…Bart doesn’t really do patience.

He doesn’t have to, so he doesn’t. Growing up in a world that wasn’t exactly real didn’t make for a real strong understanding of reality, or timing, or estimating how long something takes, or how long it would take a garden-variety human to complete a task.

He sits in the chair. He kicks his legs.

So. Bart doesn’t really do patience. When he wants to make his way through a book, it takes a few seconds to read through the whole thing at his standard pace. It’s great! Finishing the Troy Dodson series had taken ten minutes. He watched the full set of movies on quadruple-fast mode in about half an hour, and then still had the time to show up to the tower for trivia with the team that afternoon. It had been Crash!

And when—when Bart had wanted to learn how to cook, he went through half the recipes in Ma Kent’s copy of The Delights of Cooking in two days flat. And that was with missions. He even taught himself how to prepare squirrel from the back of the book! It tasted…uh, weird, sure, but that might have been his substitution of Caribbean jerk seasoning for garlic powder.

Patience is… Well, when Bart is on a mission and he has to wait for everyone to go at a human-comprehensible speed when laying out the plan of action, that’s patience. Sometimes he jumps the gun a little, maybe—but usually it all works out!

And when Bart has to wait for Barry and Wally to be free and off work for their day jobs, because they’re adults with real world things they have to do and Bart’s just—well, he’s—he tries to be patient! And he distracts himself with other things, and he takes the time to explore the world and get in new experiences he couldn’t have before in his own little virtual world, and he tries new things, and he eats new foods, and then Wally or Barry shoot him a text or ring him up and then he’s back in town in seconds anyway!

…But there isn’t a way to speed this along.

The doctor with the cute cat lanyard and Wonder Woman both have been trying to explain to Bart how bad the damage is. But Bart can tell. He has eyes.

His friend is physical now, but he’s not…right. His face is caved in, like someone hit him really really hard, or someone gouged out the whole front face of his skull—Bart can’t see any red matter, but that’s because of the pulsing green sheath that’s covered all of his friend’s open injuries.

And there’s a lot of green.

That means he’s super injured. Bart can see most of his glowing green not-face through the window of the metal tube his friend is sleeping in.

It’s not just his missing face, his crooked jaw, or his barely-moving chest, or his green-soaked fingers anyway; there’s open pits in his chest, slathered in green goo that shifts when he breathes and glows just a little in the odd light of the medical wing, lumpy and half-scarred from stitches that were sloppily applied. Utilitarian.

Tim told Bart that the sutures were probably meant more to prevent extra clean-up in a lab setting than to keep Bart’s friend alive.

…Bart doesn’t really want to think about that.

There are lime-tinged scrapes and scars across and around his friend's hands and up his arms, verdant-veined legs that aren’t exactly the right shape and orientation legs should be, crevasses in his stomach, his chest, against his collarbone, and the clawed-out pit where a face should be.

All green. So green. Like grass… Like the Earth, when Bart comes home from space.

It’s scary. It’s frightening.

Wonder Woman gave Bart a hug and said it would be okay when the Medical team started to apply white-swathed casts around misaligned legs, and Bart almost cried. The medical team thinks the green is his friend’s body working on healing him. That Bart’s friend will be okay.

Bart lets everyone say comforting things, because it’s kind when everybody’s kind. But Bart’s been an experiment in healing the unhealable and he knows as much as anyone else does that there’s simply no way to know if his friend will be okay.

But his friend isn’t alone like he was. Bart makes sure of it.

So he sits at his friend’s bedside, eats a granola bar, kicks his feet in the stiff chair Medical had to offer him, and Bart practices his patience.

By the end of this, he might even be good at it.

head canon is neurodivergent steve kinda being a jack of all trades when it comes to anything remotely physical or like hands on (cmon, we’ve seen him twirl the bat). like, he’s got a lot of little niche interests and hobbies or skills because he gets bored a lot and goes through these little phases of hyperfixation when it comes to this stuff.

like, he’s got a green thumb??? his nonna (because head canon steve is a sweet little italian boy, sue me) always told him that fresher herbs were better for cooking and obviously, he cooks his own meals. so he makes the decision to start a kitchen garden and bro is a NATURAL. i’m talking rosemary, oregano, parsley, thyme, basil and freaking tomatoes for the heck of it.

or like, he once watched a segment on ‘the perfect conditions for growing strawberries’ and he couldn’t get it out of his head. he was up for the challenge?? visited the library and got a million books, bought the soil and equipment and kept them warm in the winter like they were his BABIES. and they were freaking delicious so obviously, he learnt how to make jam outta them.

he’s also crazy good at shit like draughts?? so he’s got a massive board and he plays against himself routinely. he plans on moving unto chess eventually but he hasn’t beat himself yet! all of his games keep coming to a draw.

he definitely knits and freaking crochets. he found a box of needles in the attic one time and some material and tried his hand at it. it took him a week or two but he knows about three different types of stitches at least!! and knitted himself some fingerless gloves last winter.

above all else though, he’s learnt how to play like two instruments—“and the triangle! she matters, she has feelings.” his parents had bought him a bunch of instruments as a kid, hoping that he’d have some inclination towards the arts so they could boast about it but he wasn’t really interested. he realized he hated the acoustic guitar so he got an electric one, which suits him sm better AND he can play the drums. but he likes to learn the hardest solos or nothing fr because he’s competitive

bonus points if steve underplays his interests when he’s dating billy because his parents can’t get him to shut up fast enough about ‘em. but the more billy comes over, the more he notices all of the little knickknacks just laying around ie. steve’s collection of mini whittled animals or his draught board laid out because he got stumped mid-game or the amps beneath his bed. and he’ll ask about them!! he’ll think it’s so freaking cool and let steve rant and babble about them for hours.

he’ll taste test all of his new recipes and learn draughts so he can kick steve’s ass and listen to new songs or instrumentals that he learns. like, there’s no way he won’t get wrapped up into his new interests with him and make it their thing.

tips for a bad day

we all have our up and downs, and today i’m gonna talk about those days you just don’t feel right. it can be just cause you woke up feeling down, you had a bad day at work or school... whatever. i’ll just list some things that helps me to cheer myself up for these days ♡

try to clear your mind. if you had for example a bad day at school, the moment you arrive home leave it behind the door. you’re home now, you’re away from these experiences and it’s your time to take care of yourself.

if you have homework or you have to do anything at home (whether it is from school, from your work, chores...) but don’t feel with enough motivation, in case you can leave it for another day and there’s no rush to end them for today, just do a little. if it’s homework for example or study for a test, don’t do everything today but at least dedicate 10 minutes to it. even 5, whatever will be better than doing nothing, because if you pospone it, at least from my own experience you’ll keep having less and less motivation to do it. listen to some relaxing music and be in a clear and organized space so you can go quicky through it.

once you finished everything you may have to do, good job! it’s now time for yourself. ♡

have a snack. if you’re hungry, make for yourself something quick and healthy if possible. take some fruit like banana or strawberry and prepare a smoothie, have some dry fruits, a toast with avocado, some cereals with yoghurt... whatever you enjoy and it’s beneficial for your body. it’s better if you can avoid unhealthy stuff like chips or sweets, but if you have self control for it don’t hesitate and take a little treat.

try a new recipe. leave a mess in your kitchen, navigate between thousands of recipes on the surface... wanna try something new? chinese cuisine, italian, mexican, thai... search for something easy to do by yourself, list the ingredients and in case you need something, go to the grocery shop. usually, cooking is something really good as it takes a good amount of your time and energy in something productive, you’ll end up feeling good and you won’t distract your mind with bad thoughts. also you can prepare a nice meal for lunch or dinner for yourself or your family.

if it’s possible, go out with your friends. if not, talk with them at home. make a voice call, it can be on discord, and hang out. rant with them if you need it and spend time. you can also play something together, watch a show...

watching new stuff can be nice, but it always brings us comfort re watching something we already do know we like. put your favourite show, read your favourite book or listen to that album you always go to... i also recommend watching a tv show you enjoyed as a kid.

transform that negative energy into something else. sit in front of your desk and write in a notebook or your diary about how do you feel. what happened that made you feel this way? you can improve it? there is anything you can do by yourself to live with it in a healthier way that doesn’t affect in your mood? change your mindset. do some meditations too, it will help you to cleanse your mind.

research about topics you feel passionate about. it’s never late to learn something new, and it’s always good for our minds to culturize ourselves. it can be whatever: science, physics, biology, arts, history, cinema... what themes are you interested in? personally, these days i’ve been really curious watching videos about snowflakes and how they form.

i mentioned this point in my post about gym, but pamper yourself. take a warm shower, do your skincare and your hair...

if you have the possibility, go somewhere you can be more in contact with nature. if you live in a place where you can do it, go to the forest, to the beach, a lake... just a park will do it. watch to the birds, photograph with a camera or your phone the flowers you like and try to find butterflies flying.

favourite pastimes or hobbies for the two? and how ? i guess "involved" are they with each other when they do it? (like parallel play vs. doin smthn together)

Munkustrap is a big reader. He has a large book collection and some of his favorites he's reread enough times for the spines to start falling apart. Reading is kind of a one-person activity, but he'll often sit with Deme while he reads, either in the living room or out in the garden, and they hold hands sometimes while he reads and she scrolls on her phone or just relaxes. He also does most of the gardening; Deme will help in the overall planning of flowerbeds and such but Munk enjoys the physical aspect of it and the care that goes into maintaining a garden. It helps keep him centered. And she'll call him sexy and bring him cold drinks when he digs around in the dirt. He has also dabbled into knitting a few times, but nothing major: a hat or a pair of mittens, maybe a scarf, for the girls.

Demeter is a big film buff; she loves watching movies and analyzing them, and she enjoys learning about the art behind films such as cinematography and all that. Munk will watch a lot of movies with her and listen to what she's learned, but some of the crazier movies he lets her watch alone lol. She's big on artsy horror movies for one. He skips those. She also makes art, hence her involvement in the art department of their local theatre. She likes to write too, sometimes, but has never managed to finish drafting a book. She always gets stuck around the middle and starts a new one. She's also a member of goth subculture and naturally loves to subject (i'm kidding) her dear husband to her taste in music, fashion, and overall sexy spooky vibes. Also dabbles in the occasional videogame. Usually something competitive and violent where she puts her sharp wits to use. He regularly has to remind her not to lose her temper. (But he secretly loves watching her get riled up and beating some poor sap silly at the game.)

As far as things they do together, they're always up for a trip to a museum, whether it be art or history, and they like to go to thrift shops and the like often. Demeter loves to decorate the house and Munk can usually spot things he knows she'll like, so they usually come home with a good haul and periodically redecorate. :) Sometimes they'll go to markets and browse all the trinkets and such too. They're both good cooks overall, but Munk is a decent baker on the side as well. He loves trying out new recipes for pastries and desserts that Dem and the girls naturally have to taste test. And they like to host little dinner parties and try new foods! They try to get a new cookbook once a year or so. Deme has a bit of a strained relationship with food when she's not doing well mentally, so finding ways to keep meals fresh and exciting not only lets them have some fun together, but keeps her on track with good eating habits.

Then of course there's plenty of activities they undertake together with their children: going to the park, taking them swimming or on the occasional trip to the woods or such to explore, finding cool landmarks to visit, ect. But sometimes they just like to stay at home and entertain the girls with music, art, or general play.

So I'd say it's a good mix of "do your own thing while I hang out quietly nearby" and "let's do this Together" <3

The girls minus Veil and Vera swap places without anyone noticing (simply cause I think it'll be hard to hide things from Frollo)

It started when the girls had a get together and Ms. Hades revealing on what the guys did. This made the Kemonohito sisters feel embarrassed at this revelation, cause those are they're brothers and felt ashamed for not recognizing the obvious differences.

Farja then suggested they tried to do the same thing. They all agreed except Veil cause she said it was impossible to hide things from Frollo but Vera and Veil would help them if they were trouble.

Like the boys they all look the same but one difference.

"Why the fuck do you have flames for hair?"

"Why don't YOU have any?"

Cece and Ms. Hades glared at each other, the most obvious difference was the most difficult. No was sure how to make this work, and had to wait for Farja to look for a reverse spell for their hair, it took a week but she found one and to their luck it lasts a week.

Like the boys, they had to give a brief rundown on what they do and what not to do. They were good to go.

“Jane, hand me the tomatoes.” Jane’s father asked.

“Here.” Hock handed him the small basket.

“Thanks, kiddo.”

Luckily she was already an experienced cook so this was no problem, plus she’s learning new recipes.

“Nadia no!” Valerie gasped as she caught her ‘daughter’s’ hand. Farja yelped as the woman grabbed her wrist, it was so strong for someone with such a small stature.

She took the small bottle away from her.

“But isn’t that salt?”

“Jack placed sugar here for sweet eggs, remember?”

She, Valerie, Vince and Malachite were cooking dinner. She was in charged with making curry which she knew, but the ingredients needed were a tad odd, honey and apples?

“O-oh! I must have forgot, was busy in Insta!” Vince and Malachite were looking at her strangely, it made her panic. But the woman let it go. PS and M. Hades were setting the table , overhearing the conversation biting their lips.

The next morning the girls were already regretting their decision for this prank after learning that not only that they have to work out early everyday but have weights tied on different portions on their bodies.

PS wanted to cry but can’t Zuri was physically strongest of her siblings and the best in close combat. Doing that will let them now.

Ms. Hades slumped near the wall, drinking water like she’s been denied from it for weeks.

“You look like your dying” Joe commented.

“Haha.”

“Add something more sarcastic or swear at us if you want to be Cece.” Jack commented. She glanced at PS and Farja who were desperately drinking water and back at the boys and gave her a knowing look.

Meanwhile with girls were having a nice time. They ran into Ms. Scatter at their morning exercise and blushed hotly.

Like the boys they couldn’t help but slip. Such as Zuri lying on Joe’s stomach, Cece, stealing Apple and Malfi’s clothes, Nadia giving Jack noogie and Jane hoisting Dalmatia over her shoulder. Veil face palmed each time they slipped.

The boys know this was going but said nothing

Speaking of her, she had them memorize the poses and intros over and over and lecture and what the recruit girls usually do at the shows.

At work, the girls’ poses and intros weren’t as embarrassing as the boys but it still made them flush.

Zuri fought to keep her smile on her face as she did her intro. After this week was over, she was going to teach PS about self-love and show her she didn’t need people to call her cute.

Nadia actually to try something different with Farja’s intro. The girl has some spell books in her room and found the most easiest one. Concentrating, she muttered a few words before the flower in her hands bursted to flames.

The crowd was shocked but she wasn’t done yet. The flame rose until an outline of a bird came to view and spread its wings and took off, it flew above the audience’s heads who all stared in awe.

“Isn’t magic amazing?” She asked and got positive replies.

“If you join us in our world, you can experience just as amazing things like phoenix I showed you!”

She got more cheers.

The girls hung out in the lobby when Veil brought up their villains.

“We’re going to visit our villains later, be sure to behave and act like them as much as possible.”

“We got this.” Jane stated.

Not really, they pretty much figured it out.

Jafar was almost convinced but Iago commented on how her smell was different yet the same. He also saw her taking one of the servant boys to her room, which he immediately enchanted.

Scar and the hyenas knew the moment Zuri stepped foot in the realm but they all said nothing since she’s managed to lure the larger animals to them and made way for a water supply. Plus the cacti she planted made good bait for gullible small prey.

Hades found out when the gods had a tournament in Athens, he and his henchman sat in the far back away from them. It was a typical fighting tournament where all the greatest warriors were participating. Hercules was exempted for obvious reasons but he wanted to enjoy.

One of them was a famed warrior who was eyeing on Cece for a while, it made feel like puking but tried to ignore it. Unfortunately he made an announcement that if he wins that he will take her a wife. Hades was about to protest when she spoke up.

“Only if you beat me.” She didn’t care if she got found out, she will end this man.

He argued no and it was not ladylike but she was persistent. Finally she got her duel, he seemed very confident in winning.

“Hold my fan.” She told Panic and march down. She picked a spear, and had to remind herself it’s like using a ningata.

He told her it’s not to late to turn back and come to him willingly as a wife.

“I’d rather be Cerberus’ chew toy than with you.”

“Very well.”

The match ended rather quickly, with Cece being faster and slicing his head off. This sparked outburst to comrades who tried to attack her but ended up dead. Ares turned to the shock lord of the underworld.

“Are you sure she’s not a former spartan soldier?”

Hook was the only one who didn’t know. Jane and Hock acted similar enough to not arouse suspicion. Except the the she scared the crocodile away but he just thought she learned something new.

Once the week was up, the girls meet at Vera’s house with everyone. As soon as girls saw they’re brothers Zuri and Nadia ran up and hugged them.

“We’re sorry he didn’t see the difference.” They sobbed.

“It’s okay. That point of the prank.” Malachite assured.

“At least you guys are apologizing. Unlike someone we know.” Jack remarked looking at Cece who rolled her eyes.

“I knew it was a ruse when you didn’t insult back, brat.”

“Sure.”

Sitting here, in the warm glow of my computer screen, I am reflecting. Reflecting on how my quest for knowledge has shifted. From dusty library books and traditional lecture halls to the vibrant, pulsating world of online content. YouTube - a cosmos of knowledge, right at my fingertips.

It started innocuously. I was searching for a simple cooking recipe, a quick fix for dinner. YouTube was the obvious choice. After all, it had been my go-to platform for cat videos and catchy music tunes. But that day, I stumbled. Stumbled into a universe that went far beyond piano-playing felines and Top 40 hits.

From quantum physics to DIY crafts, coding classes to history lessons, YouTube had it all. Intimidating? At first, yes. The deluge of information felt overpowering. Like standing at the mouth of a river, not knowing how to swim. But then, I took the plunge.

I remember it like it was yesterday. It was a video on machine learning. Complex concepts, broken down into bite-sized, digestible chunks. And suddenly, I was hooked. Enthralled. A digital nomad, wandering through the endless plains of information.

Late-night coding lessons. Early morning language classes. I was learning - always learning. Sometimes, I felt overwhelmed. Drowned by the torrent of knowledge. Tabs upon tabs open, each one begging for my attention. A relentless chase after the next big thing, the next piece of wisdom.

Why Home Learning Should Be More Self-Directed and Less Structured?

Because of the coronavirus concern, pupils were forced to stay at home, and social media feeds were flooded with color-coded study regimens from well-meaning parents. However, they have failed to adopt those timetables, in part because traditional schools' strictly scheduled, time-in-seat strategy frequently has more to do with crowd management than optimizing learning.

The abrupt shift to work-from-home may be a good kind of disruption, opening up a golden opportunity for students to engage in authentic, deep learning that is more self-directed, more playful, more aligned with the development of young students—and much easier for parents to manage than stacks of worksheets.

Giving kids a say in their education fosters intrinsic drive, independence, and innovation. They can explore answers to real-world problems that interest them, construct models, or produce reports that empower them. While it may be challenging in a regular classroom of 20-30 students, parents may give their children far more freedom at home in terms of choosing things to study, books to read, and methods to spend their time.

Without the tight curricular constraints of most schools, which focus much too much on testing and standards, parents can provide time for thorough investigation, critical thinking skills development, and, perhaps most importantly, a genuine passion to learn that will transfer to related fields of study.

SCIENCE EXPLORATION

Play is scientific discovery for young children. Physics lessons can be learned by throwing toys, squeezing a sponge, or spinning in circles. Encourage free play by providing open-ended toys such as blocks, scarves, blanket forts, and cardboard boxes. Set up a science experiment using common household items. Older students can take charge of carrying out the experiment and documenting their findings in a lab report.

Nature is a gateway to scientific discovery. Students can spend time in a park or garden discussing what they see, such as water cycles, ecosystems, and food chains. Gather wildflowers and learn their names. Begin a birding diary or a garden.

COMPREHENDING SOCIAL STUDIES

If your child is at least three years old, try Teach Your Child to Read in 100 Easy Lessons for some early reading instruction. This scripted curriculum of 15-minute daily lessons includes everything the teacher has to say or do, making it ideal for busy parents.

Another fundamental approach for increasing English comprehension is writing. Encourage older children to create their own picture books or short stories. The National Novel Writing Month Camp for Young Writers in April establishes goals for kids to achieve when writing their own novel. Using markers, crayons, or paint to teach handwriting, or tracing letters in trays of sand or rice, keeps young children involved.

APPRECIATION FOR THE ARTS

Music and visual arts promote memory and verbal intelligence, while music and visual arts improve brain function and well-being. All arts encourage the development of motor skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Encourage kids to paint, draw, sculpt with handmade play dough, or make friendship bracelets out of fiber. He always walks on the outer side of the sidewalk when the two of you are walking side by side to keep you safe from the road, he holds your hand tightly and all it takes is just a light squeeze that all his attention goes to you.

When you go out and you're carrying lots of bags, he'll take them out of your hand and hold them for you until you get home. Bakugou is the type of boyfriend who will use your purse as if it were his and he doesn't care about that. But when you go to buy a new purse, he wants you to buy one that suits him.

He has a space in his backpack that are just things for you; meds, band-aids, your favorite candies etc etc

He also always has a hair elastic on his wrist just in case you need it; and in fact it is he who ties your hair for you.

He loves to take your hand and play lightly with your fingers when you are distracted. He just looks and smiles silly at how small your fingers are compared to his.

When it's raining, Bakugou does literally everything so you don't get wet. He gives you his jacket and when you share an umbrella, he always makes sure it completely covers you, he doesn't care if his shoulder is all wet, the important thing is you.

He loves to cook for you and he always tries to learn new recipes just to impress you.

Bakugou is very concerned about your physical and mental health, so he will always make sure that you eat and drink water properly, and if you need anything, he will be by your side in seconds.

He always kisses your forehead and your lips before leaving the house. It is a way of silently demonstrating that he will soon return to your arms.

He loves washing your hair in the bath - he loves taking a shower with you and if you take it without him, he will consider it a betrayal - he massages your hair and your body, just worshiping you. 

Bakugou knows your body language very well, so all it takes is one look at him to know what you are feeling. No matter where you are, if he realizes that you are feeling bad he will take you home immediately.

Bakugou loves to pull you onto his lap, he can be anywhere but he has to have you on his lap; he wraps his arms around your waist and squeezes you lightly while leaving soft kisses on your neck and shoulder.

-Your biggest hype man, EVER. You post something on Instagram? Get ready for a flood of comments, all from him. You could put your phone down for two minutes after posting, and you’ll come back to 99+ notifications of just reki commenting along the lines of “woah suddenly I’m on one knee” “DAMNNNN” and many, many more.

-Never leave your phone unattended around him. He won’t snoop, but be prepared to come back to your camera roll flooded with just zoomed in pictures of his face, his mouth, his eye, ANYWHERE. Mf is spamming your whole phone with pictures of him for you to come back to.

-He has to always be touching you in some way. Whether it’s holding your hand, your waist, a casual arm around your shoulder, there has to be something. He’ll put his hand on your ass sometimes while you walk in public.

-Honestly doesn’t even think PDA is anything out of the ordinary. Like, you’re his s/o??? Yes you’re in his lap, yes you’re in the middle of the skatepark, so what? You’re his, and he’s happy he can make everyone aware of that.

-His family adores you. His mother is always goading him to bring you over more, complaining that she misses her "honorary son/daughter/child". His sisters love you too. Any time you come over there’s immediately three tiny bodies shooting at you, grabbing you by the waist and dragging you over to wherever they’re playing. Reki tries to drag you away, wanting to have you for himself, but you always try and stay for at least five or ten minutes. Secretly, he loves that you get along so well with his siblings, going soft at the thought of how you would act with children of your own.

-He loves playing video games with you. Sitting in his lap, the two of you could spend hours switching from game to game. One minute you could be burning down a village in Minecraft, the next complaining while Reki whoops your ass in Mario Kart. His mom brings you food for your breaks between games, and she’ll even stay for a few minutes to talk to you while Reki shifts underneath you, glowing red from embarassment.

-If you can’t skate, he would beg to teach you. If you accept, he goes all out. He’ll make you your own customised board just for practicing, making sure it’s absolutely perfert for you to learn on. But if you can skate, get ready for endless races and competitions to see who can nail a new trick the quickest.

-Adores when you come to S to support him. He loves looking into the crowd and seeing you there cheering him on before he goes into a beef. If he wins, he’ll race over to where you are in the crowd, picking you up and spinning you around, kissing you without a care in the world. However, if he loses he’s thankful you’re always there to pick him back up and make him feel better afterwards.

-Loves cleaning you up after a big fall, kissing your bruises and cuts better. He’ll carefully wrap each injury with care, telling you how brave you are, no matter how small the cut. Secretly, he loves when you baby him after he falls himself. Seeing you wipe away the blood from a new cut and place a small plaster on it with such tenderness melts his heart in a way only you could.

-Speaking of plasters, this man has one for every occasion. Princesses, pirates, aliens, cats, dogs, sparkles, stripes, you name it, he’s got it.

-The type to sneak you out at two in the morning to get a slushee with him. Honestly, he’s up so late making boards for people he just has no perception of time.

-Spams your phone with TikToks or other funny things that reminds him of you. It could be a very specific thing, or a flower or cloud. If he thinks of you when he sees it(which is fairly often), it gets sent to you.

-Talks with his hands a lot. He’s a very expressive talker, so when he’s telling you a story it feels like you’re right there in the story with him.

-Please just kiss him. His cheeks, his forehead, his hand, his shoulder, his temples, his lips. Anywhere, he’ll melt under you. Mf is touch starved to the max.

-Always knows how to make you laugh. His laugh is infectious, it could get you out of your darkest moods.

-Sleeps with his head on your chest, and one hand in your shirt little perv.

-His social media is like a SHRINE for you. His highlights, his posts, his stories, EVERYWHERE. He’s just so proud to be able to call you his that he wants the whole world to know.

-Kisses in the rain while you run home, skateboards in your hands after the weather forecast failed you once again. He’s just so happy in the moment that he can’t contain himself, so he’s pulling you into him in the pouring rain, kissing you hard while your hair gets drenched.

-You don’t need to steal his clothes, he will literally give them to you because “you just look so cute wearing them”. Occasionally, he’ll take one of your hoodies, and even if it doesn’t exactly fit him, he’ll still keep it near him while he sleeps so he can keep your scent close to him.

Langa:

-This man is so oblivious to obvious hints, but still manages to pick up on the smallest of details? It’s incredible, honestly. He could describe the exact colour of your eyes with the most insane detail, but he still won’t notice when you try and hint that you like him in the first place!

-You two have a bit more of a low-key relationship, but you’ll make your usual appearance in his Instagram posts, or on his Snapchat story with a casual caption like a simple heart, or “my love<3”

-Not very big on PDA, not because he doesn’t like it, but because he doesn’t think of it. However, when he does feel like he’s being too physically distant, he’ll link pinkies with you as you walk along, or rest his head on your shoulder while you watch a video on your phone.

-His mom adores you, which is why Langa despises bringing you to his house. You always seem to leave with seven of his baby photos from his time snowboarding in Canada, a new recipe from his mother that you complimented, another one of his hoodies, and more miscellaneous stuff that you don’t even know how it ended up in your bag. He has a little shelf in your room specifically for this random stuff, and he always adds to the collection when he comes to your house. He’ll leave a keyring, a small toy, a Polaroid, anything honestly.

-Loves dates that you can experience. The movies, aquariums, museums and the zoo are common dates for the two of you to go on, but other than that, he adores going skateboarding with you. He’s been improving, and he loves when you notice little things he’s been picking up on, whether it be a new trick or simply how he balances himself on the board.

-Adores old Disney movies. Yall will binge a ton of them in one day, having full-blown musicals in Langa’s living room. When any of the romantic songs come on, like “So this is Love” from Cinderella, Langa will stand up and offer his hand to you, as the two of you waltz around his sitting room, humming the tune of the song.

-Study dates are frequent with the two of you. If you happen to stay up late studying and fall asleep on each other, his mother will cover the two of you with a blanket, tidying some of your books and leaving with a smile, happy with the knowledge you were making her son the happiest he’s been in quite a while.

-Slow dancing in the kitchen while you cook is a regular. When a particularly sappy love song comes on while he stirs the pot, he’ll turn around and hold you close to him, twirling you around the kitchen.

-Reki constantly jokes that he is a third wheel, poking fun at the two of you, Cherry and Joe, and Shadow and “his little girlfriend back at the flower shop”. He’ll hang out of Miya, whining about them having to stick together since they’re the only two “lone wolves”. He’ll usually get a well-earned thump into the back of the head from Miya, but it’s still funny to watch the whole thing go down.

-Tends to be shy when giving you clothes, so instead of asking you to wear them he’ll leave them out in places he knows you’ll find them, or he’ll come up behind you and plop it in your lap, murmuring about how cute it would look on you.

-Please do this man’s makeup. He will sit so still for you, waiting patiently while you dab eyeshadow at his eyes, trying not to blink so you don’t mess up his mascara. He’ll sit there mesmerised for a few minutes, taking in how he looks, and simply whisper “you do this every day?”

-Evem though he’s not a very openly affectionate person, he is stuck to your hip behind closed doors. He’ll lie in your lap for hours, staring up at you while you mess with his hair, pulling it into little plaits and pigtails.

-I can’t even describe how the two of you sleep. It’s simply a mass of limbs, and no one knows exactly what belongs to who. Somehow one of yall will end up upside down, and-why is Langa on the floor??

-He could talk about his time in Canada for hours, and you’d just lie on his chest and listen to him. Every once in a while he’ll look down at you to see if you’re still listening, and his heart will melt a little every time he sees you staring back up at him, eyes wide with interest.

-This man NEVER gets jealous. You’d literally have to cling to another man for it to click in his brain that Oh. He doesn’t like that.

-He’s not big on texting, but if you call him he will stay on that call with you for hours, even after the two of you fall asleep.

-Whenever he falls(which is quite often), you’ll always have plasters on hand to help fix him up. He always flushes bright red when you kiss his cuts better, and never knows just what to do with himself afterwards.

-When he skates against tough opponents, you’ll always give him a kiss for good luck. Of course, this doesn’t stop you worrying, but you know Langa wouldn’t go out of his way to get injured. And if he does, well, at least he’ll have you there to kiss his bruises better.

Sure, why not, he is the love of my life after all. These are pretty random, and fit in some sort of generalized modern boyfriend au. Hopelessly domestic, as that is the nature of nearly everything I write for Levi, anyway. Also still terribly obsessed with the idea of him with a motorcycle, so there’s that.

He owns at least six black blazers. They’re nearly identical; slight differences in texture and cut, one with lapels, one that’s boldly all leather that you swear you’ve never seen him wear. They’re kind of his go-to staple, other than a sweater.

That being said, he doesn’t exclusively wear all black. His closet leans towards more neutrals, sure, but he’s not allergic to color. You might not catch him wearing neon orange on the average day, but he’s not averse to a nice shade of green, any shade of purple that suits his mood, even a softer pink.

He has towels and rags he sets aside especially for you when he comes over. He always washes them and put them back in place when you leave so that they’re ready to go for next time.

Claims to not have any attachment to the shows/dramas you watch, but he’s totally backseat watching. Halfway into every single series, he starts sitting down when you turn it on, and scoffs at dumb decisions the characters make.

He splurged on one of those frame TVs that look like a painting when they’re idle. It was a good investment in his opinion.

He doesn’t hate Starbucks drinks—there’s worse things out there in terms of quality of tea. What he despises about the establishment is the way they call out names for you to pick up your order. He’s learned that mobile order ahead is the way to go.

Has slippers for around the house, so consequently, you have slippers for walking around his house. He keeps both pairs (and a few extra for friends and guests) tucked neatly beside the door for easy access; yours always go next to his.

Does not understand the purpose of a robe. Buy him one tho and he will suddenly find an excuse to wear it: making breakfast, lounging around watching TV, doing some light cleaning and dusting. It’s comfy, alright, he can admit that much.

The little puppy you got him that he swore he was not going to warm up to now gets the royal treatment. The best doggie goods and treats, top rated shampoos, cutest drying towels, even a miniature couch he constructed just for the pup. They’re best friends, there’s no breaking that bond now.

Speaking of the puppy, affectionately named Captain, Levi can be found walking him every day shortly after work. They have a few different routes, but they always pass by the local vendors/market, who enthusiastically anticipate their appearance every day. Some of the older ladies running stands have even taken to bringing a few treats with them for Captain—after bundling up some goods for Levi, too, of course.

Captain also has a special doggy backpack Levi uses for when he’s on his motorcycle. If you follow anybody on TikTok in his area, you’re bound to see at least one video of the pup while Levi’s out riding. He’s become viral on social media without even knowing it.

(When you show him a video someone posted of him and Captain with well over 100k likes, and a million views, he only rolled his eyes. But remembers that particularly day; remembers the folks had a kid who politely asked to pet the dog, so he let him. He also maybe asks you to send the link to him).

On the subject of the motorcycle, there was a good few weeks he wouldn’t let you on it. Always found an excuse, a smart reply that was punctuated with gentle push on your forehead and calling you too clumsy for it. Later, you found out it’s because he’d ordered you a helmet; didn’t want to risk you riding without one.

He always keeps it in the storage compartment should he make a stop to pick you up while he’s riding; and he usually wears at least two layers to have a spare to wrap you in before you get on.

When he cooks, he always makes sure there’s enough for leftovers and/or to give you some later. He also bakes frequently, and at least once a week, he stops by with some kind of treat for you—“Trying out a new recipe, let me know if you think it’s missing anything.”

On the subject of food, he won’t police what you eat to annoying extent; he knows that not everybody has the time or will to make pasta from scratch like he does. But, he will smack your wrist if you consider ordering fast food when you’re over at this place. Give him 30 minutes and a single pan, he’ll make something much better than whatever you can find on Uber Eats.

Really, though, he doesn’t mean to obnoxious about the homemade food thing, it’s more habit for him. Growing up, he had to learn to be resourceful, so buying fast-food isn’t ever at the forefront of his mind. Cooking for you also turns out to be something somewhat intimate that he enjoys, so just let him.

Once bought an Apple Watch because he liked the look of them, it wasn’t insanely expensive like other high end watches, and it could connect to his other devices, so why not? A week later he returned it, the ping of his notifications were in one too many places for his liking.

You tried to convince him to keep it—“At least for when you’re jogging! It can track your activity and calories!”—but he clicks his teeth. He’ll survive without keeping track of them.

He learned the hard way that jogging with Captain is no good. His legs are too tiny and Levi ended up carrying the puppy the entire time. Captain is more of a walk dog… or ride on the back of his bike dog.

If you changed anything in his phone settings—like the ringtone for you contact, or the sound his keyboard makes—he wouldn’t go back in and try to figure out how to reset it. Unless it was something obnoxious, like adding an autocorrect shortcut to say something lewd.

He doesn’t really listen to music when he’s just walking. When he’s on a run, that’s fine, but he somewhat prefers to just… hear the environment around him when he’s on a stroll or a break from work. The only reason he’d have headphones on in public is to take a phone call, but even then, he’d prefer to wait until he’s somewhere more private.

He likes having you over at his apartment and has contemplated asking you to move in. He doesn’t want to rush anything, though, so he’s content with your sleepovers for now. (Though he really cannot fathom that you call them “sleepovers” like you’re 14. Please).

He speaks to his mother at least once a week, and she always asks about you. Levi tells her that you’re fine, gives her small updates about you, but Kuchel really just wants to know when the wedding is. He pretends to be busy whenever she starts asking and conveniently ends the call.

Occasionally, he’ll stop by and take you out for lunch. Depends on how much time he has during the day for himself, but he always enjoys sharing a meal with you.

Whenever you’re out with your friends drinking, Levi will pick you up. Even if you already told him that you’d Uber home; as soon as you text him that you’re going to leave soon, he’s already on his way.

He makes pretty good cocktails himself. Teases you for running his alcohol supply dry when the truth is he has more of your favorites in his cabinet than his own. He secretly likes the way you flirt with him when you’re tipsy.

You don’t always cuddle on top of each other when you sleep together. You can just lay by each other and that’s enough; but sometimes, you catch Levi turning towards you in his sleep, reaching for your hand. His body seems to search for yours subconsciously, and you swear there’s a hint of a smile on his sleeping face when you put your hand within reach.

Do not try to pay for dinner when you’re out with him. He’ll pull the “I’m going to use the restroom” move and pay the bill behind your back if he needs to. Open your own doors, maybe; pull out your own chairs, sure if you want; but not this.

He flosses very diligently every night. Mostly because he fucking hates the dentist, so if he takes the extra steps and is extra careful with his teeth, he doesn’t have to go as often, right?—Wrong, it’s the one time the roles are reversed, and you and Hange have to wrestle him into the doctor’s office.

On the flip side, if there are any doctors you routinely avoid and/or forget to schedule check ups for, fear not, because Levi will do it for you. He’ll drive you there, too—the only caveat being, that he usually doesn’t tell you where you’re going until you’re almost there. You think he’s doing the mysterious man surprise date thing and then boom, he’s pulling up to the ophthalmologist. Good luck.

He’s purchased a physical, paper copy of the news on every one of your anniversaries, birthdays, and other special occasions. He keeps them all neatly tucked away in a drawer. Sometimes, he looks back on them—sees what was happening in the world around you on that day. Maybe someday he’ll cut them up and bind them together in a book for you.

He doesn’t like having headphones in when you’re home with him, and preferred if you didn’t either—unless it was for work or school. He welcomes you to use his speakers and play your music aloud; he likes listening to what you listen to. If you look closely, you can catch him humming along or tapping his foot when he really likes a song.

Saves pictures you send him in an album in his camera roll. Occasionally can be found scrolling through them—particularly if you’ve been away on a trip, or he hasn’t gotten the chance to see you because of conflicting schedules.

He takes relatively short showers and doesn’t have a strong preference for the water temperature, so he lets you shower first. Unless you want him to join you, of course.

It’s not hard to tell when Levi wants you. He becomes noticeably more touchy, even if that margin isn’t too wide by anyone else’s standards; and he rarely tries to hide it. It only happens in the privacy of your apartments; but he’ll come on to you—leaning a bit further into conversations, a hand on your knee, a kind of cloudy look in his eyes.

Sometimes he forgoes the attempts at being subtle, just kisses you out the blue, carefully backs you up against the wall, puts his hands on your hips. He can be awfully direct when given the opportunity.

All jokes about being an introvert aside, humans are naturally social creatures and we need stimulation. Whether you're self isolating or your city/town/country is on lockdown, this will affect your mental health if you don't take care of yourself. I know we all joke that we never go outside anyway, but the fact we can't go out, even if we want to, is going to affect us. So I've compiled a list of things to do!

Clean. Cleaaaaaaan. Being in a clean house will make this so much nicer. If you're stuck in your house all day, being in a clean home will help. Plus, it's good exercise.

If you have a garden and can go in it, do! Plant some stuff for spring, tidy it up, feed the birds, whatever.

If you have a Netflix watch list, go through it. Watch stuff in the background while cleaning or something.

If you're sick, change your bed. I've been in bed a lot and I just changed it and it's nice to have fresh sheets instead of my sweaty ones.

Take up a craft. Go on pinterest and diy some shit.

Watch documentaries

Change out of your pyjamas, even if it's just into a hoodie and some sweats. You'll feel better.

If you have schoolwork to do, do it. I know, it's boring, but itll kill some time.

Paint, collage, sketch. Try and improve your skills. Get creative!

Call your family and friends! Facetime or phone. Call your mum, your auntie, your best friend, whoever. We're human and we need contact.

Rearrange your furniture, create a new environment.

Have a clear out of clothes you don't wear anymore

Read!! Read books you haven't read yet or reread your favourite books. Get lost in a different world.

If you're not in school, perhaps teach yourself something. I like to study stuff in my own time. Botany, human evolution, space, anything. Learning stuff is fun when you're not getting graded on it.

Fuck it, learn a new language. Go on omegle or something and talk to people from different countries and test your skills.

Dates With The Boyz ~ The Boyz Headcanon

Sangyeon:

Sangyeon will love to take you out late at night just as the city begins to die down

He’ll be big on driving to wherever your date is too, with the music turned up as high as it can be in the car

On special occasions, he’ll surprise you in the car with songs that he’s written himself just for you

The majority of your dates are outside, Sangyeon isn’t one for sitting around and doing nothing on a date

Whenever the two of you do something sporty, he can’t help but get a little competitive and try to win

At the end of every date, he will always make sure that he drives you right to the front of your door like a proper gentleman

His car will have a bag just for snacks that the two of you can enjoy when you’re driving to or from a date

Other times the snacks and the music will be specifically for your date, just driving around the city and exploring

Jacob:

Jacob will love to take you to music events around the city to enjoy the sounds and the vibe

He’ll often find himself getting inspired by different bands and how they play their instruments as well

Nothing makes him happier than when he looks across at you and sees your foot tapping along to the song

Whenever a guitarist comes on, he’ll love to assure you that he can play the guitar much better than they can

He’ll be big on inviting friends or family along to and making the evenings a really social event

Before or after the gig, Jacob will always make sure to take you out for food and ensure you look after yourself

At the end of the night, he’ll love to buy the band tees too to keep hold of to remember your dates together

A whole rail of his wardrobe ended up being filled with tees from the various events that that the two of you attended

Younghoon:

A lot of planning goes into a date with Younghoon, he likes to make every one of them special

He’s not huge on massive and outlandish dates as they always make him incredibly shy

Your perfect date together is usually spent with a movie or two lined up and plenty of snacks to indulge with

Younghoon will always let you pick out the movie as he’s never too fussy about what he watches

Even though he’s shy, he’ll love to cuddle you nice and close whilst you watch the film and make sure he can show off his body

If the two of you aren’t in the mood for a movie, then Younghoon will set up his console ready for a games night

You always see a different side to him when gaming, the shyness disappears, and his competitive streak comes out

Either way, the two of you are always nice and cosy, often in the comfort of your own home too

Hyunjae:

Jaehyun will love to take you out on physical dates, anything sporty where he can let go of all of his energy

The two of you can usually be found playing crazy golf or bowling, anything that Jaehyun can try and beat you at

He loves to tease you whenever he wins, or if you mess up a shot, he’ll be there to rub it in your face

Whenever the two of you sit down on a date, you can tell how much he hates it, often nagging you to move again

If you can’t do something, he’ll love to step up and show you what to do with his arms wrapped around you

On the off chance that you’re lucky enough to beat him, he’ll always cry out for a rematch to prove his athleticism

There is one thing that can be a guarantee though, Jaehyun will always have you laughing, whatever your date is

You often end up having to pull the equipment out of his hands as it gets dark so that you can get home

Juyeon:

Juyeon loves to take you out on little adventures so that you can explore new parts of the city and its outskirts

You know that Juyeon loves nature, so when he lets you know you’re off for a walk, it never comes as a surprise

He’ll often organise a small picnic for the two of you too to make sure that it’s nice and romantic as well

Sometimes the two of you will walk for hours if you find a good enough spot, letting Juyeon enjoy the quiet

Although you love adventuring, a small part of him will often worry that his walks aren’t what you enjoy

And so, he’ll try and split dates so that they’re equal between the things that he wants to do, and the things that you want to do

His picnic basket will often be filled with a lot of your favourite foods so that you can see how much he cares

The two of you always make sure to take plenty of photos too whenever you find an aesthetic spot on your walk

Kevin:

Kevin loves to cook for you before anything else on a date and show you just how talented he is in the kitchen

Whenever you’re let into the dorm, you are always instantly greeted by the smell of something delicious cooking

If the two of you have the time, Kevin will love to cook together and enjoy making a mess in the kitchen

He’s far too much of a jokester to ever let the two of you cook seriously, always winding you up and playing pranks

To be honest, when the two of you cook together, you’re not even completely sure whether what you’ve made is edible

Kevin will be very protective of his kitchen, and any expensive tools that he has will be strictly off limits

He can’t help but feel proud whenever you enjoy what he’s made, murmuring in delight opposite him

If there’s leftovers, he always makes sure that you take it home to make sure you eat well tomorrow too

New:

Just like Kevin, Chanhee will love to cook for you, however he will take cooking a lot more seriously than Kevin

He’ll love to invite you round for a meal, making sure that the table is decorated nicely with a soft atmosphere in the room

Chanhee works hard to make sure that he learns all of your favourite foods to learn good recipes to treat you with

Whilst you always protest that you’ll wash up, he always makes you leave it for him to do the following day

Once you’re well fed by Chanhee, he’ll take you to lay down and watch a movie or a series that you’re in the middle of

He’s wary about doing too much in public, so dinner and a movie is a good way of keeping you protected

Even though you like to try and cook for Chanhee too, it never compares to what he cooks for you

As with Kevin, he’ll always make sure any leftovers are taken by you so that you don’t have to worry about meals the following day

Q:

The two of you never have a pattern for your dates, your open to trying just about everything with each other

Your dates tend to depend on how busy you are, the weather, and what availability there is around the city

Some dates you’ll be chill and stay at home doing your own thing and keeping things nice and cosy

Other times you’ll be out exploring the city doing something physical and most likely exhausting too

Little planning goes into your dates, it depends on the mood you’re both in whenever you decide to set a time for a date

The spontaneity is your favourite part of dates with Changmin, you never really know what to expect from him

But you can guarantee whatever it is that you do, you’ll always go home with a smile on your face

Even though he doesn’t always know what his plans are for a date, Changmin always manages to get them right to what you need

Juhaknyeon:

Haknyeon will love to take you to shows, whether it’s concerts, musical theatre, or a theatre play

The art school student still lives on in him, and he loves to show you all of his favourite shows and passions

You’ll often come to his place to see a pair of tickets on the table, letting you know that he’s booked for another show

Before every show he will always make sure to take you out for dinner too to make a proper date night of things

Haknyeon is very particular about his food so he’ll make sure to take you to the best nearby restaurant that he can find

He loves getting tickets to new shows almost as soon as they go on sale so that the two of you can see them before anyone else has

Haknyeon always makes sure to keep the tickets from events too so that he can scrapbook them altogether

Eventually one day he plans to gift you something creative with all of the tickets that the two of you have collected

Sunwoo:

Sunwoo loves to create cosy and intimate date nights for the two of you to spend together in your own company

His favourite cosy dates definitely include a movie and plenty of snacks that sit in between the two of you

Quite often Sunwoo will end up falling asleep on you midway through the movie if he’s hard a particularly long day

Whenever you arrive, there’s always a massive pile of blankets with your name on ready to be bundled underneath

He always makes sure to pick a movie that you’ll enjoy, that’s always the most important thing for Sunwoo

Grand gestures aren’t Sunwoo’s thing on dates, he much prefers to enjoy the smaller and more intimate moments

He’ll have specific cushions and blankets that he keeps for when you come over, knowing exactly what your favourites are

If anyone dares interrupts you both as well, Sunwoo will quickly make sure that they’re not welcome for your movie night

Eric:

Youngjae loves to do something sporty, whilst not necessarily physical and competitive between the two of you

One of his personal favourites will be to take you skating, being able to hold onto your hand and enjoy the breeze as you fly around the rink

You much prefer when the two of you go dancing, any excuse to get a little bit closer to Youngjae

Whatever it is that the two of you do, you much prefer a sport that you can do as a team and rely upon each other

The most important thing is that the two of you enjoy yourselves, neither of you care about winning or losing

You love to challenge yourselves with new things too, if there’s something you’ve not tried before, you’ll give it a go

But for Youngjae, nothing will ever compare to the skate rink, just like nothing will compare to the dancefloor for you

By the end of the night the two of you are laughing over each other’s mistakes that you’ve made through the night

In a recent malarklina post you mentioned having many headcanons 👀 Care to share with the class?

So I went over some character hcs for the three of them in this post! But here are a few that are specifically Malarklina. (Some of these are set in an Immortal!Mal AU and some aren't, sorry if it gets a bit confusing).

Aleksander has a competency kink and is attracted to Alina showing off her sun powers and Mal showing off his tracking abilities.

Alina makes them both little suns that follow them around to always light their path. This is especially meaningful to Aleksander, although he'd never admit it, because he used to be afraid of the dark as a child.

Mal reminds Aleksander of Luda, and he often goes into depressive states when considering the fact of Mal's mortality. Once Alina fully grasps the reality of the situation, she often suffers from them as well. During these times, Mal tries to be there for them as much as he can, but it's a heavy burden to bear alone.

They all have difficult relationships with gender and sexuality and at one point actually end up sitting down (completely by accident, because Aleksander is allergic to emotions) to talk about this aspect of their lives in more depth.

Aleksander usually sleeps in the middle because he's a) touch-starved and b) an attention whore, but they switch it up on occasion.

Mal is the most clingy sleeper in the history of sleepers. Aleksander and Alina have both woken up on more than one occasion to Mal literally laying fully on top of them and wrapped around them like an octopus. Aleksander likes the weight and usually just snuggles in deeper but Alina has to wiggle out of the way most of the time so she can breathe.

Mal likes Aleksander with short hair but Alina likes him with long hair. This is the source of many fights in their relationship, none of which Aleksander is actually apart of.

Alina and Aleksander both like Mal with longer hair and so he's press ganged into growing it out.

Mal and Alina love every single song Aleksander hates.

When Mal pisses Aleksander off it's no sex for a day even after a dozen apologies, but when Alina pisses him off all she has to do is say sorry and he'll just eat her out right then, not a care in the world.

Aleksander is very physically affectionate, but Mal and Alina have phases of liking it and disliking it, so they have to balance a way to take care of each other's needs without pushing boundaries.

Aleksander is directionally challenged because I said so and Mal and Alina constantly have to make sure he doesn't get lost.

Kissing scars has become a very intimate practice between them all.

Aleksander keeps an obsessively clean house but Alina's paint supplies get everywhere, that paired with Mal just shucking off his hunting outfits anywhere in the house and dumping his gardening/hunting supplies wherever's most convenient means that Aleksander is in a constant state of annoyance about their living situation.

Alina makes a Rule about Mal and Aleksander fighting after Mal straight up tackles Aleksander off the side of the roof when they're trying to figure out how to replace shillings.

They all spar with each other at least once every other day. This mostly started as a means of keeping themselves sharp in case of danger, but it quickly became a bonding routine of sorts. Turns out Aleksander has a lot of information stored up about fighting. That paired with Mal's military training makes for some very intense spars as well as the rapid growth of all three of them into some of the most dangerous fighters on the planet.

@mal-zoya now has me convinced that it will take at least 500 years for Mal and Aleksander to admit they love each other.

Aleksander likes it when they wear his clothes. Alina likes wearing Mal and Aleksander's clothes. There is a lot of clothing sharing going on. It gets to the point where the only way they can tell who's clothing is who's is based on color scheme and the quality of the cloth and occasionally (but not always) the size as well.

Mal and Alina infodump all the time about their passions and Aleksander eats it up. He loves it. He thinks his partners are the smartest people in the universe.

When Alina is suffering from artist's block she goes to Aleksander for inspiration. When she's inspired she goes to Mal to create.

Mal is generally the one who cooks all of their meals because Alina will get distracted when she's going on an art spree and Aleksander will just straight up forget he's a human sometimes. But when Mal doesn't do it Aleksander does it because he has Standards and he's not about to let his partners starve to death, thank you very much.

Aleksander and Mal used to cook plainer foods in the beginning of the relationship but they both slowly shake off some of the chains of their upbringings and previous ways of life to slowly try out more elaborate and lush recipes. Alina has come home on more than one occasion to see them collaborating on a new recipe Aleksander managed to flirt/finagle out of one of the old ladies from the nearby village.

Alina likes to ride out every day and sometimes ropes Aleksander or Mal into going with her. There are lots of picnics and packed lunches in their life. When they go to an especially scenic spot, she'll sit there for hours and draw.

Mal won't ever be able to fully understand the meaning of Alina's immortality. It would be impossible to, even with many explanations and having to deal with Aleksander's own traumas as a result. But that doesn't stop him from attempting to learn as much as he can to make things easier for both of his partners.

Alina attempts to join the local ladies' knitting group in the nearby village but hates it. Aleksander, on the other hand, finds it to be the most valuable source of gossip in the village. He rapidly becomes a part of the club and returns home with boatloads of gossip by the day. Alina and Mal have no idea what to do with literally any of this information, but Aleksander certainly does. Getting involved in small town drama is, in his opinion, one of the best things he ever decided to do. Mal and Alina are beginning to think he needs some therapy.

Mal starts a little farm outside of their cottage and Alina starts a flower garden. Alina also begins to amass a small library over time, with the help of Aleksander "is this an original text?! maybe so" Morozova. Mal is not expecting to come home one day to an entirely new room built into the house and a massive collection of books lining the walls.

Alina and Aleksander will use their powers actively all day. In fact, they both get so comfortable with summoning that they just start letting their emotions affect their summoning all the time. And so Mal has a very good indicator for whether or not his partners are upset or happy based on the way the shadows and lights flicker, much akin to the way people judge how their cats are feeling based on what their tails are doing.

Also, though, Mal just feels proud that they both trust him enough and feel comfortable enough around him and in their home to feel as if they don't need to watch themselves constantly.

Alina still likes mapmaking and, after a few years of peace where she starts to get restless, she slowly begins to do it again. Every two months or so she'll go out on a long trip to map a few of the nearby areas. She quickly builds up a side business of selling her personal maps to the people of whatever town they're living near.

Aleksander eventually opens up enough to share some of his past with Alina and Mal. He especially begins to engage more with the pieces of his culture that he had to forsake in order to assimilate over the years. Alina and Mal are always more than willing to help him puzzle through a half remembered recipe or a phrase in his native tongue that he's partially forgotten. They feel honored every time he shares a small piece of his history with them.

Nightmares are a common occurrence between all of them and whenever one happens a cuddle pile of epic proportions ensues. Also sometimes they talk about feelings have some pillow talk to work through things. Aleksander will also sometimes sing them back to sleep. His lullabies are haunting, but his singing voice is beautiful, and it usually does the trick. He refuses to sing for them outside of these moments, however.

Alina adores the height difference between her and her very tall partners. She thinks its fucking stellar.

Alina and Mal start up an orphanage on many occasions throughout the centuries. Alina loves kids and constantly helps them when she can. She mourns the fact that she won't ever be able to adopt without having to watch them grow old without her.

They've all discussed having kids at multiple points throughout their lives, and they all want to do so. But Aleksander wants to wait until Grisha persecution is no longer even the hint of an issue. Alina and Mal agree to wait, largely because they want some time to think on it too.

Mal tries to teach Alina how to shoot one day and she accidentally clips Aleksander as he's coming outside with lunch. He never lets her live it down and on more than one occasion attempts to use it for sympathy points, even hundreds of years later.

Aleksander is both the big spoon and the little spoon, but he likes being the big spoon (in reality he's a knife, of course). Mal likes being the little spoon but is often relegated to the big spoon, and Alina likes being both.

Alina paints a portrait of Mal and Aleksander cuddled up in bed once and no matter how much they entreat her to burn it she absolutely refuses to do so.

Aleksander is basically a walking, talking source of illegal activity, and he can't be taken anywhere anymore without expecting some sort of crime to take place.

Alina tries to adopt a little black cat one day and Aleksander gets outrageously jealous. He spends about two months being bitter, then another two months trying to chase it off, but the creature stays with them all until it dies of old age (and he'll never admit to privately grieving it's loss, although Mal and Alina both know it).

All of their communication skills are absolutely atrocious but Alina is the best. Mal is the second best. Aleksander doesn't even rank. Over time, they get into the habit of it, though. They practice at it painfully for years until they reach the point where healthy communication becomes second nature.

Mal proposes to Alina one day (after much talk between all three of them) and they get married. A couple years later they both propose to Aleksander (after zero talk, he is suitably surprised and also maybe a bit teary eyed). They have an illegal wedding on holy ground at midnight with a bribed and essentially kidnapped pastor.

Aleksander spends an excessive amount of money on Alina and Mal. He buys them things constantly and lavishes them with gifts. Alina loves it but it grates on Mal for a time until he realizes it isn't a means of manipulation as much as a love language and a shoddy attempt at communication and expressing feelings.

Once they reach the modern world (in an Immortal!Mal AU), they all get phones and send each other the most cursed texts in all of history. The group chat is a hellspace and the individual chats are just pure shittalking. Nowhere is free.

Shopping in the modern world consists of chaotic impulse buys and the excessive waste of money. They're all each other's impulse control, but they can't always go out together at the same time, so it's usually only in groups of two. Which means that when Alina's gone, Aleksander fills the cart with sweets. And when Mal is gone, Alina fills the cart with an inordinate amount of bananas (which are new) and microwavable easy to eat meals and paint supplies and oh! look at these pretty notebooks on display!. And when Aleksander is gone the cart its legitimately just a free for all. He comes home and there's mincemeat and apple pies cooking for some reason. Mal has a new apron. The fire alarm has been replaced. Turns out they stopped at an ikea on the way back and now they have a better dining table.

Alina is the best driver of them all. Aleksander goes way too fast but he never crashes. Mal refuses to even step foot in a car for about half a decade.

Aleksander is actually the one that gets into makeup. He quite enjoys it and thinks maybe his partners need to live a little for once. They both very firmly disagree.

Alina loses the tv remote constantly and it drives Mal absolutely wild. Sometimes Aleksander will steal it just to watch Mal go into a frenzy looking for it.

Alina builds up a large following for her art (and the art of her 'ancestors') over the centuries. Modern day Alina is basically famous, but luckily nobody knows her face.

I will gladly talk about my characters, it is my favourite thing in the world. Thank you for the ask!

Will

One of his hobbies is woodcarving. He enjoys making small wooden animals for his friends and those in his unit.

Will always has a lollipop on him that he likes to randomly surprise people with. MC will often hear about how Will will just randomly gift lollipops to people through the day.

He has a nickname for everyone at the order. It is rare for him to call people by their actual names.

He absolutely hates when people crack their knuckles. He really hates the sound and will leave the room to escape the sound.

Mina

Mina is in a book club with Ara. The two meet every week to discuss what they are reading.

She plays basketball with Will most evenings. The two are very competitive and you can often hear them trash talking each other and playfully fouling one another during one on one games.

In her family, she is the eldest child. She has two sisters and two brothers.

Mina is often seen with a neon green stress ball.

Nico

He hates messy people. He needs everything to be neat and orderly. If someone forgets to clean up after themselves, he will hunt them down and force them to clean it up.

Nico is musically gifted. He can play multiple instruments and is quite a good singer on top of that.

He likes to tap out beats on anything in reach and hums tunes.

Nico and Astrid have a dog named Art. Art is a german shepherd and Nico named him after Art Tatum, a jazz pianist.

Astrid

She is left-handed and often spends her time sketching and writing in her journal. She can often be seen with ink and grease stains on her hands.

Astrid does not like being touched and greatly dislikes people who invade her personal space.

She is never without her journal. You will always see her carrying the small, brown leather journal.

She is a big fan of horror movies and during movie nights, she will try to convince everyone to watch one.

Theo

He is a great cook. He enjoys learning new recipes and can often be heard singing in the kitchen while he whips up a meal.

Theo keeps pot plants, a small herb garden and flowers in his room. He disliked how sterile the base was and decided to make it feel more like home by collecting different plants and making his room into a small greenhouse.

He is an only child. It was always just him and his two dads.

His nomad tribe is called the New Dawn Coalition and it is roaming commune. They are one of the few groups that still follow the old gods.

Ara

Her bookshelf is filled with romance novels, fashion magazines and psychology and sociology textbooks. She has a small reading nook in her room.

She was adopted when she was nine years old. She often uses her free time to visit her mum and help her look after the latest batch of foster kids.

Arabella tugs and plays with her hair when she is nervous or deep in thought.

She was a high ranking student in the academy. Her physical prowess and strategic thinking was highly regarded by the instructors.

The boys, GN!MC, and the cat

Based off my previous post, about MC and their very buff and not-so-catlike-cat. I’ve been reading fushigi neko and creepy cat so if that gives you a rough idea!

Scenario - WARNING LONG

MC is new to the demon world and they have a pet cat. MC introduces the cat to the boys and it suddenly goes on two legs and flexes it’s very buff arms? How do the boys react to this bizarre scene, and how are they with the cat in general?

Lucifer

When he sees the cat jump out of your bag, he first thinks oh, great, a pet to take care of, but then he thinks what the fuck.

Did your cat just get up on two legs, and grow muscles, and a six pack? And one second, did you just say you weren’t afraid because this was your protector?

He’s one of the first to recover from the initial shock. He thinks your cat is cursed or magical or something at first, but you keep denying that, saying this is just how cats are.

He has a poker face with the cat and tries to generally avoid it, until some demon who was picking on you got thrown into a wall by your cat. He has to deal with the aftermath, and your cat just looks at him with a poker face and it’s beady eyes and meows.

He is now seriously concerned what is wrong with your cat to be able to demolish a demon. He tries to bring up that this cat is far from normal again, but you keep insisting that your cat is average, and that most cats can do this.

You bring this cat to his office one afternoon and ask him to cat sit, since you’ll be going out for a bit, and everyone else is busy. He tries to say no, but your cat covers his mouth with a paw and you leave.

He’s staring at your cat for a long time, unable to focus on his work because your cat is organising his desk and pouring itself a cup of tea.

He actually becomes fine with your cat after it plays some classic music and quietly reads a favourite book of Lucifer’s in a corner. He forgets your cat is an actual cat for a bit.

But the more you leave your cat in the care of Lucifer, the more he’s just like alright, this cat isn’t so bad. He’s still more of a dog person.

Mammon

He’s just freaked out PERIOD. He will never let himself be alone with this cat.

He avoids it like the plague, won’t go near it. Wont let you leave him alone with it.

Leviathan

This is just like I picked up a stray cat but they ended up being a super strong alien who vowed to protect me in exchange for saving them while they were suffering!!

Levi is actually pretty fine with it, you may think he freaks out or something, but he does like cats, and he has raised giant animals and weird ones himself.

He teaches your cat how to play video games, and has him as his main player two. He wants your cat to learn about TSL, and tells him the whole lore, your cat just sits there in Levi’s room nodding and occasionally meowing.

Your cat ending up sewing an idol outfit for themselves to wear when him and Levi watch idol videos together.

Levi is really happy to have someone to listen to him, and better yet, it’s not a physical person so he’s not as nervous, he probably spends more time with your cat than you do at this point.

Satan

KITT- oh. alright. Can he uh,, pet it?

He’s just really confused because you’re calling it a cat, it has the face of a cat, ears, whiskers, and a tail, but?? Its on two feet and majorly buff.

He still wants to pet it, he knows human cats aren’t all like that, and wants to know what is up. You insist that it’s normal, but he ends up getting you to tell him the life story of your cat.

You tell him while you’re in his room with your cat, when your cat goes unbuff and starts purring, feeling that you’re safe.

Satan immediately is like,,, can I pet,, I wanna,,, so cute,,, kitty. Aaaaaaaaaa, internal freak out. So it can be insanely fluffy and cute.

Satan gets along so well with your cat, they drink coffee together in the morning, your cat knocks on his door and asks (meows) to borrow a book from him, and sits on his lap as Satan pets him.

Asmodeus

Excuse me MC what the FUCK is that. Is he seeing what everyone else is seeing?

He is VERY wary of this abomination and refuses to be near it. It really saddens you because you want them to get along.

One night he’s freaking out because he has a pimple, so your cat comes to the rescue with an SOS beauty package.

You mention it’s the same routine your cat puts on you, with the cream and the products. Asmo freaked out at first, but calmed down a bit since he really wanted the pimple gone.

The next day it is completely clear and his skin is RADIANT. He nervously approached you to ask for the products but you tell him to talk to your cat, since you only do as he says, you don’t actually know the stuff.

He ends up asking your cat, begrudgingly, and turns out your cat can go unbuff, and was happy to help.

10/10 Asmo loves your cat now. He’s so squishy and fluffy, doesn’t shed fur, and even knows about beauty routines. Your cat is now his bff.

Beelzebub

It takes him a second but he just thinks human cats are like that.

After watching everyone freak out he realises human cats aren’t like that. But you’re insisting it’s completely normal.

He believes you and your cat, so he’s rather okay with it. He’s more of a dog person but your cat is really chill.

Your cat has dinner duty one night and allowed Beel to taste test the food, and even showed Beel his secret recipes.

Beel is instantly very fond of your cat, and then your cat joins him for work outs. He mentions working out later in front of you and your cat meows and you mention he wants to join in.

Your cat and Beel are now bench pressing a few hundred together every other day. Completely forgets that not all cats are like your’s.

Belphegor

The first time they met your cat came out of the window and punched him in the face.

Belphie tried to kill you and your cat found out, and was ready to kick his ass. You had to deescalate it because your cat broke out of Beel’s grip and was ready to punch Belphie again.

Belphie was annoyed when someone punched him and then saw your fucking cat. He has decided to shut the fuck up.

Belphie is intimidated. That thing is NOT normal, so why is everyone acting like it’s an everyday thing??

It takes awhile to calm your cat down. Belphie has to apologise to both your cat and you. Sincerely.

Your cat takes your hand and walks you away from Belphie. Belphie does not want to live with it but has no choice.

Is VERY scared when you suddenly leave your cat alone with him for a little bit. Your cat stays in incredibly buff form and sits across the room staring holes into Belphie while Belphie is trying to sleep.

He will never be comfortable near your cat, and your cat is constantly in buff form around him. He is NOT a fan of mr kitty.

Diavolo

Excuse me what. He stares for a second and laughs and says what a cool cat. He’s slightly concerned though, because he feels genuinely no magical energy from the cat,, so what is up with it?

He listens to you say you just found him on the side of the road and have been raising him since. That’s very nice of you, but are you not a little concerned?

To be fair, if he met a muscular cat like your’s on the side of the road, he too, would pet it or raise it.

Is pleasantly surprised when he watches your cat help students in RAD, holding open doors, carrying textbooks, and he even waters the flowers in the front of the school.

Very delighted when you leave your cat in Barb’s care for awhile, because he gets to watch your cat from up close, and even gets to eat some of the famous cookies it bakes.

He ends up really fond of your cat, inviting your cat to dinners and asking your cat opinions on minor things. You have a proud parent moment watching the two of them interact.

Barbatos

Your cat is incredibly buff and has a six pack,, right... The stoic butler has a poker face, but he has a brain freeze for a few seconds. He’s the quickest to come back to his senses.

He has never seen anything like this before, and thinks someone must have put a spell on this cat or something, but hears you say it’s normal.

He knows human cats can’t be like that, right? What do you mean you just found him on the side of the road and he just acted like this?? Shouldn’t you have some sense of concern?

He starts to notice that your cat is quite similar to him. Your cat cooks, bakes, and even takes care of you. Just like how he takes care of Diavolo. Apart of him hates that but another part of his respects that your cat cares for you.

When you go on a trip with the brothers you leave your cat in his care, saying you’ll be gone for a week, and that you’ll call him every night.

Well, he didn’t really have to take care of the cat. The cat kept out of his arms after the two arrived in the kitchen. Barbatos was finishing off his baking, and the cat was helping him clean the kitchen equipment.

The cat ended up helping him frost the cake, while wearing a small apron from his care package, and set it aside to cool off.

Barbatos ends up being really fine with the cat, since your cat is really well mannered and helpful. It’s a little freaky at first, but it’s no big deal.

Solomon

Ah yes, and incredibly buff cat. That seems.. abnormal. Interesting, especially since there’s no magical power coming from it.

He wants to figure out what’s wrong with it, so he invites you to purgatory hall under the guise of some humans enjoying themselves and eating cookies.

You arrived with an apron and your cat got his apron on. You said your cat wants to bake the cookies together, so you brought the ingredients rather than cookies themselves.

Since he’s such a great baker, he guesses questioning your cat can wait for later. Is actually really amused to see how great of a baker your cat is.

At the end of the day, he ends up taking cooking and baking lessons from your cat, and your cat is encouraging him to do his best at cooking.

He gets along super well with your cat at the end of it. Is delighted to spend time with Satan and you reading books wnd talking about cats with your cat.

Simeon

Haha cat go buff. Simeon 100% has accidental chaotic energy. He is taken aback but then is fine.

Finds your cat to be pretty cute, and is smiling from how your cat wants to protect you and how you cat sees you as a precious child to protect.

Is 100% delighted to have your cat come to purgatory hall one day with a basket of baked goods, and let’s him in.

He doesn’t understand cat talk so your cat writes down a letter saying he baked some cookies and came for a visit, just wanting to know more about them.

Simeon shares his celestial realm stories and Lucifer stories, and your cat becomes a great tea time friend of his, your cat sharing stories of you.

Luke

Is very freaked out and is nearly like Mammon until your cat stops being buff.

He is fine if your cat isn’t buff, but gets intimidated if he’s buff.

You get asked by Luke to bake some cookies with him at Purgatory Halls, so you bring your cat and he’s wearing a small apron.

Luke things it’s really cute and is awing until your cat gets up and starts baking as well. Don’t worry, your cat has gloves.

He’s watching your cat who uses expert techniques to do it quickly yet efficiently. Maybe your cat isn’t that bad.

hypersensitivities

How Aizawa, Toshinori, and Hizashi would help and support their s/o with hypersensitivities.

While hypersensitivities can be caused by many things (both mental and physical), mine are from ADHD and anxiety. I believe I kept these as general as possible so others can relate even if their issues aren’t caused by the same things as mine.

Aizawa Shouta

Aizawa’s the least picky person out there. Come home with a different smelling shampoo for him or a new comforter made out of your preferred material and he won’t bat an eye. If it works, he’s fine with it.

Rubbing. Digging. Scruffing. Itching. Constricting. You just can’t get away from it. There’s always something touching you. It makes your entire being uncomfortable and agitated. He’ll ask if there’s anything he can do. He knows you sometimes need space to breathe and calm yourself. Those times when you want someone to help, he’s there. If you need your weighted blanket, he can find it. If you need shea butter lotion, he can apply it. If you just need some skin-to-skin contact, he can provide it. Anything to get you to stop scratching and pulling at yourself, he’ll do because he hates seeing you so visibly distraught.

Having a strong sense of taste and an aversion to textiles can lead to a difficult food life. Onions are fine if they’re in this dish, prepared this way. Tomatoes, mushrooms, and bananas? Gooey and slimy. Seafood? Beans? Never. It’s frustrating to just eat. While Aizawa’s no connoisseur or nutritionist, he can (surprisingly) cook pretty well. And he sticks to plain, easy dishes. It’s great when you’re essentially limited to bread, some kinds of pasta, and some fruits and meats. He can help with any simple soups and basic meat dishes. 

If a truck’s horn or that ridiculously high pitch buzzing finally breaks your ears down to the point you’re crying, find Shouta. He’s always willing to cuddle. Even more so when you need comforting. He’s so safe and secure. Hands will stroke circles while lips kiss your temple. If you have to play rain or ocean sounds in your earbuds or from your phone, he’ll lay in bed with you, keeping you locked to him, and press kisses all over.

Whenever you leave the house, he reminds you to bring any glasses that you need: FL-41 for light sensitivity, blue blockers for computer screens, even category 4 sunglasses if your eyes need that amount of protection. He always remembers. You’ll be at the mall, squinting from the horrible fluorescents, and he’ll pull them out of his pocket for you.

His hair is perfect for hiding in when you’re out in public. It’s thick and smells like him. And while he dislikes PDA, he does make exceptions. Whenever you need a break from the lights, just turn into him, rest against his chest, and his hair will fall over your eyes. He’ll hold you close, patiently waiting for you to be ready to continue.

Please, never feel high-maintenance. If anything, having you in his life makes him more attentive to himself. He’ll eat better from any meal plans. He’ll clean his place more often so it’s enjoyable for you. He is especially aware of what cleaning supplies and detergent he uses. He just becomes considerate of how you’re in his life and what he does because he loves you.

Yagi Toshinori

Toshi developed a love for cooking. With his injury, his nutritional needs changed, so he’s learned to cook well to avoid constantly buying expensive foods. Any aversions you have, whether it be texture, smell, or taste, he’ll avoid. Can the slightest change in the sauce throw the whole dish off? His measurements are as precise as can be. Lettuce is fine, but spinach, cabbage, and parsley? It’s basically paper in your mouth. He’ll find recipes that include just lettuce and your preferred vegetables. You’ll come home to another new dish he made to surprise you.

Textile sensitivities are difficult to deal with. And clothes shopping becomes the worst task of them all. You have to test the fabric, the seams, where the tag is, how the shoulders and neck sit, the sleeve tightness, everything. Toshi will keep a list of the exact materials you like for blankets, pillows, towels, carpets, and clothing. And it doesn’t stop there. Is stoneware and glass dinnerware too irritating on your fingers? His next investment his wooden or metal dinnerware. Is cold press and rough drawing paper uncomfortable? He’ll be on the lookout for specific hot press paper.

The only thing he uses that smells is his cologne. It’s simple and never overwhelming. But if you need a different scent, he’s more than willing to go to the store with you so you can pick out something you like. 

Any scents that calm you, candles, incense, and those air freshener crystal beads, will be that scent. Vanilla or lavender. Maybe there’s some obscure scent you can only dig up online? Oh, he’ll find it. It’s incomprehensible how much he loves you. And your comfort is vital. Because if you can’t feel comfortable in your own home, then something’s seriously wrong.

The lightbulbs in your place are always free for you to change. If incandescent bulbs are what you need in the living room, buy them and change them out. If green LED lights help with migraines and pain, put them in the lamp near your bed while you rest. Install smart lighting so you can dim and change the lights whenever you need to. Toshi doesn’t care about the expenses. If it helps and protects your eyes, then money means nothing to him.

It doesn’t help that his smile is just so darn bright.

Overstimulation takes over so suddenly. You’re sitting in the living room, reading, when all of a sudden, the TV and microwave throws your hearing off, your bra becomes a boa constrictor and it’s only tightening, the flowers, food, and candles engulfs your entire being. It’s throttling, smothering, and you can’t escape. You’re left to drown. 

The minute you’re scratching, rocking, or crying, he’s prepared. Is your dog fluffy and grounding? Toshi brings her over. Do you need a hot or cold shower? It’s already running. Is fresh air the best for you? He’s walking you to the balcony or roof for a break. He can stay with you or leave you alone.

Yamada Hizashi

Hizashi is a little bit of a picky eater too. Certain vegetables and sauces like tartar, guacamole, and harissa bother him, especially if the sauces are chunky. He prefers smoother dressings/sauces. So he completely understands any food aversions you have and never makes you feel guilty for being picky. He spends extra care when choosing what restaurants to go to and what he picks up for takeout.

He loves jewelry, not just wearing it, but on his partner too: necklaces that highlight your collarbones and rings that emphasize your fingers. He wants to buy you jewelry and hates that you don’t like it. He isn’t mad at you or your preferences but at how uncomfortable you get in your own skin. He wants you to feel great. And those mornings where you change outfits nine times until you finally find something that isn’t suffocating, his heart breaks.

You can bet he’ll come home with five bras and ten shirts he found that he knows you’ll like. The shirts are soft and the exact size and shape you want with no annoying frills, buttons, or ties. The bras are cute and never have tight, prodding wires or scratchy lace. He’s like a bloodhound when he’s at the store. One whiff of a good pair of pants and he’s ransacking the isles for more like it. He wants you feeling cozy, comfortable, and sexy!

A lot of gum goes in his mouth. His breath and taste is always something. But mint is powerful. There are too many kinds- spearmint, peppermint, winter-something, sweet-whatever, polar-anything. They’re overwhelming, upset your stomach, soak into your tongue, and cling to your clothes. You’ll smell it long after he gives you a kiss. To help, Hizashi will buy literally every flavor of gum there is and let you pick the ones you like. Bubblegum? Classic. Berry Blast? He loves fruit! Apple Pie or Confetti Cake Pop? Odd choice but he can dig it!

Noise sensitivities will be a little tough to manage when living with him. And it’s not his quirk that’s the problem. He’s just a noisy guy. He’s bumping things, knocking them over. He hums, pops, and sings all the time. Music or instruments are often playing somewhere in the apartment. Sound canceling headphones would be a good investment because it’s near impossible for him to just stop making noise. It's ingrained in him. Though there will be days when he’s almost completely quiet so he can spend time with you… and press kisses all over your face.

If you need sunglasses, Hizashi is your guy. Styles, tints, frames, colors, he’ll make sure your eyes are protected and you look perfect. In your home, he’ll cover up any reflective or bright surfaces that bother you: throwing a blanket over the refrigerator and getting blackout curtains. And if you need the often dreaded eyedrops, he’ll apply them for you. He’ll reward you with chocolate and kisses.

Since he’s so in tune with his partner’s emotions, he can notice when you’re starting to get overstimulated. Your voice may get sharper. You're itching your arm till it’s red. Your squinting and tilting away from certain sounds. He’ll recommend you take a break. Go lay down with the cat. Read a book under your weighted blanket. Burn some candles while in the bath. He’ll massage lotion into your back after for extra comfort.
