Having a positive self-image is as important as having physical health and beauty. To attain success in life, one must be able to maintain both physical and mental health.

True health begins with mental wellness. Hippocrates said, “Let food be your medicine, and medicine is your food.” As long as humans are on the planet, this kind of thing won’t be hard to find.

The way we look and how we act are always judged by others. Particularly, women struggle more with this. Although they devote a lot of time and energy to it, they never get satisfied.

The pursuit of beauty can overshadow other aspects of life, causing them to be forgotten or ignored.
