its a tough pill to swallow, but not everyone wants the best for u. people that u may be close to in proximity, relationship etc might be sabotaging u, or trying to diminish ur light. some people r NOT rooting for u.

feedback : if u have a "friend" who's feedback is always negative, or they never have anything positive/encouraging to say to you, that just means that they're not satisfied with themselves and they're trying to cut you down. a friend who's always complaining or speaking negatively to/about you is not a true friend

how they react to ur accomplishments : people who are successful, or people who's advice is worth listening to do not feel the need to put others down to self-glorify. if u have a friend who's constantly undermining ur accomplishments they are literally being a hater and thats not energy that u wanna take with u

There’s a point in life when you get tired of chasing everyone and trying to fix everything, but it’s not giving up, it’s realizing that you don’t need certain people and their crap. Sometimes you have to distance yourself from people that only call when they need something. She's been such an incredible support in both my life and in kh fandom-ness. Go give her some love!!

Onto the ref page. It was really important to me that Hinata have a brighter and more saturated color scheme. She's had the muted earth tones for quite a long time due to her old original design and I felt that needed an upgrade! Not to mention having an outfit that feels like it can fit in Kingdom Hearts.

I think Amy and I achieved that here!

And the page itself is stylized to fit Hinata's young teenage self. It's cute, busy, and seems like she could have filled it out herself. I had so much fun putting this together ❤️
