You were on your back, head against the side of the couch with your book on your chest. "May I?" he asked softly, gesturing to the spot in your lap.

You nodded, a small smile gracing your lips as you lifted the book up a bit and allowed him to lay his head in your lap. "Of course Sei." You grinned down at him, his pretty pink eyes glinting from the reflection of the sun that spewed through the curtains.

Seijuro grabbed his book off the coffee table and then leaned closer to you. You could feel the warmth radiating from him, his proximity comforting in its own way. You both sat in silence, lost in your respective books, yet sharing the space effortlessly, your hand in his hair, softly scratching his scalp only occasionally pulling away to turn the page.

He had one hand holding his book and the other on your thigh, tracing small patters, occasionally turning his head to place a chaste kiss to your stomach, "love you pretty."

"Love you too Sei," you smiled fondly but then laughed softly, "Sei baby, you gotta hop up, I need to use that restroom."

"Im not moving, your lap is too comfortable," Akashi says, putting his book down and rolling onto your stomach, moving up a little so he was now lying on your chest, burying his head into your neck.

It was moments like these, the simple act of being together in the same space, that made you feel truly comfortable around him. There was a sense of ease in your presence with each other, even in your pajamas, engrossed in your own activities.

Seijuro's hand brushed against yours unexpectedly, his fingers interlacing with yours. It was a subtle gesture, yet it spoke volumes about his feelings, his touch conveying a sense of connection and intimacy.

As the day progressed, you found yourself preparing lunch in the kitchen, the savory aroma wafting through the air. Seijuro entered quietly, his steps graceful yet purposeful, and wrapped his arms around your waist from behind, resting his chin on your shoulder.

"Need any help?" he inquired softly, his voice velvety smooth against your ear.

You smiled at his offer, feeling a surge of affection. "I'm fine, thank you," you replied, leaning back into his embrace, savoring the warmth of his touch.

His protectiveness often shone through, even in the simplest of actions. Walking down a crowded street, Seijuro would instinctively switch positions with you, guiding you to the safer side, his actions a silent vow to protect you.

Some mornings, when Seijuro had a rare day off and you had to rush to work, he'd be playfully clingy, stealing a few extra moments to hold you closer and press a gentle kiss against your forehead.

"Remember you mentioned this," Seijuro said, presenting you with a small package, a thoughtful gesture after recalling a passing comment you made about a particular item.

His attention to detail was astounding, remembering the little things about you — your preferences, your favorite treats, and the nuances of your personality.

During his trips, Seijuro would send pictures of every place he visited, each one a silent testament to his thoughts of you. A short text would accompany each picture, a simple 'wish you could be here to see it with me.'

For the rest of the day, Seijuro tended to your needs diligently. He brought you medicine, prepared a simple meal that he insisted you eat despite your diminished appetite, and made sure you stayed hydrated. His presence alone provided a sense of comfort, his unwavering care evident in every action.

He sat by your side, reading to you softly, his soothing voice lulling you into a peaceful slumber. Throughout the day, Seijuro checked on you regularly, adjusting the blankets, offering encouraging words, and providing comfort in the form of his reassuring presence.

In between naps and bouts of weakness, you'd find Seijuro sitting at the edge of the bed, a concerned expression on his face, occasionally brushing a strand of hair from your forehead with a gentle touch.

As the evening descended, he prepared a warm bath for you, easing some of the discomfort. Seijuro made sure you were settled back in bed, placing a hand on your forehead once more, feeling your temperature slowly subside.

"Rest now," he murmured, his tone soothing and comforting. "I'll be here."

Seijuro stayed by your side throughout the night, occasionally waking you to ensure you were hydrated or taking your temperature. His unwavering care and attentive demeanor made you feel cherished and protected, despite the illness.

The next morning, as the first rays of sunlight filtered through the curtains, you woke feeling considerably better. Seijuro was already up, preparing breakfast with the same composed demeanor, yet the glint of relief in his eyes was unmistakable.

"Feeling better?" he asked, turning to face you with a small smile.

You nodded, managing a weak smile in return. "Thanks to you."

Seijuro's care during your illness had been a testament to his unwavering dedication and affection, his quiet acts of kindness leaving a lasting impression on your heart.

i won't be writing for all characters, like klee and other youngers ones in genshin, i also don't write for dottore and any of the harbringers (except for childe and scaramouche). in kuroko no basket i don't write for hanemiya and the rest of his team, i also don't write for jabberwock, i get pissed okay. for tokyo revengers i don't write for taiju, south, i forgot the others but the list goes on. for demon slayer i won't ever write for freaking muzan and the upper moons and lower moons. for haikyuu, i don't write for the coaches. i also don't write for takeda sensei. for naruto i haven't decided who i won't write for. for attack on titan i only write for levi, hange, armin, mikasa, eren, connie, sasha, jean, historia. for mha, i don't write for the villains bruh, i also don't write for eri. my only exception for the teachers would be aizawa. >;(

absolutely no smut please! i write for suggestive stuff but i don''t write smut, incest, dark stuff and all that.

i do write about angst though (meaning there'll be character deaths if that's what you want), i also write for fluff, crack, au's (especially historical ones). you could visit my rules so that you could see what i write and don't.

Do you have any kuroko no basket headcannons if so what are they ? :D

My brain is 85% KnB headcanons (unless I'm writing my original fiction and sometimes even then).

Here are some highly specific headcanons about some of the characters' media taste:

Kuroko

Since he has been documented to love Stand By Me and to read Makioka Sisters, I concluded he's into character driven stories where a bunch of friends or siblings get into shenanigans and/or philosophize about life and experience its darker side (lol what a surprise), and so I added The Outsiders, Pride and Prejudice and Little Women to his list of favourites and referenced them in my fic to varying degrees.

Kagami

I figured besides Toy Story he would like The Incredibles and generally be into action cartoons with a bit more emotional depth, and doesn't mind a nod towards some more macabre themes. However, he likes happy endings and doesn't want to see something straightforwardly tragic. I also think he doesn't mind slower paced movies when they are visually captivating, so I figured he would enjoy watching Pride and Prejudice (2005) with Kuroko.

Aomine

He's secretly into high stakes emotionally dramatic shows that don't require a lot of processing, like Sex and the City and Gossip Girl, and he gets way too invested. He thinks only Momoi knows, but she told Kuroko, who told no one (so far).

Momoi

This was inspired by the fact that I thought it would be hilarious if Momoi's screen name was "weddingpeachsatsuma" and then I started thinking she likes self-aware magical girl anime, like Wedding Peach. (Doesn't hurt that she looks a bit like the protagonist.) But she isn't like... a proper anime fan. She only likes the ones that deconstruct clichés or come at the subject from a slightly removed angle. (I can't think of a better way to explain it.) Now, this only really makes sense if you know Wedding Peach, but I thought it would also be hilarious if Kuroko managed to tell Momoi that he wasn't her Yosuke but her Jama-P. (But if you don't know it, google Jama-P and you'll understand.)

Kise:

Uses emojis constantly

Doesn’t know how to respond just sends: 😉😎😜🙌😂🤔

Answers within .5 seconds of the message being sent

vowel abuse

only sends memes from private account on instagram

Midorima:

Uses full sentences and punctuation like a sociopath

Will either insist on calling or just not speaking at all

Has a phone with an os from 900 years ago so whenever someone (kise) sends an emoji he’s like “I don’t understand this is a box with a question mark. Why have you sent me this?”

will ignore your message past 10 pm

Akashi:

Also uses full sentences

You message Akashi the same way you would email your boss

Takes forever to type just for intimidation

Uses gifs but only in the wrong context

contact name is your first and last name (and social insurance number)

will text you cryptic things on a burner phone and assume you know who he is

Aomine:

Has never texted a full sentence in his life

“wat”

uses acronyms no one’s heard of and then gets mad when you don’t get what he’s trying to say

send like 30 messages to get your attention and then doesn’t answer for like 4 hours

either responds in 10 seconds or 10 hours and there’s no in between

Kuroko:
