I want to start running...any tips?

I WAS BORN TO ANSWER THIS QUESTION. Thank you so much for asking! Unfortunately, I am a nerd about my hobbies so this got quite long.

Keep it simple ✨

Running is easy to get into; our bodies are built for it. Don’t stress over technicalities and just do what feels natural to you. My local races are full of 70-something white-haired pensioners who are kicking ass at it. Don’t let anyone tell you that running is meant to feel like dying, that’ll harm your knees, or that you absolutely need to have that specific smartwatch model to get into it. All you need is a solid pair of shoes, everything else is optional.

Medium effort is the way to go

The ideal aerobic running pace is a speed at which you’re able to hold a conversation, even if a bit winded. NO faster. If you’re able to sing along to your playlist or chat with a friend, that’s your ideal running pace. If you’re gasping or wheezing, slow down! You’ll get a bit faster as your lung capacity gets better, but that shouldn’t be a priority unless you want to train for a race. You get most of the health benefits of running just by keeping up a steady, sustainable, conversational pace.

Walking breaks are fine, actually

That’s the reason why I don’t love C25K as a beginner program — the way it’s structured sort of implies that walking breaks are something you should grow out of to become a more experienced runner. If you need to walk for a bit, go ahead.

If possible, jogging is preferable, just because the mechanics of even a glacial-pace jog are more similar to running than those of a faster power walk, so you might try switching to a jog after a bit of a walking interval. But walking is not a failure; there are serious marathon training plans out there that use walk/run intervals as a viable strategy.

(Related: picking up speed helps you keep going! If you feel like you are completely drained, try speeding up for a very short interval, then slowing back down. It’ll often give you an energy boost to keep going)

Run for time, not distance ⌚

Especially for beginners, I find that getting fixated on numbers can be counter productive, and the most important thing is to listen to your body. If you’re aiming to hit a certain mileage, you might get the urge to speed up at the end to get done faster. Instead, set yourself time-based goals and end every run with a cool down jog or walk.

SHOES!! 👟

Good running shoes are essential, and pretty much the only fitness-related purchase on which I’ll always support dropping money. If you get to the point where you’re consistently running 10 km (6 miles) each week, you’ll want to go to a running store — the kind of place where you’ll get fitted, and they’ll have you try on models and jog on a treadmill to evaluate your gait and let you know which characteristics your ideal shoe needs. I can’t stress enough how useful running store staff can be. They’re all running club nerds who LOVE getting new people into running, and they really want to help you find your ideal fit. Also get good running socks while you’re at it.

Be prepared to drop at least 100€ (or equivalent currency) but they usually have a great return policy if the model isn’t a good fit for you. Take care of your running shoes — maintenance, wearing them only for running, gentle cleansing etc — and the cushioning will last for quite a while (600km / 370miles at least). If you decide that you hate running, they’re still great for walking around. Once you find your ideal shoe model, it gets a lot easier to shop for it during end-of-season sales, or looking for online bargains etc. I love stocking on end-of-series shoes and rotating them so they’ll last even longer, and I buy online quite often! Just make sure your FIRST pair is fitted, for ideal injury prevention and joint health.

Injury prevention 💪

I’d love to still be running 10k races when I’m 70, but it takes some care to get there. When you run, you’re slamming your body weight up and down with every stride, and that might be hard on your joints if you’re not used to it. If you’re completely new to running, cap your runs at 15/20 minutes every other day. Do that even if you feel like you could keep going! If you have a good aerobic base already, you need to give your joints time to catch up with you lung capacity, and give your body time to recover. Do bodyweight exercises like lunges and planks and glute bridges to strengthen your core, legs, and hips. Dynamic stretches are great for warmups, and static stretches are better for cooling down. If you have the option, running on softer surface like grass or dirt is better than asphalt, which is better than concrete and pavements.

Don't get bored! 🎶

I love running in groups. Running clubs are great. You can learn so much in a hands-on way from seriously experienced people, you can chat about gossip over a running job, and you can make some interesting friends. If you don’t have access to a running community, then personally I love just chilling on a run by myself listening to an audiobook or podcast or exploring a certain area.

Running form❓

Don’t stress about it. Just go out and move your body. Attempting to modify your ‘running form’ too quickly can do more harm than good. There ARE a few things you could pay attention to — I recommend trying to focus on one of these at a time for a minute or so, and alternate between them. After a while, it’ll start to feel natural to keep track of all of them:

1. Don’t slouch! But a slight lean forward is great.

2. Keep your shoulders pulled down and your upper back tense.

3. Swinging your arms in a way that helps with your stride is good, but I shouldn’t feel forced.

4. Even breaths, inhaling through your mouth and expiring through your nose.

5. Take turns to check with every part of your body, and relax them in turn: are your jaw and neck too tense? Are your fists tight?

6. Don’t overstride! shorter strides with quicker leg turnover are better than huge strides that feel awkward to you.

7. Use your glutes to drive up the motion of your legs, not just your quads. This can take a while to get used to, but it’s a game-changer.

8. ENGAGE YOUR CORE. This is a great skill to develop whether you work out or are just existing in the world — basically, let your inner abdominal muscles help you carry your weight forward. This is VERY intuitive once you know how to do it, but it’s hard to get a grasp of it if you don’t know what it means, so here are some resources about it.

Personally, learning to do this made me feel like I unlocked a superpower. Go forth and brace.

Accessories and tips 🤓

Like I said above, the only thing I really suggest spending money on for real is running shoes. Everything else is details! However, I’m nothing if not wordy I have Thoughts about those details, too.

Run tracking: I suggest downloading Runkeeper if you want to keep track of your runs — it’s free, intuitive, and solid! If you decide to get into wearables, a low-level Garmin >>>>> anything else.

Self-care: use sunscreen and/or thick face cream as needed. Stop to sip at a public fountain if needed. Get a small fanny pack to hold your phone, keys, or lip balm if needed. If chafing is an issue, anti-glide gel is relatively affordable.

Outfits etc: I get all my running gear and clothes from Decathlon — they are in most countries and ship worldwide. I especially love this thermal shirt for colder weather

Safety: if you’re running on the road, make sure to run in the opposite direction from traffic and to wear something bright. If you run with headphones near traffic, keep the volume down, or get over-the-ear conductor headsets. I love shokz, they're fantastic.

Post-run snack: eating something small and carb-heavy within 30 mins of a workout is great for kickstarting recovery. I love dried fruit personally.

Routine basics: check out the r/running order of operations, which is a great “how to” guide to building a basic running routine. I also recommend that subreddit's wiki! Running programming gets exponentially more involved the more advanced you get, etc — if you ever have any questions, hit me up!

Sorry I got carried away! I love running. I love getting people into running. My mental health, cardiovascular system and my popping quads also love running. But FYI, some people hate running and that's also fine! If you decide it’s not for you, find something you like more. There are a lot of misconceptions out there and a lot of guilt-tripping and body shame-y rhetoric around exercising, especially aimed at women, and I want to make clear it’s all bullshit. hello unit 4402 back at it again with the self indulgent headcanons. but now i'm fueled by a new banger romantic playlist to listen to so i'm, like, totally unstoppable now.

this was a fun warmup to get started on a bigger fic next. you know i've never done warmups before i started this blog like this! usually i don't stop typing about anything that comes to mind for 10 min straight as my warmups but these are a pretty good way to get in character and the headspace. would recommend to other fic writers stuck with characterization, but if the issue is getting the thoughts on paper you should try typing nonstop for a bit without worrying about backspace, grammar or coherency, and it might impress you how much easier gets to type

He’s definitely bold enough to just outright ask you to wear something for him, perhaps a blood red bustier and some matching garters (to play into that thigh kink I mentioned)

However he leaves it up to you when you will be wearing said thing, maintaining some element of surprise.

Once he actually sees you in it, perhaps waiting for him in his private quarters after a long day of work, he will take his time to admire you, making you do a little spin for him

Ushijima 👟

Your husband who’s already tying his shoelaces, getting prepped up for his early morning run doesn’t hear you enter the living room with your very hyper 3 year old son wearing a new outfit

Specifically, a matching pair of the black adidas tracksuit that your husband wore every morning

“Hon? Going for a run?” You ask in a sing-song voice.

“Yeah. I’ll be back in a jiffy.” He stands up straight and turns around to give you a peck when he feels a tug on his pants.

“Dada,” your child coos, eyes wide looking up at his father.

You smirk, waiting for his reaction

But it’s delayed bc he’s the most oblivious man you know

“Hey, sport.” He bends down and swoops up the kid effortlessly, tickling his neck with kisses. “Now, wait a minute.” Your husband pauses and lifts your kid higher, studying his look. “What in the world,” he chuckles. The small boy giggles, wiggling in his father’s hold.

Ushijima looks over at you, an eyebrow raised. “Darling?

“Hehe,” you cover your mouth to muffle your giggles. “You like?” He looks back at his son’s matching pants and jacket and shoes.

“I love.” He holds his giggling son close in his right arm, opening the door with his left. “We’ll be right back, mommy.”

“What?” You ask, a little caught off guard. Ushijma usually goes on runs by himself while you and your son wait at home.

“Im canceling runs today. We’re going on a walk.” The sudden decision makes you send him a questioning look.

“He didn’t eat breakfast yet,” you point out.

“Then let’s stop by Mcdonald’s.” Ushijima’s smile is stuck on his face as he’s adjusting the zipper of his son’s jacket. Ushijima isn’t a fan of fast food but his son loves it and he loves to spoil him very much. Although, McDonald’s for breakfast is a rare thing.

You hesitate before nodding in agreement. You tie up your hair and grab your purse before walking to the door where your husband and son stood.

“Yay! Meek Danno!” Your kid raises his fists. Where did he learn that? Ushijima reaches out to you, pulling you in for a kiss on your cheek.

“Thank you,” he says. “You know, you should get an outfit yourself,” he says smirking. Before you could comment, the boy starts to whine.

“I want kithhhh.” You and Ushijima look to each other, chuckling. Then each of you kiss the sides of his face simultaneously, making him giggle.

Bokuto 📸

Bokuto who’s going through a little emo phase bc of his work, lays down on his couch an arm over his head

You decide to cheer him up by surprising him with your son dressed in the same outfit as him: a grey hoodie, brown shorts and a brown beaded bracelet

“Go tell, daddy,” you whisper in your son’s ear, tickling him.

He giggles silently and tiptoes his way to his moping father on the furniture.

his little fingers tap on Bokuto’s sleeved arm covering his face.

“Rockstar, is that you?” He calls his son by the little nickname he created for him. His little rockstar. Which the child LOVES.

You laugh to yourself. Never gets old. Bokuto moves his arm away, his eyes peeking out playfully at his son. When it comes to his son, his emo phase is immediately turned off. He always makes sure his baby is happy.

Suddenly, it’s as if something struck him as sits up, noticing his son’s outfit. “Woah! Look at you!” And then Bokuto’s beaming as if all his troubles have gone away. Bokuto holds up his son and spins him around in the air. “Well, aren’t you the coolest looking dude?” You laugh, catching his attention. “Babe, do you see this? We’re twins!” His emo phase is practically long gone, hair no longer drooping and eyes wide with surprise.

“Haha, you are,” you say, laughing. “Here, honey, I’ll take a picture of you guys.” You lift a camera and your husband is quick on his feet, placing his son on the ground for one photo. Then, picking him up and making several poses..

“Peace-sign! Peace-sign!” And the little kid slowly tries to mimic his father’s gestures. “There we go, my boy!”

After their photo op, the two are playing in their cute matching outfits and you cant help but snap more photos for memory of this day. The next thing you know, they’re fast asleep on the couch with matching open mouths as they snore. Somehow, the strings of their hoodies ended up tied together, making you raise a brow and lips curve. Bokuto has his arm around the little one who is curled up, snuggling into his father’s shirt.

You snap another picture, laughing silently to yourself. That’s a new lockscreen for sure.

Daichi 🔨

Daichi was in the kitchen to fix the sink’s leaky faucet when his son comes barging in

You follow the kid behind him, hands behind your back

“Daddy, look!” The boy exclaims holding a toy hammer in his hand, handing it to his father.

Your son was supposed to show his outfit, not the hammer in his hand

he probably misunderstood when you told him to go “show daddy” as he held his toy in his hand.

“Whatcha got there, buddy?” Daichi chuckles, taking the rubber hammer. “S’it for me?”

He studies the object. Then his eyebrows furrow.

You cup a hand over your mouth to stifle a laugh. You knew that look.

He looks back up to his son, making a double take, and noticing the matching black polo shirt and khakis.

That’s when he drops the hammer “Oh my god,” he chuckles again, but this time in disbelief. He picks up the boy, walking over to you.

“Honey?” He motions to his son in his arms and to his outfit, posing. “How do we look?” Your husband smiles widely.

“You two look dashing,” you say.

“This is the best day ever.” He places a kiss on his son’s cheek before tickling him silly and swinging him. The kid starts giggling uncontrollably and you can’t help but chuckle from the contagious laughter. Daichi places the squirming child back on the ground, before walking over to you.

“Thank you,” he says with a soft gaze, cupping your cheeks with both of his hands and placing a huge kiss on your lips. “Mmmmwah.”

“Mmph!” the feeling of his strong palms squeezing your cheeks overwhelm you. But a soft giggle escapes you and Daichi knows that you love when he does this. Your son stands on the side, running his toy car across the furniture. His head spins to his parents hearing your giggle. And Daichi is giving all his attention back to the boy.

“Wow, neat car you got there!” He smiles, watching his kid with adoration.

Looks like the sink’s repair will have to wait.

Kuroo 👔

Kuroo had just gotten from work, his tie loosened and coat immediately thrown off

now left in his white collared long sleeve and dress pants.

“Hey, honey,” he greets you with a lingering kiss.

“Welcome back,” you say, pressing your lips against his.

He leans over you to deepen the kiss, his hands resting on your lower back

And you giggle pushing him back.

He chuckles. “Where’s the little one?”

“Close your eyes,” you say, smiling.

“Huh?” he asks, confused.

“Babe, close your eyes, trust me.”

And he closes them, a corner of his lips turning. “What is this, huh?”

“No peeking!” you warn. And right on time, your son rushes toward his father from behind you.

Kuroo feels something hugging his leg.

“S’that you, rascal?” The kid makes babbling noises as Kuroo ruffles his hair, eyes still closed.

You bend down and grab the child. “C’mere, baby.” You lift him into your arms. “Okay! Open, babe.”

Kuroo opens his eyes and gasps. “This isn’t real.” His open mouth turns into a smile and the kid mirrors his father’s expression. You had set up an outfit for your son similar to Kuroo’s work clothes, and even styling his hair to match the crow-like shape of his father’s.

Your son opens his arms as an invitation for Kuroo to take him from your hold, and Kuroo chuckles, grabbing the toddler.

“He looks so handsome! You look so handsome, bud!” Kuroo tickles the belly of the child, making him laugh.

“He looks like you,” you say staring at your child fondly. Their resemblance is uncanny. From the jet black hair, the eyes, and the same smug expression. Anybody could tell that Kuroo’s genes were strong on this one.

“Exactly,” Kuroo smirks. Of course his handsome little boy looks just like his handsome father. It only makes him think about sharing more kids with you. “I want more children. Let’s make more of these, yeah?” Kuroo says bluntly. And you had to whack him in the shoulder.

“Testurou!” You say flustered.

“What? I’m just sayin,” he defends, the child lightly bouncing on his hip and busy playing with his father’s messy hair.

“We can talk about this later,” you say, smiling at your cute son. Kuroo leans down to give you a peck on your cheek as a thank you for this little event you made for him.

Iwaizumi ☕️

Iwaizumi was sitting on the couch

his computer on his lap as he remains his focus on his work, typing at a fast pace

he had just got off a zoom call with his co-worker

lately, he’s been stressed and working hard the whole day, spending his time on the screen

while consuming an unhealthy amount of caffeine to keep himself awake (you had to take it away from him)

wanting to cheer him up, you and your dear son come up with a small surprise

you enter the room holding your neatly dressed son’s hand as you approach him

“Oh hey,” your husband looks up, rubbing his eyelids

Iwaizumi’s tired eyes squint, looking at his adorable son who is. . .dressed up as him?

His eyes widen when he realizes that what he’s seeing isn’t a hallucination. The boy had changed out of his previous clothes and is wearing the same exact clothes his father’s wearing: white tank and grey sweats.

“Did you get dressed up like me? Hmm?” Iwaizumi tosses his laptop aside, bringing his full attention to his son who cheerfully walks toward his dad. “Come here, you,” he says with a huff, picking up his son. A smile adorns the father’s face as he watches the energetic kid squeeze his father’s cheeks.

“This is crazy,” you say to yourself, shaking your head. Combined with their outfits, the two males are mirrors of each other. Your son got your husband’s spiky hair and eyes. However, you could see your smile in his. And that was Iwaizumi’s favorite part.

“Come here, momma,” your husband calls out to you and pats the space next to him. You perk up at his voice, following his words. As you sat down, you watched Iwaizumi continue to entertain his kid, giving him light tickles with his lips. “Oh, you little handsome thing.” Iwaizumi pauses when he notices you staring lovingly at them. And his smile brightens. “I love this. Our baby’s too cute.”

“I know right?” You say, grabbing your kid’s chubby cheek and giving it a light squeeze.

“Why don’t we do this often?” Iwaizumi asks and the kid moves out of his father’s lap, walking onto the cushion of the couch. It makes Iwaizumi tear his eyes away from you, to help balance his energetic child walk across the couch. “Careful, boy.”

“We should.” You stand up and quickly pick him up. “You both are so cute like this!” Looking between your husband and your child, you boop their noses. Iwaizumi is shocked by your action. Unable to help himself, plus, the image of you holding his child, he gives you a huge kiss then placing another on his child’s forehead.

“I love you two.” He sighs contently and realizes he could really use a break from work for a minute.

Kita 🍚

Coming back from delivering rice packs, Kita is exhausted

you greet him at the door as he enters with a comforting smile

“Shinsuke,” you say, hugging your husband.

“Hey, darlin’” he places a kiss on your lips and wraps his arms around your waist.

“Where’s our little ball of happiness?” he whispers in case the child he spoke of was asleep

“I’m glad you asked.” You smirk, before turning and calling your son. “C’mon baby, show papa what you got!”

And there goes your little ball of happiness skipping into the room with a replica of Kita’s clothes. The man lets you go and slowly approaches the child.

“Woah,” he breathes in amazement. It’s like looking at a reflection of his youth. “Where did you—How did you—?” Kita is astonished, his head turning to look between you and his son. He finally squats and lets the kid jump into his arms, squealing.

“Ordered the outfit online and it arrived today, so…here we are. Surprise, love,” you say, bringing your phone out for a photo as Kita tickles the boy’s neck with kisses.

“Oh my god…” Your husband stands with your son in his arms, walking over to you. He sighs. “I love you,” and gives you a kiss, before facing his child. “And I love you!” He lifts the kid into the air, spinning. The joy on their faces mirroring each other.

Before you know it, Kita is outside admiring the orangey sky with his son. The baby points at something in the sky, probably a bird or maybe a weirdly shaped cloud. Kita gazes along with him. It’s moments like these that make you forget all that is wrong with the world.

“Sweetheart, I’m simply showing Liam what you once looked like as a baby.”

Y/n screeches as she lunges for the book in her mother’s hand, but fails miserably. She groans as she leans into the couch with her head hanging over the edge.

“You were adorable,” Liam can’t keep the smile off his face as he pats her head.

“I’m not anymore?” Y/n lifts her head and gives him a dirty glare.

“You’re hot now,” Liam grins as he pecks her cheek.

Y/m/n raises an eyebrow at the two with a smile on her face. She sets the book down as she glances at her daughter and her boyfriend.

“I’m just going to leave this here and go start dinner, have fun love birds.” Y/n nods and keeps slouching down the couch as she gives her mom a thumbs up.

Liam smiles at her and grabs her by the waist and pulls her next to him as she squeals.

“So, Christmas here. How do you feel?” Y/n mumbles and pokes Liam on the arm.

“It’s different, and I like it.” He brushes a strand of her behind her ear.

Y/n grins sheepishly and tilts her head to the side as Liam caresses her cheek. The stare into each other’s eyes and start to close them but Y/n buzzes just in time.

Liam pouts as Y/n pulls away and checks her phone. She frowns as she squints at the screen.

“What? What is it?” He leans forward and Y/n leans back, pulling her phone away from him.

“My baby brother is coming home from college, I’m going to get him some stuff before he comes back.” Y/n says with a smile as she stands up and kisses Liam on the forehead.

“Can’t I come with you?” He whines as he grabs onto her waist, squishing his cheek against her hip.

“No, I want to get you something too for coming here with me. Like a candle or fuzzy socks, it’s gets really cold and you’re not the best packer.” Y/n runs a hand through his hand and and kisses him once more before moving out of his grip.

Liam nods and pouts once more before smiling at her and letting her go.

Y/n grabs her coat and shoes before putting them on and opening the door, turning around to blow Liam one last kiss before she leaves.

Y/m/n sighs as she watches the two. Her daughter being all clingy and her boyfriend being all smitten and having a shit-eating grin on his face.

Oh young love.

Liam picks up the book and quietly laughs at a picture of baby Y/n with a foot in her mouth. Next the that is another picture of baby Y/n with frosting all over her face.

Only her mouth is a little lower down at her chin and eyes are a little smaller.

Huh.

Somehow to Liam’s eyes Y/n looks the same yet different. Instead of what she was wearing earlier when she left, she is now wearing baggy jeans, vintage t-shirt and her y/h/c has gotten to shorten to her shoulders and the ends have been dyed a turquoise color.

“Back so soon?” He asks, with a half-smirk and smile.

“Uh, yeah?” Hannah raises an eyebrow at him and eyes her mom in the kitchen. She slowly puts her bag down on the armchair, her eyes never leaving the man on the couch flipping through an old family album.

“I thought you said you were going out shopping and we both know how long that takes.” Liam’s grazes Hannah’s arm and she hums along.

“Uh, okay.” She nods and raises an eyebrow at him once again, knowing exactly who his was and finding so amusing that he thought she was her twin sister.

”Did you change? And when did you dye your hair?”

“Like, two years ago, and not I didn’t change.” Hannah tugs on her shirt and shrugs.

“Wait-What? What’s going-“

“Hi baby,”

Liam feels a pair of arms wrap around his shoulders and a he makes a face that makes both Hannah and Y/n laugh.

“Y/n? What?” Liam looks back and forth before the two sisters with a confused look.

“Hi,” Y/n smiles and watches Liam’s face shift.

“You,” He points at Hannah.

“Hey,” She waves and snort laughs at his face.

Liam leans back against the couch and puts a hand on his forehead. Y/n looks down at him and he blinks innocently at her.

“Did I leave out the part that I have an identical twin sister?” Y/n holds in a laugh as she watches Liam’s eyes widen.

“What?”

“Liam this is Hannah. Hannah this is Liam.”

Liam lets out a nervous laugh as Hannah waves at him.

“Sorry,” He says with a sheepish smile with his face. Hannah brushes him off and smiles back.

“Okay, I think we all need a moment.” Y/n hops over the couch and sits next to Liam, curling into his side.

The three of the all nod and Liam keeps glances back and forth at the two sisters.

One of them with their eyes closed and leaning into his side with his arm thrown over her and the other one holding her phone in her hand and taking a million pictures of the couple.

Oh, boy.

This was going to be a long Christmas.

ft. unchecked ambition to recreate of the hardest Kpop dances (only in vain), lots of code debugging, and using Yeolpumta the wrong way

💻 Internship // progress tracker

-> detecting pockets in protein structures using 3diff pipelines -> finding consensus pockets using outputs of pipelines -> pocket alignment of protein models by structural alignment with a set of known binding site structures -> read base paper -> weekly presentations [2/2] besides these tasks I've been trying to modify all my code files such that they can run directly from the system terminal (i hate edge cases and this entire process has taken years off my life) so that I can upload it on github

🎓 Uni Stuff

-> charted out a timeline for master's applications deadlines and related work

👟 Kpop dances!!

completed! 🔥bye bye ankles ⇒ I'd started this way before I messed up my ankle and then I abandoned it but we are so back... I picked it up last week and finally! it is done. 💪 bts' magnum opus ⇒ the main challenge is ensuring to hit every beat at the right speed and my rendition is still far from refined but hey. atleast my moves have developed some fluidity currently <3 🧢 left, right and just vibes ⇒ really needed a breather after the first two dances and now I'm here xD although the main reason I picked this dance was bc I loved the part switch version and all the references // ✅chorus + prechorus ⚡ crush...ing my motivation ⇒ so much for taking a breather. I've been obsessed with this song and I tried to start learning it and... four seconds- that's how much I've learnt in past three days. but the satisfaction when I got those four seconds? immeasurable. // ✅1st chorus pt1/3

💿 Other Things This week

📅 started my 18day habit challenge! by which I simply mean I'm using Yeolpumta as a daily tracker app rather than a study app and I'm loving it <3 I get excited seeing different colours marked on the daily calendar and as a consequence I've been more productive lately :D 🍊 been eating healthier! lots of fruit and water intake and I've also been learning to cook! 📖 The Myth of Sisyphus <3 I don't read a lot of non fiction but this piece is hella intruiging and I'm having a lot of fun 🍕 Lunch with the besties [x2] 🎰 Gaming Arcade shenanigans yet again 🎆 Fest at Uni! One of the best bollywood singers of all time showed up and he sang bangers from our childhood; we had a blast 🎧 lots and lots of kpop and for some reason I keep coming back to Advice by Taemin

[ 18th - 31st Mar; week 13+14/52 || and with that, 1/4th of this year is done. I'm pretty satisfied with how I how i spent the past two weeks, hopefully I'm able to stay consistent 🤞]
