Three Fun Facts

(1) I am a big concert go-er and went to over 20+ shows in 2023. I will talk extensively about live music, and a favorite hobby is discovering new and small artists. (2) I am trilingual! Obviously, to varying levels of mastery, but I am fluent enough to understand gossip. (3) I have phases where I play candy crush with the goal of being on the top of the scoreboard (and yes, I have succeeded).

How I spend my free time

Professionally, I am a graphic designer (unfortunately), so my free time is spent very creatively. I'm usually making graphics, drawing, reading, or writing. I've gotten very into playing Divinity Original Sin 2 lately though.

Are you published?

Writing wise, no. But I have had my art published in my undergraduate literary magazine, and my design work has been used by music artists and for book covers :)

I'm a classic extrovert I'm afraid. I need social interaction like a plant needs light.

Honestly? My main piece of advice for writing well-rounded characters is to make them a little bit lame. No real living person is 100% cool and suave 100% of the time. Everyone's a little awkward sometimes, or gets too excited about something goofy, or has a silly fear, or laughs about stupid things. Being a bit of a loser is an incurable part of the human condition. Utilize that in your writing.
