skk dynamics!
I just want to talk about Soukoku so that is precisely what I'm going to do ^^
As per, this post has no specific or planned direction, I'm just gonna see where it takes me lol.
It genuinely irks me to see the rampant mischaracterisation within the fandom pertaining to not only just Soukoku, but several other characters as well. Ranpo, Akutagawa, Kunikida, etc. It might just be my dumb little screaming brain being scared of something that's not supposed to be in my head, or hell, something that's in the BACK of my mind, and I know that makes no sense but it does to me xoxo
I just really treasure the dynamic between Dazai and Chuuya and I get frightened that when I think somebody is mischaracterising them, I'm the only one that thinks that and that I'm just perceiving them wrong. Which genuinely is the one thing I never wish to do; when I write fics, my number one goal is to make the characters as true to life as possible. I try my damndest to do justice to their characters, and based off of the lovely people that read it and comment, I'm doing something right, surprisingly.
The characterisation of Dazai and Chuuya specifically is something so important to me because I relate to the both of them the most out of any of my interests. And I have a LOT of interests.
I don't know why or how, but they came to be my absolute favourite characters over all other fandoms and shows and games and films I enjoyed. (I'm excluding the Marauders fandom here, because I also love Remus and Sirius exactly like this). I piss myself off with it sometimes, because I accidentally base all of my creative outlets off of Soukoku, and lo and behold, I have about 30 unfinished ideas/fics after one night of ruminating over these motherfuckers.
Anyways. Like I said, this post has no point, it's just my incoherent, incessant rambling that if I don't write down, will slowly eat away at me until I die ^^
So, I guess, without further ado, I'm just gonna get going?

Anyways,
Soukoku's dynamic has always been interesting. We were introduced to them first (as a pair) as enemies; ex-partners, rivals, loathing each other. But, when we slowly got to see more of their relationship, more of their past, more of their dynamic, quite a lot of us slowly came to realise; oh shit. There's more to them here.
The two of these together aren't just black-and-white characters. Dazai is not inherently good just because he works for the ADA. Chuuya is not inherently bad just because he works for the PM. They are morally grey characters. They've killed people, tortured people, stolen, beaten, attacked, hurt, all that good stuff that comes with being in the Mafia (nevermind fucking Mafia executives). Something that a lot of people seem to forget is where to draw the line between these two organisations; if the ADA is harbouring two fugitives that are ex-mafia, one of them being an executive, another fugitive that terrorised the streets of Japan as a man-eating tiger, and is run by an ex-assassin who was close with the current leader of the Port Mafia, who's to say that they're the good guys? Who is the one to define the evil and the light?
Nobody.
There are no sides.
The Port Mafia aren't the bad guys, and the Agency aren't the good guys. They're both doing their morally grey jobs with their morally grey cast of characters.
Yes, on a base level, the ADA are supposed to be the good guys, whereas the Mafia are the bad. It's a narrow-minded way of thinking and looking at the series, but on a surface level, yes, that seems to be the case.
However, we have layers to this. We know how morally grey these characters are, good or bad. Take Tanizaki, for example, and his way of going about it when Naomi is threatened. He knows he's morally grey. He knows he's not one of the good guys. None of them are! They save people, and that makes them good. But it doesn't make them the good guys. I'm not calling them bad people, of course not. I'm just saying, in the wise words of a post I once read months back, 'Maturing is realising that neither the Port Mafia or the ADA are the good or bad guys'. Something along those lines.
ANYWAYS, I've written this much already and still haven't spoken about SKK.
My point here was their good apple/bad apple dynamic. Dazai is from the same place Chuuya is at, the Mafia. So, by calling Dazai a 'bad guy' you're indirectly also calling Chuuya a bad guy. You're calling Hirotsu a bad guy. You're calling Akutagawa a bad guy. You're calling Higuchi a bad guy. You're calling all of these Mafia members the bad guys; when that's not strictly true. Morally grey characters, yet not monsters. Not bloodthirsty, demonic, evil motherfuckers. They're in the Mafia; not a good start, of course. But again, this does not make them bad people. Actions don't define the person you make yourself out to be, if that makes any sense. Just because a bad person did one good thing one time does not necessarily make them a good person. But if they strive to become a better one by constantly doing good and making active efforts to change their ways, then they're well on their way to earning that title, or coming close to it. Just because someone good did a bad thing one time does not automatically make them a bad person. They're not awful for making one bad choice, depending on the severity and their actions after the choice. Because it can go both ways; strive to be a better person, or fall to be a bad one.
ANYWAYS.
SOUKOKU.
I LOVE SOUKOKU.
So, I'm actually going to talk about them instead of fucking RABITTING ON FOR HOWEVER LONG.
Anyways.
Soukoku is special to me. I relate to the both of them the most. I recognise the flaws in each of them, and I recognise the good. I recognise the changes they're willing to put themselves through for the sake of the greater good, and I recognise the struggles they've been through to get there. I see myself in them, and so I can't help but latch onto them and want to keep them for myself. My subconscious wants to protect them and make them happy and becomes unhealthily attached to these fictional characters.
Anyways.
Soukoku dynamics. Right.
One of my favourite dynamics about Soukoku is the childlike behaviour they exhibit with one another. Even after seven years and they still bicker like they did at 15. I've said it a thousand times before and I'll fucking say it again; they let each other be the children that they never got to be. They let loose with one another. They unwind. They relax. They recognise their similarities (much to Chuuya's chagrin and unwavering denial) and each other's differences. Where there is hate, there is love and trust. It's buried deep. But it's there. The two of them have their walls put high up. They guard themselves well. They keep their shit inside. They let not another soul see what goes on in their hearts. So, with their crying children stuck inside of them and locked down, they let them out around each other. By simply being with each other at any given moment, they're healing their inner children, and allowing them to breathe.
Each moment with Soukoku is so delicate. It feels intrusive to watch their intimate scenes. It feels like such a beautiful moment, so precious to watch and so delicate to touch. The intimate scenes with the two of these are either emotionally charged, blazing, action-packed and full of chaos, or quiet and serene. Tranquil. It's never really neutral ground for them. It's either chaos or serenity, just a calm moment between the two of them, away from the rest of the world and taking (unknowing) comfort in each other's presence.
It's the small smiles from Dazai when Chuuya isn't looking. It's the words and actions with hidden meanings exchanged between them. It's the concern when one of them gets hurt, or is stuck in an unprecedented situation. It's the unfaltering trust and loyalty between each other that pushes them forward, even if it kills them, or seems fruitless. It's the determination that sits in the both of them to protect those that they care about, and put the world above all else for just a moment.
Small, knowing glances. Inside jokes. Petulant, playful bickering. Concerned thoughts. Constant thoughts.
I find it hard to believe that nobody else finds Dazai and Chuuya suspicious; they're hardly discreet about how much they think about each other. Example number one:
Chuuya is drunk with Hirotsu and Kajii. On a whim, he decides to go on a rant about Dazai. Hirotsu and Kajii are apparently sick of it; he does this a lot. He decides, impulsively, to ring Dazai's phone. Dazai picks up the fucking phone. Hirotsu answers, Dazai's like 'Oh, hey, yeah this is my old phone.' Blatantly lies to the motherfucker, because Dazai, honey, you're at home reading; what have you got your old phone from seven years ago next to you, working, and on for? Chuuya wants to speak with him. Gets angry when he can't talk to him to shout at him and complain. Keeps trying to call him back in anger.
Now, if I do say so myself, that's pretty suspicious of them.
Example two:
Dazai in fucking general. He does not shut the fuck up about Chuuya. He tells everyone he meets about how much he spends thinking about Chuuya (everyone except the Agency ahem). He's fucking gay.
That also brings me on to another point. Dazai rarely speaks about Chuuya with the ADA; I'm not too sure I've ever seen him say anything about him to them, except in Wan and the like. (I'm dumb tho tbf). However, upon Yosano figuring out Chuuya's identity, his first reaction is "Goddamn it, Dazai told them". Not that he's a widely known gravity manipulator and its not fucking hard to figure it out, plus the fact that he's a Mafia executive, PLUS the fact that they're a detective Agency? His first impulse is to blame Dazai lmao. Anyways.
You can ignore the first half of that paragraph I was just chatting mad wham.
Anyways.
I just enjoy how peaceful and serene the intimate moments between Soukoku can be. Even the world around them is falling apart, it still somehow feels so beautiful, real, raw, and personal. When Dazai is watching Chuuya fight in storm bringer, it feels so quiet. All hell is breaking loose, yet Dazai is so breathtaken by Chuuya that we feel as if we're interrupting. I don't know why but all I picture upon imagining that scene is a very quiet scene, just for a few seconds, of no music or anything, and white. Just the colour white in as many places as possible. A softness to the screen. I don't know. It just feels like that to me and I can't explain it.
Soukoku's dynamics are so important, because when people mischaracterise both Dazai and Chuuya and then smush that together it creates an abomination of what was supposed to be beautiful and ruins the relationship they really have, muddying their name. Their relationship is special. It's so much more than hate.
Hate is also a crucial part of their relationship, however. And a lot of us Soukoku shippers tend to forget that. We're so blinded by how much we want them to admire and adore each other that we forget how much they do despise one another. And I've mentioned this before in another post.
Their hate is real. It's not a ruse, it's the real deal. They genuinely do hate one another; but that hate is filled with so much more than downright disgust. That hate is filled with the trust of their bond, seven years of partnership, love, and so many unspoken things between the two of them.
Chuuya hates Dazai because he hates himself. He refuses to let himself see the similarities between him and Dazai, because he could never be like him. Chuuya often struggles with his identity and who he is and just how human he is. He didn't know until he was 16 whether he was a real human or not. And so, upon meeting this other human at 15 who craves death and wants to just throw away this human life that he's been given? That's a hard no for Chuuya. He resents Dazai for being so willing to give up his life so carelessly, so easily. He'd do anything at that point to realise just how human he was, to prove his humanity to others and to show his compassion and human qualities. And he stumbles across this stone-cold, suicidal kid who wants to let go of all of that, sees no point in trying to even be human, and who is lacking empathy for other human lives. Chuuya disgusts and loathes that. So, he wants nothing to do with him. Does not want to be attached to him in any way shape or form. Refuses to acknowledge their similarities. So, when he's being tortured, and the first thing he hallucinates is Dazai? It preys on his insecurities and deepest fears. He fears that he's not at all a human, and he fears that he is like Dazai, an unfeeling, indifferent, seemingly heartless boy who wishes to give up on the world, who wishes he was never born, who wishes nothing more than to be granted that sweet release of death.
I can't articulate very well, so for that I do apologise! But yeah, this has always been an important scene for me. In his moment of weakness, Chuuya hallucinated the person that he wanted to see the least, first. He hallucinated Dazai before his freshly dead friends, etc. And claims that, whilst he's being tortured, after Verlaine has killed the people closest to him, that he hates him the most out of anyone in the world. A lot of people said that this was an overreaction; respectfully, shut the fuck up ^^ My boy was being tortured, give him some leeway, yeah?
Anyway.
It just goes to show how deep those roots of self-hatred go within Chuuya; it seems him and Dazai have something more in common than originally thought.
Now, I don't actually have a complete grasp on the reason why Dazai hates Chuuya so much. Because, he doesn't hate him as much as Chuuya hates him, or as much as he makes it out to be. Dazai is an eccentric bastard, dramatising things for the sake of stirring up trouble. He overexaggerates for a variety of reasons, one of those being to conceal any emotion he IS feeling. He makes a big song and dance out of the little things to try and forget about the big things. To not think. Dazai is not numb by nature. He's numb by conditioning. He has conditioned himself to feel nothing, to be cold and logical and rational. Mori, of course, only exemplified these traits, making him colder and more calculated than ever/before. So, my blind guess is that he holds a sort of resentment to Chuuya for being able to be more normal than he is, for wanting to live and not seeing the world as a boring, pointless place. But, he also wants Chuuya to thrive as a human, to be able to live his life knowing and being sure of his humanity. And, when it's only him and Verlaine, he grows quite... emotional (trust me, it's not a lot but that's the only word I can think of) when talking about his humanity. That, Chuuya has to be a human. Because how could he hate someone so much? He has to be a human, because if he wasn't he would like Dazai more.
I think Dazais "issue" (I CAN'T THINK OF WORDS RIGHT NOW LMAO) is that he just wants Chuuya to like him. Maybe he wants a friend. Maybe there's something else to it. But, Dazai has always had strong... feelings, towards Chuuya. "Jokingly" telling him he loves him. Getting awfully close when he doesn't need to, and never does with anyone else. Yeah, you're not fooling anybody hun. Makes many romantic comments that could be passed off as something else entirely about him. Showing active concern for him. Caring for him. Thinking about him. He shows a lot more attention to Chuuya than he gets in return; by that I mean speaks about it more. Is a lot more verbal than Chuuya is.
GAHHHH sorry sorry I just have too much to say and don't know when to SHUT THE FUCK UP but I have SO MUCH more to say, but I'm going to be going off and writing my shitty little fics that should've been written yonks ago <3

BnHA Chapter 294: A Half-Assed Escape
Previously on BnHA: Mirio was all “SURPRISE I’M BACK THANKS TO OUR RESIDENT SEVEN-YEAR-OLD WHO RECENTLY EARNED HER BACHELOR’S OF BEING A TOTAL BADASS.” Kacchan was all, “you know what, Dabi’s been trending long enough, time to remind the fandom what a real G looks like,” and he blasted his little bleeding body back into the fray and was all “FROM HERE ON OUT CALL ME DYNAMIGHT!!” Mirio was all, “AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA... oh, you’re serious,” and Kacchan was all “!!”, and so that’s the story of how my son got murdered twice in one day. Meanwhile in the Todoroki Drama Zone, Deku was all “STOP MURDERING MY FRIEND” and Dabi was all “THAT’S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS” and fandom had a whole big debate about Whether Or Not Dabi Trying To Murder Deku’s Friends And Mentors Is Any Of Deku’s Business, which went exactly how you think it went. Anyway, so then Deku yelled at Dabi, and Endeavor was all moved by his manly words and randomly went to go uppercut Machia in the chin. And, seeing as how the Momoserum finally chose that exact moment to kick in, Machia is now down for the count.
Today on BnHA: The Miriosquad handles the Nearly High End Noumus, freeing up Jeanist to jasphyxiate (okay that one doesn’t really work so well) the rest of the League. Compress is all “TIME FOR THIS MILD-MANNERED SIDE CHARACTER VILLAIN TO SHINE”, except that by “shine” what he actually means is “use his quirk to punch a literal hole right through his own ass to free himself.” The rest of the chapter is basically just a back and forth between him and Jeanist, with Jeanist trying to recapture him, and Compress repeatedly thwarting him by chopping more holes out of himself because HE’S FRESH OUT OF FUCKS, AND THE ONES AT THE STORE ARE ALL SOLD OUT, MOTHERFUCKERS. Anyway, so with Compress basically dying and all, Horikoshi is all “you know what that means”, and delivers a freshly-baked villain flashback revealing that Compress is a descendant of Harima Ouji, a.k.a. the Peerless Thief, a.k.a. some famous guy whom Gentle mentioned this one time for like two seconds back in the day. The chapter ends with Compress finally demasking himself and dumping Tomura back onto the ground, a.k.a. The Worst Possible Place For Tomura To Be. ( •﹏•)

i wanted to say that if you’re not eren she won’t play with you LMAO
But if she is dating you, she would do it because she wants to please you and spend some good quality time with you (she is not a fan of video game but she can tolerate some RPG)
She tends to be quiet while playing and only speaks when she got an idea about how to solve enigma or difficult game who implies being coordinate.
You didn’t have to anything in such mission she will synchronise her game with you don’t question her. I don’t know how she is doing it but she can no matter if you tend to push way to quickly every button or if you’re a slow one. One look from her and she does it
She is really god any games it piss me off
When you struggle at an enigma that you decided to resolve on your own she will either give you tiny tips or just ask you to just stop right now get some tea and try again later when you’ll be more relax
The only problem with her is she wants to help so much that she might do everything on her own especially if one of your mission imply fighting (like kill a boss together to unlock another level) she would quickly get over it without questioning you and you end up getting so many xp and items while you didn’t ever touch anything
She wants to help you so much poor thing ♡
Also if you’re hurt during a game or if you life are pretty low she would stop everything in order to heal you. Even if it’s very cute from her, it piss you off cause now you have to start again because both of you died together.
9/10 she is the best she cooks cookie prepare some tea for you.
Armin - strategic
i love him I really do
But you can’t play with him
He needs to make a plan on every mission, Like sweetie just relax you need to chill a little bit.
Although he tends to overthink everytime He is very good when your goal is to kill a boss, cause he will do two jobs : healing and helping you to kill him. Give him 5 min and he will give you a whole tactics so you can fight the boss easily and earn even more xp. He won’t be afraid to go and heal you too if you’re in need and would never judge you if you’re struggling (even if he guides you during the game) he understand that the game is pretty difficult.
He is good to with enigma like it’s just sound quite easy for him. All he has to do is read the thing and BANG he got the solution how can you do that ?
He will even explain the whole thing so you could also resolve enigma with him
The problem is he is way too slow, if your level implies being coordinate it would take you forever until being able to finish the game. Especially because he is not comfortable with a joystick like they got way too many button and he is not good with coordination so he ends up being confused with the button
When it came to videotgameswhere all of you have to work in coordination, he is always slow. He really tries but he is always way too slow, but he counterbalances his lack of skills with his minds so after you’ll lose because he couldn’t manage to do something within 30s he’ll find a solution to win
It’s really funny to play a cop-game with him on Fortnite cause he’s like « y/n why would you play at such a game ? What’s the point of killing people ? » and he is the one who is throwing a grenade and shoot at the same time so a lot of people can dies with one shot or planing a trap so a lot of people might die at the same time. He is very dangerous when he wants to just saying.
8/10 because sometimes mind isn’t enough and you need skill to win
Jean - Skill and minds
Do not let him play with Eren
I swear don’t do it otherwise they would spend the whole game yelling at each other « you should come quicker Horse face ! » « Oh yeah ? Who’s the one who though that would be wise to attack the boss without getting heal first uh ? Such an idiot bastard »
It’s not comfortable if you’re playing while being on the phone but it’s so funny to see him getting angry because Eren (as usual) run without thinking about a plan
Like Armin he tends to be very good when it came to resolve enigma or find an enemy’s weakness : all he has to do is to let Eren, Connie and Sasha run at first so he could analyze the boss’ behavior (yeah he totally uses them as guinea pig and he doesn’t regret that especially when he hears Eren getting Angry or Connie complaining it’s so funny)
Unlike Armin he is pretty food with a controller so he can actually being very efficient as long as Mikasa isn’t around
He tends to be close to you EVERYTIME and he would even protect you, heal you everytime you got hurt because you protects Connie, Eren or Armin, it’s cute at first but very annoying then because he only focus on you and isn’t into the game anymore. When he turns like that, someone need to tease him about not being good like Eren and he will scream a little bit (how dare you as if he could even be worst than that suicidal bastard) but then he is on it.
Watch him beating the shit out of the boss
BUT when it came to games like overcooked when you have to share task he is bad. Not because he isn’t skillful but because he wants to be the chief so badly and of course Eren thought he could be the leader while everyone knows he isn’t coordinate enough to do that. So most of the time Armin is the leader in such a game
Just give him a task where he has to be quick and he’ll be fine but don’t let him in the same group as Eren, they would argue about who should to this and you’ll end up losing because they argue.
Also if you’re playing something like a RPG with him he gave you SO MANY things like everytime he drop something this is for you, at this point he doesn’t care about his character (he does but he can’t just not give you something)
You didn’t ask it but I’m just say it, if you play animal crossing with him he would spoil the shit out of you, can’t blame him he just wants to help so badly. He’ll text you about his plan, the stuff he got he would even help you with flowers.
8/10 because he tends to flirt with you or argue with Eren so you’ll lose precious time for the mission
Connie & Sasha - Funny
I put them together because 1) they tends to play everytime together 2) because they play the same way 3) they share one braincell (meaning either you’re dating connie or Sasha you’ll have to play together)
One word : a mess
Always questionnaire why we’re doing this or why we shouldn’t do this, this way
BUT they’re like very synchronized, it’s like seeing someone and his reflection (sometimes you’re even jealous cause you can’t do that)
They tends to be very effective when you need to coordinate something
They’re pretty skilled too
But they can’t make a plan even to save their life
The number of life you’ll lose because them and Eren decided to run into the boss’ lair without asking permission
It should be illegal to run that easily anyway
If Connie is really dumb when It came to enigma
Sasha is very good to notice tiny elements that actually was the key to resolve the problem
She tends to be super good to drop every tiny things that was hide behind a tree too a really hunt (but won’t share her things with you if you’re not giving her puppy eyes I’m sorry)
But Connie is your best allies to fight couple of ennemie at the same time, like you were walking and boom you’re surrounded by NPC and he will come to save you.
Connie is a protector
I mean Sasha is too but she more into prevention, safety than protection but if during a game you might be in danger of course she’ll run after you (ask you extra cookies for that)
Dont expect any of them to be good at enigma or games like overcooked, I mean Sasha might spend her whole call luring about foods while Connie might try to do everything on his own since he is incredible (he says it)
If you’re calling one of them during a game, it’s actually more entertaining than the game, I can’t explain they’re just super funny
If you’re playing in a RPG that might have a huge map you’ll definitely lose them at some point during your game, they don’t have any sense of direction and since they can’t read a map (that’s me don’t bully me I’m trying) well they get lost and will send you a picture of their screen so you could help them
6/10 because they’re trying to their best but since they share one brain cell well it’s always more complicated than it should be
Bonus : Marco Bott - Motivating

He is so good at overcooked than I’m jealous of him
Kinda good with Enigma but he is really good when game imply strategic (he also loves how focused you are and how he could motivate you with his plan)

It does'nt matter,your much stronger and confident now.The sports festival came to an end and everyone gathered at the classroom for an sudden meeting. To be honest you did great on the event but you did not manage to get through the top 3 rankings.
You ended up getting an reccomendation to a hero agency.You accepted the reccomendation and it was basically for a month to get better and stronger.
Everything happened so fast, you ended up getting an reccomendation and accepting it and getting attacked by the villains.So UA decided to just make an dorm system to make sure that the students are safe at all times.
Aizawa announced that there will be an hero internship and you ended up getting back to the agency that trained you a few months ago.
Everyday is like usual you did multiple patrols, go to school to study and mostly can't sleep in the night.
You and so as the others like uraraka, tsuyu, midoriya, kirishima ended up being summoned at Nighteye's agency.
Their were many pro heroes as well your teacher, Aizawa is here.You can sense that the situation is quite serious and Midoriya and Mirio is acting weird and you can also sense fear in them.
Nighteye's sidekick bubble girl and centipeder explained that there is a villain on the loose.You lost your complexion, you felt sick and scared.All of your memories in hell projected throughout your head "Y/N - san are you okay? your complexion does'nt seem too good." tsuyu said in an concerned voice.
You replied, that your okay and you said that you've never ever seen something brutal.
As they've continue on nighteye mentioned that overhaul or also known as kai chisaki has an daughter.
You snapped and standed up while shaking " What seems to be your problem Mr.L/N?" nighteye said in his intimidating voice,everyone was staring at you like your crazy.
"I-i have something to confess." you said as your voice trembled

Nighteye sighed and he said he saw that coming and commanded you to tell everything that he did to you amd Eri and about their Yakuza gang.He also said to keep an distance and do not fight in the infiltration of their base.He also said to Aizawa to protect you.You agreed, it's the least thing that you can do to help in this kind of situation.
The day comes and you were basically watched by Aizawa eyes wide open (Lmao i just remembered i cant stop me and cry for me #Once #Twice).
You ended up not taking it anymore and sneaking out of the UA teacher dorm without anyone noticing.
You have no problem in making it through the base but you have to fight multiple of villains tho.You ended up seeing the sight of the ruined base and seeing your brother and Mirio fighting over the little girl.
"OVERHAUL!" you yelled in your booming voice as you've appear in the darkness wearing your hero suit .
"R/N?ah, so your alive?" he said in disbelief .
"Yes?so?my dear pathethic brother also known as overhaul."
"Too bad i shot him already." he said as he pointed at Mirio's struggling limp body as Eri just covered herself with his scrapped cape.
You ended up fighting him one on one.You knew that he was strong and powerful and so are you.
The last thing you knew was going all out with your quirk and passing out to the ground and you were in the hospital getting treated by recovery girl.
A few hours later you received the news that everyone in the Yakuza got arrested but Overhaul got taken away by the league of villains,Mirio ended up getting shot by the quirk destroying drug and ended up loosing his quirk.
Lastly sir nighteye got killed due to the bad injury that he got whilst fighting him.On the good side Eri was taken custody of and is doing well in the hospital together with Mirio and Deku.
You sighed in contentment and walked in your hospital clothes in the hallway trying to find her hospital room.
Your heart started racing and you saw the letter engraved "ERI" you finally mustered up the courage into opening the door.You saw Deku and Mirio playing with her
"Y/N - chan your here!" Deku said enthusiatically.
The little girl hids on her sheets when she thought that you were a bad person along with Aizawa.Mirio said that it is okay and you two are their teacher and a school mate.
"Eri - chan do you remember me?" you said on your soft voice she immidiately remembers that familliar voice, her eyes widened and ended up throwing her arms onto your embrace crying.
"R/N!"
"You do remember me!Your okay now your safe,nii-san is here to protect you and will not leave you alone." you said sobbing while hugging the little girl she nodded and you two just stayed like there for a while.
Deku and Mirio : 🥺 (Lmao you to scootch along i'm her real brother🔪).
And finally the hospital visit is over and they allow you to visit her along with Deku and Mirio during weekends on the hospital.
You also apologized to Midoriya and Mirio for meddling the middle of the fight.Instead they thanked you and if you were not there they would've ended up dead.
A few weeks later she can finally get out of the hospital and ended up being in Aizawa's care in the teacher's dorm in UA.Since you trusted him you allowed him to take care of her.
You also take care of her when Aizawa is not around along with Deku and Mirio in the dorms.
The whole class is also shocked in how much your attitude and behavi reverses when Eri's around.They were like : 🧐,🤭,🥰,😍,🤩,😱 is that even possible HShsgsh.
You also learned how to cook and teach Eri how to read and learn you also play with her ofc.
You also became more confident, and a .Lmao the look on your face when bakugo called you an Tsundere.And you said in the most murderous voice ever "DIE." then Eri comes in like : 🙁🗿.
"I said i will DYE my hair later pink HAHAHHAHAH😃." you said jokingly.
Everyone was like : 👁️👄👁️ Meanwhile eri's just : yea im down with that face with a small nod and a smile***
Mina aswell as the others ended up taking the joke seriously and you ended up having a pink hair color the next day to school.
Monoma said that you looked pretty u̶g̶l̶y̶ he ended up getting beat up by kendo.(SHHSHSHEHE LMAO😂).
Shoto thinks it's cool HAHAHHAHA.
Eri said that she likes it and it looks nice to you.Iida and Aizawa lets you slide disobeying the school rules just this ONCE he just wants to see the little girl happy.
The reaction on your adoptive families face when you told them that you have a sister is priceless.They we're like : " i guess we need to adopt another one." S̶i̶k̶e̶.

A Dumb Little Bakugou Drabble About You Guys Spending The Night Together
part one : this one will kinda make sense without reading the first part but it’ll but it’ll just be better if you do. okay here we go ah
It was 1am. You couldn’t sleep, but you didn’t wanna take out your phone in case Katsuki was a sensitive sleeper. He was on the floor and you felt bad, but also didn’t want to make it weird by offering to share the bed.
He was awake too. Neither of you know eachother was a wake and neither wanted to risk waking the other up. He flipped his pillow over to the cold side. You didn’t know if it was an unconscious thing or if we was really awake.
“Katsuki?” You said, sort of quiet, but loud enough for him to hear if he was up. He turned around to face you. The room was dark, but it felt like his red eyes were glowing, burning holes into you. You tell him to go back to bed because you assumed you had woke him up.
“Im already up, what do you want?” He asked you annoyed, but truthfully he wanted nothing more than for you to want something because he was so bored.
You shuffle in your blankets before finally deciding to just sit up, “Cant sleep.” You state. He keeps staring at you. “What? Imagining me naked?” You can’t help but make perv jokes whenever he looks at you.
“Stop making everything weird. I can’t sleep either, it’s just dark as hell in this room so I can’t see shit.” He spits. You don’t move, so he gets up and turns on the light. “Ew freak what if i was naked!” You whisper scream.
“Stop! You’re so weird.” He hisses back at you.
The joke is that when you were getting introduced to the class, Denki pointed back and both Mineta and Bakugou and said, “That’s Mineta.” Of course he didn’t know Bakugou was standing there too. All day long the girls told you about how weird and perverted Mineta was. You thought they were talking about Bakugou, but later you found out they weren’t. It’s still just super funny to you though. Katsuki hates it.
He goes to sit back on the floor, but you scoot over and pat the spot beside you on the bed. “Are you gonna try to kiss me?” He mocks.
You feel his weight press down on the mattress. He looks tired. Calm. He looks calm. Well, calmer than usual. “Stop looking at me, freak.” He says, waving his hands in front of your eyes.
You keep looking at him because you can’t stop thinking about how he says he cries for no reason too sometimes. You can’t imagine him crying. Obviously you knew he has emotions like everyone else, but you just couldn’t imagine it.
“So you cry for no reason sometimes?” You question. He stares at you. More of a glare. An annoyed glare. “Yes. I do. And what about it? I’d still kick anyone’s ass at any given time.”
You hold your hands up in defense. You weren’t trying to make fun of him. It was just interesting. “Cool.” You say as genuine as possible.
Another glare. “Yeah obviously.” Classic Katsuki. This is supposed to be a heartwarming moment, but this man will never miss a chance to flaunt his confidence.
Silence
More silence
The air turns off abruptly, making the room even more quiet. He sighs loudly and throws himself back into the bed so that his legs are hanging off but his top half his laying vertically. “Why do you wanna become a hero Y/N?” He asks. It sounds aggressive and angry, but he genuinely wants to know. Sort of like a judge of character.
You actually don’t know. Why wouldn’t you wanna be a hero? Saving people seems cool, you guess. “Why do you wanna be #1?” You ask, switching the conversation back to him.
He pauses and stares at you in a sorta disgusted way, “It’s less of a ‘i want to be number one’ and more of a ‘i’m going to be number one,’” Pause. “It’s a fact. I’m working to meet my goal and I will end up on top. Fact.” He continues.
A/N: honestly idk where i was going with this... i write them at like 2am when i’m bored. enjoy this though! i might end up making this a series tho🤭 titled “a dumb little bakugou drabble” are we rocking w the idea or no?? i think it’d be kinda fun because i have a lot of ideas. it would be sort of like a slow burn type thing with angst because that’s fun.. should i?! please comment or something telling me if i should lmao.

Ya know, I truly hope Miss Renesmee Carlie Cullen fully dedicates herself to just....being as out there and iconic as possible
first things first- ANYTHING with the loch ness monster on it, she owns. Posters, shirts, jackets, shoes, folders, buttons, iron-ons, there is always at least 5 pieces of Nessie merch on her at all times
once she gets old enough to start high school, the cover story is her and Edward are siblings that Carlisle and Esme took in, and sometimes her classmates will ask her what her biological parents were like and she will flat out be like 'oh, they're vampires' and Edward and Bella are like. 5 feet away trying not to scream
every Halloween she'll show up to school in an elaborate Nosferatu costume
goes out of her way to photobomb people in increasingly ridiculous ways so there will Always be a photographic record of her and in like 100 years she can get a huge kick out of teens on the internet trying to make a conspiracy about her
joins as many school clubs as she can, even if she has no interest in them- she just Really wants a concrete record of herself to exist lmao
ICONIC at school theater though. One of those demon theater kids that come to rehearsal purely to cause chaos and nothing else, but her voice is incredible so she secures every lead. One time she somehow managed to star in a show while also playing in the school band for it- her classmates still have no idea how she pulled it off
Always brings blood out in public in a CLEAR THERMOS and it stresses her family out so much but everyone else thinks she's just like, weirdly into tomato juice so the Cullens can't stop her
to everyone's surprise...her biggest chaos enabler is Jasper lmao. everyone thought he'd be a logical, responsible uncle but they're just. A Problem together. He'll 100% assist her in any prank she wants to pull, he gets her fake id's when she wants to sneak into a club with friends, he bails her out of jail without telling her parents, they figured out if she gets high and he reads her feelings he'll get high too and it's. So fucking funny.
she's always carrying some random instrument around school- like for a while it's a guitar or a harmonica, fine, but then she'll start lugging a cello around, a tuba (she doesn't even play, she stole it off a guy who was annoying her) and it escalates until one day she's wheeling a piano around the building. no one's even sure how she got in in the doors of the school. She keeps running kids over in the hallway with it
You know the Catherine Tate Lauren Cooper skit with David Tennant? Where she's being a terrible student and then perfectly recites Shakespeare? 100% Nessie
when she starts getting dates Jacob keeps trying to wing man and be over supportive and give her a ton of girl advice and it's embarrassing as hell so one day when he was on a spiel about How To Woo A Lady she looks him in the eyes and goes 'oh really? did that work on my mom?' and the Cullens fucking LOSE IT. Jacob had to go live in the woods for a few days because he couldn't cope
Emmet and Jasper: arrive to school in their jeep. Rose and Alice: arrive in a convertible. Edward: arrives in his dumb volvo. Bella and Jake: arrive to school on motorcycles. Nessie: arrives to school on a unicycle while juggling
one year she ended up getting nominated for prom queen and Edward read the minds of the teachers tallying the votes so he knew she won and he and Bella were so excited!! they're like we're gonna take so many pictures of our baby looking like a princess! And then she emerges from her room, actually drenched in pigs blood. Like she just did it to herself and went to the dance and accepted her crown like that

she illegally sells soda out of her locker and does people's homework for cash, while also paying other people to do her homework for her. she organizes every single senior prank. she's never gotten a detention in her whole immortal life because every teacher just Adores her for some reason
had 100% used her powers for deserved evil before. Like, if someone's being a dick at school, she'll sneak into their room at night and give them nightmarea threatening them to be a better person lol
sometimes she'll show up at the hospital unannounced and ask Carlisle, in front of his coworkers, 'yo can I raid the blood bank?'
her bedroom looks like a library. every wall, floor to ceiling books.
she's been publishing trashy romance novels under a fake name for almost 40 years now and no one in her family knows
one birthday Jacob takes her on a trip to vegas and they get wasted, at some point they were laughing about how ridiculous their lives are and they're like 'wouldn't it be fucking hilarious if we had a baby'. they then black out, hangover style, and wake up like a week later with a payment on her card to a fertility clinic. looking back did you write more, less, or the expected amount of fic this year?: way, way, way more than expected. I wrote less than 35k in 2020, and less than 15k in 2019. Talk about exponential growth! (Thanks… pandemic…)
your own favorite story of this year?: Oh it’s From the Garden, Grow without a doubt. It was my first novel-length fic, my first complete AU, it had three solid twists and a self-designed magic system, and I heard people screaming from oceans away after I posted Ch. 3. A true delight.
do you have any fanfic goals for the new year?: Write less lmao; I need to get outside more. UH but in reality, I want to do more collaborations. I want to co-author at least one fic, and I want to work with some artists in addition to the ones I’m working with for my Big Bang. I just think that’d be neat! I do also need to get outside more
most popular story of the year? HAHA What came after, by a country mile. Y’all really love your horny sith!Obi-Wan, huh. Relatable!!
story most under-appreciated? Hmm hook, line, and sinker and to have and behold are both much less commented than my other works, but neither of them have, uh… mainstream content, shall we say. One’s got a sideways take on the Jedi and the other is Danger Spicy, so I don’t think it’s strange that people started them and then had to bail or were too shy to leave a comment.
most fun story to write?: The Evening Arallute! GOD I love that story! How fun is that story, huh? Spies! Intrigue! Hidden identity! Thrills! Cody dangling out of a helicopter! I love it.
most unintentionally telling story: UH probably also The Evening Arallute. What can I say? It’s got Obi-Wan in a long backless dress pinning Cody down and fucking him into next week. I would also love to have that happen to me. And I don’t think I can say to have and behold was unintentionally telling lmaooo
biggest disappointment: hmm I don’t think it’s super great to be disappointed in a story. No story is ever finished or perfect, and that’s ok. Maybe I can be disappointed in myself though for not yet writing the sex scene for the Art of Happenstance just yet hahaha
biggest surprise: UH I’m constantly surprised at how many people enjoyed a map towards honor. I’ve received some long, wonderful, heartfelt comments on that fic, and since I thought I was writing that story for an audience of one (me), that’s been a nice surprise.
Also honestly I’m always surprised when people read and like my works, or recommend them to others, or draw art for my works (!?!??!) that’s just… always incredible. Oh! And getting my work translated! Can’t beat these feelings.
my favorite part of fandom this year: uhhh well tbh it’s just so nice to be in a living fandom again, where people are making content and responding to content. My favorite moment might’ve been when @/ahhrenata and I exchanged fic and art prompt fills haha; thank you again for the handfasting art, Lauren!

What inspired you this year ? Any specific works or creators ?
So many !! Literally if I read a fic and left a comment, or reblogged an edit and screamed in the tags, it inspired me. Especially from the people I’ve met on here, Kelly, Kaleb, April, Lou, Lucia yall already know I worship yall’s talent, and pretty much every work by cherrysprite, songbvrd and attempted-eloquence are absolutely amazing, and literally all of my bookmarks basically, and also the art that Kaleb, Lou, and @orangesandblues created for me <333 There’s so many talented people in the Thiam fandom and I drew inspiration from so many of them !!!
What are you most proud of ?
It has to be Inglorious Roommates because I feel like I’m finally writing the fic that I’ve always wanted to write. I’m creating a reading experience that I’ve always wanted to have. I put a lot of myself into that fic. It means so much to me and writing it helped me heal and grow in so many ways this year, and I feel like I’m writing it the way it deserves to be written for all that it’s done for me, and I’m proud of that (:

carve my name into your history because I usually don’t have a good enough idea for a one-shot jfldjks but lucia posted the amazing prompt and invited someone to write it and the story just came to me really quick which is rare for me lmao

I’m excited to continue writing and I’m also setting a goal to put out more works for people to enjoy, whether it’s one-shots or chaptered fics, I have some ideas and I’m excited to see how they turn out!

A/n: Okay so I got some winter prompts I saved so here we go-
HC prompt: You slip on some ice and a stranger catches you.
Izuku
First of all, this boy was having the time of his life. He decided to ice-skate because he thought it would help with his agility and his reflexes.
He’s... Kinda really bad at ice-skating though. He was struggling to stay up, let alone skate around at all.
He was freezing, rubbing his arm with hand and the other holding onto the rail.
But he was still having fun, landing on his butt and laughing with everybody like the ray of sunshine he is.
Then he saw you getting onto the rink and immediately he began to freak.

He had been crushing on you for a while and you were a real cutie. But he never grabbed the courage to actually talk to you yet ;^^
Thankfully, he managed to avoid having any eye-contact with you for most of the ice-skating session.
You were beautiful on the ice though. Your legs moved gracefully as you twirled and skated backwards like a pro. He watched in awe as you glided with no care or worry in the world.
The snow only made you even more ethereal, it would make your face glitter with joy, and the white contrasted with your adorable winter sweater that while it would look slightly untasteful on normal people, it fit you well somehow.
He saw you skating his way, and was about to move when you suddenly tripped over an uneven part of the rink.
Electricity crackled as he grabbed your hand and caught you, accidentally pulling you into a romantic dip.
Both of your features flush as he stutters and splurts out a rapid apology, muttering to himself.
“I-I-I’m so sorry!! I just saw you falling a-and-”
You only smile, getting up and holding his hand.
“Do you wanna skate with me?”
If he could turn anymore red, he already did. You two have a fun time and you enjoy teaching Izuku to glide around like a winter prince.
Shouto
Alright, everyone THINKS Shouto would be some sort of god at ice-skating.
He really isn’t though.
Like, he’s used to his boots making friction beneath his feet all the time, so when he actually glides, it takes him a good sec to understand that he’s not just walking normally
Basically, he’s okay at it, but not really all too great either.
So there he was, kinda just watching everyone else skate in the rink and he was just enjoying the crisp winter air.
Enter you. You sparkled like an ice fairy even with your simple attire of jeans and a fluffy hoodie. He saw you wobble and fall like a clumsy baby giraffe and he couldn’t stop smiling.
You could feel someone’s gaze on you, but you paid it no heed since you thought it was just your imagination. He was watching you try your best, and it made his heart melt, just a little.
You were holding onto the rail helplessly, legs flailing everywhere but you manage to push yourself around the rink to try and get used to skating.
You had reached where Shouto was watching everyone and you blinked at him, not knowing who he was exactly at first but then you remembered your friend Mina had told you about this boy in her class that she thought was really handsome and he fit the description perfectly.
You let go of the rail to try and say hi, but almost immediately you begin to fall.
Shouto grabs you by the wrist and pulls your face close to his, lips almost touching yours.
DSAKD you were in SHOCK
He places your hands on the rail and apologises in a soft tone, urging you to be careful next time.
Shyly, you nod and ask if he was any good at skating.
He offers you a hand and a gentle smile.
“I’m not too great, but I’m sure I can help you stay on your feet.”
Bakugou
Bakugou is somehow good at everything, so naturally, he’s great at ice-skating.
It’s calming to him actually, he’s normally aggressive and shouting his voice out so figure-skating can make him really different. Of course, he still insults others who bump into him or disrupt his moves, he’s still Bakugou.
You were watching everyone else ice-skate, tired and bored. You didn’t really want to be here, but Toru and some of the other girls decided this would be fun so they dragged you along. So much for peace and quiet.
The skates on your feet were heavy to walk around in though, and despite you telling Toru you didn’t really feel like skating, she begged you to at least skate a little. How could you say no to Toru?
So on you go, onto the wretched, slippery surface. It wasn’t like you were bad at skating, you were actually pretty good, but you just got memories of when you were first learning it and all the girls pushing you to the floor to land squarely on your ass. It hurt a lot.
You hold your hands behind your back and skate, it had been a while. You actually missed the feeling. You twirl and smile to yourself. Maybe you should pick it up again.
You didn’t see where you were going and bumped into Bakugou. You almost land on your rear but he instinctively grabs your hand.
Literally a few seconds later, he lets go, but you manage to put your hands beneath you in time so that you didn’t get a massive bruise on your behind.
“Watch it, extra. Some people can actually skate here and they don’t need your clumsy ass slamming into them.”
Uh. Who the fuck does this guy think he is???
“Hey! I can skate very well, I did four years of figure-skating and I bet I could beat you anytime!”
“Is that a threat you dunce?!”
“Four laps of this rink, bet you a drink from the overpriced café.”
“Hah, you’re fucking stupid, but I’ll do it. I’ll beat you by a land- HEY! YOU FUCKING CHEATED COME BACK HERE-”
Kirishima
lmao who needs ice-skates when you can just harden your feet?
Okay no he actually does wear the skates because ow ow ow that would be so freezing cold don’t do that-
He used to play hockey before so he’s pretty decent at ice-skating.
He’s probably going along, simply having fun with the gang.
You, on the other hand, were probably racing with Mina, quite competitively.
You had both bet on that exquisitely moist chocolate delight that sat in bakery nearby that you could beat each other in a skating race.
Thus, this happened.
You were going pretty fast actually, the skates beneath you made skkrssh noise as you turned sharply to the left and right past Kirishima.
Kiri only looks in awe, quite enamoured with the way the two of you were going at it. You both knew each other, but not really enough to be good friends. He wanted that to change though.
His body moves on his own, ears blocking out the noise of his friends calling him to slow his pace.
His movements get faster and faster, before he knew it, he was next to you. Why he was skating next to you though, that he couldn’t answer.
You seemed to only focus on the goal in front of you to really care though; the goal to win that delicious cake.
He watched as a small trickle of sweat beaded down to your chin, your eyes glinting with the fire of competition and drive. He found that so manly.
Your red flannel flares behind you as you finish the last lap in first place, your arms raised in a victory pose.
“I DID ITTT!!! THE CAKE IS MINNEEE!!”
You scream your claim to the sky, your smoky breath letting it linger in the air like it was written. Mina placed her hands on her hips, sighing in defeat.
“Aw man...”
To celebrate, you twirl around giddily and begin to do a figure eight, but a slight crack in the ice made you stumble.
Kirishima didn’t hesitate.
Held in this dipped position, your cheeks flush and the tip of your nose turns a bright red.
‘Cute’ he thought, but he snapped himself out of it.
“You alright (Y/n)?”
“Y-yeah, thanks.”
lmao were you really fine, you got dipped by a cute guy uh-
Your thoughts were soon interrupted by Mina grabbing your hand and pleading for a piece of the cake too.
The two of you talk animatedly, leaving Kirishima to only watch you and smile. He’d have to try again, but later.
Denki
Somehow... Denki is EXCELLENT at skating.
Don’t ask me how or why, he just is great at it.
He skates backwards, cheering friends on and letting a laugh escape him as Sero somehow skates in a fetal position.
You... Were not having fun. You were slipping all over the place and the skates you had gotten were the wrong size, but you were too anxious to go and ask the people at the counter for a different size.
None of the girls you were supposed to come here with weren’t there yet, so you were just.. kinda alone and scared.
Not only that, but the socks you wore weren’t thick enough, and after trying to skate around for about 5 minutes, you could feel a blister beginning to form.
So yeah, not great.
Denki looks up from his friends, smiling and making little squiggle patterns with his feet when he sees you.
He watches you slip and fall quite miserably with tears in your eyes at the pain. Concerned, he skates over.
“Hey, are you okay?”
You look up at him. You’ve never seen him before, maybe from another class? 1-A? Probably. You nod quite quickly.
“I’m fine! I’m just, not good at skating.”
He looks you up and down. You looked like quite the elegant type with your white flowy blouse and grey cardigan. His heart did a little flutter at seeing the tip of your ears red along with your cheeks. You were gorgeous.
“Want some lessons then? I can teach you.”
You look up at him with glee. “Really?! That’d be great!”
He nods. “I only have onnnnne condition.”
You tilt your head. God his heart couldn’t take this.
“Could I get your number?”
You look at him confused at first, but then you realise why and your cheeks grow rosy in embarrassment.
“S-sure, but can that be after?”
“Eager to learn huh? You’re my best student so far! Or well...”
He rubs the back of his neck whilst quietly mumbling. “My only student.”
You giggle. “Why? Your friends don’t like how you teach?”
“Well no, but all of them can skate, so it’s kinda weird for me to try and teach them without being called a show-off.”
“Oh? So you can do tricks and things?”
OHO HIS TIME TO SHINE
He does one of those cool triple axel jumps, landing quite gracefully as the ice shreds a little under his skates. You look at him in awe. Denki lets a small smirk paint itself on his lips.
“That cool enough for you?”
Your jaw was hung. “Definitely.”
And so begins your lesson. You don’t even notice the girls watching the two of you skate together quite stylishly. He even lifted you into his arms a few times, making your heart race.
You were skating, but your feet definitely still hurt from the wrong size. At this point though, it just decided to end the cute moment you guys were having. A throb caused you to lose your balance, falling down.
Denki grabs you, twirling you delicately into his arms.
In an eskimo kiss, you two stare each other before he lets a grin form on his face.
“Falling for me huh?”
... Maybe it was a good thing you had come a bit earlier and sucked at skating.

summary:
Technoblade starts the stream and finds an infinity room (a room covered in white item frames and backed with glowstone or sea lanterns, making it look like there is just Void and no end) covering his house. he removes the grief and continues his intro. While waiting for Tommy to join his VC, he finds a Zombie villager, cures it, and reads donations.
Techno and Tommy go to New L’manburg and fix one of Technos propaganda posters. They find Fundy and Ranboo and tell them that if Techno gets his sword back, he’ll help them fight the wither he’s going to spawn. He spawns the wither and runs around while Ranboo and Fundy try to kill it. He doesn’t get his sword back until a few minutes into the battle. Ranboo gives him both his sword and his axe after the Wither is killed by Punz and Fundy.
Fundy gets the Wither Star, and Techno decides that it’s rightfully owned by him. Tommy and Techno start torturing Fundy into giving them the Star. After Techno gets the star back, Tommy starts trying to get his disks back. Techno tells Tommy he’s going too far, and Fundy starts crying, and eventually dies.
Tommy and Techno start to move back to their house, and Tommy gets distracted with the idea of blowing up the community house. Techno convinces him otherwise, and eventually comes clean with his intentions and goals to destroy L’manburg. He asks Tommy to join him, and Tommy accepts.
They go to the wolf army and breed the dogs. While underground, they’re almost caught, but they run away before anyone can catch them.
Techno and Tommy talk about an eventual SBI meetup, make a beacon, and then end the stream.
