto / Reader
length: 24,362 words / 9 chapters
summary: You’re just trying to fairy godmother your best friend into a happily ever after. If only the prince would stop hanging around and cooperate.
tags: cinderella AU, prince!Shouto, romance, misunderstandings, reader-insert
warnings: aged up characters, eventual smut
The dress in question belonged to Lady Camie Utsushimi and you hoped she wouldn’t get close enough to notice.
It was a deep blue, almost black in certain lights, and though it wasn’t as fine as Ochako’s gown, it looked like the kind of thing that wouldn’t be out of place in a room full of nobility. In the scant hour you had to prepare, you’d done your best to temporarily alter it, quickly pinning the neckline into a different shape and ironing on spare silver ribbon lifted from Mina’s workrooms.
You’d cut a simple silver mask from the same ribbon, hurriedly stitching around the holes for the eyes and tying off the back with a thinner length. It wasn’t your best work, but then you didn’t intend for anyone to get close enough to take note.
While in Mina’s workroom, you also helped yourself to a scrap of pink ribbon and a pearl button, looping the ribbon through the eyehole to create a simple kind of a necklace. It would look too good with Ochako’s dress to pass up. You made a mental note to feed Mina more pastries in apology.
Back in your rooms, you and Ochako quickly washed down with a rough bar of soap of the type that all the palace servants used. It wasn’t as fine or perfumed with flowers like the ladies’ soaps you often caught passing through the corridors to be delivered to their rooms. It smelled vaguely of the olives that had gone into its production, but at least you smelled clean.
Once dressed, you and Ochako stole down the servant’s passages, taking care to avoid anyone carrying trays to the feast. At a quarter past the candlemark, you crept into the hallway that descended into the ballroom from an onlooking balcony. As agreed, Kaminari had left his post open for the spare minutes you needed to get inside.
“It’s not too late to back out,” Ochako whispered as you pressed open the hidden door leading into the back of the hall. The peerage was still being announced at the entry and you wouldn’t be noticed as you came in.
You grabbed her wrist and pulled her through the door, into the brightly-lit grandeur of the ballroom. At once, you were overwhelmed by the sights and smells of the reception. Bright dresses of every color dotted your vision like spots, their wearers combed and rouged to high perfection. Trays littered the tables at the fringes of the room, piled high with cheeses and sweetmeats and the other labors of Rikido’s love. At one table on the far end of the room, you spied the famous soba noodles.
All around you, the nobility swirled like currents on the sea.
“Wow,” Ochako breathed, sounding just as dumbfounded as you felt. “It’s even more than I thought it would be.”
Something pleased curled in your chest, happy you could give this to her. Even if she didn’t bag her prince at the end of the night, it would be worth it to hear the note of wonder in her voice and see her happily spinning among the party’s guests.
Speaking of Prince Shouto, you peered around in search of his tall figure. As the announcements of noble entries tapered off, you spotted your target in the corner of the room. It was hard to recognize all the courtiers in their elaborate masks, but you knew that head of distinctive red and white hair.
“What do you say you take your new dance skills for a spin,” you said, catching Ochako’s wrist again and pulling her through the splendid crowds.
She followed sedately, right up until she caught on to where you were going.
“Y/N, that’s him!” she hissed, “I can’t go over there.”
You pretended you’d conveniently lost your hearing. “What?”
“I said, I’m not going over there,” she whispered again, furiously. “I can’t look him in the face, what if he doesn’t -- oh hello, your highness! Mr. Midoriya!”
You stifled a laugh, dropping into your best approximation of a curtsy.
“Your highness,” you said, shoving Ochako in front of you. “It’s wonderful to meet you. I had hoped you might grace the Lady Uraraka with a dance. She’s quite new to court, you see.”
The man in question stared down at you, dual toned eyes burning into yours. Up close, you could see he was even more handsome than you had thought, his unusual eyes, sharp nose, and the fullness of his mouth only emphasized by the cut of his dark mask. He wore a doublet in a blue color only one shade lighter than your own gown, and the high points of his starched collar curved up towards his sharp jawline.
Over his shoulder, his valet Izuku Midoriya perked up, dressed in a green that matched his riot of curls.
“I’ve not heard of the Uraraka family,” Midoriya said, dropping into a bow. “It’s wonderful to make your acquaintance.”
Ochako seemed to blush to the roots of her hair at being addressed. “Oh, we’re um. We’re new, as my companion has said.”
Prince Shouto seemed to remember his manners as well, turning to Ochako. “Welcome, Lady Uraraka.” His heterochromatic eyes flicked over her face and he seemed to search for something to say. “I must compliment you on your choice of jewelry. Your necklace is quite unique and beautiful.”
You smothered a grin, proud of your efforts. She had his attention! Time to make your exit.
You bent your knees in a quick curtsy again. “Well, I must take my leave. I’d promised an acquaintance to find her. Please take good care of my friend.”
With that, you all but dove into the crowd, leaving Ochako at the mercy of the prince and his attendant. If the prince had any conscience at all, his chivalrous upbringing would compel him to ask her for a dance. From there, Ochako's inherent loveliness would do all the heavy lifting.
Once you were sure you were out of their sight, you looped around to one of the refreshments tables, intent on getting your evening’s worth out of Rikido’s cooking. If you had to be here, this would definitely beat the scraps you’d intended to scarf down by yourself. You planned on eating ten plates worth as you watched over Ochako from the sidelines. With the luxurious thickness of Lady Utsushimi’s skirts as cover, you might even be able to sneak twice your usual supply back into your room for later.
You were piling your plate high with barely-disguised glee when an elegant hand was held out in front of you. Your eyes followed an arm up a stylish sleeve and into the face of Camie Utsushimi herself. You froze, serving fork hanging from your fingers.
“L-lady Utsushimi!” you cried, quickly abandoning your plate. You swept into another curtsy so fast you heard your knees creak. “It’s a pleasure!”
Camie considered you with an unreadable look on her delicate features. Up close, her face was so symmetrical and pretty it almost made your eyes burn.
After a moment of uncomfortable silence, her features relaxed into something like geniality.
“I’m afraid I don’t know your name, Lady…?”
You panicked. You hadn’t planned on being addressed. Before you could stop yourself, you blurted out the first name you could think of.
“Kamiko. I’m, um, from the Ito family.”
Fuck, what were you doing giving her Kamiko’s name?
“Well met, Lady Ito." Lady Utsushimi smiled. "I must tell you that I quite like your dress. I have one just like it! It appears our tastes are quite similar, and I found myself thinking that I must make your acquaintance.”
Internally, you were screaming. Did she recognize it for her own dress? What game was she playing? Was the king’s guard going to march in here any moment and separate your head from your shoulders?
You forced yourself to calm down. “I thank you, my lady. That is a high compliment coming from you.”
She regarded you. “Do you know me? I’m sorry that I cannot say the same - I don’t believe I know of your family.”
You waved a hand dismissively. “Oh you wouldn’t! We’re, um, from the outlying provinces. We don’t really, uh, get to court much.”
Lady Utsushimi gave you a toothy grin. “Well I’m glad you could make it for Shouto’s birthday. Everyone seems to have turned out.”
You found yourself seizing on the opening she left, desperate to get the subject off of you. “Do you know the prince quite familiarly? You call him by his given name.”
She laughed. “Oh yes, Shouto and I are old friends. I only turned up tonight to give him some company should he need it. He hates these things.”
You turned back to the ballroom, searching out the prince’s mop of hair. You found him easily enough, but were startled to see a distinct lack of Ochako on his arm.
A panic seized you.
“Um, forgive me, Lady Utsushimi. I seem to have forgotten something. I’ll just--um, I’ll be right back.”
Without waiting for her response, you plunged back into the fray of courtiers, beelining straight for the prince.
Emerging breathlessly as though from a cold river, you stumbled almost straight into him. Forgetting yourself entirely, you blurted, “Where’s Och--uh, Lady Uraraka?”
He looked at you, seeming startled. “Pardon, Lady…?”
You waved him off, “Oh, don’t worry about me. Just tell me where Lady Uraraka’s gone to and I can be on my merry way.”
He turned to look at you more fully, something curious alighting in his gaze.
“Forgive me, but is it not rude to address your liege lord without the proper respects?”
You froze, blood feeling like it was icing over in your veins. “I--of course, your highness, please forgive me for any offense. I’d only wondered--um, where my friend had gone.”
You hoped desperately that your disguise as a noblewoman stood between you and the gallows.
A smirk played at the corners of Prince Shouto’s mouth.
“I believe she is with Mr. Midoriya at the moment.”
You looked up at him in shock. Was he playing with you?
“Oh, um, thank you. And where might Mr. Midoriya be at this very minute?”
His smirk widened into something dangerously close to a grin. “I do believe I’m owed a name before I will tell you.”
Fuck. Don’t give out Kamiko’s again--
“I don’t have one,” you blurted, then winced.
Prince Shouto stared at you, something a little like disbelief creeping over his features. “You don’t have a name? That’s the first time I’ve heard something like that. Tell me, are you trying to make yourself interesting?”
You flushed. “There is absolutely nothing interesting about me, I can assure you--” nothing that a royal would find interesting anyway, unless they cared about the best kind of soap to lift grease stains from a pan -- “if you could point me in the direction of your valet, I won’t take up any more of your time.”
The prince stepped nearer to you. This close, you could feel the heat coming off of his left side and smell something fresh like mint, underlaid with the tang of saddle oil and leather. His proximity went straight to your head and you took a step back, feeling dizzy.
“I will take from you a dance, then, in place of a name,” he said. His gaze burned into yours like a torch laid to a pyre.
These nobles sure asked for a lot you couldn’t give.
“Um, I’m afraid I’m not much good at dancing.” You groped around for any excuse, taking another slow step back. “I've been told it's as if I'd never learned! Lady Uraraka, though, is a wonderful dancer. I’ll be sure to add you to her dance card when I find her.”
You moved to leave, but a rough hand on your waist stopped you.
“I must insist,” the prince said, “I’ll refresh you, if you are as unpracticed as you say. You would not deny your prince on his birthday, would you?”
You regarded him suspiciously, noting the wry twist at the corner of his mouth. He was being too obnoxious not to be obfuscating. Was there some reason he wasn’t letting you follow Ochako and Midoriya?
“Your toes will pay the price for this,” you intoned, “I assure you I am not being modest.”
Prince Shouto smiled and steered you towards the floor where a dance was already underway. “Perhaps. I will be the judge of that.”
This man had no idea what he was in for.
In the interest of spending as little time in the stocks possible, you did your best to minimize the damage to his toes. You still found yourself trodding on him more often than not though, confused by the many steps and the spritely movements of the couples around you. It became clear very quickly that you had not been lying to him.
Soon enough, the prince leaned down to put his mouth to your ear. “Stand on my boots.”
You pulled back to look at him in befuddlement. “What?” you asked, stupidly.
He tugged you closer. “Step up onto my boots. No one will notice with your long skirts. I will lead you through the dance.”
Your heart pounding in your chest, you did as he asked. This had the effect of bringing you much nearer to him than was proper, and you noticed that even standing on his boots, you tucked neatly under his chin. You hid your face in his strong shoulder, feeling your face turn pink, hoping desperately that he noticed neither your blush nor the messy stitches of your mask.
“So you were not being modest,” he laughed when you’d spun another few rounds, this time with much less difficulty. You could feel it rumble in his chest. “I, too, would guess you had never learned.”
You cringed. “One of many faults, your highness.”
A calloused thumb smoothed your back. “You do not have a name and you do not dance. What do you do with your time?”
Scrub pots. Wash the vegetables that go into your supper. Clean the fireplaces.
You wracked your brain for something suitable to tell him. What did noble women do that men found duller than dirt? What could you give him that he would not ask more about?
“Embroidery, your highness. I am skilled with a needle and thread.”
“With that mask?” he huffed a soft laugh. “Tell me honestly.”
“Well,” you declared, nose feeling hot, “what do you think I do?”
Prince Shouto looked almost delighted by the question, the blue of his left eye shining at you through his mask.
“Let’s see. You write to the Lady Uraraka, seeing as you are such good friends--”
You nodded. Writing, that was something that ladies could do.
“--and you make your own soaps--”
You looked up at him, startled. “What?”
He leaned into your hair, and you could feel him take a deep breath. Your mind felt like it was melting a little. “Your hair, it smells faintly of olives. Most ladies order florals. I’ve never smelled anything like this before.”
Well, it’s not as though he went around sniffing the help every day. All the same, he was too observant.
“Um, what else?” you prompted, trying to reroute him.
His right hand fell from where it clasped yours to gently encircle your wrist. “And you alter your dresses after they’re ordered for you. Do you not find the current fashion satisfactory?”
To your horror, he plucked at the loose silver ribbon you’d ironed on to the hem of your sleeve. It came away easily, clutched in his long fingers.
You opened your mouth to reply -- though what you might have said was a complete mystery to you -- when a blur of pink and green came rushing at you.
Ochako popped up almost between you and the prince, Izuku hot on her heels.
“Your highness,” Izuku sketched a quick bow, “my apologies for interrupting, but your father has need of you.”
Prince Shouto’s hand tightened on your back for a moment, then fell away as he stepped out of your space.
“I see,” he said quietly. He bowed deeply towards you. “I will look for you later, Lady No Name.” And then he was gone, followed closely by his green-haired valet.
Ochako gaped. “Y/N! That was--!”
You hissed, grabbing her hand and rushing off the dance floor. “I know! We have to get out of here before he comes back.”
She looked at you in concern and you held up the sleeve where he had pulled off your ribbon. “Another couple minutes and he’d have figured me out.”
Her eyes grew round with distress. “Do you think he--?”
You shook your head. “Not if we leave now.”
She nodded, and led the way out of the great hall. Once back in the halls of the castle, the two of you ducked towards the doors to the servant’s hall, stealing quietly through the drafty passageways. You kept to the shadows in the kitchen, creeping carefully down the short staircase that led to your shared room.
When you’d finally made it inside, you let out a deep breath, peeling out of Lady Utsushimi’s dress and stowing it carefully under your pallet to return to the laundry rooms at your earliest opportunity.
The two of you changed and collapsed into bed, laughing wildly at the night you’d had. Ochako wouldn’t share more than a word or two on where she’d gone with the prince’s attendant, but you guessed she might have rushed off too embarrassed to dance with the prince and Izuku may have followed to make sure she was well.
Still, it was clear she’d loved being able to go to the ball in her pretty dress, and you smiled, thrilled that you could have given that to her.
Eventually, she stilled, the sound of her breathing becoming heavy. You eventually drifted off as well, feeling the ghost of the prince’s hand at your back and his breath at your temple.

Chapter One: The Social Season Begins
Tumblr media
DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of these characters, they belong to Kohei Horikoshi
A/N: This is my first multiple chapter fic! I was heavily inspired by Netflix’s Bridgerton, but I do not intend to stick to its script. The show and the fic are meant to be seat during the early 19th century (1810 -1830) so a lot of things like technology will not be present. Also, this is a quirkless au so no one is going to posses any powers. I plan for this fic to be between 8 and 12 chapters, but we’ll see as we go along. I hope you all enjoy <3!

When social season rolled around, all bets were off. The most vicious of claws and fangs were disguised by beautiful dresses and headpieces, followed by the batting of eyelashes and the oh so precarious movements of feathered fans. It happened every year - hundreds of Musutafu’s young ladies braved the social scene in the pursuit of a husband either of their own status or higher. This year was no exception, in fact, it was shaping up to be one of the most influential seasons to date. Several of the most eligible and prestigious lords, viscounts, and barons would be attending the numerous balls that were in the works. While it was expected of the young women to pair up and find a love-match, such relationships always proved to be half-successful. Of course they would be married and well taken care of, but too often did you hear of wives maintaining an empty manor whilst their husbands were off gallivanting at their clubs, or more likely, at brothels. This proved to be your biggest fear - you wanted the beautiful relationship your parents had. The one where your father doted on your mother, bringing her flowers on random days because he happened to see them and think of her. One where he dutifully raised their children together, never once undermining her abilities due to her gender. And one where, right up until her very last breath, he held her hand and whispered sweet nothings to her. It was a sorrowful day when your mother died, but your father carried on in her place, raising you and your elder brother in the most proper and loving way he could. This encouraged you to go forth with your head held high. You would find the one you were meant to be with and not just be a part of a silly little love-match.
“Oh Lady Yagi, you look absolutely wonderful.” With a deep breath you met your eyes in the mirror in front of you and let out a little gasp. The dress you were wearing was utterly gorgeous. It was a very pale blue, even lighter than the powder blue that covered your bedroom walls, and had the most beautiful little detailed flowers scattered across it. There weren’t enough to mistake you with a garden, but there were plenty there to compare you to the most gorgeous dogwood. The necklace that lay across your neck was much daintier than what others tended to wear but you adored it - after all, it was your mother’s. And resting softly on your head was a matching tiara with both diamonds and light blue sapphires.
“My, Mei, you have simply outdone yourself.” You whisper. You couldn’t keep your eyes off of your reflection, the twinkles and glimmers of the jewels doing wonders to accentuate your features.
“Lady Yagi, how you make me swoon,” Mei exclaims, feigning a faint. You giggle at her and swat her gently with your fan. The two of you make small talk as she adds finishing details to your look; smoothing out hairs here and there, clipping in your diamond earrings, and slipping your silk gloves onto your hands.
“Y/N, my sister, we must be heading off!” A call echoed from just outside your room, coming from the main hall downstairs.
“And not a moment too soon, my nerves have been getting the best of me.” You say, a wide smile covering your face. You descended upon the grand staircase to see both your father and your elder brother waiting for you.
“My word! Y/N, my darling, you look divine!” Your father exclaimed, walking forward to place a ghost kiss to your cheek, not daring to mess up Mei’s handiwork. You smiled at your father and looked at your brother.
“Izuku, you look quite dashing.” You tell him, earning a grin from his freckled face. “Hoping to see Lady Uraraka this evening?” A blush quickly covered his face.
“Well, yes, she had told me she would be attending earlier when we took a promenade around- hold on, this is your special evening we need to be discussing.” Izuku says, switching the topic onto you. Rolling your eyes playfully, you took his arm as the three of you made your way into the horse-drawn carriage waiting for you in front of your house. The three of you entered, your father and brother careful of your long dress, and then you were off.
“So my dear, are you excited? Nervous?” Your father asks. You smile and inspect your gloved hands.
“Both. I just wish…” you trail off. Your father leans down to meet your gaze with slight concern in his eyes.
“Wish what?” He says, urging you to continue. A small sigh escapes your mouth as you look back up.
“Father, you have done wonderfully to raise both Izuku and I without Mother here. I think both of us agree on that fact.” You begin. Izuku nods and offers the both of you a grin. “I just wish that she was here. To tell me of what she was feeling when she debuted, how she calmed the churning in her stomach.” You confess, your hands now clenched. You were met with a sad smile from your father.
“How I wish for that as well, my dear. She would always tell me how excited she was for you to embark on your own marital journey. And, while I in no means shared the same experience as she did, I can tell you of what I was feeling.” He says. You look up, curiosity flashing in your eyes.
“Please,” you say, prompting him to tell you. He laughs and leans back on the leather seated cushion.
“Well I, like your brother, had an easy time finding the women we would want to spend the rest of our lives with.” Your father’s sentence earned a blush from Izuku, but no words of contention. I suppose we will be welcoming Lady Uraraka to our family soon, you thought smiling to yourself. “I was a nervous wreck, though, when my eyes found your mother. She was absolutely divine - like the gods had graced the earth specifically with her. She was quick to forgive my nerves and the slight stutter in my voice as I introduced myself to her, and things just seemed to run its own course from there.” You could see the wistful gaze in your father’s eyes as he thought of your mother. “Inko was a most gracious woman, both in mind and beauty. And those qualities, my dear, were passed on to you.” His hand came to cradle your cheek, brushing away the tears that started to well in your eyes. “But this is no time to be in despair, no, it is time to be quite the opposite than that. It’s time for you to find love.”
The carriage stopped rather abruptly, but you didn’t care. You gathered the train of your dress in your hand and were practically buzzing by the time the footmen opened the door. Your father stepped out first followed by Izuku, the latter of which offered a hand to you as you stepped out. The venue was absolutely gorgeous, and it was no surprise considering the man hosting it. Lord Takami was a rather benevolent and expressive man and those traits bled right into his events. With lanterns dotted all over the front steps and the ballroom, candles that seemed to float in midair, and the most magnificent smelling floral arrangements you had ever seen, you understood perfectly - this was what it must’ve felt like for your mother. Out of the corner of your eye, a pretty brunette started to drift towards you and your family, a bashful smile set across her face. Before you had a chance to speak, Izuku stepped in front of you and your father.
“Lady Uraraka, what a pleasure to see you here.” Your brother says, his hand extending to her gloved one.
“It’s truly all mine, My Lord.” She responds as a shy smile flickers across her face. Izuku spares you and your father a nod and a grin before he leads Lady Uraraka towards the middle of the floor, the two melting into the dance being performed seamlessly.
“Those two make such a divine and true love-match, don’t you agree Father?” You gush. Just seeing your brother so hopelessly in love was enough to make your heart flutter.
“I do, my dear,” he chuckles upon seeing your expression, “but we are not here to solely admire them. There will be plenty of time to do that at their wedding,” your father quips, earning a laugh from you. “Let’s get you introduced and dancing, hmm?” Your evening was full of re-introducing yourself to mutual acquaintances and establishing new ones in other young men. You made sure to only dance with those you felt could be a possible match for you, but as time went on you started to lose hope. It’s not that the men were horrid by any means - well, with the exception of one Lord Mineta - but nothing about them seemed to stir your heart. You currently found yourself in a most dull conversation with Baron Ojirou.
“Forgive me, Lord Ojirou, I must get some air. All of this dancing has made me quite light-headed,” you say, excusing yourself.
“Oh! Would you like me to accompany you, Lady Yagi?” He asks nicely. You raise your hand in denial but give him a light smile.
“There is no need. I wouldn’t want to impose on your evening, I will just be a few moments.” You say, slipping away to the outdoor gardens. It was dark, but the luminescence coming from inside Lord Takami’s manor provided enough light so that you could see. You made your way over to the stone railings that bordered the rose garden and held onto it with both of your gloved hands, heaving a sigh. “My goodness…” you whisper, heaving a sigh. The night air nipped a bit at your skin but you paid no mind to it. What does catch your attention, though, was the light footsteps that were approaching you from behind. “Lord Ojirou, as I said before, there is no need-” You begin, but stop immediately when you are met with someone else. He was much different than the man you had just been recently talking to - physically more reserved, taller, and much much handsomer. Even with the scar covering the left side of his face, his presence was enough to make a woman swoon. “Forgive me.” you manage, curtsying a bit.
“Oh, no, it is I who should be apologizing. Pardon my interruption on your… outing.” He says awkwardly. This earns a slight giggle from you.
“This was merely a simple break from the clamor inside.” you say, relaxing a bit more. Before the man could say another word, you see Izuku catch your eye from the steps.
“Y/N! There you are, Father and I have been looking everywhere- Shouto?” Your brother says shocked, his eyes meeting the man across from you.
“Izuku?” He responds, bewilderment flickering across his face.
“My word, it’s been a while! How as your father, the Duke of Endeavor, faring these days?”
“D-Duke?” You stutter out, in awe of the man’s title. Izuku catches your confusion and gives you a smile.
“Forgive me for not introducing you! Todoroki, this is me dear sister, Y/N.” The man, now known to you as Shouto Todoroki, gave you a quick nod. “Y/N, this is Shouto Todoroki. The son of the Duke.”

CHAPTER 10:
"You look nice, Deku" Uraraka smiled, her hands held behind her back as she rocked back and forth on the balls of her feet in a childish manner, looking at her green haired friend. "Is there anyone in particular you're trying to impress?" she gave him a knowing look that Izuku stuttered and blushed to.
"No! O-of course not" he immediately denied and averted his eyes when that only seemed to make Uraraka's smirk widen. Izuku knew he was a terrible liar and Uraraka could be very scary sometimes. "But um, hypothetically speaking.. if I /were/ trying to impress someone- which I'm not- but hypothetically speaking do you think they'll.. you know. Be impressed? Hypothetically."
Uraraka looked her friend up and down. Izuku's fashion sense has definitely improved since the beginning of their first year. Both Tsuyu and herself had made sure to teach Deku and Todoroki a thing or two about dressing themselves since they were completely clueless sometimes. Midoriya was wearing brown, cuffed corduroy pants with a forest green oversized short sleeve button up, a lighter green long sleeve underneath that to create layers. The red shoes were never going away though and Uraraka gave up in trying to get him to wear another pair of shoes. He looked good and Uraraka noticed how his hair was a bit neater too so he obviously put a bit of extra effort into trying to style his curls. In fact, looking around the common room it seemed that Deku wasn't the only one who put a little extra effort into their appearance today. Half the boys there looked like they were going off to a party instead of a casual class outing. Even Iida looked like he was trying out a new hairstyle. No glasses either.
"Umm, Uraraka-san?" Izuku waved his hand in front of the girl's face to get her attention. She zoned out for a bit there and she blinked, turning to face him again.
"Oh, right! Well, /hypothetically speaking/ right?" she smiled and he nodded, "I think they'll be very impressed." Deku beamed and her eyes shifted to Todoroki who was just arriving downstairs. "Oh, look! There's Todoroki-kun. Let's go talk" she grabbed Deku's hand in hers and took him with her. He looked very good! Todoroki's aesthetic was more of a simplistic/classy style with neutral colors. This time he decided to switch it up and was wearing a white t-shirt with an unbuttoned, loose fitting pale blue and white striped dress shirt over that. He had black jeans and white sneakers too. He looked very good. "Oooo~ is there anyone /you're/ trying to impress, Todoroki-kun?" Ochako teased.
"Yes."
Ochako didn't expect such a direct answer but giggled anyway at her blunt friend. Deku on the other hand didn't find it as funny.
"Is Bakugou here yet?" Shoto changed the subject and looked around the common room but didn't spot the explosion quirk user anywhere. He felt a little disappointed.
"No, Kacchan isn't here. Neither is Kirishima-kun" Izuku really tried to keep the bitterness out of his tone. He knew that they were best friends but did they really have to be glued at the hip 24/7? Deku doesn't like the way he starts to feel when he thinks of those two together but he can't help it.
"Oh" Shoto mumbled. There was an awkward silence where no one said anything for a few seconds until Uraraka couldn't stand it and broke it.
"So how are you feeling, Todoroki-kun? Are you still tired or are you feeling a bit better from earlier?" Ochako questioned. That got Izuku's attention and he turned to Todoroki with a curious expression. Was he sick? Todoroki didn't mention anything to him today. He wondered why he didn't tell him.
"I feel better, thank you. I'm excited to be going out with my friends" he smiled briefly and Izuku returned it. After that things started to go back to normal as they talked about what stores they wanted to go to and if they had anything in particular they wanted to buy. The common room was filled with brief conversation before the 'ding' of the elevator was heard and everyone turned to look at a nervous Kirishima standing on the far opposite side of a bored looking Bakugou. Izuku felt a knot form in his throat and Todoroki felt his heart skip a beat, their faces heating up a little at what girl Kacchan was wearing. He looked good. Hell, even if he was in his normal body and wore that he'd look good.
"You're here!" Mina rushed forward to hug her two friends in a crushing hug which Kirishima gladly returned. The girls may or may not be feeling smug at how everyone reacted to seeing Bakugou. Yeah, they did that.
"I said I would go with you extras, didn't I? Now let go, pinky" Bakugou groaned. She smiled wide before stepping back.
"This'll be so much fun!" Mina jumped up and down.
"Everyone please form a single file line for attendance! As class president I must make sure everyone is accounted for before we vacate school grounds" Iida made sure to grab everyone's attention by speaking loud and clear as well as waving his arms about. Where he pulled the clipboard from no one knows but Iida started to check off names in the class roster to submit to Aizawa sensei once they come back in a few hours. "Alright. Everyone is here. We can go now" he nodded in confirmation.
The class had to take the bus to go to the mall so Iida stayed by the door until everyone was inside before going in himself. Bakugou was planning to sit with Kirishima but the redhead as soon as he was in the bus went and sat beside Sero instead. Katsuki was confused since they always sit together and even Sero was looking between the pair in confusion. "You don't mind, right Bakubro?" Kirishima awkwardly scratched the back of his neck. Bakugou just shrugged and moved on to find an empty seat to which Kirishima let out a breath he didn't even know he was holding.
"What was that?" Sero questioned once Bakugou was out of earshot.
"What was what?" Kirishima turned to him.
"That. You always sit with Bakugou so why all of a sudden did you decide to sit next to me? I don't mind but I was a little caught off guard, man. You know, you've been acting weird ever since the night we played games in my room. Is everything cool?" Sero had an idea of what was happening but he wanted to hear it from Kiri himself.
"Yeah, everything's good. I just need to sort some things out for myself first" he explained and Sero nodded, leaving it at that. Kirishima appreciated that about Sero. He knew if it was Mina or Kaminari they wouldn't stop pestering him about it. Kirishima just wanted some time to hopefully figure out why he was all of a sudden feeling so weird around Katsuki.
On the other end of the bus, towards the back, Bakugou found an empty seat. Everyone else seemed to be already sitting with someone else but he didn't really mind it. Once seated, Bakugou put his elbow up on the edge of the window and looked outside. He felt someone slightly tap his shoulder though and looked up to a shy Koda. 'May I sit here?' he signed and Bakugou raised an eyebrow. He rolled his eyes and signed back 'go for it' and Koda smiled a little, quickly sitting down beside Bakugou. Aizawa did mention that because of his quirk, he may experience hearing loss in the future if he didn't take the proper precautions so Bakugou has been taking JSL classes from Koda since the beginning of their second year and developed a somewhat mutual understanding with the guy. He really wasn't all that bad, just a little quiet. And while they weren't friends friends, Bakugou knew that if he ever needed a quiet place to study or just hang out for a bit without talking, he could go to Koda's room. The same went for Bakugou. If Koda ever wanted to spar or wanted pointers to help in improving his fighting skills, Bakugou is available.
Now that everyone had a seat, the bus began to move. The ride was going to take approximately fifteen to twenty minutes so he just wanted to use the break to relax. Bakugou could tell Koda wanted to say something based on the way he would look at him every few minutes but then look away though. "What is it?" he finally asked a little less than halfway into the trip and Koda shook his head. "I know you want to say something, now what is it?"
Koda looked hesitant at first but then signed 'how are you feeling?' with a sincere look. Maybe if it was someone else Bakugou would have told them off for getting into his business but Koda was someone who earned his respect and admiration throughout their time together in UA and who he saw as an equal.
"Why do you ask?" he asked instead, a bit defensive, and Koda responded by signing 'this is a big change and I was just wondering how you were doing.' Bakugou shrugged. "It isn't something I can't handle. Besides, today is the last day of the quirk so I should be back to normal by tomorrow morning" Bakugou mumbled, adding in a "thanks" as an afterthought. Honestly speaking, Koda has been the only one who's asked him how he felt about this whole quirk situation. The rest of his classmates all just seemed to be having fun with it and while he didn't mind, it was nice to be asked.
'You're always welcome to come hang out with me and my bunny if you ever need quiet time,' Koda offered. 'He told me he misses the angry blonde boy with the warm hands" he joked. Bakugou smirked a little with a "tch, sure whatever. Tell 'im I miss the furball too" leaving his lips. After that Bakugou and Koda fell into a comfortable silence where Bakugou closed his eyes to rest for the few minutes they had left on the bus ride.
Everyone else in class 3-A never thought they'd see the day where they all wished they were in Koda's place. The anivoice boy was sitting perfectly still so as to not wake the pretty blonde that had leaned his head on the other's shoulder sometime along the trip and was now sleeping peacefully on him.

Chapter 2
Bugzapper⚡💔: i have a proposition to make.
Jiro flashes Mina her phone as she sips iced coffee in the blessed air conditioning of the cafe.
"That's never a good sign." She comments, moon bright eyes glued to the phone as she thinks.
"What's not a good sign?" Uraraka asks from across the table, the two girls fill her in.
"Oh." She racks her brain on what that could be, "Okay well I'm dying to know, now."
🎵Music to my soul 🎶 : What do you want airhead?
Jiro's text sent a surge of excitement through Kaminari. It was exactly what he needed after three hours of begging and bribing Bakugou to allow the sorority in or at least invite them. His fingers fly across the screen setting up a date and time for a "meeting over lunch" to discuss the proposition in further detail.
Meanwhile across campus, you huff, eyes narrowed as a rare emotion is pulled from your fingertips in the form of deadly ice. Pulling the moisture from the air to freeze it or pulling any water towards you to keep your flank safe as your opponent rushes you at breakneck speeds.
You hated this fucking guy, cocky, brash, so God damn arrogant in the way he held himself, in the way he spoke. It made you nauseous just thinking of him.Had you known he was the male star of this university you wouldn't have transferred, yet you still needed to transfer didn't you? Anything to get out from under the shadow of a certain Todoroki.
No one cared to admit or to notice, that your quirk was different from Shoto's. You could manipulate water towards you to freeze, and manipulate whatever was already frozen. Your ice was denser and more durable than his and dare you say it colder than his too. Yet no one gave a shit, his was ice AND fire. You were just a one trick pony and a trick they already saw. Your opponent's taunting doesn't help matters much.
"I've already seen this before Ice Brat. Did ya forget where I fucking went to high school?" His hand heats the ice as he activates his quirk before three deafening blasts ring out.
As you allow him to break down the ice you act on pure rage, securing some revenge from the first time he signed your hair. Pointed icicles lie in wait and once the wall is fully down you give him a nasty smirk before sending the straight his way.
You're supposed to melt your weapons before they hit your opponent, neither of you are supposed to go all out per the professor's and college's strict rules in the athletics department but Bakugou always does. Somehow his big stupid mouth spews something that eggs you on. As if someone were shoving bamboo skewers beneath your skin, under your nails, sending you into an unheard of rage.
Normally you were as your quirk, icy, unbothered by the world but Bakugou, God you could wring his neck. Freeze his hot blood as you watch him turn into slush beneath your feet.
He expects you to abide by the rules, to splash him with glacier water but he realizes it too late. That you won't he let's off a quick blast, shattering two of the four deadly points. One grazes his cheek as he just barely dodges while the other lodges itself into his arm.
You have half a mind to twist it. You pull at his blood bringing it into your arsenal. Blood red needles and bullets surround Bakugou.
"I don't think you've seen this before.." You say darkly ready to release your hold and shred him into, give him a taste of his own medicine. Maybe he would see how bitter and nauseating he was. He smirks, opening his mouth to retort but you send your ice his way aiming for non vital spots although the ice creeps closer to your heart begging it to hit something vital. The inside of your ice palace begins to reek of burning sugar and spice, he plans to let out an explosion to bring this whole place down from the inside out.
Just as he is about to detonate and just as the blood and ice are about to pierce skin the professor bursts into the gym.
"I step out for five minutes and this is what happens?!"
The ice and blood return to liquid splashing across Bakugou as his skin pops. The professor takes in the damage from your ice and his explosions, still better controlled than most of his other students quirks.
"I gotta stop pairing these two together." He murmurs to himself before dismissing class. With a flick of your wrist the ice fortress melts, returning to the reservoir below the gym floor, ignoring the molten glare that is sent your way.
"You're such a bitch." Bakugou growls as you pass, flinging blood from his fingers as he wipes at his face. You offer him a fake pitying smile before heading into the women's locker room.
"Fucking asshole." You hiss, forcing the sight of his garnet gaze out of your mind. Instead turning your attention to your buzzing phone in your locker. It's a few missed calls and some texts in the girl's group chat. Briefly you wonder if you ever should have joined that stupid sorority, it was small, non toxic, and would look good should you need to transfer again.
Not only did you somehow get elected the president but you also became friends with the three other ladies despite your best efforts not too.
Mins: Prez we might have a way to save the sorority...lunch after you're done with training?
IceQueen ❄: Hope it's good, the Dean already put the house up for sale. Let me get ready and I'll be there shortly.
Mina presents her phone to the crowd around her, Kirishima, Denki, Sero, Jiro and Uraraka do a small celebration. Denki more so than anyone else, he knows the combined car washes will be more than enough to fix up the house, he also recently learned that you had the power of negotiation on your side. Having just listened to Mina retell the story of how you got free food for a month from a bar for yourself and your friends. And not from some sleaze who wanted to sleep with you either, no it was from the owner himself.
Denki is hopeful and so are the ladies indicating that this may be his best idea yet.
You arrive at the small bistro early, spying your party on the front patio. The three men had seen you in person before, they knew you were easy on the eyes but up close you were breathtaking. Manicured nails but nothing gaudy, normally nude or soft shades, light makeup, mascara at most as far as they could tell and your outfit was well put together. You were what the world called plus size but everyone else called thiccc. Your confidence oozing in your light blouse tucked into your black skinny jeans, uncaring that you had a pouch.
You needed that extra fat to keep from freezing by your own quirk. The only thing you needed society to worry about was your intelligence and your power.
Both were SSR ranked so what did you fucking care that your body was ranked lower. They were stupid in thinking you'd skimp power in the name of vanity.
You recognize everyone at the table and internalize the dread you're feeling. Scheming is afoot and you're the last to arrive. You can tell by their half finished drinks and picked over appetizer, still you sit and act unaware. Denki goes to hold out his hand first for a formal introduction causing a sly cat smile to settle over your glossy lips.
"No need, I'm aware of who the three of you are. Sero we share our lingual class, Denki, our chemistry class, and Kirishima we share two classes, world studies and villain hero theory. Truly a pleasure." You tell then your name before ordering something to drink from the lingering waitress. Sitting stick straight with your shoulders backs has the men mirroring you.
"Well ladies I take it the plan to save the sorority involves these fine gentlemen." You ask coolly and they nod. After a moment of silence Mina and Denki go to speak. Awkwardly encouraging the other to speak until Minai clears her throat.
"As you know they are a newly formed frat with Sero as their president. They moved into their house about a month ago and they say it is quite large. So they have invited us to move in."
"How do you propose we ask the college to have a co-ed house? What does this fraternity home even look like?" They knew you would be quick to ask questions Mina answers the first while Denki provides the answer to the second.
"Union and Diversity. Forming close relationships now to carry over into our hero careers."
"The house needs some work but looks a lot better than what it did." Denki shows you before and after pictures as you gesture for his phone. He passes you his electric yellow case with nervous hope tingling beneath his skin. You swipe through the photos.
"You boys did a great job on the outside. Inside needs a lot of work. Hardwoods will be easy to fix, they are original but don't seen to be damaged, a good scrub will spruce them up. Wait, are those?" You zoom in on the photo of the living room, "Are those foldable camping chairs and a VHS tv?"
They gulp loudly as they nod, your purse your lips in disapproval.
"I can fix that." You pass Denki back his phone, assuming that all the roommates will be present, "I see the main focus was the kitchen but some of the appliances seem to be on their last legs. I can fix that as well."
"Soooo….So it's a yes?" Jiro asks, feeling relief for the first time in months since they received the letter of eviction.
"Gotta get the college to agree first." You think on it a moment, "But I'm sure we can arrange that. Uraraka can you draft an email to the Dean requesting an official meeting regarding our sorority? Be sure to explain in detail our situation, how we are being forced to disband by their account and the solution we have. Make sure it's an afternoon meeting too. The dean hates to miss golf with our rival university's dean."
With the plan set in motion all of you return to your evening classes. Jiro nudges Denki in the ribs, listening to his heart race from their closeness.
"When are we going to tell her about Bakugou?" She throws her almost lover a look that he seems to wither beneath. His jaw tics before he retorts.
"I think we should wait to see if this even works first."
After a week the important meeting arrives and as you thought the Dean is already exhibiting signs of impatience. He is more than ready to wrap this up and you already know his answer is going to be no. Already trying to get it out before the four of you can even have a seat.
Still you weren't the Ice Queen on campus for nothing. You saunter into the room, mineola folder filled with your copies of counterpoints pressed firmly to your chest, you can already see he doesn't have the copies you sent him. You place the folder down and open it, leafing through the pages as you speak.
"This request is going to be approved and here are the reasons why. An example of sexism could be made that a new fraternity was approved housing, new housing, after a decades old sorority was deemed "too small" both parties are similar in count. Second funding and donations are easily influenced with letters to alumni and especially by attendees to this university. My transfer from YAU has brought in revenue of roughly 2.6 million dollars, increasing your diversity for women when this is normally a male dominated school. I am aware that my transfer had even encouraged other students from YAU to transfer here. Which I'm sure is one of your favorite bragging points to tell Dean Fraunk during your weekly golf trips isn't it? So it would truly be a shame if these points would come to light in the investigation of my return to YUA just months before the university sports festival. I do look amazing in Ice Blue you know. Matches my quirk a lot better than Maroon." You put the ball in his court, he is visibly upset, eyes flying to the facts that you've presented. All important, viable facts. You were right MMU was known to be a male dominated school and the media would have a field day if they uncovered a mistake he happened to look over. Not to mention you were his main bragging point, Dean Yuzi always talked about how he had stolen you, the female star of rising heroes, from YUA.  The silence in the room is amplified by the ticking of the clock, seconds accumulating into minutes as it counts down his T time with his old college buddy and rival. He gulps nervously, knowing what he has to do in order to keep both his bragging rights and a law suit under wraps. He looks up to you as you wear your stone cold face, making him think of a loan shark who hasn't been getting their payments on time. He is fearful for your future boss.
"I believe I have no choice but to approve."
"Correct." You respond, "Now we have a bit more to discuss. I noticed that classrooms 456 and 215 are being remodeled. Those gently used flat screens will be given to our house since it is technically college property. Common space 3 and 1 are being renovated in dorms A and B. We will accept the leather arm chairs as they are in good shape but we demand a new couch. I know it is in the budget as I help plan the budget. I also believe it is time for an allowance for our hybrid house." The Dean shrinks away from your tenacity, nodding as that is all he can do.
"Well this is a generous offer and should cover most of the basic necessities such as a new fridge and mattress. The aesthetic we will be raising funds for. Kindly spread the word, we don't want to take up more of your time and be late with your 'meeting' with Dean Fraunk." You place a flyer on his desk as you turn on your heel. The rest of the sorority, mouth agape following suit. Yuzi looks down at the flyer, head hung in a mixture of disbelief and shame as he reads over the neon paper advertising a co-ed car wash.
He just hopes you and Bakugou are worth the trouble.
