going to the lake for a week with your boyfriend and his friends. you guys had been planning this trip for weeks and now that summer is here yall are going forward with it.

seros cousin has a lake house that they hardly ever use, so when he texted bakugo the news he already knew what they were going to do.

he texted the groupchat that he had plans for them ‘so you shitheads better be ready’. that next friday he is picking up you, kirishima, kaminari, sero, mina and jirou at 9am and driving 3 hours away from home to spend the next week at the lake house.

the moment you guys get there people are already picking their rooms and sero is yelling at them to ‘be careful, this isn’t your house, i want this place cleaner then when you guys first got here when we leave!’ and everyone laughs but agrees.

you and katsuki got the master bed (of course), mina and jirou got the second biggest room, kirishima and sero got the smallest and kaminari opted for the pullout in the living room.

everyone was tired from the drive and took naps but the moment everyone is up you guys are heading to the grocery store. it was pretty chaotic when a group of seniors head to the store with only 200 dollars to buy food for a week for 7 teenagers. everyone kept adding things in and of course katsuki took out the unnecessary items. you guys ended up leaving with sandwich stuff, chips, milk, cereal, eggs, bacon, pancake mix, pizza rolls, fruits, water, some tequila and a 24 pack of twisted teas (with kaminaris fake id of course). you guys had a whopping 15 dollars left to spend.

when y’all got back everyone put up groceries while katsuki made some bomb sandwiches for everyone. it was around 6 when you guys had finished and nobody had to say anything but everyone started getting ready to swim in the lake.

seros family had 3 jetskis and a boat, but everyone was going to wait till saturday to try those bad boys out. they also had a loud stereo and speakers and jirou decided to be the designated dj.

once the music started playing and everyone put sunscreen on, all the boys jumped in the water, splashing you and mina in the process. katsuki laughed and swam up to you and tried to give you a kiss. of course you leaned in and the bastard grabbed you and pulled you in. once you came up you smacked him on the head hard and he just continued to laugh at you.

the sun was setting and everyone was doing their own thing, either swimming in the water, shotgunning the twisted teas or dancing.

ho hey by the lumineers plays and you and katsuki were still in the water, your arms around his neck and his around your waist. you both were talking and just having a good time, giving each other slow and soft kisses. it felt like the world had stopped and at this moment it was just you two in the entire world. he was holding you so close, his warmth radiating off of him as you were running your fingers through his hair. you wished it could be like this forever.

and then suddenly you’re being sprayed in the face with cold water from a water gun by a giggling kaminari. you quickly started swimming to shore, katsuki alongside, and chase after the blonde.

A/n : Prompt 27 of the Smutember 2023 ( Okay so this is not as smutty as I would have wanted, but I'm still very sick and I have a LOT of things to do as the mid-terms are coming my way. No one ever thought he, the kind and caring Izuku could be like that. I mean it was far from the personality everyone attributed to him to have. And since you were the type to be touchy-feely, people guessed it was fine to act the way they wanted with you ( within the boundaries of respect and consent of course )

But with time some people, the one who were closer to you noticed slight changes in his behavior. It started as nothing, like quick glances your way when your friends of the Baku Squad would talk to you, to slowly inching closer to where you guys were standing just to know what you’re talking about and also to be sure no one would get to close

It would have seemed impossible to anyone to think that Izuku was this jealous and possessive of you but it was so easy to be when you spent almost all your day with Bakugo, the one who never fails, the one who can do everything better than him. And let’s not forget Denki, he is just so funny, more than Izuku knew he could ever be. And Eijiro and Sero.

But then again something switched in him when he was seeing Eijiro’s arm around your shoulders, or Denki giving you a piggy-back ride. Even he knew that Katsuki was standing or sitting always closer to you than from anyone else and seriously it made the green haired boy’s blood boil in his veins. Seriously, at some point he just wanted to whisk you away from them and keep you to himself, for fear of you to realize how lame he was compared to them.

One day Sero patted you back in a comforting manner after you got a bad grade and Izuku literally growled lowly as he saw you both getting physically closer. he knew that it was utterly friendly but he couldn’t help it, his hand that had flown to his mouth stayed there as he tried to look away. But after a moment he just couldn’t help it and walked to you. At first he yawned, giving you puppy dog eyes, telling you he was tired - it was 3 pm - and that he wanted you to go take a nap “Excuse me… erm can we like erm step aside ? I feel really tired and I could use a nap” saying this he really hoped you would follow him and at the same time get farther away from Sero, who was quite the charmer when he intended to.

Though you didn’t get this and told him “Oh well go ahead and get some rest. I’ll come check on you later”

He didn’t want you to come later. He wanted you to come now. So he tried again “Y/n don’t you want to come with me now. It’ll be easier for me to rest if I have you close-”

“I promise I won’t be long” you cut him.

“Ughh…” he huffed as he started to get annoyed, his jealousy getting the best of him “You know what” he said sitting down next to you on the couch “I’ll start resting here”

These kinds of feelings were so new for him and he didn’t know how he could handle them without getting no one hurt in the process. His cheeks were lightly rosy due to his feelings and the shyness he had to suppress to speak out loud in front of your friend. He tried so hard to close his eyes and actually do as if he was really tired and trying to rest but he just couldn’t. Not when he was so close to you, not when you were laughing so hard at his jokes and not when Bakugo was making his way down the corridor towards you.

The blond haired boy didn’t do anything different in comparison to what he would have done any other day. He walked in his typical way, exhaled dramatically the way he always does and gave you and Sero a quick nod to greet you. But it seemed to be enough for Izuku to suddenly stand up and get a hold of your arm.

He really tried to stay calm, breathing slowly, reminding himself that you choose him and him only. But somehow he couldn’t help but think that if you wanted to leave him for a better man you would. Looking into his eyes you could see through his green orbs the fire that burned behind. He gently tugged at your arm / shirt, he needed to go now. He knew it wasn’t right of him to ask you this because you too deserved to spend time with your friends. But currently he couldn’t think of anything else than having you just for himself.

You quickly understood ( I mean it was about time 😂 ) that now was the moment for him to leave this place before his jealousy gets overboard but it was without counting on Katsuki’s temper “Why are you leaving so soon dumbass ? It’s Friday afternoon”

“YEAH !” screamed Denki who was just arriving with Eijiro and Mina “We’re going to celebrate the week-end with some drinks and good music”

As you were about to gently make your way out of this discussion, Izuku who was at your side still holding onto you pulled you against him as he said “Thank you but no” and with that he walked off, dragging you with him in the process. Needless to say that everyone - even you - were flabbergasted to have attended such a situation. And maybe even more stunned by the fact that it was Izuku they had just seen acting on a jealous impulse.

“Am I the only one who saw that or- OUCH ! Don’t hit me like this”

“Shut up Dunce Face ! I already don’t like this-”

“Come on Bakugo you can’t be even impermeable to the power of love-”

“Don’t cut me off when I’m speaking Shitty Hair !” the blond roared, he had known you for years and he didn't like how Izuku whisked you out of the room, even if it was easy to see that you weren’t really struggling against it. It was also very strange and unhabitual for him to see Midoriya act so… dominant with someone else. He knew he had to address the matter with you in a way or another but he had to find a clever way to do it. The redhead at his right did his best to help him understand that it was in human nature to feel self-conscious sometimes and that it could create jealousy. Something Izuku, like everyone, could be a subject too.

Meanwhile, Izuku was fuming from the inside as he walked you both to his dorm. He was so angry at himself for having let his feelings get the best of him though he just couldn’t help but feeling extremely possessive of you at the moment. As you sat down on his bed he sat next to you and cuddled up against your side as you both lied down. He nuzzled against the side of your neck, taking a deep breath in of your parfum. It helped him calm down, but he still felt very clingy “Mine” he muttered “Only mine”

His cheeks were still growing very red as his brain registered the words that just escaped his mouth. But it wasn’t the only thing that made the heat run through his body. He felt very warm inside, he felt like he needed to assert what he had just said. He wanted to make you his, fully, in every possible way. And you could actually feel his needs throbbing against you and you knew you too were going to need him soon.

When you looked up at him, you found that he was already looking at you with intensity, and you swallowed the lump in your throat. Unable to muster the words you just leaned in, selling your shared passion and promise for what was to come with a long kiss - that was pretty much awaited on your boyfriend’s side.

Let’s say that from there, even if he wasn’t one to talk a lot, he was one to act and so he did, all night, as he filled you with everything you needed to make your eyes roll in the back of your head, but also with every ounce of his love for you. Making you his over and over again until his brain couldn't trick him into thinking otherwise anymore.

You were still considered the new student even if you had been at the school for about 8 months now. strawberry perfume (kirishima x reader fluff!)

you recently bought a new perfume scent, strawberry shortcake. you put it on every day, until later on it became your natural signature scent that most people in class 1-a was aware about.

especially kirishima.

he noticed your new scent when you guys were cuddling during your movie night.

he was sitting in the back corner of your bed, and you crawled into his lap. his lips quickly formed into his cute shark-tooth smile as he wrapped your arms around your waist. he drove his face into your neck giving you a million tiny passionate kisses.

you noticed he took multiple sniffs of you in between kisses.

“wow y/n-you smell really good,” kirishima said with a laugh.

“you got new perfume?”

you giggled to yourself at this.

“yes i did~” you said in a sing songy tone.

“you like it?” you asked as you rested your head back on his right shoulder, looking at him.

he smiled softly.

“i love it a lot.” kirishima smiled.

he brushed his soft red hair away from his eyes and continued smothering you with soft pecks.

it was now lunch time and everyone was exiting out their classrooms.

when he was close to kirishima he then noticed a familiar scent of strawberry perfume..but didn’t say anything.

“hey bro! you able to hangout today? me, kami, and mina are thinking about hitting up the arcade.” sero exclaimed.

kirishima scratched the back of his neck and laughed nervously.

“sorry man, y/n offered to help me study because of that test coming up…with my grades right now I don’t wanna flunk it..” kirishima replied.

“oh-alright,” sero nodded

ah y/n—so that’s why that scent’s familiar..have they been studying that much together that kiri really got her scent—

you were walking with momo and jirou and caught kirishima’s eye.

sero noticed the red head’s eyes light up and a slow blush going over his face…

mina and kaminari were sitting next to each other having a conversation, while bakugo sat in his own row across from them.

kaminari turned to sero with his yellow irises and smiled.

“hey sero! hey,” kaminari rest his left arm on top of his seat.

kaminari looked behind sero and noticed that his usual shark looking friend wasn’t there.

“where’s kirishima?? wasn’t he right behind you?” kaminari asked with a tilt of his head.

sero sat down next to kaminari.

“he went off with y/n somewhere, he said he was gonna come back but i dunno..” sero shrugged.

mina overheard and peeked out over kaminari’s shoulder in curiosity.

“again? he’s been really close with y/n for the past couple of weeks huh?” mina said.

kaminari turned his head back at mina.

“right!! have y’all noticed that he even smells like y/n too?” kaminari asked.

sero’s eyes widened after knowing that kaminari noticed too.

“yea i did in line! it’s mixing badly with his cologne and it’s uhm—“

“you think kirishima’s using y/n’s perfume??”

“or do you think kirishima’s ga-“

mina shook her head aggressively.

“no, no, no, something has to be going on between them!! cause there’s some days where they seem really, REALLY close,” mina stated and took a bite of her food.

her eyes drifted toward bakugo who was eating, but uninterested in the conversation.

“bakugo! you know anything? you know..about kirishima and y/n?” mina leaned forward across the table as she munched more on her food.

bakugo’s furrowed eyebrows formed into a confused look.

“no, and i wouldn’t want to know anyway,” bakugo clicked his tongue and got up to put his tray away.

mina hummed to herself in thought, resting her head on her right hand.

sero was eating his food and stopped when he remembered something. he swallowed down his food and smirked.

“kirishima did say he couldn’t go to the arcade today because he was gonna study with y/n..again…” sero noted.

mina and kaminari’s head perked up.

the 3 of them were smirking to each other, and thought about going to the arcade another time.

mina, sero, and kaminari walked over to your dorm to spy check on you and kirishima studying.

mina was obnoxiously tiptoeing and rolling on the floor as if she were in those spy movies. kaminari was trying not to laugh and blow their cover while sero was rolling his eyes, but also bit his lip trying not to laugh as well.

“we’re here..!” mina whisper shouted.

your door was left slightly ajar and the 3 peeked their heads through the small slit from the door.

you were laughing loudly as kirishima started a tickle war with you, a big smile on both of your faces.

“come on y/n! i know i’m not the smartest in the class but..!” kirishima laughed as he tickled your side.

your arms and legs were moving everywhere and you might as well looked like a dancing chicken.

“EIJIRO—“ you tried stopping him and ended up falling out of your chair dramatically, and that made you guys burst out in more laughter and in tears.

you struggled getting up from laughing too hard and was able to sit down on your bed. kirishima sitting on your left side resting his head on your head, still laughing to himself.

“we never get through study sessions at all,” you smiled with a little bit of laughter still in you.

you gritted your teeth teasingly and pinched him on his side making him yelp. you pushed him down making him laid down on his back, and you crawled on top of him.

your arms were around his waist and your legs intertwined with his, trying to trap him. you rested your chin on his chest pouting.

you took a moment to examine his features. his hair was down right now, and sort of messy on the ends. his bangs slightly tracing over his eyes. his face seemed soft (which it was) but you still saw his slightly tough jawline formed. his mouth slightly opened which you can see his cute shark-like teeth. his eyes were being hit from the sunlight leaking from your blinds, and it made his crimson irises have a pretty glow to them.

your face became relaxed, and your eyes turned doe realizing how pretty he was. and how lucky you were.

you broke out of your stare and shook your head.

“you need to stop being so perfect so i can actually help you, it’s distracting.” you said.

kirishima’s eyes light up and became flustered from this. he avoided eye contact also pouting.

he groaned and pulled you closer to him. your face was resting on his collarbone.

“ever thought you had to stop first? i always stared at you in class even before we dated, you’ve always been distracting from being too perfect!” he laughed.

a big smile was creeping up on your face and you nuzzled more into his neck.

you realized that your perfume totally took over his cologne and you giggled at this. you got up from his chest and looked down at him.

“jeez, were you using my perfume?” you asked teasingly.

kirishima’s expression turned confused and he grabbed his shirt to his nose. his face turning surprised that he smelt like you.

“huh—no!” kirishima exclaimed.

you smirked at him and laughed. you went back to resting your head on his chest, and his left hand brushing your hair softly.

“see, proves my point how you’re too perfect—even my perfume’s attached to you.” you mumbled rolling your eyes.

kirishima giggled to himself and you felt his chest shake.

you turned your head to your left, and saw mina, kaminari, and sero holding their phones up through your slightly ajar door.

you got up quickly with embarrassment and fluster. a bright red growing on your cheeks.

“EIJIROITHOUGHTYOUCLOSEDTHEDOOR” you exclaimed quickly.

kirishima quickly rose up from your reaction and made eye contact with the 3 idiots peeking at your door.

“GUYS WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE-“ kirishima yelled out flustered and got up from your bed.

“RAHHHHH—“ the 3 screamed with a mix of laughter, surprise, and terror of being caught. they ran away in a flash with their feet sounding like herds of horses. you and kirishima started laughing so much and went after them.

as you ran out, you accidentally knocked over your strawberry perfume that was on your dresser.

Anywaysssss, you and him are dating without the title if that makes sense, it's not that yall dont want the title it just that's all sorted never put a label on it, its during you're Modern hero Art class that you all have a break because midnight was needed elsewhere for moment, naturally you found a pair of red sneakers making there to you as you lay with your head on your desk, you sit up expecting izuku to take his usually place on top of your desk but instead he just stands to the side, shifting from feet to feet. Like he was nervous or sum, you were about to crack a joke until izuku made a fleet attempt to grab the hand you were previously laying on, now idk what he thought he was finna accomplish butttttt yea. Cute attempt tho, you clutch your stomach from laughing so hard as izuku stands there and buries his face in his hand trying to hide his reddening face from you, but you catch on while you were recovering from that intense laughing fit, “you wanted to do something izu zu” you asj trying to pry his hands from his face, now while you and izuku are closer than you are will your other class mater yall try not to go to hard with the PDA and holding hands??? Seems like a lot of PDA … to say that I don't usually do these types of things, but I mean there's nothing wrong with a little change. Instead of trying to decipher izuku mumbling, you simply take the hand that you have already freed from his face and intertwine your fingers together. Somehow this increases izuku mumbling so you sigh as you make him sit on your desk and you sit back in your seat stroking his hand that you're not holding with you to let him calm down from his rant.

Bakugou- yall dont understand how much i eat this trope up ( he insecure about his hand cause they sweat) bandwagon so bad its really ridiculous, but i needed a break from it, so here we areeeee, katsuki who kinda calmed down ??? like yeah all you mfs still extras and what not but obviously y'all should know by now so it's not point in reiterating it again. Anyways, you and bakugou are helping baku squad study before these finals come around, which eventually turned into you guys just lazing around talking and watching tv. Strange things is playing in the background, while denki and sero are arguing about which song would be able to get them from the upside faster mina is humming a song as placing bows and barretts in kiri’s hair you look to your left and see bakugou and jirou talking further down the coach from you , so you lay back with one ar, stitching over your head while your other arm is being draped over your eyes and you relax back into the couch. It seems like you took a little nap as when you wake up, mostly everything and everybody is being cleared from the common room. Do you move, sit up and stretch and feel your hand being restricted? No that's not the right word, you shift your gaze to where your hand is and see why you couldn't move your hand, bakugou, bakugou katsuki was holding your hand in his lap while he was laying next to you phone on his chest as an almight video counties to play, to say that you are shocked truly feels like a understatement for the amount of feelings you are feeling right now, why would he want to be holding your hand, in his sleep nonetheless, yeah he yells at you less and lets you in his dorm sometimes but that's just to yk study and stuff, not that you ever get any studying down because you are always trying to glance at bakugou to already see he's looking at you and yea maybe you and him both know yall dont need to go out and get the groceries together despite it not being yall week just so y'all could laugh and talk and you could convince to sneak a few extra snacks in and sure you might have caught his looking at you sometimes… okay. Maybe you have a crush and maybe your crush likes you back, but this is too much to deal with after you woke up from a nap that you weren't even trying to take, through the mist of all your thinking bakugou woke up from his nap ??? Denki Kaminari X Shy Male Reader

Your eyes were stuck between looking at the board, looking at Denki, and then back down to your work. You know you shouldn’t be focusing on Denki so much; you should be paying attention to what Ectoplasm was saying but you couldn’t help it. Denki was an idiot, but you wanted him to be your idiot. You shook your head when you noticed you zoned out looking at him and tried to duck to hide the blush you knew was on your face. You huffed out before looking back up at ectoplasm when he gave us questions to complete. You pouted not in the mood to do all this work but, whatever. You turned back down to your work choosing to ignore the chatter of your classmates. You are startled at a tap on your shoulder turning to smile at Kouda. The two of you were the shyest people in the class so you guess that’s why the two of you connected so well. He began to sign discreetly to you

‘Are you okay? You seem to be a little on edge.’ Bless this boy’s beautiful, sweetheart. You really hope that his crush on Tokoyami was reciprocated. They would make a very cute couple.

‘I’m doing okay just keep getting distracted by Kaminari. I wish I can talk more with him without backing down or getting all quiet.’ Kouda was the only one you were comfortable with expressing your feelings to. In his own little way, he would push you but, he never told anyone else about your crush. He, Shoji, Tokoyami, and Ojiro wouldn’t open their mouth to anyone but, they would tease him in their own little ways.

‘You’re going to have to catch him alone if you want to talk. I know you don’t want to talk to him in front of his friends because they would just make it worse.’ You nodded your head looking around and stifling a yelp when you saw Bakugo staring directly at you. You felt an embarrassed flush crawl up your neck to your face that became worse when he smirked at you.

‘I think he saw us.’ You were trying not to panic but, you were panicking. Bakugo was the only one who knew sign language in the class so the idea of him finding out and telling Kaminari was sending you into a spiral

‘It’s okay, it’s okay.’ Koda was signing quickly so he can pull you into a hug. He wasn’t one for PDA but, he made an exception whenever you or Toko were going into a panic or frenzy. Out of the corner of your eye, you saw Tokoyami staring at you for a couple of seconds before his attention went back to Shoji who also glanced at you. You hate to worry them but, your panics were always so weird to deal with and annoying. Once you calmed down and became aware of your surroundings that’s when you looked around and saw that Kaminari had a frown on his face while looking at you. You guess this was your time to die then. He tilted his head and rose an eyebrow at you trying to signal without drawing attention to you if you were okay. Thank God he had enough sense to do that for you cause if anyone saw how you were reacting to Bakugo possibly finding out about your crush you would have been mortified. You nodded your head in affirmation giving a small smile that seemed to placate him for the time being. Everyone’s attention went back to Ectoplasm and the rest of the classes before lunch went by smoothly. Now lunch was a whole different ball game. You were standing in line just waiting to get your food when you felt a tap on your shoulder. You turned expecting to see one of your friends, but your face blew up in red at who it was. It was Denki! He was standing there with a tray smiling at you. He was a few inches taller than you but, you didn’t mind you found it cute when you would daydream about the two of you together.

“Hey Y/N! I wanted to talk to you for a while, but I never got a chance today.” What was this? Why was he talking to you when he had the Baku-squad to talk to? You were happy beyond ecstatic but, you were just curious that he would want to talk to you.

“S-sure, um, how come you aren’t w-with your other f-friends?” You just had to make sure that this wasn’t an obligation or something. You were head over heels for him, not a dumbass now.

“I’m always hanging out with them they won’t miss me. Besides, I always wanted to hang out with you, but you were always with your friends, so I just never intruded.” Denki was very perceptive when needed to be. You figured he wasn’t all that stupid if he got into the U.A heroics department.

“W-well to be fair we both w-were always with our friends. I-I-I wanted t-t-to talk to you too.” Your stuttering was coming out more and more in front of you and you were worried that he may have seen you as an idiot.

“That’s great! Let’s get our food and find a table to sit at.” You didn’t know what was going on at all. You did as he told, and you waited for him to grab his food. He had his tray in one hand and with his other, he grabbed yours and led you to a table. You passed by your group of friends who simply smiled and gave you a thumbs-up. Your face was permanently scarlet as Denki passed by his friends who were talking amongst each other but, out of the corner of your eye, you saw Bakugo staring and grinning. That little bastard told Denki something. He has that stupid shit-eating grin on his face.

“We can sit here L/N-Chan” Why did he have to call you Chan and why was that nickname so cute? As if your face couldn’t get any redder. Instead of sitting across from you, he sat directly next to you. There goes your heart. Not surprisingly he was a great conversationalist and he roped you into one about everything. It was little things about yourself such as what’s your favorite color, animal, movie, hero, tv show, and stuff like that.

“I n-never thought you would be i-interested in anything I d-do. It’s n-nice though that you are.” Your stuttering was going down the more you talked with him but, it was still there.

“I always was it’s just that I thought you never liked me, but I see that’s not the case.” Your head swiveled up to look at him before frowning. What made him think you didn’t like him?

“Of course, I like you always did. I have a crush on you.” You slapped a hand on your mouth staring wide-eyed at Denki who also froze. Great Y/N. Just had to open your mouth. “I’m l-leaving.” You went to get up but were pulled back down on the bench almost on top of Kaminari. “D-Denki?” You were confused as to why he wasn’t trying to get away from you. The weird kid in the class just confessed to him.

“Please don’t go anywhere you didn’t even listen to what I have to say.” You froze not knowing what to do but, decided to relax a bit and listen to him. You didn’t pay any mind to the fact that he was now holding your hand knowing you weren’t going anywhere. “I was always interested in you. Always. You were just so shy, and I didn’t want to scare you off. I always caught you out the corner of my eye looking at me and the little doodles in your notebook.” You felt yourself flush brighter and all he did was just smirk at you. “My suspicions were confirmed when Bakugo told me what you were telling Kouda.” That bastard did see you. Well, it seemed to have played in your favor though. “I texted your friends that I was going to talk to you about this and they were fine with it also.” So just everyone was in it huh? “I know this is a lot to take in at once but, we can go at your pace there is no rush.” You thought about it for a second staring straight into his eyes. You stared for a few to see if he was lying but, he wasn’t. He genuinely wanted to be with you and was willing to be patient. You gave a warbled smile burying yourself into his chest

“That sounds nice.” You weren’t eloquent with words but, when he wrapped his arms around you tightly you knew you made the right choice.

Sweet Dreams

Yandere Denki x Reader

Genre: Yandere, Angst

Word Count: 828

Warnings: yandere themes, nightmares, denkis underrated power

Your skin tingled and twitched from the electrical currents continuously being sent through your body. It felt relieving and made you numb at the same time. Your brain was going into overdrive from the overstimulation of your nerves. You could faintly hear the muffled voices of your friends calling out to you. Their words couldn’t be made out and your vision was getting more and more blurry.

Before you had the chance to even sit up, you were pinned down by your shoulder. The hand holding you sent more electricity through you, causing your body to become static. It was beginning to make you breathless. Your whole body wanted to shut down but the so-called hero above you wouldn’t let sleep overcome you. Not before you saw and accepted what he was capable of.

You needed to see how strong he could be. How heroic he truly was. You did help him and encouraged him. It was only a matter of time before you realized he wanted more than your companionship and friendship. He wanted everything you had to give, and more.

“Don’t sleep now, Babe,” he smiled down at you as his grip on your shoulder became tighter.

“You shouldn’t be doing this, Denki,” you gasped out as he sent more currents through your skin.

“Why not? Everyone was trying to keep us apart, and you were letting them,” his eyes downcasted and the hurt in his voice was clear, even to your static-filled mind. “So, I needed to...be dramatic? Even if you didn’t want me to.”

Denki used his quirk one last time on you before straightening his body. His love-struck smile to his features before he turned back to the ones he used to call friends. This was for the best, he told himself before preparing for the fight he started and the fight he was going to end.

⚡️⚡️⚡️

“Denki, come on! It’s time to go!” you yelled for your roommate as you stood by the front door to your guys’ apartment. Today you two were going to meet up with your old classmates from 1A. Everyone decided to head to the beach.

You couldn’t remember the last time you went to the beach. Given your water-based quirk, it should practically be your home away from home. But Denki and hero work takes up almost all of your time.

“I’m comin’!” He rushed down the hallway to almost run into you with a sideways grin. “I’m ready~”

You chuckled before leading the way to your car. The two of you sang along with the blasting music while you made your way to the beach. You couldn’t help but feel like you’ve been through this day before but you decided to ignore it.

Once you two got there, almost everyone had already arrived. Denki went over to greet the Baku Squad and you went over to your friend group; Izuku, Iida, Ochako, Tsuyu, and Todoroki.

Todoroki was the first to come up and hug which surprised all of you but you hugged him back nonetheless. Then the others came to form a group hug causing you all to laugh.

Then the whole world began to fizz out like an old film getting jammed in the machine.

You woke up lying in the bed you shared with Denki. You let a shaky breath. Your dream felt so real, like you were truly back with your closest friends.

Looking around the room, everything seemed normal except for Denki not being in the room. Denki was never out of bed before you. Shaking your head you realized you were getting off topic. You needed to find out if you were just dreaming Denki fighting your friends and his.

You quietly sneak out of the room and down the hall. The first thing you noticed was the smell of something burning. You peak around the corner to see Denki panicking in front of the stove. Muttered curses could be heard as he pulled one of the many pans cluttering the stove and its burners to the sink. Smoke rose to the ceiling and Denki quickly waved his arms back and forth so the smoke detectors wouldn't wake you up.

You couldn’t help but laugh, giving away your hidden spot. Denki jumped and turned around to see you. “Babe! I didn’t hear you,” he grinned before hopping towards you.

You flinched and backed away. Shock was written all over Denki’s face before he realized why you did, “Was it the nightmare you were having? I woke up to you struggling to breath and when I woke you up you just stared at me before falling back asleep.”

So it was a dream…

“Come here, lemme smother the bad dreams away,” Denki embraced you tightly and you can feel the little sparks he lets off whenever he’s excited about something. Reminding you of the feeling of electricity running through your body.

It was a dream...right?

“OH NO! THE WAFFLES!”

You were sitting in the 1A common area, headphones on as you plugged away at your homework. A thud on the couch brought your attention to a certain seething blonde, the rest of his squad quickly taking comfort in different seats in the area. You looked back at the hedgehog hair boy to see his narrowed eyes on you before casually shifting back into work mode.

Suddenly you felt your headphones ripped off of your head, hurting your ears in the process. "I SAID WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT LOOK FOR HUH?"

Your eyes widened at his outburst, "What look? I was just sitting here, the fuck?" You turned to look at the other members of his crew while rubbing your ears.

"I think he's talking about your RBF Y/N." Mina piped up, making Bakugo direct his flaming eyes in her direction. "RBF? What the hell is that?"

You rolled your eyes, "It's resting bitch face. It means I always look pissed, even though I was literally just sitting here, minding my business."

Bakugo's expression faltered, before he got angry again. "That's not a thing, you're just making it up."

"Why would she make something like that up Bakubro?" Kirishima attempted to intervene and descalate.

"Because she doesn't wanna admit she hates me. It's obvious she does.." His voice cracked at the end, showing he was bothered by it.

Kaminari let out a *cough* "Awkward." *cough* as everyone looked between you and the fiery boy.

You smiled as you gathered your supplies, deciding it would be a good time to study elsewhere. "I don't hate you. I'd say quite the opposite actually."

You let out a giggle as everyone's mouths dropped, taking that as your queue to walk away.

"Why does Y/N like Bakugo. He's so mean, it's not fair." Kaminari whined.

Bakugo eyes never left your retreating form as he mumbled to himself, "She likes me."

A quick shake of his head, and he directed his attention to someone else. "What did you say about me, Pikachu?! ILL KILL YOU!"

"I think Bakugo is totally gonna ask you out." Mina's teasing voice made you jump in surprise.

"Geez Mina, can you not breathe down my neck? What are you even talking about?" You awkwardly shifted over so Mina could squeeze next to you on the small bench.

You were trying to enjoy the weather, sitting outside and doodling away. However, it seems the Bakusquad would forever be interrupting your life now.

"I'm just EXCITED! I've never seen Bakugou like this before. He's been whispering with Kirishima and fidgeting a lot today. I cornered Kaminari earlier and made him spill the beans, I knew he would have the juicy gossip."

"Well can you please share whatever you found out?"

"Bakugo is gonna do this large, romantic gesture. I'm talking flowers, chocolate, stuffed animals, and then BOOM! He'll profess his undying love for you, and ASK YOU OUT!!!" You felt your ears vibrate from Mina's squeals.

"Alright, alright that sounds nice and all, but I'm having trouble seeing Bakugo do that."

"Well my friend, you don't understand just how bad he has it for you! I wish I could be here when it happens." Mina let out a loud sigh and abruptly stood up.

"Wait, what? When is it happening?" You started to stand as well before Mina pushed a single finger against your forehead to keep you in place.

"It's happening….about now. YOU HAVE TO TELL ME EVERY DETAIL LATER, MKAY BYEEEEE!"

Before you could protest, Mina was gone, and in her place was Katsuki awkwardly standing in front of you. You surveyed his face and saw a tense, pinched expression staring back at you. His arms filled with a bouquet of flowers, a box of chocolates, and a large teddy bear.

"Um...hey Bakugo. What's all this for?" You mentally cursed and praised Mina for giving you a heads up. Otherwise, who knows how you would react.

"Y/N, ever since you've transferred to our class, I've really wanted to get to know you better. I've felt drawn to you since day one, your beautiful countenance, sweet laugh, adorable smile-"

Bakugo let out an awkward cough, stopping his monologue long enough to give you a chance to speak.

"Um...what?"

Bakugo stared at your face before grinding his teeth together, "Fuck that shitty hairs script, I told him it was pointless."

Your arms were suddenly filled with gifts as Bakugo plopped down next to you, his eyes closed in frustration.

"You have a bitch face." He suddenly spit out, making your eyes bulge out of your head.

"So you went from my beautiful countenance, to I have a bitch face?" You felt the urge to just get up and walk away, and it was almost like he sensed it.

"LET ME FINISH DAMN IT! please." He pleaded, his face turning red from the trainwreck this conversation had been.

You sighed before nodding once.

"You have a bitch face….and I really like bitch faces. Specifically yours. Because I like you. Alot."

You felt your cheeks turn pink as he stumbled through the words, obviously trying to come up with an original way to confess his feelings.

"Katsuki, you're lucky I like you too. Alot."

Bakugo's eyes widened before he quickly recovered and scoffed, "Yea I know. You made it pretty obvious. So you want to go grab some food or something?"

You rolled your eyes before standing up, "I would be delighted to."
