An extraordinarily subpar mental health day today but to be honest if I started keeping track of the terrible mental health days my entire calendar would be marked in red pen. Might as well print the calendar on red paper and mark off the good ones instead.

One redeeming moment to the day came in the discovery of my new favorite coffee shop. An exorbitant amount of money was removed from my meagre savings, but the atmosphere (and the cafe pianist) recouped the investment. Journaled (as I often do on those loud red pen days) and attempted to gain some sort of hold on my life. The cafe's effect wore off mid-day so I'm alone in my lab as I write this, with only peace and quiet and tea to keep me company. And music. Always music.

I’m finally okay enough to go back to sharing my study life. The licensure exam got delayed so I’m now preparing for MCAT/NMAT instead. I’ve been super busy these days: opening a small business online, joining a scanlation group, and studying for 2 national exams. There have been big ups and downs for the past year but I’m currently content with the people I have in my life. I’m finally okay.

Heya!

Back it again with the Korean. This time I'm translating another song (can you guess?). I wanted to use my iPad to see the formatting of the notes and I kinda like it (a bit chaotic but it works). It'll be convenient if I want to squeeze a bit of Korean study at school or somewhere either than home.

Also drinking some tea which I usually don't drink. Recently I went to a friend's house for some tea and I have been pleasantly enlightened. English Breakfast with sugar and milk kinda tastes like bubble tea to me so... yeah.

Anyways hope you're inspired and motivated to continue with what ever langauge you're learning. Never give up!!
