✨Marauders/GOT AU Roleplay✨

I’m always down bad for the Marauders, but I’m also on a Game of Thrones kick? Just like everyone else right now thanks to House of the Dragon lol. It’s probably a little niche, but does anyone want to play around with those characters in that world? I came up with several ideas on my own about the characters’ Houses, where they come from throughout the Seven Kingdoms, some history, and possibly a story premise, but what I really need is a partner who wants to put the puzzle pieces together with me and plot! I have no expectations for where it will lead us and I’m pretty open to any ships you want to write (I ship Jily and Blackinnon if it matters? Like I said, I’m pretty open so we can talk about it. I’m not anti to any other ship). Basically, if you want to world build and stretch your writing muscles, I’m your girl.

So here’s what I’m looking for:

-You must be at least 18+ but I would much prefer it if you were 21+ as I am nearly 24 (she/her, EST).

-Be familiar with discord. It’s the only platform I use to roleplay.

-Please be somewhere between literate to having advanced literacy. I tend to write novella style, but I will meet you where you’re at if you’re more comfortable with a simple paragraph.

-Be comfortable with NSFW (smut, violence, trauma, etc.) We all have our limits and I will never intentionally cross yours with good communication. But if you’ve seen the shows or read the books, you know it’s not a perfect world. This will not be a slice of life plot. It’s gonna get angsty and dark!

-You don’t have to know every last detail of GOT (I certainly don’t lol) but please have a basic understanding of the world we’ll be writing about. It’ll help us figure out how to make the plot our own and have fun with it!

-Please be comfortable with playing several characters and writing more than one thread at once. If you’re up for it, we can even share little one-shot/spin-off style pieces from the points of view of characters that may be more in the background of our story.

-And finally, please don’t be shy with me. I want to hear all of your plotting ideas, and what your headcanons are for each and every character/ship, and I want to inspire one another! Playlists, aesthetics, and memes are highly encouraged!

pairing : james potter x reader

prompt : mistletoe kiss

𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲

every year you forgot how cold december could get. you were always reminded on the first day of chill and then you began bundling up to an intense level with layers upon layers of fabric.

and yet every time you returned home your cheeks and nose were always cold.

including today. as you stepped into yours and james shared flat, wrapped up in a thousand layers of fabric, you could feel your entire. body warming , but your cheeks were heating at an incredible rate.

" jamie? you here ?" you yelled out as you began unwrapping your scarf, taking off your hat and gloves.

it was moments after you called that james appeared in the hallway dressed in pyjama pants and a loose t-shirt.

" hey, baby. you look cozy " he said with a slight laugh, approaching you where you stood in the door way

"yeah well, it's minus 2 outside so i had to stack up " you explained as you slid your sock clad feet out of your boots.

" socks and tights, that's a new level of cold. " he said with a slight laugh, smoothing your hair down over your head where your hat had made it static.

" it's really fucking cold " you explained, finally shrugging off your jacket and hanging it up on the hooks before turning to james.

you took two seconds before you began approaching james, apparently he caught onto what you were trying to do because he started backing away.

" no, you are not shoving your hands down my shirt " he said, moving across the flat, landing in the kitchen on the opposite side of the island to you.

" come on, they're so cold i think they're gonna fall off. " you continued circling the island to try and get to him " you really aren't going to save your girlfriend from losing her fingers ?" you joked, speeding up as you followed him out of the kitchen to the living room.

unfortunately for you, hard wood floors and tights weren't the best combination and you slid into the room, heading straight for the coffee table until you felt james' arms around your waist, preventing you from falling onto the floor.

" merlin, y/n. givin' me a heart attack " he said, turning you in his arms to face you.

" sorry...did you put mistletoe up ?" you questioned, catching sight of the green leaves hanging above your living room door. he tilted his head up to spot the leaves and you took your opportunity, landing your icy hands on his cheeks and pulling him down to kiss you.

he seemed less phased about the icy surface of your palms with your warm lips on his.

hello marauders fandom!!

! me and my best boy jesper @mystcius have started a 20+ DISCORD SERVER for marauders roleplay where we develop and roleplay Hogwarts in the 70s. It’s a really fun server to develop and interact within the marauders community with in character chats, in depth canon roleplays and developments of canon relationship and so on. it’s an all inclusive group where we promote minor and major characters (particularly promoting intergrating minor characters into major plot points too!! no one is excluded here.)

Okay folks! My first post. I downloaded this app specifically to find a Wolfstar Roleplay. I’m literally craving a good decent Wolfstar roleplay, like i need one so bad. My most recent rp partner absolutely abandoned me (i’ve been on delivered for 24hrs) and i literally need a new one.

I obviously ship wolfstar and i usually write as Sirius but i could possibly try for Remus. I ship Jegulus, but also Jily, and of course Evan and Barty (i forget their ship name?).

My usual Roleplays with Wolfstar are just starting from around maybe their fourth year when they start to realize their feelings for one another. I usually do the basic friends to lovers trope and stuff, just going through their years as they like each other, find out, start dating, etc. I base a lot of my stuff off of ATYD sooo, just fyi. I also do mostly cannon, maybe adding a few things here and there, and the ships ofc.

I love angst so much, my favorite thing ever. So, if you have any triggers make sure to tell me beforehand, i’ll probably ask first anyways. I also can do NSFW but it’s obviously not required at all, i like skipping. I use paragraphs mostly, no short answers, you need to be a decently detailed writer. I use “..” and i talk in third person.

I usually Roleplay on Discord, but i can do other platforms if you don’t have it. Just comment if you’re interested!!! Or just add me, my Discord is tea7800.

(Also… David Bowie is literally my hero and Lady Stardust is literally Sirius’s song.. and i think it’s the cutest when Remus exposes Sirius to David Bowie for the first time..)

coming home during summer break was definitely not your favourite time of the year. you much preferred to stay up at university but you hadn't been home since christmas and you were only supposed to spend a few weeks there before going away with your friends.

you were certain that your mum had informed her friends of your return home, which in turn informed the entire town.

you were from a small town of gossips. everyone knew everyone and knew everything about everyone.

sometimes you just wanted to do something without the entire town knowing about it.

but you had never been granted that courtesy.

it got a million times worse when you started dating.

you learnt very quickly it was impossible to date in that town so you settled for only meeting people at university.

though that failed miserably.

until one christmas break during your second year at uni, you had met remus. a boy your age who had gone to a boarding school, which was why you never met him until he went off to uni and started going home for the holidays.

you had spent a lot of nights together during that winter break.

it was something amazing, but only for a few weeks. and you both knew and accepted that.

that didnt make it any easier to leave for uni every break.

but you relished the time you spent together.

you knew he was home for the summer, and while you hadn't made any plans, you both knew you were going to spend a lot of time together.

you spent your first day at home with your parents, but the next morning you met up with remus at a cafe in the centre of town.

the moment he walked through the door you were up out of your seat and it was as though you had never left eachother.

your day was spent wandering around town, more often than not with a coffee in your hand, catching up on what had been going on over the last 6 months.

you didnt talk much when you were both at school. the occasional message about when you would be coming back home, but not much information was exchanged.

you learnt that remus was currently at the top of his class, which earned him a muffin from you.

and when you told him you had been accepted for a job when you got out of school, he bought you a toasted sandwich.

you were shocked you didnt run out of things to say to him, but you didnt, eventually ending up back at his house while his parents went to a movie.

it was no surprise that you ended up making out on the sofa while a movie played on the tv.

the film had been bought with the full intention of watching it, but when you sat curled up in remus' side, he couldn't resist.

" i missed you " he whispered between touches of your lips

three simple words which sent alarm bells through your body, causing you to pull away from him.

you missed him too.

but you thought it was mutually agreed that you never talked about the prospect of seeing eachother more.

that you enjoyed the time you had and never spoke about it.

" i don't know what you expect me to say..."

" i mean, i kind of hoped you would say you missed me too "

" what are you doing, rem ? you know this would never work with us. "

" why not ? " he countered, growing slightly more passionate about the subject. " people make this work all the time. i could come visit you at school, we could meet half way...i just- i can't find anyone that makes me feel as.. alive as you do "

his words caused a burning to grow behind your eyes, which you tried to hide by ducking your head to avoid his gaze.

but he wasnt having it.

he lifted his hand to tilt your head up with his thumb and forefinger, delicately wiping away the tears from your cheek.

" why dont you want this ? " he questioned again, his voice soft.

" because i dont want to make you miserable. " you started, unable to stop the free flow of tears down your cheeks.

" i can't keep people close to me without ruining them. it's why i dont come home, it's why i dont have any friends at uni. its why i look forward to seeing you so much because i know i dont have enough time to ruin you. you are the only perfect thing in my life and i dont want to lose that " you rambled.

remus said nothing, instead choosing to wrap his strong arms around you and pull you close to his chest.

that broke you completely.

you let a damn break and the only thing holding you together was remus' arms wrapped tightly around you.

So we could call it even You could call me babe for the weekend 'Tis the damn season, write this down I'm stayin' at my parents' house And the road not taken looks real good now And it always leads to you in my hometown
