A Sight to Behold

Continued from HERE || @daydreamiist

“Yeah, it’s only a small bridge so we will be fine. Also, I wouldn’t let something happen to you.” He smiled encouragingly at her. There was no way he would let her fall and if she started to, he would use his little strength to pull her so that she was on the other side of the bridge while he fell in. The bridge was old but it had held his weight so she should be fine. On the way back they would take another route though, since she seemed to be uncomfortable with this one.

“You’ll like where we’re going... It will be worth the hike, I promise you.” He did have a small surprise for her. They had been getting along really well since their sudden meeting at campus with her in distress with an injured cat. From then on he aided her in helping the cat to regain it’s strength and health. Their friendship grew through his allowing him to become more comfortable around her bringing out his lighter side.

Flora reaches up and pats Bowen's head a few times before letting her hand fall to stroke the side of his hair. After that, she pulls her hand away, and smiles up at him, "Thank you for everything, Bowen." (Idk the context of this head pat thing but Flora wanted to send this so 👀)

To have that sort of touch, from Flora, it surprised him. An easy way to get his cheeks to reddend with widened hues. Even more so, when she stroked the side of his hair. Hearing her words, he found a smile come to him, courage, bringing him to step forward. This time, he brought a hand out, to place against her cheek, stroking it with his own thumb.. but this, he didn't want to pull away from.. only letting his smile turn adoring, as he would speak in return.

"I should be thanking you, Flora.. being with you.. it.. really makes me happy."

Leon has appeared! What to do? - @daydreamiist chose: Flora is just gonna wrap Leon in a hug (with his consent, of course) cause none of these work for her.

Perhaps this was against the rules, but Leon didn’t mind at all, it was welcoming and must welcoming gesture as he wrapped his hands around her shoulder in return.
