he’s home. it was a weary, tiring, almost obnoxious trip, but he’s home.

he’s never been one to feel negatively about being away. maybe because there used to be a lack of something tethering him to a “home”. home used to be tangible-a building, cold and empty. it was his building of course, with his furniture and his food and remnants of him only. that was home, in all of its unwelcoming glory.

only later did home become something else. an idea, a feeling, an emotion, all manifested into the form of a human being named you.

only when you started leaving traces of you in his house, whether it be an empty coffee mug in the sink or a pair of fluffy socks in one of his drawers, did home start changing. suddenly the cold walls and unwelcoming atmosphere of his home started becoming less significant. he started focusing on other things, like the image of you working at his dining table or the feeling of you resting against him under the covers.

suddenly when he heard the word home, he only thought of you.

so now, when he’s finally home, tired and upset at how long he’s been away, he can only think of you. he realizes that this might be a little crazy, delusional even. you may not even feel the same way, but he doesn’t care. home isn’t home without you.

The Knight, who when your parents announced you would marry you off to some elderly Lord, kept true to his word and took you away, escaping into the clashing colors of freedom and love in another kingdom far, far away, only for your world to darken into black and white once more when your enraged parents caught up and had him executed; it was now your turn to keep your side of the oath and join him in the afterlife when you drank the poisoned chalice.

In every rebirth

The Roman General who passed by you, lashing out any "potential buyer" when he walked disgusted through the slave market - he bought you freedom and yet somehow you stayed with him forever willingly cuffed by shackles of affection...until he died of an assassination and you were hung for having an "affair" with someone of higher class, but not before you both screamed to whatever god that would listen to come back to each other once more.

based on this post i made, because this is one of my favorite things to think about :3

bokuto has the prettiest smile you could come across. stretching wide and proud, with two deep, prominent circular dimples adorning both of his cheeks. they pop up even when he’s just talking, and they add to his lovely character even more.

akaashi has one dimple on the right side of his face, only showing when he smiles or occasionally when he’s talking. it’s deep and pretty, adding so much more to effect of one of his rather rare full smiles.

atsumu has one dimple on his left, while osamu has one dimple on his right. twins who look very alike, however the subtle, but noticeable differences make them unique in their own ways. atsumu grins widely, dimple dark and cheeky. osamu has a softer smile, cheeks rounded and a deep perfect circle where his pretty dimple resides.

kenma has two dimples on the corners of his mouth, dahlia marks only the most lucky people can see. on the blue moon that kenma smiles or laughs, you can see the small indents that protrude at the corners of his lips.
