HQ boys taking care of their nurse s/o

SUGA

as soon as the pandemic starts he tells you to quit your job

like literally tells you to be a housewife

he won’t make you but strongly suggests it

you don’t lol

anyway

pretty quickly the pandemic starts to take a toll on your mental health

he notices but doesn’t say anything bc he knows how emotionally taxing your job could be

even without the pandemic

but he knows how tough it is on you emotionally and physically

you’re working double the hours and are dead tired

and people keep dying bc of the pandemic

so one day he decides to make you your favorite food and clean the house

it's a Sunday so he has the day off

and you come home to a spotless home and dinner

and you just cry

like sobbing bc its a lot

and you lost a bunch of people today

and you feel like crap

so he tells you to shower

and you do bc you don’t want to get him sick

and you sit down at the table

and he doesn’t make you talk but asks if you want to

you say no bc you don’t want to burden him but mid sentence you fall asleep in your soba noodles

like face plant

mans is flabbergasted

he doesn’t try to wake you up bc he knows how tired you are

he just puts you in the bath

to help you relax bc he knows you are sore

and calls your boss to say that you’ve literally passed out from fatigue

the next morning you wake up in his clothes smelling like bubble bath

in a warm bed starving

he will not let you do anything

like anything at all

food in bed

disney movies and law and order reruns all day

bc he wants to get you to full health bc he hates to see you not take care of yourself

makes you talk about your day so you don’t self internalize

and makes it a rule too that you have to tell him about your day

also makes mondays mandatory spa day to help you not overwork yourself again

DACHI

mans hates your job

but doesn’t ask you to quit bc his job is dangerous too

he hates seeing you fall apart because the pandemic is taking its toll

he knows that you’ve been on call for 48 hours

and that means you wouldn’t get a single second to sit down

and all you’re paintents are getting worse

and you come home basically in tears

and he just hugs you

he also works a job were people can sometimes die

and he knows there’s not much he can say to make that anything less than a fact

so he just holds you while you cry

you’re a mess

and gross and you want to vomit bc you feel like crap

so he helps you to the bath and then you fall asleep

in the bath

he finishes for you

yells at you’re boss for overworking you and takes off two vacation days

those days are spent with him waiting on you hand and foot

making you healthy and nutrient meals to get you back to full health

ASAHI

hes more stressed then you are at this point

hates it with a passion but lets you do it

due to quarantine you don’t see him for a while

but one day he comes over and his heart breaks

he hates how sickly you look

and you look like you’re about to cry or have been crying

so he hugs you and you literally melt

like fall asleep

so he cleans you up

and sends your boss a strongly worded email about the way that you’re getting overworked

spends the next days taking care of you and rubbing your feet and watching criminal minds episodes

PRE-GAME GOOD LUCK KISS. part 1

— ASAHI AZUMANE, DAICHI SAWAMURA, KIYOKO SHIMIZU, & KOSHI SUGAWARA X GENDER NEUTRAL READER

— summary: giving the third years from karasuno a good luck kiss before a game!

— A/N: another repost from my other account but i edited these a little, broke the headcannons into smaller chunks, and added more characters! also this doesn’t canonically fit with the show since they never have just games, but it’s more in line with USA volleyball games i went to in high school

SAWAMURA DAICHI

the captain of the volleyball team may not admit it, but he loves when you greet him before a game. he’s a sucker for your kisses and praise. he’s also not afraid to show you off in front of the team!

“hey darling!” the captain says, smiling and waving at you.

you blush at the nickname, running over to him across the gym and giving him a hug. you’re basically like a sibling to the rest of the boys so it’s not surprising for you to be on the same side of the gym as them.

you stand on your tiptoes to wrap your arms around daichi’s neck, smiling up at the third year. he leans down and presses a deep kiss to your lips, his hands finding your waist and pulling you close to him.

“gross…” tsuki mutters at the two of you, causing you to pull away and flip him off.

“you’re just jealous four eyes…” you smirk and give daichi another quick peck on the lips.

“no matter what happens out there, you do your best. i’m so proud of you no matter what baby…” you whisper to him.

a slight blush coats his cheeks as he nods. “thank you darling, and thank you for the good luck kiss.”

warm-ups are starting now, so you depart to your side of the gym and into the stands, where you watch your daichi do his best.

SUGAWARA KOSHI

koshi likes to keep you from the other guys. it’s not that he wants to keep you a secret, he just gets jealous easily! he can’t help it. he just loves you so much!

the team is taking a quick water break during warm-ups, allowing suga to see you for at least a short amount of time. you greet him down on the floor, where he takes your hand and leads you into the hallway of the gym. you look up at him, a confused expression etched on your face. you open your mouth to speak, when the boy pulls you in for a kiss.

you’re shocked for a minute, but obviously return the kiss, placing your hands on his chest as his rest on your hips.

he pulls away for a moment and smiles, letting out a breathy laugh. “sorry baby, needed to kiss you. i didn’t want to do it in the gym where everyone could see.”

you blush and laugh. “awh, so protective of me koshi?”

it’s his turn to blush as he scratches the back on his neck. “i-i… i just wanted a good luck kiss!”

he pouts at you and you laugh again. “okay baby, relax!”

you press a kiss to his lips again, instantly allowing his pout to fade. “there… happy pretty boy?”

he nods and takes your hand, intertwining your fingers as you walk back into the gym. “good luck baby…”

you squeeze his hand and he squeezes yours back, giving you a kiss on the cheek before returning to his side of the gym.

AZUMANE ASAHI

though he’s very shy, asahi loves a good luck kiss from his s/o. it relieves some of, if not all his anxiety he has about the game in general. seeing you in the crowd really helps him out too!

“babe!” you yell out, waving to him.

his anxiety seems to melt the second his eyes lay on you. he waves back at you, about to turn his attention to his team, when you yell out his name again. he excuses himself and runs over to you.

“everything okay sweetpea?” his brows furrow and you let out a giggle, nodding at him.

“yes baby. everything is perfect. i just want to give you this!” you stand up on your lip toes, barely reaching his chin as you try to give him a kiss of good luck.

asahi realizes what you’re doing and blushes, leaning down so your lips meet his. this kiss is quick and innocent, but still leaves the giant and intimidating man flustered.

“g-give me a kiss?” he asks.

you nod, smiling at him.

“thank you sweetpea, i’ll see you after the game okay?” he asks again.

you nod. “i’ll see you then, good luck babe!”

the rest of the warm-ups and game, he thought of your lips on his, and he was at ease.

SHIMIZU KIYOKO

even though kiyoko no longer plays sports and is just a team manager, she still appreciates a good luck kiss from you before a game begins.

you walk into the hallway outside of the gym and see kiyoko filling up water bottles at the water fountain. she looks so focused and concentrated you almost do not want to approach her, but she sees you before you can turn back around.

“hi y/n!” she smiles and waves you over to her.

“hey love. how are you?” you ask once you’ve made your way to her.

she lets out a sigh and looks up at you. “i’m a little bit worried for the team tonight. this will be a tough game and i just hope that i can do my best to encourage them and help them stay positive.”

you put your hands on kiyoko’s shoulders and turn her towards you. her eyes widen and cheeks flush. you meet her grey eyes and stare into them.

“kiyo... you’re one of the strongest and most kind people i know. you do so well as manager. those guys feel so reassured with you by their side to cheer them on. do not doubt yourself.” you end your sentence with a kiss to her lips.

you can feel her shoulders relax under your grip as she kisses you back. after a minute or so, you pull away and smile at her.

“that’s my girl... you feel much more relaxed now...” you whisper.

she pushes her glasses up her nose and nods. “yeah... thank you for the good luck kiss...”

you nod. “i’ll be in the gym!”

you run off with a smile on your face and take a seat in the bleachers.

MIYA ATSUMU

miya atsumu is the type of father that gives your daughter candy when you have specifically told him not too. his only defense? that his daughter gave him puppy eyes. the same look he uses on you to get you to forgive him. he gets his daughter to call all of his teammates uncle and tries to get her to hate her uncle but c'mon, they have the same face. he is a good father of course. he knows when to say no to his daughter but he wants her to be happy. he's willing to do anything to keep her happy just like he is for you.

SAKUSA KIYOOMI

sakusa kiyoomi is the type of father that will buy his son anything he wants. he's technically not spoiling him when he bought him two bags of candy when he wanted five right? and he's pretty sure that the smile that appears on his son's face after he open the candy bag is the cutest thing in the world. the best feeling is opening the door to your son's bedroom to find sakusa squeezed onto the small bed frame to calm his son down after his nightmare so he didn't wake you up. his son is a candle in the darkness of the world and sakusa will do anything to protect him.

KUROO TETSURO

kuroo tetsuro is the type of father that will show up at his daughter's games. like if she's interested in any sport he is willing to clear his schedule for her first ever game. cheer's the absolutely loudest at every single game just to show her that he's her biggest supporter. if his daughter's interested in volleyball kuroo is ready to teach her every single thing he knows. he might even call up some professional volleyball players to help her. he just wants to make sure that his daughter can be her best self <3

KOZUME KENMA

kozume kenma is the type of father that makes sure his son is always comfortable. whether that means making sure he wants to be on the stream or making sure he has everything he needs before going to bed. kozume knows how it is to be uncomfortable in certain situations and he wants to make sure his son never feels the way he felt in his childhood. his whole fan base knows that his son is basically a little version of him.

OIKAWA TOORU

oikawa tooru is the type of father that wants his daughter to be a better person than he was. he knows that he wasn't the best person in high school and he wants to make sure that his daughter doesn't follow in his path because he knows that she can be better than he was. he'll introduce her to all of his friends, even maybe getting her to call iwaizumi 'uncle iwa' ;)

SUGAWARA KOUSHI

sugawara koushi is the type of father that wants the best for his son's education. as a teacher himself he knows what questions to ask to find out what happens in his son's classroom. one of the most supportive dads ever!! he will try to get his son into volleyball because that's what he knows the most in and he wants his son to be the best!

Suga is like the opposite of Daichi but they work so well together

Ok so I see this as one of the few polyships that you could get away with in secret

Like Daichi and Suga don't feel the need to brag about their relationship to others

Unless 👀 they are jealous

Which THANK GOD there isn't a super dramatic person writing these headcannons 😃

So we are going to do these a little different than we normally do

You, Daichi and Suga have already been together for a while now

And nobody knows

Because you all act normal around each other

I mean, Daichi and Suga argue like a married couple constantly, thats no different in private

"I just don't see why you don't put more trust in me"- Suga

"😐🙄 Literally you are the leader of them!"- Daichi

"I'll have you know I'm a GREAT upperclassmen"- Suga says

"You literally make fun of the other teams more than Tanaka and Noya"- You add

You are completely clueless to your partners frustration

But never fear YN, there is more awkwardness to come 🙌🏻

We all know the training camp for Karasuno doesn't go the best 😬

And it only gets worse the more Kuroo and Akaashi push Daichi and Suga

While our precious angels are running up the hill, Kuroo comes and asks you if you can help the third gym squad later

Suga and Daichi reach the summit, see Kuroo and INSTANTLY run back down the hill 😅

Daichi and Suga pull up behind you as your talking to Kuroo

"Oh hey! Kuroo was just asking me if I could help with their practice later-"

Please you don't even get the final words our before you see Daichi and Suga glaring at Kuroo

Akaashi walks up and asks Kuroo is he asked you to join them

"Well YN what do you say?"- Kuroo asks

"I'd love to-"

"YN is helping US with our synchronized attacks!"- Daichi interrupts

You 👉🏻👀 I am?

"Yeah we need YN more than you do!"- Suga says putting his arm around you

Please they are both so possessive 😅

"Come on YN, let's go"- Daichi says grabbing your arm and pulling you away

Suga walks backwards, literally making this gesture at Akaashi and Kuroo 👇🏻

Kuroo just smirks and Akaashi watches you be dragged away

"Will you two stop being so weird!"- you say

"YN they are doing it on purpose!"- Daichi adds

"How? They literally have no clue we are dating"- you say to Suga and Daichi

"Well still. They know it bothers us when they talk to you like that"- suga

You 👉🏻😐🙄 omg

"Listen, you two are so important to me and I care about you. I wouldn't be dating you if I didn't. So stop this weird possessive caveman act please?"-you

"We will stop when they stop hitting on you!"- Suga adds

You 👉🏻😐 I can never have nice things

If that statement isn't hard facts 😅

Because what's about to happen next will shock not only the whole camp but you as well

Because Kuroo isn't going to give up easily and let's just say, Akaashi isn't one to be deterred either

At the end of the days practice matches, Kuroo manages to catch you alone without your entourage

"Hey Yn"- he says

You look up, smiling amd returning the greeting

"I was wondering if you'd be able to help toss for Akaashi so Bokuto and I could work on our spikes and blocks"- he asks

"Umm well I'm about to help Karasuno with their-" you start to say when it all breaks down

"WHAT DID I SAY KUROO?"- Daichi says losing his ever loving mind

He snatches you away, holding you close

Akaashi approaches

"Kuroo was just asking YN for help"- he says

Ope 👀

"You two have been all over our YN and it stops here!"- Suba says coming up besides you

Kuroo and Akasshi 👉🏻🤨 you're YN???

"That's right! YN is dating me AND Suga"- Daichi shouts

The entire gym 👉🏻 *silence*

Tanaka and Noya 👉🏻👁👄👁 huh??

Asahi and Ennoshita 👉🏻🤨🤨

"So back off of YN before you feel our wrath!"- Suga adds

"Suga why did you say that. Now it sounds weird"- Daichi adds

"What it's a warning!"- Suga says

You just smile and look to Kuroo and Akasshi

Daichi and Suga look so smug as they both hold your hand and turn to walk away

Who and How they Steal Your Gum

I was listening to Marina's Bubblegum Bitch, and this popped in my head. I think it's cute, and might make more.

UPDATE: Part 2 Part 3

Atsumu:

You popped a piece of gum in your mouth deciding you needed something to occupy your mouth. It was hubba bubba bubble gum, bright pink. It kept you busy while you were studying with ‘Tsumu for an upcoming test. You were focused on the book in front of you, but ‘Tsumu, was focused on you.

“Y/N.” He said drawing your attention to him. You were mid bubble, when suddenly you weren’t. He bit the bubble and stole your gum.

“What? Tsumu!” You lightly slapped his shoulder, when he held the gum between his teeth.

“Couldn’t help myself, it looked so sweet.” He said blowing a bubble. “But you're sweeter.”

Bokuto:

You were on your way to class after lunch, when you heard your boyfriend coming from behind you.

“Y/NNNNN!” He yelled running up to you. “I missed you baby!” He pulled you into a tight hug before pressing a kiss to your lips. You smiled into the kiss, before giving a light yelp when he pinched your side. He deepened the kiss and licked inside your mouth. He pulled away out of breath.

“Thanks for the gum.” He chuckled.

“Bo! If you wanted gum, you should have just asked!”

“But I wanted yours.” He pouted and blew a bubble. You shook your head, and pulled out another piece to chew.

Sugawara:

“Whatcha’ got there peaches?” Suga asked coming up behind you.

“Just a book. Why?” You asked, turning over your shoulder, blowing a small bubble.

“Just wondering why all your attention isn’t on me.” He hummed. You rolled your eyes, shutting your book and turning to face him.

“Is this better?” He just hummed and tilted your head up to give you a kiss. You smiled, and chased his lips when he pulled away. He smirked and kept leaning away watching you pout. Finally he relented, and gave you a deep kiss, pulling away with your gum in his mouth.

“Koushi.” You chastised.

“What, do you want it back?” He asked innocently. You shook your head, and went back to your book.

“I don’t really want joint custody of a piece of gum. You can keep it.” You said not looking at him.

Yaku:

Yaku had been training Lev, when you stopped by to drop off a bento. He heard the doors open, and seemed relieved to see you. He told Lev to keep going while he took a quick break.

“Hey, you alright?” You asked when he walked up to you.

Yandere Koshi Sugawara Headcanons

These are my interpretations of his persona and none of these are 100% accurate. I don't condone any of these actions in real life and all of this is purely fictional.

I love Sugawara so I’ll try to bring justice to him and his character! We can see that he is like the ‘mom’ of the group but like some moms (like mine in reference) they are kind and caring, but will not hesitate to throw your ass across the fucking room if you are acting like a dumb bitch. With that in mind, I think of him as overprotective, manipulative, and possessive.

Overprotective. Suga cares a lot about his S/O, making sure that they are being taken care of properly. Would be that boyfriend to ask a lot of questions, such as how are you? Did you eat? What did you eat? Is everything okay at home? Did you have a good sleep? I think his overprotective nature comes from being a third year student but also as a ‘mentor’ to the younger ones. He cares a lot about his S/O and the idea of something going wrong in the relationship, something he could have prevented upsets him a lot. It’s also in the sense that he wants people to take him seriously, he is a laid back person who loves caring for others but wants to prove that when the time calls for it he can step up to the plate. Ngl, he’d care a lot about the small things, sometimes even going as far as criticizing what you do. No [Reader], you’re not sweeping right you do it like this! Honestly, who taught you to clean? That’s why you need me, let me show you the right way.

Possessive. This is a given and I got this from how possessive he is over his spot as a setter. Kageyama took that but Suga wants to prove that he has just as much talent as Kageyama. He may be the main setter, but Suga is not far behind at all. If he deems himself worthy of it, he’ll fight to keep it and this applies to his S/O. It’s to the point where it’s a bit too concerning. Again, he’s a worry wart to some extent but he isn’t that bad. He’ll always be around his S/O, wants them at the practice matches and the real deal. It’s his S/O so naturally they should be around him. His spot as setter may have been taken, but his S/O is staying right with him.

Manipulative. He is manipulative, like Daichi it’s Suga. Who would doubt Suga? C’mon cut him slack, he has all this free time since he got replaced. Why don’t you humor him and skip class with him? You know that he is the only one who cares about you right? The other’s would toss you aside like nothing, Suga wouldn’t. He would use any trick in the book to manipulate you and gaslight you. The nice boyfriend routine, the GUILT TRIP, literally everything. Suga would rather not, but if he has to make you spend time with him then he most ABSOLUTELY would. Keep in mind, it’s not just that I think it’s the fact that Suga is a natural observer. He keeps a clear eye on his target, what he wants, and how to get it. I don’t want this to be his whole personality but I want to put y’all on something. Sugawara is worth so much, he’s smart, strong, a great player, etc. He’s not in the starting line up because Kageyama is stronger and they need him to advance. Imagine you, a third year, the last year to do everything you wanted to do is now being accomplished not because of your hard-work, but because someone who is better than you at a younger age is working hard.

Shameless continuation of this but imagine getting into a fight with Sugawara, he’d probably unleash all his feelings on you. “You think you’re better than me? That I’m not worth you? That hurts [Reader], after everything I’ve done you’re going to throw it away? All my hard work, gone?” He’d pull at your heartstrings and manipulate you like that. The thing with Suga is that he’d probably somehow manipulate you into thinking that what he’s doing is okay, that it’s needed.

Suga is not a dangerous yandere unless provoked, 7/10 in rating. He has the abilities to mentally make you question everything, but he rather that be a last resort and by that I mean it. A last resort, that will be the last thing he ever does to ensure you stay with him. He loves his darling and wants them to be safe and sound, but he wants all that with him. He wants you to depend on him and he wants to provide. He wants a casual relationship, one where he can dote on you but also joke and have fun with you. If he has to break you down to preserve that, he will. Be wary of him, the thing is that he knows what he is doing is wrong, but he sees the end results more than the method. Do the ends justify the means? With him, he believes they do.

Yandere Asahi Azumane Headcanons

Asahi is very shy and revered, I think it’s just him being kind and not wanting to bother someone which tbh, ME. I’m not afraid to call a bitch out but at the same time I need help getting the waiter’s attention. Asahi is someone I consider overprotective, clingy, possessive, and manipulative. Yeah you’re anime Jesus is only that by appearances, he is FAR OFF in terms of personality.

Starting off strong, overprotectiveness is kinda a must in the relationship. The thing with Asahi is that he’s socially awkward. He has a hard time being himself or facing conflict. Having an S/O would just intensify that, he’d be awkward as fuck and communication would be a bit of an issue but not everything has to deal with words. He’d be super cute and forgetful at times, asking if you’ve had lunch despite sharing it with you. Having you at his matches is a 50/50, he loves that you’re here to cheer him on but he’s also afraid of messing up and you witnessing it. Still, he’d enjoy it. I feel like he wouldn’t be strict, he’d encourage you talking to the team and getting involved with the club. He knows that to the public eye and to strangers he appears indimitating, he’d probably use that to his advantage to drive away anyone attempting to hit on you. He’d worry a lot over you and do what he can to be there with you. You caught a cold? He’s on his way with soup his mother made, snacks, and cold medicine ready to take care of you. You’re struggling in a school subject? He’d tutor you or get you the resources you need if he can provide them directly. When I say overprotective, I mean it. It’s not just the “I love you so much everyone back off they’re mine!!” because that's possessiveness. This is more like, “ I care for you and want to see you thrive in any environment.”

This goes hand in hand with his clinginess, he’d understand if you want to be left alone or want to do something alone, but he’d be reluctant. Such as staying after class when he doesn’t have practice, you sure you don’t want him there? You reassure him that it’s something small and he should just go home but he’s constantly spamming you with “what if” scenarios that are a bit too intense. PDA isn’t his biggest thing, he has no trouble showing affection, it's just that he would like to do it in the comfort of his home but he seeks that comfort with just being around you. He’s always following you, spamming you with messages and he purposely does the one word messages to leave you waiting around. He’s a great listener, boyfriend, and super caring! You just want him to respect your space at times. He’s sometimes hovering, entering your class for some reason during lunch, following you around, walking you to and from everywhere, etc. At first it was cute but now it’s getting tiresome. This is what leads to his possessiveness and manipulative side.

Asahi doesn’t like confrontation, he prefers to avoid it but if needed, he’d probably square up right now. I think that to some extent, Asahi would agree that you’re the greatest thing to exist. He doesn’t understand what he did to deserve you, but you’re here for a reason and you’re here for him. Him only. He gets it, you’re your own person. You have your hobbies, friends, family and he’d NEVER take that away from you. He couldn’t, he wouldn’t. However, he can’t help but feel a little grateful when you call his sweet name, you hug him, hold his hand, and give him a sweet kiss. He has to make it up to you! He does so by stalking you, hovering over you, ensuring that everything you could ever want in your life is there, just promise you won’t leave him? This is where the manipulation starts, yes he’s possessive because he sees your kindness and love for him as something only he deserves. You could have given it to anyone, but you chose him. It’s a delusion to say the lease, but he’s the type to take on a more sympathetic role when you confront him on this. He’d excuse it for being worried and make himself the victim. You want him to stop walking you everywhere? Sorry, it’s his first relationship and he’s already screwing up, maybe you deserve someone better huh? So yeah expect that manipulation in play.
