Unveiling the Potency of Self Energy
Tumblr media
Introduction
In a world teeming with chaos, there lies within each of us an abundant reservoir of untapped potential — a profound wellspring of energy capable of catalysing transformative shifts within our lives. This phenomenon, known as self energy, transcends the realms of mere philosophy, manifesting as a palpable force pulsating at the very core of our existence, eagerly awaiting our conscious engagement.
Understanding Energy
Before embarking on an exploration of self energy, it is imperative to comprehend the essence of energy itself. Within the domain of physics, energy is delineated as the capacity to perform work or induce heat, existing in myriad forms ranging from kinetic energy — emblematic of motion — to potential energy — latent, awaiting release. Moreover, the concept of energy transfer underscores its dynamic nature, illustrating its capacity for exchange and transformation.
Defining Self Energy
Directing our focus to the enigmatic concept of self energy, we encounter the life force that animates our being — an intrinsic vitality coursing through every fibre of our existence. This essence serves as the wellspring from which our thoughts, emotions, and actions emanate, imbuing our lives with depth, significance, and vigour. To grasp self energy is to embark upon an odyssey into the recesses of our consciousness, exploring the intricate interconnectedness permeating all facets of existence.
Unveiling the Scientific Underpinnings
While the notion of self energy may seem shrouded in mystique, an expanding body of scientific inquiry elucidates its underlying mechanisms. In the realm of quantum physics, revelations concerning consciousness and its interface with energy have commenced. Quantum theory posits that the entirety of the cosmos, from subatomic particles to galactic clusters, is comprised of vibrational energy. Furthermore, our thoughts and intentions wield considerable influence over this energetic matrix, sculpting our reality in profound dimensions. This symbiosis between consciousness and energy underscores the essence of self energy, unveiling vistas of infinite potential awaiting exploration.
Cultivating Self Energy
With a foundational comprehension of self energy, the imperative arises to cultivate and harness this potent force within. The journey commences with self-awareness — an introspective expedition into the labyrinthine depths of our inner landscape. Through mindfulness practices and conscious introspection, we unravel the layers of conditioning and unconscious patterning veiling our authentic essence, thereby revealing the radiant core of our being.
Engaging with the Inner Energy Nexus
Tumblr media
Nurturing Positivity
In a world besieged by negativity, the cultivation of positive energy assumes paramount significance in sustaining emotional equilibrium and spiritual harmony. By relinquishing toxic influences — be they toxic relationships, deleterious thought patterns, or environmental stressors — and embracing a disposition of positivity and optimism, we foster a luminous energy field radiating benevolence, uplifting all in its wake.
Delving into the Chakra System
Central to the ethos of self energy lies the ancient wisdom encapsulated within the chakra system — an intricate network of energy centres aligned along the spinal axis. These energetic vortices correspond to distinct facets of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through the practice of yoga, meditation, and energy healing, we harmonise and balance our chakras, thereby facilitating the unimpeded flow of energy throughout our being, fostering holistic well-being and spiritual vitality.
Harnessing Self Energy for Healing
The healing potency of self energy transcends the confines of the corporeal realm, permeating the domains of emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness. Modalities such as Reiki, acupuncture, and pranic healing serve to reinstil equilibrium and balance within the tripartite domains of body, mind, and spirit, catalysing the innate healing process. Moreover, through the invocation of our inner healing resources via practices such as visualisation, affirmation, and self-compassion, we harness the innate potential of self energy to navigate our healing journey.
Stimulating Creativity and Inspiration
Creativity stands as a testament to the boundless expression of self energy, emanating from the recesses of our being and manifesting in multifarious forms. By tapping into our inner reservoir of inspiration — whether through artistic endeavours, scientific inquiry, or entrepreneurial ventures — we channel the creative impetus latent within, engendering innovation, expression, and artistic fervour. Furthermore, by nurturing practices conducive to creativity and inspiration — such as journaling, ideation, and communing with nature — we amplify our creative potential, unlocking new vistas of possibility.
Harmonising Emotions
Our emotions serve as potent indicators of our energetic state, reflecting the nuanced contours of our inner landscape. By fostering awareness of our emotional tapestry and cultivating adept means of emotional regulation — be it through mindfulness, emotional intelligence, or therapeutic interventions — we harness the vitality of self energy to foster emotional resilience and well-being. Moreover, by honouring the kaleidoscopic spectrum of our emotions — be they joy, sorrow, anger, or fear — we cultivate a profound sense of self-acceptance and self-compassion, catalysing emotional healing and growth.
Fortifying Resilience
In the crucible of life’s tribulations, the resilience engendered by self energy stands as a beacon of fortitude and tenacity. By aligning with the effulgent currents of self energy, we cultivate an inner reservoir of strength and resilience, enabling us to traverse life’s vicissitudes with equanimity and grace. Moreover, through practices that nurture resilience and fortitude — such as mindfulness meditation, physical exercise, and affirmations — we forge a bedrock of inner resources, empowering us to surmount adversity and thrive amidst life’s tumultuous currents.
Fostering Personal Growth
Self energy emerges as a catalyst for personal metamorphosis, beckoning us to embark upon a voyage of self-discovery and self-actualisation. By attuning ourselves to the symphony of universal energy and embracing the infinite possibilities latent within, we unlock our latent potential, stepping into the fullness of our being. Furthermore, by nurturing practices conducive to personal growth and self-development — such as goal-setting, introspection, and reflective contemplation — we expedite our evolutionary trajectory, expanding our capacity for joy, fulfilment, and contribution.
Interconnectedness with the Cosmos
Tumblr media
Tools and Techniques for Self Energy Exploration
An expansive array of tools and techniques await the intrepid explorer of self energy. From modalities such as Reiki, acupuncture, and pranic healing to the sanctified precincts of meditation and visualisation, these potent instruments empower us to unlock the transformative potential of self energy, unfurling the tapestry of our latent capabilities. Moreover, by integrating practices nurturing self-awareness and self-expression — such as journaling, creative endeavours, and mindfulness — we deepen our communion with self energy, fostering an intimate rapport with the sanctum of our innermost essence.
Honouring Your Energy
The veneration of our energy entails the cultivation of discernment and the practice of self-care to safeguard our energetic reservoirs. By prioritising our well-being and venerating our intrinsic needs — be they physical, emotional, or spiritual — we replenish our energetic reserves, fostering a state of equipoise and harmony. Furthermore, by embracing practices kindling self-compassion and self-acceptance — such as meditation, introspection, and self-nurturing rituals — we cultivate a profound sense of self-love and self-worth, nurturing a harmonious rapport with ourselves and the cosmos.
Cultivating Gratitude and Appreciation
Gratitude emerges as a potent panacea to counteract the malaise of negativity, serving as a portal to joy, abundance, and contentment. By cultivating a daily practice of gratitude — be it through journaling, reflection, or acts of benevolence — we shift our focus from scarcity to abundance, from fear to love, transmuting the mundane into the sublime. Furthermore, by acknowledging and savouring the manifold blessings adorning our lives — whether the splendour of nature, the solace of kinship, or the mundane marvels of existence — we foster a deep-seated sense of appreciation for the richness and wonder suffusing every facet of reality.
Sharing Your Energy with Others
Tumblr media
Overcoming Energy Blocks
Despite our concerted endeavours, we may encounter impediments and obstructions along the trajectory of self energy exploration. These energy blocks — ranging from ingrained beliefs and cognitive distortions to unresolved emotional wounds — impede our progress and retard our evolution. By identifying and transmuting these energetic impediments — be it through energy healing modalities, psychotherapeutic interventions, or introspective inquiry — we dismantle the barriers obstructing the free flow of energy, thereby restoring equilibrium and harmony to our being. Furthermore, by cultivating practices fostering self-awareness and self-compassion — such as mindfulness meditation, shadow integration, and inner child work — we traverse the shadows of the past, emerging into the luminous expanse of a radiant future.
Conclusion
In summation, the odyssey of self energy unfolds as a profound and transformative sojourn, beckoning us to plumb the depths of our being and unearth the boundless potential concealed within. By cultivating awareness, espousing positivity, and venerating our energy, we tap into the reservoir of boundless power and wisdom latent within, empowering ourselves to fashion a life suffused with joy, purpose, and fulfilment. Thus, let us embark upon this sacred pilgrimage with open hearts and open minds, embracing the resplendent luminescence of our true essence, and illuminating the cosmos with the incandescent brilliance of our being.

daily reminder that
once you decide something is happening/has already happened/is yours/will 777% be yours, you can feel whatever the fuck you want to feel, you can think whatever the fuck you want to think, you can carry yourself however the fuck you want to carry yourself—it DOES NOT MATTER. there is nothing, and i mean NOTHING, more powerful than the energy of decision, than the absolute unwavering belief in a specific outcome. decide, know, and stop giving your power up. if you’re on my team, you’re fearless, you’re winning, you’ve already won, and that’s on god.
love you, strong one. 💋

*takes your face gently in my hands and looks sincerely into your eyes* listen. your home does not need to look like a showroom. homes are meant to be lived in, and that means a certain amount of mess. it's okay if there is clutter on your desk or if you don't remember the last time you cleaned your oven. mess is morally neutral. but at the same time, you deserve to live in an environment that is safe and comfortable, and that means someone has to clean sometimes. things like mold, spoiled food, and dirty litter boxes are genuine health hazards and need to be dealt with before they make someone sick. think of cleaning less as "my home needs to be completely spotless" and more as "I am an animal and I need a habitat that is free of hazardous material." it's okay. *kisses you on the forehead and tucks you into a blanket*
(and of course it is always acceptable and even good for you to ask someone else to help you with cleaning if it's physically or mentally difficult for you. even if you're paying them to do it.)

real 'glow up' advice i wish i had
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Imagine getting to the point in life where YOU are your own vision board; where you are that girl who has the life that you want, and you don't have to seek it out through other people. That should be the ultimate goal.
Here are subtle things that you should be doing to channel your ideal person and improve yourself for the better FROM THE INSIDE
take care of your hygiene: brush your teeth every day, wash your face with soap, wash your hair, take meaningful showers
be kind to yourself: speak nicely to yourself, treat yourself every now and then, love yourself exactly the way you came
make the effort: do your hair and wear something cute, even if you're only going to the supermarket. I bet your ideal self looks stunning wherever she goes, so make that effort if you really want to become her
move your body: dance to some music for just 5 minutes, take a walk, get off the bus a (reasonable) few stops earlier and walk the rest of the way
romanticise the hell out of your life: wear those bows, create that vision board, play that aesthetic background music even if you're just washing the dishes, wear that outfit!!!!!
admire yourself: look at yourself in the mirror and remember what you look like, take a million selfies to look back and smile at, give yourself a compliment every time you pass your reflection
get creative: if you want cute decor, make it! if you want cute clothes, find some easy DIYs!
focus on what you can control: if you cannot change the situation, let it resolve itself. don't waste your precious time obsessing over something you cannot change
get to know yourself (again): rediscover your hobbies, try new activities, learn to appreciate your solitude, get out of your shell
I really wish I was part of a community like this when I was going through a really insecure and lonely phase of my life.
Instead of deciding to wake up a 3am every day from now on, and trying to reach 20k steps every day, start small and walk your way up to greatness!

easy hygiene tips ♡
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
to improve physical appearance , health and hygiene are a must.
water ♡
water. please , for the love of god , drink water. get up rn and go drink some water. water does so much , want clear skin? water. want to lose weight? water. want to feel more refreshed? water. ITS SO HELPFUL!! you really don't want to be dehydrated, it has so many negative effects.
i would aim for around 2 liters (8 full glasses) a day , but you can slowly increase your water intake over the span of a few weeks if you're not ready for that. if you like me and forget to drink , set alarms or reminders for when you need to.
apple cider vinegar ♡
okay , yes, it tastes gross, but it's so good for your PH!! just drink 2 teaspoons everyday (dilute with water first) , trust me it will make your body sweat and kitty smell (and taste) soo much better!! it can also help u lose weight , decrease waist size and is so good for your skin!!
easy oral hygiene ♡
brush your teeth at least 3 times a day. i normally opt for brushing my teeth twice in a row morning and night , and once during the day (yes , even if i'm at school). also , don't forget to floss!! most importantly u wanna b scraping/brushing your tongue, along with brushing your gums and the roof of your mouth!! If you're not brushing regularly and not brushing your tongue, your breath is gonna stink.
another tip - mints > gum. no matter how minty your gum is , if you're chewing it all day it's gonna make your breath smell bad. a sugar-free mint that specialises in good breath every morning helps so much for me.
shower/bath care ♡
please wash behind your ears and your belly button. every part of your body should be clean!!! you don't want build-up.
exfoliate before and after u shave. this will leave u feeling SO smooth and helps avoid razor bumps , if you have sensitive skin (like me) it can help avoid irritation (i get SO itchy and my skin gets covered in red bumps if i don't exfoliate when shaving). personally, i don't suffer from oily skin , but if u do, exfoliating afterwards helps remove any dirt from clogged pores and any residue build-up!
use different clothes depending on what part of your body you're cleaning!! use a softer cloth for your face and kitty , and use regular clothes for the main part of your body and bum. NEVER wash your face in the shower! you want your face to have its own personal time for you to clean it so you can really focus on it. also , hot water from the shower can damage your skin and make it dry. your shower head also probably has a lot of bacteria hiding in it, so please wash your face separately after your shower.

the second you decide something is yours, that thing, that person, that whatever INSTANTLY begins moving towards you, “manifesting” you. it wants you, badly, and is doing everything in its power to get to you via the quickest and easiest route. and it has access to ALL routes—so so so many more than you could even begin to conceive of. ditch the mental acrobatics. ditch the (bullshit) ideas of resistance, of blockages. ditch the effort. ditch anything that feels even the least bit unnatural. set your intention, then ALLOW the unfolding with the joyful certainty that what you hold in your imagination and in your heart will soon be made visible to you. this isn’t a maybe. this is absolute. you are safe—i promise—to simply be who you are, to enjoy what’s here now, to say thank you.
i love you!

SELF VALIDATION
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
First things first, if you validate your existence on externalities, you will never truly be happy. While it’s important to have values and to act on them, it shouldn’t be your main source of happiness.
E.g. parent validation, academic validation, and male validation. So, here are some tips to validate yourself.
VALUE YOUR OPINION. You should have the ability to make decisions and identify yourself solely on your opinion. Trust, giving people that ability to shape your decisions and curate your identity, allows them to dictate your worth.
SELF LOVE OVER OTHERS. Ensure you are doing everything in your power to treat yourself lovingly. Even if it means sacrificing a few things in life. E.g. going to sleep early instead of cramming for a test.
BE RESILIENT. When I say that, I don’t mean ‘don't let anything affect you’ but rather, build yourself up to the point that when someone/something knocks you down, you can bounce back easily.
BECOME SELF AWARE. Know your strengths, and weaknesses, and be mindful of the truth. Be genuine when it comes to this because self-awareness helps us with becoming more in touch with our inner selves.
AVOID NEGATIVE SELF TALK. This can cause us to rely on others to hear good things about ourselves. Instead, say affirmations in the mirror.
STOP PEOPLE PLEASING. There’s a difference between genuinely being nice, and being a doormat. You shouldn’t have to bend over backwards for others, and they give absolutely nothing back. Invest that time and effort into yourself.
SOMEONE’S GAIN IS NOT YOUR LOSS. This is a mindset shift that will change the game. You have to stop seeing successful, wealthy, pretty or intelligent people as threatening your skills or talents. There is enough success for everyone.
DETACH FROM OTHERS. Friends, family, males, etc. Stop letting how other people treat you, dictate your mood for the rest of the day. The only factor your mood should depend on is you. What you do, say, and act is the only factor.
KNOCK OTHERS FROM YOUR PEDESTAL. The only person that should be on top of your pedestal, is you. By doing this, you create an inferiority complex for someone else and give them superiority.
OTHER’S OPINIONS ARE MOMENTARY. They will always move on with their day and see what needs to be done. They do not care about you as much as you think. So, do not even try to give them the time of day.
BUILD BOUNDARIES. With others and yourself. Both are equally important because you value yourself enough not to do something you’ll regret.

Weekend reset ✩°。⋆⸜ 🎧
Tumblr media
• Full skincare routine. Face lift massager, pumpkin seed oil, aloe vera mist, retinol eye masks, rose face mask. <333 🌸🪷
• Energy cleansing music. I always enjoy singing bowls and cleansing music to rid me of the week’s stress. (Singing bowls are great, but Sade and Jhené Aiko basically do the same thing too)
• Swimming. Personally, I find water very cleansing and rejuvenating. You can also take a long bath/shower, and fully visualize yourself being cleansed. 🏊‍♀️
• Lots of greens and nutrients + protein. Eating good food makes me feel good, simple as that. I am able to really enjoy and appreciate my food on weekends, which I love. I get to make all of my favourite little treats and nice big meals, love it. 🙏🙏🙏
• Clean room = full declutter session. I can’t stand having a messy room (yet I do, and I usually don’t do anything about it for the whole week). So anywayyyy the weekend is great because I can make sure everything is organized and clean + I feel so good when I declutter.
• Deep meditation and mindfulness exercises. Put on a guided meditation or some simple meditation music and clear your mind. Breathe. It may seem small, but this is a huge act of self love! Taking time out of your busy day to sit and breathe with yourself, amazing. 🧘‍♀️
• Read/write. Writing is an excellent creative outlet. You can let go of all your worries and stresses on paper (love my journal). Or you can write about all the amazing things in your life that make you happy! (All I write about honestly, I can’t help that I love my life so much!)
• Deep stretch and good workout. Your body will thank you for stretching out all your knots and tight muscles. Long workout sessions where you can focus on yourself are the besttttt 💪🤞🏋️‍♀️
