People mistaking Harrow's outburst at Viren's poorly worded declaration of loyalty and love as haughtiness or even arrogance when it's simply years of built-up annoyance at Viren not understanding his aversion to, probably even outright hatred of, dark magic, despite repeatedly explaining it.

So, Soren spends some of the first three episodes of The Dragon Prince bringing up the fact that Callum is a technically Harrow’s stepson (Harrow’s own feelings are “this boy is my SON regardless of biology” and let’s be real, that’s what truly matters), but when Viren tells the soldiers (including Soren) to grab Callum in episode 3, his response is “But he’s the Prince.”

I thought that was interesting.

Y’all I have two points on a conspiracy theory board and I’m dangerously close to connecting them

This is Katara in Book 1 after they go ice dodging and she gets the “mark of the brave”

This is Katara in Book 3 as The Painted Lady (ecoterrorist queen)

I know the marks are slightly different but. When she got her mark in Book 1 it was painted on her, and in Book 3 she painted it on herself. I think there’s something to be said about how she could have thought the mark in Book 1 was more similar to her application bc she never actually saw it, only felt it being applied. Do we think there’s a connection here??

This is a mixed media piece I made a little while ago inspired by Bella’s nightmare wedding dress in Breaking Dawn Part 1. It’s made primarily from polymer clay (chess pawn, pomegranate, flowers, veil), but also wood slices (staircase), glass beads (pomegranate seeds), and twine (cornucopia)

I took inspiration mainly from Midnight Sun and its references to Persephone, spring and Greek mythology (hence the cornucopia with decaying flowers). I also liked the idea of having the pawn and the pomegranate on separate levels to one another to represent day/night or living world/underworld

After helping Robin train, Colette approached the throne room, waiting for Anubis to finish speaking with Thoth. She still had a serious look on her face, Colette lost in pensive thought.

Thoth said something in Egyptian and shook his head. The bird couldn't get Anubis to understand they were out numbered no matter what he had. Seeing Colette; Thoth bowed. "You ok?" The Ibis looked back to the stubborn jackal.
