i knew you were trouble
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
jungwon x reader
genre : fluff, enemies to lovers (kind of), jungwon bad boy typa guy, fluff, college au.
synopsis : you knew who he was, yet you still allowed yourself to be drifted right onto him by his charisma, but he felt so much more.
warnings : possible chance of reader throwing their phones😁...
Tumblr media
it was yet another day, walking around the campus just right before your first lecture. sitting on the bench nearby mainly because the the campus is huge and you had to walk everywhere.
and there he was, yang jungwon. he was barely early so it was slightly surprising, he was going to school early these days.
he had a huge reputation, he wasn't just popular for his looks and his sports activities. but he was also favored by professors for his intellect and family status. and as to local girl information he had a lot of pst relationship.
it will either be the girl got really obsessed with him or he got a small crush, at least he wasn't heartless at all. but you knew more, you knew he was trouble.
you shouldn't be starting to develop feelings. so the best thing to resort is to walk away and ignore. like you are right now, avoiding his presence.
you wouldn't know but at that moment he stared at your figure walk away. class started soon as you sat on the third row.
and there he was yet again entering the room scanning the room as he always do, the other girls gushing, the others not really caring, and you rather look like the last one.
you sat silently starting to resume the book you were reading, the seat next to you shifted— you were fucked.
you ignored everything that could relate to him, it was hard especially when he was beside you, every pen drop, fake coughs and chair shiftings.
and alas after an hour you survived. not until you went out and had an embarrassing length of eye contact with him.
you just scoffed and walked away. this was not the way to go.
you attended your classes for the rest of the morning, and finally sprinting to the park benches where you and your best friends always had lunch.
"oh my fucking god, its like he's everywhere, and it makes me think he's following me but his face actually pops out from nowhere and its making me DELUSIONAL!" you screamed at your friend as you dropped your bag beside the leg of the table.
"mygod slow down.." nayeon muttered with her mouth full.
"make a move already im bored" yuna said stabbing the sushi and eating it.
"its not that easy" you whined lying your head on the table. "are you even aware of who we are talking about? the yang jungwon, a womanizer"
"then why do you like him if you knew that he got with a lot of people" nayeon said scrolling through her phone now.
"this is not helping" you cried opening the lunch box your friends bought you.
it got even worse when he indeed was about to pass through your table, he never goes here, what's the reason now?
you continued to eat keeping your cool, there was no way he would go there to your table.... your luck has ran out.
"hey do you guys have notes for biology that i could borrow?" he asked, you could feel his figure looming above you.
"uhm i think y/n has some, me and yuna doesn't attend biology" nayeon replied. you looked up seeing him facing you.
"i dont take notes" you said a little too blunt.
"oh." it took him a few seconds until he walked away.
"what was that for? are you DUMB??" yuna exclaimed. it was indeed strange to just turn down someone like that quite harsh.
"i'm practicing self control" thanking yourself in the process of hopelessly falling into a pit of emotions towards him.
"guys theres a party in jay's penthouse tomorrow night, we should go" nayeon suggested.
"it's friday why not" you shrugged. packing up to leave for your afternoon classes.
Tumblr media
friday.
you once again walked through the halls with tall pillars, people scurrying to study for their finals, but one unnatural sight was held right in front of the campus.
jungwon's group themselves handing out papers to girls. you wanted to know what it was, probably a school event?
you finally walked close enough to them sneaking at the bold letters which said "the official girlfriend application" and you wouldn't miss the litte text below it "for lee heeseung"
it was for the oldest member of the group, now you see the pattern of people they're handing it out too, for seniors but who looks like would fit him, they were also hand out to some lower levels but that was mostly it.
you were about to pass not wanting to miss your class until a sheet of paper was closely shoved to your face stopping you from getting away.
an arm holding "it" out to your face, it was jake sim's, holding it out to you with a smile.
you were actually considering of taking it, but you were seconds too late to react, when you faced jake he was beside jungwon who quickly took it from his hands.
"hey man what was that for" his accent strongly used. you were quick to get of the trance hurrying to your class' door.
all you could think of whole day long was getting out somewhere and have a environmental reset, you needed a change of place— environment, it would be therapeutic and will recharge your social battery and your energy.
when dismissal was granted you were quickly out the door rushing to your dorm, needing a long long nap.
as you did it went from 5 pm to 7 in a matter of your blackout. not to mention how you are violently shook by your friend/ roommate who will soon end up six feet under when you figure out this unacceptable ptable disturbance to your precious sleep.
"what?" you said as your other eye still closed being tubbed by your hand for the adjustment of light.
"THE PARTY??" yuna stated with a "duh?" voice.
"oh right. that was today..." you said trailing off thinking wether you should give in to sleep or socialize.
"HEY??" yuna exclaimed.
"fine give me 10 minutes" and as short of a period of time that sounds.... you really did not finish in it. took you at least 20 more minutes to pick an outfit.
you took a cab easily reaching a tall building. you went in the elevator took you to the highest floor.
you opened the door easily welcomed with a big interior and a shit-ton of people. as you gaze through out the place you had two thoughts that came in mind; a. date jay , b. rob him. and there was a very thin line between those two.
you sat at the kitchen counter tapping your fingers upon the marble sucking a breath realizing your friend won't be reuniting with you anytime soon.
you stood up and opened the glossy noir fridge, taking one of the sodas as you sat down on your previous seat.
"not a fan of party punches huh?" a voice approached you. looking over it was heeseung smiling. he sat down settling beside you.
"i dont really know what's in it so i cant trust it" you chuckled answering him.
"well for some people it's exciting" he chuckled, silence slowly filling in, you had company.
"so do you want to dance with me?" he smiled at you, he was very charming, but you could notice that he was hiding his timidness and with alcohol courage.
but that wasn't the point... should you go dance with him?
"i-" you were cut off by a person shoving a cup into the table between you and heeseung.
"would you like to go and dance with me?" jungwon asked.
confusion struck over you, you felt the need to go. something deep within you sparked acknowledging how he asked you, was he jealous?
"uhm i think i have to go find my friends first" you chuckled in a troubled note.
you stood off your chair, it was moments like this that makes you want to stay and give in. you were so dazed lost on how he charms you.
after 15 minutes and 9 laps all around the penthouse your friends weren't in sight. you sighed deciding that you should just go home.
you took your coat and purse exciting the chaos of the wild crowd. walking out you finally had a whiff of clean air thats not polluted with sweat and alcohol.
you headed to the elevator while looking for your phone on your purse, a light click was heard. you dropped the keys for your dorm.
you picked it up noticing a pair of feet displayed in front of you. you looked up and once again as if fate laced you two together, he stood in front of you.
"d-did i say something wrong?" he said, he looked upset.
"what?" you asked confused.
"well, for one you walked out on me when i asked you for a dance"
"oh, i really just had to find my friends you know?" you said trying to make the mood light.
"no, i don't know , i'm not the most patient person... so why are you turning down my every move on you?" he said confused.
"you-?"
"i like you, i know i don't have the best dating history, but i've stopped for these past few months because—" he said pausing.
"i know the type of person you are and i wanna change for you.." he stated.
you stood up shocked. you opened your mouth forcing out something but all that left was air, soon closing your mouth you were speechless.
"do you perhaps don't like me? do you hate me?" he questioned with a hurt look.
it takes more than words.
you leaped over to his figure securing your arms around his neck kissing him. he was frozen, soon giggling into the kiss as he reciprocated the affection.
he placed his arms on your waist dragging your figure to the door opposite of the huge party, not accepting a second of relief in accepting air.
he quickly placed your back softly on the wall as he shifts his lips to kiss you better, wishing you would both collide.
you place your hand on his chest finally breathing heavily.
your eyes met as you both broke into small giggles, adoration.
"i belong with you" he proudly said.

Hiii! I have a TPN request for Emma and Ray (seperately).
Them x reader who is bubbly, childish, energetic, and kind gets shipped out and the next time they see them (reader was with Norman after they got shipped out), they were more reserved, soft-spoken, and mature.
Tysm and have a great day! P.S. Stay hydrated.
This genuinely sounds like something I would read, lol. I hope you enjoy, even though this isn't a total proof read. Just how i remembered. I did mainly just Ray, and im planning on making another version with Emma. This will be based off the manga, but I can make an anime version too. Here you go!
Tw: Violence, slight trauma, use of Y/n, slight angst at end.
Introduction Ray+Emma
After you got shipped out, you went to Lambda with Norman. That was definitely an eye opening moment for you, seeing all of the test subjects as you walked through the halls. You watched as they screamed, or tried to resist, but it was all futile. You watched as they morphed into horrific creatures, their wails echoing throughout the lab. That one moment, the energetic Y/n that everyone knew and loved faded. Throughout the months you spent alone in a small white box, your mind began to shape itself to your new environment. You never really knew what it was like to be injected with unknown treatments, or to be held down so they could test on you. That Era of your life left a mental scar, one that could probably never be healed.
Ray: Seeing you again.
"Long time, no see."
You smile softly at Emma and Ray as Norman stood by your side. Ray's facial expression went from stoic instantly it shock. Was this really you?
"... Y/n?"
Before you knew it, you felt something collide with you a little harshly. He had sprinted towards you, hugging you tight as if he would lose you again if he let you go for even a second. For the first time, Norman, Emma and you saw him cry. He was crying into your shoulder. That was... Unexpected. Half of you thought that he would act like he didn't care. You hug him back. Eventually, he spoke.
"Don't leave us like that again, Idiot."
You chuckled slightly.
"I missed you too, Ray."
Ray: Noticing your personality change
Back at the farm, you constantly would bug Ray, or try and play games with him. So when he asked you if you wanted to play a board game with him, and you didn't light up with that cute face you made when you were excited, he was confused.
"Hey, dumbass, do you want to play monopoly with Norman, Emma and me?"
You glanced up from the papers you were writing. You smile softly.
"Oh, I'm good, thanks."
... He blinked. Were they being serious?
"... What?"
You don't glance up this time, continuing to write some boring papers.
"I said I'm good, thank you, though."
Something was wrong. You *never* declined the opportunity to play a board game. Were they sad? Did he do something wrong that upset them? He frowned hard. Maybe they are just tired. He leaves, to go back to where Norman and Emma were.
A couple days after that, he walks by to see you... Reading? No, clearly something is wrong. You used to HATE books. You would only ever read them if Ray read them to you. He approached you, frowning again.
"What's wrong?"
Huh? You look up, a bit confused.
"What do you mean? Nothing's wrong."
"Did we upset you?"
You get even more confused.
"No..?"
He takes the book from your hands, seeing what it even is that you're reading. ... Pride and Prejudice? Yeah, something is definitely wrong.
"I'm sorry you feel neglected enough to read this."
Your confused expression increases in strength.
"Ray, nothing is wrong. What are you even talking abou-"
"-Y/n, you don't read. You've never read before, unless I was reading it to you. And last week you said you didn't want to play monopoly. Clearly something is wrong. Have you been getting enough sleep?? Sleeplessness affects your energy and mood. Are you depressed or something? You know you can always talk to-"
"Ray!"
You yell, after a couple times he finally seemed to stop talking. You sigh, standing up from your seat.
"Ray, I'm fine. Truly. I just..."
You rub your temples.
"I just matured. Back at the farm, we were together. We all helped each other out, and that gave us all hope. But when you're alone, in an environment like the Lambda, you just... Change. I can't help the fact that I had to mature before I was supposed to. But I'm telling you, I'm fine."
He stares at you for a while, before nodding in understanding. He gives you your book back.
"Sorry for bothering you, then."
He leaves, before you could stop him. You sigh, looking down at your book. You really had changed.

that one scene from monsters inc
(Reader is implied ftm trans also Italian?? idk why I wrote that, *says an Italian trans man*) sorry for any Grammer mistakes!
--Third person POV--
Luchino excitedly starts a match, after hearing about the newest survivor, it sparks a flame under him, waiting to inflict torment on them
Instead....
He feels his tail being lifted up and dropped, He looks behind him seeing a small-ish, H/C, E/C man, holding onto his tail
The small man giggles and flaps his hand while playing with his tail
"What are you doing?!"
He glances up at luchino, grinning at him
"Your tail is awesome! can you move it?!"
Luchino gives him a confused look before flipping his tail upwards
"That's so cool! oh my gosh"
His small hands grab onto his tail again, this time running his fingertips over the scales
Luchino shivers lightly
"Do you know how these games work?"
He tilts his head
"What games? oh! the like, running away and typing on the machines?"
He nods
"Yeah I know...your a hunter aren't you?"
Luchino nods, lifting his knife into the air
The man panics
"Oh I'm sorry...I'll start running!"
He breaks into a sprint
"By the way! my name's Y/N!"
Luchino stares at him in confusion
---Third person POV---
"Did you guys meet the new survivor yet?"
Luchino sits at a table with the other hunters
"I didn't, is he interesting?"
Jack asks softly, lifting a wine glass to his thin lips
"He's...weird"
"How so?"
Luchino rests his elbow on the table
"He came up behind me and started playing with my tail, he lifted it up and dropped it"
Jack stares at him, Joker also staring at him
"He did?!"
They ask in unison, Luchino nods, sipping from a small juice box
--Readers POV--
I wander the odd halls of the manor, trying to meet every survivor and every hunter outside of a match
I walk into the dining room, seeing a tall, buff man with red hair, another tall, lanky man with a smooth white head and long claws
I glance around the table seeing the lizard man I saw in my first match
"Oh hey!"
They turn their heads, standing up at the sight of a survivor at the hunters quarters
"Your the lizard man I saw earlier!"
I run up to the table, leaning across it to see his face
"How did you get here?!"
I look over seeing the tall man with claws shout at me
"Oh! I was lost but yknow, im lucky! I wanted to meet y'all! I'm Y/N!"
He looks towards the red haired man before looking back at me
He bows down, gently grabbing my hand before rising it up to his mask
"My name's Jack, little one"
I smile
"So nice to meet you!"
I turn towards the clown
"What's your name?"
"Uh, Joker..."
I go to shake his hand
"I love it! your hair is so cute!"
He gently shakes my hand, laughing loudly
"I like this one!"
I run around the table towards the lizard man
"And your name?"
He nervously looks at me
"It's Luchino Diruse"
I shake his hand
"Nice to meet you! are you Italian?"
He nods softly
"I am too! were you born a lizard or?"
He shakes his head
"I'm not very comfortable sharing it with you"
I nod smiling at him
"No problem! Can I touch your tail again? I love the way it feels!"
He nods quickly, I grab his tail gently, feeling the rigged scales on them, it's slightly slimy feeling
"I had reptiles before I came here"
He looks at me with wide eyes
"Really? what kind?"
I smile at him
"I had snakes, geckos, bearded dragons and a chameleon!"
His cheeks turn a darker green
"Thats awesome!"
I giggle
"Yeah! I miss them, I wonder if they'll have any babies while I'm gone"
He smiles
"Hopefully!"
I sit on the table
"So, can you tell me anything about yourself? anything that your comfortable sharing!"
He puts a finger to his chin
"I was a professor"
"Really?"
He nods, grabbing another juice box
"Were you always this tall?"
He laughs, shaking his head
"No, I was an average man, 6'2"
"6'2?!?"
He nods
"That's so tall!"
He stabs his nail through the juice box, squirting it into his mouth
I watch in awe, watching some drip down his chin
"I gotta go!"
--Third person POV--
Luchino turns a corner, seeing the young man crouching down slightly, He's talking to the newest survivor, The little girl
"Who's this?"
He points to the doll she's holding
"This is orphy!"
She holds him up happily
"Oh! hello orphy! I'm Y/N"
He shakes the small dolls hand
"Is orphy a friend?"
"He's a doll my mommy made me, he's based on my daddy!"
He smiles
"That's so sweet! your mommy put so much work into him"
She nods giggling
Luchino smiles, suddenly having a warm feeling in his chest
"Are you hungry honey?"
She nods, jumping up and down excitedly
"Can you make pancakes?!"
He nods, gently taking her hand to go to the kitchen, He sees luchino at the end of the hall
"Oh! Hi Mr. Diruse!"
The little girl hides behind him
"Oh honey, it's okay! Mr. Diruse is nice outside of matches"
He gently picks her up, Luchino walks closer
"Hello little miss!"
Luchino waves at her, watching her eyes light up
"Hello Mr. Diruse"
She says very shyly
"May I join you two?"
Y/N looks at the young girl
"Is that okay?"
She nods, reaching her arms towards Luchino
"Can you carry me on your shoulders Mr. Diruse?"
His eyes widen before he nods, gently scooping her into his arms and resting her on his shoulders
"It's so high up!"
He smiles, a genuine warm smile
Y/N gently grabs his hand
"Let's go make some food!"
--Y/Ns POV--Some time later--
I blush watching luchino climb up the tree in the frontyard of the manor, trying to reach an apple on a high branch
"Please be careful!"
He picks the apple off excitedly
"Have you seen my feet? even if I fell, I think I'd be okay!"
I gasp loudly, seeing a small lizard scurry past me
"Luchino!"
He hops down from the tree
"It's a lizard!"
He hands me the apple, getting onto the ground looking at the lizard
He picks it up, standing up to show me, I look at him in awe
"He's so cute!"
Luchino nods, looking the lizard over
I stare at him, watching the way his eyes shine, the way his tongue almost hangs out of his mouth, his big, dorky smile
"Can I kiss you?"
He looks at me confused, He places the lizard on the ground
"I don't know how I'd kiss you..."
I stand on tip toes, still not being able to reach him
I look around seeing a stool by the tree with a basket of apples
"Perfect!"
I grab the stool carrying it over to him
He laughs quietly
I stand on the stool, I place my hands on his cheeks, gently pressing my lips against his flat face
He tangles his fingers in my hair, He pulls away, resting his forehead against mine
"That was nice"
I nod, kissing him again
This time, He puts his arms under my butt, lifting me, I wrap my legs around his waist, He smiles into the kiss
I pull away staring into his large orange eyes
"Are you...into me?"
Luchino says softly
I kiss him again, quickly pulling away
"Of course I am luchino, you've been so sweet to me since I came here, I love you"
He blushes, his eyes filling with tears
"I never thought I'd fall in love"
I put my hand on his cheek
"Your the smartest, most handsome, cutest, sweetest and loveliest man Ive ever met"
He laughs quietly
"Even though I'm a lizard?"
I laugh
"Even though your a lizard"
He grins, pulling me close
"Hey luchino?"
He hums softly
"Tell me how lizard reproduction works"
---The end💖

Thats right boys. Im back! And ive hopped onto the O5 Council Hype Train, so here I have for you today a Story about my O5-Councilmen: O5-3 "Athena". This story is about the first time she met a much younger O5-6 "Kick", who happens to belong to my friend. O5-3 was just a little girl when she met him, so here you go!
----------------------------------------------------
- - - O5-3's Misadventures in Childhood - - -
----------------------------------------------------
A young girl wandered the halls of the Foundation, smiling to herself as she attempted to stay out of sight, hiding away from the adults that roamed the halls looking for her.
Kimiko was always an explorer, an adventurous little girl... of course, this caused more problems then it should have. No one on the Mobile Task Force knew how she did it, but every time they looked away from her, Kimiko would be gone, giving them all a heart attack until they found her again.
Of course, a child inside of such a dangerous place was absurd, no one would ever allow such a thing. That is... unless you were Task Force Leiutenent James Calvin. He knew of the stakes bringing his little girl to the job he worked... but he had no choice, nobody could watch her, he didn't trust anyone around him, and so he turned to his brothers in arms.
Whenever James was too busy to take care of her, Kimiko would be watched by his fellow soldiers, this happened so often that she had begun to call them all her "Aunties" and "Uncles".
James never told them where he had gotten his daughter from, whenever he was asked he'd simply avoid the subject... of course, due to his position, Kimiko would not remain a secret forever.
Kimiko dodged and weaved through the boxes and crates, making her way into the research sector of Site-124. She had never been outside of the MTF's sector, so it was only natural that she was elated as her uncles usually caught her. But not this time.
This time, she had made her grand escape... she was having so much fun in her little game, that she hadn't even realized she had already been spotted.
Kimiko grinned and began to sprint through the halls of the reaserch department, not even caring if she was spotted anymore. 'This is so cool!' She thought to herself. 'Why hasn't papa let me see this place yet?'
She was so lost in her own world that she didn't even notice someone standing infront of her. Her small body hit them, of course not enough to knock the man down, but with enough force to make him notice the small child now sitting flat on the ground in desperate confusion.
The blue eyed girl blinked a bit, looking up at the adult who was now staring back at her with equal confusion. "How did you get here, little girl."
The man sounded important, his nametag read 'O5-6'.
Kimiko didn't know what an 'O5-6' was, but she awnsered him anyways, not spotting the white lab coat he had been wearing yet. "I was playing a game, Mister!" Kimiko chirped with a precious smile.
O5-6 seemed less then amused, looking down at the 12 year old before him. "Child, this is not a place to play. It is far too dangerous for you to be wandering about unsupervised."
Kimiko looked at the man, studying his appearance before she noticed the lab coat... she immediately became weary of this man, not wanting to go back to the white room. "I-i uhm.."
"Is there anyone watching you? I do not see anyone around." He looked over the small 12 year old, not even bothering to kneel down to her height. "I uhm... no sir... I..."
The little girl fidgeted a bit, playing with her long black hair. O5-6's mouth drew into a thin line of disapproval as he let an annoyed sigh escape him. "Of course you arent. What is your name." He asked curtly. He knew he'd need to detain the girl for questioning.
Kimiko's posture straightened slightly, her blue eye looking up to meet his tired black ones... part of her found comfort in them, another part desperatly wanting to run and hide.
"M-My name is—"
A voice interrupted her. The deep familier voice that belonged to none other then Lieutenant Calvin. "Kimiko Kamakura. What are you doing out here."
Kimiko was relieved, though another part of her knew she was in trouble for wandering off again. O5-6 and her turned to face the disgruntled A-1 Lieutenant, who seemed less then pleased with the young child's presence. "Excuse my daughter, O5-6. She doesn't know better then to wander around."
James picked Kimiko up, holding her in his arms while O5-6 eyed James suspiciously. "I was unaware you had a family, Leiutenent."
James stared at O5-6, his face showing no emotion aside from slight annoyance. "I like to keep my private life separate from work. Unfortunately Kimiko needs to be taken care of often... I will make sure my squad doesn't loose sight of her again."
"That would be... preferable. Now if you'll excuse me, I need to return to work."
"Yes sir."
And with those words exchanged, her father and O5-6 parted ways. Kimiko doesnt remember much of what her father spoke to her about, she was far to busy thinking about the man in the lab coat... part of her hoped to see him again, maybe he could be her first friend. Another part of her... wanted to keep far away.

I found this chaotic oneshot of one of my OC’s from like a year ago and Im like what the fudge is this 😂
Moxie Moon walked through the mall on a busy Saturday afternoon.
She sighed, as she mentally tallied up all the things she would need to get for the start of school next week.
She walked into a Starbucks, and breathed in the earthy scent of freshly ground coffee beans and breakfast pastries.
She ordered an iced coffee and chocolate croissant and went to wait at a table.
“Order for Moxie?” The barista shouted. She pocketed her phone, and walked over to get her food.
Coffee in hand, she felt a little bit better. Time to tackle this horrendous list.
She decided on general stationary first. She picked out two lined spiral notebooks with pretty space scenes on the cover.
One depicted a spiral galaxy with pinks and purples in sparkly glitter. The other showed a cat wearing a space helmet, floating around the moon.
She placed them into the cart, and went to the next isle over, grabbing one pack of plain pencils, one pack of sparkly purple pencils, one pack purple and blue gel pens, and a box of standard highlighters.
She threw them all in the cart along with a pair of deep violet scissors.
“Erasers, glue sticks, ruler” she muttered to herself as she grabbed them off the shelves.
“And I think that’s everything! Huh, not too bad then.”
She pushed her full cart to the checkout isle.
“Your total comes out to $48.50. Would you like to round up to 50$ and donate to NASA?”
“Um, yeah, of course!”
“Alright, fifty dollars please.”
She handed the cashier the 50$ bill from her mom.
“Perfect!” She thought happily.
***
As she walked back to the front of the store, something in the window caught her eye.
She stopped and stared at the beautiful object.
Her eyes practically shined with unshed tears over the perfection of it all.
Sponge.
Giant sponge.
She rushed inside, only to see there was only one left.
Ignoring the weird looks from other customers, she grabbed the giant sponge and made her way to the register.
“Welp, there goes my allowance.” She thought. “Worth it.”
She got to the front of the line, and handed the cashier the giant sponge.
The cashier gave her an odd look. “Uh, ma’am, this sponge isn’t real, nor is it for sale. It was an advertisement for our new collection of kitchen sponges, which are regular size, and can be found in the dish cleaning section.” They explained patiently.
“But I got this one first! It came down, and it’s in the store, so it’s for sale, right?” She reasoned.
“Uh, no, sorry.” The worker said tiredly. ‘I am NOT getting paid enough to deal with this.’ They thought glumly.
Moxie made eye contact with the cashier for a few seconds, before slowly picking up the sponge.
She got that look in her eye that meant she had an idea, and it was going to result in a trip to either the hospital or the jail.
“Ma’am, whatever you are thinking, please don’t-“ the poor worker tried in vain, but alas, Moxie could not be stopped.
In one sudden movement, she vaulted over the counter and made a mad dash for the door, holding the sponge securely over her head.
The worker put their head in their hands and sobbed. “Why is it always me-“
Moxie absolutely yeeted herself through the halls, ignoring the questioning stares from adults and awed expressions from kids.
***
Wolf glanced away from the display table to see what all the commotion was outside.
A girl with crazy, curly, deep violet hair was sprinting through the mall with a giant display sponge lifted over her head.
He just sighed, shook his head, and turned back to the throwing knife display case.
Just another day, in The US

Heres To You, And Your Big Mistakes - SatoSugu 18+ Quick Write
Suguru walks through the halls, his hands in his pockets, and sighs softly as he flicks the lollipop stick in his mouth up and down. He sighs, opening Satoru's dorm door before leaning against the door frame for him to acknowledge him. His back is to the door, and theres a good chance he's asleep, but Suguru knows he isn't.
After a few seconds, Satoru turns and pulls off his glasses. "What're you doing just standing there? Don't be creepy." he grunts, turning away again.
Suguru kicks off his shoes and trudges towards him, crawling into the bed and lying flat on his back. Satoru turns to grab Suguru's hand and puts it on his head for him to start toying with his hair. His fingertips scratch at his scalp, and he hums softly.
"Hey Satoru, can I ask you something?"
"Whats up?"
"Are you attracted to me?"
He can feel Satoru's breath hitch before his phone closes with a clack before he turns to prop himself up with his elbow. "Where'd this come from?"
"Is that a no..?" he asks, looking down to his hands before picking at his nails.
"No! Yes- No wait, no it's not a no. Yes Im attracted to you." he furrows his brows, "What're you.. Where's this coming from, huh?"
"I was just curious." he sighs, "We've never.. Yknow."
"I figured I was gonna let you take the lead." Satoru moves to sit up completely crossing his legs.
"Why?"
"Cause I know you're not really all that into that." he shrugs, "I was alright with us just not.. Not ever doing that kinda stuff."
"If it's you, I'm okay with it." Suguru mumbles, reaching out and gently rubbing his thumb back and forth on Satoru's hand.
"Seriously?"
"Yeah. Of course, it's you, yknow?"
"So what?"
"You're all I need."
Satoru's face turns bright red, and almost immediately he hurriedly shuffles off the bed and out the room. He rushes through the halls, swinging into Ieiri's dorm and clearing his throat. "I need condoms!"
"Way to knock.." she grunts, pushing herself up from the position she was in.
Iori sits up with her, crossing her arms. "Hello, Gojo."
"Hey Utahime." he pants, "Condoms?"
"Why're you coming to me?" Ieiri snickers, reaching for the cigarette in her drawer before Iori takes it from her.
"What the hell do I do?"
"Are you asking two lesbians how to have sex?" Iori rolls her eyes, "You're dumber than I thought."
"What-"
"Are you only asking because we're women?"
"No?"
"Then why in gods name would you come and ask us how to have sex? I mean it's kinda sweet that you wanna ask for some girl but-"
"Its not some girl! It's fuckin' Suguru, what the hell do I do?" Both the girls' faces drop, and Satoru is stuck standing in the doorway. "Someone say something!"
"You need a condom for you and.. Suguru?" Iori asks, looking to Ieiri in amazement.
"In the desk drawer." she says immediately, clearing her throat to lay back down.
"Thank you." he holds his hands together before walking to the desk, rummaging through it. "Any tips?"
"Now I really need to reiterate the lesbian thing." Iori laughs, crossing her arms. "Why're you so nervous, anyways?"
"Its Suguru.. I don't want him to have a bad time."
"You two will be fine." Ieiri clears her throat, "Just.. Lock your door. And don't be too loud, if I hear you I'm never helping either of you ever again."
"How many do I take..?" he looks at the box and clears his throat, "Wait what if it doesn't fit, should I just run to the store myself?"
"Good luck getting somewhere in Tokyo without some cop asking you why you're breaking curfew." she snorts, "Stop freakin' out. You're not marathon runners, just take one for christs sakes. Its your first time, stop over thinking."
"Right.. Right." he nods, setting the box back, "And if it doesn't fit?"
"I dont want to know those details. Get out." Ieiri points to the door before Satoru hurriedly makes his way out and sprints down the hall to his dorm room.
Suguru was sitting upright in the bed, tapping on his phone when he turned his attention to his out of breath lover. "You good?"
He holds up the condom, "I.. I needed to grab this." he clears his throat, walking over and setting it on the nightstand before straddling him.
"Oh, I have-" he rummages in his pocket before pulling one out between his fingers.
Satoru looks at it for a minute before clearing his throat, "Oh.. You were gonna?"
"Well, yeah-" he looks at it, "Unless you wanted-"
"If Im honest, I just ran into Ieiri's room looking for a condom, I don't even know if this will fit." He thinks for a minute, "It does make me wonder why she did have condoms, though."
"She had to take some sorta sex ed since she's a doctor or whatever.."
"That.. Makes sense, yeah."
"So you're comfortable with this?"
"Y-yeah, if you are?" Suguru clears his throat, reaching to the nightstand and turning off the only light the two of them had. Soon enough, the moonlight becomes their source as their lips connect. It's quiet in the dorm, with only the sounds of cicadas and the rustling of the sheets to fill their ears.
Satoru breaks the kiss for a second to pull off his uniform jacket, throwing it somewhere in the room before kissing Suguru again. He moves down to his jaw, unbuttoning his jacket for him while hands found a hold of his waist, making him go red in the face.
"You're warm." Suguru says, almost teasing him.
"Its the middle of summer.."
"Mm-mm.. Are you nervous, Satoru?"
"Shut up, and get naked." he laughs, pulling the jacket off before moving to pull down his pants.
"Someones eager."
Satoru cups his cheek, kissing him softly before creating a trail of kisses down his bare chest to his v-line. He looks up at him, "You sure?"
"Im sure."
He gives a smile, taking Suguru's cock into his hand as he kisses the inside of his thighs softly. His eyelashes flutter against them, resulting in Suguru biting his knuckle to keep himself from laughing, but eventually he stops and takes him into his mouth. This stops the stifled laughter and gains a gasp from Suguru himself, something Satoru seemed to take pride in.
"Oh holy fuck, Satoru.." he whispers, leaning his head back and gripping the sheets tight.
The two of them were amateurs, and Satoru wasn't some god when it came to what he was doing but this feeling was divine. Suguru stared up at the night sky through the window and felt like if this were his death he'd be happy with this feeling growing inside of his chest. Once that feeling seemed to bundle in his stomach, he was pulled out of his piece of heaven and lifted his head, surging forward to pull Satoru off of his cock by cupping his cheeks.
He pants a little, clearing his throat, "You did enough."
"Was it bad?"
"You did so good." he wipes the spit from his lips and smiles, leaning forward to kiss his forehead. "Its just your turn to feel equally as good, cool?"
"If you ever wanna stop, Suguru, we don't need-"
"I want to." he reassures him, pulling him back to flip their positions.
Suguru manages to get out of his own pants before pulling down Satoru's, his fingertips ghosting over his pale thighs as he kisses from them up to his collarbone. He gently wraps his hand around his cock, pumping it up at down while gingerly kissing his neck.
"I don't have lube." he says, pulling up to look at his face while his free hand brushes Satoru's hair back.
"We could use lotion?"
"I am not putting lotion inside of you."
"Oh." he covers his face in embarrassment, but Suguru just kisses his hands before nudging his nose beneath them. "Should we stop?"
"Do you want to?"
It takes a second for him to answer- he's not hesitating, he's embarrassed. "No.."
"Well, I could use my tongue, if you're comfortable with me doing that."
"What? That's gross, Sugu, I don't wanna make you do that."
"If I told you I wanted to?"
"What?"
Even in the pale moonlight, Suguru can see the blush dusted on his cheeks, and he smiles. "I want to, if you'll let me."
Satoru cradles the back of his neck, pulling him in to kiss him almost urgently. He furrows his brows as Suguru's hand gets a little faster and soon enough he's breaking the kiss to let out wanton whimpers.
"Can I, please, Satoru?" he smiles against his temple as Satoru leans into him.
"Yes, yes, yes you can just god- Don't stop."
"I have to, Satoru, I can't have you losing your mind so early."
Suguru's hand slowly comes to a stop before he situates himself between Satoru's thighs. He lifts them up, parting him with his tongue before prodding into his entrance. The noises coming from Satoru's muffled mouth was seven kinds of sinful, he felt like he didn't even deserve to hear them.
"You're doing good, Satoru." he praises, reaching a free hand up before getting one of his own fingers wet. "I'm gonna try to stretch you out now, okay?"
Satoru doesn't give a distinct word or phrase, but he grips the hand Suguru had taken in his own tightly.
"Relax, Satoru.." he whispers, kissing the inside of his thighs as his finger pushes past his entrance. "Take deep breaths, you're doing so well."
He whines, "Am I?"
"Incredibly."
As he adds more fingers, Satoru's body turns into putty in his hands. Meanwhile, Satoru felt like he was completely on fire. Every time Suguru's long fingers grazed the bundle of nerves in him, he felt a little part of him die. He knew he looked insane, he knew he was red as could be, and he knew there was nothing he could do about it. It was already hot in the middle of summer, the two of them being covered in a thin layer of sweat as it were, but he could feel his hair growing wet from sweat as he tried so hard to keep himself quiet.
"How're you doing?" Suguru asks between kisses on his thighs before trailing back up to his neck.
He stifles a moan and just nods eagerly.
"You think you're ready?"
"Yeah.."
"Kiss me, if you're ready."
Satoru finally opens his eyes, shakily reaching for his cheeks and pulling him closer to kiss him hungrily. Suguru's fingers slowly pulled out of him and started to fiddle with the condom wrapper, pushing it onto his cock before he looked to Satoru with a soft smile.
"You know I love you, right?"
Just like that, he's gone. "You're going to kill me."
"I'd never." he says, lining himself up. "Now just relax, okay?"
"Okay." he drapes his arms from Suguru's neck, reaching a hand to his cheek to caress it. "Suguru I love you."
Theres a moment where they smile at one another before Suguru slowly pushes himself inside. Satoru's face contorts, and he retreats into the pillow beside him until it's removed.
"Why?" he whimpers, locking his feet around him.
"Let me see your face." he smiles, "Are you doing okay?"
"'M doing okay.."
"Can I move a bit more?"
He shakes his head eagerly, biting his lip as hard as he can.
Suguru keeps going, eventually bottoming out and letting out a soft breath. "How're you feeling?"
"Good.. Good, I feel good." he pants, his chest rising and falling rapidly.
"Kiss me."
Satoru pulls him down, kissing him softly- he doesn't have the energy to do it as desperately as before. "Move, please?" he asks, looking at him.
"Your wish is my command." he says, kissing his forehead and then his cheeks before finding a rhythm to thrust in and out.
Suguru leaned his forehead on his shoulder, one hand beside his head to hold himself up while the other held onto his hips. He watched his lovers face change, and relished in the sounds he made beneath him. He was out of control, and Suguru had never thought he'd have the pleasure of being the reason why.
Of course, things were a little rougher on Satoru. He wasn't prepared at all for what Suguru knew, and was definitely being made a mess, but he didn't care; it was Suguru, which meant it was safe for him to be a mess. Each time he opened his eyes, he felt like he had found nirvana or something further than it. The friction from their stomachs sandwiching his cock between them grew to be too much, and the pressure finally found itself back in his stomach.
"Suguru?"
"Hm?"
"I think this time I'm about to-"
"Thats fine." he says, turning his head to kiss his cheek. "Go ahead, okay?"
There's a few seconds before Satoru grips onto Suguru tightly, muffling his voice by biting into his shoulder while his lover kept going. It wasn't much longer that he was completely demolished from overstimulation that Suguru had finished as well. The two of them stayed still for a second, Satoru gently kissing the spot he'd bitten before nudging Suguru with his nose.
"Kiss me.." he whispers, a smile to his face.
Suguru complies, kissing him over and over again before reaching up to the window, sliding it open. He lets out a shaky breath, pulling himself out of his friend and removing the condom, throwing it into the trash. He lets out a pant, looking at the mess on both he and Satoru's stomachs before laughing.
"I love you." Suguru can't stop himself from saying it, like its second nature.
"I love you too.." he gulps, wiping the sweat from his own forehead before sitting up and grabbing his hands. "Was I good for you?"
"Incredibly, the best... Did you enjoy it?"
"Absolutely."
"Good, good." he whispers, kissing his forehead again. "We should probably shower, huh?"
"Yeah.." he starts to shuffle off the bed, but soon finds his legs having a lack of energy. "Suguru, my legs are shaky."
"Right, I should've mentioned that." he snickers, standing up and walking into the bathroom to start the shower before walking back. "I'll help you, alright?"
"Hey.. How did you know all of that, anyways?"
"Looked it up."
"Huh?"
"I wanted to make sure I was prepared to make your night good, so I just.. Researched a bunch."
"For me?"
"Well, duh?"
"Man." Satoru says simply, covering his face. "I'm such a bad boyfriend, you did all this research for me and I didn't even get the right size condom."
Suguru smiles, crouching down and grabbing his hands to pull them away. "It's fine." he says, "You deserve to be taken care of every once in a while, you know that right?"
"Oh cmon, you're just sayin' that."
"Im not." he hums, standing up and gently hoisting Satoru up with him. He walks with him to the shower, holding him up before gingerly kissing him again as the water hit the two of them. "You deserve everything good in life, Satoru."
Satoru takes a moment to allow his words to sink in before he hugs him tight. "You're all I've ever wanted." is all he says.

A/N: o my god i did not expect so many people to have read the first part… even if only one person reads im still happy :D anyways heres the second part (i swear bang chan wont just be a side character later on hhahaha)
The insistent beeping of the alarm on your phone was what first woke you up from your dazed sleep. Your head still pounded from the night before, and frankly, you were ready to get fired for an extra five minutes of sleep. Tapping the ‘cancel’ button on your phone, you flipped over head down on your pillow to find the beautiful dreamland you were in. However, after just five more minutes, the triggering beeping of your backup alarm took you out of your slumber again, this time really waking you up.
You trudge towards your bathroom, still dreading the day, on your way to take a shower. Thankfully, the steam from the warm shower combined with the fragrant smell of your conditioner slightly woke you up and dampened the aching in your head.
Being drastically more awake than before, you made your way over to your kitchen to prepare breakfast. You opened the fridge, mind blank, just staring at the empty shelves. I seriously need to do some grocery shopping, you thought before grabbing an egg.
You struggled to turn on the stove, not knowing which knob correlated to which burner. Turning a random one, you flinched when an excessive amount of fire appeared. However, after an embarrassingly long amount of time, you finally figured out the stove. Why are there still gas range stoves when electrical stoves exist? You wondered.
You looked at the sad cooked egg in front of you.
Was this really how you were going to live from now on? You cursed your whole family for spoiling you so much back home. Sure you were grateful for being able to live with your family for twenty three years, but the consequences of your mother making a fuss when you tried to cook for yourself was really showing now.
You were about to dig into your lonely meal when your phone buzzed all of a sudden. Taking a quick peek at it, you saw Na-eun’s name flash up. You beamed with joy. Although you already worked up the nerve to be the first one to contact her, you were thankful she did first to break the tension. However, there was a small — microscopic even — part of you that wondered: what if that were Bang Chan?
You unlocked your phone.
Na-eun: Hey! I know it’s kinda last minute, but do you wanna meet for breakfast?
Na-eun: There’s a café five minutes away from the building.
Na-eun: ^-^
Smiling to yourself, you quickly typed a reply.
Y/n: Sure! My breakfast looks too sad to eat…
Y/n: ^-^
In a flash, you stuffed your egg into a plastic tupperware container and put it in the empty fridge before booking it out your door, making sure to carefully enter the passcode to lock it before running to the staircase. You almost tripped over the stairs going down as you tried to sprint and text Na-eun at the same time. Checking the maps app on your phone, you told her how long it would take for you to arrive at the café.
Na-eun: Do you mind if I bring my roommate? She keeps complaining about how boring it is at home haha....
Na-eun: She’s really nice though! ^^;
You happily agreed since you weren’t in the position to turn down another potential friend. Already two potential friends? You were so excited.
There was a bounce in your steps as you made your way down to the subway. Scanning your card, you made your way to the big group of people on the platform and waited for your train. Taking the subway was so new, yet refreshing. There was something exciting about seeing a brand new set of people board the cart every stop, it was almost like refreshing your Instagram feed over and over again.
After just a couple minutes more of waiting, your subway came. You naturally found your way in by shuffling along with the flock of people and found a good place to stand.
You surveyed your cart. Some high school students, a few elderly, and many many businesspeople dressed in attire very similar to you. They all seemed to be busy on their cellular devices, so you quickly pulled yours out as well, eager to blend in. Your little Tamagotchi friend was happy to see you.
The sound of the automated woman’s voice was what drew you out of your concentration, as she announced that the subway would be stopping at your destination next. When the subway stopped, the sea of people rushed out in a big tidal wave and you just went along with the flow.
The map posted on a big pillar in the station was difficult to read at first, but after embarrassingly asking a station officer, you were confident you knew where you were going. The station was big with many interwoven hallways, each connecting to a different location. It had a couple shops and convenience stores located along the sides where students running late could buy some bread or tired businesspeople could inject their early morning dose of caffeine.
You weaved your way through the long halls, confident that you could remember how you got out the right exit yesterday. Finally, after passing by many familiar stores and signs, you eventually made it above ground at the right exit. It was a cloudy September morning, the wind flew past you at just the right speed to elicit a slight shiver. You curse yourself for not bringing a jacket in your rush to the café. The streets were busy with cars zooming by, but it was nowhere near as congested as the subway traffic.
You started following your phone’s GPS to the marked location, and after a couple minutes, you spot the café. You immediately recognized it as a chain café as you’ve seen a few more of these scattered around the city as you got around. This one, however, appeared to be larger than the others (presumably because it was near so many big name companies) as it had three floors in total.
You texted Na-eun, telling her you’ve arrived. She let you know that they were both in one of the booths on the second floor, so you decided to order before heading up. Walking over to the cashier, you scanned their massive menu, trying to find what you were looking for.
“One mango juice, please.” You politely ordered. “And also a slice of the red velvet cake.”
After you had paid, you waited patiently, hands folded in front of you for your food. Because it wasn’t busy in the morning, it wasn’t that long until one of the baristas handed your food to you on a tiny plastic tray and you started making your way up. You reached the top floor and scanned your eyes around the room to find a familiar face.
“Y/n!” Na-eun waved.
You waved back and made your way over. She was in the booth, and there was another girl sitting beside her.
“Y/n, this is my roommate Yoojin.” She smiled at you and made a gesture towards the smaller girl sitting beside her. She was a fluffy haired girl. Her appearance was puppy-like, with her wide eyes and a large smile that was almost too big for her face.
“Hi Yoojin.” You said as you sat down.
“Hi Y/n! Na-eun told me about you yesterday. It seems like you have similar jobs.” She looked back at you with wide eyes. “But I think you got luckier because you actually get to interact with the idols.”
“I think both of us are lucky to even be working there,” you chuckled, “plus, I don’t actually get to be working directly with the artists. I could only wish.” You joked.
“Still extremely lucky, Na-eun told me she saw Bang Chan and Felix from Stray Kids at your building’s cafeteria yesterday.” Her hair bounced. “Finally, now I can say I’ve indirectly met famous people.”
You and Na-eun both laughed. Although Yoojin looked the same age as you, there was something about the way she acted that just seemed so precious and innocent — like a little sister. How old was she anyway?
“Yoojin’s younger than me by a few years,” Na-eun said as if she read your thoughts, “She graduated university a year early. Top of her programming class. She knows everything about technology; one time, I stupidly forgot the passcode to my P.O. box and she cracked it for me in less than fifteen minutes.”
“Stop it.” Yoojin whined, looking down and playfully hitting Na-eun on the shoulder. “I told you before that I don’t like it when you talk about me. Let’s talk about Y/n instead. Na-eun told me you’re not from here, what do you do at JYPE then?”
“I’m an assistant to help market some of the artists in China.” You leaned in a bit. “Actually, to be honest, I’m working on a secret project and Bang Chan from Stray Kids is technically part of the team.”
Both Yoojin and Na-eun’s eyes widened. “No way, you’re so lucky.” Yoojin said. “Why can’t you have a job like that?” She poked at Na-eun.
“Get your own job first,” Na-eun smirked, “then we can talk about mine.”
“Hey! I do have a job.” Yoojin clenched her jaw, looking at her plate and avoiding eye contact.
“I’m not sure if talking to people online all day counts as a job.”
“Whatever.” Yoojin swirled her fork on her plate, stabbing at a piece of her cake. The scraping of metal on ceramic made all of you wince.
“Anyways,” you started, trying to change the atmosphere, “did anybody watch the first episode of that new drama?”
The two girls seemed to have a mood switch, looking relieved to start a new conversation. They gladly added their input and opinions on the new drama, talking about both the plot and the actors. Time passed by twice as fast as the three of you sat at the booth talking about the most random things. However, it was soon time to go to work for both you and Na-eun.
“Hey, before you leave, could I get your number?” Yoojin asked. “We should hang out again sometime.”
You gladly typed your contact into her phone, excited to hang out with Yoojin again. She was so full of energy, it reminded you of your university days. Not to mention that fluffy curly hair. It was so cute.
You and Na-eun both made it out of the café and walked side-by-side over to your building before parting ways at the elevator corridor. It was a miracle that you managed to arrive at your cubicle in time, without getting lost. There was a pile of papers on your desk; they were the files you worked on yesterday. You remember that yesterday Manager Chen marked some improvements that could be made to the papers, but you checked your email just to be sure.
Hello Y/n,
I put the documents from yesterday on your desk for some final edits. I’ve also added a few more. Could you finish them all by the end of the day?
Best,
Manager Chen
You flipped through the stack of documents, and sure enough, there were about five more letters that needed to be worked on. Feeling determined, you gritted your teeth, got out your pen, and started to do your job.
There were more corrections to make than what you expected, plus, you wanted to make sure your work was perfect this time. You skipped a trip to the cafeteria for lunch and ate something from the vending machine at your desk instead. You tried your best to work diligently, but because of your inexperience, it was taking longer than expected. You lost track of time as the hours passed by.
“Your team is working hard today, Manager Chen.” A voice came from across the room. You looked up from your stack of documents to see Manager Kim walking over towards Manager Chen, who was standing casually outside her office doors.
“What can I say, I keep them busy.” She replied. “Are you heading home now?”
“Yes, and so should you.” Manaker Kim stopped at your cubicle, putting a hand on the wall. It was cat-like the way he looked at you. “Y/n, you’re working hard. Are you going home now? I’ll give you a ride.”
You couldn’t head home now, not with the amount of work you still had with the new letters Manager Chen added to the pile. “Thank you for the offer, Manager Kim, but I’ll stay later today. I need to finish this work by today.”
“Let her be, Manager Kim, you know how new employees are.” Manager Chen nagged and crossed her arms. “Come, I’ll walk you to the parking lot.”
You bowed at both your managers and stretched your back before getting back to your work. The black lines of both languages started to blur into one as you strained your eyes to hold a tighter focus on the documents. It wasn’t until two more gruesome hours later when you finished your work. You did a long deserved stretch of the arms and checked the clock for the time, praying that it wasn’t too late. Thankfully, with the time being only eight, it wasn’t that dark out. You took a quick peek at your phone to check your notifications before leaving the office.
There were only two texts sent fifteen minutes ago. Both from Bang Chan.
Your chest tightened when you unlocked your phone.
Bang Chan: Hey, I know it’s a bit late, but I have some ideas for the project and I was thinking we could meet up to discuss them
Bang Chan: Only if you want that is…
Your brain was in jumbles as you thought of what to text back. There were a couple staff that wrote you emails about their ideas for the project, but none of them asked to meet in person. And now, the first person who asked you to have a meeting in person was Bang Chan. Whom you rode back to your apartment drunk with. On your first day at work. And now you missed his work-related text by fifteen minutes. However, even though it was late, you still felt like you needed to take his ideas in. After all, like Manager Chen said, you know how new employees are.
Y/n: Hi, sorry my reply is late… Are you still free?
You anxiously stared at the blue-lit screen of your phone, jumping in and out of the text app waiting for a reply. After less than a minute, you saw the little dots at the bottom which indicated that he was typing. It disappeared for a moment, only to come back less than a second later. Your thumbs started unconsciously fiddling with one another in front of your phone screen as you waited for what felt like eternity.
Bang Chan: It’s alright haha
Bang Chan: There’s a cafe about 5 minutes from our building, wanna meet there?
You immediately knew which café he was talking about as you conveniently hung out with Na-eun there this morning. You texted Bang Chan back, letting him know that you would be there as soon as possible. You grabbed your bag, along with your trusty pen and notebook,  before leaving your desk for the elevators. The elevator ride was unusually fast as it was already well past working hours for most people.
Once you were out of the building, you made your way down the familiar sidewalk, passing by the familiar street shops as you felt the bite of the wind against your face. The sky was becoming dim as the sun made its descent, but the illumination coming from the streetlamps helped guide you there. After five minutes of a brisk walk, you saw the familiar sign of the café. You also saw a familiar person standing outside the door, dressed in all black, with his head down looking at his phone.
You tried to make your footsteps slightly louder the closer you got to him in order to make your presence known. It seemed to have worked, as Bang Chan heard you and turned his head up. He immediately gave you a boyish grin, putting his phone in the pocket of his hoodie and pulling his face mask down to his chin.
“Hey,” You waved awkwardly, “did I make you wait long?”
“Not at all.” Bang Chan said as he held open the door, “Let’s go in, it’s pretty chilly today.”
You thanked him and walked inside. You both made your way to the cashier and looked up at the menu, deciding on what to buy.
“I think I’ll get an iced americano.” Bang Chan said. “Are you getting anything?”
“Hmm. I might get the mango juice.” You decided and lined up behind Bang Chan, waiting for him to order first.
Bang Chan walked up to the waiting barista. “Hello, I’ll get an iced americano please.” A second passed. “Also a mango juice.”
Your eyes widened as you silently tried to stop him from buying your drink, feeling embarrassed that Bang Chan — who was essentially your coworker — was buying your drink. He didn’t seem to notice your quiet protests, as he pulled his card out of his wallet and quickly tapped it on the pin pad. After he was done paying, he turned around and tucked his card back in his wallet, giving you a smug grin.
“I’ll pay you back later.” You insisted, embarrassed once again that he was doing something for you.
“Of course, of course.” He casually replied and stood beside you with his hands in the pocket of his hoodie. “I’ll wait for our drinks. You can go find a table.”
You nodded and left to find a table on the first floor. Surprisingly, there were more people there at night than when you were there in the morning. Some people had their textbooks out to study, some were quietly enjoying a book. Some were on dates.
Finally, after weaving through many fully filled tables, you found an empty one near the table. You sat down, taking out your pen and notebook to prepare for Bang Chan’s ideas. Not long after, you saw Bang Chan walking around, turning his head left and right to look for you. You caught his eye as you waved at him to come over. He strolled over and put the tray of drinks down on the table, placing yours beside your notebook.
“So,” You took a sip of your delicious mango juice, “do you wanna get started now?”
“Sure.” His usually friendly face turned serious. It seemed like he took his work seriously. “So I was thinking, we need to film some content to start promoting our debut right? How about we film content for the Mid-Autumn Festival? It falls on the same day as Chuseok, so we can use this as a small promotion for our debut.”
You nodded in agreement. Although this idea would be a little last minute to carry out, it was a great opportunity to promote their group in order to gain more popularity before their debut in China. “This is a great idea Bang Chan,” You hurriedly jotted down everything he said, “did you have more to add on?”
“We could make several episodes of this content. I was thinking we could camp in the mountains and maybe cook some food, make mooncakes.”
“All of this is really good, we have three weeks until the actual Mid-Autumn Festival. If I rush this idea to Manager Chen, we could have one week to plan it, and two weeks to film and produce it.” You beamed, glad that you could be involved in a potential big production.
You and Bang Chan kept discussing his idea for content, and as time passed, your conversation turned more casual as it eventually evolved into topics unrelated to work.
“So, why are you having coffee this late anyway?” You tipped your chin towards his glass.
“There’s this part of a song I’m working on that I just can’t get perfect,” Bang Chan noticeably clenched his jaw, “I wanna figure it out before I leave.”
“Do you usually stay up late to work?” You asked.
“I can’t sleep anyways, so I might as well work.”
“Insomnia?” You questioned. He shrugged his shoulders and took a sip of his coffee. A few seconds of silence passed. “You know, my mom made me pack some of her special tea before leaving. She said it was for jet lag, which is weird because there’s only a time difference of an hour here.” You rambled.
“Oh?” Bang Chan tipped his head.
“I could give you some tomorrow.” You said. Your eyes wandered everywhere except to him. “If you want.”
“Really, you’d do that?” His eyes widened as he stirred his coffee with his straw.
It may have been your subconscious need to make friends, or just the fact that you mom gave you so much tea for your non-existent jet lag, but you gladly offered your mom’s solve-all remedy. “Of course, anything for a friend.”
He blinked a couple times. He stopped stirring his coffee. “Thanks.” He looked at you with a slight grin.
“Plus, this way I can pay you back.” You teased.
“Okay, fair enough.” He chuckled. A dimple appeared on his cheek as his smile widened. “But seriously, you don’t need to worry about paying me back for anything next time.”
Next time? You wondered. Of course he would have more ideas for his own group. You wanted to roll your eyes at yourself. It seemed like, despite his easy-going personality, that he cared a lot about not only his job, but the boys he worked with. His work ethic inspired you and made you want to work just as hard as he did. Except you definitely couldn’t stay up as late as he did.
The two of you kept up the back and forth that was established, talking about whatever came to mind, with a few sprinklings of work-related conversations throughout. You talked about your first day impressions and how well you were adjusting to life in a new country, and he retaliated by sharing his own experiences of moving across the world. You were so enraptured by your riveting conversations that you easily lost track of time. It wasn’t until you had already spent minutes playing around with your straw in the empty glass that you finally remembered how late it was.
“It’s kinda late, I think I should get going now.” You said as you checked your phone for the time.
“Are you taking the subway?” He asked as he started gathering the empty glasses. “It’s pretty dark now — I could walk you there.”
“It’s alright. I don’t wanna take time from your work” You said, gathering your notebook and pen.
“It’s no problem, really, it’s just a five minute walk.” He stood up with the tray of empty glasses in one hand and pulled up his face mask with the other.
The two of you left the café and walked the short distance to the subway stairs.  There, you parted ways and you started your trek home. Taking the subway at night was vastly different from morning; the morning rush was filled with rows and rows of busy people, whereas the night train had a completely different feeling to it. There were actually available seats, to begin with. You found an empty seat and took out your phone to kill time. You checked your missed notifications.
Yoojin: Hi Y/n!! ^-~ Today was so fun, we should go again sometime!
You smiled at the little text from Yoojin, visioning her wide smile stretch across her face. Texting a quick reply back, you were about to put your phone back down when another notification popped up.
Unknown: Stay away from him. This is a warning.
A flash of panic rushed through your body making your chest tighten. Your heart was coming out of your chest, the beating was so hard you could hear it even in the running subway. Completely fixated on the bright white of your phone, your eyes strained from the light. Adrenaline filled your blood, and in the spur of the moment, you quickly blocked the number and deleted the text chain. It had to just be a prank text, after all, you have gotten pranked through text multiple times before in your past.
You put your phone down slowly, turning your head to survey your subway cart for any suspicious acting people. There was only a grandma with her cane and a few middle school girls comparing their new lip tints. Your thumbs naturally started fiddling with each other. Your eyebrows knit together as you clutched your bag tight to your body for the rest of the subway ride.
The walk back to your apartment was done carefully. You chose the side of the sidewalk with more light as you kept your senses open, trying to remember the face of every person that walked past you. Although it was more likely than not that the text was just a prank, you were still somebody living alone with very few connections in a new country. Your legs quickened at the thought and you hurried your way back.
Arriving at your apartment door, you carefully entered your lock combination and slammed your door shut, double checking that it was locked. Your home was dark, with only the moon casting long shadows on your furniture. You quickly switched your light on. You tried to put this text to the back of your mind as you got ready to sleep, but it loomed, feeling like a shadow cast by the moon. The shadow in your mind stayed as you closed your eyes, waiting for your sleep to chase it away.
The next morning, you woke up to the obnoxious beeping of your alarm. You sleepily sat up, getting ready to perform your familiar morning routine. Everything felt like routine, so monotonous that the text from last night was completely forgotten. You opened the fridge and ate your suspicious egg from yesterday morning.
Before leaving, you suddenly remembered to bring your mom’s magical tea. You rummaged through the cupboards until you found the ridiculous packaging your mom insisted on using.
The route to work was already starting to feel familiar as you mindlessly made your way from your quaint apartment all the way to the opulent blue building. You entered the office and sat at your desk, checking for new emails. After nothing of immediate importance came up, you got out your notebook and started to type up your notes from yesterday.
You were in a trance. The repetitive task of reading and typing completely hypnotised you as hours passed by without you even noticing. What broke you out of your trance, however, was the voice of your boss.
“Bang Chan.” Manager Chen called out. You looked up from your monitor and peeked up from your cubicle to see the familiar hair of a certain man you knew. Assuming he was here for a meeting with Manager Chen, you went back to your hypnotising work. The walls of your cubicle were too high for him to see you anyways — something about eliminating distractions to maximise work efficiency.
You hit ‘enter’ on your keyboard to start a new paragraph when all of a sudden, you spotted an object appear on your desk from the corner of your eye.
A bottle of mango juice.
Quickly turning your head around, you were met with Bang Chan’s back. He was already making strides towards Manager Chen, but something about the sway of his broad shoulders and the way his right hand stretched open told you that it was him who gave you this little bottle of happiness. You unscrewed the lid and took a sip before getting back to work.
Thankfully, the gift you received was enough sugar content to keep you working efficiently for the rest of the day. You had finished all your work and could hopefully pitch Manager Chen the idea by tomorrow. You found your mom’s tea in your bag while gathering your stuff, remembering your promise to Bang Chan.
Y/n: Hey, I have my mom’s tea — I could give it to you right now?
There was a reply almost immediately.
Bang Chan: Sure ^^ I’m in a practice room on floor X right now, I’ll wait by the elevators.
You made your way over to the elevators and tapped your nails on the package of tea whilst silently waiting for an elevator to arrive. The silence, however, was promptly cut off as your phone started to ring. It was from Yoojin. She probably wants to hang out soon, you thought as you happily answered right away.
“Y/n!” Yoojin yelled into the phone, she sounded worried.
“Yoojin, is there something wrong?” You frowned, concerned for the girl.
“I-I was in the parking lot near your building, a-and I fell down the stairs.” She sniffed. “I think I sprained my ankle or something — I can’t stand up. It hurts so much.”
“Oh god, Yoojin, do you want me to come help?” You were in the elevator by now, already pressing the button for the main floor.
“If you’re not far, I don’t want to trouble you.” You heard sounds of her wincing.
“It’s no trouble Yoojin,” You exclaimed, “your ankle is much more important now. I’ll be right there.”
“Thank you Y/n.” You heard her sniff again through the phone.
You bolted out of the elevator as soon as it reached the main floor, stuffing your forgotten package in your bag. Ignoring the looks of confusion of the people you sprinted past, you located the parking lot building as soon as you left the main doors of the JYPE building. Your chest burned and your breaths were heavy.
You were worried for Yoojin. She seemed like such a sweet girl that it pained you to even imagine her hurt in any sort of way. With her fluffy hair and wide eyes, it made you feel like you were helping an injured puppy.
Your legs felt like concrete after a while of running, but you finally made it to the parking lot building. Entering the parking lot, you looked for any sign of a staircase where Yoojin said she fell on. There were none.
“Excuse me, where are the stairs to this parking lot?” You asked the parking lot attendant, assuming it was just hidden somewhere.
“There are no stairs here,” He said, “if you want to get to the second floor, there is an elevator over there.” He pointed to the other side of the lot.
You thanked the man and ran to the elevator, hoping Yoojin wasn’t too hurt by now. You’ve experienced injuries like these before whilst playing sports back home, they hurt like hell. Your breathing was staggered by the time you reached the elevator, however, you didn’t give up and kept looking around trying to find the girl. There was nobody. You were about to call Yoojin again just to make sure you were in the correct place, but a voice interrupted you.
“Y/n.”
It was Manager Kim.

PGATW Part 1
Wanda Maximoff x Natasha Romanoff x OC (fem!reader)

Word Count: 2.5K
Check out my main post for links to the rest of the parts.
----------------
"Hey Jarvis, call everyone in for a team meeting." Tony says as he walks into the main common area with Pepper right behind him. His fresh appearance made the ginger smile, but she was a little worried for the conversation that Tony was about to have with everyone.
"Do you really think that this is a good idea, Tony? I mean everyone just returned from the month long Sokovia Reconstruction Project. Don't you think they need to rest a little before you throw this on them?" She sighed as she sat down on the couch, Tony following suit with a drink in hand.
"I think this will be the perfect way to relax, plus it will help the new kid get a chance to bond with everyone without anything getting in her way." He paused, sipping his beverage. "I know this might not interest everyone immediately, but I think a little vacation time is just what the team needs." He responded with thin lips and Pepper took a deep breath.
"Okay. I trust you." She smiles and leans on him, a pause entering the conversation. Tony looked at her.
"Did you not trust me before?" He mocked and she giggled.
"At least if the team doesn't want to go on a vacation, much less relax, I really hope you're right in assuming that it will help Talia fit in." She sighed.
"Didn't you just say that you trusted me?" He messes with Pepper again, starting to hear voices down the hall.
"Oh my Gods. Shut up, here they come." She sits up as the rest of the team enters the common area.
Bruce enters first with Clint who now has a fresh bandage on his upper arm, the two of them arriving from the med bay apparently. Thor, Steve and Pietro also enter, followed by Natasha and Wanda, who were whispering about something before sitting down with everyone else. The last two people needed were You and Peter, but y'all were nowhere to be seen.
"Alright, where are the kids?" Tony sarcastically rolled his eyes in await for a response from someone.
"Their not kids, Tony. Peter is, what... 20? and Talia is 26?" Steve chimes in.
"They're kids, Steve." Tony replied.
Natasha and Wanda locked eyes.
"26 is not a kid, Tony." Pietro looks confused, searching for reactions from anyone else.
"I agree with my brother." Wanda slightly smiles, but for her own reasons other than pissing off Tony. People murmured in agreement.
Tony breathes to retort, but all of a sudden, two voices are heard in the hall, yours included.
"IM GONNA BEAT YOU!"
"NO YOU'RE NOT, WEB KID." You shout back.
Tony raises an eyebrow as you accuse Peter of being a "kid", but everyone has turned their attention to the hallway to see what is about to come out of it. The next thing everyone registers is a spider string grabbing onto the cement post behind the couch and Peter practically flying into the room.
You leaped at his feet to stop him, but you were too late, and instead fell over the couch onto Nat and Wanda. Unintentionally, of course.
"HAHA TALIA! I BEAT YOU! I WON." You collected your breath before yelling back.
"YOU DIPSHIT! YOU CHEATED! YOU SAID NO POWERS." You slowly picked yourself up off of the two women, fully aware of the slightly awkward situation you were in at the moment. Too focused on Peter, you failed to notice Natasha and Wanda locking eyes and blushing, but you know you certainly were. Perhaps the red cheeks passed as exhaustion from sprinting down the hall.
"I DIDN'T USE POWERS, TAL!" He held out his wrists. "See!" You locked eyes. "Technology." Peter tapped his web shooters pridefully and sat down on the couch where you were standing. "Plus, I said no powers because you can literally teleport." He finished.
"Whatever." You rolled your eyes and looked for a new spot on the couch, only seeing a small gap at Nat and Wanda's thighs.
That's funny. That wasn't there before.
You blushed before taking your seat.
"You were right, Tony." Wanda started on your right, looking straight into your eyes, making you silently squirm. "They're absolute kids."
Your eyes widened at the comment, and although you knew it was true, you mockingly slapped her thigh, not at all missing the deep shade of red that her cheeks turned. She has a girlfriend who is on the opposite side of me. Why did I think that would be a good idea? If only you knew that Natasha's cheeks were impossibly red too.
"Ouch, Wanda. That hurt my feelings." You sighed, sinking into the cushions behind you.
"Adults don't run in the halls, Talia."
Your stomach turned as your name rolled off of her accent.
"K-Kids don't run in the halls either. They're not allowed to." You mustered up a terrible comeback, noticing Peter's grin across from you, attempting not to break. He was the only one who knew about your little crush on Nat and Wanda, so his reaction was even more taunting.
At your remark though, Natasha placed her hand on your thigh and pushed it down to your knee, leaning to whisper in your ear.
You could practically feel her lips against your skin as you were silently panicking at the nearly non existent space between the two of you. "Disobedient ones do," She whispered.
And that shut you up real quick, you're whole face experiencing a new shade and eyes a new size. You missed the wink Nat shared with Wanda, and even the first parts of Tony's conversation went a little over your head.
"Alright, team, So I was thinking,"
"That's rare." Clint quipped, Tony glaring at him.
"I was thinking... that since we just had an amazing and fruitful month long mission in Sokovia, that you all would be in need of some vacation time." He started and people perked up.
"You mean like getting time off?" Steve asked.
"No." Now the team looked confused. "Since Talia is a recent addition, and Peter is... relatively new as well... i was thinking we could take a group trip to the beach!" He added a little excitement to the end of his sentence, but he was the only one who really shared that sentiment.
Banner tilted his head. "We don't really do that kinda stuff, Tony." He grumbled.
"Well, why not start? We could use some bonding time, and we're a family, right? This is what families do! C'mon! Ittl be fun."
"Sounds fun to me?" You chimed in, excited to have an opportunity to spend some time with everyone without being in imminent danger. Everyone looked at you. "I don't know too much about this group dynamic yet, since all i've done with the Avengers yet is reconstruction projects in Sokovia, but when I work in a team, I like to know who i'm working with." You paused. "Plus a beach. Relaxing. Movie nights, surfs, and crabs." You saw one or two eyebrows raise. "Who doesn't like crabs." You now sat in awkward silence.
"Talia is right!" Tony started again. "It will just be for two weeks, and I already rented the island. You're doing it."
"YOU RENTED AN ISLAND???" Peter jumped up.
"Yeah Kid, go pack your shit. Be here at 8 in the morning." Tony softly smiled and watched as he ran down the hall to the elevators.
"THERES ONLY ONE WASHING MACHINE SO PACK ENOUGH!"
"OK, MR. STARK!"
"AND TELL AUNT MAY I SAID HELLO!"
"GOODNIGHT, MR. STARK!"
The conversation returned to silence.
"Ok, you saw the kid. Get to packing!" Tony smiled, and you were happy. This was your first shot at family, so you didn't want to fuck it up.
It was also your chance to be close with Natasha and Wanda, and even though they were dating, you had appreciated their friendship during the SRP (Sokovia Rebuilding Project) and you didn't want it to come to an end. Your crush might be pointless, but that doesn't stop you from wanting to be around them. Hopefully you will get over it soon.
Later that night in the tower, Natasha and Wanda were having their own thoughts about you.
"What do you think, honey? Now is the perfect time to ask Talia." Wanda made another trip from the closet to her suitcase while Natasha sat on the bed and watched her pack.
"Yeah, she's just a little new and I don't wanna scare her off."
"Well look at the three of us in Sokovia. If she isn't scared off now by an assassin and powerful witch, then what else is there to be scared of?" Wanda pushed out a half- hearted laugh.
"No, I guess you're right. We found someone that we feel completes us, right? We have to chase that feeling." Natasha smiled and Wanda sat down next to her.
"Exactly. And if she says no, we never bring it up again."
"Of course." She paused. You did see her blush today though, no?" This made Wanda smile.
"She's so cute, Nat. She was so flustered." The witch paused. "What did you say to her that made her shut up completely? It turned me on, watching her react like that." She slowly kissed Natasha's neck.
"Well, she had said 'Kids don't run in the halls. They're not allowed to.'," Wanda nodded, remembering the comment. "I told her that the disobedient ones do.'" The girls blushed, Nat at the memory and Wanda at the image.
"So she liked that? Imagine calling her 'good girl', Natasha. Imagine telling her to behave and punishing her when she doesn't."
"God, Wanda, don't even get me started." The spy almost moaned as her girlfriend slowly straddled her.
"We can edge her endlessly and make her beg." Wanda's hips rolled as her lips found a spot on Natasha's collar bone. "You can make her cum so many times while I eat you out too."
Natasha was in bliss, not wanting to stop, even though they should. "Let's go ask her first before letting go of our imaginations, honey. We can finish this later too."
"You have a point." Wanda sighed and rested her head on Natasha's shoulder. "Let's go."
Meanwhile, you were looking through your closet for swimsuits, which was still a little bit of a mess since you just moved in. Finally, you found the box with the suits, and not so gracefully, you placed it on your bed. As you began to sort out the tops from the bottoms and the sets from the one-pieces, you heard a knock at your door.
You turned your music down and opened the door to find the two women who filled your daydreams, leaving you momentarily speechless. Quickly snapping out of it though, you almost stumbled through your words.
"Hey Tasha, Wanda, what's up?" You acted like their presence was nothing, turning around and continuing to sort out your swim wear. You managed to toss a yellow suit back into the box and a white one into the case before they said anything.
"Is it alright if we come in?" Wanda asked. You blushed, realizing you never invited them inside.
"Of course! Sorry if you find my room a little messy, but i'm still moving in." You pushed a collection of clothes off of the end of the bed. "You may sit if you like, though." You swallowed as the two of them took you up on your offer. Natasha and Wanda are both on my bed. It's cool....
"So what can I do for you?" You continued your packing, now holding up a red bikini in the mirror before tossing it back into the box. Natasha and Wanda shared a look.
"We actually have an odd question to ask you, Talia." The Sokovian started. "A proposal, if you will." This now got your full attention, and you pull over your desk stool to sit in front of them. "As you know Natasha and I love each other very much." You begin to worry, thinking that they felt uncomfortable around you or that your crush was too obvious. Natasha picked up the conversation.
"The two of us have loved each other for a long time, and it will continue to be like this, Talia. Nothing is faulty in our relationship. We have health communication tactics and we know how to handle the other when something is wrong." You were a little confused now, and not as much worried, so you continued listening. "Something that has always been a part of our relationship, though, is the knowledge and idea that we might be in search of someone else. Another piece to our puzzle, if you will." Your heart was racing now, the conversation switching back to Wanda.
"We are asking you if you would like to join our relationship, Talia." You shivered at the accent again, but you couldn't process thoughts anymore. The two exact women that you only thought you would dream about are now in front of you, asking you to be with them. You with them. Natasha and Wanda. "If you say no, you can forget this ever happened and we will never mention it again."
They awaited any response from you.
"And if I say yes?" You almost whispered, Natasha and Wanda's hearts beating loud, but maybe not as much as yours.
"This vacation would be our trial and error. You can test the waters. Play your part. You tell us whenever you're uncomfortable or are having second thoughts and no questions asked, that's it. We just really like you and wanted to offer you a spot with us."
"And this isn't a joke?" You spoke softly, your thoughts and heart going a mile a minute. This is really happening. My crushes are telling me that they want me. Me? They both shake their head, and you stare in disbelief.
"This is real, Talia." Nat nearly whispers. "Entirely real."
Your own thoughts betray you as you stand up and slowly walk over to the two women.
You tried to think about what you wanted to say, but took the risk to stop thinking before you speak. "I have been seriously crushing on the both of you for a while now, and treating you like the kind of opportunity that I only get in my rarest dreams. I've been staring at you and imagining things that go way beyond the boundaries of friends...." Their breaths hitched. "so I swear if you are fucking with me-" Your breath is heavy and hot now as the three of you are inches away.
"We're not fucking with you, Talia." Wanda whispers. "We just want to fuck you."

summary: you and kageyama had made many promises to one another, but, perhaps the king doesn’t need a princess after all word count: 2k warnings: none! just a lot of angst pairing: kageyama tobio x fem!reader
you would always remember your first day of middle school. that was the day that you decided your older brother would forever be the bane of your existence. not only had he left you at home without waking you up but, he had also begun his walk without you, leaving you to navigate your way through the bustling streets of japan
with every step you took, you swore that your lungs were about to give out. you still had no idea how tooru did this every day and stayed after school for volleyball practice. maybe you could put shaving cream in his pillow or hide his sports sneakers as revenge for leaving you all alone, but, he had gotten you the coveted manager position for his team, so, that was something he could hold over your head for months to come
so lost in your thoughts of revenge, you didn’t notice that you had slowed down to a nearly crawling speed, causing the person behind you to knock right into your back, sending you flying to the concrete, papers and books scattering all around, getting trampled by the passerby
“i- i’m sorry!”, a small voice cried out, reaching down to lift you off of the ground and awkwardly dust off your shoulder
you giggled and ran a hand through your hair, holding up your hands, “no, it’s okay! i promise.”
judging by his uniform, he was also a first year in middle school and you were certain you had never seen someone look so nervous. maybe he was lost like you were. there was a pale blush on his face, one which only grew deeper when you walked up to him, curiously leaning inward
“what’s your name?”, you hadn’t even noticed how close the two of you were
you had always been a bubbly person, just like your elder brother. personal space had never been a phrase in your vocabulary and it had been fine that way in elementary school, but you supposed it was time for you to mature a little bit. after all, curiosity did kill the cat
backing up, you held out your hand for him to shake, “i’m oikawa y/n! im a first year, too!”
still, the boy said nothing, clearly too frazzled to open his mouth. with a soft laugh, you picked up the books and papers you had dropped, not minding that he didn’t help. when you came back up from the ground, you noticed that he hadn’t moved at all
taking his hand in yours, you began to run in the direction of your middle school, ignoring his surprised gasp and quiet protests. eventually, he relaxed in your grip and ran beside you, instead of letting you drag him around like a ragdoll
quietly, kageyama snuck a glance at your face, feeling the godforsaken blush from earlier creep it’s way back up his neck. you had to have been the prettiest girl he had ever seen in his short lifespan. no, scratch that- you were the prettiest girl anyone could ever see-
he was almost sad when the two of you reached the gate of kitagawa first. your hand quickly untangled itself from his and you turned to him with a wide grin. kageyama swore his heart had never beaten so fast
“i’ll see you later! thanks for running with me.”, before you could turn around, he clutched onto your jacket, effectively stopping you
“k-kageyama tobio.”, he let out a shaky sigh, “that’s my name.”
after that encounter, you became what kageyama tobio would consider to be his closest friend. each day, there would be a pouch of yogurt or a carton of strawberry milk sitting on your desk, a desk specifically chosen by you due to it’s location-right behind kageyama’s head-
you loved to annoy him during class by poking him with your pencil or slipping notes into the hood of his jacket for him to find later. kageyama would never tell you that he kept them all in a small box on his dresser
during his first year, kageyama knew that you were the only reason he stayed on the volleyball team. anytime your brother teased him, you were jumping on his case, pulling his hair and whining for him to not bully your best friend. oikawa would just ruffle your hair and begin to tease you about having a little crush
kageyama didn’t like that. he didn’t like the idea of you having feelings or even a close friendship wth someone that wasn’t him. you were the only person he felt he could go to when he was overwhelmed, the only that would lay with him and watch clouds on the weekends and the only one who would stay in the gym with him until the late hours of the night to toss volleyballs
“hey, yn? you’re still gonna be my best friend in high school, right?”, kageyama had asked as the two of you sat on the gym steps, quietly sipping from your waterbottles
you quirked a brow, wondering where that question had come from, “of course i am, tobio! do you really think i would leave you all alone?”
kageyama went quiet and you worried that you had said something wrong. without thinking, you reached over and grabbed his hand, feeling him tense under your hold. you could have sworn that his cheeks turned bright red as soon as your fingers grazed one another
so, you sat there underneath the moonlight, feeling your heart begin to beat a little bit faster when your best friend intertwined his fingers with yours, slightly squeezing
but, that connection all changed one quiet, fall day in third year. that was the first time a pouch of yogurt didn’t show up on your desk. you had matured a lot since the first day you met kageyama. you weren’t as curious as before and certainly not as naive
you knew that kageyama and you had lost touch and that things weren’t the same as before. after you quit managing for the volleyball team, late night meetings stopped and hanging out together for lunch was pushed aside for extra practice. it was beginning to drive you crazy
to fill the void left by kageyama, you started to hang out more with the other third years, such as kunimi and kindaichi. but after a while, kunimi began to see the lost look in your eyes whenever you glanced towards kageyama’s locker, only to find him missing
but, the lazy boy didn’t have the heart to tell you what had happened to your old best friend. he couldn’t let you know how kageyama screamed at them, how he slammed balls on the court out of frustration, how he had become the king
kunimi knew it was only a matter of time until you found out, though. you had always been smarter than anyone he knew. so, it didn’t surprise him when you arrived at their final game of the season, cheeks painted in their school colors and your old manager jacket on your shoulders
standing at the top of the bleachers, you admired the way kageyama looked in his uniform. he was more mature now from the looks of him but you could tell he still drank his milk and yogurt cartons before every game, judging from the amount of them in the trash can
your heart nearly lept out of your chest when he turned to look up at you, your eyes connecting with his blue ones. you weren’t sure what kageyama was thinking about or if he was even happy to see you there but you were sure his eyes widened just a little bit
after about an hour, the game was in full force and you had been exposed to a side of kageyama you had never seen before. your heart beat faster form the crazed, furious look in his eyes anytime he glanced at his teammates and you couldn’t help but wonder what happened to the boy who was lost on your first day of school
but, the worst was yet to come. when kageyama reaches backward for a set, preparing to score the final point, no one came to receive it. the entire arena was silent, as if everyone was afraid to move and you saw kageyama crack like marble
the game ended after that with a final loss for kitagawa first. you exchanged glances with kunimi, noting the lack of expression in his eyes. you assumed that putting kageyama in his place was enough for him to feel satisfied with how their final season ended
kageyama shoved past his teammates, knocking their shoulders so hard you thought they might fall over. quickly gathering your things, you sprinted down the stairs of the bleachers and towards where you had seen him leave
you skid to a stop when you saw his back, frozen where he stood, fists clenched so tightly he may burst blood vessels. your eyes softened at how tense his shoulders were and you so badly wanted to reach out and help him, but that wasn’t your place anymore
as you took one step forward, kageyama turned to face you, a glaring look in his eyes that made you shiver, “what the hell are you doing here?”
the phrase was a snarl
“i...i wanted to check on you, because-“
“because you feel sorry for me? i don’t need your pity and i don’t want it either!”
running a hand through your hair, you shook your head and glanced up at him, “i don’t pity you. i just wanted to help you...”
kageyama rolled his eyes and chucked the volleyball in his hand at the wall, not even flinching as the sound echoed through the hall. you, however, jolted at the action and took a step back
“what happened to you?”, your voice was barely a whisper
his eyes flared as he turned to face you, “what happened to me? are you serious? what about you, huh? quitting the manager job even though you loved it! you changed everything about who you are!”
you were starting to get angrier; you could feel it in your gut, “i grew up, kageyama! maybe you should try it and stop acting like an arrogant brat!”
kageyama nearly pouted when he heard you call him by his surname. you hadn’t used it for the whole time he knew you. maybe he really had messed everything up this time, but it was too late for apologies now
“i don’t need to explain anything to you! i never even cared about you in the first place! you were always annoying. clinging to my sleeve like some child.”
your eyes were beginning to fill with tears and kageyama felt like he had been punched in the gut when a few rolled down your cheeks. stop it, he told himself. you’re screwing it all up! don’t lost her like this! but he wouldn’t listen, not even to himself
wiping at your eyes with your sleeve, you sniffled then flares up at the boy you used to call your favorite person in the world
“you know what? you’re the king now, great job! you’re the greatest player on the team. but, you’re also the worst human being i’ve met! you care abut no one but yourself and only think about your own future, disregarding everyone else who tries to help you!”
kageyama had never seen you this angry and it terrified him. perhaps, some part of him always thought you would come back to him, sit with him on the gym steps again and count the stars in the sky as he rested his head on your shoulder but that was all gone now
“so im done, kageyama. stay away from me, got it?”
as soon as you turned around, he reached out for you, pulling his arm back as soon as it left his side. why had it had to happen like this? why was he so selfish? if only he had accepted your help, then he still would have had you by his side
maybe he would get another chance one day. if the world allowed him, he would reincarnate as someone who could love you the way you deserved. someone who didn’t push you away, and just maybe... you could love one another again
“hi, im kageyama tobio. it’s nice to meet you.”
“im oikawa yn! it’s nice to meet you too!”

tag list for the fic so far: @daddystevee @nojamsonmytoast @thebadassbitchqueen
masterlist.  part 3.
hope you enjoy it !!! xx
your eyes scanned over the words again and again as your eyebrows furrowed together. balderdash. what could that mean? absolutely nothing could cross your mind as you stared at the black ink that was soon fading away. you felt frozen in place, astonished to see writing as you were waiting for this day for what felt like forever but confusion nonetheless.
“i should write back, right? does he know that this went through? clearly he’s older than me....” you spoke aloud, trying to wrap your head around it. you felt somewhat guilty feeling like this. you should have been excited to see words from your soulmate, knowing there was someone out there, but this was all such sudden change that you knew where you had to go. you felt the urge to run to cedric and ask him any and all questions you could think of.
basically sprinting to the hufflepuff common room without look extremely suspicious to any onlookers, you tapped the barrell and the door to the common room opened with one swift movement. you walked through the threshold and glanced at the fellow housemates and gave them warm smiles and they wished you a happy birthday.
“thanks guys, anyone know where cedric might be?” you asked, slightly out of breath and looking more frazzeled than one should look on their seventeenth birthday.
“is the birthday girl looking for me?” you heard a voice from the boys dormitory stairs call out. your nerves calmed and you spun around looking at cedric who had a wide smile on his face. “happy birthday , (y/n/n)! i got you this.”
you took a small box from cedrics hands and gave him a big smile, the stressful thought being pushed to the back of your head for a moment. you untied the white ribbon from the silver box and lifted the top to see three bars of honeydukes best chocolate and lifted it to see a picture frame. in the picture was a picture of you and cedric hysterically laughing at whatever joke was told at the time, looking as happy as ever. the frame was an off-white color with sage green vines designed around it. you smiled widely and glanced up at him with tears brimming your eyes.
“it’s beautiful, cedric. i love it!” you responded, placing the box to the nearest table and wrapping your arms around his neck and squeezing. he returned the hug and you could feel the vibrations of his body as he must’ve chuckled. you pulled away still smiling.
“was there something specific you were looking for me for? was it about your pen?” cedric inquired as if he literally read your mind. you heart rate increased slightly, as the previous moment passed and you grabbed the smaller box on the table next to your new gift. you held it in your hands and you looked up at him.
“so all i know right now is that i’m younger. they wrote something and it showed up on my forearm and i kinda freaked out. what does that mean?” you asked, switching your glance back and forth from his eyes searching for answers as soon as possible. he sensed your stress and placed both of his hands on your shoulders.
“okay, first off, ease your nerves a little bit. it’s not going to help.” he stated and you felt your shoulders relax themselves and took a deep breath. “assuming that you got the writing on your arm specifically means that he wrote it on his arm as well. he probably did it to remember something and has no idea that you even got it yet. what did it say?”
“balderdash?” you said in more of a question, wondering if that was the right word and what it could’ve meant. cedric’s own eyebrows furrowed together and his mouth opened slightly to speak but closed soon to take a second to think. you bit your lip and tried to maneuver your mind through this internal maze to figure out what that could possibly mean.
“i think i’m being too narrowminded right now. i’m trying to connect it to someone at hogwarts when it could literally be almost anyone in the world, right?” you asked, your heart sinking at the thought that maybe your soulmate wasn’t at hogwarts right now. you instinctively cracked your fingers and threw your head back.
“look anything is possible. but i could have sworn i heard that word recently.” cedric stated his own eyes darting around the room as his brain tried to make sense of things. “until something sparks in my mind, try writing back to him? this should be exciting, don’t stress yourself, love.”
you gave him a small smile and nodded slowly before licking your lips and reaching for the marble pen. your took a deep breath, a smile forming on your lips coming to the realization that this is a memorable moment.
wow i finally get to talk to you.
you wrote on your forearm, glitter trailing after the pen’s tip and soon leading to plain black ink before slowly disappearing. you paused and could practically hear the blood pumping in your ears.
oh my god. happy birthday, love. finally!
you giggled aloud and showed cedric who failed to hide his own smile and looked at you, “see! nothing to be worried about!” you felt more at ease and dazed as you were literally talking to your soulmate.
footsteps pulled you out of the small trance you had at your forearm as the ink disappeared. you looked up and saw malia with a wide grin on her face. “(y/n)! happy birthday!” you giggled and thanked her, pulling her into a hug.
“oh my god! your pen! have you written anything yet? have they written anything yet? ahh! this is so exciting, i’m so happy for you.” malia basically squealed. a smirk rose upon your lips, realizing how literally perfect she was for cedric and you nodded.
“they wrote bladerdash earlier and than i kind of froze and freaked out but i wrote and he wrote back!” you announced, happiness oh so evident in your tone and a blush rising to your cheeks. malia tucked a piece of hair behind her hair.
“balderdash? if i’m not mistaken, angelina said to me that was the gryffindor common room password. they’re holding a bit of a secret party before classes on monday and said to invite a few people and let myself in.” malia exclaimed, putting the pieces together to your puzzle. an overwhelming feeling you soon determined was excitement bubbled inside you as you listened to her. gryffindor? so they have to be a student at hogwarts!
“ooh, got yourself a bit of a brave one there, don’t you (y/n/n)?” cedric teased, wiggling his eyebrows. you held the pen in your hand a little tighter, eager to write on something. you grabbed the nearest piece of parchment, completely over having to write on your own skin and saw the glitter emitting immediately from the tip of the pen.
balderdash? afraid you were going to forget your common room password, huh?
you giggled at your sarcasm and wittiness and looked back up at the couple in front of you. they shared your excitement and cedric spoke up, “i hate to break this up but why don’t we go down to breakfast? i’m sure people wanna see the birthday girl.”
hogwarts student, eh? this’ll be easy.
you blushed and rolled your eyes, realizing the birthday attention was going to significantly increase today because of your new little pen. you clicked the pen and put it back into the box, grabbing the parchment, hoping what he had to say would appear on their instead of your forearm. “let me get jada and than i’m ready when you are!” you raced upstairs to grab one of your roommates and the four of you made your way to the great hall to reconnect with the rest of your house.
as you stood in front of the great hall doors, it hit you right then and there that there was a great chance your soulmate would be sitting at the gryffindor table right now, that is if they enjoy breakfast. you gulped obviously and looked over at cedric who was next to you.
“don’t get too freaked out. they’re going to be just as excited as you are.” cedric calmed you down, acknowledging the nerves you were clearly emitting.
“i’m not the best with change. and what if they see everyone wishing me a happy birthday and come up to confront me. or worse what happens if they don’t say anything at all and are embarrassed?”
cedric said nothing but gave you a look that said that you were overthinking it. he pulled you in for a brotherly hug and you two made your way into the great hall, your eyes only slightly darting to the gryffindor table a couple of times to play it cool.
you sat with your friends who were all extremely interested in your pen and tried to make their own guesses on who it may be. “it has to be someone in gryffindor obviously, and older than you!” you let your eyes trail to the table and tried to weed out who it may be until you heard a slight explosion come from the slytherin table. slytherin students were fleeing the spot, their shirts covering their noses and gryffindor students laughing at their rivals evacuate from the spots. you spotted the weasley twins high five each other and put together it was one of their up and coming dungbombs. they were both laughing and you couldn’t help but chuckle as well but subtly wanted to make sure the slytherin students were okay.
“ugh, if you got one of the weasely twins, you would be so fucking lucky!” your friend lola exclaimed, basically swooning at the thought of them. you grinned and rolled your eyes playfully before taking one last sip of orange juice and rising from the hufflepuff table.
“i’m stuffed, anyone wanna go to hogsmeade?” you announced and you friends agreed immediately. you snuck the marble pen out of your pocket as you made your way out of the great hall and opened your palm.
see you at the gryffindor party later?
the glittery remnants disappearing along with the black in. your palm tickled as you looked down at the quick response.
can’t wait.

“—so once Youngjae channels enough power from the blood moon tonight, he’ll be able to lower the veil between the Other Side and the physical plane long enough to resurrect your spirit into a mortal body.” You explain, glancing over your notes at the unusually quiet figure sitting on your bed. Something about his expression seems distant—almost sorrowful.
After your return from the hospital, and after the long chat with your roommate convincing her that your absence all night was due to a last minute work emergency, a certain ghost phased into your bedroom. You wouldn’t allow yourself to be this concerned, but during his visits, Jackson usually never shuts up. If you were all alone with no one to talk to, you probably wouldn’t either.
You lower your notebook and shake your head, “You haven’t said one word since you showed up. What’s wrong?”
Jackson purses his lips, as if nervous to relay the thoughts swirling through his mind. Another brief moment of silence passes before he finally murmurs, “It’s the witches. They’re starting to get suspicious again… I don’t know how long I have before they figure out I’ve been crossing over to this plane.”
“Then we’ll just have to bring you back before they find out.” You grab your phone from your desk, checking through your notifications to see if a certain siphoner has yet responded to your dozens of texts and calls. No dice.
You haven’t been able to reach Youngjae since yesterday morning, which is odd considering the guy is the type to respond within three seconds of receiving a message. It would be one thing if he let you know that he’s busy, but it’s complete radio silence. It’s not like Youngjae at all.
“You’re worried about something.”
Your eyes dartup at Jackson’s observation, discovering his concerned gaze focused on you.
“It’s Youngjae.” You sigh, “I haven’t heard from him, but I’m sure he’s just busy brewing potions or something.” You expect to earn at least a chuckle from the ghost, but his silence remains along with the blank expression along his face. His same distant demeanor also lingers, and this time, your concern grows to panic. “What is it, Jackson? What’s going on?”
“I didn’t want to say anything cause I was sure it was all in my head, but I feel that something is… weird.”
“Weird?”
“It’s hard to explain.” He continues, “But as a ghost, I can feel things around me… like right now, the universe just seems off—” His voice cuts out as he frantically shakes his head, “Anyway, I just want you to be careful. Mark used to tell me that disrupting the balance of nature is like opening Pandora’s box.”
“Yeah. We will be doing none of that.” You set your phone down before crossing the room to kneel in front of Jackson. A grin lifts to your lips as you hum to the ghost, “So what do you feel when you’re around me?...”
Jackson raises an eyebrow. “What are you talking about?”
“You said you feel things around you… Do you feel anything special when you’re with me?”
You’re surprised at the eagerness that swells in your chest as he takes his time to think over your question. The inquiry was supposed to be a joke to lighten the mood, but you’re actually curious about your companion’s ghastly perceptions. After maybe a minute or two, Jackson sends you a small smile:
“I feel… light.”
“Light? What is that supposed to mean?”
“You have this aura around you.” Jackson affirms, mindlessly reaching forward thumb at your cheek. You obviously can’t feel his touch, but something in your gut tells you that if you could, you would feel nothing but warmth. “I feel powerful when I’m with you…”
“Is that a good thing?”
He grins, “I think so.”
You continue to stare at one another for a moment, almost attempting to read the depths in each other’s eyes. It’s not until a harsh knock resonates from the front door do you finally break the gaze, offering Jackson a final hum, “I’ll bring you back as soon as I can. I promise.”
Jackson nods, “I know you will. But like I said, please be careful.”
“I will. See you soon.” You wait for Jackson to disappear completely before exiting your bedroom, cursing Sana for leaving you to deal with whoever is incessantly banging on your door. It’s probably the old lady from across the hall wanting to borrow another cup of sugar. You roll your eyes at the thought and open the door, ready to politely decline your neighbor’s request.
Your words die on your tongue—definitely not the old lady from across the hall.
“Mark? What are you—?”
“What? Not expecting to see me?” Mark’s hostile growl takes you by surprise, as does the furious expression etched along his features. “That’s not surprising since you’ve been ignoring me.”
“I’ve been busy.”
“Oh. I’m sure.”
You cross your arms over your chest. “What the hell is your problem?”
“You wanna know what my problem is?” Mark takes a step closer to you before pointing a finger in your direction, “The fact that you not only lie to me, but you go behind my back and then deliberately avoid me for days on end.”
“What are you even talking about, Mark?”
“I’m talking about you and Youngjae playing God and resurrecting Jackson.”
Your muscles instantly freeze, as if Mark had taken a tub of ice water and thrown it over your head. The annoyance inside your chest shifts to guilt, and your once cold features cannot help but soften.
You shake your head, “Mark, I—”
“Do you know how dangerous it is to bring someone back from the dead, (Y/N)?” Mark lowers his voice, but his tone remains as frigid as his gaze. “Do you know the consequences that happen when you fuck with the balance of nature?”
“I get that, but—it’s complicated, Mark… There’s things you don’t understand—”
“I don’t understand!?” He scoffs, “Last I checked, I’m the goddamn witch here, (Y/N)! You know nothing about magic and its sacrifice!”
“Maybe not, but I do know that there is a chance I could bring Jackson back!” You shake your head again, “Please, just give me a chance to explain—”
“No. Because it’s not fucking happening.” Mark interrupts, furiously shaking his own head. “I forbid you to do this.”
It’s like a switch goes off in your mind. Your guilt immediately transforms, but this time, it configures into rage:
“You forbid me!? Who the flying fuck do you think you are!?”
“I won’t sit back and allow you to get yourself killed—!”
“And last I checked, you don’t have the right to control what I do and the decisions I make!” You seethe, stepping further back into your apartment. “This is my choice. I’m resurrecting Jackson whether you like it or not.”
“Fine! Get yourself fucking killed for all I care!” The witch raises his hands in mock surrender. “At least then I won’t have to deal with your reckless, moronic ass!”
“Fuck you, Mark.” You don’t allow the witch to say anything further and slam the door in his face. Your chest remains unbearably heavy, both physically and mentally, but you ignore the sweltering emotions and begin to traverse around the apartment, gathering your bag and other assorted belongings.
A confused and rather concerned Sana emerges from her bedroom a few seconds later. “Are you okay? What was with all that yelling?”
“Don’t worry about it,” You huff, shoving your arms through the sleeves of your jacket. “Just Mark being a douchebag, as per usual.”
“Where are you going?”
“To find Youngjae.”
“Isn’t it kind of late?”
“I’m an adult, Sana.” You snap before throwing your bag over your shoulder. “Don’t wait up for me.”
Similar to Mark, you don’t allow Sana the chance to question you further and sprint out the front door, praying that Youngjae will be up to bringing Jackson back in the next few hours.
☽ ☽ ☽ ☽ ☽ ☾ ☾ ☾ ☾ ☾
Mark has never exercised the greatest control over his emotions. It first began when he was twelve, after his dad walked out on his mom. He found himself sobbing his eyes out some days, and beating the shit out of other kids on others. His mood ranged from intense rage to extreme depression. There was no in between.
In an effort to help, his mom enrolled him in a program designed to teach teens how to handle their emotions. But to no one’s surprise, the therapy didn’t do shit and Mark continued to initiate fights and cry himself to sleep most nights. He never understood why he felt this way—he still doesn’t, to be honest. His dad and him were never close, nor did he ever really care about his sudden departure. Maybe he was just an angry kid with depression. Maybe it was something else.
It wasn’t until his mom was killed did Mark begin to pull his life together, which also happened to be around the same time he met the too-friendly, homeschooled kid with an ego the size of Jupiter, Jackson Wang. Sure, the two of them butted heads every so often, but with Jackson being a werewolf, Mark learned the importance of managing the chaos within. ‘Emotion is like a loaded gun,’ he remembers Jackson once said, ‘If you let yourself pull the trigger without first aiming down sights, then you risk sinking a bullet into someone you love.’ Those words remain with him—remind him what means to stay in control.
But when it involves the people he loves, Mark can’t always regulate the ticking bomb counting down in his soul.
An ache settles in his chest as he recalls the passionate fire in your gaze. There’s always been some parts of you that reminds Mark of his past friend, specifically your stubbornness and inability to think before you act. He’s never found himself hating those parts of you until now—and he shouldn’t, Mark knows that, but he’s so fucking angry and so fucking scared of losing yet another one of the most important people in his life.
He’s experienced his fair share of loss, but losing you… It would break him. Completely.
Mark tries to push the intrusive thoughts from the forefront of his mind and focus on navigating his way through the dark maze of headstones and crumbling tombs. Right after you slammed your front door in his face, he received a text from Youngjae summoning him, Jisung and Lia to an emergency meeting at the edge of the cemetery. He’s still mad at the siphoner for assisting with your reckless scheme, but he won’t allow his pettiness to interfere with the safety of the coven.
A sigh falls from his lips—he does regret ever saying those ending words to you though… because what if they’re the last ones you hear from him.
‘I’m so sorry, Jackson…’
Mark’s misery is forgotten when he notices a group of people up ahead. He recognizes Lia, Jisung and Youngjae flocked together inside a chalk-white circle surrounded by lit torches. For a moment, Mark wonders if they’re in the middle of performing some type of seance, but his curiosity dwindles into confusion when he grows aware of the panic present in each set of their features.
He breaks into a sprint to cover more distance, approaching the strangely placed trio in no time. At the sight of him, Lia immediately bursts into tears, furthering the anxiety bubbling at the back of his throat.
“What the hell is going on!?”
“Hyung! You have to get out of here right now!” Mark notices the swollen, angry flesh of Youngjae’s bottom lip as he speaks, along with the ugly bruise underneath his left eye.
“What happened?” He ignores the siphoner’s warnings, attempting to reach inside the circle and grab Lia’s arm. However, his hand is met with resistance—a boundary spell. “Who did this to you?”
Lia sobs, “Just go, Mark! Before he hurts you!”
“Before who hurts me!? What are you—” His demands die in his throat as another figure appears from behind a large, marble gravestone. He immediately recognizes the newcomer, which sends even more confusion through his veins. “Seo Changbin? What the hell is this?”
“It’s an emergency meeting, hyung.” Mark feels his entire body freeze when the familiar, conniving voice enters his ears. “You had me a little worried… I almost thought you wouldn’t show up.”
“You have got to be fucking kidding me.” Mark whirls around to face a smirking Minho cockily leaning against the wall of an empty tomb. “What kind of game do you think you’re playing, Minho?”
The younger witch shrugs before pushing off the wall to pace around the area. As he draws closer and closer, Mark can spy an ancient, navy blue ring sitting heavily on his forefinger. He’s never seen any piece of jewelry like it before, but something in his gut told him it wasn’t just a simple ring—and that he’s definitely in some kind of trouble.
“Mind explaining to me what we’re doing here? Or are you just going to continue pacing around the place like a cocky bastard?”
“Tonight is a special night, hyung… You wanna know why?” He watches Minho point to the night sky, “In just a few minutes, the moon will drift into the Earth’s shadow and the light of the sun will reflect across the moon’s surface, thus causing a blood moon… It’s actually pretty cool—”
“For Christsake, Minho—get to the goddamn point.”
“You know, for years I had to deal with all your bullshit excuses and justifications of putting our coven in danger—it was only a matter of time until one of us ended up dead, don’t you think?”
A bitter memory of Nayeon’s corpse resurfaces, but Mark remains silent.
“Everyone was too fucking blind, but I saw right through you.” Mark doesn’t move a muscle when Minho suddenly approaches, crowding his space until his nose is mere inches from brushing his own. The younger witch’s harsh glare bleeds into his soul as he continues, “You’re a poor fucking excuse for a leader, hyung—a leader who can’t even protect his own people.”
“And you think you can do better, huh?” Mark growls, glaring his own daggers into Minho’s gaze. “You have no fucking clue what it takes to run this coven… Admit it, you’re just pissed they chose me over you.”
“And look where that got them.”
“You need to cut out whatever petty bullshit this is and let Youngjae, Jisung and Lia go.” Mark murmurs, “Whatever problems you have are with me, so let’s just talk it out, okay?”
“Oh, Mark-hyung…” Minho’s gaze is unwavering from his own as he lifts a hand to rest on Mark’s shoulder. It’s a second too late that Mark realizes it is the same hand in which holds the mysterious ring:
“I’m over talking it out.”
Youngjae’s screams and Lia’s sobs echo in his ears along with the words that spill from Minho’s lips—they’re foreign, but Mark recognizes the spell right away. He tries to squirm and fight against the perpetrator’s grip, but another pair of hands keep his body in place—Changbin.
Bit by bit, Mark feels the buzz of his magic lift from his veins like a flock of doves. His limbs grow weak and his head fuzzy. Soon enough, his own knees no longer bear the strength to hold his weight. Once both Minho and Changbin release him, Mark collapses to the ground—empty and unable to rise.
“What did you do to him!?” Mark hears Jisung’s voice for the first time, although his brain is not fully able to comprehend the inquiry.
“I took his magic. He won’t be needing it anymore.”
Mark manages to find enough strength to reposition his body in a way that allows him to watch both Minho and Changbin approach a makeshift altar composed of an old, concrete coffin. Through the blur of his vision, he catches the witch stirring some kind of crimson mixture—likely blood. Minho looks to the moon, which is slowly brightening to a shade of maroon, before resting his gaze on his companion:
“It’s time.” He offers the mixture to Changbin, “Once you drink this, I can begin the transformation.”
“And you’re sure this spell will give me everything I need to take down the Primes?”
“One hundred percent.”
Take down the Primes?… Fucking hell.
“Minho! Don’t do this!” Mark can’t make out his own voice between the ringing of his ears and the beating of his heart, but he can only hope they’re audible enough for his audience. “The transformation—it won’t work!”
Youngjae shakes his head. “I don’t understand… What are you talking about, hyung?”
“He’s going to try to recreate the spell I used on Jackson on Changbin.” With a huff and a puff, Mark pushes himself to his hands and knees. He attempts to crawl forward, but the spinning of his head sends his body sprawling along the ground once again. He abandons any more thoughts of movement and speaks to Minho directly, “It will kill him—do you understand me!? You can’t—”
“You failed because you couldn’t draw enough power to complete the transformation.” Minho doesn’t even bother to look in his direction, “It will work—I know it will.”
Understanding there’s no possible way to convince the witch, Mark looks to the werewolf instead, “I’m warning you, Changbin! If you go through with this, you will die!”
“Don’t listen to him. Just drink the blood.”
“No! For fucksake, this is suicide!”
“Think of Jackson.” Minho murmurs to a torn Changbin, reaching across the altar to place a supportive hand on his shoulder. “Do it for him.”
“Changbin, don’t—!”
Mark watches in horror as Changbin throws back the mixture and downs its entirety in two gulps. His heart shatters like the glass vial the werewolf launches to the ground. He peers to his left, discovering the same shocked expressions across Youngjae, Jisung and Lia’s faces, and shakes his head in defeat as Lia begins to sob again.
“Filia maximo… Filia maximo… Morsus, morsus—” The wind begins to screech as Minho chants, tearing at Mark’s hair and nudging at his clothes, as if pleading for him to stop the spell. But there’s nothing he can do. For once, Mark is powerless. “—morsus… Advenio donec duo est revertus mors…” With a loud scream, Changbin collapses to the earth. He squirms and writhes in pain underneath the flaming light of the moon—and Mark can’t help but attempt to block out the snaps of his cracking bones.
The scene seems to last for hours until Changbin eventually grows silent. Mark takes the time to catch his breath, unable to control his lungs over the anxiety, fear and nausea lurking through his veins. He wants to look away from the still werewolf, but his gaze is as frozen as the rest of his body.
His eyes burn with tears of rage—Changbin is dead. Another person died because of his own fucking stupidity. Mark should have known this would happen again. He should have stopped it. He should have—
His thoughts disappear as Changbin suddenly gasps for air. For a moment, he claws at the earth as if attempting to ground himself, before he finally, albeit shakily, climbs to his feet. Minho cautiously approaches the wolf, peering down at the shorter male with a gaze full of concern.
“How do you feel?...”
“I feel…” Changbin flexes his fingers again, before closing them into tight fists. The moonlight illuminates the crimson glow of his irises and the sharpness of his long, black fangs as he faces the witch—a malicious smirk spreading along his lips as he chuckles, “I feel like kicking some ancient Prime ass.”
Mark can’t find the strength to watch anymore and allows his head to lower to the earth. Just before his eyes flutter shut, he swears he spots the movement of shadows from behind a nearby headstone. But before he can confirm his suspicions, his head takes one final spin and the world grows dark.
☽ ☽ ☽ ☽ ☽ ☾ ☾ ☾ ☾ ☾
June 13th, 1769 — As much as I enjoy the atmosphere of Paris, I believe it is time to progress onto another part of the world. Some of the townsfolk are beginning to grow suspicious, considering I appear twenty years younger than my supposed age. Nevertheless, I will not mind a new start elsewhere. Jaebeom, on the other hand, will be a terror to convince. As he claimed last time I brought the idea to light, ‘There will never be a place more beautiful than Paris.’
But I know he is not through playing with his newest toy—Tzuyu.
I set sail for the newlands tomorrow at sunrise. Whether my brother decides to accompany me or not is solely his preference. It would be pleasant to spend some time apart—to spend some time in peace—but I know, with many complaints and reluctance, Jaebeom will board the ship tomorrow. Wherever I traverse, he follows, and vice versa. We are family, after all.
I will miss Notre Dame the most. I have grown used to visiting the Cathedral and repenting my wrongdoings to the high priest. Of course, I am forced to erase his memory of our talks each time, but it is nice to confess. It lifts a weight off of the shoulders, takes away a small portion of the guilt. If there is a god, he would never allow a creature like me to walk amongst his heavens—but at least I can salvage the lingering hope left inside of my soul. Speaking of hope, I thought I saw a woman that resembled Irene during my daily visit to the church. I find it amusing that after all these years, my heart continues to yearn for her presence. She was truly special—I wonder if she ever thought the same of me.
I’ve heard some of the sailors refer to a shore in the newland that has yet to be claimed. It may be the perfect location for Jaebeom and I to start anew.  I can only hope it is as beautiful as people say. Maybe I will construct a place of worship as stunning as the Cathedral.
Isn’t that ironic?... A vampire who believes in faith.
Jinyoung finishes the entry with a sigh, welcoming the nostalgia that spreads through his thoughts like an old friend. It seems just yesterday that he recorded his first thoughts about the land that would become Moon Dye Bay. He shakes his head, carefully setting the old journal back on the bookshelf.
He never did build that church.
“Reminiscing again, brother?” The moment is ruined when a certain hybrid’s snicker reaches his ears. Jinyoung rolls his eyes as Jaebeom takes residence beside him, dragging his fingers along the spines of Jinyoung’s other diaries. “We did have some great times back in the 18th century… Remember our battles during the French Revolution? I rather enjoyed King Louis and Marie Antoinette’s executions.”
“You enjoy anything that involves bloodshed.”
“Don’t be so resentful, Jinyoungie. It’s not my fault that the queen had you in her interests.”
Jinyoung shakes his head before retreating to his desk to fix himself a drink. “The woman was as shallow as a poor soul’s ego. She was taken with any man who’d pay her the time of day. It was a miracle her death came as quickly as it did.”
“Careful there. You sound like me.”
Jinyoung deliberately chooses not to respond to Jaebeom’s comment and proceeds to pour two glasses of bourbon. He ignores his companion’s wide smirk as he hands him one of the drinks. Both the vampire and the hybrid simultaneously take a sip, peering at one another over the rims of their cups. Jaebeom is the first to break the silence with a pleased inhale and a hum:
“You returned pretty late last night. I hope you used protection during your time with (Y/N).”
“Mind your tongue, hyung.” Jinyoung warns, “I brought (Y/N) to the hospital after the attack—I trust you took care of Tzuyu?”
Jaebeom smirks. “Of course. She won’t be alive long enough to target your newest Maria Antonia again.”
About to inhale another sip of his bourbon, Jinyoung pauses to mull over the answer. He lowers his glass to his side before delivering Jaebeom a confused expression and a murmured inquiry, “What do you mean she won’t be alive?”
“Tzuyu and I got into an argument and, well, she pissed me off.” Jinyoung watches Jaebeom down the rest of his drink.
“Please tell me you didn’t bite her, Jaebeom-hyung.” He curses at the widening of Jaebeom’s smirk, slamming his glass back down on his desk with enough force to crack its exterior. “When I told you to deal with her, I didn’t mean condemn her to a fate of pain. If you wished to kill her, you could have at least been merciful and done it quick.”
“Last I checked, you said it yourself not to be kind.” Jinyoung follows Jaebeom as he pours himself another drink and collapses onto a brown, leather sofa. He tips his glass toward him with a smile before continuing, “I thought the punishment fit the crime, and we wouldn’t want to put helpless, human (Y/N) in danger again, would we?”
“You turned it off, didn’t you?” Jinyoung realizes, “Does holding onto your humanity wound you that badly, hyung? That you have no choice but to wish it away?”
“If I remember correctly, I’m not the only one that can’t hold onto their humanity… How many people did you kill in the ‘20s alone? One thousand? Maybe two?”
Jinyoung shakes his head, “I’m not that person anymore.”
“That’s where you’re wrong.” In the blink of an eye, Jaebeom is in front of Jinyoung—his glass in pieces on the floor beside him. He leans in until Jinyoung can taste the alcohol of his breath on his tongue, then whispers darkly, “You can lie to yourself all you fucking want, Jinyoung. But deep down, you’ll always know what you are… let’s just hope (Y/N) never finds out, hm?”
At the mention of your name, Jinyoung’s anger expands. He suppresses the urge to take the table beside him and smash it over the hybrid’s head, and instead inhales a deep breath. Jaebeom is only trying to provoke him—and he refuses to be a pawn in his foolish games.
“You will remember what it was like to feel human again.” Jinyoung sighs, “For your sake, I hope your remembrance comes sooner rather than later.”
Jaebeom tsks, “Being human is overrated.”
“He said the same thing about fate.” Both Jinyoung and Jaebeom whirl around at the appearance of a third voice. Jinyoung feels his blood begin to boil at the sight of the familiar vampire in the doorway, once again, suppressing his desire to launch a piece of furniture in her direction. “Ironically, fate and humanity are a package deal.”
Jaebeom growls, “What the fuck are you doing here, Tzuyu?”
“I came to try and convince you to give me your blood.” Tzuyu coughs, and Jinyoung swears he can hear the rattle of her bones. “But judging by your attitude, that’s obviously going to be harder than I thought.”
“You have courage for showing your face again.” Jinyoung crosses his arms with a dark hum, “Especially so soon after you nearly killed (Y/N).”
“It wasn’t my intention to kill her. I just wanted to send a message.”
“Is that so?” With a malicious glare, Jinyoung steps forward and tilts his head toward the vampire, “And what kind of message was that?”
“For (Y/N) to stay away from Jaebeom.” Another violent cough wracks through Tzuyu’s thin form, causing a light stream of blood to splatter from her lips. She wipes her mouth with a ragged breath before continuing, “Look, I did it for her own good. We all know his track record at keeping humans alive.”
“You did it to protect her!?” Jaebeom cackles, “Wow! That’s fucking priceless!”
“Say what you will, you both know I’m right.” Tzuyu says, propping herself up against a nearby bookshelf. “It’s either she ends up dead or is turned into a vampire—then again, there’s not much of a difference between the two, is there?”
“I would die before I allow (Y/N) to come to any harm.”
“The only issue with that is you can’t die, Jinyoung.” Jinyoung doesn’t take his eyes off Tzuyu as she grabs a bottle of brandy from the top shelf. It takes her literal seconds to unscrew the cap and down a good portion of the container. She licks her lips and says, “I’m sorry I attacked (Y/N), okay? I went too far. I won’t do it again.”
“You think an apology is enough to save your life?” Jaebeom snickers before snatching the alcohol from the vampire, “Think again, sweetheart.”
“What do you want from me, Jaebeom? Does seeing me die a slow, painful death bring you joy?”
He shrugs, “No one mourns for the wicked.”
“Is he always this much of an asshole?”
Jinyoung chuckles, “Pretty much.”
“Great.” The vampire breathes out a sigh and cards her fingers through her hair. After a brief moment of silence, she directs her attention back to Jaebeom and pleads—her voice packed with desperation and fear, “What can I do to convince you to let me live? Please, Jaebeom… I don’t want to die.”
“You should have thought about that before you touched what I told you not to.” Jinyoung remains quiet as Jaebeom lifts a hand to grasp Tzuyu’s jaw. The dying visitor remains unphased, proceeding to glare at the hybrid with hateful, yet oddly sorrowful eyes. “I suggest you show yourself out before I end your life sooner.”
“You’re going to lose everything one of these days, Jaebeom.” Tzuyu shakes her head sadly, wiping away a layer of cold sweat from her forehead. “You’re going to lose everyone, even your brother, and you’re going to be alone. For an eternity.”
“Save the monologue.” Jaebeom waves dismissively, taking a sip of the brandy before returning it back to its shelf. “Petty isn’t a good look for you, baby.”
“Fuck you, Jaebeom.” Tzuyu goes to stomp out the door, but something—someone blocks her path. The atmosphere changes when Jinyoung notices your panicked form, practically gasping for air and cross-eyed, standing in the doorway. He immediately speeds to your side without hesitation, grasping your hands in hopes to ground you.
He stares into your eyes, “What is it, (Y/N)? What’s wrong?”
“You and Jaebeom have to get the hell out of here! Right now!”
Jaebeom shakes his head in confusion, “What the hell are you talking about?”
“I don’t know what exactly happened but Minho turned Changbin into this dark werewolf creature or-or something… I do know, however, that Changbin is on his way right now to kill you both.” Jinyoung steps back at the intensity of your explanation, unable to think of a response over the roar of his thoughts. Through his peripheral vision, he can spot the same type of speechlessness across Jaebeom’s face.
Not again…
“That’s stupid… You realize nothing can kill them, right?” Tzuyu scoffs.
“This is different.” You urge, “I saw Changbin—he wasn’t like anything I’ve ever seen before… The spell that Minho used, it was-was—”
“Dark magic.” Jinyoung finishes blankly, “The spell was dark magic.”
“Yes… which means you and Jaebeom need to leave town as fast as you possibly can before—”
“I don’t think anyone is going anywhere, (Y/N).” Jinyoung’s entire body grows stiff as a new voice echoes throughout the study. He cautiously turns his head, discovering none other than the young werewolf in question resting among the shadows. His eye also catches the open window a few inches away, and he curses himself for ever wanting to feel the nightly draft.
Changbin’s smirk is as dark as his eyes.
“What?... Not going to offer me a drink?”
☽ ☽ ☽ ☽ ☽ ☾ ☾ ☾ ☾ ☾
“(Y/N)! Get out of here! Now!” Jaebeom hears Jinyoung scream as the werewolf suddenly launches forward, knocking his brother into the bookshelf behind him. The wood completely splinters beneath the impact, raining down an array of books and planks on Jinyoung’s body. Changbin turns to Jaebeom next, but the hybrid is ready—and pissed off.
Jaebeom speeds toward the intruder and delivers a swift kick to the gut. Changbin flies back at the force, crashing back through the window with a loud growl. Sensing the urgency in time, Jaebeom quickly throws Jinyoung’s immobile body over his shoulder and urges both you and Tzuyu out the study door.
“Come on! We gotta go!”
“Jaebeom! What the hell is happening!?” He ignores Tzuyu’s fearful ask and proceeds to lug Jinyoung through the maze of hallways and down the staircase, you and the female vampire hot on his heels. He doesn’t know exactly where he’s going, but he makes his way to the parlor where he props Jinyoung up against a nearby chair before turning to you:
“You need to leave. I will deal with this.”
“No way. I’m not going anywhere.” Jaebeom curses your stubbornness inside his head, sending a stern glare in your direction. Your expression remains fixated, and he can’t help but wish your presence in any other situation but now.
“I can’t protect you right now—”
“And I can’t sit back and watch you get yourselves killed!” You shake your head indignantly, “I’m staying!”
“Fucking hell, (Y/N)! Get your ass out that door before I throw you out myself!”
“Jaebeom, watch out!” At Tzuyu’s cue, a wooden branch comes soaring in through the window. Jaebeom immediately throws himself against you, effectively forcing your body to the ground to dodge the projectile. He can feel your fear through the trembling of your limbs and hurried breaths, but it only brings him more determination to tear apart his attacker.
He shakes his head in surrender, “You stay on the fucking ground, understand? Don’t you fucking dare move a muscle.” He doesn’t bother to wait for a response and pushes himself back to his feet.
Tzuyu is huddled in a corner, and Jinyoung has yet to awaken from his crash landing back in the study. Jaebeom tries to focus his senses on detecting the werewolf, but he can’t seem to hear anything past the beating of his own heart. He carefully makes his way over to the incapacitated vampire, attempting to force him back to consciousness.
“Now is really not the time for a fucking nap, Jinyoung.” He hisses, “I swear to god, if I have to save your ass one more time—” Another wave of tree branches come crashing through the windows. Unfortunately, Jaebeom is not as quick and one catches his shoulder at just the right angle. He feels the wood sink into his flesh, painfully carving into his bones. With a low groan, Jaebeom manages to grab the makeshift stake and remove it in one hefty pull.
He tosses it away with a yell, “You gonna hide like a little bitch!? Or are you gonna come out and fight like a man!?”
“Be careful what you wish for, asshole!” Jaebeom turns just in time to discover the werewolf emerging from a shattered window. His blood boils when he notices the sadistic grin along the young kid’s face—he wonders how those teeth will look strewn across the parlor floor.
Changbin comes at him fast, much faster than Jaebeom could have predicted. He manages to dodge a set of jabs, but he’s not so lucky when Changbin lands a heavy hit against the side of his face. Pain erupts through his jaw as he collapses to the floor, but Jaebeom doesn’t have the chance to dwell over it and rolls out of the way just as the werewolf attempts to stomp his nose.
Jaebeom tries to speed away again, but like before, his counterpart is faster. Changbin manages to force him to the floor for a second time, pinning his body down with his own. Horrified, the hybrid watches as the werewolf’s eyes glow blood red and large, pitch black fangs emerge past his parted lips. Once again, he attempts to break free, but it’s no use—Changbin is too strong.
Just when he believes the wolf’s fangs are going to sink into his neck, another form knocks Changbin away. Jaebeom hurriedly props himself on his arms in time to watch Tzuyu deliver a series of hits and kicks to the perpetrator, eventually slamming his head into a nearby armoire. Taking advantage of the moment, she turns from Changbin to Jaebeom instead:
“Grab Jinyoung and (Y/N) and run!” She screams, “Get the hell of here!”
Unable to move, Jaebeom remains as Tzuyu attempts to fight off the wolf. But with the combination of his ultimate strength and her weakness from Jaebeom’s venom, her defeat is inevitable. He watches in terror as Changbin sinks his teeth into the vampire’s arm before yanking her head forward and effectively snapping her neck. Jaebeom feels his insides practically soar with rage when the attacker tosses a comatose Tzuyu across the room like a useless toy.
“I’ll kill you…” He sneers, allowing his own supernatural features to overtake his face. “I’ll fucking kill you…”
Changbin shakes his head with a smirk, “I’d like to see you try.”
Using the little agility he has left, Jaebeom grabs one of the branches and speeds toward the wolf. Due to Changbin’s movements, he misses his chest, but manages to stab the weapon in his stomach. Changbin releases a pained groan, allowing Jaebeom to take advantage of his surprise and land another array of uppercuts to his face. Just when he finally thinks he has the upper hand, his opponent blocks one of his hits and pins him against a wall with a hand around his throat.
“Any last words, Prime?”
“You really think you can kill me?” Jaebeom growls, squirming against Changbin’s hold.
“I know I can… Have fun rotting in Hell—fuck!”
Shock spills through Jaebeom’s veins as the point of branch suddenly appears through the center of the wolf’s chest, splattering red across both of their bodies. Changbin’s grip releases, allowing the hybrid to quickly speed out of his reach. Once he’s a safe distances away, Jaebeom looks to his savior, discovering the one person he never expected to see—
You stand over Changbin’s body—chest heaving and bloodied hands trembling. Your eyes are glassy when Jaebeom meets your gaze, and for some reason, he feels the urge to go and pull your form into a tight embrace. Your voice, however, returns his mind to reality:
“Did I… Did I kill him?”
“I don’t think so.” Jaebeom answers, nursing his wound with his own shaky fingers. “We need to get out of here—get somewhere safe.”
“Good idea.” You trudge over to where Jinyoung is still unconsciously laid across the chair. Jaebeom follows your lead and hurries over to a lifeless Tzuyu. “I know somewhere we can go… but I don’t think you’re going to like it.”
“(Y/N)... There is an immortal, unkillable super wolf out to kill me and my brother currently in my living room…”  He snorts, maneuvering Tzuyu’s body into one arm and assisting you and Jinyoung with the other.
“Trust me, anywhere is a hell of a lot better than here…”

Hi :) May I ask for a Dogma fic where him and the reader are dating and then the whole Umbara campaign happens and Dogma gets a court martial but the reader somehow figures out how to get him out and they live happily on a farm together? Sorry if this didn’t make any sense.
No it makes total sense! I love this idea Dogma doesn't get enough time in the show🤍

Going Home
A knock on your door woke you around 0400 in the morning, this wouldn't have been odd other than the fact that you had been off duty for hours (you were a mechanic for the 501st) and had specifically told the next shift crew not to bother you. You groaned and sat up cursing as you bumped your head on the shelf above your bunk, swinging your legs over the side you stood up and made your way over to the door ready to give the person who woke you a piece of your mind. The door opened and you opened your mouth to speak, but stopped. It was Dogma, one of the soldiers that was in the 501st, your boyfriend. He saw your disheveled state and a ghost of a smile appeared on his face.
" I'm sorry cyar'ika,I didn't mean to wake you" he said softly.
" It's ok, come in" Was your reply.
You moved away from the door so he could step inside, you both sat down on the small couch that you had in the room.
“ So what brings you here at four in the morning? “ you asked, a bit of sarcasm laced in your tone. The next thing he said surprised you.
“ We ship out in 2 hours...”
The 501st were supposed to be on leave for a few weeks and you were excited to get to spent some time with Dogma, but apparently plans had changed. He explained that they had been requested to help with the battle on Umbara alongside General Kenobi’s battalion the 212th.
“ How long until you get back?” you asked anticipating something reasonable considering they were supposed to have a 3 week leave in the upcoming days.
“ Rex doesnt know.” he replied. Dogmas comm went off but he hesitated to answer, which was very unlike him. He looked at you
“Well,” you said “Answer it”
He sighed and hit the button, then Rex’s voice rang out.
“ Times up Dogma, I need you back in the hangar.”
“ Yes sir” your boyfriend responded. He hit the button again and the call ended
“ Im sorry mesh’la, if i had known sooner i'd have told you” he said with a downcast face.
“Hey, its ok I understand, duty calls sweetheart” you answered cupping his face with your hands. both of you stood up and he wrapped you in a hug. Dogmas hugs were the best, they were warm and they made you feel safe, he pulled away and kissed your forehead gently.
“I'll miss you” he whispered into your hair
“ I know love, ill miss you to. Promise you will call when you can?” you asked
“ I promise” he said with one last peck to your lips.
“I'll see you when you get back” you called as he made his way to the door. He turned and blew you a kiss as the door shut. you flopped back down onto your bed sighing. Dating a clone was interesting to say the least, yet you wouldn't trade it for the world.
Weeks went by after that day, he commed you twice and then the messages dwindled to nothing. another week went by in silence, you were beyond worried. You had tried comming Rex, but with no avail, you also tried Anakin and he had picked up, but explained that he was called off of Umbara and replaced with a jedi named Krell. Confused you had bid him goodbye and hung up. Another two weeks went by and then a beacon of hope found its way to you. Anakin, who was the only one who knew of you relationship with Dogma, commed you one morning with intell that the 501st would be returning in the next couple of days, you asked him about your beloved clone, but that was all the info he had. So patiently you waited.
Finally on the third day you overheard a few troopers talking about them being back, soo straight to the hangar you went. when you made it to the 501st bay you found them unloading the ships, supplies, e-vac’s with wounded men, and artillery were all being taken off the ship. you scanned the crowd of almost identical faces, but Dogma wasn't there. Rex, who also knew of your relationship with Dogma, walked up to you.
“ Rex! have you seen-" you began, but he held up a hand causing you to stop
" Ah, y/n before you finish, there's something i need to tell you..."
Rex pulled you aside and explained what happened,
" He was sentenced to a court martial y/n, i'm so sorry."
You gaped at him in disbelief, your Dogma sentenced to a court trial for following orders!?! For doing what he was trained to do? That was absurd!
" Where are they keeping him?" You asked turning to head back to your quarters.
"The detention block... why?" Rex replied a bit suspicious.
"No reason" you said walking away.
Rex watched you walk away already knowing your plan, but hey, who was he to stop you.
You made your way through the corridors of the base heading towards your quarters. When you got inside you immediately locked the door and got to work, you pulled out a storage container from under your bunk and put the few belongings you had inside of it, then you started making a plan. You were a mechanic and an engineer, you knew this base like the back of your hands, you were going to break Dogma out and then run away with him. As cliche as it sounds it was the best you could come up with. You just so happened to own a bit of land on a planet that wasn't very civilized yet that you used when you were on leave. That's where you would go, no one would find you there. All you had to do was stage a jailbreak, and that's exactly what you did.
Later that evening you brought your belongings to the small stuttle you owned in one of the less used hangars, then from there you used the ventilation ducts to your advantage easily making your way down to the detention level without being discovered. Once above the central area you peered out through one of the vents, there were two clones on guard, as usual for this hour of the evening. The two shock troopers were just having a normal conversation, and you deemed them distracted enough for you to quietly drop down from the opening in the ceiling. You landed on your feet as quietly as possible and waited to see if the two guards had heard you. Their conversation paused for a moment but it picked back up a second afterwards. As slowly and quietly as possible you made your way around the corner and then sprinted down the hall. Checking cells as you went, you passed one that stood out to you. The ray shield was up, but at first glance no one was in the cell, which was odd. Then you took a double take and realized that there was indeed someone in the cell, curled up in the corner was a clone, not just any clone though. It was Dogma, he had his knees hugged to his chest, head resting on them and he was shaking. The sight broke your heart, you walked up to the control panel and took the front of the box off. The noise made Dogma look up, your eyes met as he walked over to where you were standing. You held a finger to your lips signaling to him to be quiet, you turned back to the panel knowing you would have to be fast. Once the wire was cut the alarms would sound and you would have company in less than 30 seconds. You glanced at Dogma and he nodded. You began sifting through the wires, yep just what you thought, the red one. They should really change the color you thought to yourself, you held your breath and cut the wire. The alarms immediately started blaring, but the ray shield went down. You grabbed his hand and ran, looking up and down the walls for a vent opening. A few yards down the corridor there was a vent big enough for both of you to fit through you dropped to your knees and took the grate off of the duct. You let Dogma in before you and crawled in behind him, you re attached the grate right as the boot falls of the troops searching for Dogma passed by. You both held your breath as the footsteps faded letting out a sigh when they were gone. You guided Dogma back to the hangar and bolted through the door, running straight into Rex...
" Rex! I can explain!" you began, pulling Dogma behind you,
" No need, I'll stall them " he replied starting to walk towards the hangar doors
"So you aren't going to stop us?" Dogma asked, baffled.
" No im not, now go quickly before they find out you're here!" Rex exclaimed turning his head to look back at you. You grabbed his arm before he could get to far
"Thank you " you breathed, he gave you a nod and with that you and Dogma sprinted for the ship. Powering it on and setting coordinance for the planet you spent your leaves on, once out of the atmosphere you set the hyperdrive and jumped to lightspeed.
Leaning back in your seat you let out a breath you didn't realize you were holding and looked over at Dogma. He was staring off into space no emotion present on his face. You moved to kneel in front if him and took his hands in yours, your eyes met, his were full of tears. He just about collapsed into you causing you to sit against the panel with him in between your legs. He buried his head in your neck and you could feel him start to cry silently. You whispered reasurances and promises into his hair, you knew that the trauma he had experienced would take a long while to heal, but for now you could promise him one thing
" Everything is going to be alright cyare, we're going home"
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So. My first fic is done... I really hope you like it. Dogma may be a bit out of character so I'll apologize for that. Thank you so much for the ask and the support<3 Hope it is as requested and any feedback is welcome.

Avengers: College Edition
Steve: Criminal Justice and Studio Art double major. He doesn't want to torture himself with anything difficult and still wants to study what he loves. He is still an over achiever though. Highkey hates frat parties, saw someone twerking upside down and almost cried but stayed because hes the designated driver (responsible KING). prefers small get togethers with his friends. Roommates with sam and bucky!! Joins Criminal Justice club, jokingly rivals with Engineering (Tonys Club) Everyone on campus loves him including the professors, wins Homecoming king and is very happy. Sam jokingly asks to be his queen, Bucky butts in and says "NO, im his queen". Can be found in the library or art studio, usually with ink or pencil markings on his hands.
Tony: Obvi an engineering KING has physics as a minor. procrastinates to the max "No Bruce I have everything under control" *crams for 46 hours straight on a constant IV drip of Redbull and coffee* Super smart and helps draw the blueprint for the new engineering building. Roomies with Bruce! Tony was in a frat for a bit his freshmen year but hated it and wanted real friends (Throws better parties anyway) met Bruce and all the other avengers during a 1301 intro class. Pulls women like no tomorrow. On the presidents list every semester and tutors math for free on the side. He is basically the Dad in STEM. Tries hitting on Natasha but she is just like :/ nah, when her and bruce start dating tony is surprised because bruce is his "quiet little cinnamon roll." Tony constantly teases bruce and is like "yall fuckin (;" Steve butts in "tONY PLZ I JUST WANT TO WATCH THIS MOVIE" Bruce is thankful for steves intervention. You know how he rivals Steves Criminal Justice club? He butts heads with Business Clubs leader (Pepper) until everyone catches them together at a party. Has a caffeine addiction. Works out with Thor and Bucky one day in the rec and almost dies.
Bruce: Physics and Engineering double major (Hardworking KING) In math club with Vision and Wanda. He loves being roomies with Tony because it helps him out of his shell. Likes to draw with Steve sometimes and enjoys the quiet. Doesn't procrastinate and gets things done in a timely manor. 4.0 icon we all strive to be. Him and Nat already know each other, but bond and get a lot closer while studying in the library and they eventually start dating. He takes her coffee when she works across campus and is always almost late to class because of that (He doesn't care though bc thats his BABY) "Um.. Bruce your class is in 5 minutes" "Okay and?.....Wait I have an ex-" *Sprints to his building* Takes boxing at night with Thor, Bucky, Sam and Steve!!! Loves sparring with Thor and can surprisingly take the big buy on pretty well. Gets his butt kicked by Natasha in a MMA class though.
Natasha: Majors in Criminal Justice and Minors in Psychology. Ballet club AND MOCK TRIAL!! Has a Job at the Criminal Justice Deans office and takes MMA classes on the side. She is on Mock Trial with Loki and they actually get along quiet well once they stop butting heads about the case. Introduces Sam and Wanda to dance and they have so much fun. Coffee dates with Bruce!! Her and Steve become RAs in the following years and are the coolest RAs you know. Prefers night classes, Bruce walks her to all of them. Psychology classes are her favorite and really wants to help children one day. Volunteers at a daycare during breaks. Sis can really out drink Tony and Thor. Puts Wanda under her wing and helps her with fafsa and what not. Her and Bucky get the Russian language credit by simply testing out. Has her sh!t together and while she has a lot on her plate she can take it. She is really the Mom of the group. Can be found dancing or with Bruce. Her and Clint are icons in psychology classes.
Clint: Deaf Studies with education minor! (we stan deaf clint in the comics) In the Archery club and wins nationals for the Uni. Loves to draw with Steve. Helps Bruce ask Natasha out! PRANK ICON! loves to do prank wars with tony, bucky, loki and sam. Was in the same frat with Tony but hated it as well. While he seems to have a more reserved demeanor he is still the life of the party. (Like he knows people at the clubs ya know?) Can get in anywhere and helps everyone rent out a club for the night in celebration of midterms being over. Loves reading in the library and loves morning classes and being productive early in the day. Cracks Tonys netflix and hulu passwords (no tony... tonyr0cks69 is not good enough) Wants to teach at a school for the Deaf. Bruce sets him up with a girl from engineering and that is his future wife.
Thor: Physical Education major and Communications minor! Here on a football scholarship and is in a frat (not the asshole one tony was in) and is a partying ICON. Tries to get Loki to party but Loki just wants to drink wine with the cat he snuck into his dorm. Learns Sign from Clint to prepare for his career in education. Loves working out with Bucky, Sam and Steve. Takes up boxing during football off season and spars with Bruce. Despite being everyones fav himbo he gets really good grades and is a very good writer. Loki dorms across the hall from him. Thor actually rooms with Peter. Peter is the freshman baby and Thor takes peter under his wing and introduces him to everyone and helps him with college stuff in general. Also hooks him up with MJ and brings him to the occasional boxing session. Has a loud booming laughter you can hear in all floors of the library when he sees a funny meme. One time he actually makes a very good point and notices a flaw in one of Tony and Bruces projects leaves everyone stunned. Picks on Loki in big brother fashion. Unironically calls weed the devils lettuce.
Loki: Pre-Law and Criminal Justice. LOVES to argue. (Devils advocate ass) In Mock Trial and Criminal Justice Club. Tony jokingly calls him steves sexy secretary in CJ club. Loves Mock Trial and is the president with Nat as his right hand woman. Sneaks a cat he found at the shelter into his dorm and names it muffin. Stays in the Library writing or going over cases. The one time he was taking Natasha a copy of the Mock Trial case packet and caught her and bruce smooching. (He screeched) "Haha funny joke yall heres the case packet BYE." He automatically texts the group chat "i think nAT AND BRUCE HAVE SOME TEA FOR US HMM". Lets Peter and Bruce come over to his dorm because he knows their roommates can get a little too much sometimes. Loki also becomes an avid twitter user and thats how he gains popularity on campus. (He called the uni out for their awful and expensive parking) Was able to convince the Dean with tony and steve to create a new parking lot. Caffeine addict!!! Him and Tony always bump into each other at the coffee shop. Brings baked goods to meet ups with the gang. Loves to play pranks (especially on Tony) Him and Bucky come up with a genius prank on him and even get pepper involved. Best dressed on campus and is in the fashion club. He is the embodiment of dark academia.
Sam: Criminal Justice Major with Aerospace Engineering minor. Gets introduced to Bucky and Steve during move in and they literally become brothers. Is both in Criminal Justice Club and Engineering Club. In the Historically Black Frat on campus and takes huge pride in that. Parties with tony and thor BIG TIME. Procrastinates by throwing paper airplanes at Bucky until Bucky is like "Um...dude your paper is due in like two hours." At that moment Sam got into work faster than he ever had. Loves gossip sessions with Loki and Wanda. Works out a lot with Bucky, Steve and Thor to get rid of stress. When he and Bucky finish a final they go to loki's dorm and ask "Hey can we see your cat." Helps prep food for friends-giving and decorates the dorm for holidays. HATES 8ams so so so much. Steve promises him pancakes if he gets up and goes. Binge watches shows during weekends and screams when Destiel is finally canon. Loves running and gets a Track Scholarship when Thor gets him to join a sport. Gets Peter to join track.
Bucky: criminal justice major and psychology minor. Buck is also in ballet club with Nat, it really helps him relax and gives him a free space to think (also he runs that shit like no ones business) Criminal justice club as well and LOVES to work out and box. One time Sam accompanies him to ballet and Bucky pushes Sam into a split... the scream was heard for miles. "Sam ballet is good for athletes it helps w-" "Yeah but its not good for my balls" Doesn't willingly procrastinate but once in awhile he will forget an assignment, you best believe his eyes will snap open from his nap and get to work asap. For one of his psyche labs he had to question Steve as if he were Steve's therapist to which Steve responds "Hey bro you dont have to hit a nerve that deep" He also likes to do dance with peter since it helps him get away from Thor for a bit. Not a big partier but once the weight of finals are off his chest you best believe he will go all out. Picks on Nat and says hes gonna steal her man, to which tony interjects and says "Not if I do first" Bucky also has a very comfy dorm, comfy lighting and tons of pillows, the man loves his sleep... and so does everyone else. Sometimes he finds peter, sam, THOR, tONY EVERYONE just napping in his bed before their study time. Overall, bucky is a smart boy and his time in college is kind to him.
Wanda: English Major and Education Minor. After being an orphan Wanda knows what it feels like to not have a parental figure there and she wants to change that for other kids by becoming an english teacher. She volunteers at an orphanage, specifically the one her and pietro were in for a brief moment when they came to the states. She loves to draw as well and takes plenty of art classes with steve. She paints a portrait of the entire gang and gives it to tony as a graduation present (he cried). She loves to do volunteer work for children and also spend a lot of time in the library, She helped Nat calm down before Bruce asked her out. Her and Loki are in constant competition for best dressed. "Loki ill let you win best dressed but you have to let me see your cat" "ugh fine... btw your shirt doesnt match your boots" "hEY" Her and Peter take alot of intro classes together and are constantly running around craft stores trying to get the right stuff for projects. Visits Vision at his Job on Campus and he visits her where she volunteers and eventually they start dating. She is constantly getting visited by pietro at 4am asking "Um do you have milk" "Pietro its 4am what do you ne-" "my OREOS"
Pietro: Track star business major, frat ICON with Thor. poor boy is STRESSED he hates college and is here on a track scholarship, constantly late and running around getting shit done. Queen of late assignments but still gets them graded because he is in Track. Yeah he has alot on his plate but he still parties with thor for hours. When he is drowning in assignments Clint is always there to help him, Bruce also helps him with biology and the more science-y classes. Likes to mess around and race sam at track practice. Not into coffee but will run on all the monster energy drinks you could possibly buy. Seriously is tired of 8 a.m courses, he just wants to nap after practice. Walks into the study room that everyone was in and actually looks more sleep deprived than tony. He gets a lot of tips from steve on how to have an easier time in college and it really helps him.
Vision: Grad student working on a civil engineering masters and a TA. Meets Wanda in the library and she asks him where the biographies are. He mistakenly says they are on the 2nd floor "Uh theyre actually on the third" "Then why did you ask?" "Cause I wanted to talk to you :)" He swooned. Through Wanda he met Tony and Bruce and became their best friend, He helped out a lot with engineering club and got them far. He spends a lot of time doing research for his masters degree, he loves relaxing with the group on weekends and picks on pietro as if he is already apart of the family. Him and Loki bond over intellectual conversations from time to time. Bruce and Nat go on double dates with him and Wanda. Went to a bar once with tony and bruce and had to stop tony from singing Queens entire discography, he had the best night that night. Helps everyone with getting into jobs and into grad school in general while everyone helps him let loose and have some fun.
Peter: Peter is a Physics major and eventually works his way up to biochemistry. (hardworking icon) He is the freshman baby of the group and is introduced to them through Thor. He dances with Buck and Nat sometimes as well. Tony obviously takes peter under his wing and helps him with assignments. One time everyone was in the same study room and him and pietro have a redbull shot gunning challenge. When Peter wins Thor picks him up and almost yeets the poor boy into the ceiling. "VERY WELL DONE YOUNG PARKER YOU SHOULD BE DOING THAT WITH BEER IN NO TIME." "Thor plz" Tony and Thor help him ask MJ out and even spy on them during a dinner date. (Imagine thor with sunglasses and a scarf around his head pretending to be tonys date) He feels so accepted in college because of the gang and gets all his work done on time. Goes out of his way to get everyone christmas presents and is so excited for friendsgiving. Becomes a little stressball during finals and midterms and stays in the library till it closes. He spots loki alot in there and helps loki with science classes while loki helps him with political science classes. He meets MJ through wanda and is obviously blushing the whole time while being introduced. Gets embarrassed when the guys flirt with aunt may. "guys plz stop" This is when Sam earns his "milf hunter" nickname. "Pete hows your aunt?" "She doesnt want you sam i-" its not like that... actually it is like that"
Coulson: Alumni Icon. Is the gangs Intro professor and is the reason why everyone meets eachother. (the class was chaotic indeed) Coulson loved that class so much and he still gets visited by everyone from time to time. He is obviously close with Nick. They were there that night when Tony was signing Queen at the bar and couldnt help but laugh.
Nick Fury: Dean for criminal justice and is heavily involved with criminal justice club and mock trial. He is tired of everyones shit as always. Makes a tiktok account for the criminal justice club and has no idea how to manage social media so gets Loki to help. Has to delete it when Loki commented "hah losers" on the engineering tiktoks page. He looks intimidating but in his office he has a picture with the club and has all the gifts he gets on display. (He even framed lokis comment because it was hilarious afterall)
